Hello

This is reference to Domestic gas provider Radha Krishna Indane .

I have Booked my cylinder refill two times now in 2 months .But i am unable to get the refill .
They say will get it on saturday , and now its been 3 sats already passed and Still no status of getting the
cylinder . Service provider is also poor in delivery ,where they donot respond to queries .and phone come always
busy .

Radhakrishna Indane Gas, wanowrie — New Connection

Hi
I had applied for the new gas connection through Radhakrishna Indane Gas, wanoworie, Pune on 4th April 2009. I was told that i will get a letter with in 15 days and i have to come back with that letter to the office. Then only new connection can be issued. But it has been 1 month and i had not received any such letter. Meanwhile i am in regular contact with the agency and everytime they say that you will receive the letter in next two days but unfortunately those two days never come.

Please can you do the needful.

The Radha Krishna Indane, Jambhulkar Chowk is a useless gas dealership agency. Consumer number 11150.

The Delivery boy came to deliver the cylinder yesterday at 10:50 am yesterday. I went to their office at 9:00 am in the morning. The Timing of their office was put up as 9 am -5 pm. I found no one there. one guy from their office told me to wait for some time who came in there at 9:10 am. The other three office personnel (LATE LATIFF's) came in there at 9:20 am. I informed to one of them on the counter telling him that I came to collect the cylinder that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. After 10 minutes of waiting there then he issued me a receipt and told me to collect the cylinder from their truck located 100 meters away from their office. I went to the Delivery boy there and asked for the cylinder. They told me that they are not going to provide me a cylinder on any case as their owner had told them not to issue a cylinder without his notice. I told him that i have a bill that was issued yesterday and they need to provide me the cylinder then.

He asked me to go back to the office and ask them about the same.
The Office boy spoke to me rudely and told me that i will have to wait for the cylinder.
Told them that i have WASTED an hour on this service.
He asked me to subscribe a weekend service.
told him that i am ready to pay extra as the cost of the cylinder was raised by the union government.

I called the INDANE customer complaint number [protected] and it unreachable !!!

Most IMPORTANT :--I saw a ton of certificates put up on the wall given by INDANE to this " RADHA KRISHNA INDANE " for outstanding service and work.

IS this the good work for which INDANE is giving certificates to RADHA KRISHNA INDANE " My GOD !!!

There is a saying in marathi . JASE RAJA THASI PRAJA

    I am a resident of vivekananda road barasat. I find several sweet shops and restaurants in the locality use subsdised domestic LPG cylinders in preparing their foods. A few of them are Samrat Restaurant, Barnalee Sweets, Casio Restaurant. I think the person concerned will look into the matter which will help our nation in minimizing the subsidy alloted in the LPG.

      I have received last supply on 17.03.12.
      I was followup for my next supply since 23.04.12. but lot of phone calls & personnel contact to agency he has give me today a written(see attachment) as you will get next supply after two months.
      How it is possible to manage one cylinder in two months? His employees was not given me satisfactory reason.
      I have also faced such type of problem earlier.
      I request you if he is not able to fulfill proper supply than please put another arrangement.Also pl. note he his not given home delivery and charge full amount.
      I hope you will see my problem and give me proper solution as soon as possible.

      Sir,

      I have an INDANE gas connection PRAKASH gas agency at fatwah, (patna)t.The
      consumer number is 03237. The gas was booked on[protected] &[protected] and we
      have received an sms confirming the booking vide no. [protected] and cash
      memo generated vide no.[protected] but still the only one gas
      delivered.

      Also every time we are facing the problem of delivery of the cylinder on
      a lower weight.

        Dear sir,

        I had booked my refilling my gas cylinder ,consumer( no.23180 ) on[protected] at GUHAN GAS SERVICE ,Behind Thonnal Devi Temple, pallippuram,Thiruvananthapuram . Till this day they were not ready to supply the cylinder they were reminded several time over phone.This agency never deliver the gas on time. Each time they are taking more than 40 days.
        I came to know that the company rule for delivery of refilled cylinder maximum 25 days.
        I request that necessary steps may kindly be taken and taken arrangements to get the cylinder refilled immediatly also to get the cylinder refilled at least 30 days in future

        Dear Sir,
        I have booked the refill over automated booking service provided by Indane gas Company in Phone No.[protected] on[protected], my Consumer no.30094. Till today I have not recieved the refill, my booking no is 238596 and when I check my status it says the Bill no.3461 and cleared and this message is being said over automated voice message from[protected] and till today[protected] I have not recieved the refill. I checked with my agency M/s.Shoba Gas Agencies Nungambakkam Chennai over phone no.[protected]/28250567 on[protected] the reply was that there are no person to deliver the refill in your area so it will be delivered on[protected] and till this hour 17-30hrs not recieved the refill. This particular agency is always a problem and I think they are not able to handle, I have been facing this problem since 1 year, I thought this automated booking will help but this is also of no use and we are not able to find the exact time of delivery of refill. Please do something on this and reslove the issue.

