I am a customer of indane with customer no 16804 and have been registed with Rukmani Gas Agency,2/Ashirwad bhavan,Bairan Bazar,Raipur . I booked my gas cylinder on 05 April. 2011, till 28th April,11 no delivery has been made by the agency. I visited their office on 28th april,11 The Lady at the counter mem told me that you will get it after 4,5 days. I request concern authority look in-to this matter.

i book my cylinder on 17/06/2008 till i have not received refil and then 21 days booking so we are in a big trouble and so that

we are facing lots of trouble from your dealer M/s. Chabua Gases. First of all we are never delivered Cylinders at our door, even if we procure cylinders through agency cartage we need pay him the delivery charges. We had stand there waiting for hours to get cylinders as the stock never lasts for more then an hour of trucks arriving. Then again most of the time cylinders are out of stock not b'coz of short supply but due to unauthorised selling to Hoteliers and other commercial consumers. Yesterday a case happen with us - we sent our men to procure cylinder, who misplaced the delivery slip - even on immediate complain regarding the loss of slip to the in-charge over there we failed to get the cyliinder as the in-charge simply replied that he couldn't do anything for that as they don't keep record of delivery slips issued. There are many more problems which if we gonna write will make a big letter. So we request your goodself to please look into the matter as this is not only our problem but a mass problem.

i have booked gas at mahe (pondicherry state), but now it takes more than 30 days to deliver the cylinder. how can we manage to run a house with one cylinder for more than one month. please arrange it fast to deliver the cylinder within 20 days. this is also tooo delay. today i called and they said that it will take 38 days. we are residing around 2 kms from the gas agency. how much i have to pay. and whether i shall be pay the delivery charges also. please send reply to my mail address. please arrange to deliver the gas within the limits.
I reside at Chennai, Tamil Nadu. My Gas Consumer no is 25665 with Rose Gas Agency, Chennai 88. I already informed him to delivery our cylinder on sundays only. they have acepted but they are not followed. We want to change the agency nearby my residence address 13/40 voltas colony, 4th street, nanganallur, chennai 61 with Rani gas agency. This is also rose gas agency is not accepted. Please inform what can i do. we received our cylinder 25 days after booking. this is not good.

Last month, I had booked a cyllinderON 23 July2010 with M/S FREEDOM GAS SERVICE LONI. My consumer number is 4445965. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please action emmidalty.because i am suffring from 2 week with out LPG GAS IN MY KITCHEN. we are eating from outside in two week.

Last month19/11/2010, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S ,Indane gas agency sangmeswara ,Irinjalakuda,thrissur dist,kerala, My consumer number is 11150. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue.

Every time Iam facing of late delivery of gas cylinder since 2 years that they are taking minimum 4-5days to delivery even that after many requests, because of single cylinder we donot have any measurment tool to measur every time,

Dear Sir,
Myself an Ex-Defence person now working in a private organisation at Rayagada since last 04 years.Since that day I am the Indane gas consumer and suffering from that day also.Although the ownership of the gas agency changed but the dealing and the delivery procedure remained same.I need a gas atleast at the interval of 35 days for which I have 02 cylinders.The local or the actual of corporation it may be is that whenever any individual is issued a gas cylinder,he only can book for the next cylinder only after 20 days.And the agency claims for 10 to 15 days for delivery of gas.They also claims to maintain the serials in system.I appreciate the procedure but practiclly it does not happen.In my last FOUR years I have to run to the agency atleast for 3/4 times and request them to delivery the gas else gas could not be delivered.Even if I did not go to them after 40 days the gas never comes and if I complain - I am encouraged that"Sir atleast you should come here again after booking so as to get your gas in time".

