Dear sir,
Sir in Darbhanga there is gas booking by mobile calling but when we are ringing then then they are not replying ,so in morning after 21 days we are going to book our gas then after 1 month then we have to go to godown early morning at 4am in winter season from 20 to 25 km far then the godown
inchare says the truck has not come so we would not get cylinder even though cylinder is in stock so it is ver serios problem.And there is no telephone no. is given to complain indiane gas area manager.sir please consider this problem. i would be very thankful.

    Its a complain about the delivery of expired LPG cylinders by Indane. Please look into the seriousness of the problem. They are not delivering expired LPG cylinders but they are delivering Explosives ready to explore. The cylinders that are expired in 2007 are still in used. The vendors are having no reply for such an act and many of the people are not aware of the expiry of the cylinders which the company is taking advantage. Please look into the matter seriously.

    LPG Cylinder — EXOIRED CYLINDER DELIVERED

    I am having connection number 5226 from ANUSHKA INDANE, NERUL RAILWAY STATION, MUMBAI. In the month of SEPTEMBER 2009, the said agency delivered a expired cylinder mentioning B - 09 on the cylinder which shows that the cylinder expired in JUNE 2009. we have seen only in the month of november 2009.

    pls look into the matter and arrange to exchange with new one as expired cylinder can play havoc.

    Indane Gas — Delivered Expired LPG Cyinders

    Hi,
    Recently I have transfered my LPG Gas Connection from Hyderabad to chennai.Currently i am staying at Selaiyur,Tambaram(East),Chennai. I visited nearest Indian Gas Agency "Sri Chella Gas Agency" for taking my gas connection. They took my transfer letter and issued me the LPG Gas Connection. But the strange thing is the delivery boy has given two expired cylinder. on one cylinder it is the expiry date mentioned is A-07 & C-07. Also when it was delivered to my home from one of the gas cylinder gas smell is getting. When i brought this to the "chella gas agency" notice they sent the delivery boy and he opened the seal and removed the some gas and told it will be fine.Kindly take my compliant and do the necessary.

    When we go to dealer " sheela agencies" Jp nagar 3 phase bangalore they act like their no expiry of cylinder . They justify that they are correct.

    Finally they haven't given exchange.

        Mane himanshu gas service (gorakhpur) men gas ki booking 20.12.20 11 ko karai hai parntu abhi tak gas ki delevery nahi ki gai hai. Sampark karne par jankari di gai ki 5.01.2012 ke pahale delavery nahi ki javegi.
        Atha aap se vinamr nivedan hai ki gas ki delavery karane ki kripa karen.

          Ganesh Service station Kukatpally (the petrol bunk that comes after crossing jntu) is cheating the customers. I entered the petrol bunk and asked the guy to fill in 1500 rs of petrol in my car. The guy in the petrol bunk was extra friendly and was asking whether i wanted the bill.I said no at first but i asked him to give it.He was also pointing to a hoarding in front of the petrol bunk indicating there are offers for free petrol trying to distract me. When the meter reading was at 700 rs another guy comes in and gives a bill for Rs 1000. During that time the guy pressed a button which jumped the reading from 700 to 1000. I asked him why he put only 1000 and how come the reading jumped from 700 to 1000. He was telling that there was nothing like that. I came home and was searching for complaints on gas stations. There was exactly a similar complaint by another guy in the forum(same 1000 rs ,reading jumped from 700 to 1000,trying to distract by pointing to a hoarding in front).I was in a rage and went to the petrol bunk and asked him to give me the complaint book. The owner of the petrol bunk called the guy and scolded him and asked to fill another 300 rs.

          I suspect the owner,gas station people are all involved in this. They are thieves. Please take action against them

            have got transfer from Sangli to Chinchwad pune the staff have misbehave and did not provide service when we went to office 3:45 pm on dated 23-dec-2011, we request them please process our request of transfer case since we have small child and we are new also in the city, they said directly no with excuse of " we do not have staff".

            Next day they have opened office by11:45 AM with reason they forgot shutter key somewhere, many customer waiging infront of the shop approximately 10-12, my number came at 1:00 pm. they have taken Rs. 3750/- total amout without any payment reciept and handed over 2 gas silender and regulator to me.

            I myselt had hired auto and went to my home with 2 filled silender and carried both silender myself on 3 floor,

            I had paid all the amout including installation but person for installation did not provided till eve.

              I am a registered user of Indane Gas. My consumer number is 25643 and it is registered with "Blossom"S Enterprises, Model Town, Delhi. Today, Dec 24, 2011 I got an sms from Indane Gas on my registered mobile number that we have booked your refill request with booking no[protected]. However I never made this request. Upon checking my online account, I came to know that the request was made through IVR with reference number 13603845 on Dec 15, 2011 at 7:44 pm and the caller ID was [protected].

