I am Cosumer of Dwarka Gas Agency and my consumer no. Is 17185. I am Booking of Gas on 12.10.2011 booking No. is[protected].I recived a massage Date-17.10.2011 your refill booking 3093,cash memo 4515 generted cylinder shall be delivered shortly but till the cylinder not delivered. I asked the Agency Manager statis my cylinder Manager not satisfy answer,last two or three day daily call the agency their staff say your cylinder send today but last three day same answer but not recived cylinder till date, Agency Manager threat police complaint. Misbehavior agency Manager.Please check this matter and change the manager ya close down the agency reply shortly.My Mobile No. is [protected], e mail id Is km.[protected]@gmail.com....

Indane Gas Agency — not deliverd the cylinder

i am manpreet singh maan from morinda ropar (punjab) india i have booked a cylinder last month 24 february so gas egeency ask this month 8 march deliverd the cylinder but he has not deliverd i ask last 4 days plese send a cylinder but employe egnore the call and me he ask cylinder was a very shot from back office but i watch he has a give another customer many cylinder illegal only give extra money and not watch copy and registration he has not give delivery today[protected] so plese stop this black money cylinder and
agency is (morinda gas egency) back side plaza hotel and my copy number 7607 so sir plese action this complaint sorry sir my english is so week

    I have taken new connection ( LPG) from indane gas no. 33760 one month back, now I register online at indanegas.co.in as new customer, it shows invalid ie customer doesnt exist. I tried there helpline no.[protected], 155233, reply from other side was please check the no. you dialed. It seems the co. is doing frod with customers, Now if i need to refill gas cylender where should i go. I am self employed person, so i book gas through phone or online, Kindly guide me what to do.

      Dear Sir,
      I receive my supplies of LPG cylinders from Indane Gas Agency of BD Market, Salt Lake, Kolkata on a regular basis ever since the outlet at AE Market, M/s Banerjee Gas Syndicate, shut down. The recent mode of booking is through mobile and the consumer is given a booking number. After a few days the consumer is intimated over the mobile of the generation of cash memo number. After that I do not know when the cylinder gets delivered because the first time I booked through my mobile, I received a booking number and then after a few days I received the cash memo number with the assurance that the cylinder will be delivered shortly. That was just before the Durga Puja. After a few days I was intimated over my mobile that the cash memo had been cancelled. On enquiry it transpired that the delivery man had come and finding no one at home he went away with the cylinder.This was an absolute lie as I was at home throughout the day.
      My next booking no. is 249483 and the cash memo generated is 10054 dt. 27.09.2011. I have not yet received the cylinder and I have run out of gas at home.I am in terrible situation with Diwali only a few days away.
      Can I hope for a help ?

      Dear Sir,
      In continuation of the complain against Indian Gas Agency, BD Market, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700064 dt. 21.10.2011 regarding inordinate delay in delivering gas at my address AE 724, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700064, I would like to bring to your attention that today's enquiry has revealed that booking no.249483 made from my mobile and the corresponding cash memo generated against it, messaged to me on 27.09.2011 on my mobile are in someone else's name!!!
      Will the appropriate authorities please take steps to stop such malpraciises ?

      N.B-The Behaviour of the Propietor of the Agency is not satisfactory not only but also the staffs of the mentioned above distibuter is also not ready to finish a job in proper time.
      Hence we request you please look after the matter with proper care.

I waited about one week then I telephoned, I will send tomorrow . But I did't get. I approached personally many times ,requested. but no use.           I am a LPG Domestic Customer my My Consumer No is G-5071, My Agency Name is Satya Gas Sevices, Road no 16 Gardanibagh Patna -1(Bihar).
          My booking No is : 212080 dated 8-October-2011, and Cash memo numer of delivery is 2148. But very Hopless to say that Till now i have not get my filled cylender delivery. allready more than 9 day of booking is completed . I have made a complene regarding delivry of cylinder with my agency but very sorry to say that there is no further action taken .
          So i kindly request you to please take appropriate action agans the defauler and ensure my cylender delivery as soon as posible.

            I have an indane gas connection from 8 years. I am suffuring Gas leakage problem from regulator from last 10-12 days. Last saturday dated 15/10/2011 I visited at Bindu Gas Agency for replace my faulty regulator with cash payment whichever is applicable. But they denied me to replace or sold the regulator.
            This is a serious problem to me which can reflect an accident with me or my family.
            After that person who was attended me ( a lady ) refused to tell me her name and her behavoiur was also very rude.
            NOTE : I want to purchase a geniune product for my safety and I believe in geniune parts of the agency.

              Dear Sir,
              I (Chetan Singh Rajput, 113 R.P.S. Colony, Opp. Khanpur Depot, New Delhi – 110 062) have a Indian Oil L.P.G. Gas connection at your Sodhi Gas Service, J – Block, Saket, New Delhi branch under L.P.G. Gas Connection Number TSG – 0589.

