I(Suresh Kumar) have booked a refill on 14 Feb 2013 with Seetharama Indane Gas Services, and got booking reference number-303234. Status shows that agency has cleared booking upto 19 Feb 2013.

Complaint registered on date 04-March-2013 on transparency portal of Indane with Docket No. 855710. And received feedback from [protected]@indianoil.in saying they will look into it. After that I received message that cash memo(1658) is generated and cylinder will be delivered shortly.Still awaiting for refill cylinder.

Please do the needful. and arrange refill.

Over charging by dealer for new LPG cylinder connection
Recently I applied for a new LPG domestic connection . When my father went to the distributor (Name: VENKATA SAI GAS AGENCY, MADHAPUR,RR DIST, ANDHRAPRADESH), he was asked to deposit an amount of Rs 5000 which is way higher than original price of Rs 2,200 (estimated) . The dealer say that consumer must purchase hot plate other wise new connection will not be issued as per the govt rule. Where as we saw in the website it is not compulsory to purchase stove from dealer.

It is very much redeculus to see that after standing in the queue for about 2 hour in an indane gas store named P K MUSIC STORE I found they are unable to print my transfer challan of cocsumer id66109 though it has been traansfered through internet system on or after 25.01.13.Not only that this deler handling geographicaly a very big teritory so huge pressure was there,but there was not any other dealer in 3 km radius.they dont have enough staff to handle customer and many a customer are unhappy.
So i will request you to take necassary action

I booked my Gas refill order online at www.indane.co.in with the Reference number R[protected] on[protected] with Order number 5690.

Now it shows online on the website, that the gas refill has been delivered on[protected].

The customer support at Indane never pick up telephonic calls when I try to speak to them to enquire about this.

I am not able to book for another gas cylinder due to the limitation brought in.

Please help.

With utmost respect, this is to inform you that I am the consumer of P.L.Gas Service, Boral Main Road, Souther 24 Pargana, Garia since the new gas connection had been issued as on 29.09.2009. But it has been deadly regretted that till today I have not received any proper documents except the Memo No.343 made by Mr.Virmurthy. Henceforth, I have been continuously kept on waiting & waiting for more than three & half years over false promises & worthless excuses for the documents by your representatives.

Even, I had submitted Xerox copies of subsequent and relevant testimonials along with passport photo twice to Mr.Virmurthy as on 28.07.10 & 08.03.11 & to Mr.Kajal on 22.01.12 for documents & but in vain. I have been simultaneously kept on official excuses every time I asked for the same and became the victim of ‘Belief’.

Even on 03.07.12, I met with Mr. Sahoo the Proprietor of said Agency and submitted once again the same papers to him and he assured me to look into the matter seriously & promised me to issue documents before Durga Puja 2012 but till today the situation is same like before. On 20.02.2013 I visited his resident Office at Mallikpur and I came to know that they had lost my all documentation papers to go ahead and asked me once again to submit the papers. Helplessly I had submitted 5th times Photo & xerox copies of Voter ID Proof & Ration Card.

But, can you imagine how far I have been facing problems in contact with your official personal for booking purpose as because there is no permanent local area office at Champahati except phone number & collected cylinder from here, there & everywhere being a woman while not even a single time I got home delivery. Rs.100 is expensing extra to bring cylinder at home from too far distance for rickshaw fare. But its OK. This time they did not supply me the cylinder & told that without documents I have to pay Rs.971.00 or else wait for the papers.

Therefore, I would be very grateful to you if you be kind enough to look into the matter positively. I am really very tired and irritated over their valued diplomatic service. Please help me out Sir by issuing me the proper valid documents so that I can breathe peacefully. For me its a "CURSE " that I have taken connection from this Agency. 100% no doubt worst of worst service for last 3 & half years.

Sir/Madam,

I am getting very poor service from Priyanka Gas service loacated at 11-32/1/23.R.B Nagar Shamshabad,( pin code no 503451) R.R.Dist.

Whenever i am booking the cylinder from online gas refilling system and i am getting the cylinder after the 30 days of booking my cylinder.
I had complained at at indian gas [protected] from past 4 months. my consumer number is 19429. i[censored] call the office number and the distributor number they are not working.and i had complained at [protected] from past 4 months 732979,733016,781796,810606 are the complaint numbers and they are telling we already intimated the distributor.

My consumer number is 9012485 and last gas booking reference number is 293027 (Dt 23.02.2013), Distributor is Angel Gas Agency at Sabarmati. Since last six months the distributor is harassing in gas supply. No refill booking is being registered up to 20 days from the date of delivery and at least 8 to 10 days taken for the delivery each time. Two times they cancelled my gas booking and not supplying the gas up to 8 to 10 days from the date of booking. Thus the refill delivery is not reaching even up to one month from last refill date. This is the regular practice and we are suffering with this attitude of the company. Our gas cylinder is finished within one month and even after having two cylinder connection we borrow the gas every month because of delayed delivery. Also on contacting the distributor for any help, his behaviour is very rude and rough. Kindly solve our long lasting problem and take action against defaulters/ and such blackmailing distributors.

