Feedback / complaint lodged with "Refilling charged @ Rs 932.50 per cylinder for initial issue of connection instead of Rs 421/- (the prevailing charges). On query dealer making excuses of non subsidized connection etc. Kindly ask the dealer to refund the amount so excess charged /adjust the same in future refilling. Kindly do resolve and confirm by email. Thanks"

Reply given by Feedback Officer, IOC, Jammu "Sir, As per records, your connection no. 15976 is a non- subsidized connection and when you had taken it, the refill was costing Rs. 932.50 , hence you were not overcharged.

Further, to change your connection from Non- Subsidized to Subsidized, you are requested to kindly approach the distributor and get it converted. After conversion , you ll be charged at subsidized rate depending upon the quota consumed.

Dear Sir,

Kindly refer reply given by you to my feedback on dated 16 July 2013.

It is not understood and never heard so far of a non subsidized domestic connection. To my mind a customer is issued non subsidized cylinder only on consumption of complete quota of subsidized cylinders i.e 09 cylinders. Is it the IOC or at the discretion of distributor to issue subsidized or non subsidized domestic connection. Reply to the feedback is purely as per the feedback provided by the distributor. The dealer charged a total of Rs 8260/- initially without giving any paper or receipt at the spot and papers were issued after many days whereas proper documents i.e copy of ration card, ID proof & photographs were provided to the dealer. As per the statement of the distributor, many of customers were issued non subsidized connections. I am not convinced at all. Kindly do justify and satisfy me with proper rule and regulation on the subject, if not, (i) refund / adjust the overcharged amount of Rs 1023/-; or (ii) take back gas stove, accessories so issued alongwith cylinders and refund complete amount, I don't want to remain a customer of IOC or Anil Manhas Gas Agency anymore.

Indian Lpg gas agency — Lpg Indane gas complaint against agency officer

Dear Sir,

Kindly inform you that I am from east delhi and my Address is 101/2 Ziauddinpur new mustafabad delhi-110094 and I take Lpg gass from karwal nagar agency it is situated dayal pur road. From last few months I am getting bad service from that agency. I don't know what kind of work they do of the agency they have no timing to give this Lpg cylender of the customer. I would like to tell you that some time I have to purchase the Lpg cylender from local market (In black). Which is not good for me. While my passbook date issued the cylender after the month however, I received the Lpg cylnder after 15 days from your this karwal nagar agency, They note the complaint of the customer after 10 days and they give the time of the customer 5 days after that date.

Its my humble request you please rectify all these problems as soon as possible and take any good action on that in the favour of customer.

If you any further information to me then feel free to contact to me with the help of my number.

Indane Gas — overcharging on issue on consumer card

This center has been charged Rs. 500 against for suplly of indion oil gas sellender's dairy for our old connection no. SAI-1029 in the name of ARUN GOEL 53, old jaggannath bihar panipat. Indane Lpg Gas Agency — Non issue of Refill

i didnt received my refil of gas from gas agency for abou 2 months and till now.After Repeted calls they are not issuing

Indian oil corporation — Overcharging for refilled cylinder

I am a consumer for Indane Gas with M/s Angad Enterprises, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi with Consumer No. AE 8807. I booked the refilling of cylinder on phone on[protected]. I have been supplied the cylinder on 1-4-2010 and charged Rs.310.35 vide voucher No. 10284 dated[protected] while on the receipt/voucher, the price printed is Rs.281.35/- Apparently, the cylinder supplied is out of stock of old rates but the dealer has intentionally made supply on 1-4-2010 and thus overcharged at new rates.
I have booked complaint on 20.08.2010 to MJV Gas agencis, Ambattur Estate, Chennai due leakage of supplied cylinder. So far nobody attend the fault. I have several times intimated through phones. The agency fellow simply refusing to attend the fault. Since, last five days not cooking also. what can I do. Please can help me and do something in favour of me. And also warning or cancelling the agency.

my booking is before rate increase and slip was cut and print rs.345=35 then why they charged extra money. sir please see the matter and solve my problems.

