Hi,

I am residing in Flat of Berry Developer, in Bhiwadi (Rajasthan). Berry Developer has provided Gas Pipe line, The per Kg cost of Gas is nearly 60-70Rs.
Which is too high, now Builder has asked Indane NCR Gas Agency for not to book Gas for resident of Berry Developer Society.
Today, since my gas booking was due, i asked gas agency person to book my gas, then he refused to book my gas, by saying that Berry developer has asked us not to book Gas.

Since, Indane Gas agency is a govt. concern, how can they work according to a local builder and harrass their own customer.

    Respected sir/madam,

    Am a customer of Sri Jayashree Gas Service,Denkanikotta(Krishnagiri District). The goverment announced to submit KYC application form by fiiling their details. Actually The appilcation is free but here they are charging 20RS for the application. Since i got application by paying money. When i submitting the application form, they are forcing me to buy either gas tube or gas lighter. costs around 200Rs. The quality also not good. Its totally unworthy. however we recently changed the gas tube and i have brand new gas lighter too. Then Why i want to buy this products? They are forcing all of them to buy because of sales manner. If anyone not buy they wont get their application. What is this? Where is going our country? We are in india or anything else? Sir Please i kindly request you to take action on this. However most of them are uneducated in our town. Please help the poor. Is these a way to cheat the poor? Hope u will make favour for us.

      Reference to the above consumer number I have booked a gas cylinder on 10-Nov-2012 with M/s.Latha Gas Agency, Ambalapuzha, Alappuzha - 688561. But unfortunately I didn't get my booked new cylinder till this date and when I contacted the gas agency and they replied like "cylinders not available for distribution", but this agency is selling the cylinders in black market with higher profit.

      I am a family with 8 members and we find it very difficult to cook daily food without enough gas.

      So I request you to kindly look in to the matter urgently.

      Indane Gas — delay supply of gas cylinder

      sir .
      I am a customer of jalaram gas agency idar[gujarat]. there is a lot of difficulties for riffile. one day we go for booking. and then second day we get cylinder. distibutors sell a large part of cylinder in black.

      Hello,

      I have connection of domestic gas from Satyam Gas Agency, Panchkula. I took first filled cylinder from them in July'08 and when i tried to contact them in Sep. for refilling, they didn't pick up the phone, i tried to call them several times but no response. So instead of wasting any more time, i borrowed the filled cylinder from my landlord and now again when i need a filled one (as lanlord's given cylinder's gas is used up), i have been calling them from last one week, first two days they didn't pick up my phone and from last 5 days, i have been able to talk to them (THANK GOD) and everytime they are saying they will send the filled cylinder by tomorrow. But their tomorrow seems to - won't come.

      I was booked a Indane gas at Thrissur, Sainik Gas Agency on 15 th December 2008. My Gas Con.No, is 4989. Till to day 29/01/09 they are not supplied the gas. They are are not receving the phone. What i can do the Indane gas (IOC) will tell me the solution.

      INDANE GAS CYLINDER SUPPLY — DELAY IN SUPPLY OF GAS CYLINDER

      I have a gas connection with double cylinder with Surya gas agency, Pachalam,Kochi Agency code number 118419 .My consumer number is 930706 . I have booked for a cylinder on 10/12/2009 ( register number is 2767 ) and I have not received it till date , inspite of several reminders. The agency is not even lifting their phone . My second cylinder is now getting almost emptied . Please help me . Urgent

      I had booked my indane gas cylinder around date 20/02/2010 with M/s Joyti gas,near Mora Bhagal,Rander ,Surat 390009.
      Still I am not getting and I have to book second time.I ma not getting deliver of cylinder in stipulated time?

      Indane(panchkula gas agency) — leakage of gas

      supply of gas cylinder on 19/07/2010(mon)...after that there is a constant leakage of gas from more than 24 hrs...complaint is not booked on mon because of holiday... .emergency numbers were also not working...on 20/07/2010(tuesday)..compaint is booked thrice but no one has come to change the cylinder..........
      I'm totally frustrate from late delivery of Indane gas it takes minimum 10 to 12 day to deliver...to my house...Ram harakh..

      Indane Gas Cylinder — delay in getting gas cylinder

      My consumer number in Revathi Gas Agency at Medavakkam Chennai 600100 is 2221(Uma Maheswari). I booked my cylinder over phone on 23.12.2010. When enquired on 8.1.2011, they told that the billing will be done on 10.1.2011 and it will take 20 more days to deliver the cylinder. So totally I will have to wait for above 35 days to get the cylinder. When the Petroleum ministry is saying that there is no time limit for booking gas cylinders, why is the Agency taking that much time ? Without LPG how a middle class family can survive? I request you to kindly look into the matter and ensure that the cylinder is delivered within a week as was done earlier.

