Dear Sir/ Madam,

I had surrendered my cylinders and regulator at Chennai to your dealer M/s Taas Gas Agency on 26th Nov 14 against my connection no:[protected]Indane).

Simultaneously, I had received the transfer document on the same day.

While we produced the same to HP Gas agency at Thane, they had checked online and had communicated us that the transfer had not been updated online. After lots of request also, they have not given the connection.


Being a user, I had completed all the procedures.


Now, I am suffering a lot with my family as after producing the proper papers, Asirward Gas Agency, HP Distributer had refused to give connection after also I had paid the entire amount ON 06.12.14.


We are repeatedly calling Taas Gas Agency, C to issue a clearance letter and update the same online. Till date, no response. I had put a mail also. No one is bothered to response.


Now they started disconnecting my calls of mine.


PLEASE NOTE THAT MY ENTRE FAMILY IS SUFFERING DUE TO YOUR INTERNAL PROBLEM.

Sir,

I am a consumer of Indane Gas for the past several years. My agent is M/s Premnath Motors Limited, K.G. Marg, New Delhi 110001. The past three or four cylinders I have been supplied have all been leaking. This has led not only to the loss of gas but also a grave threat of fire. It is only a miracle that no mishap has occurred. The valve of the cylinders are defective and even capping it has not helped in plugging the leak. On a complaint to the agent, a mechanic was sent. He tried doing something with a screwdriver and declared that there was no leakage, but that there was only the odour. (Strange considering that the odour emanates only when there is a leakage of gas). You are requested to check all the cylinders before they are delivered. I feel precaution is better than repentance. Indane would be wholly responsible for any mishap and loss occurring due to leaking cylinders.

Kindly look into this on an urgent basis.

Petrol — Oil Price

Dear Friends,

Following is the article from well known Newspaper.

Find the detail break-up of the Final price of petrol available in pumps.

This is a break up considering crude oil at 130 $ per barrel. Following
details are for per liter petrol in Rs.

Basic Price = Rs 21.93
Excise duty = Rs 14.35
Education Tax = Rs 0.43
Dealer commission = Rs 1.05
VAT = Rs 5.5
Crude Oil Custom duty = Rs 1.1
Petrol Custom = Rs 1.54
Transportation Charge = Rs 6.00
Total price = Rs 51.90

So for a Rs 22 liter petrol at pumps we people pay Rs 28 tax extra.

Govt. is thinking to impose more price hike to curtain with the current
crude oil bubble in International oil crisis.

If Central Govt. wish, it can still reduce the price of petrol in the
current crisis situation, but it doesn't intend to do so, instead trying
to fool the people and Nation. This is the basis LEFT parties are
opposing, just generating more profits for the oil marketing companies.

Don't you think you should pass this message to create more awareness
among the people.

Pls think and make others to think and force the govt to act accordingly...

Don't know how much goes to the government as profit... or is the tax is an expense to govt also... ??

Now the crude oil is dropped to 50$ a barrel from 143$ a barrel. Still the oil price at a petrol bunk in hyderabad costs 57 Rs. approx. Since the crude oil dropped 66% percent when will this drop be passed on to public. I think India should not regulate oil prices

Indane Gas — not booking on the secondcylinder

My name is Bhaskar s/o I.Charles . My father took connection in 2007 with M/s sai krishna indane gas agency (distributor's code 9986521), Vakadu, Nellore (dist), A.P vide customer no.SK002194 & SV no.2942952. I like to bring a few lines to your notice, we have got double cylinder facility but so far I could not book on the second cylinder because the agency management are not giving room for us to book on the second cylinder .Every time they compel me to book only 28 days after delivery and we can surely get the filled cylinder 25 days after booking only .Can a family of 6 members like us be able to manage nearly 60 days with one cylinder? why didn't they allow us to book in the mean time on the existing second cylinder? Then what is the use of having double cylinder facility?.
Moreover they won't respond to phone calls.Kindly probe into the matter

Indane Gas — GAS CYCLINDER NOT GIVEN

I have booked my cylinder on Wedneday(11th Nov'09) but the gas is still not provided. And I am still unable to contact any of their numbers given[protected] or[protected] to get the update. Phones are ringing or busy. Mobile nubers and all other numbers received through SMS are also not responding.

Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas booking done. The Greater Noida agency is not giving proper service .

My name is Rajani Suresh. I am using Indane gas 4 the last 10 years. Even 1 month after the booking the cylinder is not given. They are saying the gate was locked last friday when they came.They assured me on saturday that it will be supplied on monday ,that is today .While calling they answered that it will be supplied only on next friday. They are not leaving any slip for "gate locked" as other agency is doing. I am not sure whether they actually came or not. While asking why they are not having slips like that , they wanted me to change my connection from their agency. They says from next time onwards they won't take booking .This is the agency in Poojappura named Arvind.My consumer number is - 16577. This is the case with most agencies here. Eventhough we pay the amount the consumer has to beg for their cylinders with the people on phone there. It is realy ridiculous that we are begging over the phone for the cylinder that we pay a lot.Extra we have to pay to the people who bring them also though it is written not to pay under the slip.Please look into this matter soon.

Hi Gurudas,

Do you have the bill/Invoice and proof of booking additional cylinder? If yes, then send a written notice to the defaulter party (Inden Gas Agency in this case) and demand for the additional cylinder and the compensation for financial loss as well as mental agony, etc. If they did not respond to your notice then go to Consumer Court in Oros, Main Admin. Building and file a law suit against the Inden Gas Agency.

Indane Gas — irregular supply of domestic cylinder

I am a professor in agra university. I have a gas connection of singh gas service agra (consumer No.2225). Last 6 months the service of this agency become very irregular. the main problem is the telephone connection of this agency are always busy or no answer. so every time i can not go to the agency personally to book the cylinder. The telephone is the only easiest way to book the cylinder. On 24-07-08 i went to the agency personally and booked the cylinder. But the response is zero. what should i do? please suggest me and if i want to change the agency then what is the way?

Indian Gas Indane LPG Gas — Providing Sealed Empty Cylinder

This is Pradip Kumar Garai of kolkata, WesT Bengal.This is to say that I am the regular customer of the IndaneLPG gas from yr2000.I am very happy with the service.I didn’t have any complain before.On 28th feb'09 I had placed the order for the LPG gas.But being a so big national company the INDANE Gas dealer had provided us a empty cylinder with fully sealed and packed.Yesterday on 3rd march'09 when I just went to attach the cylinder with the oven, I found it is empty.Within that particular time nearly 10mins I went to the Indane LPG delivery shop and asked them about the problem.They simply denying me that it cannot be happened.Moreover I had went at 7:20pm in the evening.They were not willing to take the complain and they are telling that shop is getting closed and so you come the next day.But it is clearly wriiten in the gas booking book that the office timing is from 8 A.M-8 P.M.
So, with a due respect I am complainning you the you take the severe action against thhis shop owner.I am a old customer and I didn't comlpain like this before since yr2000.I am nearly 60yrs old.Pls sir, waiting for your comment.

I am Pradyut Sarma. Consumer no. [protected]. I booked my gas cylinder and it was delivered on 4/4/16. I tried installing the cylinder today (12/6/16) but found that the cylinder is empty. As the cylinder was delivered to me 2 months back I don't exactly remember whether it was filled or empty. I contacted my gas provider they told there might be a leak. lindane — Faulty domestic gas cylinder

i got a new cylinder delivered at my residence on 06.04.09 and at the time of delivery the cylinder was duly checked by the delivery man in the presence of my family member. when i was about to replace my empty cylinder with that new one on 19.04.09 i found that the gas was ejecting out from the mouth of that new cylinder and that the cylinder was almost empty. now as because of sunday no service centre was opened so we informed our distributor on monday i.e on 20.04.09 and whenthe service man turned out he simply said that nothing can be done on this since they cannot rely on us that we have not consumed that new cylinder. as a result we had to again book a new cylinder worth Rs 350.00/- which is nothing but an extra expense and also a harassment. my question is that being a consumer for so many years cant we expect this much of service from such a big company? why do we have to pay twice for a gas cylinder when we have no fault at all? i would be looking forward for a proper solution.

