Dear Sir My consumer no CX2234453, booked the gas on last 10days back against order no. 657141, but I received a masage on 11.11.13, your refill booking order cancelled, I surprised, why this is happening, I not received any call from concern disributer whill making the invoice, even at the time of delivery also. I for your kind infirmation on last 10days back I handed over my celender and amount to my appartment watchmen. He is also confirmed no one is comeing for delivery. Pl confirm the reason for cancellation without any infirmation/intimation and the delivered immediately without delay. We have used 2 cylinders. When we have gone to book another cylinder, they have charged 1968 for two domestic gas filled cylinders @ 984 each. As per government policy this rate will be charged if we consume more than 9 cylinders per year. They say that subsidized amount will get credited automatically on their bank account. My question is under which policy they can charge at increase rate when we have not consumed cylinders greater than...

sir, I have consumer number 25659 with veena gas agency in south east Delhi. I booked my gas on 12 October2013 with reference no. 289961, it is showing delivered on 31 October 2013 but I did not receive gas. I also complaint twice on 4 November and 08 November on IOCL portal but still did not receive gas. please make my problem solved with strict action. thanks

Sir one year ago my father took a siddartha siddesh indane gas connection on his name (consumer number 3506. K. abdul subhan khan) but 4 months ago I (k. Masood ali khan ) transfer this connection (3506) with my name. your distributor gave me new consumer number i.e.[protected] but in online and help line my record not appearing with this number[protected] . my aadhaar and account number appearing in my father’s consumer number (3506). My Gas Distributor is Kishore Gas Service, South Kolkata. For the last 5/6 days they have supplied gas to the consumers who have booked upto 24-10-13 and till now they have not improved the supply. They do not attend telephones. It is not possible for very senior citizen like me to visit their office to get information. I am a consumer of Indane gas for the last 28 (twenty-eight) years and I have never faced a position as now. I have booked for gas refill through automatic call centre on 01-11-13 and my booking number was given as 527503 and that time my distributor supplied gas refill upto the booking dated 22-10-13. Later when I phoned call centre for my position I found my booking number has been changed to [protected] and date was given as 04-11-13. Why is it so? This is in regard of my experience with a petrol pump at Panchkula Sector 16. It is a Indian Oil Petrol Pump. My complain is as below in detail, My office is 8 km away from this petrol pump and my bike giving average of 40-50 in local area. i have filled Rs100 petrol from Indian oil petrol pump, sector-16, Panchkula. After reaching at office my bike showing very less petrol. I have checked my bike also but no problem found in my bike. Next day i have filled again petrol wort Rs100 from this petrol pump same thing happened again. But i have a proper bill this time. Please consider my complain seriously and take necessary action against this type of fraud. Thanks

I'm from tirupur, Tamilnadu. Gas Agency: THIRUMALAI INDANE GAS, P N ROAD, PITCHAMPALAYAM PUTHUR, TIRUPUR. DELIVERY guy is speaking harshly. In the month of October, I was in home waiting for cylinder. Cab guy made a call & said, "Where are you? I'm in front of house. I went to main gate and looked but no one was there. I called him and told that I'm here. He told that he will be there in 30 minutes. Once he came, he was shouting at me. How many times I'm calling. I'll not deliver to you. Is there any solution to this?

Dear Sir, I am a customer of IOL LPG connection. Recently I have shifted from Minto Road NewDelhi - 110002 to B1/81 Dishad extention - 2 Dist.- Ghaziabad(NCR). I went to Usha Gas Agency to submite my papers with new dealer address Major Saheed Sudhir Chhikara Gas Agency, Dilshad Plaza DLF Sahibabad Ghaziabad. But Usha Gas agency not receive my papers without cylinder & regulator. I am a family man, please let me know I spend my life without cylinder. My self Harnam singh I am consumer of Indane LPG Gas  with Consumer No. 42359 from Vikram Enterprises, West kidwai nagar, south west delhi.I have booked my reffil on last month of 17th Oct'13 till now Neither I have received any  booking confirmation msg from your side nor recived reffil cyclinder.When i tried to know the status of my reffil then i was shocked to know that my gas cyclinder has been already delivered on same day on 17th Oct'13 wheares still i have not received any cyclinder. This is not a first time still agency did not delivered any cyclinder at my resi address WZ-1361 Nangal Raya new delhi -110046 from the beging and i have done multiple complaints to agency to making visted and agency office becuse his no. is does not exist if sometimes got the number nodbody is pick the call, and did not get any possitve response on your customer care when i make the call  on customer care no. [protected] but  i got same response alway from ur customer care ie" Network down we cant log your complaint ", , , let me know if you are unable to resolve customer complaint then why have you published your patehtic customer care no. and also align uneducated customer care executive they have no any solution to reslove customer issue... I am surprised and confused what to say and where to complaint nobody is getting response agency and your customer care executive now i am  afraid but it's truley showing no body is bothered in Indane Gas company   about their customer's.

