Non delivery of refill cylinder

My name is P.V.Sreenivasan and my IOC Consumer No is 5353. I have booked for a refill cylinder on 27-March 2012.I got a SMS on 18 May 2012 04:47PM as Dear Indine customar, against your refill booking 282787,cash memo 3893 generated ,cylinder shall be delivered shortly from :54411.Now the time is06:04PM on 21 march 2012. I won't get the refill cylinder till this time.Please help me.........

Dear Sir

My father is a consumer having C.No-27322- of 'Ashoka Gas Service' ,near S.B.I. bank ,mohaddipur, gorakhpur,u.p. -. It is their rule/practise that a new cylinder booking is registered after 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practise ,we booked for new refill on 17/4/2012 . and the refill was delivered after a month on 15/5/2012....

Delay of new connection due to Non-availability of Bill/Receipt Book

I have applied for a new connection and been alloted the New connection on 20-Mar-2012 from M/s. SHREE CHELLA AGENCIES, Selaiyur, Chennai. As I had an existing Gas stove, they above mentioned agency said that they have to inspect the gas stove and the inspection was completed on 21-Apr-2012.

But, still I am not provided with the new Gas connection for the reason that the agency does not have the BILL / RECEIPT Book and refusing...

not providing petrol insisting to take xtra premium petrol

Inordinate delay in supply of refill

Delivery guys charging extra

We are using Indane gas the Indane Gas Dealer Name is RANIE ENTERPRISE its in 2nd street perumal nagar, madipakkam, chennai 91, the refilling amount is 393 rupees but for every cylinder the delivery boys charging 420 rupees which means they are charging nearly 30 rupees extra for every deliver even if we give 400 rupees they are threatening us if you don't give 420 rupees we will not deliver cylinder for you next time even if the cylinder...

4600/- charged for single cylinder

sir I went to APSCS CO.LTD for INDANE gas new connection, they told 4600/- for single cylinder with hot plate, only hot plate cost is 2000/- but out side the cost is only 1200/-, and they show only bill for 1450+2000(hotplate), remaing 1150/- there is no bill they told me it is like that, they are cheating the people sir, plese take action againest them

reconnection/surrender

My job is transferable I transferred from Nagaon to Dibrugarh on 2007 the again in 2010 at Guwahati.This condition refrain me from regular booking of my gas service. I couldn't continue my consumption of domestic gas service from May 2011 onward,On March 2012 I sent my brother to book my gas, The authority of Hiya Gas Agency asked for the I.d proof.
