Bokking reference No. [protected] made on Feb 20, 2013. Remained undelivered for 30 days till date in spite of repeated compliant. We do not have a cylinder depends on the outside food now. Surprisingly on follow up the response was found that it is resolved and cylinder delivered. Clear nexus between distributor and concerned Indane official. Can you look into it to ensure immediate supply of cylinder and curb such criminal collusion at Indane system? The distributor never lift the phone and there was no solution from the central toll free number. Lakhs of people are victim of such nexus for commercial gains.

During my way to Bangalore from Bellary I have taken Innova, near D.Hirehal about 20Kilometers from Bellary I had filled diesel tank which was empty except 4 to 5 Liters at M/s Sree Sai Lakshmi IOCL Dealer, Lingammanahalli- [protected], IOCL dealer has filled diesel with 64.08 liters. Innova fuel tank capacity it self is 55 liters max. Already 4 to 5 liters +64.08 around 69 liters was filled. Now therefore, how it is possible to fill 64.08 + 4 to 5 liters when the capacity of the fuel tank itself is 55 Liters. Attaching here with the receipt.

I am one of the Indane Gas consumer, my consumer no is 04715, under Distributor Cooking Centre, 77 G.T Road Rishra ( Hooghly) W.B Pin 712248.

due to my personal reason i stopped my Mobile no.[protected] which i was using for booking through IVRS System , now i cencilled my old mobile number & given new & current mobile no ([protected] ) to my distributor...

I am having Indane LPG connection. Their webcite offers SMS/ IVRS/ Online booking / Customer complaint contact Telephone nos. But they never work 24/7 of the times.

If they never work I wonder why these PSU giants have put them in the first place and claim to provide this service to the customer on the webcite. It is time this fraud is exposed and these companies are penalized for taking their customer indifferently.

My consumer number is F9188 and distributor is Farid Gas service, SCF 213, First floor, opposite local bus stand, Manimajra , Chandigarh 160101. When i change the cylinder, after its finished ,it leaks and i have to call the gas agency person to do the needfull. Due to this I have a refill cylinder but cannot use it, as it leaks. I have also complaint everytime to the agency people but they do not pay any heed to my grievances. Please help

The petrol charge decreased Rs.2 on last night, but when i put petrol on[protected] @ 09:01AM, the price was same as old. They are not reduced the amonut.

I'm Krishna Sinha a widow women and alone. i went to transferred my father gas connection in may name to the GAS & GADGET DISTRIBUTOR an INDIAN OIL PETROLEUM authorized distributor.my mother had expired, so i gave them their desired documents and court affidavit but they charging me RS. 2440/- after submitted all of these documents,they call its security deposit.but my point is why i give them second time 1st time of my connection already them gave so.and petroleum company rules is no money to transfer any connection in blood relation.so why they doing this against the law.
so if you are alive so please help me on this matter.

Someone is fradulantely booking refill gas cylinders under my connection.
I first got SMS on my registered mobile number on 2nd march 2013 for refill booking no[protected]....again on 12th march another cylinder has been booked under my connection with refill booking number[protected]. I have not booked any cylinder and neither have they been delivered to me. Someone is fradulently booking cylinders under my connection.

Pls help...under the new regulations, I am entitled only 9 cylinders under subsidy and this way I will loose my subsidised refill.

I have moved my residence 3 months ago and was out of town...I have just returned and was about to apply for transfer my connection when I started getting these SMS.

Pls help....my agency is K2 international, sharia vihar, new delhi.

I am a receipient of the LPG cylinders from Indane. My consumer # is AG10313. I had booked my gas cylinder on 5th Jan 2013. The cylinder got delivered on 9th Jan 2013. I was unwell and the gas was received my my maid. When I went to install the cylinder on 9th Mar 2013, I found that the cylinder was sealed by empty. When I went and complained to the distributorm, they ignored my request and asked me to apply for a new cylinder.

Please help with my request.

I have booked domestic gas cylinder of Indane on 15.02.2013 .So far gas cylinder has not been delivered at my residence.Not only this but my order id is also not generated in the online portal which was supposed to be generated on the very next day of booking.
I am also attaching the booking summary .

It is requested to take necessary action so that these indane people do not harass public and force them to purchase domestic cylinders in black.

DEAR SIR:-I have got new LPG gas connection registration form from you but sri.seva indane gas agency of afzalpur is not giving new-gas cylinder and regulator,He says to pay 6000rupees for new filled gas and regulator with new stove
Sir i have already a stow in my home,I want just filled cylinder and regulator only as is company fee But distributor forces to pay Rs.4000 for cylinder and regulator and he pretends that i will come to your home and see your stow and kitchen status Like this he is confusing me

I have applied for Second cylinder in Indane Gas agencies, They ve sent approval letter on Feb 02 2013, when I am appeared to enroll for the same they are not accepting the letter.
Till now,
I went to their office 5 times.,
last instance, they are saying since your booked cylinder is not delievered so we were not able to accept the letter.