I would like to lodge this complaint through this public forum about Vishnu Gas Agency located in Whitefield, Bangalore. At first they do not accept re-booking within 28 days. and even after that do no deliver before 15 days of booking. As a result we are always without any cooking gas for at least 5-6 days in a month. Nowhere to go to lodge a formal complaint about this. There is no action inspite of repeated complaints lodged. Such is the helpless situation of the consumers.

Sir, I Dattashankar jois N with Consumer No.RA-26742 has not received the subsidy amount for the refil supplied by my distributor on 07/10 2013 by Sree Rangagas agency Tumkur vide vr no [protected]. Before booking I was told will receive the amount through bank. But this has not happened till time. My SB A/C is aadhar enabled. I have submitted the AADHAR card, bank details to distributor in the month of March 2013. I have been visiting the distributor very often and has given the documets repeatedly. Every time they say data is updated. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT IN IOCL no body knows. This stage is not transparent. What has happened to my case. Why it is not seeded? no one says.IOCL portal is lacking in this aspect. I have sent four mails through portal. But I do not have any proof. What is this. Distributor, today also says HE is not responsible. Govt./ministry is responsible he says.What is this sir. Sir I want immediate transfer of subsidy amount for the above supply . I am a regular customer of Abhil Gas Agency Mansarover Park Rohtak Haryana of Indane Gas for several years and my customer ID alotted by Abhil Gas agency Mansarover Park Near Karan Hotel Rohtak Haryana is AI 5728.Now Abhil Gas Agecy Rohtak has been closed and my gas connection has been reported to have been transferred to Anand Gas Service at Rohtak or Laxmi Gas at Rohtak but both deny to have been transferred the said connection. I* am now without gas and un able to get the delivery from none of the above gas agencies and they refuse to entertain me .Please confirm my gas connection from where should I get the delivery.

On Dec. 2012 I purchased new connection of Indane gas In Beed. I used to work there, on March I Got Transfer to Nagpur. I Have submitted my all documents in the nagpur's agency before 10 days, But still I din't get any reply from the agency. (I Transfered my connection from Beed to Nagpur. I have given transfer voucher and all documents).

Consumer number--55328 From last six month we are getting harassed from Indane Gas disctributor Gas and Gadget in Behala Super market .After 10 days of voucher generation we are not receiving the delivery of cylinder .When we are calling Gas and Gadget they are not giving any response .The delivery boy are behaving very rudly when we are asking to weight the cylinder before giving delivery .They are saying that they have been informed from there office not to weight the cylinder .or need to take extra charges .

Dear Sir/Madam, Myself Ravi Sinha live in Bilaspur Chhattisgarh I have a complain for late delivery because every month when I booked the GAS Cylinder after that they deliver me 1 month later from the date of booking, I am registered consumer of Indane Gas my Consumer Id is 508598, my Gas agency name is Mahamaya Gas, situated at Jagmal chowk Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh agency phone no is[protected]. Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis

I have booked gas with SOORAJ GAS AGENCY, NADATHARA, THRISSUR on 05.09.2013. Till date i, e. 28.11.2013 the same has not been delivered. There is RAMPANT corruption is going on with the knowledge of IOCL officials. Gas is available if you ready to pay double the cyclinder cost. I lodged complaint with the IOC office. But no action as they are part and parcel of all these activities.

Dear Sir, I am Suman Lata Sharma W/O Sh. Pawan Kumar, V.P.O. Bhanjal, Teh. Amb Distt. Una (H.P.) facing a problem of Cheated from Indane Gas Agency where took a cylinder on 16/09/2013 having Receipt No. 233190 charged the amount of 1027.50 Rs and tell us the this Extra amount will submit in your Account in the form of Subsidy but we still waited this amount and when we investigate this matter then they are saying this was not applicable...

I am a customer of Poornima Indane Services, Parakode, Adoor. I have already linked my Adhar number with both Bank and Gas agency and my status shows green. On[protected] I took a refill from them and the receipt no.[protected] shows the delivery is from unlimited quota thereby denying my subsidy. The same happened on my earlier purchase also. I am wondering what happened because according to Govt. order I am eligible for 9 cylinders with subsidy. Your petrol pump at the Sarai Kale khan is cheating to the costumers taking petrol or Diesel at the station, when you go to the station two-three people will come and ask you to go to the old machines installed their and then one of them will come infront of the meter and the other will involve you in talk. What they actually do is, that they distract the you from reading the meter, the meter starts from zero and then suddenly in 1-2 sec it goes to 100 mark on the meter. Today, This is the third time i had faced this(first time i may be wrong), And when you shout at them, then they humbly offer you extra rs 100 oil saying the meter is having some problem.This is a serious case of crime and cheating that these people are doing, that’s why i am writing this to you take a strong action against them and do a secret investigation in this case. Also have a feeling that few of your agency people are also involved in this scam otherwise they not been performing this act so boldly and openly, So please take some action. Thanks
