Respected Sir,

I am Amrut Gadakh (former Sarpanch) live in Sonai, Tal: Newasa, Dist.: Ahmednagar. Sir, in our village there are two petrol pumps. Both are of indian oil corporation ltd i.e.Yash Petrolium and Uttam Agencies. Sir, both petrol pumps are selling Extra Premium Grade petrol which is 3 Rs.per liter costlier than normal grade petrol. We have complained so many times about this to over mentioned dealers and requested them to sell normal grade petrol. But in spite of so many follow-ups, no action has been taken by both of them. People of Sonai are mainly depend on agricultural income and so it is not affordable for them to pay Rs. 3 per liter unnecessarily. I am requesting you on behalf of Sonai people, that kindly do the needful soon as possible and take necessary action to stop this kind of exploitation.
I am having every hope that you will take a prompt action and oblige.

    I have booked LPG Cylinder on 19 May 2011 against automatic Booking No[protected]. In this connection I have received a message through SMS that cylinder has been delivered but physically cylinder has not been delivered till to date. In this regard I have informed on Tele[protected] on 23 May 2011 to Shahi Automobiles (Gas), 18 Sadar Bazar, Delhi Cantt-10 but neither cylinder delivered nor any information given. Therefore you are requested to book a complaint against IOC.Thanking you.

    I have shifted to a different location. Whom to approach for change in address for LPG gas delivery?
    Recently we moved to Munirka Vihar from IIT Delhi in South Delhi. I dont know who to approach for change of address of delivery of LPG Gas.

      dear sir mera naam ikrar hussain hai aur mera lpg conection no.3293 hai jo ki indane gas ki bhumica indane gas service loni me hai mene apna refill[protected] ko book kiya tha jiski delivery mere ghar par ab tak nahi hui hai.jab me iske jankari k liye agencey me phone karta hu to koi phone recive nahi karta.ye kewal ish mahine ki nahi balki har mahine ki bat hai.agencey wale booking k 1 mahine ke bad refill book karte hai aur uske 20-25 din bad delivery karate hai.so i requast u please take action against this agencey as so far as soon. thank you

        my name is koushik de, address c/o ramesh chandra de, puratan bazar, kharagpur, paschim midnapur, and c on- 7514, local dealer name is "RAMKRISHNA ENTERPRISE" near kharagpur, puratan bazar.Refilling 6 months delay due to my father illness admitted in bnr hospital and my family was their at that time, after coming i was going the for booking the gas. that time dealer office boy says that it was over 6 month can not booking the gas.
        Then i fulfill the following correspondence till they are not give me the booking priority.
        I am working in private company, i unable to going the gas shop everyday, when i contract in ph they told me not complete the dealer sine in document. one month latter the gas office boy dnt taking any action.
        In this position what can i do plz give me the suggestion. & taking necessary action.
        now my father and family come back home from hospital. & suffering lots of problem due to empty gas.

          With reference to Consumer no. PG-26658, I personally visited at M/s Puneet Gas Service, 132-33, Pocket-F-2, Sector 16, Rohini, Delhi (Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, LPG Gas provider) to book my refill for LPG on 17.05.2011. But till date i.e. 22.05.2011 up to 11:50 A.M. there is no response to deliver the refill/ LPG cylinder at my residence.

          This is habitual tactics to delay the delivery & no one is being receiving phone calls. I think the M/s Puneet Gas Service waiting to hike the LPG price.

          My family is facing lots of problems due to this practice by the dealer.

          You are hereby requested to look into the matter & I humbly requested to cancel the dealership of this type of service provider.

          This is to inform you that I have booked a gas cylinder on 13 of january at unnao gas service ,/distributor code no 55015185 inspite of their oromise that they wil give the gascylinder on 16 of january ,still i havent got it everday i am going their ,standing in large que but do not succeed in getting the cylinder due to this i am having inconvienience .