    Dear Sir

    I m Satish Chandra Goyal, belonging to Post - Baldeo Distt. (Mathura)
    I am a customer of Swati Indane Gas Servise Situated in Rirha road Baldeo (Mathura).
    My S.V. No is [protected] And Customer no is 4249.
    My Gas booking not done on time, delays has been made.
    Time taken between 2 booking should be 21 days but they take 30days for Booking .And delivery time should be within 3 days after booking but it takes 15 days .
    My last gas booking date was 15 march 2011 and delivery was on 26 April 2011.
    Very rude n misbehaviour of staff.
    I book gas cylinder every time by telephone and their line is always busy. After longtime they pickup the call and do not speake properly.

    Problems with the agency:

    1. While booking gas cylinder through phone they did not pickup the phone call and did not respond to the customer.

    2. Cylinder is illegally sold to someone other than consumer.

    3. They do not keep the stock (gas cylidner) always. But they sold the cylinder with higher price.

    Indane - Swati Agencies — Not accepting booking

    I dont have a gas connection and so approached Swati Gas agencies in Triplicane for the same. They asked for some documents in addition to ration card which I dont have. They made me to come to their office and not accepting any bookings stating false reasons. The person is on leave, no stationaries so booking cannot be done.

    I am in need of gas connection urgently and have no idea what to do. Can some body suggest what can be done?
    I had made a call and booked cylinder on January 18th, but still today (February 4th) i didnt received the cylinder, in between i made call 2 times, the people who are incharge are replying that within 2 days u ll get cylinder. when i ll get my cylinder. No response at all.

      Dear Sir,

      Sub : Non receipt of cylinder on time when we book for a refil.
      Ref : My Consumer No. 34489, Distributor – Priya Gas Agencies, Thavalakuzhy, Ettumanoor – 686631.

      This is to bring to your notice about the anomalies happening at the time of delivery of recharge cylinders.

      I would like you to discover something that I had booked a recharge cylinder on 9th April, 2011 and my booking number is 138. I have got my last recharge cylinder on 9th March, 2011. I’d like you to let yourself become more and more aware of the fact that I am yet to receive a recharge cylinder after 48 days from my last recharge. Since I am having a single cylinder connection, I could book my cylinder only after passing 15 days from the date of last recharge delivery. Hence I booked for my recharge on 9th April, 2011. Naturally, when I contacted the distributor yesterday, they have confirmed to me that they have printed the receipt on 25th April, 2011. And, in an interesting way, you’ll discover that till date and time, I have not received my recharge cylinder. I wonder if you’ll be surprised to discover that this has happened to us several times.

      And I wonder if you’ll be curious to know the fact that I am a 79 years old lady and presently staying with my son and his family. My son is working for a private organization and my daughter-in-law is also working for an organization. Naturally, in an interesting way, you’ll discover that after they leave home, I am the only person available at home.

      Maybe it will surprise you to notice that, last time, when the cylinder boy came to deliver the gas at my home, I requested him to keep the cylinder at my home and take the empty cylinder. But he thrown the cylinder at my courtyard and asked me to take the cylinder at my home. Now, of course, I don’t know for sure what you’re experiencing. But perhaps you will be wondering how your delivery boy is expecting a 79 years old lady to carry the cylinder to my home! One of the first things you can become aware about this is, since I don’t want to bribe him all the time, he was acting tough with me every now and then!

      I would like you to appreciate the fact that I am a very old, (79 years old), to carry a cylinder to my home. I had to wait patiently till evening till my son returned home to take that cylinder home from our courtyard. Till that time, the cylinder was kept in broad sunlight since I cannot move that cylinder.

      With your permission…now, I wonder the following things :
      Can you notice why your delivery boy is asking for bribe all the time, at the time of delivering my cylinder? Is there any charge need to be paid to deliver the cylinder at home?

      And would you be willing to experience that your cylinder boy is throwing the cylinder at my courtyard instead of keeping the cylinder at my home; when his vehicle can reach up to my door step.

      The really important thing is just to be fully aware of that why your distributor is not taking appropriate remedial action to deliver the cylinder on the same day the receipt was printed; even after receiving many consumer complaints about the same?

      I also want to remind you of something that you probably already know, which is that there are no proper consumer grievances cell at your website or concerned authority readily available to attend consumer complaints so that such distributors are acting tough with consumers.