              I tried to log my complaint at Indane Gas offical site, but every time I got an error message "Error while inserting into master complaint table. Exiting now."

              I request you to please resolve this issue asap.
              Since I never made any refill request, please terminate this refill request immediately. Please also note that my registered mobile number with indane gas is [protected].
              I always make my refill request through my online indane account, thus I request Indane gas not to book any refill request that come through from IVR.

              Dear Sir, I physical handicapped man and diamond laborer in surat. I have applied for new gas connection online on 21/10/2012. I received a conformation mail from Pramukh Krupa Indane Distributor of Surat, Gujarat on 22/10/2012. I goes to distributor's office with all required documents for complete new connection formalities. When i present a print of online conformation e-mail to distributor then he refused to accept it and in language he is very rude and abusive. He said that we will not giving any new connection to you. tear email print and said that never come to my office with this print. His behavior was inhumane. Please help me to get new connection. and request you to teach lesson to this distributor which are not providing services to customers, inhumane in behaviors and abusive in language. Also This distributor offer unofficial Double cylinder connection in 8000 Rs. I request you, please help me to get new connection.

                I booked my Cooking Gas Cylinder through Online booking on 2/12/2011 and booking no. was 241230 in the name of Tina Singh after that message came that Gas delivered but till date gas not delivered.Then I complaint at IOC toll free no. [protected] after that message came Complaint No 242397 resolved. After all gas not delivered and our Gas Agency Rajdhani Agency says we are not able to do any thing.Our Distributor Ph. No is[protected]. It is the racket which sold the consumer Gas in black to another.
                Pl advice that what to do. I am ready to go upto higher level, if you arrange the details regarding the same

                Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. — Non delivery of Domestic Gas Cylinder

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                We have Domestic Gas Cylinder Service from Awadh Gas and Allied Agencies, S-4, Gole Market, Mahanagar, Lucknow and we are facing a lot of problems in getting timely delivery of our re-fill cylinder. Recently, we have booked the re-fill cylinder on 23 March 2009 and even after the passage of 11 days are waiting for the same. Our calls to the agency office remain unheeded. And this is not the first time we are facing this problem. Time and again we complained but nothing has been done. Usually our agency took 3-5 days to send a re-fill cylinder. One time when it came on the 2nd day of booking was because we went straight to the agency office and asked them directly that from where and how we can pruchase it illegally.

                Could you tell us what are the rules regarding the delivery of Domestic Gas Cylinder. In how many days they have to make it? and what are the forum of redressal for these kinds of complaints?

                I, m a consumer of Indane gas.I booked my gas cylinder for refilling on 21st january 2009 ( Consumer No: 31876 at Jagan enterprise Madangir New Delhi 110062.phone no 29968065, 29963322 and they told that cylinder will be deliver within 3-4 days. But till today 3rd february 2010, I have not received the cylinder and I contineousely tried to contact them through phone reg the delivery of my Gas cylinder but nobody responded on the said ph nos. On[protected] i visited personally at the agency and after lots of hot dicussion they assured me that within day or two they will deliver my cylinder.

                sir, today is 3rd of Feb and till today i am waiting for the same. I want to know whether they have already sold my cylinder in black market and today only again they booked. If this is the response we are getting and your people are very well aware of this happening almost with all the agencies, we suspect you are also involved in this kinds of practices.

                Kindly take necessary action against this agency.

                    I am customer with Indane gas vide consumer No.18573 with shahi Automobiles Gas,Delhi since last 20 yrs.back. I am booking Online & IVRS
                    No.[protected] also 5/6 times & many complaints etc. more than 1 month past I am not received my refill cylinder todate. I am facing this type
                    of problem last four months. Sir, I am facing lot of problem in this regard. I am asking to my distributor replay is your receipt is not receicved.
                    Kindly look in my matter and delivered my cylinder at the earliest. Your early action in this regard highly appreciated.

                      I get this connection from HP but due to some policy matter without any information HP transfers this connection to INDIAN.

                      This current distributor never pickup phone. When we personally visit their they are not attend properly not even book proper number.

                      At the end when number is booked they never delivered Rifil GAS Cy lender after continuous followup of one month they delivered with extra charged.

                      Mostly consumers fade up by all this things.

                      May I request you to kindly help me in getting a refilled bottle at the earliest with proper system?

                          I agree becausealled to come after 15 days or a month I myself having the trouble for DBC with HP .It is almost 10 months I booked for second cylinder and being called after ten days or a month and only one reply that company has not released policy for DBC.

                            My consumer no. 24019 ( single cylinder connection). I booked for gas cylinder on[protected], till date the same have not been delivered to me. I informed to the gas distributor " Nilshikha' ( ph. no.[protected] they said that the same will be delivered after 15 days from the booking date, but please inform me that there is any such rule for distribution. I am now in very pathetic situation. Please help me.

