4 kg weight less

This to inform you that i am the customer of Dixit gas agency,Khicharipur delhi 110091(Indane gas) . when ever i booked cylinder from them. every time i received 2 to 3 kg less in weight yesterday[protected]..my cylinder has delivered at my home with having 4 kg less weight. .I was not at home that time,only my grandmother were at home she collected the cylinder and also she argue with him regarding the less weight ..but the cylinder delivery...

Dear Sir, I would like to share this that i had gone to Indian oil petrol pump sector-16, Panchkula for refilling petrol in my bike. First of all i told the pump employee to fill my bike worth Petrol of 200 Rs,He was so much busy in gossiping that he filled worth Rs 230,Instead of apologizing he started misbehaving k now u have to pay.Looking as if he was a poor man i told him to fill worth 250Rs.Now as i moved forward about 2km by bike's petrol meter was showing less petrol than it should.Generally with petrol worth 250Rs my bike needs refilling after 200Km but this time my tank got empty just after 100Km. Please ensure that the consumer get's value for money.And do carry the inspections as normal common man to catch the flaws and frauds.

The Same thing happened with me also. On same petrol pump. They are feeling less petrol. I have checked this two times in two days. I have checked my bike also but no problem in my bike. They are feeling less petrol and behavior of worker is also not good.

My office is 8 km away from this petrol pump and my bike giving average of 40-50 in local area. i have filled Rs100 petrol from Indian oil petrol pump, sector-16, Panchkula. After reaching at office my bike showing very less petrol. Next day i have filled again petrol wort rs100 from this petrol pump same thing happened again.
i am with u.The Same thing happened with me also. On [censored]ing Mehra Moters sector 16 indian oil petrol pump. They are feeling less diesel. all the worker r bhan chod kute sale harami de oollad,

PANCHKULA: Panchkula district court on Saturday awarded one-and-a-half year imprisonment to a Sector-10 resident in connection with cheque bounce case. Along with imprisonment, judicial magistrate Renu Rana also directed the accused to pay Rs 6 lakh compensation to the complainant.

According to information, Sector-14 resident Dinesh Chugh had filed a complaint against Sector-10 resident Dinkar Mehra, whose father runs a petrol pump in Sector 16, stating that Mehra had obtained a loan of Rs 5 lakh from him in 2008. In July 2008, Mehra returned loan amount in form of a cheque but when complainant Chugh tried to encash the cheque it got bounced. Complainant contacted Mehra for the amount but to no avail. Thereafter, he had also served a legal notice and finally he lodged a complaint under Section 138 of negotiable instruments Act.

In his defence, Mehra said that he had kept some of his signed cheques without filling the amount in the almirah of petrol pump. He further added that someone had stolen those cheques and had misused them.

However, Mehra failed to produce any DDR or FIR before the court in connection with those cheques. tnn

    dear sir, It is a matter of great shame and concern that the staff of indian oil petrol pumps are mis-behaving, mis-guiding and harressing the customers. Today morning while I went to the pump for filling petrol in my bike, I saw que in one machine out of the three petrol machines. I stood near the other petrol machine for so long and then when no one came, I went to call the staff to fill petrol. As soon as i called him, he behaved so badly and insulted saying that petrol will be given through one machine only. I said I waited so long and after this much time how could u respond so badly, he said me to get lost and do what ever i wanted, but the petrol will be given through that one machine only.. The machine was in a working condition but still they all were resting and not working there. Is this the procedure to treat the customers. Their language was so hurting.. Every thing must be there in cctv which was presented in the petrol pump.. I demand and expect Severe action towards this.. thanking you

      Respected Sir Sub. Non Delivery of Indane LPG Refill Ref. My Consumer No. - 12671, My Dealer / Distributor - Pal Enterprises, Bauria Panchanantala Sir This is to reference my refill order booking no. 475714, 20.07.2013, I got a massage on my registered mobile no. - [protected] dated 10.08.2013 at 06:54:01 that cash memo no.2594 generated against my above booking no. and the cylinder will be delivered shortly, however as the cylinder was not delivered and kept waited till 15.08.2013, I have tried to contact my local distributor - PAL Enterprises over phone at[protected] / 26618756 for continious next two days on 16th & 17th, but unfortunately no one responded of my calls inspite my several hundred attempts for the last two days and hence have decided to lodge a complaint with the Indane Customer Care no. [protected] for the non-delivery, and they noted my complain & confirmed to do the needfull accordingly and have provided me a complaint no. 1008066 on date 17.08.2013 Since then I am still waitng for the Indane LPG Refill Cylinder to deliver I therefore fervently request you please look into the matter and do the needfull at earliest as my whole family is suffering due to non avaiblity of alternate cooking media Best regards SK RAJESH ALI

