Respected Sir,
I am sending this mail on behalf of the people residing in Baktha nagar, periyakurichi, neyveli. Here for the above mentioned area we are not getting proper Gas supply. There is no proper action taken by the manager for the complaints given by these area people. we are properly doing the registration before 15 days and we are having proper proof. The local supplier are not giving respect to the customer during the enquiry about gas supply. these local suppliers charging too much of money and not giving proper billing for supplying gas . The following complaints are
1. Not giving proper Gas supply
2. Rude Behavior
3. Charging Too much price than the market price.
4. Selling in Black market
5. Not taking proper action over the complaints
6. no Proper Response system.
7. No proper maintenance
8. Poor management over the workers

For above mentioned complaints we are having proper proof. so i Request you sir to take immediate action over these for the welfare of our people. I hope you will take necessary action to replace this existing Gas services, If you want any additional information, we are ready to produce officially. I have mentioned the local gas supply address below.

Indane Gas — rude behaviour and black on gas cylinders

this is to state that shakti enterprises, hari nagar CT n d-64, is very rude in behaviour towards clients and moreover their supply persons are actively engaged in Blaack marketing of cylinders @ Rs450/ per cylinder.
This is a very genuine complaint.

Indane Gas — NON BOOKING AND SUPPLY AND RUDE ATTITUDE

I HAD BOOKED FOR A REFILL FROM MR.SHEELA AGENCY, BANGALORE, ON 12TH OF DECEMBER 2008 AT 11:15 AM. WHEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFILL EVEN BY 16TH, WHEN ENQUIRED IT WAS BOOKED AGAIN. WHEN THE REFILL WAS RECEIVED EVEN BY 18TH DECEMBER 2008. ENQUIRED ON 18TH AT 6.00 PM, MR.VIJAY, MANAGER, IN CHARGE HAD TOLD ME RUDELY THAT I HAVE TO SHIFT TO SOME OTHER AGENCY, AND ALSO SAID THAT HE DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY CUSTOMER AT ALL.

IS THIS THE WAY, IOC CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED BY THESE AGENCIES.
I HAD BOOKED FOR A REFILL FROM JAI JAWAN GAS SERVICE, DELHI (DWARKA), ON 5TH OF JANUARY, 2009 AT 12:15 AM. WHEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFILL EVEN BY 16TH, WHEN ENQUIRED IT WAS BOOKED AGAIN. THEY SAID "UPAR SE GAS NAHI AAI RAHA HAI" O

I, Bhupesh Kumar Yadav, is your consumer having consumer no. KE 2653 with your distributor M/s Bakson Gas Service. It has been a practice of M/s Bakson Gas Service not to pick up phones, to put phones on hold, to avoid booking, to take out the print outs of booking nos. at 1260 from Internet on delay basis. All this shows their determination towards a poor supply to their customer. You want cyl. in 10 days you have to visit their off. and collect the booking no. You may also have to visit them again in case you don't get the supply within 10 days because of above said problems.
Sir, this has reference to my earlier complaint on 28/11/08 for the same problem. With your support I received the cylinder with in 2 days that time and I was assured that strong action would be taken in case I face the same problem. This time after a lot of dialing we could able to book the cylinder on 4th Jan. 2009 on telephone. I did not receive any cylinder against this. Again we booked the same on 25/11/08 at 1260 our booking no. was given 5. Again I did not receive the same. I visited their office on 30/11/09. One lady on the booking counter told me that as their Internet was not working they could take out the print outs of the booked nos. on 28/01/09 so your booking has been considered of 28/11/09 and your booking nos. is 10868. Your cylinder would be sent within next 10 days as we could not supply even of the 20/01/09 bookings. I was suggested by that lady to get my registration no. transfered to some other distributor point as they have more than 20000 customers. Sir Kindly suggest me that transferring my gas regn. no. will improve the service of M/s Bakson Gas Service? Sir, should I always be a sufferer because I brought to your notice the information about the poor service of M/s Bakson Gas Service? Should I always make a monthly complaint to you? Is this the solution sir? Kindly suggest me.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and please investigate this at your level and give me justice for the same.
An early response shall be highly solicited.