              Since last month, I am facing lot of problem on booking of L.P.G. Gas Cylinder.

              Recently I am booked the Gas cylinder on 17th October 2011 under booking no. 58029. But till the date I am not received the gas cylinder. When I want know the reason of delay, they people were telling, we were already delivered the L.P.G. Gas cylinder on dated 20th October 2011.

              I do not know why they people treat this. We are already suffering lot of problem.

              Please resolve the issue & instruct your branch behave properly from the customer.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I am a regular consumer of Indane Gas from 1991. My conumer number is: 12445. After writing through your portal, IOC replied for my complaint no. docket no:- 198890. The mail stated that 'The distributor is advised to check and deliver the refll immediately if not delivered yet'. We went with the e-mail sent to us from IOC and showed it to the distributor who refuses to supply the gas stating that we need to show the original allotment letter. Sir, we have changed our residence so many times since 1991 and misplaced the original gas allotment letter. I personally assured the distributor i will give an affidavit stating that i reside in this house and having this gas connection since 1991. However it was turned down and the original allotment letter was insisted. I am a heart patient and unable to go to the Distributor (Veena Gas Agency, Sarai Julena, New Friends Colony, New Delhi) again and again. The distributor's agency is so crowded hardly any one person can stand. And the treatment of the consumer is also bad. May I request through this letter, to state clearly how to go about when i don't have a copy of the original allottment letter from Indian Oil Corporation.

                  because before 10/102011 i got the gas on 29/08/2011 and which booked on 26/07/2011 next booking on11/09/2011 and got the gas on 10/10/2011.

                    I have booked the cylender on 14th September 2011 to the service center named Aparajita Gas Service in Habra but still now the cylinder has not delivered. But from the gas office this is said several times that your cylinder has been relised, you will get that today or tomorrow. The delivery man also said that your cylinder has not been received by me. Now I came to know that today the gas office is reliseing the cylinders which were booked on 23rd September 2011. Now my question is that where is my cylinder and what can I do legally.

                    This is same for me. My gas received by delivery man but he is not delivered me. Some time he sell it to other customer or someone for getting extra. I think Aparajita Gas Service - Habra is worst gas supplier.

                      this complain is in regards to all the suffering i had to face cause of cheating, the ppl indane gas sent to deliver the cylinder weighed it in front of me but the cylinder only worked for 15 days..while rest of the times i use it for 2-3 months, I had to suffer a lott cause of such tricks.

                        i am a customer of indian oil corporation for their domestic gas supply services. i am getting the gas from Ms Sai Sewa Enterprises, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.

                        my consumer no. is sv17032. since last two months we are facing problems because of abnormal delay in gas supply booking. we have booked gas but till date we have not received the gas supply. we often call to the gas agency but no reply. it is the mental harassment create by the agency. pl look into the matter and see that there should not be any abnormal delay in gas supply to the domestic gas customers.

                              I had a bad experience with the Indian Oil Delar "Express Service Station" 18, SIDCO,Zuzuvadi at Hosur (Oppsite to Ashok Leyland I). My vechicle tank capacity is 42 Lts (Maruti Swift VXI), When I went to fill the fuel, it was already 8-10 lts available in the tank. When gas station boy filled the petrol, it was exatly 41.99 Lts. When I told about the tank capactiy and existing fuel, they are not ready to accept it. I called the Maruti customer care and gave to the fuel station owner, he started blaming the Maruti itself. they cheated me more than 10 Lts and no listnening what I was saying. Dont fill there if you want to fill petrol in Housur.

                                Indane gas emergency service cell phone numbers 22263898 and [protected] are being attended for past 24 hours and also the customer service cell no 24339236and 24339246 are not being attended we have an emergency and v do not know whom to approach .

No number is responding for an emergency call. there is a gas leak at my residence and i am unable to connect to the company nor the agency Saravanna Gas agency at Perungalathur. Who will refund the loss?. Will someone immediately tend to the complaint.

                                The gas is leaking for past 2 hours when we replaced empty cylinder. Not able to disconnect the regulator also. No response from emergency numbers or what so ever.

                                Worst Service! I never see such kind of irresposible person. Their providing the emergency number and none of the numbers are not reachable. I called the number [protected] available in http://indane.co.in/toll_free_complaint.php in this website and they provided me one number and the number also switched off.

                                I can't bear this kind of irresponsible service and i am definitely take it to consumer court.

                                Gas leakage after fitting new regulator. The gas mechanic who comes regularly promised that he wud send someone immdtly as he was out of town.. But aftr DAT no response. Very NAD attitude and service. And more over everytym a cylinder is delivered a surplus or 20/rs is taken from.us,
                                I know all our complaints will go into the trash bin.still cudnt stop myself from.voicing...