        paavan gas agenciesanantapur, India, is not bothered to attend phones, doesn't care for honoring bookings, i had booked a refill on 13 july.even i had talked to the dealer who assured supply on 19 august.staff at agency are making lame duck excuses of non receipt of aadhar details which i have submitted to them and my bank sbi jntu two months ago. Is anyone there to to listen? IOC is a public sector compnay, so it doesn't matter if it looses business. Is there any statutory bodies who can take care of a genuine customer who use hardly a LPG cylender in a month

          Sir,I am Vaibhav Jayant Lokare facing problem in transfer of gas connection of Indane Gas from Ambica Gas Agency Isanpur in Ahmedabad.I am being harassed by the gas agency first for the documents and now for issuing the transfered connection.the incharge/boss of service has given at least 6 appointments and never entertains and sends back.Now he is not available and as per employes working the form submitted has gone missing and they are giving date for next Friday that's too without any assurance of the form getting back.as per employes working he is very busy meeting & will return only on Friday 23 Aug 2013.Please note that I am trying for the transfer of gas connection from last 18 days and have shifted to Ahmedabad one month back and can any human with heart can understand how I am surviving without Gas connection

          I have transfer my Indane gas connection from United Gas Company, Shahibabad ( UP ) to Amar Gas, Shahdara ( Delhi ) but after transfering, Amar Gas ( Shahdara ) not accepted our connection & he is saying, you can transfer your connection at Geeta Colony ( Gandhi Nagar ) but if my residence at Shahdara so why i transfer the same at Geeta Colony.

            I booked my refill abt 29 dys back but till now i have not received my Refill. one time bill was produced and delvery was ensured within few dys but sorry it was never delivered. then i contactet my deler Monaka Enterprises and i was told tht refill will be delivered to u vry shortly, but till now it is not delivered and even distributor is not attending my calls and toll free number is also not active. Please help me in getting the delivery of my cyl. at the earliest and also ensure tht the dealer is attending the calls of its customers. thanx. Rgrds.

              This is V. Ravichandran (Customer number:33295)we have been booked the cylinder on 18th July 2013 and we got a delivered message on 28th of july but they have delivered the cylinder today only also found Cylinder leakage.Usually the the cylinder used to come for 40-45 days but this time the cylinder has come only for 25 days due to cylinder leakage.So please kindly insist the agency(Ganesha agency) that this mistake not happens next time.

              Indane Gas — very late delivery of gas

              i have booked my gas cylinder through ivr in indane gas , my consumer number is 29877 in the name of Deepak jain, R/o-rz-108, ist floor indira park,uttam nagar,delhi-59 & my agency is sunder shyam Enterprises, A-1 janakpuri.

              i have received message that your gas book and cylinder will deliver shortly after that i received message that cash memo number 958 is generated on 5 july, now today is 16july i have not received my refill gas.
              i logged complaint , they send message that cylinder has been delivered. i have visited two time at agency they told me that your cylinder will deliver in 2 days. everytime same problem.

              is any solution against these type of problems.

                my previous gas cylinders ran for about 6 weeks(22.4,8.6,24.7) but surprisingly the last one(supplied on 24.7.13 exhausted within 20 days without any extra cooking It is only possible when the cylinder is partly full. Pl. take appropriate action.

                  IBP Petrol pump on RT Nagar Main road has shameless/rude vendors working.

                  I experienced the same thing a couple of times, I decided not to visit them again..but due to some unavoidable situation I visited them today and it happened again !

                  I asked for petrol of Rs.200/- clearly and loudly. He filled in for 50/-, I said Boss I asked for 200/- and He started from 50 and I said to him that you cheated me and he was taking all nonsense with the other customers that he filled correctly.

                  I went in to the managers cabin, he opened their transaction report online and told me that he filled for Rs.200 by showing me some transaction. I asked him the transaction on the bill and report is different, he says that is random number. I could not fight with them, as they keep talking in kannada. I try to talk in Eng/Hindi, They do not talk in either langauge.

                  and the most disgusting part is the smile on all the workers face (they smile looking at each other, that they are not caught).

                  People should boycot this IBP petrol bunk in RT Nagar main road...by spreading through social media...

