transfer of domestic cylinder connection

As we people lived in Mallasamudram town panchayat areas. We have domestic cylinder connection in Vel Gas Agency, Attayampatti(salem dt). We didn’t get the cylinders properly. We face lot of difficulties to get cylinder from vel gas agency. We cannot able to book cylinder via phone. They didn’t attend call or don’t give a proper answer. So we need to go there & book the cylinders every time. And also they didn’t...

my name is sarvesh tyagi, my father jaiprakash tyagi connection no is-5303, we have a domestic connection from ranjana gas agency,kharkhauda, dist meerut,belong to indane gas, are charge 440 rs for 14 kg cylinder, if we were asking why, they told us that if you want to take a gas cylinder, yo have to par 440 rs otherwise go and complain where you want to do, even the price is only 416 rs

L.P.G. Cylinder — Irregular Supply of Celenders

Dear Sir,
I want to attract your kind attention towards irregularities committed by your L. P. G. distributor from quite some time. I am unable to understand why L. P. G. distribution system has become a great problem for your local distributor as well as for customers. I want to know from your side that how much days after getting delivery we can book our request for refill and after booking how much days it will take to materialize the booking request. In this connection I have talk to your sales officer on cell phone number [protected] but he did not respond me positively. His behavior is very passive towards customers.
I am very sorry to say that I have given my refill request to PREET GAS GIDDARBAHA on 7th Jan-2009 SV. No. 798747 Consumer No. 445 favoring of Ram Sarup but I had got the refill after 50 days of delivery. Further I state that I had colleted 5 refills from Jun-08 to up to 27th Jan-09. In these conditions, I request your good self's to arrange me the statement of last 8 months refill supply statement from the distributor. So that I can match that supply statement with my consumer card. I hope you will look into the matter personally and take decision accordingly. We feel great inconvenience due to non-availability of consumer grievances contact number or address at the agency office. I hope that a better customer service will be provided in near future.

L.P.G. Cylinder — Taking extra money on cylinder

Sir/Madam,

I would like to complain about Bhaskar Gas Agengy situated at Rehabari, guwahati, assam that the worker are not supplying our gas cylinder. they just sell our cylinder to other persons at higher price and telling us that your number has not come yet for the cylinder. They even not home deliver the cylinder properly. If we asked them then they asked for extra money for our cylinder only.

So, i request u to take some action quickly in this regard.

    1) On 6th April 2013 at around 11.30 AM I had been to M/S Global Indane Panchasakhanagar, Dumuduma, Bhubaneswar for transferring the Indane connection No 3329 of one of my relatives, Sri Subhadarshi Dash to New Delhi to where Sri Dash & his family have now shifted. On prior consultation with M/S Global Indane on 23.3.2013 Sri Subhadarshi Dash had authorised me in writing to surrender the cylinders and regulators alongwith the original subscription vouchers and to obtain transfer documents and refund of deposits etc from the agency on his behalf.

    2) Accordingly, to avoid the unncessary hassels of transporting the cylinders I initially approached M/S Global Indane to doubly confirm if they will be accepting the authorisation and do the needful to issue the transfer documents etc . On verifying the authorisation, my Id proof and all other documents they advised me to bring the cylinders and regulator for surrender. Accordingly, by hiring an autorickshaw I brought two cylinders to Global Indane and they received the same into their office. I also surrendered the regulator to them.

    3) While waiting in their counter for processing of my case I observed that one woman consumer was taking a new connection and the concerned staff of M/S Global Indane was pressurising her to purchase a gas stove saying that the Indane has made it now compulosory to purchase gas chulla from them while taking a new connection. When the women feebly protested against it the concerned staff thretened her to cancel the issue of the connection. Seeing that a consumer, that too a woman, was being unnecessarily harassed and was unable to withstand the pressure of the agency I advised her that the agency staff were pressurising her beyond rules and she could not be compelled to purchase the stove from them. But, she should have a gas stove with BIS mark which the distributor can verify to ensure the safety in use of the connection since ensuring safety in use of the connection to avoid leakage and explosion is supposed to be the primary responsility of gas supplying authority and their distributors. When the woman consumer pointed this to the staff of the agency he got agitated and again threatened to cancel the connection. I remembered the similar way I was pressurised and harassed when I took the connection way back in 1992. At that time, I thought it proper in the common interest to take the side of the harassed consumer and pointed out to the display of the notification under MRTP Act on the wall of the agency and told the staff of the agency that they were doing something illegal. From the gesture of the staff I could guess that he has never bothered to understand what that notification meant, what for such a notification was there at all and perhaps, nor was he ever sensitised about it. The notification being in English and a bit difficult legal language, I could also guess that many of the consumers present there including the concerned woman consumer were finding it difficult to make out what that notification meant.