      Hope You’ll be fascinated and feel a strong compulsion to take appropriate corrective action to rectify these anomalies at the distributors end.

      Since I am having only one cylinder, I am facing a lot of difficulties. Hence I would like to apply for a second cylinder. Kindly guide me how to obtain a second cylinder for this connection.

      I had givern for a refill for a Cylinder on[protected] with an assurance of getting delivery within 5 days.I had got an assurance pn 05th of delivery immediately the same day.

      Indian Oil Corporation (Indane) — Non delivery of refill cylinder

      My conumer number is 13055 in M/s. Naresh Gas Agency, Parsudih, Jamshedpur. I had booked on 09.10.2009 for supply of refill cylinder. But till date the same has not been supplied to me even after a lapse of 7 days. As I have come to know that as per the company norms refill cylinders are supposed to be delivered within 7 days. On querry with the above dealer today i.e. on 16.10.2009, they replied that they could be able supply only after 15 days from the date of booking. Kindly help me to make the delivery of refill cylinder immediately.

        Hi,

        My Consumer Number is 58608, and I have been trying to reach the Gas Booking number for Indane Gas at Tambaram - Camp Road, but in vain. There are 2 numbers listed[protected] and[protected], which is always busy and even by chance if you find the phone ringing, no one answers. How does one get to them to book gas, leave alone the fact that there is always delay in getting it on time.

        If this issue cannot be fixed, and people working their cannot spend more time attending to customers calls, they should atleast have the online booking facility. This is really pathetic service offered by Indane Gas in this area.

        Hope some one reads this and acts.

            Sir,
            When my maid went to apply for a new connection she was asked to purchase a new Gas stove despite she having a new one with her. I checked on your site it is not compulsory to buy Gas stoves from the Gas agency then why Gas agencies are forcing people to buy Gas stoves from them. Infact those who have bought these Gas stoves complaint that they are of inferior quality and require repair frequently.
            Please take action regarding this practice, it has become an mafia to exploit the poor people.

              my consumer no 36736. i deal with Naga gas agency, chengalpattu. sir i made a call to them on 24th march for booking.but they told we will book on 31march. now today the date is 26th april.still i have not get my cylinder.after one month also they will not supply. i think they are supplying my cylinder for more money. if we call again they will respond. they are telling what u will do? u can do.we can do like this only.

              Inefficiency of service
              The Distributor is not paying any attention towards customers and troubling time and again the majority of customers who are having bonafide connections at each and every instance, by unauthorized mobilizing the cylinders to the adjacent village GARLA illegally which is not in the District and situated in KHAMMAM district the Dealer is having his license for WARANGAL district. Further the dealer is providing additional and extra cylinders to the excess paying customers, for commercial purposes like hotels the domestic gas is being diverted illegally to the commercial and excess paying black business and also providing cylinders (filled) to the Big Shots and people who influence example Media persons, Police, Politicians who will back the malpractices of the distributor with the support police and media the dealer is enjoying blackmarketing due to which the shortage of supply and demand is being drastically differing between supply and demand.The dealer has also faced previous complaints from the large number of customers and it was seized for Mal - Practices. There is no instance of door delivery to the customers ever since its inception as dealer, due to which the major community of Gas Consumers consisting of old age people and women in addition the employees are loosing one Working Day for procuring filled cylinders. The Godown is placed at the distance of more than 3 Kilometers and the Dealer is advising the customers to fetch the filled cylinders from the godown at customer Risk but not their Service especially during festivals every concerned community is suffering severely due to Gas scarcity and inefficiency of Service.
              Therefore I sincerely request the concerned authority to kindly consider the Genuine Grievances of the consumer at large and be pleased to deliver the consumers from all kinds of troubles created by the Kodandarama Gas Agency ,DORNAKAL. Please save the larger consumer interests in the interest of justice.