Their distributor code was 15040 and booked on 20/09/11 through phone booking. They told me the booking no. as18229 and it will reach your house by fifteen days. After waiting 25 days by 15/10/11 I worried of delay. because our currently using cylinder was run out. we got tensed and enquired this issue about with our dealer. They told the cylinder was delivered to the address on 7/10/11 itself. We r shocked and said we didnt received that one. They said in our database it shown as it was registered. I said I want to complain. They gave me a local area no. TVS Tolgate Chintamani phone no contact. We called to that number but a delivery boyt picked the phone and said for ur area K.K.Nagar someother delivery boy is responsible, he is not available now u may contact later. We tried later the person they denoted never been there. Luckly our friends are helping now to cook on their houses and by giving their induction stove.
                                  Here I am very angry about this delivery boy who sold illegaly to someother or calltaxi drivers for more money. Here I request the concerned officer should take proper against the delivery boy for K.K.Nagar Area to Chintamani dealer Indane Gas. Still we are cooking on help of others. Tommorrow we will try to get the cylinder, but we dont knw whether we get or not.

                                  i already booked gas on 31.1.2012. waiting list no is 24036. at chinthamani puthur, trichy. so far i have not received gas till the date. i made so many calls to chinthamani but they are not giving any response by avoiding to take telephone. hence i have called ioc service cell phone no 2740066. they also avoiding to take telephone but the call is going on. even after 53 days i have not received gas from chinthamani puthur trichy. they are continuing this kind of attitude repeatly. we are having very difficulty to for cooking.so i request to take necessary action in this regard.your reply is required immediately.

                                    I am Ramsevak s/o Mr. Rambharose Lal from Ashok Nagar behind Shri Ganesh inter collage Kasganj Dist. kanshiram Nagar (U.P.). Sir my gas connection no. is "G10191" in the "Gupta Indane Gas Agency " at Laxmiganj Kasganj Dist. kanshiram Nagar (U.P.). sir my gas connection has been cut without any notice or information on July 2011 and there is no reason to cut gas connection . When I contact them they called identy proof reason but I already submit "votar identy card "and "rashan card".
                                    So sir I request you that solve my problem as soon as possible because without gas we faced many problem.

                                      sir i had transfer my indian gass from delhi to Jaynagar .but the problem is that the jaynagar indian gass agency they are not giving the gass cilinder to me .when ever i go there they are not giving my clinder .sir its my humble request please as soon as possible please look after this.

                                        With due to respect I beg to state that some days back gas deliverer man when he delivered my gas he misbehave with me and my gas cylinder drop next to my house. when I request him to drop cylinder in my home he use slang.
                                        Now when I booking my gas today he refused to issue my gas and refuse to drop my cylinder. And he use slang . he threatening me to get out my quarter as he is a defence employee.and I reside in defence area.
                                        Kindly look into the matter and solve the problem. My gas agency is Sikh regimental centre, CSD canteen, Ramgarh Cantonment ramgarh cantt Ramgarh code 177614

                                        lindane — MISBEHAVIOR BY AGENCY STAFF

                                        Dear Sir/Mz,

                                        I am a customer who had gone to purchase a gas pipe from the indane gas agency located at the Palam Vihar market in Gurgaon on 03 May 08.
                                        The agency staff present there notably a hefty sardarji who was drunk at 1600h in the evening firstly abused me and then nearly assaulted me when I QUESTIONED THE VERACITY of his statement that the gas pipe he was selling would last for five years . Not wanting to aggravate things I had left the place and was later on told by other shopkeepers in the very same market that the said individual was drunk every day and had been behaving the same way with other customers also .
                                        I request that your organisation look into the matter and take appropriate action against the individual lest we the public are forced to take matters into our own hands and publicise your indifferent attitude towards your customers in the media.

                                        lindane — delay and misbehavior

                                        i have booked for domestic LPG refilling at VICKY AGENCY tagore garden newdelhi on 17-july -2009 and today its 28-july -2009 but i didnt recieve the LPG . they dont attend any phone calls and when i went there and asked why so much delay then they simply say today or tommorow we will send, , , , but no result till today...
                                        I am a consumer of Indane Gas Agency, my consumer no. is 32008 M/s Amrit Gas Agency Yamuna Vihar Delhi-110 053. The Gas Agency is supply gas cylinder in very irregularities, they are sending one gas in 45 days after gas booking. The period of gas booking is 25 five days, after book the gas they gas slip send to the Godwon after 12 days, and we are receving the gas cylinder after 15 days. You tell me one gas cylinder not in condition to cooking 45 days. Kindly noted my complaint agaisnt gas agency and took a immediate action agaisnt my complaint.