    4) At this point most of the staff of M/S Global Indane came out, got united and threteningly started questioning me what business have I got to interfere in their afairs and advising the woman consumer not to purchase the stove from them. When I told them that as a common citizen and also a consumer I have every right to protest against an illegal thing they were doing as an authorised distributor of a public sector undertaking and distorting the public distribution system of an essential commodity, that too, when the government is very rightly trying to discipline the gas distribution system to prevent pilferage in the fuel distribution vital to the economy of the nation.

    5) Then, the manager of the agency came out and intimidatingly told me that he would show me what the rule was and how it works and then, advised his staff not to process my case and return my surrendered cylinders, gas papers and the regulator. At this point his staff got encouraged to behave like rougues gheraoing me just short of physically manhandling, refused to process my case of transferring the connection, returned the papers, regulator and the cylinders.

    6) Ultimately the woman consumer was feeling too much frightened and harassed and the staff of the agency , in the mean time were cooking up so much alibis to either delay or cancel her connection. Then her husband present there advised her not to enter into the hassels by protesting and purchased the stove and left by taking the new connection. Surprise of surprises, the other consumers present there, may be feeling threatened by the united intimidation of the agency staff or may be due to the prevailing typical common Indian unconcern for the common cause advised me to go for a compromise with the agency and get my case processed without entering into unnecessary hitches.

    7) The staff of the agency then jeered me to see for myself how the rule works and dared me to go and lodge complain anywhere I liked and that, they were prepared to face any eventuality. They told me that it is the public sector companies who were giving the targets to distributors to sell the stoves, pipes and other accessories to the conumers by any means. If it is illegal then why they were giving the targets to them and of course, I didn’t have any explaination.

    8) Besides, the transfer of connection of my relative, being a staff of NABARD, Bhubaneswar I was to carry out a discussion with the manager of the agency regarding irregular supply of gas against the official connections of NABARD. This was for the third time I was going to sort out the same problem of the official connections. That day after this unsavourry incident when I requested for discussing about the supply of gas against the connections of my office, they kept me waiting and intentionally made me run from this counter to that counter. When I insisted upon discussing, since it was my official compulsion and I had to clarify my higher ups regarding it they somehow hesitantly obliged me. It is another matter that the small issue still remained inconclusive, may be, needing a fourth visit to the agency.

    9) Ultimately, I had to call back the autorickshaw reload the cylinders at the peak of temperature in the noon that day and return back to my home with a much bigger load of humiliation as I think, for protesting against an illegal and arbitrary act. I don’t think this must be a stray case; many of the consumers must be facing this abuse of dominant position by the distributors and as I have mentioned earlier, I had faced it 18 years back. What I feel, no concrete measures are being taken to prevent this except perfunctorily displyaing the intelligible provisions of law in the notice boards of the distributors without creating awareness and taking measures how to successfully implement and enforce them, otherwise the distribution agencies would not dare to be so audacious in exploiting and intimidating the consumers.

    I request and hope that your good office may kindly look into the matter and take both deterrent and remedial measures as may be deemed proper and just in the public interest to prevent the abuse of dominant position of the distributors as enshrined in the provisions of law. In my personal case I also request you to immediately allow the transfer of the connection No 3329 of my relative Sri Subhadarsi Dash on his authorisation to me ( copy enclosed for ready reference) since his family would be suffering there at New Delhi without getting an essential commodity like cooking gas.

    ALL SORTS OF COMPLAINT REDRESSAL NOS. ARE GIVEN ON THE DELIVERY SLIP, BUT ARE OF NO USE BECAUSE, EITHER YOU DON'T GET THEM AT ALL OR "THE NUMBER IS NOT EXISTING", AND THE LIKE.

    I FEEL THE COMPLAINT REDRESSAL MECHANISM NEEDS AN OVERHAUL.

    lindane — Gas leakage complaint not taken seriously

    I have a gas connection from ACME GAS AGENCY, INDANE DISTRIBUTOR, A-2, (GF) SONA PARK COMPLEX, MAKARPURA ROAD, VADODARA 10. My consumer No. is 16576 in name of CYRUS LOVEJI CONTRACTOR.

    When the delivery was given for the cylinder on saturday, 3rd of April the bottle was having leakage & hence another bottle was being asked for. The second bottle was also given, but it had the same problem. Despite of the complaint the same is not being changed so far. When the above ACME agency was contacted over phone they demanded for Rs.60/- for checking the same, which I refused. The bottle is still leaking and no body has taken any pain whatsoever even after 2 days to look into the complaint. When the agency was contacted they behaved in a rough manner & demanded for money.
    It has always been a major problem with this agency here in Vadodara about the misbehavior and they always do not listen anything over phone. Mostly they receive the phone and keep the receiver down or disconnect the phone.

