Hi,

I have booked on 27.09.13 and i received messge on 15.10.13 that cylinder has been delivered to the customer.
But we have not received. Is that bogus or the distributor is playing game without delivering to us in the right time.

Please check on the issue.

The cost of the cylender to me is RS645.This is my sixtth cylender of Nine subsidy cylender I cost RS 195 more then other custmer.please inqure this .

        Respected sir, My consumer number is A-52412, distributor ALKA (inside market building) and i am residing at RBI Colony, Unit-IV, Bhubaneswar. I had booked a cylinder on 19 Sep 2013 and received the booking reference number 387516. On 03 October 2013 i received a sms from INDANE that booking has been done against my refill and cash memo has been generated vide No. [protected]. But the Cylinder was not delivered till that date. Again on 08 October 2013 i received another sms that cash memo has been generated vide [protected] and cylinder will be delivered shortly. In this bargain already 20 days has been passed. I went to ALKA (my distributor) on 10 October 2013 and made a query on this. The employee available there...could not reply anything about the cash memos generated. He took out the print of another bill and said it will be delivered shortly. Sir, could you please tell me what is the range of 'Shortly' in IOCL's dictionery? Secondly who will answer me about the whereabout of the previous two cah memos which were generated? Here i would like to intimate you that the Cylinder has not been delivered till date..till now...           Sir, I am a proud consumer of Indane LPG and my consumer no. is 17396. Our agency is M/s Sree Jayam Indane Gas Agencies located at New No.9/ Old No.5, Mariappan Street, Teynampet, Chennai-600018. I applied for refilling on 8.10.2013 and my order No. is [protected]. Today on 10.10.13, cylinder was delivered in the morning at 8.15 AM. But the cylinder was in very poor condition and when I saw the cylinder, it was painted on the frame as B-12 i.e. to the best of my knowledge, this cylinder should not be put to used beyond 2nd Quarter of 2012 i.e. not to be used beyond June 2012. It is surprising that the cylinder is being used even after 15 months beyond the expiry date. When I refused to take the delivery of the cylinder, the delivery boy immediately told that the cylinders are picked from the factory/godown, and he has no cylinders left with him to replace. However, the fact is that, within 15 minutes after delivery at our residence, I saw him carrying new refilled cylinders in his tri-cyle and I asked him from where did they come. He didn't even respond to me. But, every time during delivery, he never fails/forgets to collect Rs.420/- for a cylinder (i.e. Rs. 22/- more). If we don't give that extra amount, he starts arguing using abusive words. Kindly do the needful to replace the damaged cylinder with a new one.             my consumer no. 74699. I did refill registration on Sep 27 at Guru Gas Agency, M.K.B. Nagar, Chennai nd got delieverd on Sep 29 nd taken back since I have not exhausted my earlier cylinder. After empty my cylinder I booked by SMS nd they cancelled my registration on the dates mentioned below: Registrations made. got cancelled Oct 1 Oct 3 (confirmation msg recvd) Oct 8 (cancelled without my knowledge) Oct 8 (again registered) Oct 10 (cancellation of refill registration msg received) pls verify from my consumer number and take steps to rectify the defects, bcosI m for the delivery since 10 days with no fault of mine. request early action. The distributor has entered my aadhar number wrongly and linked the same with another wrong Aadhar number with other bank account. Later I observed that on my online account and communicated the same with distributor. Even though the distributor has made efforts to changed my aadhar number with correct one but in vain, the subsidy amount was transferred to the other person who is having the wrong aadhar number. I have discussed this issue with distributor; he told me that there is no solution because my Consumer number is linked with wrong aadhar number with wrong bank account also. So we cannot do anything and he told me that better surrender or close the connection and take new connection with different name . But I don’t want to close my existing connection. Please tell me the process to get subsidy amount on my bank account with my Aadhaar number only.