              AS WE TALKED WITH SHAKER ( ASST. MANAGER ), WARANGAL. WITH MOBILE NO.[protected] ABOUT THE SERVICE PROVIDING IN THE DORNAKAL. AND REPLAYED THAT THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE SERVICE, AND USING VULGUR LANGUAGE INSTEAD OF PROVIDING THE SERVICE.                 i am used to fill petrol from your bunk from Annamanada Trichur district, i have got milage between 60to63 per litre(splender)now get 53to55 please check quality and quantity

                Indian Oil Petrol — Less petrol given

                I had taken my bike (Discover DTS i 125 CC) to Indian Oil Petrol Pump (Sabarwal Service Staion) at Sector 5, RK Puram on 13 February 2009. the Petrol given to me was less and was charged more.
                The bill no. is 113438. My bike has capacity of around 10.5 litres. Earlier also when i used to fill my bikes's petrol tank full to the capacity, the meter never crossed 11 litre mark. This time petrol worth Rs. 500 was put in that rated Rs. 40.62/litre i.e. 12.30 l. Still the bike's tank was not filled to it's capacity.
                So I want the compensation for being overcharged.

                RK petroleum under Indian Oil — Adulterated diesel

                RK Petrolium at BELA ( Govind Nagar) of Rewa Dist of MP is selling adultrated diesel . There is no authority to check him . All agencies responsible to carry out test seems to be in league. The engine of vehicles are affected badly. Will you please carry out a surprise check and redress our grievances.

                BEWARE OF INDIAN OIL PETROL PUMP (IOCL) NEAR GURUNANAK COLLEGE, OPPOSITE OT WESTIN HOTEL.

                i use to get very low mileage in this particular petrol pump. so today i need to check them extra carefully. and you know what ? today i caught them red handed. i gave 100rs to fill petrol. other attendant try to distract me . suddenly i turned to see the nummber. he was causually typing 36rs in number pad. i asked him why you typed 36rs even after telling you to put 100rs petrol. he said "no sir it was in zero. you dont need to worry blah blah blah". he started to put petrol. asked him to take his hand. and you know what . it stopped at 36rs. and then he "machine problem ." he tried to start the pump manualy remaining 64rs of petrol. i stopped him. asked him to give remaining 64rs. i told them i not going to come back here again.this happend not for the frist they did it again and again to me some 4 times. something cheating going on.

                this is new kind of fraud. if ask them to fill 100rs. they type 40rs. when you are not seeing meter. then they show you zero in counter. meter stop at 40rs. then they manually fill remaining fuel until it comes to 100rs. sometimes they set it to 100rs. purposely stop the fuel manualy and then start it again to fill the remaining fuel.

                so friends.

                1. if anyone try to distract you . dont take your eyes off from counter. answer him without taking your eyes off from the counter.
                2.if you want to fill petrol 500rs... attendant filled only 200rs. then never tell him to fill remainig 300rs of petrol. just leave the pump station with 200rs of petrol. he is definitely cheating.

                GOOD PETROL PUMPS I FOUND OUT IN VELACHERRY REAGION:

                1. Small bharat petroleum petrol pump in 100ft bypass road. its located on left side of the road when you travel towards velacherry. here quality seems to be good. i can feel the difference. quantity also 100% good. only one guy will standing and pour fuel to your vehicle. another interesting thing i found out is. they opened pasted banner mentioning they have quality checking tools here to check quality of petrol.

                2. HP petrol pump in velachery by pass road. its on the right side of the road when you travel toward velacherry vijayanager. quantity is 100% same. quality some what good. my bike gave good mileage.

                3. IOCL pump in taramani link road. quantity is 100%. no cheating. but quality also some what good. but i can feel the difference in quality between these two pump and small bharat petroleum pump in 100ft road.

                So friends BEWARE OF IOCL PETROL PUMP OPPOSITE WESTIN HOTEL NEAR GURUNANAK COLLEGE.

                NOTE: This is was on JAN 2013. so i will try to update periodicaly which petrol pump is cheating and which is not.

