Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked the LPG refilling through phone. Reference no. generated and bill no. also generated but when nobody came to give the cylinder after 5 days then I called to customer care . Customer Care person told we can't register the complaint till 7 days. After 7 days only we can register the complaint. 6th days one person called and asked me my address to give the LPG cylinder that person told he will reach after 3o minutes but he never reached. I again called him but did not picked my call. Next day Booking cancel message came. Immediately I again book throgh phone . When next day again called to customer care then he told we can't lodge the complaint regarding cancel because you again booked the cylinder. Again after 6 days one person called and told me I will give you cylinder tomorrow but I will sumbit your bill today and today you will get the cancel message. I denied after that he told I will again cancel the booking of cylinder. I am facing a problem from long time with K-2 International Distributer I would like to mention following things- (1) Distributor Perosn whoever is coming to give the cylinder is talking on phone very roughly and thregtening that I will cancel it. (2) Customer Care Phone No- [protected] . They are not lodging the complaint till 7th days or they are lodging the complaint if cancelled and immediate again booked it.

    First of all the phone numbers to the gas agencies are never attended to on time... I called Vasanth enterprises on 25th Nov 2013 to complain about the leakage from a gas cylinder. The lady who picked the call disconnected without taking the complaint.. we spend another 20 min to get connected and was informed that she has other customers to attend to in person... called back after another 15 min and talked to a man who gave the line man's (Suresh) number... multiple attempts to the lineman and he says that he is new and doesnt know the address (which i explained) Nagraj (another lineman) said he will come that evening and has not turned up till today (27th) I tried lodgind a complain on the Indane website and it throws an error... and while i am doing all this.. there is that cylinder sitting ouside my house!!! What a pathetic state of affairs we are in...

Kolaghat, Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, India. I try to say that, i have not getting the said connection as yet where has already been passed 3 months from the date of application on 18/08/2013.               Dear sir,

              I am a benefited customer of IOL since 1999. My LPG connection is registered with IBADAT GAS AGENCY, Shop No 6-B, Bhandari Complex, Guru Amardas Market, Khanna. My Consumer No is RG - 2790.

              We approached the above Agency to book our LPG Cylinder but they refused to book the same on the plea that You have already taken the Cylinder on 02/11/2013 and now your booking will only be done on 02/12/2013 which is not in order. I very will know that there is no time limit prescribed by the higher authorities to book the Cylinder. In this connection it is mentioned for your kind information that one of the Agency dealing with HP Gas has been fined Rs 5000/ on the same ground i.e. 21 days time limit.. asked by Amar Gas to the Customer who approached the Consumer Court. and got JUSTICE. Please advice me whether I should also approach the Consumer Court to redresses of my Re-fill booking compliant.

                Against booking (Consumer no. T02285) dated: 21/10/13 ref no: 594070, on 6/11/13 received sms: cash memo generated [protected] (ref no. same), cylinder shall be delivered shortly. On 11/11/13 received sms: booking cancelled (ref & cash memo no. same), again on 12/11/13 received sms: cash memo [protected] generated (new to previous one), cylinder delivered shortly (ref no. same), On 16/11/13 received sms: cylinder delivered against cash memo: [protected] (new cash memo no. and ref no. same) which I haven't received till date, the booking coupon is still in my custody which the agency people have penned through. While contacting with gas service agency they informed that booking has been cancelled and forced me for new booking (dt: 21/11/13 ref no: 611575). While I checked my status at your website it stated that I've received my cylinder on 13/11/13, which I haven't received yet.So according to my status I've received 4 nos. of cylinder but indane.co.in database is showing that I've received 5 nos. of cylinder (while there is a Govt. declaration that one consumer will receive only 9 nos. of subsidized cylinder in a financial year). So please do the needful. I am also sending you the status as received from their website.

                    I AM INDANE GAS CONSUMER. MY GAS AGENCEY IS GAYTRI GAS SERVICE, BHAJANPURA, NEW DELHI-52. CYLINDER DELIVERY BOY MR SUBHASH CONT NO-[protected] HANDLE MY AREA. WHO ALWAYS SUPLY 2-3 LT LESS GAS ON EVERY CYLINDER. WHEN I COMPLAIN THE AGENCY THAN MR SUBHASH CANCELLED ALL MY BOOKING AND REPORT TO AGENCY THAT PERSON NOT LIVE AT ADDRESS, BUT WHICH IS WRONG. HE NEVER COME AFTER COMPLAIN THE AGENCEY. I[censored] TAKE SOME ACTION THAN OK OTHERWISE I COMPLAIN THE COURT. I HAVE PROOF THAT WHERE MR SUBHASH TRANSFER 2-3 LITRE GAS FROM NEW CYLINDER TO ANOTHER CYLINDER.

                      Sir, My Consumer No. is - 626156 - When I opened the seal on the cylinder it is leakage in that. I called on IOCL Leakage Complaint phone numbers 3 times, and they came to my home for checking, they checked and they tested it by changing the visor and then they marked as Cylinder leakage in the Complaint Receipt. Then he said, now you call your Agent(Sursagar Agent, Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad[protected], they will exchange this cylinder. So, I called them around 20 times in last 4 days, and they are saying that yes we are coming, but no one has come till today. It is very bad smell in my home, I have a small baby, so I put that in the gallery. It is as a RISK in my home. Last night at 10pm I called on [protected] no, and he said he can't do anything with this, also he said that you take your cylinder to the agent office. Sir, how would I take this leak aged cylinder to their office? Please do needful to this. Any help on this is greatly appreciated. My contact no is - [protected].

