This is about a petrol pump named Shri Balaji Petrol Pump Haridwar - Dehradun Rd, Hansuwala, Uttarakhand 248140

Last night (04.08.2021) I was heading to Haridwar by my bike and i refill fuel of Rs. 250/- form Shri Balaji Petrol Pump Haridwar - Dehradun Rd, Hansuwala, Uttarakhand through Google Pay UPI Transaction ID:[protected].

Three staff members were there at that time one was getting the bar code scan other one was refilling in-between he engaged me in general talk like rain water on the top of the tank just after the third member stop the meter feeding button from other side of the machine without showing me the reading and the the staff who was filling the fuel said it is done you can check your tank. After asking many time the reason he said there were other vehicle in the line.

After leaving the place when i crosscheck through my fuel meter there was a cheat. At least fuel of 100/- (approx) theft by those people.

This happened to me so please look into this matter as earliest as possible

I have booked lpg gas cylinder but it was not delivered and received a message that it was delivered. When I called them regarding this, they said maybe we were not at home and thus they would sell it to someone else, even though we were at home whole week. Gas agency is LV Reddy, from Hyderabad.

Today at 3.49pm I went to the Indian oil petrol pump at edakkad, kannur, Kerala to fill my scooter I have paid rs 100 for my scooter before filling it I had some fuel in my scooter after filling it I have just traveled 5 km after that my scooter ran out of fuel and was not starting when I opened my petrol tank it was empty I went back and reported the incident but there was no help From there side they said they have filled it and told me to complaint to their manager when I went to see the manger he was not there then one of there staff told us that he went home. Please take an appropriate action as soon as possible

Today's I came on IOCL malpura agra .I want only 199 rs petrol but he forcely fill petrol of rs 200 .So I don't like this type of ### more .Because we know all about it that if we fill petrol fixed price like Rs 50, 100, 150, 200, 250.then automatically some fuel didn't fill in my tank so told to him why u do like that when I click a picture of petrol pump booth then worker say me abusing word to me and also to my frnd .He came close fights with us but he only turn up my caller of shirt, i already mention a pic with that worker of petrol pump booth also he told me that this machine is work properly so I fill 200 rs petrol so I told him if machine is not work properly then tell me earlier I didn't fill petrol from your booth .So it's all disgusting.most of the worker of that IOCL worker misbehave with us . Please I want strict action. On those IOCL petrol pump worker .

The staff there is very volatile bad behavior with customers is a common thing also they also cheat when people fill the vehicles . This happened to me several times so please look into this matter as earliest as possible

महोदय,
देश के ज्यादातर शहरों में पेट्रोल की कीमत 100 रुपये प्रति लीटर हो गई है। आम आदमी को अपने द्वारा भुगतान की गई राशि का पूरा मुआवजा मिलने की उम्मीद रहती है। हालांकि पेट्रोल पंपों पर इसकी गारंटी नहीं रहती। सरकार पेट्रोल- डीजल के लिए टैक्स चार्ज करती है। लेकिन पेट्रोल पंप संचालकों पर सरकार का नियंत्रण होता नहीं दिखता।
देश के ज्यादातर पेट्रोल पंपों पर ग्राहक का समाधान नहीं होता। कई पंपों पर उतना ईंधन नहीं मिलता जितना पैसा दिया गया है। पेट्रोल-डीजल की चोरी होती है। यह मामले गलत घटनाओं की ओर ले जातें है, जैसे कई जगहों पर घातक हमले, यहाँ तक कि छोटे-छोटे कारणों से हताहत भी होती है। ऐसी घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए सक्षम और पारदर्शी तंत्र होना चाहिए। नई तकनीक का उपयोग करके सिस्टम को विकसित किया जाना जरूरी है।
देशभर के पेट्रोल पंपोंपर मौजूद कर्मचारी ग्राहकों को ठगाते नजर आते हैं। ग्राहक इसकी तक्रार करें तब, पेट्रोल पंप के कर्मचारी एक साथ आते हैं और ग्राहकों से लड़ते हैं, ऐसी तस्वीर जो हर जगह देखी जा सकती है। मैनेजर से शिकायत करने पर वहां भी गाली-गलौज सहना पड़ता है। आखिर शर्मिंदगी की वजह से कोई लिखित शिकायत दर्ज नहीं कराई जाती। की जाती है तो, शिकायत करना किसी काम का नहीं होता है।
विभिन्न करों से करीब 33 फीसदी कमाई करने वाले इस सेक्टर पर सरकार को कड़ी नजर रखनी चाहिए।
पेट्रोल पंप पर जाते समय आम जनता असमंजस में होती है, कि दिए हुये मुल्य का पेट्रोल मिलेगा या नहीं। लगभग सभी जगह एक जैसा ही अनुभव होता है। ऐसे में पारदर्शिता पर संदेह होना स्वाभाविक है।
इस समस्या को रोकने के लिए सरकार को पारदर्शी व्यवस्था बनानी चाहिए। उस प्रणाली के माध्यम से नियंत्रण बनाए रखा जाना चाहिए। ग्राहकोंने दिये हुए मूल्य का ईंधन उपलब्ध कराने की व्यवस्था की जाए। इससे पेट्रोल पंप धारकों को लेकर जनता के बीच भ्रम को दूर करने में मदद मिलेगी। जैसा की, नोटबंदी के समय नए नोट प्रचलन में आए, इस दौरान एटीएम मशीनों में तुरंत बदल किया गया। पेट्रोल पंप पर मशीन में तुरंत ऐसा ही बदल किया जाना चाहिए, धन्यवाद!