        My husband Late. SK Faiazuddin quadri was the holding the LPG gas connection vide consumer no:4682 at Ordnance Gas Services, Ordnance Factory Estate, Yeddumailaram, dist: Medak(AP) Ph:[protected]. The same was transferred to M/S shreya agencies gulbaraga during May-2006 . At the time of transfer after completion of formalities Ordance Gas services had issued a transfer voucher which was submitted to M/S shreya Gas agencies, gulbarga. Since then continuously I am getting gas cylinder refilling.

        But recently, the agency management changed. The new management is asking me to get a fresh transfer voucher from Ordnance Gas services, which impracticable and irrelevant. On his insisting I brought a letter from gas agency certifying that my gas connection is transferred. But they are not ready to accept it and threatening to stop the gas supply.

        Sir, I am a widow. I cannot make to rounds of different offices further. Due to none of my mistake I am being harassed. Kindly instruct the concerned authorities to instruct gas agency to stop the harassment and continue the supply.

          3- I contacted Mr.Bhartish Mishra ,Secretary o[censored]nion of GAS Agencies.He told new order have been implemented w.e.f.14.9.2012,he guided to meet Agency. On dated 07.1.2013 met the Agency,computer operator showed himself helpless in this regard and asked me to talk Owner of Agency,at 09:48 am ranged
          mob.no.[protected],On informing the problem to owner he told ,It is not possible to deliver the cylindr in subsidised rates as computer shows delivery on 14.9.2012.
          As effective date of new circular is from 14.9.2012,Kindly resolve the issue accordingly as per rule to save the rights of Consumers.

            Today Once Again Gas Leakage Occurred during Changing the Refilled Cylinder because While Delivering itself delivery person not checked the rubber washer fiitted at the mouth of Cylinder,but Delivery person not forget to take Rs.20/ extra for each cylinder,, This is 2nd Time,

            For Checking Visit also They are Charging Rs.30/- , While delivering...

            Respected Sir/Madam,
            I have a gas cylinder connection for home from Indane Gas(Indian Oil) through it's distributor Dikshit Gas Sewa at Dedha Market, Main Road Village khichripur, Delhi-91. Distributor was providing me with a cylinder which had a lesser weight of gas than what it should be having so I complained against the same to the Indane Gas company through it's website. But instead of getting any reply what I got from distributor is that my connection has been made inactive without giving me any intimation through mobile(as we get intimation through sms whenever we book a new cylinder on company website) or through e-mail when you can give intimation for even a new booking why can't you give intimation for suspending or cancelling a connection. What does that mean that I do not deserve to get a cylinder from the government of India what crime have I committed that they won't even let me know what is my mistake when your website responds that connection is inactive shouldn't there be a place where you get your answers. Such distributors they have stopped giving subsidised cylinders to people like me who complain against them, I am not even sure if they would be even obliging by giving a commercial cylinder to us. Why can't more people be given distribution-ship of such gas agencies, why such people are allowed to run their monopolies, has the government ever survyed or analysed as to how much customers is such an agency providing connections or are they working on a fair play policies or they only exploiting their customers there is hardly any use of giving subsidised cylinders if the subsidisation is only being used by such agencies to their own benefits. A gas connection is the basic need for every person because you require it to cook your food as cow dung cakes or even kerosene oil are not available now there are hardly any other means to prepare your food which is basic requirement which even criminals are provided with in jail. Is it necessary for every person to fight through court to get it's right and such basic requirements. Please don't let your population being exploited by such people at-least provide us cylinders that are not subsidised but at least easily available like other things of necessities such as wheat, rice, vegetables etc.

                I had experienced a serious foul play on last Christmas day at INDIAN OIL Pump Dealer at HUSKUR Gate, near Electronic city Phase II.

                I requested for filling petrol for Rs 500. I came out from car to check the petrol meter reading. The reading was zero, and the staff started filling fuel. While filling the fuel he distracted my attention by making much hurry in asking for money and asking for some rubbish casual things. In between when I was checking my wallet, the meter reading went to 500 immediately. Then I noticed fuel quantity display is not working. When I asked about this, they told like meter reading was set to zero before filling fuel and so...and liter display is on repair. They were enacting like not knowing Hindi or English, they spoke only in Kannada. I left out there without arguing much….what to do if you don’t know language :(

                Not sure how many fellows were CHEATED BY THESE FRAUDS….

