operator of Ruchika service station New Kondli , Mayur vihar phase-3 Delhi 96, are very undisciplined and misbehaved with me at the time of credit card swapping instead of points redemption. Even when I have told them, they started to argue with me and pressurising me to take card back to cancel but when I have given back my card to them, they cant do anything. 3-4 operator assembled with tall gunner to pressurise me and I have left this pump.
Today I was on bike of my son and they cant recognized me being a regular customer of 4 wheelers. There was no one responsible person and ashok was also not there.
Their staff must be punished and have to feel guilty with commitment not to do further.

its a matter o[censored]tmost grievance that after going through the same problem again & again, nothing is being done regarding the delay in delivery of refill
it has been prescribed by the govt. that once a gas is booked it has to be delivered within 8 working days but i had booked my refill on 16/3/2013 & haven't recieved the refill till 30/3/2013
i have been complaining for the same for 4 times
in response i have been provided with a field officer contact no. who doesn't recieves the call
as the financial year ends by 31st march its a huge conspiracy by the gas dealer so that the gas booked in this financial year could be counted in the next year which in result will reduce the count of my subsidy cylinders
my ref.no. in that gas service is 306810

Iam acostomer of Indian gas.My distributor is Sashi gas service devkali road faizabad shop no 154321.I have bookd for refil on07/03/2013 vide booking no4726 and till date refilled cvlinderhave not supplied by agency. After enquiry from agency today i received that all the booking up to 20 march have been cancilled by the agency and also told me to rebook the refilled and collect it from godown.please get enquired about and do necessary action .

While filling petrol for Rs. 2000/= every time at the Indian Oil petrol pump located at L . N. Road, Dadar East,Mumbai 400 014, I am being regularly cheated by the refilling staff of at least 3 to 4 litres less by manipulating with the lock of the filler.

You are requested to look into the matter urgently and set right things urgently, as many people like me get cheated everyday and due to the very high rise in petrol prices, this kind of cheating is unacceptable.

A worried complainanat

DEAR SIR,

TODAY ,I PURCHASE PETROL OF Rs. 150/- IN MY SCOOTER, FROM SHARMA FILLING STATION,RAJPURA ROAD,LUDHIANA. ,BUT BY TRICK , SALES MEN FILLED PETROL OF Rs. 100 ONLY , THEN I ASK FOR COMPLAIN BOOK TO MR. PINKY (RANJEEV) WHO WAS AVAILABLE IN THE CABIN OF PETROL PUMP ,HE REFUSE TO GIVE COMPLAINT BOOK ,& MAY BE HE TOLD ME HIS NAME WRONG.
OPENLY CHEATING HAPPENING DAILY.
PLEASE DO NEEDFUL TO AVOID THIS TYPE OF INCIDENTS ON THIS PARTICULAR PETROL PUMP.

we are using Indane LPG connection for the past 14 years. Recently, for past three months, whenever we book for refill through mobile, after some days, it says your refill booking is cancelled. The agency is Ajitha Gas Agency. They are not responding properly. There is no proper information on why its happening so. There is no phone number available to contact them. We have to go in person to the agency and tell them about the problem. Very irresponsible.

I was having a Indian Gas connection No. 2359 by name of My father Mr.Raichand Mishrimal Jain at Village-Khandap, Via-Mokalsar, Tehshil-Siwana, District-Barmer, State-Rajasthan
My father is expire on 27/04/2012 after that i have visited in oct-2012 to Siwana Gas Service at Village-Siwana, District-Barmer for transfer my connection to My mother name Bhanwari Devi w/o Raichand Jain ( Wife ) or My Self Ankit Jain s/o Raichand Jain ( Son ) and as per there guide lines i have submitted the all the stamp paper and forms and documents as per there requirement and rules.
they had inform me that the connection is not working as per there system i have not taken any Gas Silender from last 2 years but my village khandap is 32km far from the Village Siwana and Siwana gas service give service and delivery to all near by village through transport.
and take extra charges. as per my Indain Gas connection dairy record i am taking silender regularly and there deliver men has done the signature and entry in my dairy but the siwana gas service didn't accept it so i neglet it and submitted all the paper as per there requirement for start the same connection and then transfer the connection and they inform me that 1st they will send all the document to there head office at jodhpur, Rajasthan and after that they will get back to me n i have submitted the document in Oct-2012 and as per there information it takes only 1-2 months for transfer but after a 4 month in 1st week of feb-2013 i again contact with them and they said it will be done by 15th feb2013 but its not done so again i contact through cell phone and they said it wont be transfer so better you take a new connection.

In the whole matter i just loose Rs. 5000 and more money in transportation, stationary, stamps etc... and as per there promise they neglet it.