Indane Gas/LPG — lpg refill of gas cylinder not supplied by gas agency

I, Jineshwar das jain r/o a-27 amaltas colony gwalior-474005, gas customer no-1848 booked for supply of refill of gas cylinder on 7-8-2011 at POONAM GAS AGENCY,GWALIOR-5 but supply of the gas cylinder has not yet been received despite repeated personal and telephonic contacts.On the contrary those who booked on a later date have got the supply.the agency is not giving satisfactory reply.please look in to the matter& solve the problem

Indian oil corporation — Excess fare demanding

Sir,

I am a 72 years old senior citizen and i am a consumer of M/s.Rajesh Gas Agency, Madhavarm, Chennai-600 060, Tamilnadu and my consumer no. is 26651. I had booked a cylinder on 15.11.2011 and after 21 days i.e on 6.12.2001, i was told that it will take another 15 days to deliver the cylinder. Finally, after calling the agency over phone 5 times on 22.12.2011 and attending in person 5 times, the cylinder was delivered the same day on 22.12.2011. The rate of the cylinder is Rs.393.55/- but the delivery man is demanding Rs.410/- an extra of Rs.16.45/-.Usually we used to give an extra Rs.10/- on the MRP of the cylinder. This demand by the delivery person is quite ridiculous and a senior citizen like me who had already suffering from the increase in cylinder rates were put to harassment by the delivery person. Almost all the delivery persons at M/s. Rajesh Gas Agency, Madhavaram, Chennai-60 were demanding the same amount at all the houses they are delivering. I request your immediate attention in this matter and put an end to this arrogant behaviour of the delivery personnel.

I am eligible for subsidised gas cylinder (My consumer no. is 50996 from Sri Saila Gas Service, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh). When I got the cylinder after booking, on the receipt it said an amount of Rs. 558.30 will be credited to my account whereas only Rs 435.00 is credited to my bank account.
Can you please tell me why is this difference?

    Gajana enterprise gave transfer to sri rama agency which doesnt include the area which i asked when asked he changed manually in the transfer sheet gave a seal. then i spent running to get that fixed for ananth gas agency after a month they say it failed so i need to go for sri rama agency, i went there and they say they made mistake we wont process let them only rectify so i went gajanana and asked they say software doesnt allow them to change the agency. Its been 3 months without domestic gas supply i hav two small kids and have been running around since its in my name i am suppose to do it. I have been going around from koramangala Hal airport to ramamurthy nagar.
    Now they are saying since none o[censored]s are doing go to main Indian oil and get it changed.
    Please take action against these agencies.

      I have booked a gas cylinder refill on 03 july 2013 and not received the refill. i have made a complaint on 10july against it and got a contact number of the field officer on 12th JULY 2013 and when i tried to call him to enquire about it but he didn't receive my call. On calling the customer care agasin on 13th JULY '13 , the representative told me the field officer is unavailable on weekends, i asked her then why did you give me number of such a person who is so irresponsible for the things. I was then asked to wait for monday. How much time a person can wait for it. My consumer number is 17981 and my complaint number is 971571. Please do the needful.

      it is intimated to you all people that, i wanted to register my mobile no. for cylinder delivery at home
      and called up your toll free no.[protected]at 3:58pm on 6th february and one of your helpline executive attend my call he didn't disclosed his name otherwise i would have mentioned. even though he doesn't know how to speak with customer, it is very shameful movement for IOC, i think you people are not providing basic needs to your employee, because he is without any information (i.e. neither provided me distributor contact no. nor able to confirm how to register). It is strictly message to IOC that please listen my call, if it is possible , i would obliged for this kindness.

        I am already complained this problem on 20/06/2013 against Registration No.951396 at Indian Oil website. Indian oil reply that you can call our area officer (Mau) Mr.Alok Chaudhari but he cannot able to attained my phone. I am also a salaried employee and not having lots of leave

        Govt of India — Termination of Connection

        Hello there !!!

        I do want to know what reliance of geting out of sending me bills everymonth even though my connection has been terminated few months back. Infact i dont mind if someone sends me such bills since i have nothing outstanding to pay, but i would like to ask the top bosses of Reliance communication "whats the point in spending money in sending bill thru courier" ???

        my Mobile no was [protected] and it can be seen that i stopped using it since June 2007 and put my all possible effort to terminate connection but in vein !!! finally few months back i got the connection terminated. Thanks to the Reliance communication outlet in Chembur (near Basant Cinema) who not only confirmed the termination also gave me a 'signed' termination letter. But Monthly bills on my postal address and on my e-mail adres continues to come till date !!!