          There is delay in delivery of Cooking Gas For Residential use.
          Consumer No.19632(D.S.Mani).Gas refill booked on[protected].
          Delivered on[protected]after 32 days).We dont know the reason and every time your local agency is delaying to deliver the cooking gas..Every 58 days only they are making delivery from the date of delivery of the first cylinder.

          We request your good Office to take necessary action in this regard.And kindly ensure to make prompt delivery in time as per the Central Govt fixed days to the consumers

            I am a long time consuner of Indene Gas at following Branch:

            Dist-Hooghly,712258,West bengal

            In Uttarpara Branch,there is facility to book order via phone and they provide a phone number[protected] which I used several times to book order.

            But for last few months,they are not attending/picking up the phones and keeping it in busy mode throught the day.

            Now I have to visit their place to book order which is very troublesome for an aged consumer(Senoir Citizen) like me.

            So my sincere to concerned authorities to please take proper steps in the issue and help the older people like me.

              IOC Cooking Gas (Indane) had thought that it has introduced a novel system of Gas booking through IVRS. I have booked gas on 25-4-11 with no ; 201633 Consumer No: 1759. The distributor Ma Kiruba Agency ( Tel[protected] never supply in time and I am yet to get supply.The IVRS donot have complaint port and giving a complaint is a great task and it could never be done .Is it a mistake by the regional office or doitibutor. The IOC is more supportive to its distributor rather than consumer.

              I booked the cylinder in S.E. Muthu Gas agencies, Velachery, Chennai-47. The date of booking[protected],
              with no: 225275, and my consumer no 67463. I called IVRS Phone Booking no: ([protected]) and i get my status. They gave one Memo No: 6348. I check with the Gas Agencies[protected]. They confirm today delivered my order. Again i called today they are shouting me and they once more they confirmed today delivered my order[protected]. But still now i did't get my Cylinder.

              I really disappointed for their service.
              Please let me know how to change the registered Mobile number which was already registered in the IOC IVRS since I want to change the number already registered with IOC Ltd.Thre is no provision in the system to change the registerd number. IOCL wants me to bring the phone number from which the first cylinder was registered after the new system was introduced which is not possible since the person who was working under me inadvertently registered his mobile no. Now since he has left the services I am not in position to ask him to bring his mobile handset for cancelling the registered number.
              What is the solution for the above
              Please let know.

                I am using Indian Oil Corporation LPG Gas cylinders since last few years. At that time it was showing any trouble in delivery/gas supply. Now a days it is a lots of trouble as I and my neighbours are facing, we are unable to get gas cylinders in time. We can get a cylinder rarely in 8-10 days after order. Due to which we are enforced to buy the cylinders in black, which is not fair. But what to do if there is not another way to fulfill our needs. So, I am requesting you to kindly take some immediate action in order to do the needful. We will be very graceful to you.                 I am the exdefence person and using the gas since 1982.
                I used to transferd elsewhere in Indiaandther was no toubles at al.
                After retirement I got the transfered of Gas connection from Chennai to karimnagar and
                To cylinders were issued on theconnection restoration time .
                After one cylinder I consumed and second one in use I booked for refill but they could not delivered till I reached their OFFICE.
                after long discussion they sent it narlt 25 days fromthe dated of booking.

                  Indane / Gas — For booking from home, no response of phone numbers since 15 days

                  I am Shailesh Kumar...
                  I am trying to call to Gemini gas agency, najafgarh.........for 15 days........and there phone numbers are not responding.....either the numbers are dead from more than 15 days or there is some other reason.......what should I do for booking the gas cylinder, I have no time to go there and book the gas manually as they themselves stoped manual booking system a few months ago.....

                      Hi,

                      I am customer of Indane gas from last 1 and half year. Around 1 year back i have transferred my account from vijayawada to Ramachandrapuram Brindavan GAs agency.
                      These people when they are giving the bill for refilll. The bill is not having date, month and year properly. The bill contains 2 parts one should be kept with the customer other with the agency. Both with the date month and year details. Because printing was done very far from bill. the details which should be printed on customer side are moved little bit to their part of the bill. Only half of date is appearing in consumer bill.
                      If i asked agency regarding this , they are not responding properly.

