I AM A CUSTOMER OF INDANE GAS AT THANABHAWAN TODAY I WAS SUBMITTING THE KYC FORM AT BHAWAN INDANE GAS SERVICE CODE NO.[protected] DEMANDING RS.20/- TO SUBMIT THAT FORM . IT IS COMPANY'S INSTRUCTION OR HIS CHARGES PLS SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.HIS EMPLOYEE SAYING IF YOU WILL NOT PAY RS.20/- WITH KYC FORM YOU WILL NOT RECEIVED GAS PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER....

    Sir, This is Deepti Agarwal, a Consumer of Indane Gas agency - Samyak in Yerwada Pune.

    We originally had our contract with another Indane agency , but without the knowledge of customers, all o[censored]s were transferred to this particular agency in yerwada. After the transfer, the agency has asked to submit us all our papers again, which is similar to going through the procedure of getting a new connection. We are not bothered about indane's internal procedures like customer transfers and existing consumers should not be subject to such ridiculous procedures.

    No one at the agency picks up our calls, and they do not do the timely delivery of the cylinders. This is causing a lot trouble.

    whoever is reading this now, please be aware that you can complaint about distributor to Petrolium company directly. If distributor does not deliver your cylinder, they cannot issue new connections which is a big deal for them.

      on first of september 2012 at about 7p.m, while me and my wife both doctors proceeding to clinic for evening practice,i went to peravallur indian oil petrol pump for fuel my two wheeler and i was in the q,when my turn comes they have taken money from me but instead of giving petrol to me the two petrol pump workers called the other car owner who was waiting for petrol in other q.when i asked about this, these two workers quarrelled with me and insulted with filthy words.when i told them to not to indulge in such nonsense in high pitched voice, one worker manhandled me and i hit him on his shoulder.imediately the four petrl pump labours in uniform including a man who is claiming to be the manager started punching me over the head,chest and neck.my shirt was completely soiled and spoiled and buttons were broken.immediately my wife informed police by dialling 100.police came to the spot and they wanted to settle the matter to compromise.i said this is wantedly by words and action they insulted me,this is total lawless situation,i want to file a complaint to police.Accordingly i went to police station,the police inspector spoke to me over the sub inspector mobile sayiing he is busy in one advocate's problem and he advised me to lodge a complaint and go to clinic,need not to wait,he will come and look after and accordingly i gave a complaint and i went,but the police regarded this case 75 case and tried to close the matter instead of taking those culprits to remand and the police trying to convince me they have given a good police treatment to those culprits which is not acceptable.i asked for stringent action on this matter,the police is acting as under pressure of the petrol pump owner.now twenty days over the case is still pending.kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action on this petrol pump workers and management and please inform the assistant police commisioner of police chennai regardin this case.

        I have been taken a new Indane Gas connection last year. i was got a receipt from Dealer Sai Seva (Masoodpur) Vasant Kunj. By default i have been lost my receipt due to this i couldn't taken any services. i was visited several time to dealer but didn't get any help. I don't know my consumer number to further quires.

          There is a petrol pump on NH just near by AKASHGANGA VIHAR in Ahirwan , which is 3 km east from Ramadevi Chauraha. The all staff of the petrol pump while giving petrol to the bikes give less petrol to all the bike/ car persons. After giving petrol to a person he does the pipeline (between nozzle to meter) empty in a vessel, by doing so the next person who is taking petrol gets 300 ml almost less petrol . By doing so they are looting the people. All the people cannot check on him. All the managers and pump owner is involved in this activity.
          The licence of such pump owner shuld be ceased,

          Petrol Pump — Cheaters

          The biggest cheater's of all gas station , I was refueling my byk on 1st Aug 2012 all of sudden electricity went of, i was watching the reading it was clearly showing the reading of Rs95/- but the person standing over there was stating that its was Rs160/- they just know how to cheat the customers.

