My customer no. for indane gas with Pradeep enterprises Bhopal is PO42627. Recently , indian oil corp. have changed the procedure of refill booking and introduced online booking thereof. This new system is playing havoc with the customers. Now I am trying to book online refill since last three days but to no avail. And nobody picks up the telephone at the shop of the said dealer. This is causing a lot of inconvenience.

i sreeja is staying with my 5 year old daughter and 9 months old daughter. i enquired about a new connection for gas in Aska town.

the local agency is asking a whooping rate of Rs.6000/- for single connection and Rs.8000/- for double cylinder. and also forcing to buy their accessories with the connection.

now i have no other option to raise a complaint and request your office to sort out the issue. i need the connection urgently

I RECEIVED MY LAST GAS CYLINDER ON 17/12/2011, AS PER THE DISTRIBUTORS ADVICE I REGISTERED FOR THE NEXT CYLINDER ON 07/01/2012 (AFTER 21 DAYS), TODAY IT IS 30/01/2012. EVEN AFTER 45 DAYS I AM YET TO RECEIVE MY NEW CYLINDER. WHEN CONTACTED THE DEALER THERE WAS NO PROPER RESPONSE, MOST OF THE TIME THEY DON'T PICK THEIR PHONE......IN THESE DAYS IT IS VERY DIFFICULT( WE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR KEROSENE FROM THE CIVIL SUPPLIES)......WILL THE AUTHORITIES TAKE NECESSARY STEP TO HELP THE PUBLIC?????

Hi,

I have got an Indian Oil Easy Fuel card along with my new car. The card was filled with Diesel of Rs. 26000 and after I used that card for few swipes the card suddenly stopped working. I logged a complaint with IOC customer care but there is not turn around on my complaint since last 10 days.

I am loosing the validity period and this would cause me a loss of around 15,000. Can you anyone help me out in getting this resolved ?

I am a senior citizen 64 and a practicing Advocate. My consumer No.152059 serviced by Venkatasai Gas Agencies (Indane Gas) Vittal Rao Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad 81. Recently I had not booked for supply of a cylinder. Previous booking a month ago was complied with by supply of cylinder then.
I received an sms (19/1/12) giving booking number (298154). I was alarmed as I had not booked for a cylinder. Then I received another sms...

this is rakesh jangir from teh-neem ka thana dist- sikar (rajasthan). i am complating against indane gas. the whole detail is that i have 14 member in my joint family and we have onely single connection we cant mannage it before proper time the cylender does empty. and before 30 day(according rule) we cant get cylender. and whenever i used to go at indane office at neem ka thana dist- sikar to get a new connection they always says that the new connection is not open now a days. and since 01/12/2010 i am using keep continue to get a new connection indane ga officer says next months compney will notice to you by call,post or paper notice. among this period no any new connection not provided by indane to me. and i sure the indane gas distributer in neem ka thana dist-sikar (rajasthan) montu gas service uses to sell cylender in black i have a prove also. i need help . i need new connection. i strongly reccomended. make it possible othervise i will take a strong action.

My Indane gas connection no. - R-38956 (Raghu Gas Service - Gurgaon) has been booked on 12.12.2011 but still not received till now. Misbehave by the person sitting in office when en quired and also not given Booking No. even today.

Dear Sir, i am staying in Kaggadasapura, C.V.Raman Nagar Bangalore. Our Gas Agency is :Sri Rama Gas Agency Ramamurthy Nagar. The delivery boy charges Rs.25 to Rs.50/- extra on the bill amount and refuses to deliver the cylender if this amount is not paid. He never gives the cash memo. Also the cylinder weight will be less by 4 to kgs. On enquiey he uses obusive language and becomes aggressive.
Please look into the matter and urgently do the needful.

I the under mentioned Ashok kulkarni working in ALSTOM Projects India Ltd. Shahabad . Now I am staying in ALSTOM Town ship ,Shahabad town, Gulbarga District, karnataka state, with family. I went to book new gas connection at M/S. Guru gas agencies (Indane Gas) chittapur to get a new connection with all required documents. MY application was refused because of 3 months ban on new connections by state Government, they are saying same reason again & again so, I need gas connection urgently.

I made an on line booking of Gas Cylinder with Indian oil on 28/12/2011 for consumer number 528396 and it was registered under booking reference number 232971.Subsequently,received SMS on 03/01/2012 reading as under:
" Dear Indane customer, cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking 232971 with cash memo 4661"
Surprisingly the cylinder was not delivered even after about 3 weeks and I visited the office of the distributor, R.S. Distributor on 21/01/2012 and was told that the cylinder would be delivered the next day but regrettably the same has not been delivered till today i.e. 26/01/2012.It is just not possible to contact the distributor without visiting their office because the telephone number of the distributor is not ever reachable.
This is a clear case of absolute deficiency of services.
Kindly look into the case and ensure delivery of the cylinder forthwith and save a senior citizen like me from agony and frustration.

I Sk.yakub Ali,at-mangalpur,po-punanga,dist-jagatsingh pur,I have a inden gas connection fro 2006,my consumer number is-DSMS3645TJSCB416745,when I am going to refill my cylinder,he alwys refuses me that we have no sufficient gas you have to wait for 3months to 4months for refilling. also he is not giving my saledid certificate,

So,what will I do,will go I for consumer court for my difficulty or go for a new connection from HP gas?