    I have a specific complaint against the person named BHAGWANJIBHAI over their in their office who misbehaved over phone and talked in a very rough manner. Even their delivery persons misbehave every now & than and are not ready to check the cylinder despite of the fact that as per rules they have to do it. Nobody here in Baroda is ready to listen to their complaints.

    Hence I have decided to go to consumer court and I'm also sending a copy to the collector office for not solving the problem. In case of any mis happenings in my house I shall file a case which please note.

    I expect you as a head office to cancel the license of such agency who does not know how to take care about the customer .

    this is to complaint about non follow up of complaint of gas leakage of consumer number 16585 of m/s arunita gas services of indane. the people do not behave well on phone calls regarding any complaint. they sell filledc gas cylinders on premium black money without connections and do no attend to complaints of gas leakage,

    lindane — harasssment by agency

    DEar sir,

    Dushyant gas agency distributor of indane is troubling my mother old t age 68 years by harassing threatening non delivery of gas cylinder nor entertaining request for change of gas cylinder connection from my deceased fther . consumer no. is G-79.

    lindane — non delivery of cylinder and misbehaving by the staff at distributor point

    my consumer no is :525956. i have booked a Indane Gas Cylinder Booking No.206876 about 15 days ago.On[protected] automated delivery status announcement indicates Dear Indane customer, cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking 206876 with cash memo 1858. But it has not been delivered at my premises. Today i visit to dealer point ( because of cylinder gone empty) at R.S.DISTRIBUTORS RAJA BASANTO ROY ROAD KOLKATA about the matter. A lady at dealer point check in his system and told me that because of some reason we missed to deliverer. When i request to them please deliver gas today. they told that when cylinder came to godown they deliver apart from this they told that no one of delivery man want to go grahms road ( my residence area ) because of customer quantity goes down so u have to change your dealer. Today my family including my 2 child 2 and 3 year old have to eat in hotel and may be tomorrow.Please advise what to do............

    lindane — Non issue of original voucher

    I transferred my gas consumer number from Bhubaneswar GAS to Global Indane on 13/11/2010 and submitted all the requisite papers afresh. I again visited Global Indane on 15/11/2010 and obtained the pass book only. Their staff told me that original vouchers would be issued after authorised signature is put on it. Again I visited Global Indane on 16/11/2010. Still I could not get the papers. Since my place of posting is Angul and my family is staying at Bhubaneswar, it was not possible to visit every day. In the meanwhile I forgot about obtaining original vouchers. Again I visited Global Indane on 14/01/2012 their staff expressed their inability to trace/issue the papers.

    In the meanwhile one person Mr. Somya Ranjan Das visited my residence on 14/01/2012 to verify the documents. I produced all the documents except the original voucher and explained him everything. But Mr. Somya Ranjan Das refused to see anything in the absence of the original voucher. Again he has threatened to lock the gas.

    My consuemrship with Indane gas is 15 years old which I started during my posting at Haldia (West Bengal). Please suggest what to do. My consumer No. is 955,

    Dear Ma’am,
    I am Aishwarya Maitri My Gas no. is AE 01717 Angad Enterprise. Actually, we book our gas on 4-2-2012 and after having patience for many days of non-delivery we made a complaint to them online on[protected]. And day after we call them regard that non delivery and then they said that our booking is on[protected]. Now u say how it is possible that on 23rd we made a complaint about non delivery and booked on 24th will they think we are fool. You also know only because o[censored]s your company will stand and you know the moment I tell them that we are going to complaint on presidential mail id then they replied that do whatever you want and disconnect the phone after misbehaving. They are doing black selling their gas cylinder and we already submit our complaint to the presidential secretariat complaint helpline.

      i booked a refill cylinder on 02/03/2013, through ivrs n i received a message dt 03/03/12 saying your cylinder will be delivered shortly your refill booking no.20935 cash memo 17211 . But the cylinder has been not delivered . Sir How can it possible Captain Gas Agency Pratap Vihar Ghaziabad said that booking of march has been cancelled so how can I received the GAS .

        I went to refill my astra for a full tank at R. LAW SERVICE STATION, 14/9A Gariahat road, Kolkata 700019 on tha 07/04/2013, it costed me 3319,81 Rps for 44,43 ltrs of so called unleaded petrol.
        I had about 7 litres left in my tank (the max capacity is 52 litres)
        After 1 day my car engine lost allmost all its tork power, I went back to the station and asked if their petrol was really unleaded as they had said...
        The next day, my engine was really going worse, so I decided to take it to the mechanics, who finally told me by sunday morning (the 14/04/2013), and after cleaning evreathing that the probleme came from the quality of the petrol.
        Indeed, after taking a sample we could see that that gas petrol cheats with its customers and we had to remove all the petrol away from my car's tank.
        I kept the bill and all the remaining petrol as an evidence, and ask you please to force close and proceed for a checking of those crooks...
        These kind of people bet on custumers that only put a few amount of petrol by time to time that can be mixed up with good petrol to pass through the fishnet, not like me, who only do full tank to full tank...