            On 14th sept 2012 Friday i had booked a cylinder under my gas consumer no.53610. My agency is Puran gas agency,Jawahar Nagar ,Jaipur.My booking no. given was 256440.I waited for 6 days and when i called the computerised booking centre to enquire i got to know my cylinder has been delivered and they gave me a cash receipt no
            .I was shocked to know this as i was at all times at my home to take delivery of my cylinder of which i am in urgent need and it has been delivered to somebody else.
            this mishappening is not for the first time ,as i had a hint that my cylinders from my consumer no.are being delivered elsewhere as i dont book cylinders very often.This time i am sure since i have proof and have caught this theft red handed.And now with ceiling on the limit of subsidised cylinders i am extremely concerned.
            Pls i request the concerned authorities to take immediate action regarding this matter.

I am trying to take the connection from last four months but they always say that connection is not available, apply next month.               Hi

              This complaint is related to harassment of mass consumers by Shaheed Leela Ram Indane Gas Service - Matenhail(Haryana)

              This distributor is asking everybody to bring there empty cylinders to note down cylinder number to book gas. Then ask them take there empty cylinder and come back after 2-3 days with there empty cylinder again to take the filled one.

              This is rural area, so people are coming far away places, even if i have to take the cylinder i have to pay 160 Rs extra for transportation to get the cylinder. For me its a clear case of corruption.Either they should provide the gas on same day or provide home delivery.

                they are asking for doing KYC. for that they are calling me there to fill up the form and produce required document.

                i am telling them to send the form through their delivery boy or by post. they disagreed.

                the very purpose of KYC is lost as they are not 'really' not knowing their customer but doing it like bureaucrates in the govt dept.

                they are also indicating that if we do not do it within one month they will not supply GAS.

                i remember Reliance came to the door step to get the papers and to do the KYC.

                yes - Chella gas Selaiyur is insisting the CONSUMER to come in PERSON that too in their prescribed time 3 pm to 5 pm Monday - Friday... they do not accept authorisation etc.
                They do not accept the Download forms also!!! in this computer era, the form is easily downloadable!

                what is it?
                what is the rule laid down for issue of KYCs issued to the gas distributors.
                they are acting as per thier whims and fancies
                One agency in Chromepet, delivered the Form to its consumers at their door steps thro' the delivery boys!!!

                in Chella gas no rules nothing, ... they are very very arrogant

                There are two Gas connection in two different name in my family, one is in my name consumer no.SGC467 and other is in my Son's name e.i. SGC24739. My Gas Agency has asked to submit KYC with Declaration on twenty rupee non judicial paper. My son has submitted his KYC with Declaration at gas agency but when I have submitted my KYC. Gas Agency has told me that we will check your two separate Kitchen. They have checked and found the same as we have declared but now they are asking me that show me separate Rasan Card or separate electric bill. After marriage my son has kept his Kitchen separate but we don't have separate Rasan Card or Electric Bill. Now, My Gas Agency Sachhi Gas Center 111/424, Ashok Nagar, Kanpur is harassing me to accept my KYC with declaration on Twenty Rupees non judicial stamp paper and saying that they will terminate my connection. sbmisra [protected]

                Sir, I am the General Secretary of the EX-Naval Personnel Welfare Association, which is a registered Organisation to look after the welfare and well being of the Ex-Naval Veterans and the Naval Widows.Many of our members are over 75 yrs of age. My complaint is regarding the submission of KYC form at the Aiswarya Gas Services Karuvelipadi, Kochi-682005 (Tel:[protected] Mob:[protected]). In the Application form it is clearly mentioned that any one of the mandatory document to be attached with the form. Accordingly, some of our members who are aged above 85 who have submitted the form along with the document for proof of their residence were not accepted by the firm, saying that the Original Gas connection bill which are as old as 30 to 32 years also is to be submitted along with. It is not understood as to what purpose is fulfilled by producing a Bill issued 30 to 35 years before, when the Gas agency was supplying the cooking Gas regularly to these people in the same residential address. The authorities need to either give the genuine reason to produce a document issued over 30 years before or else issue immediate instructions to the Gas Agency to stop playing such type of cruel jokes and harass the Veterans.