I am a regular consumer of Indane LPG gas. My consumer No is S-18137. The dealer is Sudheendra Indane gas Agency , 2nd Main, 80ft road, Hennur Road, HBR lay out Bangalore -560043.The last time I received a cylinder of gas was on 11th April 2011. After that I made a bookng for fresh cylinder on the 16th May through the new phone booking system. Since I did not get any delivery till 9th June, I made a fresh booking on that date.The booking no given to me was 230731.
Yesterday I got a call from the delivery boy that they have not got any intimation and hence I should make a fresh booking. As we are in urgent need of fresh cylinder pl help.

Indane Gas Cylinder — NON RECEIPT OF SECOND CYLINDER

Dear Sir / Madam,
I took a connection of Indane Gas from M/s KITCHEN QUEEN, 259, C.I.T RD, KOLKATA-700010, Ph: 23715561, 23732814, on 04.12.2006, ( consumer no. KQ- 15041, SV no. 343483) .I had insisted on a double cylinder right from the beginning but was assured of getting one after 6 months o[censored]se of the single one .
After much coaxing i was issued a consumer DBC registration slip on 14.01.2008, instead of earlier .
Till date i have not received any help or cylinder from the concerned agency . We are a nuclear family where my husband stays out of station 20 days a month and i have a 2 month old baby at home with no help around . The agency always averts giving clear answers to my desperate situation .Every month i either end up giving away a partially filled cylinder or going without gas for 4-5 days .

I have booked my gas on 10.09.2008 and on enquired about delivery of gas cyclinder the office staff of your bhayandar office told me that they have not received booking for my number.

Regreat to inform you that they have not given attention to customers even they are not provided booking numbers to customers. I have two gas cyclinder in my name and not received gas cyclinder on time. I have six members in my family and it is very diffucult to manage with irregular delivery of gas cyclinder.

Indane Gas Complaints — Non receipt of Cylinder

I am a Customer of M/s.Ma Kripa Gas Agency, Collector Nagar, Mughapair East, Chennai for last 8 years. My Consumer No. 8619. I have phone several days for booking for my Refil Cylinder.They are keeping engaged or not lifting the Phone for number of days. However they lifted the phone on 08.12.2008 and I have booked. The Cylinder is not supplied till today i.e 30.12.2008(11.a.m.). On 26/12/2008 I went their office and they promised supply the same day or next day. Till today (30.12.08) they are unable to supply. MY QUESTION IS THAT THOUGH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CYLINDER HOW IT WAS SHOWN IN SYSTEM THAT IT WAS DELIVERED?

We have a gas connection with LALMANI INDAN IN rAIPUR WHOSE CONSUMER NO. IS LG 259.
We had booked one cylinder on 9 jan 2010and the waiting no. is 1326. At the time of booking we were told that we would get the cylinder in 3 to 4 days but we have not received till date(i.e. 22 jan 2010) . Over and above all this they say that if you want urgently then take in black by paying Rs 500-600. This lalmani agency of indan gas in Raipur is selling the gas cylinder to those who need it urgently by charging double the price. That is the reason why they are not able to supply us in normal routine . We have an account with another indan gas dealer of Raipur who gives us the cylinder in 3 to 4 days . We enquired about whether there is a shortage of gas cylinders through proper sources and we were told that there is no shortage of gas cylinders .
I request your goodself to kindly look into the matter and resolve this issue as early as possible.