        Dont you think its a complete HOPELESS condition ?? looking at this i put application for the termination of my 2nd connection and i really surprise how it was terminated on a single attempt and bills are not coming for that number !!!

        Is there anybosy who can solve my problem ?? please send me mail on the email id given avobe..

        On 13th july 2009, Ihave deposited my all papers releted to transfer of my LPG connection from BHUBANESWAR to m/s ASHADEEP GAS SERVICES at tollygunge SOUTH KOLKATA, I have also provided them the phone number of my previous distributor at bhubaneswar. I have visited their office three times, the reply is same that they could not able to contact my previous distributor. Now I want to know from your good offices, whether it is mandatory to get confirmation from my previous distributors as per your rules and regulation, if so, why you have failed to provide all related contact number of all distributors all over INDIA, If it is not mandatory, then why tour distributor is harassing me . I want your reply immediately.

I want to complaint against shortage of 3 to 5 kg gas when I contacted him they said our cylinder always full fill if any mistake it would be IOC fault we notice that they filled water to recover the shortage.

          Indane Gas — Not getting the LPG gas cylinder

          I have booked a LPG cylinder on 24th january 08 in chandni gas agency. My gas registration number is 1688 . I have been assured to get the gas cylinder within 3 working days but even after 20 days i couldn't get the gas cylinder. please book a complaint aginast the defaulting company and penalise them.

          I am consumer of indane consumer gas. My problem is when my cylinder come it is always less in weight by 5kg. So do something in this matter. My consumer id is 5368.

          I have booked a LPG cylinder on 11th April 09 in Ela Gas Agency Sector 93 noida. My gas registration number is 3305 . I have visited the Ela Gas Agency today for new connection but they says that you have to purchase the gsa stove along with the cylinder, i do not want the the gas stove provided by the distributor. They are asking RS 3900/ for the stove + Gas cylinder and i do not have so much money as i am poor i only need the gas cylinder.please do the needful as the matter is most urgent.
          It is not my problem several other poor people who are in need are facing this problem.

          Sir,
          I stay in Pune and my customer number is 13190. I had booked for re-filling my cylinder. I had to call the agency atleast 10 times before they finally sent me the cylinder. Further the way they speak is very unprofessional. Most of the time they provide us the delivery persons mobile no and we need to chase them.

            My customer No 2287, I booked my refill gas on 09/12/08 and gas refill delivery on 18/12/08.
            My problem is, I have booked new refill by telephone then Clark is telling me to u r not book new refill till up to 09/01/09 but my booking date 09/12/08 + 21 date is also completed but he is calculated delivery date. So total day is minimum 26 to 28 day on next refill.

              I booked a cylinder on 30th May and got an automated SMS on 4th June saying the cylinder will be delivered in day or 2. I waited for 3 days but no luck. I tried calling people agency, moreover called morethan 15times in a day, atlast at around 4 they pick the call. They said cylinder will be delivered in another 2 days. But right after the day i got a SMS saying the booking has been cancelled. I don't know the culprit is the Software they are using or themself ???
              This happended thrice and now today is 28th June... almost 1month i have booked the cylinder. Still the cylinder is undelivered.
              I'm very much troublesome and very painful to have a Service like this.
              I'm distress because of below points.
              1. No Service as communicated via SMS
              2. We have given 2 telephone numbers to contact the agency, but hardly someone pick the call.
              3. Very abusive and harassing response over phone. (Especially by a lady - I don't know her name)

              Please let me know if there is any alternative way to tackle this problem.
              Is there any other Indane agency available near Electronic city?
              Do I need to change the product company? My neighbours suggest Bharath Gas service is good in Electronic city.
              Is there any alternative way to book the cylinder and get it delivered at a right time?

              Please take this as a priority. Hope I get a response soon.

              Indane Gas Service — Not Good Responce by Agency

              Hi,

              I was go 1 month before at your Teriveni Gas Agency. But They are not reponce us properly. My connection transfered from Jaisalmer to Jaipur, Now i am living in Mahesh Nager and near;s Branch is TERIVENI GAS SERVICE. i was contact with them and he was say come after seven day we are sending your papers for verification. but still they are saying Verfication paper;s not came. I check at jaisalmer gas ageny they are saying we already sent it from our end.