                  I am a resident near ponkunnam Keral. tookthe gas connection from Mary Matha agency Ponkunnam. but unfortunately thre is no supply of gas for the last one month . we the consumers of the locality fears tht the agency people black markets the cylenders. may b plzd to look in to the matter urgently.
                  my consumer no is TV 3452 in Indane, Supplier is M/S Anand[protected] . I booked the gas on 27th Dec through [protected], it said 10 days back that bill had been made, gas would be supplied shortly.
                  Till date gas is not supplied, yesterday evening there was no gas to cook.
                  I found gas is available in street side @ Rs 650.
                  my name is vasudevan t.p from bangalore my consumer number is cx287153 of Ananth gas Agency vimanapura branch. I had booked gas on 03.03.15 from my mobile and booking number was given as 273772 but till today it is not delivered when i checked in my mobile the delivery status it was saying till 10.03.15 it is delivered. When it is delivered till 10.03.15 what happened to my booking on 03.03.15 Please reply to me immediately.

                      An Indane gas cylinder started leaking at 0800 hours. Tried to call Indane emergency numbers and those were switched off. After 0900 hrs, one call got through which advised us to contact the distributors,i.e. Vikas Distributors. No one responded there also. Perforce I personally went to Vikas Distibutor's office located about seven km away and lodged the complaint in person. I was promised that someone would be sent, but no one turned up even after six hrs of lodging the complaint. I contacted again the Indane emergency number and got through and was told that it could receive complaint only after Vikas Distributor was closed for the day and was advised to call again to complain. I do not know if I will ever get through and get the service.
                      I thought that gas leakage is an emergency situation , but Indane or Vikas Distributors seem not to have the same view.

                        SUPPLIED ONLY 3.6 KG NET WT GAS INSTEAD OF 14.2 KG AS PER BILL NO. 8645 DT 26/8/12. IT WAS DELIVERED IN THE AFTERNOON WHEN IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO CHECK THE WEIGHT . TODAY IT WAS NOTICED & HENCE WEIGHED & FOUND THE DISCREPANCY . IT IS PERTINENT TO MENTION HERE THAT WE ARE HAVING 2 CYLINDER CONNECTIONS . THE ABOVE MENTIONED GAS CYLINDER WAS SUPPLIED BY A PERSON NAMED AS SUJOY WHO CHECKED THE GAS FOR LEAKAGE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.

                        Indane Gas home use 14.2Kg — Delay of delivery of gas cylider

                        I'm a GOVT. OFFICER.I'm a prescribed user of of indane gas.Cosumer no.15437.I had booked for a refil gas cylinder and now its more than 50 days afer I had booked.I have not recieved the cylinder.There is only one cylinder distributer in our locality in thrissur.May families are facing the same trouble.the authorities are calling us names when we enquire about this matter. So I THINK WITH THIS LETTER YOU WILL ENQUIRE INTO THE MATTER IMMEDIATLY AND TAKE NECESSARY DECITIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                          I am smt.Alo Bhattacharyya(sangiri) wife of Sridhar Bhattacharyya,a consumer of M/S Meera Indane(Distributor of Indian Oil Corporation

                          Limited),code-161204,at+post and sub division-Khatra,Dist-Bankura,Pin-722140,West Bengal.

                          M/S Mera Indane always create a lot of problems for home delivery of gas.And for this every time I request for help IOCL higher

                          authority and B.D.O/S.D.O/D.M/Area Manager Durgapur (IOCL),a lot of days after complain he gives the cylinder (without checking the

                          weight) example I booked for gas on 29/062012,and delivery date 08/08/2012 (after 39 days).And this time I book for gas on

                          01/09/2012 but till today distributor supply no cylinder.
                          I and My husband is state govt. employee we are always busy at work and my old mother is sick,And for this type of irregular supply we have to face a lot of problems always.

                          I requested to solve this gas delivery problem according to Indian Oil Corporation Limited.

                          Indian Oil Corporation Ltd/Indane gas — Difficulty in registering gas cylinder supply

                          My name is N T Mathai, resident of D 3, Tanishq Appts, 8/917, Dadabari Road, Mehrauli, New delhi - 110030. I am registered with "Sai seva gas agencieis, Vasant kunj for supply of my indane gas.

                          I am finding it extremely difficult to get a request for supply of gas cylinder through telephone. The telephone numbers provided by the agency is 26134492 is inaccessable and therefore, most of the times I have to personally go to their shop and book my requirement of gas and thereafter the same is being delivered after 4-5 days.