                Om Sai Petrol pump, Indian oil dealer at Rajarajeswarnagar Bangalore has been duping people for quite some time with fraudulent methods. The meter jumps to Rs.50 in a second. I got only half a litre of petrol for Rs.100. However I will not be able to show any proof. Indian Oil with their elaborate complaint procedure want proof of cheating which no customer will b able to provide. So much money is lost because of this fraud. A surprise anonymous check by the company will show this fraud. IOC is not interested in taking complaints. So most o[censored]s here have switched over to the other company in the same locality.                   Respected Sir, I have honour to inform that I am Resident of Rly Colony Qr.No.113/4, Raigarh (C.G.) User of Indian Gas in our area Raigarh Gas Services is authorized for Indian Gas (L.P.G.domestic uses) Distribution. Its been so much of harassment for us...tell what should we do now, I am mailing after repeated requests to them. And delivery time is usually more than 10-20 days. So, its my humbly request to look into this matter soon and ensure us timely delivery of gas cylinders with their exact fee. I hope u can understand my problem n help me.                       Sir, I Sri Mrutyunjay sahoo having consumer No.23987 having connection with Noble Indane, Sahidnagar of Bhubaneswar. with reference to my booking No.386526 over phone cash memo no.[protected] generated on dtd.01.10.13. Yesterday I have seen that delivery boy Mr. Jogesh on my way back to home during lunch. He was carrying the cylinders in his cycle & said he will deliver in my home. But did not deliver the cylinder rather one message came in my mobile that my cash memo no.[protected] has been cancelled. Reasons not known. Kindly take up the matter so as to receive cylinders against my bookings and take strong action against that delivery boy so that he dares to do such thing in favour of other customers.                         People living in our locality have not received a refill for more than 90 days. The agency guys do not answer phone calls. When we go to their office to enquire, they are are unbelievably rude. We hear cases of residents getting refills out of turn by bribing delivery workers. In fact, this is rampant. Everyone is complaining about this agency for the past several months. But, strangely, no action has been taken against them because, we are told, of their connections to people at high places. Each resident of India, as per the central government order, is entitled to one refill in 45 days. In our case, double that number of days have passed

                          I am writing this from NILAMBUR (679 329), MALAPPURAM DISTRICT, KERALA. People living in our locality have not received an Indane refill for more than 90 days. The agency guys, MC Gas Agencies, do not answer phone calls. When we go to their office to enquire, they are are unbelievably rude. We also hear cases of residents getting refills out of turn by bribing delivery workers. In fact, this is rampant. Everyone is complaining about this agency for the past several months.                               Today I witnessed cheating during the day on this petrol bunk. They jumped the meter by 80 INR which was the amount of petrol filled by two wheeler before me. I wanted to fill for 2000 INR petrol but as soon as the guy started filling up he kept asking me continuously whether cash or card. When I didn't pay attention he still started at 80. As soon i started arguing with the the guy all others came to his rescue and told me that he filled correctly (although none of them were present at the time of filing) And when I argued and wanted to complain they told me there is no manager there. In the argument as soon as they realised that I can't talk Kannada very well try started in Kannada. These people bring shame to good Kannada people.

                                I have applied for a new gas connection today at Veeresh Gas Agency, No.4, Near Ring Road, Sapthagiri Layout, Rmv 2nd Stage, Nagashetty Halli, Bangalore - 560094. I do have a stove, so I do not wish to go for the package which they give. i.e. cylinder + stove. But there is no option to buy cylinder alone, they force you to buy as package. Is there an authority where I can place this complaint? Because I feel what they are doing is not right. For the people who does not have stove, let them buy as package, but for the ones who already have stove, why do they have to buy it again?

                                  Hello sir.. I have a complain to make regarding your agency at pipeline road, Vijayanagar. I am very disheartened that no response is from the police also in this regard. Whenever I visit that petrol bunk, first of all they never set zero. And secondly if we ask for Rs 250 petrol they pretend to hear something else and fill only Rs 50...and that too without setting zero... And later other Rs 200 is filled. And when we see our petrol tank its only petrol of Rs 200 that is filled. This has been happening from many years and no action has been taken. If this continues, we will be forced to tell media about this. Hope you will take some action. And will not keep this complain also pending as you have done for the rest of the complaints..

                                    The services what i am receiving from gurukrupa gas service is very very bad.I have called since 20 days after booking of cylinder, but till date( 30/09/2013) i aw waiting my cylinder.Everytime there was a different person available on phone & they said that within 2 to 3 days you will get your cylinder.

                                    they are not respose properly.

                                      I Md samiuddin khan like to submit my grievances through this forum, as My mother was the Consumer of Indane gas and even after her death more than 15 years the connection is continued on my Ration card No. and due to govt. new scheme of transferring subsidy through bank, and Adhar, I forced to change the Consumer No. from my deceased mother's name to My name, and due to this prolong procedure I got 2 months to bring documents and affidavits etc and submitted and after 15 days I received the new No. in which my Adhar no is not related and agency dealer told to refuse enter my adhar no and stated that it is seperate process to enter Ahaar No. to my consumer allotted no. and I am now helpless to take benefit of subsidy and I am facing lot of trouble since last three months as without gas. I am bringing food for my family from hotel which is not suitable for me and my pocket,
                                      I think that some dealers want to fail the govt programme of dbt scheme and bringing bad name on Govt. by not transferring the Adhar no. on the cards by saying right and wrong reason,
                                      It is request to concerned authority to checkup me status and enter my Adhar No: Md. Samiuddin khan[protected], to the said allotted Consumer no. and book my a cylinder with subsidy as I and my family members facing a lot of trouble since 3 months.