              So let me know Who is responible for it and they also say we need paper from courier so how can it done.

              my self is brij kishor sharma , I got connecton , must of highly request , there is one distrubution name is NATRAJ GAS SERVICE , any time I booked the gas
              , that nobody pick the phone or phone is always busy , its company manager never pick the mobile others is main proble if I go to book of gas then staff told , today booking is full , come on next day , if tyey booked the gas then gas cylindr will not come after they will take one months , or two or three week , then pls tell me how WHERE IS MY OFTEN .

                This to inform you that i am the customer of Dixit gas agency,Khicharipur delhi 110091(Indane gas) . when ever i booked cylinder from them. every time i received 2 to 3 kg less in weight. when i refused to accept less filed cylinder the delivery man started argument and doing miss behave.and when i compliant to the supervisor. he clearly says if you want cylinder then you have to accept less weight cylinder other wise you have to collect personally cylinder from our store. i am really fed up with this cheap service of Dixit gas agency (Indane Gas). Please take necessary action against this agency and please help me...

                  Indane Gas — Not providing connection on transfer voucher

                  I am custemer of Bharat Gas. I was having a connection at Bharat Gas in Vapi, Gujarat. However due to transfer, I have requested for the transfer of my connection to Raniganj, West Bengal. The distributer at Vapi have trasferred and provided me the transfer voucher and informed that i will get the new connection from any company gas distributer immediately as soon as I submit the transfer voucher. I have submitted the same voucher to Indane Gas at Raniganj as this was nearer to my residence. However the distributere is ignoring my application and he has not provided me the gas connection even after two months of my request. Please help me to get the connection.

                  Indane Gas — Transfer of connection without any cause

                  My Consumer code is ZT- 28420 and it falls under sector 5 rohini gas agency, . The agency owner has surrendered his gas agency and the company has shifted the gas connection to different agencies in Rohini delhi. I want to submit that no formalities and papers should be required for transfer as the connection is virtually/basically not transferred on the part of the consumer and this is a unnecessary harasssment to the consumers without any reason. so kinldy transferred my connection without any delay.

Our indane distributor is Jaybee Gas Agencies, Panavelil Buildings, Angadi P.O, Ranny, Pathanamthitta(dist), Kerala, Phone :[protected] / [protected]. Our distributor not giving home delivery even though I request them many times. Reason what they raise is the road leads to our home is not in good condition. Our home is only half kilometer away from main road and road is recently concreted and in good condition. I am more than 65 years of old, leading lonely life and suffering from some health problems so I am requesting to get the refill delivery at home. I have booked for refill cylinder though online(Ref no. R[protected]) but i havn't got the confirmation yet. Please take stringent action to get the refill cylinder at home from this time.
                    At the time of last refill delivery, I approached indane (Docket number was 876259) but we didn’t get the home delivery. After reaching main road , agent telephoned me and told that distribution vehicle carrying 90 fully loaded cylinder so we cannot come to your home. I am sure that they never come to our area with 90 fully loaded cylinder because our area is the border area of their delivery limit. Each time they are making some excuse for not giving home delivery.
                    Here I am requesting you to take some action for the refill cylinder to be delivered at home on time. Please do the needful.

Sir i have booked my gas refill but the Agency didn't make home delievery. He ask me to get the refill in the shop. But the home delievery charges is not debited in the charges of refilling.

                    The said supplior is not providing Home Deliveryof Gas cyclenders since a long.
                    The telephone numbers generally remains "Switch Off" or "Busy" or "No Reply"
                    I have Booked my Gas Refil on 23rd oct 2009 but the Supplier has not delevered Gas cyclender till now.

                    I have tried to complaint on the Toll Free No of Indian oil Corporation [protected] but the number is also not working.
                    I have tried to Complaint to the State incharge of Rajasthan for Indane Gas MR. Mathur but his numbers were also not working / replied.

                    I have compelled to lodge complaint to your goodself on account of no response from the company peoples.

                    Kindly do the needful at the earliest and arrange to instruct the said supplior to make home delivery of Gas Cyclender at the earliest.