                Please be careful and cautious when you fill fuels in Pumps.

                Indian Oil — Indian Oil Fuel Pump Frauds

                Hi,

                On Sunday 28 Mar 10, I had been to Kodihalli Indian Oil gas station and asked him to fill fuel for 400.00 INR. As they started filling the gas the guy who took my debit card for swiping to my surprise started asking for PIN number for my debit card just to deviate my attention and within that moment the person who was filling the gas stopped filling the gas and changed the meter reading to 400 INR where as it was only filled for 320.81 INR. To my luck i noticed what was going on and started asking him what are you trying to do and why did you change the reading? but, he started saying the power went down and some crap which i wasn't ready to believe.

                And I want to bring to your notice this fraudulent activities carried out at many Indian oil gas stations and please be very careful when you fill fuel at these centers (Most corrupted ones).

                recently i working with Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC GAS) company.
                Sir yesterday (14/05/2011) when i went for fill up my car for full tank. The petrol pump dealer at Visnagar named "M/S D. Patel & Co." said they don't have stock of petrol because price will be rise. but sir they already have much stock and that is not fare.
                second thing they never use digital system for fill up tank every time they fill up manually and each time they fill less petrol means (if anybody fill 200.00 rs. petrol they fill only 199.02 or 199.67 etc..) and they cheated everyone.
                third thing quantity of petrol & diesel per liter is not proper follow measurement & gauging rules. they also cheated in Quantity ...

                Sir your Quality is always excellent but dealers are fraud.
                Please take immediately action against dealer.

                  I have applied for a new gas connection for my newly owned Flat( situated in Flat No-8, Gokul Dham Complex, Garia station Road, Boalia, Kolkata - 84) through your Agency- Kishore Krishna Indane, 105 Nilachal Complex, Narendrapur, Kolkata (Running SL No-13003, New Connection Registration-[protected]) on 18/08/2012.

                  But I came to know that after about one month I will receive corresponding letter from your side and then the procedure will start. And the worse point is that it will take about five to six month to get the connection, which seems very unrealistic for people like me. But till now I have not received any communication.

                  Whereas the saddest point is that people used to go for black market and receives new gas connection within a few hour and unfortunately that to the gas cylinder is from Indane.

                  Indane Gas Agency — Gas connection problem

                  I appiled for a new indane gas connection from 02-Jan-2008, but still no process has been done for it. I am facing a lots problem due to this. The dealer told me at the time of application that it will deliver till end of the Feb 2008, but nothing happened on it.

                    My name is Surendra Sharma and i am a customer of SHAHID PARASH INDANE GAS AGENCY-MADHUBAN, Distt-MAU, UP, Pin Code- 221603.

                    I got a indane gas cylinder refile today. Which seal was broken and when i wet it on digital wet machine, then it wet was only 29.600 kg. which is 500 grm lesser than actual wet. We are getting it second time. we are complaining it to agency but no body are taking action.

                    Request you to check the same and take action.

                        I am an IOC customer and my name is S. Hariharan bearing customer ID 35552. The name of my gas agency is Rose Gas Agencies in Adambakkam, Chennai 600 088. I have booked for my refil cylinder on 4 Dec 2012 and the booking reference is 531298. It is going to be a month now since I have made the booking and the delivery of refil cylinder has not yet been made. When I contacted my agency, I was told that my quota of 6 refil cylinders per year was over (this is incorrect) and I have to pay Rs.813 to take delivery of each refil cylinder from now on. This statement is incorrect and this is only my 4th refil cylinder booking since Jan 2012. Moreover, I also wish to confirm that I do not hold gas booking in any other name/customer ID for the same delivery address and nor do I hold any separate customer ID in my name or in the name of my family members for any other delivery address with the same or any other gas agency. I fail to understand as to how they arrived at this calculation and I would appreciate an explanation on this. When I tried to explain this to them, they have refused to listen to me as asked to only listen to them and do what they say. Please advise me as to what do I do and how do I proceed, as I am badly in need of refil cylinder. My Mobile No. is +[protected].