        I am really disapointed for the behalf of Indian Oil, who I am sur does the best to keep its quality standard, that becomes hopeless with those end-of-the-line thieves...

          Worst Service! Indane & Service Provider Saravana Gas Agency @ Perungalathur

          I never see such kind of irresponsible person. For the last two hours I am trying to contact the emergency service #s for making a complaint on gas leakage but none of the numbers are not reachable. All the numbers are switched off. Also, I called the number [protected] available in http://indane.co.in/toll_free_complaint.php the website and they provided me one number "[protected]"and the number also switched off.

          I can't bear this kind of irresponsible service and i am definitely take it to consumer court.

          Indane Gas — emergency nos not reachable

          Have an emergency with regard to leakage of INdane gas cylinder. Have been trying for the past 1 hour on the emergency nos provided. But so far it says "user busy". Am surprised to note that how the nos willbe continously busy. THere is no opportunity for the consumer to reach the emergency nos when it is in dire need of. The company shuld have look into this immediately as it is question of safety & life of common people. The nos provided in the company website under emergency is of no use as the customer is not in a position to reach when it is required......Req immediate attention & appropriate action for this compliant.- Visveswaran.

            Dear All,

            Went into Sri venkateshwara Service Station, IOC dealer, Jeevan Bima nagar, Bangalore (TIN [protected]) at around 8:40 AM, 10th Apr 13. I asked for a fill of Rs 1500/-. As one attandant came to the driver window of my car to ask "card or cash" and another guy started opening the fuel tank. As i turned back, i saw that the guy had started filling from "3 Ltrs." and not "0 Ltrs.". I got out of my car and asked for an explanation and also started shouting. I asked for a complaint book and the pump manager. but both didnt materialise. They kept on apologising and persuading me not to complaint. They even offered a refill for the shortfall, and did it without me asking for it. All the time they just kept on apologising. The attandant who had done the short measure was "Pawan". I asked for a bill and got one for the first fill, but i doubt that it wasnt the bill for that nozzle even. Feel cheated and sad. Its our hard earned money for god's sake. Kindly get something done.

              Dear All,

              This is regarding serving of short measure petrol at Sri Venkateshwara Service Centre, IOC (IBP) Dealer, Jeevan Bima Nagar, Bangalore. I entered the pump around 8:40 AM, 10 Ap 13 on way to my office and asked for a fill of 1500/-. One attandant came to the driver window to ask for "card or cash" while the other started opening the tank. The moment I looked back I saw that the guy filling had started from 3 Ltrs. I got out of the car and asked for explanation and started shouting. I repeatedly asked for a complaint book or the pump manager. But the attandants kept on apologising and asking the culprit attandant to apologise to me. they even offered me the refill for the shortfall and even without my asking they did it. they kept repeatedly apologising and persuading me not to complaint. I asked for a bill and they gave me one for the first fill. But I even doubt weather he gave me a bill for the right nozzle or not. Feel cheated and let down. Its our hard earned money for God's sake.

              i would like to in[censored] that i am regular customer of indian oil petrol pump sector 28 chandigarh sukhna petrol pump to day i visit at petrol pump for refil petrol i demand for 300 Rs petrol they fil 6.89 but actul meter show 7 lt when i want to clerfy this issue no body give me proper response when i demand for complaint register they are not ready to give pls look in to this meter

Then I booked for new refill cylinder on 16.03.2013. Now till date I do not have receive refill cylinder. Their service is irregular ,no prompt.                 Indane Gas Cylinder — no. delivery

                my consumer No.6371. I have booked a gas cylinder from Shanti Indane, Palam Colony, New Delhi on 27.08.2008 and it was delivered to me on 20 or 21.09.2008 after my so many reminders and every time I was assured by them that the man has aready gone with the cylinder at my place. Now, I have again requested for another cylinder on 30.09.08 and a lady picked up the phone and said that I am not entitled for another cylinder till 21 days after the delivery of 1st cylinder and after my request see agreed to deliver the cylinder on 01.10.2008 but till now no cylinder has been delivered to me. Please advise. Every time they make falls assurances. My phone No.[protected]

                Indane Gas — Gas Cylinders not delivering on time

                I am from Trivandrum, Kerala and my gas connection is with Indane Gas. The agent for Indane at our locality is Guhan Gas agencies, however the service is unfortunately subpar.