                        Today in the afternoon while going to school (poddar international school) with my daughter i stopped for a filling at indian oil petrol filling station as it is the nearest petrol pump to the school in Ambegaon where i asked for a filling of 150/- the attendant asked me to take my vehicle little away from the meter then he himself took it considerably away from the meter, where i could not see the meter at all ,therefore, i came back and stood infront of the meter. I saw it stopped at 149.91/- i asked why u stopped filling he said it is showing 149.91/- and you won't get petrol for 9 paisa .Have had i stood near my vehicle he would have cheated me for more money. It seems that they target to cheat womens and female folks and try to make fool out of them. Please take adequte action against these people because its not only cheating but its a harrasment for women who are frequntly moving out.

                          Let me bring to your notice that openly cheating @ India Oil Petrol pump so called "Madhu Enterprise " Dealers : India Oil corporation Ltd Sy No 152/2 Kodhihalli , HAL Airport Main Road, Bangalore -8.

                          Unfortunately i had visited this petrol pump on 15/May/2011 @ 18:40 where i have ask for 500/Rs of petrol to my Car GJ-1-HC-5009 and requested for cleaning of my car.

                          Surpassingly i was only customer @ petrol pump which give me very unhealthy feeling but i had ignored it.

                          After filling up fule i have been inform that there no cleaning service available(Where i can see so much of staff were roaming around).

                          I have been charged to HDFC Credit Card Machine where i had requested for Citibank Card Machine , owner doesn't have manner to speak to customer was about to fight with me where i have raise my concern towards the same.

                          Worst thing is that he used very abused words in front my family as well as ask me show this kind of concern @ Gujarat as my car was belongs to gujarat.

                          Lastly i have notice fule was filled up only 6.19 L which should be 6.79 L (Which is open cheating).(@ rate of 73.10 for premium petrol)

                            The facts are being brought in your notice to take necessary action.
                            My father Mr. Kashmiri Lal has expired. So, after his expiry deceased widow Mrs. Satyawati is the beneficiary of Gas connection taken in his name.
                            I, Brij Mohan Kundi has been running my family including myself and my wife, my son and daughter in law and one kid. So, due to dire need I applied from Phagwara Gas Service, Industrial Area, Phagwara to allot me a new LPG connection. The said agency called me one day to get the connection. On my approach to Indane’s M/S. Phagwara Gas Service I was pressurized to purchase Gas Stove alongwith the Gas cylinder. On my denial the agency holder’s staff told me to give application in writing that We don’t need Gas Stove. On submission of the application I was asked that we shall make verification at your house that whether you are in need of the connection or not. Last week two Phagwara Gas Service unauthorized persons came for verification and remarked that there are already one Gas connection running in the house so they can not get the connection. Sir, the points of consideration are:
                            1. That I am not interested to purchase hot plate with connection from Phagwara Gas Service.
                            2. Whether under any law Phagwara Gas Service can force the consumers that our mother should cook her meal herself and we can’t cook her meal.
                            3. Whether under any law Phagwara Gas Service or Indane deny the consumer’s his bonafide right.
                            4. Whether the Gas Agency can force the public to purchase gas stove from the agency.
                            5. Whether Phagwara Gas Service has been empowered with the judicial rights to allot/ deny and make investigations without any order from the concerned department of Food & Civil Supplies and Indian Oil Corporation, Limited.
                            6. The matter is concerned with Public interest so kindly take stern action in the matter.
                            7. When all the valid documents have been delivered and the connection has been released by Indian Oil Corporation then on what orders the said connection has been with-held.
                            8. That Phagwara Gas Service is continuously harassing the consumer by making inspections without any order and without any authorization from any Government Agency and unnecessarily putting inconvenience to the consumers on the pretext of inspections.
                            Relief Sought:
                            Kindly provide me the Gas connection immediately without hot plate and take stern action against the dealer.