All the phone number of K-2 International, Sarita Vihar always remained busy and I am unable to contract them. It has became impossible to book the cyclinder on phone. Cyclinder booked by other means not delivered by the agency. I have booked cyclinde through helf line number 25611031 on 10-1-10 and again booked the cyclinder on 5-2-10 (booking number 144) but the cyclinder is not delivered till date. Kindly forward my complain to appropriate authority and intimate the phone number so that I may take up the Matter with higher authority.

But they didn’t understand logic that if i receive the cylinder why should i call them on phone and ask for cylinder. We have gas connection of no. 017236A. with Niranjan Gas Agencies which is at murlipura, jaipur. We registered for gas on 28/07/2009. After that we asked around 6 times for the gas. everytime they promise to deliver the gas tommorrow.

But till date the gas was not delivered.

I have got the gas connection for single cylinder 2 months back. After it got emptied, I called Ranie Enterprise (Indane Distributor) for a cylinder and they said that it will come in 2 days. then I called after 2 days, they mentioned that it will come the next day. Now I am calling they said that it will come today and it did not come. I again called they said that it will come tomorrow or day after tomorrow. I am totally disatisfied with this distributor as they are not giving reliable information. Also when I went to apply for the second cylinder they are not giving proper guidance on the process. I need some help from Indane company to fix this issue as it is impacting my day today activities.

Their representative visited my house on[protected] and told that he has given the delivery at wrong place and would deliver it by evening, in the mean time please sign the receipt slip as agency is taking action against him. I in faith signed that slip, now neither agency is entertaining my complaint and nor I have got the delivery. Please get resolved the matter and take strict action against defaulting person.

I am new to the city, I transferred my gas connection to Hyderabad on Friday, 12 Nov 2010.
The distributor's name is A.P.S.C.S.C Indiane gas distributors near RTC Kalayana mandapam, Rice Depot, Hyderabad.
They told me the gas cylinder will be arrived by tomorrow. They are not receiving the Phone, I am trying to call them since morning and they have kept the phone line engaged.

I booked my cylinder on 29th April, 2011 with Golden Gas, Gurgaon. It is not yet deilvered, it is 30th of May,2011. I want to file a complaint against the dealer who does not even listen to customers.

I suspect he is storing the gas cylinder and waiting for the prices to go up, which is in discussion these days. He will then start delivering the cylinders and book the profit.

I am Mohit seth and my consumer gas no. is SG29499. My gas dealer is Sondhi gas agency Central Mkt,Saket,New Delhi,110017. I booked gas on 19th jan'12 but till date I have not received the cylinder i.e 25/01/2012 but I have received the message from 544111 that the cylinder has been delivered to your address with cash memo no. 10904 on 21st jan,2012. I have been trying their toll free complaint no. but there no one available on phone. they have been selling the gas cylinders ill legally when ever i receive the cylinder there is lees gas in the cylinders. now i don't know whether the gas agency is involved or is the transporter. please look in to this matter as soon as possible.

Indane Domestic Gas — poor customer service

I own gas connection in the name of my mother V Kamakshi with consumer No.67341 with Shivshakar Gas Agency, Kundrathur Road, Porur, Chennai 116. This month 11th I booked for refill and I was told that it would be delivered in 10- days. In the meantime I applied for name transfer on 22/3/08. After remittance of necessary fees, the name transfer ( to myself, P.R.Raghuraman) was effected. When I asked about the supply of cylinder booked in the name of Kamakshi, I was told that it would be delivered on that day itself, as despatch vouchers had already gone to delivery boys. Since no supply has been effected so far, to-day I went to Gas Agency and enquired. I was told that the old connection was severed and I had to book afresh in the new consumer No.DO68421. Is that position true. Had I been told on the day of transfer itself, I would have booked. Even two months back, the gas booked in the name of Kamakshi was delivered somewhere else and only after my pursuation and complaint, the cylinder was delivered. This is the story of many around in this area. I would only request the authorities of Indane to undertake inspection and arrest such things in future.

no matter in summer or winter, its take more then week, in that also i have to remind him many time,
the call reciever person also un polite on tele phone.