          I have been using Indane Gas since 2000, last two years I am facing lot of problem in delivery every month.
          Every time I am visiting our service agency for my delivery. Their regular answer is "You'll get in a week".
          They are taking almost 35-45 days for delivery after getting our booking confirmation.
          Last two months I am directly visiting the agency and collecting the cylinder myself.
          Three months back I have given complaint in Indian Oil Corporation Limited Office, Teynampet.
          I have booked on 30th March 2012. Today 30th April, I have visited the gas agency,
          but they are giving wrong promise and saying again it will another one week for delivery.
          I cannot run behind the gas agency people every month.

          So Please take necessary action against our gas distribution agency to make the delivery on time.

          myself consumer of kanpur gas service22692 and my consumer, i booked for cylinder around 15 days backand today it is 04th may, but i have not received the cylinder even after reminders on phone if connected. Further most of the time number is engage.

          lindane — Delay & Not giving booking No.even after booking done on25th day.

          Dear Sir,
          I am submitting this complaint with great heart felt incidents happening every month with my Agent/Distributor, M/s.VishwambaraEnterprises,
          No.40/1, Assaye Road, Bangalore-560 042.not ready to take booking of refilling of gas even after 25 days of last supply. Their arrogant reply is that, booking would be taken only after 30th day.last supplied date.

          Is the supply conmditions doesn`t permit? or They are adjusting the supply to some where else?

          My, consumer No.is 27418, and having a single cylinder only. Despite several attempts and repeated calls to the above agent, every month, it has become routine problem to get the cylinder reilling booking no, eventhough I call them after 25 days of every month. Their reply was to book only after 30 days, and delivered after 2/3 days. Is booking of refilling cylinders terms and conditions are changed ? Or the agent is making fool of the customers ?

          I am taking this opportunity to invite your intervention in this regard, and enlighten the public about the supply of refilled cylinders intervals, please.

          I have booked for a refill (order no. 11953 dated. 30/05/09) but even after today Cylinder not deliverd, when i met personally to distributor office directly they said they will take another 10 days to deliver the refill cylinder.

          I have Indian Oil Gas Connection in Ramanathapuram. Dealer name is Balaji Gas. My consumer number is 25603. My name is Vallivinayagam.I have booked before 20 dyas. When I asked, Mam what time it comes, she reply today sir, THe same answer repeated more than 10 days. But, it did not delivery till date (15.4.10). I am very fedup for your service. Pls. take action immediately.
          I am a consumer of Indian Oil Corporatation's LPG Gas from Omkaram Gas Agencies, Oachira, Kollam District. My consumer Number is 759 and my address is Krishnabhavanam, Adinadu North PO, Karunagappally, Kollam District, PIN 690542.

          I am facing a big problem with the Omkaram Gas Agencies, that is, the Refilled Cylinder is supplied after a long period (normally 55-60 days). First of all I would like to know that, why should this much time do they take for the delivery.

          Secondly, whenever I try to call their office, once the lines are busy, otherwise the call is not taken.
          As I am working abroad, and my wife is working in Government Service, we cannot approach the agency each month for this regards. If the call is taken they say regularly the same saying: "the load has not come"

          I am having two cylinders in my account. I have booked for a refilled cylinder on August 21st, 2010. Today it is 19th October 2010. After this 60 days both my cylinders have been empty. Me and my wife continuously trying to call the agency from the morning today. But both the lines are busy all the times. And once it is ringing the phone will not be attended.

          What should I do? Where should I approach for getting me a proper solution. Not only me, all the consumers under this Omkaram Agency are facing the same issues for years.

          Some of my friends say that they were dealing with some other agent in Karunagappally. But once they tried to book for refilled cylinder they say, your account has been shifted to Omkaram Agency and contact them for further dealings. What is this? Without knowing the consumer they have been shifted. What should I call to this? Why this is going on here in India? The agency in Karunagappally is very sincere and they deliver refilled cylinder in maximum of 15 days.

          So kindly do help me (not only me, but also all the consumers who are facing this problem from Omkaram Gas Agency).

