My self Harnam singh I am consumer of Indane LPG Gas  with Consumer No. 42359 from Vikram Enterprises, West kidwai nagar, south west delhi.I have booked my reffil on last month of 17th Oct'13 till now Neither I have received any  booking confirmation msg from your side nor recived reffil cyclinder.When i tried to know the status of my reffil then i was shocked to know that my gas cyclinder has been already delivered on same day on 17th Oct'13 wheares still i have not received any cyclinder. This is not a first time still agency did not delivered any cyclinder at my resi address WZ-1361 Nangal Raya new delhi -110046 from the beging and i have done multiple complaints to agency to making visted and agency office becuse his no. is does not exist if sometimes got the number nodbody is pick the call, and did not get any possitve response on your customer care when i make the call  on customer care no. [protected] but  i got same response alway from ur customer care ie" Network down we cant log your complaint ", , , let me know if you are unable to resolve customer complaint then why have you published your patehtic customer care no. and also align uneducated customer care executive they have no any solution to reslove customer issue... I am surprised and confused what to say and where to complaint nobody is getting response agency and your customer care executive now i am  afraid but it's truley showing no body is bothered in Indane Gas company   about their customer's.

    I would like to lodge this complaint through this public forum about Vishnu Gas Agency located in Whitefield, Bangalore. At first they do not accept re-booking within 28 days. and even after that do no deliver before 15 days of booking. As a result we are always without any cooking gas for at least 5-6 days in a month. Nowhere to go to lodge a formal complaint about this. There is no action inspite of repeated complaints lodged. Such is the helpless situation of the consumers.

      Sir, I Dattashankar jois N with Consumer No.RA-26742 has not received the subsidy amount for the refil supplied by my distributor on 07/10 2013 by Sree Rangagas agency Tumkur vide vr no [protected]. Before booking I was told will receive the amount through bank. But this has not happened till time. My SB A/C is aadhar enabled. I have submitted the AADHAR card, bank details to distributor in the month of March 2013. I have been visiting the distributor very often and has given the documets repeatedly. Every time they say data is updated. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT IN IOCL no body knows. This stage is not transparent. What has happened to my case. Why it is not seeded? no one says.IOCL portal is lacking in this aspect. I have sent four mails through portal. But I do not have any proof. What is this. Distributor, today also says HE is not responsible. Govt./ministry is responsible he says.What is this sir. Sir I want immediate transfer of subsidy amount for the above supply .       Sir,
      I A.K. Vijayakumaran take a L.P.G. Sylender from the Distributor (Ambily flames, Kottayam, Kerala) on 16/11/2013. An amount of Rs. 435 received my bank account on 18/11/2013, but subsidy amount not received. My Consumer No. 11929 (AMBILY FLAMES, PAMPADY, KOTTAYAM, KERALA)

      Two months are over. Nothing is heard. I have sent e mail to IOCL customer care that is also no use. I have received no reply. IOCL Is totally not transparent. Somebody should help us. Pl send this complaint to IOCl top authorities.

      Dear Sir,

      I am H Kumar (HK Varshney) enrolled vide LPG ID[protected] and consumer # 11193 of Vayu Sena Gas Agency, HQ trg Comd (Unit) AF Hebbal Bangalore. I have linked my Syndicate bank account # [protected] and Aadhaar Card #[protected] with IOCL for which I got confirmation dated 29/12/2014 and 31/12/2014 through SMS on my registered Mobile #[protected]. As intimated through SMS on 15/01/2015 that " One time advance LPG subsidy amount of Rs.568.00 has been credited to my Syndicate bank account #[protected]. The Same has been credited in my above mentioned account on 14/01/2015. I also confirm that first time subsidy amount of Rs. 308.09 was credited to my Syn Bank accoount # on 15/01/2015 against cash memo voucher No. [protected] dated 13/01/2015 for which SMS received on 19 /01/2015. My complaint is:-

      1. Second time LPG subsidy amount not credited against the cash
      memo voucher # [protected] dated 06 Feb 2015.

      Please reply through SMS on registered mobile #[protected] or through email ID [protected]@gmail.com.

