Dear Sir/Mam, I just want to bring this problem to you. My Consumer ID is 82998, and I have taken connection from Kalpana Indane Gas Agency (No.33, RPC Remco Layout, Service Road, Opp. BTS Bus Depot, Vijayanagar 2nd Stage, Bangalore 40- Phone Number[protected],[protected],[protected]. I booked my cylinder through automatic refill booking on my mobile on 03/11/2013 and when enquired over phone on 16/11/2013, we were told that automatic booking has not taken & come on Monday-18/11/2013 and will deliver cylinder immediately if you have SMS and Reference Number. And also told that it was booked now and would be delivered within another 10-15 days. There was no answer when asked about automatic refill booking done previously and why it has not been taken into consideration? If automatic refill booking & computer booking is not taken into account, then why do we have it as an option? Contacting agency member over phone for booking is another big problem. It?l be either engaged or no response.Even after all these, though booked over phone since 15-20 days we have yet not received the cylinder. I am writing to you because we are facing this every time we book a cylinder. So request you to take immediate action on this and hope we will receive gas cylinder ASAP.       SIR, my consumer no is 150185 agency sanganer gas agency. my booking on 6nov. but after 7working days they not deliver and i am regular talk in agency they says that cylinder will be deliver tommorow and my online status is show that cylinder delivered to me on 7nov. so delivery boy sell the cylinder in black on my name so please take action.

        On 7th oct 2013 I went in to fill petrol for my car for 1000Rs, the bill showed that the petrol was filled for 1000Rs but the fuel gauge showed otherwise, it rose by only half the amount than the usual 1000rs refill, there were 3 people to distract when the filling was going on, one said the 500rs note we gave was fake!another one was cleaning the windscreen without our consent and the 3rd person was blocking view of the nozzle . When we confronted the bunk manager he said if the bill shows 1000rs then no cheating, he said the fuel gauge could be faulty and said I should have measured how manylitres was in the tank before filling the 1000rs.

        Manager of the bunk doesn't care whether we stop going to there again or not. Many of our friends had cautioned us against going to that bunk, still we visited due to an emergency.

          Hi Team, I'm Ramesh consumer of indane gas bearing customer number 7728. I'm taking gas six months once. I had booked cylinder on 13.10.2013 through IVR booking number 942164. But, still I've not received cylinder. I had been trying to contact Sri rama agencies over a phone. They are not picking the call. Only once picked the call thereafter no response. I'm in need of cylinder. Please do the needful Regards Ramesh

            sir, I am customer of AAR DEE gas service, bangla bazar, jail road, Lucknow. My consumer No. is RD 22168. On delivery of gas cylinder to me at home when I weighed, it was found to less by 3Kg. when I tried Number of time to the gas agency, the receptionist who sits over there, she poorly attended my call and without any response on my call she dropped the call. being the part of such reputed organization such improper behavior is surprising. Kindly look into the matter.

              Dear Sir My consumer no CX2234453, booked the gas on last 10days back against order no. 657141, but I received a masage on 11.11.13, your refill booking order cancelled, I surprised, why this is happening, I not received any call from concern disributer whill making the invoice, even at the time of delivery also. I for your kind infirmation on last 10days back I handed over my celender and amount to my appartment watchmen. He is also confirmed no one is comeing for delivery. Pl confirm the reason for cancellation without any infirmation/intimation and the delivered immediately without delay.                 We have used 2 cylinders. When we have gone to book another cylinder, they have charged 1968 for two domestic gas filled cylinders @ 984 each. As per government policy this rate will be charged if we consume more than 9 cylinders per year. They say that subsidized amount will get credited automatically on their bank account. My question is under which policy they can charge at increase rate when we have not consumed cylinders greater than 9. Consumer No. CX2669108

                      My Gas Distributor is Kishore Gas Service, South Kolkata. For the last 5/6 days they have supplied gas to the consumers who have booked upto 24-10-13 and till now they have not improved the supply. They do not attend telephones. It is not possible for very senior citizen like me to visit their office to get information. I am a consumer of Indane gas for the last 28 (twenty-eight) years and I have never faced a position as now. I have booked for gas refill through automatic call centre on 01-11-13 and my booking number was given as 527503 and that time my distributor supplied gas refill upto the booking dated 22-10-13. Later when I phoned call centre for my position I found my booking number has been changed to [protected] and date was given as 04-11-13. Why is it so? When shall I get my refill as the Distributor has not yet improved the supply? My name is SWARAJ KUMAR NANDI ( S.K. NANDI ) My consumer No. is 26843

                        This is in regard of my experience with a petrol pump at Panchkula Sector 16. It is a Indian Oil Petrol Pump. My complain is as below in detail, My office is 8 km away from this petrol pump and my bike giving average of 40-50 in local area. i have filled Rs100 petrol from Indian oil petrol pump, sector-16, Panchkula. After reaching at office my bike showing very less petrol. I have checked my bike also but no problem found in my bike. Next day i have filled again petrol wort Rs100 from this petrol pump same thing happened again. But i have a proper bill this time. Please consider my complain seriously and take necessary action against this type of fraud. Thanks

                        I also come across the same cheating case with the same patrol pump of sector 16, panchkula. They tried to divert the attention of the costumer to cheat them. Anybody who want get patrol of more amount they divert the attention of the costumer and the other man make the meter jump. Moreover, it is surprising to know that lot of persons complained against this patrol pump but no action has been taken against them so far, which shows that the officials of the indian oil company, more or less, are hand in the same glove.