                I have booked for a gas cylinder on Feb 4th and I am not in receipt of the same yet (today is March 18th). Right now, when checked with other vendors they are not having any issues like shortage of gas cylinders. Not sure why this is happening at this particular agency only. Somebody please look into this.

                Indane Gas Cylinders — no delivery

                I furnished my grieviences for your kind information and favourable action.
                I am a cunsumer of indane gas for nearly 23 years. I am having one cylinder with adiitional cylinder(total 2 ).
                I am officially posted to chennai so i have surrendered my 2 cylinders with regulator at Sri subham gas agency, chidambaram on 23.03.2009 for transferring to shree chella agency selaiyur, chennai 73. I approached the chella agency on 28.03.2009 for supplying the cylinders. The staff of that agency told me to come on or after 2nd April . I have my official id card(superintendent Tamil Nadu Govt.) for id proof. They didnot accept and told me to furnish ration card as id proof. since i have recently shifted, i could not get ration card immediately. instead of taking into consideration my duty id card, they returned me on filmsy ground. as regards residential proopf, i have shown my official duty posing at chennai copy, as residential proof. they refused me to accept my application even for just transfer of 23 years of regular customer.. Finallly i got the agreement deal from the house owner and furnished the residential proof to the agency on 7th of april 2009. The staff of the agency told me to come tomorrow since non availability of regulator. again i went on 8th april 2009, with all particlars and deposited the necessary amount and finally they accepted my request and issues relavent document mentioning new consumer number :53442, and informed me that the cylinder will be supplied on 8th april 2009 itself. But the cy;inders not yet supplied. I have suffered more than 18 days after surrendering my cylinders. I have mental agony for non supplying cylinders till date even for transfer case for 23 years customer.
                Again i contacted over phone. they didnot respoonse. it is presumed that they never attend phone even for cylinder booking. We are waiting all times without going outside for expecting the arricval of cylinders. So there is no chance for door locked.
                I humbly request you to kindly take necesssary action for suppling the cylinders immediately and to avoid above obstacle in fute.

                Indane Gas — not delivering the cylinder on time

                I am the Indane Gas consumer having Consumer No. 21209. Our distributor is Tanushree Gas Service who is not deliverying the cylinder eventhough we have booked the gas 20 days ago. Whenever we call him for delivery of cylinder he will say that the same will be delivered in a day or two but in vain.

                I have already lodged my complaint here yesterday also. But no action has so far taken by you.

                Are you really interested to solve the problems of consumers or not. Your customer care people also won't pick the phone.

                Indane Gas — No delevry of gas

                My self Alpana Singh is consumer of Indane gas with Gemini enterprises,Najafgarh Delhi and my consumer No is 22724 is now unable to get the gas instead of booking the gas on 1260 on 15 September.The Phone number provided by gas agency is totally non responding.Pls do some needful and im in no condition to chase personally the gas agency people.

                I'm a LPG consumer with Aman Gas Services, jodhewal basti, Ludhiana, Punjab.. Customer no is AT 5127.
                Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with Aman gas distributor ,ludhiana near jodhewal basti, punjab. My consumer number is AT 5127. I have booked for a refile on 29th Jan 2010 over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But after 3 weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Again I called them on 19th feb 2010.they . And it is registered by now only it will be distribute after a week. In person, I explained the things to the agency and my 2 cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay, but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. . Please take necessary action.

                to my indian gas branch they told me your cyclider will be delievred with in 2 days but still not delivered. I have no complaint for your

                indian gas services but your workers are not working properly.


                Every delievred person doing froud with all customers. I want that please take action with your branch manager who hadnling all the delivered boys. If you take any action i am really gratefull to you.

                satyam indane services — non delivery of LPG gas

                I have booked for refilled LPG gas cylinder on 6th April 2011 at ottpalam thottakara satyam indane services.My booking number is 1186.
                They have not delivered the refilled cylider yet.

                Indane Gas — delivery of gas cylinder not on time

                Ajoy gas agency of Cochin Indane gas. Ladies in the office speaks rudly and doesnt give proper information on when they will delivery the booked gas cylinder. When they come, if we dont wait with the money, they return with the new cylinder. This is not the first time, since the time we moved to Cochin, we are facing problem with this gas agency. Please help us regarding this issue. Even if we give empty cylinder and money to the security or caretaker of our building, the delivery man has an issue and leaves without giving it. This person who deliveries the gas cylinder gives off the new full gas cylinder to ousiders for 750rs. when the case is raise, shall produce the relevent evidents. Thank u.