        Sir
        I am a regular customer of Abhil Gas Agency Mansarover Park Rohtak Haryana of Indane Gas for several years and my customer ID alotted by Abhil Gas agency Mansarover Park Near Karan Hotel Rohtak Haryana is AI 5728.Now Abhil Gas Agecy Rohtak has been closed and my gas connection has been reported to have been transferred to Anand Gas Service at Rohtak or Laxmi Gas at Rohtak but both deny to have been transferred the said connection. I* am now without gas and un able to get the delivery from none of the above gas agencies and they refuse to entertain me .Please confirm my gas connection from where should I get the delivery.

          On Dec. 2012 I purchased new connection of Indane gas In Beed. I used to work there, on March I Got Transfer to Nagpur. I Have submitted my all documents in the nagpur's agency before 10 days, But still I din't get any reply from the agency. (I Transfered my connection from Beed to Nagpur. I have given transfer voucher and all documents).

            Consumer number--55328 From last six month we are getting harassed from Indane Gas disctributor Gas and Gadget in Behala Super market .After 10 days of voucher generation we are not receiving the delivery of cylinder .When we are calling Gas and Gadget they are not giving any response .The delivery boy are behaving very rudly when we are asking to weight the cylinder before giving delivery .They are saying that they have been informed from there office not to weight the cylinder .or need to take extra charges .

                I have booked gas with SOORAJ GAS AGENCY, NADATHARA, THRISSUR on 05.09.2013. Till date i, e. 28.11.2013 the same has not been delivered. There is RAMPANT corruption is going on with the knowledge of IOCL officials. Gas is available if you ready to pay double the cyclinder cost. I lodged complaint with the IOC office. But no action as they are part and parcel of all these activities.

                  I am a customer of Poornima Indane Services, Parakode, Adoor. I have already linked my Adhar number with both Bank and Gas agency and my status shows green. On[protected] I took a refill from them and the receipt no.[protected] shows the delivery is from unlimited quota thereby denying my subsidy. The same happened on my earlier purchase also. I am wondering what happened because according to Govt. order I am eligible for 9 cylinders with subsidy. You are requested look into this anomaly, rectify by crediting my bank account with the subsidy as promised. Regards. Mary Sam

                    Your petrol pump at the Sarai Kale khan is cheating to the costumers taking petrol or Diesel at the station, when you go to the station two-three people will come and ask you to go to the old machines installed their and then one of them will come infront of the meter and the other will involve you in talk. What they actually do is, that they distract the you from reading the meter, the meter starts from zero and then suddenly in 1-2 sec it goes to 100 mark on the meter. Today, This is the third time i had faced this(first time i may be wrong), And when you shout at them, then they humbly offer you extra rs 100 oil saying the meter is having some problem.This is a serious case of crime and cheating that these people are doing, that’s why i am writing this to you take a strong action against them and do a secret investigation in this case. Also have a feeling that few of your agency people are also involved in this scam otherwise they not been performing this act so boldly and openly, So please take some action. Thanks

                      I have booked on 27.09.13 and i received messge on 15.10.13 that cylinder has been delivered to the customer.
                      But we have not received. Is that bogus or the distributor is playing game without delivering to us in the right time.