I booked for a domestic gas cyllender on 8.1.10. they give me the date to collect gas cyllender on 19.1.10 but they did not it due to saying gas is not available However, two gas truck came from compay on 19.1.10, i went again on 20.1.10 again they refuse me due to gas shortage.                     I have booked Gas via phone at Indian Oil Corporation Aurangabad[protected], but was not delivered gas cylinder after several reminders. I had done the booking on 05.10.2010. and waiting list no is 730

                    My Consumer No is 04918. When I called up the delivering agency, Prayag indane gas agencies, opp. usmanpura polic station,pratap nager,aurangabad, they are saying that within two or three days, it will be delivered , but till the date I have not received the same. this happening last 4 year i not gatting cylinder on right time every this he delivered 20 days after booking

                    I doubt they are selling the cylinders unauthorisedly in black market or some hoteliers. This is too pathetic and I am reallly fed up calling the Prayag indane and IOC.

                    Please take necessary steps to make the delivery at the earliest.

                      I want to launch a complaint against “City Lite” , Barasat Indane Gas Distributor. My Consumer No. is 17165269. On 01.06.213 I booked my Indane Gas through online automated gas booking system. My booking no is 631341. On 14.06.2013 my cash memo was generated no. being[protected]. Till today i.e. on 18.06.2013 ( after 18 days from booking) my Gas is not delivered. Not only this I received a SMS that my Gas is delivered.
                      This is not the first time that this mal-practice is noticed against “City Lite” , Barasat Indane Gas Distributor.
                      Kindly make arrangements to deliver the Gas immediately and stop this mal-practice of “City Lite” , Barasat Indane Gas Distributor.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          I have a gas connection no. 12340 from Dikshit Gas Agency since 1990 but recently this agency has started harassing the customers like us. Though they have since long had this practice of taking out gas from cylinders but they have not ever stopped supply of cylinders to customers now they have started to stop the supply of cylinders to customers and sell cylinders at a higher rate to same customers through black market. I would not be the only customer suffering at their hands but many people have been forced to buy cylinders through black but all of them would not write to you or complaint anywhere else.
                          Not all the people are capable enough to buy cylinders from black market as they are very expensive please pay a heed to their suffering and take action against this agency. People from the said agency openly take out gas from cylinders meant for supply to customers. I am surprised on what basis agencies are given to such people for whom considering their personal profit is much more important than thinking about how would a poor person get his food without gas. I might be capable enough to buy cylinder through black but how can they be so irresponsible not to think about the poor people. They are corrupt because they would have got this agency through political connections and thus they have been given license to loot people. It is hard for me to understand on what criteria such people are given gas agencies just because they had political connections.
                          Has the corruption gone to such level that even private companies or even PSUs have now started to blackmail people. Even if the government starts giving subsidy directly to the customer’s account these people have got the way through as non subsidized cylinder costs around Rs.850 but the black market rate for a cylinder is Rs. 1100 so that means they can still have business. Steps should be taken so that if a person is not having a gas connection he should be given the non subsidized cylinder but that can only happen if agencies such as Dikshit gas agency are punished and people who are deserving are given agencies. I do not know what criteria makes a person get subsidized connection and why it is such a lengthy process but atleast every Indian citizen can get a non subsidized cylinder as he is not getting any subsidy but assumingly only giving some profit to the gas companies.
                          Lastly only hoping that me and other consumers get justice.

                          Indane Gas Ltd. Cylinder — Agency gets corrupted

                          I am a consumer of indane gas cylinder and my consumer no. is F-24728.This no. has been alloted to me by Freedom Gas Agency which is located at Balramnagar in Loni Dist.Ghaziabad.
                          I am completely unsatisfy with the services provided by the agency because they book a cylinder after 30 days from the last booking date and deliever the cylinder after 10 days.The whole calculation itself says that a family will get the next cylinder after 40 days.How can a normal family of 5-6 people manage with a cylinder for more than 35 days.
                          When some people including me complained about this matter in agency, the staff arogently said that "cylinder toh 30 din baad hi book hoga jo karna hai kar lo".They people are really bunch of crooks.The black marketing of cylinders is easily going on without any fear from Freedom Gas Service Balramnagar, Loni, Ghaziabad, U.P.The consumers are really so unhappy with the services because wants consumers to buy cylinders in black which is ridiculous.
                          I just want to draw your attention on this matter because it seems normal but it is really a serious matter which needs a strict operation.