I am in trichy in tamilnadu state. Iwent your indane gas dealer (lakshmi gas agencies, woraiyur, trichy) regarding for new gas connection.the dealer said for new connection gives only with gas stove.amount
Rs.3800/. Alredy i have stove, Why i am purachse another stove.You give authourise to your dealer for gas selling dealer or gas stove selling dealer.

Indane Gas — Non Supply of Gas Cylinder, Black Marketing & rude behaviour

I am harassed by the service provider of Indane GAS, since last 4 months . We have to spend 10-15 days without gas in spite of having two cylinders . Facing the following problems regularly :

I am living in Kanpur - Uttar Pradesh and your agent's agency name is - Chakeri Gas Service, 222, SADANAND MARG, AHIRVAAN, G.T.Road, Kanpur.

I am putting this complaint according to my booking of cyl. on 10/10/2009. My customer number is 4974 and booking number was 78 on that day.
Please look in matter and do needful for following:

1. Very much delay on GAS service . Took almost 20 - 25 days for Gas supply from the date of booking. After delivering one cylinder they normally take 30 days for booking of next cylinder.
2. The telephone line is always engaged & normally have to go physically for Gas booking / any other query.
3. The behavior & attitude of service provider (booking clerk) is very very rude and they are challenging customers telling the customers to do whatever they want to do and they openly tell consumers that they would make alterations - change booking date in-case of any query.
4. Making Cylinders non available to customers for 20-25 days duration after booking date and asking/forcing customers to buy cylinder in black @ 500.
5. Now a days marriage season is running so your valuable agent is supplying cylinder in black and its proven by many customer on them but they said you can do whatever you can. By this you and your agent making money but what about us, who is your permanent customer.

Is this the " Indane Gas " treats its customers? I have never faced such harassment from any supplier like this before. Additionally, would request for a stern action against this defaulter - Gas distribution agency.

I have requested for a cylinder on 16/1/2010,stil i haven't received any yet. No body is picking the phone.. whoever picks they are telling the conumer no doesnt exist.
Its very urgent issue .kindly do the needful.

    I have a Gas Connection in my name with M/s Shakti Enterprises, Hari, Opp Bus Depot, Clock Tower Road, New delhi-64. Despite of making a booking on 17.02.2010 to replace the empty gas cylinder, the refilled gas cylinmeder is not made available till 22.02.2010. When an enquiry is made the person sitting on the phone is telling to wait for one more day. The person sitting on the phone doesnot have any manner and his/her replies are redicilous.
    hume jo cylinder diya gaya hai woh chal nai raha, usme gas ki jageh paani bhara hua hai plz humari complained darz karein thanking u inderjeet budhiraja wz_219 virendra nagar gali n_2 ;2nd floor .

        Dear Sir

        We are procuring LPG cylinder for household purpose from Indane gas dealer ( KALPANA INDANE GAS AGENCY,D.no: 16/4/1433,4 th lane,Harinadhapuram, Nellore - 524003)

        Dealer is not issuing booking no for new refill cylinder till 20 days after issuing a refill cylinder. After getting the booking no he is taking another 20 days to issue the refill gas cylinder.This entire process is taking 40 to 45 days for issuing the refill cylinder.

        We have never faced this problem even in cites.Kindly look into the issue and take necessary action.

          Sir,
          My consumer no -007423 at Khatra Meera Indane ( LPG Distributor) and I booked for a refill on 27.01.2011 and my husband went to the shop 4 times for the cylinder and he was promised every times that refill will be delivered wilthin one or two days. But till date I am not delivered a cylinder and every time we received wrong behaviour. And here also to note that I tried to contact the distributor several times over phone (the number given by the distributor) but nobody lifted the receiver to answer the call. I am giving you the Contact Nos of the distributor for your practical experience [protected] & [protected] .This is the common experience of every consumer under the distributorship of Meera Indane in the area of Khatra in the District of Bankura.If you please you can verify this situation by organizing a survey in this locality witout prior intimation to the distributor. Besides this , police seized vans containing refills which were bieng sent for selling in the black market at the price of Rs.550/- to Rs.600/-. This is creating artificial crises in sypplying of LPG cylinders.
          Your cordial intervention is highly solicited to solve this cancerous problem and save us from regular harassment.