                            Respected sir, My consumer number is A-52412, distributor ALKA (inside market building) and i am residing at RBI Colony, Unit-IV, Bhubaneswar. I had booked a cylinder on 19 Sep 2013 and received the booking reference number 387516. On 03 October 2013 i received a sms from INDANE that booking has been done against my refill and cash memo has been generated vide No. [protected]. But the Cylinder was not delivered till that date. Again on 08 October 2013 i received another sms that cash memo has been generated vide [protected] and cylinder will be delivered shortly. In this bargain already 20 days has been passed. I went to ALKA (my distributor) on 10 October 2013 and made a query on this. The employee available there...could not reply anything about the cash memos generated. He took out the print of another bill and said it will be delivered shortly. Sir, could you please tell me what is the range of 'Shortly' in IOCL's dictionery? Secondly who will answer me about the whereabout of the previous two cah memos which were generated? Here i would like to intimate you that the Cylinder has not been delivered till date..till now...                               Sir, I am a proud consumer of Indane LPG and my consumer no. is 17396. Our agency is M/s Sree Jayam Indane Gas Agencies located at New No.9/ Old No.5, Mariappan Street, Teynampet, Chennai-600018. I applied for refilling on 8.10.2013 and my order No. is [protected]. Today on 10.10.13, cylinder was delivered in the morning at 8.15 AM. But the cylinder was in very poor condition and when I saw the cylinder, it was painted on the frame as B-12 i.e. to the best of my knowledge, this cylinder should not be put to used beyond 2nd Quarter of 2012 i.e. not to be used beyond June 2012. It is surprising that the cylinder is being used even after 15 months beyond the expiry date. When I refused to take the delivery of the cylinder, the delivery boy immediately told that the cylinders are picked from the factory/godown, and he has no cylinders left with him to replace. However, the fact is that, within 15 minutes after delivery at our residence, I saw him carrying new refilled cylinders in his tri-cyle and I asked him from where did they come. He didn't even respond to me. But, every time during delivery, he never fails/forgets to collect Rs.420/- for a cylinder (i.e. Rs. 22/- more). If we don't give that extra amount, he starts arguing using abusive words. Kindly do the needful to replace the damaged cylinder with a new one.                                 my consumer no. 74699. I did refill registration on Sep 27 at Guru Gas Agency, M.K.B. Nagar, Chennai nd got delieverd on Sep 29 nd taken back since I have not exhausted my earlier cylinder. After empty my cylinder I booked by SMS nd they cancelled my registration on the dates mentioned below: Registrations made. got cancelled Oct 1 Oct 3 (confirmation msg recvd) Oct 8 (cancelled without my knowledge) Oct 8 (again registered) Oct 10 (cancellation of refill registration msg received) pls verify from my consumer number and take steps to rectify the defects, bcosI m for the delivery since 10 days with no fault of mine. request early action. My Indane Gas Consumer No: 52124 of S.VENKATA RAMANA H.No. 4/301 GANDHAR, SAHARA STATES, L.B.NAGAR, Hyd having Aadhar no[protected] with Distributor Name: Sree Shirdi Sai Indane Service Distributor Addresss: H.No.[protected]Plot No.68/A), Indra Nagar Colony, Vanasthalipuram, Hayathnagar, Hyderabad of Indian Oil Company. The distributor has entered my aadhar number wrongly and linked the same with another wrong Aadhar number with other bank account. Later I observed that on my online account and communicated the same with distributor. Even though the distributor has made efforts to changed my aadhar number with correct one but in vain, the subsidy amount was transferred to the other person who is having the wrong aadhar number. I have discussed this issue with distributor; he told me that there is no solution because my Consumer number is linked with wrong aadhar number with wrong bank account also. So we cannot do anything and he told me that better surrender or close the connection and take new connection with different name . But I don’t want to close my existing connection. Please tell me the process to get subsidy amount on my bank account with my Aadhaar number only.

                                    Om Sai Petrol pump, Indian oil dealer at Rajarajeswarnagar Bangalore has been duping people for quite some time with fraudulent methods. The meter jumps to Rs.50 in a second. I got only half a litre of petrol for Rs.100. However I will not be able to show any proof. Indian Oil with their elaborate complaint procedure want proof of cheating which no customer will b able to provide. So much money is lost because of this fraud. A surprise anonymous check by the company will show this fraud. IOC is not interested in taking complaints. So most o[censored]s here have switched over to the other company in the same locality.