                          The great harassment faced by me is as follows :

                          1.Booking is not taken before 21 days of delivery of the gas cylinder.
                          2. Delivery is given after 12/15 days of booking (resulting in a gap
                          of 32/36 days since the gas cylinder is empty).
                          3. Weight of the full cylinder is quite light and not properly sealed.
                          4. The supplyman of the locality is charging huge extra amount to the
                          consumers to give the cylinder. He is frequently supplying the
                          cylinders out of turn.

                          My wife, being a working lady do not find time to go to the shop daily
                          and manage the cylinder as is done by most of the consumers in my
                          locality. I remain out of Kolkata most of the time due to my office
                          exigency.

                          I would request you to personally investigate the matter and take
                          special attention in regularizing the system. Please try to introduce
                          the system of weighing the gas cylinder before delivrery. I would also
                          like to know the rules for booking the cylinder now.

                          I expect your sincere co-operation in this regard and help me to get
                          rid of this day-to-day harassment. Your co-opeataion will be highly
                          obliged.

                          Indane Gas — Harrasment by Distributors

                          Dear sir,
                          We are the customer of indane gas from more than 20 years.Previouly we are staying in rourkela-highly satisfied with the service.My first complain against Balarampur Indane, purulia, West Bengal, code-141031 is that they dont deliver the gas cylinder at my residence which is not even 2km from their godown & office.We have to take it from godown or wait for more than 2 month for their delivery which is no way possible for a family like ours.Seccond complian- last delivery we have took in 20th may09 then gone for booking on 22nd may 09, they dont booked & call after a week, they book the cylinder on 1st june09.today is 15 th & they has not yet deliver.when i call them they said it will take a month more.they are harrasing all the customer by saying short in the supply.on the other hand delivery boys selling the cylinder at Rs 450 at every nook & corner.All this corruption force me to complian to indian gas.pls do the need full as soon as possible.

                          I, Shankar Chaurasia would like to inform you that I had booked a new Indane Gas Connection with your authorized dealer Sisir Indane Distributors, 279/1 Midnapur Road, Girja Para, Raniganj, Dist – Burdwan, Pin – 713347, Ph. No.[protected] &[protected], W.B. My booking no. is [protected] dated 2nd Nov’2009 & Code No. is 140974. But the dealer is not ready to issue me the new gas connection at the price fixed by your company. They are demanding Rs. 4500/= for a single cylinder gas connection. As well as, I am being disturbed & harassed by him. Whenever I go to him for issuing new indane gas connection. He always gives me a fresh date. Firstly he has taken Rs. 130/= from me as booking amount & issued me a plain yellow receipt one week before booking i.e. 2nd nov’2009. He has called me 8 to 10 times & I have visited him on the scheduled time given by him. But I have not been issued the indane gas connection so far. They are forcing me to buy gas burner with the cylinder. But as I am a poor man. I am not in a position to pay such a huge amount for a single gas connection. I want that I must be issued the Indane Gas connection at a genuine cost and I shall buy the gas burner from the open market as per my own choice & budget.

                          I would therefore request you to take action so that I can get my gas connection at a genuine cost fixed by your company and I shall be allowed to buy the gas burner from the open market.
                          The dealer should not compel me to buy the gas burner from him at a very high cost.

                            I am vijay kumar Living in west vinod nagar mandawli delhi 92, We are lots of members of Indian gas but we are not receiving any cylinder from gas agencies. But there workers are selling cylinders in black market for small general store and other cylinders shops who's purchases the cylinder from the delivery mans. And selling in black markets and other customers whose don't have no customers registration no as well as same in BPC and HPC customers are facing same problems.
                            If anybody takes any action so delhi and other state peoples not face same problums.

                            The blackmarketing must be successful by the vicky agency (Indane Services) Due to this the delay of delivery does not come into your picture. But one thing at the time of Booking very beautifully showed as signboard your cylinder will reach within seven days.the opening time of
                            agency(vicky agency) is 9:30pm but is always seen here like 12:30 they have always transport issue which always come to 1:00 pm here people stand in the queue but if
                            you want to have refill that will have 24 hours any time i never understood that how they have refill for black marketing not for ragional they say very upfrontly that
                            they are involve in black marketing nobody can stop this that's way i feel there is something wrong please do something for here people

                            The indane gas agency is selling a cylinder for rs 4000 .
                            New people who come for job in nearby regions for two to three years find it cumbersome to take a new connection so the gas agency in thal region sells the cylinder in black at such high rate. Kindly look into the issue.