                      Also, this was happened before 6 months back, they came to exchange the cylinder after 4 days, and then said, you have used enough of gas from this cylinder so we can't exchange this. Currently also, we are not using that leakaged cylinder as it is at risk and very bad smelling, but it looses gas weight because of the leakage. How to make them understand this ?

                        I am a customer on Indane Gas, the name of the agency is Madhavi Gas Agency and my consumer number is 103002. I had booked a refill on 23rd October with booking number: 804098. After a long wait a cash memo was generated with number [protected]. Meanwhile, the cylinder in my house exhausted on 16th November and on Sunday, 17th November, when the office is supposed to be closed, I suddenly got a message that the cash memo was cancelled. The agency phone is never picked up and this is a complain from all its consumers. The phone number is[protected]. You can try it yourself and I am sure you wont get through to anyone. I went to the agency the very next day to inquire about it and to possibly get a refill cylinder. After standing in a line of over 50 customers who were also having the same problem, I reached the person who told me the same thing that every such firm or government call center tells you "The Server is Down" and I cant help you. They noted down my consumer number after an argument along with 100's of other consumers. The staff over there were very arrogant, disrespectful and of no help in this situation to anyone. They were making us go to the manager who is popular for not helping anyone. The lady manager told me that I will get my cylinder refill delivered today. I am sitting here writing my grievance to you as the cylinder is still not delivered and there is no LPG gas in my house to cook food. I am having to buy food for me and my family from my pocket 3 times a day. I still fail to understand how can a cylinder not get delivered to a consumer for almost a month and how can people survive with these problems. All the consumers are not able to book a refill also till the deliver happens and there were consumers fighting over there saying that they did not get a refill for 2 months now and were surviving without it. Every time they go come with this problem their consumer number is noted down and they are sent away. Please help me and other consumers to get a cylinder refill in this situation as this is becoming a regular problem with this agency.

                          Sir, I don't know about Gas booking, refilling & Gas Delivery Rules, since year to year. For This when go to purchase & refilling my own Gas for my own purpose then distributor told me after 30 days ! No any gas delivery previous this period. Pl's submit This refilling rules, delivery period, and solve my problem. Thank You.

                            Dear Sir/Mam, I just want to bring this problem to you. My Consumer ID is 82998, and I have taken connection from Kalpana Indane Gas Agency (No.33, RPC Remco Layout, Service Road, Opp. BTS Bus Depot, Vijayanagar 2nd Stage, Bangalore 40- Phone Number[protected],[protected],[protected]. I booked my cylinder through automatic refill booking on my mobile on 03/11/2013 and when enquired over phone on 16/11/2013, we were told that automatic booking has not taken & come on Monday-18/11/2013 and will deliver cylinder immediately if you have SMS and Reference Number. And also told that it was booked now and would be delivered within another 10-15 days. There was no answer when asked about automatic refill booking done previously and why it has not been taken into consideration? If automatic refill booking & computer booking is not taken into account, then why do we have it as an option? Contacting agency member over phone for booking is another big problem. It?l be either engaged or no response.Even after all these, though booked over phone since 15-20 days we have yet not received the cylinder. I am writing to you because we are facing this every time we book a cylinder. So request you to take immediate action on this and hope we will receive gas cylinder ASAP.                                 SIR, my consumer no is 150185 agency sanganer gas agency. my booking on 6nov. but after 7working days they not deliver and i am regular talk in agency they says that cylinder will be deliver tommorow and my online status is show that cylinder delivered to me on 7nov. so delivery boy sell the cylinder in black on my name so please take action.

                                  On 7th oct 2013 I went in to fill petrol for my car for 1000Rs, the bill showed that the petrol was filled for 1000Rs but the fuel gauge showed otherwise, it rose by only half the amount than the usual 1000rs refill, there were 3 people to distract when the filling was going on, one said the 500rs note we gave was fake!another one was cleaning the windscreen without our consent and the 3rd person was blocking view of the nozzle . When we confronted the bunk manager he said if the bill shows 1000rs then no cheating, he said the fuel gauge could be faulty and said I should have measured how manylitres was in the tank before filling the 1000rs.

                                  Manager of the bunk doesn't care whether we stop going to there again or not. Many of our friends had cautioned us against going to that bunk, still we visited due to an emergency.

I had booked cylinder on 13.10.2013 through IVR booking number 942164. But, still I've not received cylinder. I had been trying to contact Sri rama agencies over a phone. They are not picking the call. Only once picked the call thereafter no response. I'm in need of cylinder. Please do the needful Regards Ramesh

                                      sir, I am customer of AAR DEE gas service, bangla bazar, jail road, Lucknow. My consumer No. is RD 22168. On delivery of gas cylinder to me at home when I weighed, it was found to less by 3Kg. when I tried Number of time to the gas agency, the receptionist who sits over there, she poorly attended my call and without any response on my call she dropped the call. being the part of such reputed organization such improper behavior is surprising. Kindly look into the matter.