ABUSIVE & VIOLENT BEHAVIOR BY INDANE DISTRIBUTOR - TILAKRAJ INDANE

COMPLAINT AGAINST : TILAKRAK INDANE, Plot 1, Brahma Apartment, Purna Nagar, Chinchwad, Pune


I had gone to this distributor at 4.30 pm today with my gas connection transfer letter. The concerned person sitting inside the so called office (also a capentary shop) informed that we work till 4 pm and my documents would not be processed. I asked him to give me in writing that they do not work after 4 pm. On hearing this, he started abusing me and my wife using DIRTY HINDI GAALI ( also said " Jaa nahi deta likh kar, kya kar lega, tere baap ki dukaan nahi hai) and when I asked him to talk properly he started hitting me we a piece of wooden stick lying on the ground as there was carpentary work also going on. He also threatened me to see me at my residense ( Ghar pe aa ke dekh loonga). This was witnesses by 5-6 people in front of the office and can be verified if you do not beilev your customer. Attached is the picture of concerned person and a photo of the distributor office.

THIS IS CERTAINLY NOT ACCEPTABLE FROM ANY PERSPECTIVE AND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. SUCH KIND OF DISTRIBUTOR BEING APPOINTED BY INDIAN OIL IS STRANGE AND GIVES THE MESSAGE THAT YOU GUYS ARE NOT BOTHERED ON WHAT TYPE OF PEOPLE ARE SITTING AT THE OUTLETS AND WHAT THEY ARE DOING WITH CUSTOMERS.

I WOULD WANT YOU TO IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE THIS DISTRIBUTOR AS THERE ARE ALREADY 10-15 COMPLAINTS FLOATING ON THE INTERNET AGAINST THE SAME DISTRIBUTOR OR ELSE I WOULD BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE NOT WORRIED FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS AND READY TO CONTINUE LIKE THIS.

my consumer no.3873 with malik gas of INDANE GAS. During checking of my booking details i noticed that on 28-12-11 somebody has booked my refill gas cylinder from phone No. [protected]. reference No. 2614210, IOCL booking No. 11491, cash memo No. 11490 and closing date 29-12-11. and the status shown as "delivered". but i have never booked /received this cylinder. i think that some body related with the gas agency is misusing my consumer number. therefore, you are requested to look into the matter and let me know about the action taken against this person. thanking you Rajesh

sir/madam I am Rambir Sharma consumer no 27003 with Janta gas services panipat jatal road panipat haryana. i have booked gas for home delivery on 10 jan 12 upto 18 jan 12, I have not received my gas cylinder when my used cylinder got empty i approached janta gas agency (Miss khurana) she misbehaved with me when i requested her that madam i am a defence officer please talk to me in polite language then also her behavior was not tolerable after long process she asked her staff to cut a slip so that i can take cylinder by hand from godown of the same value Rs 400/- when I asked the person looking after the godown that you are charging more he told slip is cut of Rs 400/- so i will charge Rs 400/- only and i have given him Rs 400/ which is of home delivery but i have collected the cylinder from godown in the same value .My slip number is 3393 dated 18 Jan 2012.
beside that miss khurana has insulted a defence officer which is me saying that you can go any where you spoil anything to me. which is very sad.
if such arrogant people will run the public institute then how a normal person will survive on this earth.

Therefore it is humble request you ask the defaulter gas agency to pay compensation of extra charges & a written apology from miss khurana for misbehaving with an Air Force Officer.

Sir, I booked gas cylinder on 03.01.2012 in our gas Agency located in Maalaviya Avenue, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, Our customer number is 56187. They put a bill for us on 13.01.2012, eventhough they are not yet deliver the cylinder, & not responsing, so many times reminded them, Please take whatever possible steps to get a cylinder, Our Agency number is[protected]/ 2452 9992/ 2452 9993.

I am getting my LPG Gas Cylinder( Indane) through M/S Dev Agencies, Saligramam, Chennai for the past 20 years./ My Consumer No. is 16960. Recently a new refill was supplied by the above co. When we tried to open and connect it to the gas, it started leaking due to valve problem. This was brought to the attention of the agency co immediately. I made a complaint to the company on Jan.13th 2012. But till date we are yet to get the problem solved by them. My persistent phone calls did not get the desired result. The company attendant answer is 'mechanic will come and attend to it".Even after a week the problem remains unsolved. Indian Oil Corpn's local emergency phones remain switched off or unavailable most of the time. If a company cannot solve this sort of smaller problems, how are they going to solve bigger fires in their oil fields? I think proper attention is not paid to the complaints from public. Hi!

I have booked for refill for LPG on 25/12/11 and have not yet got it (today being 19/01/12)
Tried to get the status from the IVR but it said that the booking was done on the 25/12/11 and all deliveries have been cleared till 28/12/2011, but I have not got any delivery. Tried to make new refill request but the system is not allowing.In the mean time tried calling up the distributer - Ananth Gas Agency the entire day yesterday but the number is either busy or someone there picks the receiver and keeps it back.

Also tried to complain on Indane Gas Toll Free number at [protected] is not working.

Ananth Gas never picks yous calls.