                  It is extremely difficult to book gas. The online booking system ( via tomogas.com/iocl website) states that the facility for online booking has been withdrawn. Further nobody ever picks up the phone at the agency leaving the consumers with no option but to actually go to the agency and do the needful. This is extremely frustrating and very difficult. Pls ensure that atleast online systems are restored and the people at the agency attend to phone calls.

                    I want to draw your kind attation toward non-delivery of Gas from last 1 month. We had booked gas on 24/3/2011 from my nearest Goodwill Gas Service Station. Address :- P-31 Krishan Vihar Pooth Nangloi Road Delhi-41. Still we have not received gas. We have complaint regarding this in mention above address but they said, your gas given to Mr. Brijesh [protected]( dated 18/4/2011). But when I called to him, He said I have not received your request till date.

                    Again i have complaint in office regarding Brijesh refused for gas delivery. Now office employee promised your gas would be delivered today ( dated 20/4/2011).

                    Now till date we have not received Gas.

                    Please support this type of customer fraud which make by reputed company.

                      I purchased 5 litres of petrol from Amar Jyothi Service Station,Indian Oil Corporation LTd.,COCO Jubilee Hills,Hyderabad on 16 April 2011
                      because there was no petrol available at the nearest petrol station.
                      The following day my bike had an engine breakdown.Ther was petrol in the tank even then it did not start on the ignition.
                      Then I took the bike to mechnanic shop for repair.
                      I was surprised to know that the bike engine got damaged due to the adulterated mix of petrol in the tank.The mechanic in my presence showed
                      me the petrol from the petrol tank of my bike which did not smell like petrol.
                      Then I tried to reach the manager of the petrol station was there was nobody to take the call.I had to run from pillar to post to
                      get the bike engine repaired at an exorbitant charge.This has caused me lot of trouble ad pain without having any conveyance.
                      The dealer deceitfully sold me adulterated petrol that has caused me a lot of damage.This kind of deceitful act surely
                      damages the consumer's right.I would like to request you to please adequate corrective measures and compensation for the losses that I have incurred.

                      Simply Nuisance

                      Regarding this I already complained to IOC on their toll free nos.The complaint no is 104710dated 25th April 2011.
                      I had lot of conversation with Rajeev [protected] (Petrol station owner) and Kiran [protected] (Regional head) .Both asked me to send the relevant bills to him so that they can give the necessary consideration.
                      Its been already more than a month since I have scanned and sent all the required documents.
                      When I again checked with them they simply refused to accept my concerns stating lack of sufficient evidence.I had already told them earlier that I could show that petrol that damaged the engine of the bike and had sent them necessary bike repair bill and petrol purchase bill that all contributes a very strong evidence.What else could be given as evidence ?? This sounds very silly and unworthy behavoiur on the part of IOC representatives.

                        Inspite of having large balance in the credit card, refused to go through the transaction saying that the card was not accepted by the card co. They even rudely suggested that I may not have balance in my a/c. I was visiting this new pump for the first time and woud have gone there more often. But this insulting experience has put me off and I have decided not to go there any more.There are HP&SHELL bunks near by where I am given respect&not insult. Viswanathan.K.K.

                          Owing to change of job, I recently shifted from Gwalior to Panchkula. We have been using Indane gas cylinders. When we approached the distributor of Indane gas in Panchkula i.e. M/s Satyam Indane, Sector-9, Panchkula, they did not cooperate with us.
                          Every time they'll find out some or other gaps and delay the gas connection. Also they keep customers waiting for long, they don't use proper language and ill-treat people.My family is badly suffering in absence of cooking gas cylinder. We have been made to visit their office again and again. I can go to them only on Sunday as I can not avail leave due to hectic work schedule. The moment, they don't cooperate on one sunday, the matter shifts to next Sunday. Can Indian Oil take action on such distributors? Or they will keep quite further encouraging them. I don't want to go to that agency again. Can soone suggest me a solution?