सविनय निवेदन है कि मै प्रार्थी राकेश सिंह कुशवाहा को लोकेशन नंबर 1134 महाराजगंज से जंगीपुर बायपास हाईवे पर पेट्रोल पंप डीलर के लिए च्यानित किया गया था पर जिसकी LEC फेल हो जाने से मुझे ग्रुप 3 में डाल दिया गया। 24 जून 2021 को मैंने पेट्रोल पंप डीलर चयन से withdraw कर दिया और अपने बैंक की सारी डिटेल अपडेट कर दी पर अब तक हमारे द्वारा जमा की गई ₹40000 sequirty money अब तक हमें वापस नहीं की गई है और ना ही मुझे रिफंड का कोई Email आया और ना ही मुझे रिफंड का कोई स्टेटस पता चल पा रहा है
अतः आप श्रीमान से अनुरोध है कि हमारे द्वारा जमा की गई ₹40000 वापस दिलाने की कृपा करे।

Hi sir, i have taken petrol from indian oil petrol pump, ekmi, darbhanga on 29/07/2021 approx 3:00 pm and the pipe was leaked and many grams of petrol drop down, i asked the manage also that who will give the extra petrol which is drop down then the manager told no one will give and for this i have put a camplaint on his register also.

Today I fill up fuels in my two wheeler in iocl pump. 1.shakti fuels, Bowakalan shakti chowk dhanbad, 4ltrs price 386.48(96.62/ltr)
2.maa kamakhya fuels Aamtal raniroad dhanbad, 2ltrs price 193.76(96.88/Ltr)
So how it possible in same district price will vary. So please give feedback of this matter. Both matter are dhanbad district. Thanks

मै भूपेंद्र भूषण मकान नंबर 393 गली माता वाली तेलीवाड़ा दिल्ली 6 का निवासी हूं मेरे गैस कि उपभोक्ता संख्या नंबर 23649 एसोसियेट ट्रेडिंग कंपनी (अल.पी.जी -[protected]) प्रताप नगर (अंधा मुघल) दिल्ली 7 से सिलेंडर प्राप्त करता हूं मैंने मोदी सरकार के उज्वला युजना शुरू होने पर अपने सब्सिडी त्याग दी थी गैस सब्सिडी सिलेंडरों मै महीने की सिलेंडर संख्या निर्धारित नहीं की गई है मै एक आर.टी. आई. कार्यकर्ता हूं जो कि क्षेत्र के सामाजिक कल्याण मै संलिप्त हूं जिसके कारण मेरे कार्यालय मै लोगो की अवा जही लगी रहती है जब मैंने एजेंसी से 2 से अधिक सिलेंडरों कि आपूर्ति मांगी तो उन्होंने आपूर्ति देने से मना कर दिया मैंने उनको हवाला दिया के मेरा कनेक्शन गैस सब्सिडी का है जिससे उजवला योजना चल रहे है इसके लिए मुझे भारत सरकार से प्रशस्ति पत्र मिला परन्तु मुझे एक आर.टी.आईं. कार्यकर्ता का हवाला देना पड़ा उसमें 2 बड़े राजनेता ओवैसी जो कि राजनीति दल ए.आईं.आम.आईं.अम. के अध्यश है तथा पूर्व उप राषट्रपति हामिद अंसारी जो कि गैस सब्सिडी के 400 से 500 सिलेंडर लेते है जब मैंने इनका उदहारण देते हुए 8 से 10 सिलेंडर मागे तो उन्होंने देने मै अस्मार्था जताई तथा इंडियन ऑयल के बड़े अधिकारियों ने मेरे यहां ओचक निरिषण किया कहीं मै सिलेंडरों का उपयोग व्यासायिक कारणों से तो नहीं कर रहा सूचना के अधिकार के माध्यम से मेरी सिलेंडर संख्या निर्धारित की जाए यदि देने मै असमर्थ है तो दोनों राजनेताओं की सप्लाई बंद की जाए मोबाइल नंबर [protected]