                              We had gone to refill diesel in our car to IOC bunk on 17.12.2011 at about 5.45pm. The address of the bunk is --IOC Ltd,Co-Co, 215/2, Erikarai, RK Gardens,Kundarapalli, Krishnagiri Distt.We were not told or no notice was displayed that "Credit Cards" or "Debit Cards" are NOT accepted. After filling deisel 33.70 ltrs they insisted we pay in cash and we had to Rs1510/-(ref: receipt No.36059 Dt. 17/12/2011). This a highway bunk and no bunk refuses to accept Cards. Why this harassment by this particular bunk ??
                              We asked to meet the manager --He/She not available. We wanted to contact the complaint cell -no body attended. then we wanted to contact the owner Cell no (displayed in the entrance) no [protected] the person identifide himself as "Mr.Samruddin or Somaruddin" was rude and curtly kept the phone by saying we can go to some other bunk or may complain to whoever we like to. One sr staff Laxman or Luxman was winess.
                              We wanted to use the Toilet/urinal Facility --we were told we cannot as the key is with owner. We wanted to have some AIR in tyres -we were told it is not available or not working. Drinking water, water for coolent not given.We were told even public telephone facility NOT available to customers.
                              We are really shocked that IOC a navratna company 's owned bunk service is offering nil & horrifying service. Arrogant staff, Bunk management and totally hopeless hygine, Nil facilities.
                              We demand check on this public sector(our /tax payers money) run unit, what action you have taken on the Mr.Samruddin and The so called IOC official who is supposed to inspect Bunks ??

                              IOC , Diesel — Non Availability of Normal Diesel

                              Most of the of the IOC petrol pumps in Delhi are insisting consumers to take XTRA preminium Diesel since normal Diesel is not available.

                              I do not understand the reason for this but I feel this matter should be look into any resolved.

                                r/sir or mam,
                                myself cheated by Krishna automobiles, near sushila hotel, kashipur. i m filled 200Rs. petrol in my Bajaj discover motorcycle but after runs only near 15 km motorcycle was stopped due to petrol pup empty.

                                when I complaint the owner of same pump. he didn’t listen my problem & carrying on me and also sexual abusing me.

                                after this incident till now I m mantle disturb because he is a power full person & police don't take any action him.

                                  Sir, I have a Indane Gas connection i.e. 10537. The name of connection holder is RAM SINGH THAKUR. I have lost finish my original connection paper due to fire in my home. When i connected with the honour of the Indane Gas Service Sh. Arvind, he just said there are no option of issue the second copy of gas connection and there are no option to issue the second copy of connection.
                                  Plz help me as soon as possible because there are more problem due to lack of cylinder.

                                  The problem of issue the second copy of Indane Gas Connection has been solved after online complain. The Manager of Indane Gas Connection of Distt. Laliptpur consider my problem and solved it as soon as posible.

                                      Petrol sold at indian oil gas station, K.T Road Tirupati (opp: Varadaraja Swamy temple) is not correct in terms of volume. For Rs.100/-, they supply only Rs.45/- worth of petrol by manipulating the pump settings. This has been going on for a long time and after several visits, I am complaining now after confirming to myself this blatant fraud. Please conduct a surprise check and bring to book the dealer, who has political connections.

                                        sir our lpg gas distributor is pooja gas trikkakara.the agency is not delivering gas in time .it takes 32-35 days to deliver cylinder.the consumers are not permitted to book the cylinder only 5 days after the last delivery.so all together it takes 40 0r more than 40 days to get the cylinder.an average family cannot adjust with a cylinder for this much time

                                        I sent an email on 13.12.10, enquiring the status of my booking as below.
                                        "Please see the quoted ("BOOKING NO-9404 DT[protected]") highlighted text reply below. I booked for a refilled domestic cylinder on 29-10-10.. But I did not receive the same till date. " ..........

                                        I got a reply from the gas agency like this "booking no-3983 dt 13-12-10"!!!!!!!!!
                                        They again booked without delivering the cylineder for my first booking NO-9404 Dated[protected]".

                                        Sir,

                                        I am a customer of M/S Pooja Gas Agency, Thrikkakra, Cochin, Kerala and my consumer No. is 20048 my booking No. is 277059. I have booked for refilling the gas on 24.02.2012, but till 19.04.2012 I have not been served the gas. Whenever I enquired to the gas agency, they are in the habit of telling that the cylinder will be supplied in the next day. But till date no gas cyclinder has been supplied. This experience is only by Pooja Gas Ageny, but other agencies of nearby area are not doing like this.. Whenever enquired for delay, the authorities of Pooja Gas agency will say that the delay is due to shortage of gas. How this is only for this particular agency. Please look into the matter and action as deemed fit may be taken at the earliest.
                                        I already compliant in Indane complaint cell. they will say take necessary action with in three days. but still didnt got any information My complaint no.is 419256
                                        Please take immediate action.