                          I want to know whether there is any other method of online booking of cooking gas which would be very helpful in resolving such inconveniences.

                          I am a costumer of IOC costumer no-20015, Vikram Enterprises, Bokaro steel city, Jharkhand.As per IOC rule I am booking for re-fill cylinder after 21 days, and the concerned enterprises is taking another 12-15 days to supply gas.It means I had to wait 35-37 days to get my gas via proper route.This encourages the black marketing.

                          Indianoil corporation — issue of gas cylinder

                          I have booked for a new LPG house hold connection on 30/7/07, at Ramgas Agencies at Malappuram. I was alloted a waiting list no 2834 on the same day. Even now, though it is almost two years I am not issue the connection.

                          I have contacted the dealer to enquire on the delay and they couldn't provide me a convincing answer.

                          Please do the necessary to let me know why there is so much delay in issuing me the connection.

                          IOCL — Misbehavior & wrong information

                          Dear Sir / Mam,

                          We had been to IOCL retail outlet at Pimpri, adjacent to Hindustan Antebiotics Limited.

                          The staff there was extremely unfriendly when we asked them to serve us with regular Petrol and NOT Xtra Premium. They said, that they didnt stock Regular Petrol as the IOCL didnt send them any stock.

                          We had topped up our petrol tank with 39 Litres of fuel and had to hunt for cash as they refused to accept credit card even though we had seen the swiping machine at their office.

                          I was with my whole family and the staff there was joking and mocking at us paasing comments just because we asked for Regular Petrol.

                          You claim that you have high standards in serving the customer but my experience was exactly opposite to that. I felt humiliated visiting your petrol pump. Hope some one will read this and take action rather than thrashing it as you do at your Gas stations.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          We booked for new LPG connection in JSR gas agency, colachel on 15/05/2012 and the running serial no is 28152. They told like we will get the connection within a month but we did't get it till now, it was nearly 70 days. When we called JSR the response was extremely bad.

                            I am a consumer of Indane gas, I booked gas thru chandra gas agency ambattur - 2 months back and I received a acknowledgement from them stating that "Refill booking made booking no# 439827 - Cylinder will be delievered shortly on 03 Sep 2012" - But I didnt get the cylinder yet even after 10 days of acknowledgement.

                            Whenever I tried contacting the gas agency - Recorded voice was put on after a single ring and When i tried for Indane customer care - there too no response. I wonder how can such a reputed company still have a very poor customer service management?

                            No need to mention that cooking food everyday - is very essential and We are suffering a lot since most of the people are working.

Always we used to get the computerised reply......I have already complained about this to IOC........ If in future the same conditions occurs, I shall go through the CONSUMER COURT......

                                    1. I booked a gas cylinder on line against consumer book no 15556 at Debai/Dibai under Bulandshahr district o[censored]ttar Pradesh Indane Gas agency on 21 Aug 12. The allotted booking number was 244. On further inquiry, I was told that the booking of cylinder to rural area is applicable only on completion of 30 days and issue of cylinder after 40 days from last delivery of cylinder. The last delivery of cylinder was made on 12 Jul 12.

                                    2. On 25 Aug 12 when the consumer reached to the gas agency with empty cylinder covering 10 kms of distance by peddling the cycle he was bluffed by the staff by telling that no cylinder has been booked against the ibid consumer book number and the consumer was forced to re-book the gas cylinder on date. I was contacted by the consumer and reported the shameful act of the gas agency staff available there. I gave a call to the staff of gas agency and wanted to know the fact about what has gone wrong.

                                    3. The staff on line without disclosing his identity bluffed me also by stating that current booking serial no is 133 and how can be your booking no is 244. After lot of hue and cry they succumbed and conceded the fact but continued with nonsense by telling that issue of gas cylinder to rural area is made only in the morning hours and now it is after noon. Ultimately the option left with the consumer was to carry the empty cylinder back to the village while peddling the cycle.

                                    4. Now, I request to know the type of action required to be taken against the manager and the staff of this gas agency so that in future no one of my super democratic country dare to do the mockery of on line booking facility provided to cater the consumer in a better way. The name of the manager understood to be Mr Triloki and telephone no of the gas agency is [protected].