                            I AM RAMESH GAUTAM AND CONSUMER OF INDIANE GAS, CONSUMER NO. 21713 I HAVE MY REGISTRATION OF REFILL GAS AT SEHRAWAT GAS SERVICE, SANGAM VIHAR-62, OPP. GOVT.SCHOOL
                            ITS BEEN 5 MONTH, I AM AVAILING GAS REFILLING SERVICES FROM ABOVE SAID AGENCY, BUT TILL DATE,I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY GAS REFILL ON TIME. WHENEVER I TRYED TO CALL AT AGENCY TO OBTAIN THE STATUS OF MY BOOKING, NOBODY PICK-UP THE CALL.
                            SECONDLY THEY ALWAYS TAKES 12 TO 15 DAYS TO DELIVER THE GAS REFILL FROM THE DATE IT BOOKED, ON THE TOP OF THIS WHEN THEY FINALLY DELIVER AFTER N NUMBER OF FOLLOW-UPS THE REFILL IS ALWAYS 2.5 TO 3 KG LESS FROM ITS ACTUAL WAIT.
                            SO MOST OF THE TIME, I NEED BUT IT FROM THE MARKET WHERE I AM PAYING 55 RS. FOR 1 KG OF GAS, ITS OPENLY AVAILABLE IN ALL NEAREST SHOP AROUND MY HOUSE.
                            AND THIS CANNOT POSSIBLE UNLESS BLACKERS ARE BEING SUPPORTED BY AGENCY, WHEN I TRY TO INVESTIGATE THIS SCANDLE FROM 1 OF THE SHOPKEEPER WHO IS IN MY RELATIVE, HE TOLD ME THAT HE GETS THIS GAS FROM AGENCY ITSELF, WHEREIN HE HAS TO 550 RS. PER CILYENDER.
                            I AM REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO SEE ACTION ON THIS COMPLAINT.

                              We are the customers of cooking gas cylinder of the IOC and our distributor agency is M/s. Omkaram Indane Services, OACHIRA, Kollam District.

                              For quite a long time we are facing extreme difficulty in getting cooking gas cylinder from the above mentioned agency. After booking our consumer no. we have to wait for more than 2 months to get a filled cylinder. Many times even after 2 months when the cylinder is not delivered to us we have to go to the agency begging for it.

                              The agency not only lacks sufficient vehicle for transportation but also lacks sufficient manpower for running his business. The manager would ask us to pick up the cylinder our self from his godown. His behaviour is also very arrogant towards his customers to such an extent that he would not even hesitate to use filthy language. Any dignified person would feel reluctant to approach him out of fear of being humiliated. We also understand from various sources that the said agency indulges in all sorts of malpractice.

                              We have reported our complaints several times over phone at the IOC office and were assured that the office would look into the matter. But our problem still continues.

                              We are very much surprised to see, how a malfunctioning agency like this after several complaints is still into its business of troubling the genuine and bonafide consumers.

                              We hope that this time a swift and a strict action would be taken to ensure an uninterrupted and trouble free supply of gas cylinder.

                                please look on bellow importent matter and take immideate action as soon as posible.

                                i am one customer for indian oil LPG we have one agency in our area it named M/S PANAKKEL GAS AGENCY. we have problem in delivery in refill of LPG.some costomer of this agency "(if their friends or thier family)they deliver refill cylider same date or as soon as posible but some other customer who is not thier frind or relateves they take more than 40 day. if we complaints to the AGENCY they will say go and complain indian oil coperation or other place.for me i booked my refill cylender on 5th MARCH 20011still i did not get the refill cylender.and we discussed with area sale manager (Mr. MARKOSE) thier is no replay for this mater.

                                  Hi Sir,

                                  This is to make you all clear of the poor service I have ever seen at Anbu Gas Indane Agency. This has been happening for a pretty long time. We booked for a cylinder (Customer no: 18977) on March 18 and till today we are yet to get it.

                                  The people who are working over there are merciless and have always been talking their personal affairs and insult the customers. They do not pick up the call and if that happens they say that it is only 30 days and we have to wait for another 10 days. I have a question here. It seems that we have to wait for an indefinite period. They are very callous by nature and their response is arrogant at times.