            I am an Indane LPG Gas consumer, having Consumer No.TG-10945. I get the delivery of gas cylinder from M/S. Gas & Novelties, 176/G, G.T.Road, Ballavpur, P.O.Serampore, Dist. Hooghly, West Bengal.
            I am a senior citizen and as such I had registered by name with erstwhile Tarakeswar Gas Service to get the delivery facility, as admissible to the senior citizen as per norms and rules of the company as well as Govt. of India. But from the time of taking over the distributorship by M/S. Gas & Novelties of Tarakeswar town, I am not getting any facility of early supply of gas cylinder, meant for senior citizen, inspite of repeated verbal request. As for example, I have booked gas on[protected] under Delivery voucher no.28453 dt.29-01-11 but till now I have not received the delivery of gas cylinder. Previously on 21-12-10, I had booked the gas but got the delivery on 11-01-11. Similarly, I had booked the gas on 22-10-10 under voucher no.17579 but got the delivery on 13-11-10; Moreover, I had booked the gas on 11-08-10 under voucher no.2861 but got the delivery on 11-09-10 and there are so many past examples.
            So, it is evident that M/S. Gas & Novelties are reluctant to extend me any facility of senior citizen, at their own accord and will .
            So, I appeal that necessary steps may kindly be taken so that I may get the facility of senior citizen, with immediate effect regarding early supply/ delivery of the Indane LPG cooking gas.

                I am Indane gas customer (20571) Agency Name Priya Indane Gas Agencies, Surandai. Tirunelveli I have Booked for Refilling of LPG CYCLINDER on 02.02.2011. not suppling till date (24.3.2012). Contacted to Priya Indane Gas Agencies, Replied that after 5 days will be refilling. Last date of Refill received 29.01.2012. as per their feed back it crosses more than 2 months. Requested HODs are to interfere to resolve this issues at the earliest.

                  I recived a letter of LPG gas connection in the name of my son Mr.khalid Mustafa .vill.Po. ekderwan ,distt.Gopal Ganj ,Bihar, when my wife gone to shahi gas services who is single gas agency in Gopal ganj.first they demanding Rs.5000 for a single cylinder+regulator+gas pipe+gas stove which price is bearly Rs.700 to 800 in the local market.i have written to Mr.R.N.Dutta sr.zonal manager of patna.but this mafia group is so dare they do not obey the any order.my wife is going there to take the connection ,first they refuse to give the connection without taking gas stove.staffs are saying that if you need connection without gas stove then meet the owner of the station.from two months she is moving piller to post to meet him but he never meet her.she is fad up with this situation ,no body is there to listen her voice and solve her problem.if i pay more than double then they will issue my connection.other wise not possible.this is the open gunda gardi and incouraging bribe.this is the situation. any body can help me pls.and eradicat this monopoly of this shahi gas services.

                    I am from puzhuthivakkam where we have an agency called RANIE ENTERPRISES. These people speak as though they are demi gods and ask us to book only after fifteen days of the cylinder replenishment. The lead time is also indefinite which is about 29- 30 days minimum and an earlier delivery which was to be made to our house was not supplied for reason DOOR LOCKED, when there was not a single on which our door was locked for the past three months. Now they are asking us to pick up a commercial cylinder by paying Rs. 1000/= and pay about Rs. 400/- after that for every cylinder. Our consumer number with the dealer is 41365 in the name of R Natarajan. Our address is 12 2nd st. Ravanan Nagar, Puzhuthivakkam. The area near to us Nanganallur is not facing much of a problem where the cylinder is getting delivered with in 15 days. Request the concerned officials to look into the matter and make the necessary inspections for the regulation of the activities in case there is any malpractice.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I am LPG gas consumer, I deal with M/s South Delhi Enterprises Agencies, 19, Basrurkar Market, Moti Bagh-I, -New Delhi-110002, service who are the distributor of my area, My consumer No. SE13731. I booked for LPG through MTNL no.1260 at 8 no. My problem is after booking on 16th feb 2011, they have not supply the gas home delivery till now. Pl request you please solve my problem. I call them up, they dont pick my call. and if by chance the pick the call, they say it will be delivered today or tomorrow. and Everytime is the same thing they do and they dont deliver the gas whenever needed.If we call on there no then they say that sms us. But even then also there is no reply.
                      Its very Bad service they are providing.

                        My consumer no.16735 of Sringeri Enterprises, Gurgaon. I booked my gas on 27th January, 2011 but till today I have not received my gas cylinder.                         and also i got message stating that cash memo genrated (7502) cylinder will be delivered .