I have booked ahome delivery of my refill on 01.03.2014 telephonically. On non-receipt of delivery of my refill, I called the distributor but they did not response on their telephone numbers. I visited the premises of distributor and query the status of my booking. The lady at counter instructed me to deposit the amount of refill at the counter for which refill will be made available on 22.03.2014 by collecting from their godown. She also told told "home delivery band kar di gayi hai". I want to know that whether there is any gas crisis in our country as the Indane distributor M/s Lakshmi Jee Indane Rohtak ratther than giving home delivery is collecting money in 2 weeks advance from customers.The

          Myself Chhabutai Dhomne and my consumer number is 1985. I am customer of Indane Gas from past 20 years. My Gas agency is located at Nandanvan Main Road, Nandanvan Colony, Nagpur - 440024 (Padmaja Indane). From past one year I facing gas delivery problem with this agency. After booking cylinder we are not getting delivery on time, sometimes it takes more than 15 days. We have to go always personally to agency. I have to reminder them 4-5 times via phone call. Indian Gas is reputed company because of this issue consumers lose their confidence on company. I hope you will take necessary action,

            Hi,

            My name is Gulab Pasha, I'm posting this thread because of dis-satisfactory services of Indian Oil Corporation.

            Recently in my locality every one facing late delivery and asking customer to collect the cylinders on Road from Indian Oil Corporation (Gurukrupa Indian Distributor - JP Nagar 6th Phase Bangalore - 560 078).

            and They are charging Rs. 15 extra on each GAS Cylinder. I have captured some of the photos from my cell phone.

                Regarding Non Booking of Refill before 21 days, black marketing, by DHURI GAS Services.

                Respected Sir,

                1. It is informed with great regret that the services provided by the DHURI GAS SERVICES at DHURI are very poor. The agency is not booking the refill before 21 days (as clarified by your office under RTI-2005).The agency is booking the refill after 21 days and delivers the cylinder after 12 days of booking i.e. after 32 days of booking of cylinder refill.

                2. The agency is forcibly taking the certificates of complete satisfaction from the customers and gets the test reports signed on blank papers so that it these can be filled according to the agency requirements in case of any consumer demands its rights. The agency is forcibly selling the hot plates, gas pipes, gas lighters to the consumers at a very high rate as compared to the market.

                3.As per the market reports the Manager/Proprietor of agency is having 50-60 bogus connections in vague names and are making money through [protected]@ Rs 800/- per cylinder, it is also pointed out that this agency is selling the commercial cylinders along with government supply under the same place of delivery i.e. under the railway bridge. It is a matter of simple understanding as to where from this agency gets regular supply for black. It is suggested to raid the culprit incognito to catch him red handed. It may also be checked that this agency may not be selling the commercial gas cylinders after refilling in the commercial cylinders from government supply of domestic cylinders.

                4. This agency is openly threatening to the customers to go anywhere as it has got its political relations and nobody can do anything.

                5. In view of the above you are requested to take the necessary action in the public interest please.

                IOC/LPG — Not booking of gas after 36 days of delivery

                Respected sir,
                I am 56 year old lady.My consumer no 15436 of (SONARPUR GAS SERVICE ph[protected]/[protected], I have got my last cylinder delivered on 09/10/09 Then i ring to CALL CENTRE(NO[protected] for next booking on 21/10/09 i was told to book after 15 days of delivery.
                As i was told i called again on24/10/09 i was given booking no 1639.I was waiting to get the cylinder.on06/11/09 i asked the DELIVERY BOY abut booking no 1639 and told me it was not booked.
                on that day i called again to CALL CENTRE NO,And i was told my previous booking was cancelled as it was booked on 15th day of deliver of cylinder and told me i should have booked after 18th day of delivery of cylinder how ever they booked my cylinder after 28days of delivery and given me one more booking no 550
                today15/11/09 i was surfing INDANE GAS site, and i found my booking was not register then i booked again on there WABE booking no-2.It is aldery covered 36 days of delivery.it may be cancelled after few day.
                then when will i get my cylinder delivery,most of the consumer have been suffering all these short of problem,What should we,is there any solution regarding all this short of problem.
                i will be very greatfull to you if you solve my problem as soon as possiable.And give me information of how and when to book.

                  1. I am enclosing a postal order No 05F 051662 dated 17 Apr 2012 of Rs 10/- for the information required under RTI Act-2005.You are humbly requested to provide me the following information at the earliest:-

                  (a) I have posted you a letter complaining against Dhuri Gas Service at DHURI on 22 Mar 2012, which was received in your office on 26 Mar 2012.Please provide me the information about the action taken by your office against the defaulter.

                  (b) Please inform how many cylinders have been issued to Dhuri Gas Service for the period 01 Apr 2011 to 31 Mar 2012 for distribution to the public.

                  (c) Please inform how many total gas connections are enlisted with Dhuri Gas Service during the period 01 Apr 2011 to 31 Mar 2012.

                  (d) Please inform the full details of 10 consumers who have drawn the maximum number of cylinders from Dhuri Gas Service during the period 01 Apr 2011 to 31 Mar 2012.