                            Indane LPG — Agency disinterested in service

                            I have a gas connection with Karuna Gas Agency, Surendra Nagar, Nagpur. You'll always find the phone ringing with no response or delayed response. If you go in person, you'll encounter an irritated, arrogant staff. I'd been booking a complaint of leaking cylinder since last 20 days. (Twice over the phone and twice in person) They write the complaint on a piece of paper and I don't know what happens to the paper afterwards. No one turns up to attend to the complaint. Finally, I had to say in desparation that I've also lodged a complaint with the Police. I do not how effective this complaint with you will be. Yet, I am posting one as you have created a system of registering complaints.
                            I hail from Cochin and have a gas connection from these Indane, I must agree the pathetic way of their functioning. If they are not able to supply to the demand then they should better shut their office and move out. The gas agency in Cochin, Anand Gas Agency is full of frustrated and illiterate staff. You call them and they will never pick the call, you go there in person and they ask you to buzz off and find better agency. This is bullying, because there are no others to supply gas. Its monopoly. When are they going to change their attitude. I want to make a huge issue out of this so we consumer are not taken for granted. Can we start a email campaign to screw these guys so they come to know what consumers are.

                              Myself Joseph Chacko owner of domestic gas customer card numbered 32996.For years we are consuming gas from priya gas agencies,thavalakkuzhi,eattumanoor Kottayam.In our area we have a supply in tuesdays and thursdays.But about some months before they changed it and now we have supply only once a week: thursday.But for the last two thursdays there was no suply in our area.When we called and asked replied that their stock is over and new load has not arrived.But they made a supply on the other road on the same day itself at a rate of Rs.385/cyllinder.(We are paying only 375).Sir kindly inviting your kind notice to the above issue.Hoping for a solution as soon as possible thank you..

                              My Consumer No. is 605806 and HP Gas agency name is PRIYA GAS AGENCY, 18, ABC AVENUE KALADIPET, CHENNAI - 600019.

                              I booked gas for home delivery on 08.1.09 but till today 19.01.09 not delivered. In this connection, number of times reminded to representative of said Gas Agency. Every time gas delivery late.Pls I request to you Pls gas send immediately.

                                I have been allotted a gas connection from Vrindavanam Gas Agencies (Indane gas company), Kadakkal, Kollam District in Kerala. My customer no.D/7754. We are booking our gas cylinder dated 23/04/2011 but today 14/05/2011 we are not receive any cylinder. We had made 100 calls to local distributor[protected],(Mob-[protected]), but they switched off these numbers and no response. It was mental harassment. We are totally disturbed from this gas agency. Please take any suitable action against this gas agency. We shall very thankful for this.

                                I would like to say that this agency is owned by the Late.Gongi Reddy Mohan Reddy, Freedom fighter, domal guda Hyderabad.
                                He has only the son named G.Satish Reddy and three daughters(1) Mrs.Indira Devi, (2) Mrs. Neeraja Devi (3)Mrs. Aravinda Reddy were the daughters .The agency got under the quota of Freedom Fighters quota by Late.Mr.G.Mohan Reddy.
                                But Mrs.Aravinda Reddy, Mrs. Indira Devi, Mrs.Neeraja Devi were the daughters of the late. G.Mohan Reddy fradulently and cheating the Mr.Satish Reddy taken over this gas agency and running under the name of Mrs.Chandrika Reddy. Mrs. Chandrika Reddy is a daughter of Mrs. Indira Devi daughter of Late.G.Mohan Reddy.
                                The property is acquired by cheating and booking a criminal case on Mr.Satish Reddy. By all the above daughter and sisters. The details are Mrs.Aravinda Reddy, W/o.K.Prabhakar Reddy Addl.S.P.police department at habsiguda, Street no.7.[protected]. Mrs. Neeraja Devi daughter of late. G.Mohan Reddy Cell:[protected] and her son Mr.Sushruth who is working as a captin in indian airlines cell:[protected] and His father name is Mr.B.Surender Reddy [protected] R/o.1-2-597/26, domalguda, Hyderabad and Mrs.Poornima Reddy, daughter of Mrs.Indira Devi : Cell.[protected].