                  I had similar experience in ioc petrol pump at rt nagar 80 feet road. I asked to fill for 200, the guy filled for 50 and then I asked to fill again. This guy started filling from 50, and stopped at 150.
                  Avoid RT nagar ioc petro pump, or be careful.
                  What I thought of doing next time is, if in case he fill 50rs when i ask 200, i will pay 50 and take my bike.

                        Dear Sir,

                        We are holding an Indane gas connection , Consumer No:6333 under the name Radha Kumari with Indane Gas Agency, Sandhya Flames, Aranmula, Kerala. We were refilling the cylinder regulary and last refill was done in March 2013. However; now the connection is deactivated saying that refill is not done in past 1 year. The agency is not ready to accept the form to reactivate it. For the past one month we are trying to get it reactivated. Even the customer care is helpless(complaint No:983725). Kindly do the needful to reactivate it.

                          I am consumer of Indane Gas under distributer SHANTI INDANE from last 6 months and requeted for refill booking 3 times till now and each and every delevery distibuter is making haras in delevery of filled gas and last time taken 15 days in delevery and now from last 15 days we are waiting for delevery and keep calling all concern people but not having any positive response and we are forced to use other means for cooking so requesting...

                          Indian Oil petrol pump - KAVADIGUDA cheating in filling petrol.
                          they divert people attention and jump the reading.
                          In my case I stopped at kavadiguda petrol for refuel and asked for 300rs worth of petrol and one the person with the cash bag asked me to fuel 340rs ( that's how he diverted ). he fueled with out showing reading

                              We have applied for a new LPG connection 3 weeks back at Pooja Gas Agency, Thrikkakara. We had submitted ration card for KYC. Since we were not planning to buy a gas stove, the agnecy was not much interested. They said some software upgradation is going on and hence they are unable to process the request. After 3 days, an inspection took place at our residence and we were give an inspection OK certificate. In the meantime, we went to the gas agency 5 times, but everytime they are saying the same software complaint. When we call for inquiring on the status, theagency is not picking the land line.

                                Feedback / complaint lodged with "Refilling charged @ Rs 932.50 per cylinder for initial issue of connection instead of Rs 421/- (the prevailing charges). On query dealer making excuses of non subsidized connection etc. Kindly ask the dealer to refund the amount so excess charged /adjust the same in future refilling. Kindly do resolve and confirm by email. Thanks"

                                Reply given by Feedback Officer, IOC, Jammu "Sir, As per records, your connection no. 15976 is a non- subsidized connection and when you had taken it, the refill was costing Rs. 932.50 , hence you were not overcharged.

                                Further, to change your connection from Non- Subsidized to Subsidized, you are requested to kindly approach the distributor and get it converted. After conversion , you ll be charged at subsidized rate depending upon the quota consumed.

                                Dear Sir,

                                Kindly refer reply given by you to my feedback on dated 16 July 2013.

                                It is not understood and never heard so far of a non subsidized domestic connection. To my mind a customer is issued non subsidized cylinder only on consumption of complete quota of subsidized cylinders i.e 09 cylinders. Is it the IOC or at the discretion of distributor to issue subsidized or non subsidized domestic connection. Reply to the feedback is purely as per the feedback provided by the distributor. The dealer charged a total of Rs 8260/- initially without giving any paper or receipt at the spot and papers were issued after many days whereas proper documents i.e copy of ration card, ID proof & photographs were provided to the dealer. As per the statement of the distributor, many of customers were issued non subsidized connections. I am not convinced at all. Kindly do justify and satisfy me with proper rule and regulation on the subject, if not, (i) refund / adjust the overcharged amount of Rs 1023/-; or (ii) take back gas stove, accessories so issued alongwith cylinders and refund complete amount, I don't want to remain a customer of IOC or Anil Manhas Gas Agency anymore.

                                Dear Sir,

                                Kindly inform you that I am from east delhi and my Address is 101/2 Ziauddinpur new mustafabad delhi-110094 and I take Lpg gass from karwal nagar agency it is situated dayal pur road. From last few months I am getting bad service from that agency. I don't know what kind of work they do of the agency they have no timing to give this Lpg cylender of the customer. I would like to tell you that some time I have to purchase the Lpg cylender from local market (In black). Which is not good for me. While my passbook date issued the cylender after the month however, I received the Lpg cylnder after 15 days from your this karwal nagar agency, They note the complaint of the customer after 10 days and they give the time of the customer 5 days after that date.

                                Its my humble request you please rectify all these problems as soon as possible and take any good action on that in the favour of customer.