                              Hi,

                              I have registered for new gas connection in the gas agenct at selaiyur. I got the letter and proceed further for new connection. in the office, i told that i have stove and so i don't need a stove.the concern person in the gas agency told we will come and check the stove. still checking peson is not coming. important thing is i am staying nearer to gas agency, it wont take more than 15 mins to come my home. Poor service is delivered by GAS Agency which supply Indane Gas

                                  dear sir,
                                  the distributer of indane gas at jagatsinghpur, m/s sarala gas services is harrasing consumers like any thing and compelling them to buy from blackmarket.he is keeping money and card from consumers without giving them any acknowledgement and asking them to come after 5-7 days after receiving the cash and consumer card.after 5-7 days when consumers come for cylinder some of them found that their card is missing/lost and the owner charging the the consumers that you have taken the cylinder.he is intensionally doing this to compell the consumers to buy from his brokers. as there is no acknowledgement the consumers are unable to lodge any complain.he is handling the money of consumers for days together without any receipt or acknowledgement.most of the times his brokers are taking a number of cylinders at a time whereas the poor consumers are unable to get a single connection.in his office no display is maintained regarding whom to the consumers can put forth their grievances when harrashed.it seems that the company is protecting him as no one is inspecting his agency and enquiring into his malafied transactions and sufferings of consumers.please do not spoil the goodwill of the company through these touts.appoint more agents to provided better services to consumers.

                                  Indane Gas — harassment by customer

                                  we have booked 2 gas cylinder on 2nd september at 8:35om through there sms service by no.[protected] agaist consumer no. 6713 and 2861 from house no 227/4 pkl after waiting for 15 days we have still not received any gas cylinder .we have gone to the seecular gas situated at sec-11 plk n told them the total happening n there are least bothered to it and simply refuse to respond to us even after showing them the sent sms they dint excepted that. Another problem that we are facing is that they dont even pick up there given landline no. of there agency despite our 100 odd attemptsto thier landline no. ie 2562206 and 25855676 no body i there to pick up the call .Inpite of our all efforts there is no gas in our home which is a serious matter kindly pay attention to that

                                        Indane Cooking Gas — Unauthorised demand

                                        My brother Akhilesh Gupta booked a new gas connection. On enquiry the dealer M/S Swagat Gas Agency Muzaffarnagar informed verbally that the connection has been released by the company, but he has to compulsorily purchase the Gas Stove, Apron and a Fire Extinguisher for Rs 5, 460, wthout which the connection shall not be given to the customer.
                                        I complain about this blackmailing and high handedness of the dealer. I understand that the company does not allow their dealers for such monopolised blackmailing.
                                        You are requested to instruct the dealer suitably.

                                        Indane Gas — Supply of domestic gas

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I am a customer of indane gas distrubutor is Mansarovar indane gas, Mansarovar Jaipur, consumer no. T 31962 have following complaint:-
                                        (1) My gas is not being booking on Phone&mobile since last years.It have to book on Distrubutors showroomonly.
                                        (2)The gas is not suppling at my home, it is to collect at godown of the showroom.
                                        (3)The indane says to collect refill from godown there should be Rs 8 less from the cost.
                                        (4)The change is not available with Godown keeper, therefore, the cost should be in multiple of Rs5,
                                        the extra price credited to welfare fund to lower employee of the distrubutor like uniform, medical etc.

The Dealer for the Gas Supply is Shivanel Gas at Chikmaglur .Today 11 th Friday morning we have problems with gas stove and the same is complainted to Shivanel Gas at Chikmaglur , he tolg us to bring the gas stove to his office , after taking the stove till 5 o clock evening the stove not repaired and unattended .                                         Where there is no rule that any consumer has to duely buy gas stove only from the regarding dealer. But our regional delear(Gopal Gas Services,Maheshtala,Kolkata-700141,Kolkata) is forcing to buy the stove from them otherwise they will not provide new connection of domestic gas.