                  Hi, I am an Indane Consumer for past 20+ years. Currently living in Chennai and assigned to Om Sakthee Gas Agency distributor in saidapet. I have booked a refill on 12th March 2013 through IVR System on Indane. Still the new refill is not been cleared and when contacted the agency they are not replying properly also, they are disconnecting the call abruptly. This is happening continuously. And i heard from my friends that Indane distributors in their respective areas behave gently to consumers and provide them the refill as soon as they book. I don't know why is this particular agency is behaving like this. We can agree on the delay in providing the refill, if it is a genuine reason, but, they can behave to consumers properly and explain us. This is not the first time happening to me, every time we book a refill, this is the case. I am logging a formal complaint on the said distributor thorough this forum. Please help me to find a solution out of this. Thanks

                  I just wish that the permit of this company is cancelled.The phone are always unanswered. If at all some body picks the call then you have to make bookings & remind them endlessly.
                  The cylinder will be sent only after threatening them for a complaint.

                  Indane Gas — pathetic service from the gas dealer

                  I have connection from Yadu Gas Agency, Sahibabad. The dealer says that I cannot book the cylinder before 21 days of delivery of the previous cylinder and after booking they take more than a week to deliver the cylinder. The quantity of gas also seems to be less. As the cylinder only works for ~20 days.

                  The delivery boys also seem to be more interested in black marketing the cylinders than delivering the genuinly booked cylinder.

                  I am trying to look for some other company for my peace of mind now.

                  Indane Gas — Pathetic Service

                  My Consumer no 184526 (Commander Vijay Kumar) .Regret to inform that it took a day to book my cyllinder with Jai Jawan Gas agency, Dwarka Sec 7. Phone no 64115667 is always engaged or delibrately cut off. At the end of the day ,Preliminary booking no 548 dt 07 Feb 11 was given to me on booking of Gas. Now There is no mean to confirm actually gas has been booked or not. I m tired of making calls but to no avail.Such agencies should be banned to operate, who does not care about their customers.

On 03.04.2013, i have recieved a sms informing the cash memo 1821 was generated against my refill booking 482358. But i am surprised when i have recieved the sms on 06.04.2013 that informed me that the cylinder has been delivered against my refill booking 482358 with cash memo 1821..! Though i have not recived my gas cylinder..

                    I am resident of Gurgaon and registered with Raghu Gas Service of Indane Gas for my Domestic Gas requirement. I am facing lot of problems in getting Gas cylinders, booking the cylinders etc. Moreover the behaviour of the staff is so rude that you don't feel like talking to them and it is very hard to get the numbers also.
                    Secondly, it has been told to us that booking can be initiated after 21 days and it takes another 2 weeks to get the cylinder making it at least 5 weeks to get it replinshed if you promptly remeber to get it booked after 3 weeks while it is freely available with other dealers. Moreover the gas cylinder last only 4 weeks for a family of 3 memebers forcing us to buy gas on premium.
                    Request you to kinldy look into the matter to avoid blackmarketing and serve the consumers promptly

                    Indane Gas Cylinder — Non Supply of Refill

                    I made refil request on dated 3rd Nov-09 personally i.e.the date of transfer of my Gas Connection to M/S Indore Indane.I revisted them personally on 7th Nov-09 to enquire why they did not supply the refil and when it is likely to be installed.I was told by the Girl sitting at the counter that it will be sent in a day or so.I telephoned on 9th Nov-09 and got the answer that the same will be sent in a day or so.On 13th Nov-09 when I did not get the refil I re enquired and the reply given was that it was sent but we were not available on 10thNov.Which is toatally wrong as till date we have never locked our house and we have 2 Watch man on duty.On this we were told it will be delivered on 14th or 16thNov.

                    Today when I tried again over tel.it is not getting connecting hence this complaint.

                    But still awaited for gas cylinder delibery. The online status is showing the delivery on 27.12.2011 which is system error.

                        Dear Sir,

                        The Ioc Distributor is not booking gas Even after several
                        Reminder.They say as you have Receievd gas Recently i'e
                        on 23/02/2008 so the next booking will be done on 15/03/2008
                        and then as per booking you will receive the gas.
                        But actual i have booked gas on 10/02/2008 and received the
                        same on 23/02/2008.
                        so if this is the case now they will book gas on 15/03/2008
                        and will deliver the gas by 31/03/2008.
                        Then it will be More than a month.
                        and even having two cylinders i will have to search for help
                        in end day's
                        kindly suggest me what to do.

                          operator of Ruchika service station New Kondli , Mayur vihar phase-3 Delhi 96, are very undisciplined and misbehaved with me at the time of credit card swapping instead of points redemption. Even when I have told them, they started to argue with me and pressurising me to take card back to cancel but when I have given back my card to them, they cant do anything. 3-4 operator assembled with tall gunner to pressurise me and I have left this pump.
                          Today I was on bike of my son and they cant recognized me being a regular customer of 4 wheelers. There was no one responsible person and ashok was also not there.
                          Their staff must be punished and have to feel guilty with commitment not to do further.

