I have booked gas with SOORAJ GAS AGENCY, NADATHARA, THRISSUR on 05.09.2013. Till date i, e. 28.11.2013 the same has not been delivered. There is RAMPANT corruption is going on with the knowledge of IOCL officials. Gas is available if you ready to pay double the cyclinder cost. I lodged complaint with the IOC office. But no action as they are part and parcel of all these activities.

    Dear Sir, I am Suman Lata Sharma W/O Sh. Pawan Kumar, V.P.O. Bhanjal, Teh. Amb Distt. Una (H.P.) facing a problem of Cheated from Indane Gas Agency where took a cylinder on 16/09/2013 having Receipt No. 233190 charged the amount of 1027.50 Rs and tell us the this Extra amount will submit in your Account in the form of Subsidy but we still waited this amount and when we investigate this matter then they are saying this was not applicable...

    I am a customer of Poornima Indane Services, Parakode, Adoor. I have already linked my Adhar number with both Bank and Gas agency and my status shows green. On[protected] I took a refill from them and the receipt no.[protected] shows the delivery is from unlimited quota thereby denying my subsidy. The same happened on my earlier purchase also. I am wondering what happened because according to Govt. order I am eligible for 9 cylinders with subsidy. You are requested look into this anomaly, rectify by crediting my bank account with the subsidy as promised. Regards. Mary Sam

      Your petrol pump at the Sarai Kale khan is cheating to the costumers taking petrol or Diesel at the station, when you go to the station two-three people will come and ask you to go to the old machines installed their and then one of them will come infront of the meter and the other will involve you in talk. What they actually do is, that they distract the you from reading the meter, the meter starts from zero and then suddenly in 1-2 sec it goes to 100 mark on the meter. Today, This is the third time i had faced this(first time i may be wrong), And when you shout at them, then they humbly offer you extra rs 100 oil saying the meter is having some problem.This is a serious case of crime and cheating that these people are doing, that’s why i am writing this to you take a strong action against them and do a secret investigation in this case. Also have a feeling that few of your agency people are also involved in this scam otherwise they not been performing this act so boldly and openly, So please take some action. Thanks

        I have booked on 27.09.13 and i received messge on 15.10.13 that cylinder has been delivered to the customer.
        But we have not received. Is that bogus or the distributor is playing game without delivering to us in the right time.

              Respected sir, My consumer number is A-52412, distributor ALKA (inside market building) and i am residing at RBI Colony, Unit-IV, Bhubaneswar. I had booked a cylinder on 19 Sep 2013 and received the booking reference number 387516. On 03 October 2013 i received a sms from INDANE that booking has been done against my refill and cash memo has been generated vide No. [protected]. But the Cylinder was not delivered till that date. Again on 08 October 2013 i received another sms that cash memo has been generated vide [protected] and cylinder will be delivered shortly. In this bargain already 20 days has been passed. I went to ALKA (my distributor) on 10 October 2013 and made a query on this. The employee available there...could not reply anything about the cash memos generated. He took out the print of another bill and said it will be delivered shortly. Sir, could you please tell me what is the range of 'Shortly' in IOCL's dictionery? Secondly who will answer me about the whereabout of the previous two cah memos which were generated? Here i would like to intimate you that the Cylinder has not been delivered till date..till now...                 Sir, I am a proud consumer of Indane LPG and my consumer no. is 17396. Our agency is M/s Sree Jayam Indane Gas Agencies located at New No.9/ Old No.5, Mariappan Street, Teynampet, Chennai-600018. I applied for refilling on 8.10.2013 and my order No. is [protected]. Today on 10.10.13, cylinder was delivered in the morning at 8.15 AM. But the cylinder was in very poor condition and when I saw the cylinder, it was painted on the frame as B-12 i.e. to the best of my knowledge, this cylinder should not be put to used beyond 2nd Quarter of 2012 i.e. not to be used beyond June 2012. It is surprising that the cylinder is being used even after 15 months beyond the expiry date. When I refused to take the delivery of the cylinder, the delivery boy immediately told that the cylinders are picked from the factory/godown, and he has no cylinders left with him to replace. However, the fact is that, within 15 minutes after delivery at our residence, I saw him carrying new refilled cylinders in his tri-cyle and I asked him from where did they come. He didn't even respond to me. But, every time during delivery, he never fails/forgets to collect Rs.420/- for a cylinder (i.e. Rs. 22/- more). If we don't give that extra amount, he starts arguing using abusive words. Kindly do the needful to replace the damaged cylinder with a new one. Nagar, Chennai nd got delieverd on Sep 29 nd taken back since I have not exhausted my earlier cylinder. I have discussed this issue with distributor; he told me that there is no solution because my Consumer number is linked with wrong aadhar number with wrong bank account also. So we cannot do anything and he told me that better surrender or close the connection and take new connection with different name . But I don’t want to close my existing connection. Please tell me the process to get subsidy amount on my bank account with my Aadhaar number only.

                      Om Sai Petrol pump, Indian oil dealer at Rajarajeswarnagar Bangalore has been duping people for quite some time with fraudulent methods. The meter jumps to Rs.50 in a second. I got only half a litre of petrol for Rs.100. However I will not be able to show any proof. Indian Oil with their elaborate complaint procedure want proof of cheating which no customer will b able to provide. So much money is lost because of this fraud. A surprise anonymous check by the company will show this fraud. IOC is not interested in taking complaints. So most o[censored]s here have switched over to the other company in the same locality. User of Indian Gas in our area Raigarh Gas Services is authorized for Indian Gas (L.P.G.domestic uses) Distribution. Its been so much of harassment for us...tell what should we do now, I am mailing after repeated requests to them. And delivery time is usually more than 10-20 days. So, its my humbly request to look into this matter soon and ensure us timely delivery of gas cylinders with their exact fee. I hope u can understand my problem n help me.                             Sir, I Sri Mrutyunjay sahoo having consumer No.23987 having connection with Noble Indane, Sahidnagar of Bhubaneswar. with reference to my booking No.386526 over phone cash memo no.[protected] generated on dtd.01.10.13. Yesterday I have seen that delivery boy Mr. Jogesh on my way back to home during lunch. He was carrying the cylinders in his cycle & said he will deliver in my home. But did not deliver the cylinder rather one message came in my mobile that my cash memo no.[protected] has been cancelled. Reasons not known. Kindly take up the matter so as to receive cylinders against my bookings and take strong action against that delivery boy so that he dares to do such thing in favour of other customers. Â When we go to their office to enquire, they are are unbelievably rude. Â We hear cases of residents getting refills out of turn by bribing delivery workers. Â In fact, this is rampant. Â Everyone is complaining about this agency for the past several months. Â But, strangely, no action has been taken against them because, we are told, of their connections to people at high places. Â Each resident of India, as per the central government order, is entitled to one refill in 45 days. Â In our case, double that number of days have passed

                                    Today I witnessed cheating during the day on this petrol bunk. They jumped the meter by 80 INR which was the amount of petrol filled by two wheeler before me. I wanted to fill for 2000 INR petrol but as soon as the guy started filling up he kept asking me continuously whether cash or card. When I didn't pay attention he still started at 80. As soon i started arguing with the the guy all others came to his rescue and told me that he filled correctly (although none of them were present at the time of filing) And when I argued and wanted to complain they told me there is no manager there. In the argument as soon as they realised that I can't talk Kannada very well try started in Kannada. These people bring shame to good Kannada people.