There're 2 new LPG Connections of Indane in different genuine names which had been booked first time with M/s Urvashi Enterprises, Distributor of Indian Oil Corp. Ltd.UG-201-D, Sushant Shopping Arcade, Sushant Lok, Phase-1, Gurgaon-122001 as per details given below:-

One new Indane LPG Connection having submitted all necessary supporting evidence alongwith duly filled in an prescribed form for applying a fresh new LPG Indane Gas Connection was applied in my name i.e. SANYAM BHUSHAN r/o 209-A, Beverly Park-1, DLF City, Phase-2, Gurgaon-122009 with the above Distributor on 11th October,2012 against the Acknowledgement No. 5649 as given by the above-stated Distributor.

The Second New Indane LPG Connection having submitted all necessary supporting evidence alongwith duly filled in an prescribed form for applying a fresh new LPG Indane Gas Connection was applied in my name i.e.Litua Malik who being a servant of my house and keeping his foods separately and urgently requires his own kitchen r/o 209-A, Beverly Park-1, DLF City, Phase-2, Gurgaon-122009 with the above Distributor on 22nd November,2012 against the Acknowledgement No.[protected] as given by the above-stated Distributor.

Due to getting failure for non-seeking the New LPG Indane Gas Connections by both the above Consumers/ Applicants, a huge financial and homely problems are being faced.

When the new connections of LPG to the genuine applicants as we both are, cannot be given in time then why the Govt. promises falsely and are glaring false slogans as " APPLY & GET LPG NEW CONNECTION" to the general public.

kINDLY HELP IN THE CONCERNED GRIEVANCE ON PRIORITY BASIS.

I am a holder of LPG Gas Service wide Consumer No.52834. Our Gas Agency is M/s Easwara Agencies, 10-96,Edulabad Road, Ghatkesar, Ranga Reddy Dist, Code-125348, PIN-501301.
I had booked for a refill on 8/2/13 wide Booking No. 354117, cash Memo No. 2758. But till 23rd Feb. the cylinder was not delivered and when contacted I came to know that my booking was cancelled. I was asked to re-book. I rebooked for a refill AGAIN wide Booking No. 358945 and the cash memo No. is 7618. I booked it in 23/2/2013. I was told that my refill will be delivered within 3 days.
The main problem with them is they DO NOT WANT TO GIVE HOME DELIVERY. They are ready to supply the refill within two days when we take the empty cylinder to the Agency Godown. Not only me you can see a number of consumers bringing their empty cylinders and carrying back the refilled one.
They NEVER RESPOND over phone also when we contact. Once I told them that I will complaint and they told they are least bothered. My wife is stressed mentally. She is unable to attend her outside work because of this.
We have already given complaints to IOC and via automated rein system twice. But there is no response till date.
Kindly do the needful regarding the matter.

I have booked a cylinder at 3rd February, 2013 withe refill order number 450083. For theis booking a cash memo has been generated withe cash memo no. 2296 on 18the Feb,2013(as seen from thee message received in my mobile). But I haven't received any refill yet(26 the Feb, 2013). When I made a complaint on[protected],I have been informed theat the necessary has been taken and thee gas will be delivered withein 24 hours(Complaint number : 839044). When I called theem 2 days later theey inform me actually it would take 48 working hours!!. Now as I haven't been received any cylinder yet, can you please explain me what is actually theeir working hours? Because it is already 6 days over(excluding Sunday), and no sign of progress on theeir side.

Had theey sold my refill in thee open market so now theey are avoiding any contact and if thee Indane help line[protected] is of no use theen why it has been opened to misguide thee customers?

With reference to aforeasid subject please note that I am a valid consumer of Indane Gas having SV
No. [protected] and Customer No. 8833 of Sri Baba Viswanath Indane Gas Service, 2/130/1,
Sahityanaka Golaghat, Ramnagar, Varanasi having distributor code No. 246551.

I want to know the rate of Indane Gas at the time of delivery at home i.e. Rs. 419/- or Rs. 440/- or
Rs.450/- because the deliveryman of aforesaid Agency taking a sum of Rs.20/- to Rs. 30/- towards
delivery charge, if I refuse to pay extra charges the threatened me that he can not delivery LPG to me
without taking extra amount towards delivery charge. In this connection please note that the aforesaid
Agency is not taking any Action against the deliveryman but they are supporting them.

Please look into the matter and do the needful

As per government notification for surrender LPG gas refill connection against Adani gas Connection. Agency person are coming at ur place and complete formality and they are take refill ( Bottle ) at ur home . But our distributor are not response and they are not take refill at our home . so i complain to u to take his responsibility and give me a response. Our distributer are at sabarmati. Name : PRANJAL GAS SERVICE. so pl. u inform that and take in action..

Condition: Cylinder is still sealed ( Not even cylinder leakage)

I have complaint several time to delivery man as well as "Sharma Gas Agency", but no body listening.