                        But it was more than two weeks i did not get my cylinder. Sabana gas agency 'guindy' very horrible service.

                          my new gas connection application was sanctioned from indane gas company.my application no.[protected] dated 11 Dec. 2010

                          so, gas agency tarchered me for gas stove. but i don't wont stove and other materials

                            sir,
                            I am a centeral gov employee & posted in bangalore airport. I am consumer of Indane gas from Natraj gas agency Yelahanka New Town my consumer ID is 69199. Sir the agency are giving home delivery in some areas and there are lot of consumer taking cash & carry, but the delivery agent and supplier are get the cost for one riffle is 380 Rs but govt rate is 360.59 Rs only. And, they are saying that you have to pay 380 Rs otherwise go to the agency and pickup the riffle, this is the our transportation charge.
                            Sir, I think home delivery or distribution in different areas is include in riffle cost, we have no need to pay extra 20Rs for one riffle.
                            Please do the needful.

                            Indane Gas — Un-authorised charges

                            Today one person from local Indane distributor M/s Rama Indane, Faridabad ( no 198252)came for home visit and claims they have been instructed by IOCL to charge Rs 40 per customer for general check-up for Indane gas.
                            Has IOCL authorised to charge for such activities?

                                By the delivery of indian gas agency pratap nagar sanganer i am facing problem from last few months they always say that come after 2days 3 days.As per theire commitment they deliver gas cylinder after 35 days but after that i every month they delay 6 to7 days and refuse to come again.
                                we can't go 4 to 6 times every month to take gas because i working in software company and i have to take leave from there for only cylinder and they always asked to come again.

                                I have booked my cylinder on 23rd Feb 2015 and I have visited AGENCY aprox 8 times, always they were saying tomorrow i will get the cylinder,

                                Today 28th March 2015 Delivery boy came to deliver the cylinder, as per bill amount 635/- was there but they was asking 700/-

                                I have ignored to pay extra amount than he said my self only pick the cylinder and hand over vacant cylinder to them.

                                i have called to SNS gas agency and their manager also told me to pay 700/- as Delivery asked.

                                I have not paid extra amount so they have not given me the cylinder and returned.

                                Please help me on this, what i need to do for this.

                                    I have got a LPG (INDANE) connection in my house. It has been noticed that the regulator has got some problem which was confirmed by the delivery boy and he has asked my daughter to contact the office for help. She has made telephonic complaints and they have confirmed that the mechanic will visit immediately. Even after 5 hours nobody turned up and when she contacted them again, they have responded "YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY CUSTOMER TO US AND WE WILL COME ONLY WHENEVER WE GET TIME. YOU CAN COMPLAIN TO ANY ONE AND WE ARE NOT BOTHERED ABOUT THAT AND YOU CAN DO NOTHING TO US". The problem has not been solved till now.

                                    Since my daughter is staying alone I request your immediate help in solving this problem.

                                      LPG GAS CYLINDER BOOKED BUT DELIVERE TO SOME ONE ELSE.
                                      M/S BLOSSOM GAS INDENE GAS DEALER NERA MODEL TOWN DELHI DELIVERS MY GAS CYLINDER TO SOME ONE ELSE. TO DAY ON 16.02.11 WHEN I WENT PERSONALLY I WAS TOLD THAT LPG GAS CYLINDER DELIVERY SLIP HAS BEEN ISSUED 2 DAYS BEFEORE AND THE SLIP IS WITH RAHUL PHONE NO [protected] NAD ASKED TO CONTACT RAHUL. RAHUL TOLD ME THAT HE COULD NOT DELIVER THE LPG GAS CYLINDER AND NOW THERE IS NO STOCK . QUESTION IS WHEN DELIVERY SLIP/CASH MEMO HAS BEEN ISSUE 2 DAYS BEFORE THEN WHERE MY LPG CYLINDER HAS GONE AND WHY THE SAME HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERE TO ME.IT SEEMS THAT THE DEALER WITH THE HELP OF HIS STAFF SELLING GAS CYLINDER IN BLACK NAD HARASSING THE CUSTOMERS.GAS BOOKED ON 09.02.11 HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TILL DATE I.E. 16.02.11 BY 1.10 P.M.