                                  The second cylinder booking is taken up strictly after 25 days from the date of receipt of previous cylinder for our domestic LPG users. On booking the cylinder is supplied after 15-20 days .
                                  We usually consume one cylinder in 30-35 days duration.But this booking after 25 days and delay in supply after 20 days takes a period of 45 days in between. I hope the second cylinder option is to meet our continuous LPG requirement. But we are in a pathetic position to beg about for cylinders in this gap of 10-15 days period.This greivance must be kindly taken into consideration and bring relief to we home makers not able to avail a provision of second refill gas cylinder intended for it.

                                      I take this opportunity to inform you that I have LPG connection # 9756 with Shri Darshan Gas Service, Pallavpuram, Meerut. The behavior of the personnel and staff of the gas service is highly objectionable. The customers are being harassed like any thing. The gas is delivered after at least 15-20 days of booking that too after continuous pursuance. Some times it takes even longer. The next booking is done only after at least 21 days after the delivery. Practically one cylinder is delivered in the minimum of about 40 days. That too by making numerous phone calls to the agency. It is also important to note that 80-90% of the times the phone is not received at all either by the agency personnel or the owners. The working hours of the agency are 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM with lunch from 01:00 to 02:30 PM (to discourage the bookings and deliveries).
                                      I made numerous phone calls every day since then and was promised delivery the next day all the times but till date I did not receive the delivery of gas cylinder. I have made all out efforts at the agency as well as owners’ level but failed as nobody is ready to listen. The gas is being sold in plenty by the hawkers of the agency @ Rs 600 per cylinder or more.
                                      Kindly take suitable measures so that the above problems may be resolved at an early date and Govt. Officers like me are not harassed.
                                      Also please inform the following:
                                      (1) After how many days of booking, the gas cylinder should be delivered?
                                      (2) After delivery of the gas cylinder, what is the minimum period required for the next booking?
                                      (3) What should be done or where to approach in case the agency does not follow / listen regarding (1 & 2) above?
                                      (4) What should be done or where to approach in case of mental harassment regarding (1& 2) above?

                                      Subject: Complaint against M/s Puneet Gas Services.

                                      Sir/Madam,

                                      1. I am costumer of you esteemed organisation through agency named M/s Puneet Gas Services, Plot No.-132, Pocket F-2, sector-16, Rohini, Delhi. My Customer No. is PG-26658.

                                      2. Today 24.06.2011 at 9:30 A.M. while trying new automatic gas booking no. [protected] for requisition of refill L.P.G. Cylinder, I faced a lot of difficulty answering automatic computerized telephone answering machine no. [protected].

                                      3. Firstly the machine refused to accept both no. 27856431, 27872552 along with STD code as printed on cash memo of M/s Puneet Gas Services.

                                      4. The response of the machine was that the above mentioned numbers do not belong to any of M/s Indian Oil Gas agency.

                                      5. Thereafter at about at 9:45 A.M. I again telephone at no. 27856431. This time a lady answered my call and shoutingly asked about my problem & enquired my consumer number. She very rudely informed me that the complaint / request and has been registered & refill will be provided in four to five days.

                                      6. My specific complaint is that the lady attending the phone was rude & unsympathtic to the needs of civilized society. Her very comment that “ I was free to report to higher authorities regarding not accepting the above mentioned agency’s telephone no. by the automatic computerized refill booking machine.

                                      7. My grudge is the gas refill cylinder delivery is very poor. Moreover the person attending the agency’s phone invariably asks to hold the line for long periods

                                      8. Therefore it is requested kindly look into the matter & solve there grievances on priority.

                                      3. The Agency has print out of each with the time but they are not deliver in 2 day.they have taking the 10-15, days i have the proof in hand

                                      4.IOC inspector is not taking care of customer book inspection in lot

                                      5. I would like to suggest you that one of the mamber to select you to look after all the problum to inform you of any negligency in related of delivery, booking, etc