                          My distributor M/s Bamleshveri Gas Agency, Baloda Bazar, Chhattisgarh, 493331, is demanding Rs. 700 in place of cost of cylinder Rs 402, because I have not issued any cylinder since last six months. As per rule If any body not issue any cylinder in six months then automatically consumer no. get blocked and it need only a simple application and TSV paper. I have completed all the particulars, after the owner of agency demanding Rs. 700, he is saying that, It is the cost o[censored]nlock. I have discussed with costumer care at [protected] and they have suggested me to do not pay a single rupee to him and the mention complaint no. has given by them. Agency person is neither ready to give any receipt of extra amount nor issuing the cylinder. For your reference I am giving some details;-

                            And received booking no.285038 on same day for consumer no.15621464 of Mrs. Komal V. Miskin


                            Today is 10th day from the date of booking, but still we have not received any delivery receipt no. against our booking.
                            It was happened in our previous booking also, in case after 10 days we had received Deliver challan no. & after 25 days i had gone personally to collect the cylinder that to on Sunday.

                            This is very time consuming and delayed procedure of your agency, which was in practised earlier, and you was the only renowned agency in the area in the beginning.

                              Myself Mr.S.Subramanian.My Indane GAS CUST.NO. is50309 with M/S Prema Agencies Today 25.12.2012 at about 8' 0 clock on I was changing my gas cylinder.On fitting regulator i found gas leakage from cylinder.There was some problem with the nozzle of cylinder.I immediately contactedEmergencyServiceCellno[protected] and 22263698 the land line number was not in use. and the mobile no, given to us was switched off. I tried servera time to the office nos. 24714470 and 24714474 there is no response for my repeated calls, what is the use of the emergency service by the indane authorities If any accident may occur due to leakage of gas who will bear the loss such a irresponsible dealer and the indane authorities due to the leakage I cannot use gas on that day .Therefore appropriate action should be taken against such irresponsible dealer

                                विषय- ग्राम पंचायत लपाव तहसील मऊ जिला चित्रकूट मे बृजेश कुमार उर्मलिया के नाम स्वीकृत किये गए पेटेल पम्प के आवेदन मे लगाए गए रिकार्डो की जांच कर लाइसेन्स निरस्त करने बाबत। एवं की गई हेरा- फेरी के खिलाफ आपराधिक प्रकरण दर्ज करने बाबत।

                                विषयान्तर्गत जांच के आधार निम्न है:-
                                1-यह कि बृजेश कुमार उरर्मलिया मूलत: म.प्र. के जवा तहसील की ग्राम पंचायत डभौरा के बार्ड क्र 9 मकान न. 514 मतदाता सूची क्र 1779 का निवासी है। म.प्र. के जवा जनपद का अध्यक्ष भी रह चुका है वर्तमान मे भी म.प्र. का निवासी है, फिर भी बृजेश कुमार उर्मलिया के नाम पर ु.प्र. के लपाव पटवारी हल्का अर्तगत पेट्टोल पम्प स्वीकृत किया गया। जिससे यह सावित होता है कि बृजेश कुमार उर्मलिया ने जायज नाजायज तरीके फर्जी रिकार्डो की खाना पूर्ति की और उ.प्र. व म.प्र. की सीमा पर पेटोल पम्प का लाइसेन्स प्राप्त किया । ताकि दोनों राज्यो के सीमा टेक्स की चोरी कर डीजल व पेट्टोल की काला बाजारी कर सके।
                                2- यह कि बृजेश कुमार उरर्मलिया को पेटेल पम्प का लाइसेन्स दिलाने इन्डियन आइल कार्पोरेशन के अधिकारियों की मिली भगत है जिनके सह पर रिकार्डो मे हेरा- फेरी की गई और आवेदन रिकार्ड समिटि कराये गये , न तो मौके की जांच की गई और उसके रिकार्डो को बारीकी से देखा।
                                3-यह कि लपाव की जिस पटवारी हल्का की भूमि पर बृजेश कुमार उरर्मलिया को पेटेल पम्प की स्वीकृति दी गयी है उसके चारो तरफ म.प्र. की भूमि है। जहा का बृजेश कुमार उर्मलिया निवासी भी नही है कही बाहर से फर्जी प्रमाण पत्र बनवाकर लगाया गया है। पूर्व के मतदाता सूची से मिलान कर सारे मामले तह तक पहुचा जा सकता है। बृजेश कुमार उरर्मलिया ने रिकार्ड समिट करने धोखा धडी की इस बात की मुझे पूरी जानकारी है।
                                4-यह कि बृजेश कुमार उरर्मलिया का पूर्व रिकार्ड भी धोजेवाज है, अपराधिक किस्म का भी रिकार्ड है जिसके सारे पूर्व रिकार्डो की जाच के बाद पूरी पेरा- फेरी की पुष्टि करता है।
                                5-यह कि बृजेश कुमार उर्मलिया को जिस स्थान पर पेटेल पम्प का लाइसेन्स दिया गया है उससे म,प्र. मे लगने वाले पेटेल पम्प के संचालको को नुकसान होगा और सीमा टेक्स चोरी का पेटेल व डीजल म.प्र मे आएगा, जिससे शासन को भी छति होगी।
                                6- यह कि बृजेश कुमार उर्मलिया का बडा भाई राजकुमार उर्मलिया बहुजन समाज पार्टी से सिरमौर क्षेत्र का विधायक है, इसीलिए पद का दुरुपयोग कर नाजायज तरीके रिकार्ड लगाए, लाइसेनस प्राप्त किया, और अपने विधान सभा क्षेत्र से लगे गांवों के बीच पेट्टोल पम्प खोला, जिससे शासन को भारी हानि होने की सम्भावना है, कई लोगों को काला बाजारी के चलते हानि उठानी पडेगी