As per the rule the gas silender deliver person must infrom to the office about the delivered a/c no. of customer. because of non information it charge on customers.

there is not a single fault of mine but then to i am not getting my old connection back

My dairy and all documents are there at Siwana gas service

As per the rule they have to start my connection again and transfer it to my mother name or my self

please provide me my connection back

i got lots of troubles

Plz help me..

I want to bring to your notice that free air is not being provided at the Indian oil petrol pump run by P.K.Abraham and sons at Vadasserikara,Pathanamthitta, Kerala. Whenever I approach them for air they say that the machine is out of order.they latest being today , 28/03/2013. This has been causing lot of inconvenience for consumers. Kindly do something about this. Regards Dr.Jayakumar

Sir,
This is for your kind information that, I’m a customer of DIAMOND ENTERPRISE (INDANE gas dealer shop), Diamond Harbour, New Town, South 24 Parganas, W.B. & my Consumer Number is 10655.
But now the problem is that, according to new rules we will get 05 nos gas cylinders from 14.09.2012 to 31.03.2013. But till 28.02.2013 I have taken 04 nos gas cylinders. So still now I will get another one cylinder within 31.03.2013. That’s why today (19.03.2013) I have gone to the dealer shop (DIAMOND ENTERPRISE) to order for refilling my cylinder. But in the office I came to know that (according to the authority) there were delivered total 05 nos gas cylinders to me. As per the booking office the excess date for refilling was on 13.01.2013 & the cylinder was delivered on 15.01.2013. Now the question arises automatically that, is it possible as per the govt rules? The most important thing is that the particular refilling order date (13.01.2013) & the delivery date (15.03.2013) isn’t entered in my Gas Delivery Book; it’s only in their computer.
But one cylinder is very necessary for my family within 31st March without any extra charges. So in this circumstances if you kindly take necessary steps as early as possible if I want the 5th cylinder without extra charges within 31st March then I will be highly obliged to you.

I had booked a LPG cylinder (B-07) on 24 January 2013 at P.L.Gas Service (Bkg. No.500553 & Cash Memo No. 14032). It got delivered on 29 January 2013. But strangely while all the previous cylinders used to last for 5 weeks and above, this one got exhausted within 14 days only!! Later when I checked the cylinder, it was found that the junction part between the cylinder body and cylinder valve it was cemented! Thus I have been a loser for being delivered with a faulty cylinder. Why is domestic gas being supplied in old defective cylinders? Please look into this matter. Thanking you.

M/S VENKATASAI GAS AGENCY, INDANE GAS DEALER, MADHAPUR ,SERILINGAMPALLY mandal, RANGAREDDY dist, ANDHRAPRADESH, OVER CHARGING FOR NEW LPG GAS CONNECTION i.e ABOUT Rs3500/- CHARGING. IF THE CONSUMER DENIED TO PAY THE EXCESS AMOUNT THEY REJECT TO GIVE CONNECTION EVEN M/s IOCL ALLOTTED THE CONNECTION. THIS IS OUR 16th COMPLAINT NO BODY REACTED AGAINST THIS FRAUD, FINALLY WE CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT NOT TO COMPLAINT AFTER THIS.

Bokking reference No. [protected] made on Feb 20, 2013. Remained undelivered for 30 days till date in spite of repeated compliant. We do not have a cylinder depends on the outside food now. Surprisingly on follow up the response was found that it is resolved and cylinder delivered. Clear nexus between distributor and concerned Indane official. Can you look into it to ensure immediate supply of cylinder and curb such criminal collusion at Indane system? The distributor never lift the phone and there was no solution from the central toll free number. Lakhs of people are victim of such nexus for commercial gains.

Dear sir

During my way to Bangalore from Bellary I have taken Innova, near D.Hirehal about 20Kilometers from Bellary I had filled diesel tank which was empty except 4 to 5 Liters at M/s Sree Sai Lakshmi IOCL Dealer, Lingammanahalli- [protected], IOCL dealer has filled diesel with 64.08 liters. Innova fuel tank capacity it self is 55 liters max. Already 4 to 5 liters +64.08 around 69 liters was filled. Now therefore, how it is possible to fill 64.08 + 4 to 5 liters when the capacity of the fuel tank itself is 55 Liters. Attaching here with the receipt.

I am having Indane LPG connection. Their webcite offers SMS/ IVRS/ Online booking / Customer complaint contact Telephone nos. But they never work 24/7 of the times.

If they never work I wonder why these PSU giants have put them in the first place and claim to provide this service to the customer on the webcite. It is time this fraud is exposed and these companies are penalized for taking their customer indifferently.