                            its a matter o[censored]tmost grievance that after going through the same problem again & again,nothing is being done regarding the delay in delivery of refill
                            it has been prescribed by the govt. that once a gas is booked it has to be delivered within 8 working days but i had booked my refill on 16/3/2013 & haven't recieved the refill till 30/3/2013
                            i have been complaining for the same for 4 times
                            in response i have been provided with a field officer contact no. who doesn't recieves the call
                            as the financial year ends by 31st march its a huge conspiracy by the gas dealer so that the gas booked in this financial year could be counted in the next year which in result will reduce the count of my subsidy cylinders

                            sir, i"m domestic consumer of inden & i connected to vikram gas aency ballia. this oranisation is very poor service for distribution please i hope u try to reguler supply .

                            I am constrained to lodge this complaint against VIMAL GAS AGENCY, Gokulpeth Nagpur. My consumer no is 23333 and I recide at No. 8, CPWD Quarters, TYPE V CPWD Quarters, , South Telenkhedi RD, Civil Lines, Nagpur. I have to say that the agency never conveys a booking no and only states that they will send in so many days.However frequently they do not supply on the date and not until it is pursued with them.Thay do not respond to the phone calls for days together and theeir phone nos are never responded to.[protected];[protected]. When confronted, they say that the address with them is wrong, they had sent but could not deliver, or that they have delivered and no further issue for 20 days. Currently I am unable to reach them and they had said they will deliver in four days, 8days back. They are engaged in black marketing gas to hoteliers.

                            Indane Gas — Regarding Delay of Supply

                            Sir my consumer no : 35818 , I booked the cylinder on 24th of Oct 2009 through Rose Gas , Adambakkam - 88 . , but still i didnt receive my cyclinder . It already more than 27 days. Every day i am calling up the Rose gas dept for my cylinder status. Only the same reply from them " today it will be delivered " . today too i went directly to the office. but they said they billed us on 2nd of Nov 2009 . I enquired with the delivery people from Rose gas . But they doesnt have our bill . The Gas people are delivering the cylinder which was billed on 10th of Nov 2009 . They are not responding properly . Were is my cylinder right now ? . I need my cylinder .

                            This is not the first time , But we cant encourage this kind of practice. Please sort out this issue as soon as possible

                            we are suffering from our local gas supply vendors alot that they really didnt care of any Queries that we log with them.
                            This isnot the first time we are suffering because of them but this is 6-7 time when we order for a Supply bit they never send it back i a one go.
                            Everytime we have to log for a supply with 2-3 Booking Numbers then after 15-20 days then used to send after calling them repeatedly.Everytime they forgot the Booking nos and asking for a New Booking No.
                            Kindly ensure for their fast delivery of Gases as other Suppliers used to do thatis within 2-3 days.

                            At Jaipur, there is Asaldurg Indane gas agency, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. The supply of gas cylinder is very eratic. They do not follow the rule of suomoto booking after 21 days of delivery of gas. Even after booking which is always done with great efforts by consumer, the supply is badly delayed. Sometimes it is supplied after 20-25 days of booking. Surpisingly, cylinders are always available in black. There appears to be a mutual understanding between the gas ageny persons and hawkers for their personal interest. Kindly check it and extend some relief.

                            I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Verma Gas agency, Mandawali, Delhi-110092 and my consumer number is M-11575. I have booked for a refile on 8th March 2010 over Internet than 15th March 2010 over Office. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But after 2 weeks when I made a call to them they replied it Gas Stricke and Gas delivered out of stricke. Again I called them on 22th March 10. they informed me Gas Stricke and Gas delivered 2-3 days. but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all Verma Gas Agency consumers. Please take necessary action.

                                While filling petrol for Rs. 2000/= every time at the Indian Oil petrol pump located at L . N. Road, Dadar East,Mumbai 400 014, I am being regularly cheated by the refilling staff of at least 3 to 4 litres less by manipulating with the lock of the filler.

                                You are requested to look into the matter urgently and set right things urgently, as many people like me get cheated everyday and due to the very high rise in petrol prices,this kind of cheating is unacceptable.

                                Indian Oil — Cheating while Oil Filling

                                Hi,
                                I went to Indian Oil petrol bunk in Shaik Pet and Near Metro Kukatpally Indian Oil buk, bangalore to fill the petrol to my bike.
                                They started filling petrol, suddenly meter came to 180 with in seconds, they said they started from 0 but the actucal thing was befor my bike there was a bike filled 100rs then they started from there and tell me that started from 0. I was shocked and asked them. they did not agree they said we had filled for 200Rs already. Finally I tried to show my fuel indicator. but they were 3 people I was alone. could not fight. had no proof to complain also. So I am complain against this petrol bunk. they are cheating every day. please take some action. I heard similar cases like this. where they will show meter on one side and they will not put petrol at all. most of them were facing this in some particular petrol bunks. please take some action

                                    we are using Indane LPG connection for the past 14 years. Recently, for past three months, whenever we book for refill through mobile, after some days, it says your refill booking is cancelled. The agency is Ajitha Gas Agency. They are not responding properly. There is no proper information on why its happening so. There is no phone number available to contact them. We have to go in person to the agency and tell them about the problem. Very irresponsible.