                                Indian oil corporation — Overcharging for refilled cylinder

                                I am a consumer for Indane Gas with M/s Angad Enterprises, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi with Consumer No. AE 8807. I booked the refilling of cylinder on phone on[protected]. I have been supplied the cylinder on 1-4-2010 and charged Rs.310.35 vide voucher No. 10284 dated[protected] while on the receipt/voucher, the price printed is Rs.281.35/- Apparently, the cylinder supplied is out of stock of old rates but the dealer has intentionally made supply on 1-4-2010 and thus overcharged at new rates.
                                I have booked complaint on 20.08.2010 to MJV Gas agencis, Ambattur Estate, Chennai due leakage of supplied cylinder. So far nobody attend the fault. I have several times intimated through phones. The agency fellow simply refusing to attend the fault. Since, last five days not cooking also. what can I do. Please can help me and do something in favour of me. And also warning or cancelling the agency.

                                I, Jineshwar das jain r/o a-27 amaltas colony gwalior-474005, gas customer no-1848 booked for supply of refill of gas cylinder on 7-8-2011 at POONAM GAS AGENCY,GWALIOR-5 but supply of the gas cylinder has not yet been received despite repeated personal and telephonic contacts.On the contrary those who booked on a later date have got the supply.the agency is not giving satisfactory reply.please look in to the matter& solve the problem

                                Indian oil corporation — Excess fare demanding

                                Sir,

                                I am a 72 years old senior citizen and i am a consumer of M/s.Rajesh Gas Agency, Madhavarm, Chennai-600 060, Tamilnadu and my consumer no. is 26651. I had booked a cylinder on 15.11.2011 and after 21 days i.e on 6.12.2001, i was told that it will take another 15 days to deliver the cylinder. Finally, after calling the agency over phone 5 times on 22.12.2011 and attending in person 5 times, the cylinder was delivered the same day on 22.12.2011. The rate of the cylinder is Rs.393.55/- but the delivery man is demanding Rs.410/- an extra of Rs.16.45/-.Usually we used to give an extra Rs.10/- on the MRP of the cylinder. This demand by the delivery person is quite ridiculous and a senior citizen like me who had already suffering from the increase in cylinder rates were put to harassment by the delivery person. Almost all the delivery persons at M/s. Rajesh Gas Agency, Madhavaram, Chennai-60 were demanding the same amount at all the houses they are delivering. I request your immediate attention in this matter and put an end to this arrogant behaviour of the delivery personnel.

                                I am eligible for subsidised gas cylinder (My consumer no. is 50996 from Sri Saila Gas Service, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh). When I got the cylinder after booking, on the receipt it said an amount of Rs. 558.30 will be credited to my account whereas only Rs 435.00 is credited to my bank account.
                                Can you please tell me why is this difference?

                                  Gajana enterprise gave transfer to sri rama agency which doesnt include the area which i asked when asked he changed manually in the transfer sheet gave a seal. then i spent running to get that fixed for ananth gas agency after a month they say it failed so i need to go for sri rama agency, i went there and they say they made mistake we wont process let them only rectify so i went gajanana and asked they say software doesnt allow them to change the agency. Its been 3 months without domestic gas supply i hav two small kids and have been running around since its in my name i am suppose to do it. I have been going around from koramangala Hal airport to ramamurthy nagar.
                                  Now they are saying since none o[censored]s are doing go to main Indian oil and get it changed.
                                  Please take action against these agencies.

                                    I have booked a gas cylinder refill on 03 july 2013 and not received the refill. i have made a complaint on 10july against it and got a contact number of the field officer on 12th JULY 2013 and when i tried to call him to enquire about it but he didn't receive my call. On calling the customer care agasin on 13th JULY '13 , the representative told me the field officer is unavailable on weekends, i asked her then why did you give me number of such a person who is so irresponsible for the things. I was then asked to wait for monday. How much time a person can wait for it. My consumer number is 17981 and my complaint number is 971571. Please do the needful.

                                    it is intimated to you all people that, i wanted to register my mobile no. for cylinder delivery at home
                                    and called up your toll free no.[protected]at 3:58pm on 6th february and one of your helpline executive attend my call he didn't disclosed his name otherwise i would have mentioned. even though he doesn't know how to speak with customer, it is very shameful movement for IOC, i think you people are not providing basic needs to your employee, because he is without any information (i.e. neither provided me distributor contact no. nor able to confirm how to register). It is strictly message to IOC that please listen my call, if it is possible , i would obliged for this kindness.