I(Suresh Kumar) have booked a refill on 14 Feb 2013 with Seetharama Indane Gas Services, and got booking reference number-303234. Status shows that agency has cleared booking upto 19 Feb 2013.

Complaint registered on date 04-March-2013 on transparency portal of Indane with Docket No. 855710. And received feedback from [protected]@indianoil.in saying they will look into it. After that I received message that cash memo(1658) is generated and cylinder will be delivered shortly.Still awaiting for refill cylinder.

Please do the needful. and arrange refill.

Over charging by dealer for new LPG cylinder connection
Recently I applied for a new LPG domestic connection . When my father went to the distributor (Name: VENKATA SAI GAS AGENCY, MADHAPUR,RR DIST, ANDHRAPRADESH), he was asked to deposit an amount of Rs 5000 which is way higher than original price of Rs 2,200 (estimated) . The dealer say that consumer must purchase hot plate other wise new connection will not be issued as per the govt rule. Where as we saw in the website it is not compulsory to purchase stove from dealer.

It is very much redeculus to see that after standing in the queue for about 2 hour in an indane gas store named P K MUSIC STORE I found they are unable to print my transfer challan of cocsumer id66109 though it has been traansfered through internet system on or after 25.01.13.Not only that this deler handling geographicaly a very big teritory so huge pressure was there,but there was not any other dealer in 3 km radius.they dont have enough staff to handle customer and many a customer are unhappy.
So i will request you to take necassary action

I booked my Gas refill order online at www.indane.co.in with the Reference number R[protected] on[protected] with Order number 5690.

Now it shows online on the website, that the gas refill has been delivered on[protected].

The customer support at Indane never pick up telephonic calls when I try to speak to them to enquire about this.

I am not able to book for another gas cylinder due to the limitation brought in.

Please help.

With utmost respect, this is to inform you that I am the consumer of P.L.Gas Service, Boral Main Road, Souther 24 Pargana, Garia since the new gas connection had been issued as on 29.09.2009. But it has been deadly regretted that till today I have not received any proper documents except the Memo No.343 made by Mr.Virmurthy. Henceforth, I have been continuously kept on waiting & waiting for more than three & half years over false promises & worthless excuses for the documents by your representatives.

Even, I had submitted Xerox copies of subsequent and relevant testimonials along with passport photo twice to Mr.Virmurthy as on 28.07.10 & 08.03.11 & to Mr.Kajal on 22.01.12 for documents & but in vain. I have been simultaneously kept on official excuses every time I asked for the same and became the victim of ‘Belief’.

Even on 03.07.12, I met with Mr. Sahoo the Proprietor of said Agency and submitted once again the same papers to him and he assured me to look into the matter seriously & promised me to issue documents before Durga Puja 2012 but till today the situation is same like before. On 20.02.2013 I visited his resident Office at Mallikpur and I came to know that they had lost my all documentation papers to go ahead and asked me once again to submit the papers. Helplessly I had submitted 5th times Photo & xerox copies of Voter ID Proof & Ration Card.

But, can you imagine how far I have been facing problems in contact with your official personal for booking purpose as because there is no permanent local area office at Champahati except phone number & collected cylinder from here, there & everywhere being a woman while not even a single time I got home delivery. Rs.100 is expensing extra to bring cylinder at home from too far distance for rickshaw fare. But its OK. This time they did not supply me the cylinder & told that without documents I have to pay Rs.971.00 or else wait for the papers.

Therefore, I would be very grateful to you if you be kind enough to look into the matter positively. I am really very tired and irritated over their valued diplomatic service. Please help me out Sir by issuing me the proper valid documents so that I can breathe peacefully. For me its a "CURSE " that I have taken connection from this Agency. 100% no doubt worst of worst service for last 3 & half years.

I am getting very poor service from Priyanka Gas service loacated at 11-32/1/23.R.B Nagar Shamshabad,( pin code no 503451) R.R.Dist.

Whenever i am booking the cylinder from online gas refilling system and i am getting the cylinder after the 30 days of booking my cylinder.
I had complained at at indian gas [protected] from past 4 months. my consumer number is 19429. i[censored] call the office number and the distributor number they are not working.and i had complained at [protected] from past 4 months 732979,733016,781796,810606 are the complaint numbers and they are telling we already intimated the distributor.