                                    LPG — AGENCY IS NOT RESPONSIVE

                                    I am not sure if there is any action being taken against this agency at all. I already see 139 complaints lodged against them. Even I have been facing this problem for the last 1 month. They just hang up their telephones on their customers. The given nos are allways engaged and you just cannot book your refill requests on the phone. When contacted they have the audacity to tell you on your face 'Phone uthane ka time nahi hai apne paas". It is literally like slapping on a customer's face that "here is the way I will provide you the service, Take it or leave it".

                                      I was having a Indian Gas connection No. 2359 by name of My father Mr.Raichand Mishrimal Jain at Village-Khandap, Via-Mokalsar, Tehshil-Siwana, District-Barmer, State-Rajasthan
                                      My father is expire on 27/04/2012 after that i have visited in oct-2012 to Siwana Gas Service at Village-Siwana, District-Barmer for transfer my connection to My mother name Bhanwari Devi w/o Raichand Jain ( Wife ) or My Self Ankit Jain s/o Raichand Jain ( Son ) and as per there guide lines i have submitted the all the stamp paper and forms and documents as per there requirement and rules.
                                      they had inform me that the connection is not working as per there system i have not taken any Gas Silender from last 2 years but my village khandap is 32km far from the Village Siwana and Siwana gas service give service and delivery to all near by village through transport.
                                      and take extra charges. as per my Indain Gas connection dairy record i am taking silender regularly and there deliver men has done the signature and entry in my dairy but the siwana gas service didn't accept it so i neglet it and submitted all the paper as per there requirement for start the same connection and then transfer the connection and they inform me that 1st they will send all the document to there head office at jodhpur, Rajasthan and after that they will get back to me n i have submitted the document in Oct-2012 and as per there information it takes only 1-2 months for transfer but after a 4 month in 1st week of feb-2013 i again contact with them and they said it will be done by 15th feb2013 but its not done so again i contact through cell phone and they said it wont be transfer so better you take a new connection.

                                      In the whole matter i just loose Rs. 5000 and more money in transportation, stationary, stamps etc... and as per there promise they neglet it.

                                      As per the rule the gas silender deliver person must infrom to the office about the delivered a/c no. of customer. because of non information it charge on customers.

                                      there is not a single fault of mine but then to i am not getting my old connection back

                                      I had a gas connection at CHANDIGARH(pin code 160036) with M/S City GAS SERVICE,sco 171,1st floor,sector-37-c, CHANDIGARh under my Number-CG 32788. Subsequent to my son's transfer to Delhi we had requested for Transfer of our INDANE GAS and submitted BOTH CYLINDERS AND REGULATOR TO CITY GAS SERVISE,Who made a transfer voucher for DELHI.
                                      We went with all Papers to M/S TIRUPATI GAS AGENCY, IN SECTOR-4, ROHINI ,NEW DELHI- 110085 AND GAVE THEM ALL NECESSARY PAPERS like TRANSFER LETTER OF MY SON, MY DELHI ADRESS PROOF AND ALL VOUCERS and NOW IT IS ABOUT 2 MONTHS AND TIRUPATI GAS AGENCY STAFF HAS STILL NOT HELPED US AND ARE HARRASSING US .

                                      PL HELP ME SO THAT I GET MY GAS CYLINDERS. THE M/s TIRUPATI GAS AGENCY, SEC-4, ROHINI,NEW - DELHI is is HARRASING US AND I THINK ARE EXPECTING BRIBE ALSO.

I had taken the comlete transfer details from Ghaziabad. The Dealer in Jalandhar (Bolina Gas Agency, Adarsh Nagar, Jalandhar), is not taking my details of transfer. From past 25 days, i am visiting daily to his office and daily he says the person who is responsible to do this is not in office / went bank / went for tea break and ask to visit office another day or so.

                                      Request you kind help to sort this out ASAP, as we are having gas in black now, since have small kid at home and without Gas cylinder, it becomes real difficult to manage.

                                      i had connection with Sakthi Gas agency ERODE (tamilnadu), and i was requested for address change, but the agency was keep rejecting my requst. i provided the PAN isa id proof and cell phone bill(Airtel) last 3 months and last 6 month rental slip, but they are rejecting the airtel bill (asking the Bsnl bill) and House tax recipt copy.