                                  This day when I approached a Indane distributor, Jeevan Indane at Villivakkam, Chennai -600049

                                  for changing the gas connection name in my son's name, I was asked to type

                                  1) Indemnity bond for loss of Subscription voucher on a Rs80 Stamp paper (Whereas with other corporation it is Rs20/)

                                  2) Affidavit by my son on a Rs 80/= Stamp paper

                                  (Is this Rs 80/= stamp paper by my son is needed and countersigned by a Notary?)

                                  3) Letter of request for change of name on a Rs 20/ Stamp paper.

                                  and all the three letters should be countersigned by a Advocate & notary Public.

                                  I request you to kindly let me know at the earliest if this is the procedure

                                  When other oil companies are advising their customer to type the Indemnity bond for loss of SV., why Indane insists for Rs 80/= paper.

                                    Sir,
                                    I have the Indane LPG Consumer no:J-248 which is in the name of my father Shri Nand Lal .on the same consumer no I had booked the LPG and I had received the Cylinder serial no 023599-S, Bach No-IJ and Test date 03-04 on 05 Dec 2011. Same has been exploded on 05 Dec 2011 in my rental house during leak checking by Indane distributer. Mostly employees of Indane Gas Seva Jewar were present during this incident. In this regard I have complained in the Police Thana Jewar Distt.-GB Nagar (UP) on 05 Dec 2011 and also complained to Indane Gas Seva Jewar, IOCL MD Noida, LPG Officer in Charge State Office, Western (UP) Noida and Chief Departmental Officer IOCL State Office –II Noida , Secretary Office of the Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Minister of State, Office of the Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas Noida, Cabinet Minister , Office of the Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas Noida vide letters no. YK/PER/01 dated 07 Feb 2012, YK/PER/01 dated12 March 2012, YK/PER/01 dated 16 Apr 2012 and YK/PER/01 dated 19 May 2012. Indane Gas Seva Jewar Agency has denied to receive my letter no YK/PER/01 dated 19 May 2012 and same returned back to be by post. They do not want to listen my problems also. I have mailed to above mentioned department on 30 Nov 2012 and 07 Dec 2012 but till date I have not received any message and any reply regarding correspondence till date.

                                    During this incident my house hold items and ornaments had burned and my rental hose also blasted . Cost of the all was five lacks rupees approximately .

                                    Further I state that our matter has been enquired by the IOCL staff and the LIC staff. As per the third party Insurance Policy of IOCL and LIC, Relief amount to be Paid to customer by this policy but till date neither I received any relief amount from LIC nor IOCL side. Due to this reason we can not book the cylinder on our consumer no. J-248 because cylinder has been destroyed in this accident. Presently we are facing the cylinder problem for use.
                                    Further You are requested that this matter may please be consider on priority because we are facing the financial problem also due to this accident.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      This is not a complaint. Feed back to know the details.
                                      Some persons visiting door to door to check the availability of Indane gas connection.
                                      We have given the consumer numbers. Then he insisting for Inspection and charging
                                      Rs-70/- from the customers. When we asked for the reason he said that “ checking the
                                      Multiple connection and safety of the gas connection”. We educated persons know well
                                      about what to do for safety. He claimed that this is a Biannual Domestic customer
                                      Inspection. They just check whether the flame is ok and check the Rubber Tube condition. Now most o[censored]s using Suraksha LPG Hose. For this simple inspection they charge Rs. 70/- and no separate receipt. The original inspection form itself is the receipt
                                      for the amount paid by the customer. This Common Form printed as Recommended by Indane, HP & Bharatgas.
                                      Is this Inspection is compulsory or option left to the customers?