                          I'm from tirupur, Tamilnadu. Gas Agency: THIRUMALAI INDANE GAS, P N ROAD, PITCHAMPALAYAM PUTHUR, TIRUPUR. DELIVERY guy is speaking harshly. In the month of October, I was in home waiting for cylinder. Cab guy made a call & said, "Where are you? I'm in front of house. I went to main gate and looked but no one was there. I called him and told that I'm here. He told that he will be there in 30 minutes. Once he came, he was shouting at me. How many times I'm calling. I'll not deliver to you. Is there any solution to this?

But Usha Gas agency not receive my papers without cylinder & regulator. I am a family man, please let me know I spend my life without cylinder.                               My self Harnam singh I am consumer of Indane LPG Gas  with Consumer No. 42359 from Vikram Enterprises, West kidwai nagar, south west delhi.I have booked my reffil on last month of 17th Oct'13 till now Neither I have received any  booking confirmation msg from your side nor recived reffil cyclinder.When i tried to know the status of my reffil then i was shocked to know that my gas cyclinder has been already delivered on same day on 17th Oct'13 wheares still i have not received any cyclinder. This is not a first time still agency did not delivered any cyclinder at my resi address WZ-1361 Nangal Raya new delhi -110046 from the beging and i have done multiple complaints to agency to making visted and agency office becuse his no. is does not exist if sometimes got the number nodbody is pick the call, and did not get any possitve response on your customer care when i make the call  on customer care no. [protected] but  i got same response alway from ur customer care ie" Network down we cant log your complaint ", , , let me know if you are unable to resolve customer complaint then why have you published your patehtic customer care no. and also align uneducated customer care executive they have no any solution to reslove customer issue... I am surprised and confused what to say and where to complaint nobody is getting response agency and your customer care executive now i am  afraid but it's truley showing no body is bothered in Indane Gas company   about their customer's.

                                I would like to lodge this complaint through this public forum about Vishnu Gas Agency located in Whitefield, Bangalore. At first they do not accept re-booking within 28 days. and even after that do no deliver before 15 days of booking. As a result we are always without any cooking gas for at least 5-6 days in a month. Nowhere to go to lodge a formal complaint about this. There is no action inspite of repeated complaints lodged. Such is the helpless situation of the consumers.

                                  Sir, I Dattashankar jois N with Consumer No.RA-26742 has not received the subsidy amount for the refil supplied by my distributor on 07/10 2013 by Sree Rangagas agency Tumkur vide vr no [protected]. Before booking I was told will receive the amount through bank. But this has not happened till time. My SB A/C is aadhar enabled. I have submitted the AADHAR card, bank details to distributor in the month of March 2013. I have been visiting the distributor very often and has given the documets repeatedly. Every time they say data is updated. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT IN IOCL no body knows. This stage is not transparent. What has happened to my case. Why it is not seeded? no one says.IOCL portal is lacking in this aspect. I have sent four mails through portal. But I do not have any proof. What is this. Distributor, today also says HE is not responsible. Govt./ministry is responsible he says.What is this sir. Sir I want immediate transfer of subsidy amount for the above supply .                                   I A.K. Vijayakumaran take a L.P.G. Sylender from the Distributor (Ambily flames, Kottayam, Kerala) on 16/11/2013. An amount of Rs. 435 received my bank account on 18/11/2013, but subsidy amount not received. My Consumer No. 11929 (AMBILY FLAMES, PAMPADY, KOTTAYAM, KERALA)

                                  Two months are over. Nothing is heard. I have sent e mail to IOCL customer care that is also no use. I have received no reply. IOCL Is totally not transparent. Somebody should help us. Pl send this complaint to IOCl top authorities.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I am H Kumar (HK Varshney) enrolled vide LPG ID[protected] and consumer # 11193 of Vayu Sena Gas Agency, HQ trg Comd (Unit) AF Hebbal Bangalore. I have linked my Syndicate bank account # [protected] and Aadhaar Card #[protected] with IOCL for which I got confirmation dated 29/12/2014 and 31/12/2014 through SMS on my registered Mobile #[protected]. As intimated through SMS on 15/01/2015 that " One time advance LPG subsidy amount of Rs.568.00 has been credited to my Syndicate bank account #[protected]. The Same has been credited in my above mentioned account on 14/01/2015. I also confirm that first time subsidy amount of Rs. 308.09 was credited to my Syn Bank accoount # on 15/01/2015 against cash memo voucher No. [protected] dated 13/01/2015 for which SMS received on 19 /01/2015. My complaint is:-

                                  1. Second time LPG subsidy amount not credited against the cash
                                  memo voucher # [protected] dated 06 Feb 2015.

                                  Please reply through SMS on registered mobile #[protected] or through email ID [protected]@gmail.com.

                                    I am a regular customer of Abhil Gas Agency Mansarover Park Rohtak Haryana of Indane Gas for several years and my customer ID alotted by Abhil Gas agency Mansarover Park Near Karan Hotel Rohtak Haryana is AI 5728.Now Abhil Gas Agecy Rohtak has been closed and my gas connection has been reported to have been transferred to Anand Gas Service at Rohtak or Laxmi Gas at Rohtak but both deny to have been transferred the said connection. I* am now without gas and un able to get the delivery from none of the above gas agencies and they refuse to entertain me .Please confirm my gas connection from where should I get the delivery.

                                      On Dec. 2012 I purchased new connection of Indane gas In Beed. I used to work there, on March I Got Transfer to Nagpur. I Have submitted my all documents in the nagpur's agency before 10 days, But still I din't get any reply from the agency. (I Transfered my connection from Beed to Nagpur. I have given transfer voucher and all documents).