                  (e) Please inform the full details of 10 consumers who have drawn the minimum number of cylinders from Dhuri Gas Service during the period 01 Apr 2011 to 31 Mar 2012.

                  (f) Please inform whether this agency has been authorized to sell commercial cylinders along with Govt supply of domestic cylinders.

                  (g) Please confirm that this agency is not refilling commercial cylinders from the Govt supply of domestic cylinders.

                  (h) Please confirm that this agency is authorized to deliver the cylinders to consumers after 33 days of booking by your office (booking of refill after 21 days+12 days for delivery).

                  (i) Please confirm that no vague connections have been enlisted with DHURI GAS SERVICE at DHURI by the agency for black-marketing the gas cylinders.

                  (j) This agency is storing cylinders under the newly constructed Railway bridge at Dhuri for distribution, Please confirm that the necessary permission for storing Petroleum Product /Explosive Gas Cylinders under the newly constructed Railway bridge has been taken from the Railway Ministry/Punjab Government and the Insurance for the same has been got done by the DHURI GAS SERVICE at Dhuri to avoid any loss to Railway Department/Punjab Government in case of any accident to the tune of 60-65 Crores of rupees and the storing is as per authorized norms by Indian Oil Corporation/Deptt. Of Food & Civil Supplies.

                  (k) Please confirm that forcibly taking the certificates of complete satisfaction from the customers and getting the test reports signed on blank papers so that it these can be filled according to the agency requirements in case of any consumer demands its rights/complaints is as per authorized norms by Indian Oil Corporation/Deptt. Of Food & Civil Supplies.

                    Indane Gas — not supply of gas even after one month after booking

                    Dear Sir

                    I booked gas on 28.1.2011 through Sri Venkateswara Indane Gas Agency, 2/427, Periyakurichi Main Road, Neyveli ., Till date they havenot supplied any despite of several phone calls. This is often happening and the for the same reason I have filed a complaint on[protected], after which they quickly responded and supplied the same. Now this has become a common problem to all my people in my street. Kindly do something needful for this case.

                          Today a lady staff came from gas agency for verification, whether the cylinder use domestic purpose or other usages, She verified cylinder and additional cylinder, then she a form and getting signature from me. finally she is asking Rs.70/- (seventy only) for verification Charges. I denied that charges and I asked why should i pay verification charges verification is your duty, so why should I pay. then she said You need not pay but here after you cannot getting cylinder even online booking also disable. kindly clarify and do the needful

                              A cylinder was booked against refill no. 33301(in the name of Seema W/o Rakesh). Confirmation vide no. 1388402 was received but couldn't get the cylinder till date. Telephonically complaint was lodged on 13th April 2012 vide complaint no. 411692 but of no use. Each time the the distributor M/s. Gandhi Nagar Gas Service told that he has not received any information in this regard.

                              Your good self can very well imagine how a person live without gas(fuel) for One MONTH>

                              Please intervene and get the matter sorted out on prioirty as it is already very delayed.

                              my complaint ----my consumer no 37446 with M.V.ENTERPRISES AVADI.On07 10 09i had booked for a refill.I was told that i would get it in 10days.on repeated requests after 17th i have not receivedthe refilled cylinder.The last receipt of cylinderwas on 270809.iam at home expecting the cylinder everyday.Please do something immediately.

                                In addition to the complain, I have booked a cylinder of on date 18/06/09 and till today they have not supply the refiel cylinder to my home. and every time we have to go to their place for new cylinder and they have never supplied the cylinder to our place. This time I have seen that they have supplied the cylinder to some selected places regularly. next to my home they have supplied cylinder regular. and why they have not give that kind of service to every one. If there is any extra charges for it then I am ready to give that charges also. but i dont know that what is their stretagy of distribution. But I want to follow the system of IOC so if it is possible to get delivery of cylinder at my place then I am very thankful and very happy to connect with IOC for their good service.

                                So, Please inform me that when and how I will get the refiel cylinder from your reputed distributor VAIBHAV GAS AGENCY.

                                  Hello,

                                  I called up Ananth Gas Agency in HAL to book a new connection . They told me that everything is done online and we need to fill up the forms online to apply for the new connection . I took the pain to register my email-id , then filled up all the details required to finally receive an reference number . I took the reference number to the Gas Agency to take a connection and to my suprise , they asked me to take a print out of that online reference number copy(which just had a reference number) and then again fill another form with all the details . Now why the heck on the earth should i again fill the form. And it will take more than 3 months to get the new connection . Online booking in that case is a process added just to confuse and make the consumer run from pillar to post to follow all the procedures to obtain a gas connection. Being a tax-payer , the Govt of India has done nothing to make things easy for me . Paying tax is the only thing made easy by the Govt of India . Proud to be an Indian ..