                                  We are frustrated to the core that we have brought this issue here hoping that we will get solutions before we initiate any legal action.

                                  We have also heard that cylinders booked and doors locked are being sold illegally to the shops nearby at a higher price.

                                  It is not one complaint and we are many like this to suffer a lot and if this is not getting resolved then they may have to answer to the court for their careless and poor service to their customers.

                                  This is fair to the customers since we are depending on your service.

                                  We do not understand how IOC is ignorant of things that are happening around here.

                                  Please help us getting a cylinder on time and these people should be properly instructed to respond to the calls than not picking them at all.

                                  Anbu Gas Indane Agency/LPG cylinders — delay in supply

                                  I have booked for refill on 21/9/09 with Anbu Gas Agency #3,Dr.Radha Krishnan Nagar Arumbakkam, Chennai 106 (Consumer No.25684). When no supply received I approached the Gas agency in person on 30/9 and I was informed that my house found locked on 23/9/09 when the delivery man came for supply. They promised that the supply will be made on 1/10/09 but till todate no refill received inspite of my calling on them in person.

                                  In this regard I wish to inform that normally it takes 5 to 7days to materialise the supply after booking Like the agency not being able to give a firm date of supply the housewives also cannot be in the house till the supply is made as she may have to go for petty shopping in the neighbouring market for a shortwhile and the refill supply may arrive in that short span of time.

                                  If the door is locked instead of diverting the cylinder meant for me, the delivery man can make a second visit either on the same day or the next. Alternatively the agency can inform the customer over phone about the return and probable supply on the next day without keeping the customer in dark as they have the telephone number of all the customers and finding a locked door is very rare.
                                  Yes same thing happened to me, I have booked on 10/10/2009 till now not recieved the refill. I made phone to the agency after several attempts they told that will be supplied on 26/10/2009 but not supplied. again I made phone to the agency same day evening 5.30 they told they promise to supply to day but I am waiting till now. Every month I have been facing this problem. They selling the refill to the tea shop for higher rate, by the cylinder delivery man voluntarily, unnecessarily delaying to the individuals by this illegal connections. contact through phone is not easy you have to spent 3 to 4 hours then only fetch the line. Nobody responsibly answered for our greivences. I don't know how to solve the problem. I don't know where I have to complaint for remedies.

                                  Anbu Indane Gas Service — Very Bad Service

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I am a Indane Gas customer with Anbu Gas agency, Arumbakkam, chennai and my consumer number is 26076. I have booked for a refile on 13th Jan 2011 over phone and my waiting no is 5533. They replied that they can Distribute only after 18 days. But after 18days when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver the next day. Again I called them on 1st Feb 2011 they informed me that it will be distributed after a week. In person I explained the things to the agency and my cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay, but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Myself and my 2 kids are suffering a lot. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all Anbu gas agency consumers. For past 3 months same issue. Please take necessary action.
                                  This Complaint is Regarding Delay in Supplying Gas to Households near Hebbal. Even after Booking the Gas, More than 1 Month Delay in Supplying Gas to Households. Gas Cylinder is Basic Necessity for Cooking but The Indane Gas Distribution has been Delaying Supply of Gas by more than 1 Month. Who is to be Blamed? Why is Karnataka Government not taking any Action????????????????? The Karnataka Government should Fine Gas Agencies Delaying the Supply of Gas that is Causing Problems. I would like to bring another Complaint Regarding Residents are being Charged Rs 15 for Each Gas Delivery Per Each Household. The Gas Distribution Personnel are Charging Rs 15 for Each Gas Delivery per Each Household near Hebbal, Bangalore, Karnataka. I would like to bring this Matter in front of the Karnataka Government. Are we supposed to Pay Rs 15 Extra for Gas Delivery

                                    After new Gas connection from bhiwadi gas agency on 17/06/2010, till date i will not received my blue book. Every time indane gas staff told us it will take time for 15-20 days. but this 15-20 days never comes till now. I do not know what can i do.
