i am a domestic gas connection user from Maruthi Agencies, Mugappair East.Chennai. my concumer no.is 14505. i have given standing instruction to the supplier to make delivery on saturdays only for which additional charge of Rs.25/- also i am paying per supply. i am a customer for the above agency for more than 10 year. There was no complaint whatsoever till 2009. But form the beginning of 2010, for every booking i had to remind the supplier for more than 5 to 10 times over phone. The staff attending the calls refuse to divulge their names and give false information regarding the date of delivery. After observing their attitude for the last one year only i am writing this complaint. For the current supply also they promised to supply on saturday, (12/02/2011), we were available whole day in our house. As the supply was promised on saturday we could not move out of our hosue. By 1700 hours also they promised to supply on saturday but not supplied,. Kindly take our complaint seriously and do the needful.

    I received my last cylinder in dec. and thereafter till now not received the cylinder delivery from Sanganer Gas Agency.

    My Consumer No. is 53024 and had booked the cylinder but every time i received false commitment from the agency side.even despite of several reminders and personal requests to the delivery man he also making fool to us and not deliver the cylinder.

    Kindly intervene in the matter.

    With due respect I Sk habibur Rahaman now residing at Vill+PO – Dabhanga, PS – Uluberia, Dist – Howrah is a regular customer of Indian Oil LPG of Bani Gas Agency, Birshibpur, Uluberia, Howrah bearing consumer No. 0193.

    Since long I am not receiving the supply of gas in a reasonable time. Sometimes the date of booking is being differed by the agency and supply becoming in ordinate delay. They also not supply me the number of gas booking. In the month of Jan 2012 I have booked the gas on 31-01-12 over phone as usual but when I requested to the gas they flatly denied the date .

    Sir, I being service man can hardly peruse the matter. My family members suffer a lot for this.

    In the above circumstances I seek you kind intervention so that I can get the gas regularly.

    My consumer number is 13064 at Gorakhpur (U.P), with your distributor at Buxipur, Kalindi Gas Services. I have booked my refill on 28/01/2015 after expiry of 21 days. My Cash memo was issued on 06/02/2015. Since then I have visited the distributor 5-6 times and have also send msg twice on the personal mobile of the proprietor, but of no use. To day the distributor have conveyed me that my Cash memo No.[protected] dated 06/02/2015 is forged, and "YE COMPANY WALE AISE HI CASH MEMO JARI KAR DETE HAIN". Now your cash memo shall be issued after 3 days and refill shall not be delivered before 25th of the month. Sir please let me know if the refill if given after expiry of 50 days.

      Dear sir

      I am single cyllinder connection from Inadane gas Consumor no; 75343 at sambhavi indane gas distributors. Every time gas delivery boy create nusence at delivery time for not tally the cyllinder number with bill. is there Indane gas enter the number system for supplying in gas delivery. he is not responding properly and behaving rudely in sennce of consumors.
      kindly treat my problem as in your view.

        Sir,

        I have booked my cylinder on 19th Dec 2010 and today is 13th Feb 2011 and still Sumita Gas Agency Mall Road Kanpur has not delivered my cylinder of LPG. I have visited them atleast 10 times and on every visit they say " we will deliver it this week", this is there falls promise.

        These guys are totally involved in black marketing of cylinders as there local delivery man :Gajendra" openly selling cylinders for Rs 600. You just go pay him Rs 600 and he will give you cylinder immediatly.There is no comtrol of Indian Oil Officers aand i doubt they are also taking their share from these corropt LPG Agencies.

        My registration number is 13068 in Sumita Gas Agency , Mall Road Kanpur. I booked by phone on 19th Dec 2011 and they made slip for home delivery on 12th January 2011, almost 26days of my booking order and after that almost 1 month have gone and they are making fool o[censored]s.

        Please if you guys have any sincerity then have take action against these corrupt guys.

        sir,
        i have booked an lpg gas cylinder on 05/04/2011 with RECIEPT No. 1430 at ARUNIT INDIAN DISTRIBUTOR, D.B. road SAHARSA, Bihar, Phone Number of the agency is[protected], 226528 which is not making the home dliveries of gas cylinder even after 46 days of booking the gas cylinder which is very irresponsible.
        even the phone numbers which were mentioned above are not working properly and i am just not getting any response from the agency in this regard. i kindly request you to take some serious action in this regard so that not only me but all the people of our locality get relief from this problem.

          i have made complaint to kasna indane gas agency 4 times to attend gas leakage problem but no one has turned up to attend the problem so far. The aency when asked to provide complaint no, they denied giving it to me telling that for this no complain no is given. this complain i ma making since 09th feb'2011. My consumer no is K7212. i need help in this reard to et the problem attended at the earliest possible.

          We had got a sealed cylinder from Mithala Gas Agency (authorised dealer of Indane). Yesterday when the Gas in the cylinder got finished, i started relacing it with the filled cylinder which we got from Mithala agency. As usual i opened the seal & cap of the cylinder & the cylinder started leaking with full preasure.
          It was really a bad & terrifing experience to see a cylinder getting leaked with such a pressure & to imagine the kind of damage it could have done to the life & property.
          As it was a sunday i was available in the house being a weekly holiday for me & handled the situation. Had it been a weekday it would have been a disaster being my wife & kid alone in the house.

          I insist that these Gas companies/ Agencies should be penalised to the highest level in such cases as the intensity of loss & damage is huge & also entails a lot of harrasement to the consumers.

            sir, i would like to inform you that in our place meance kittur here we are not getting gas properly, and here he is charging Rs360/- but the bill ammount is Rs 358.27/-. and also he use to force to take rubber pipe in his store only if we did not take means he will not give gas. but now a days he stopped supplying gas to home delivery and there also he is not providing service to the customer so i kindly request you that to help us for get good service in our village.

            I Am BalaNarashim. Cmr For indiane Gas And The Dristrubruter Cauvery Indane Agency[protected] Cust No:23660 Ph No:[protected]. On 11/11/08 I Had Booked And The Booking No Is :-607 They Said That The Cylinder Will B Delivered In Next 2 Weeks And After That Still The Cylinder Is Not At All Delivered And When We Call Up The Agency People And Ask For The Cylinder They Say That Already Your Cylinder Is Been Given And They Talk To The Cmr In Juch Worst Languages. And Even They Say They Cant Give Cylinder For This Month And Again I Should Wait For More Than A Month Again This Is rediclus And The Services Which Is Given By Cauvery Gas Agencey K.R Puram Is Worst So Whom So Ever Is This Concerned Kindly Go Through It And kindly Take Necessary Action Against It And See That The Cylinder Is Delivered In Next 2 Days

            We have a serious problem with the delivery services of indian gas domestic calender in our locality. the sealers boys are sealing those calender to non booking customers inligaly with high pries. so the booking customer didn't gate their Gas on the time... and also sealers boys are claim for a extra delivery charge from booking customer forcefully without any money receive.... if a customer didn't agree to pay the extra charges then they sale the calender to others with high pries....

                Dear Sir,

                I have booked gas refill through Indane on-line gas booking system website is http://www.tomogas.com/iocl/. 04-Jan-2011 at 3:49 pm. The gas agency has not responded and unable to given delivery, when I approached agency on 14-Jan-2011, I have been informed by person at agency that they have not received data from the on-line system; thus agency again booked the gas-refill. The gas got delivered after days.

                This month I have booked the gas on 06-Feb-2011 through website (booking No.1419) Today (10-Feb-2011) I informed the gas agency that I have not received the gas delivery, they have denied the WEB booking again informed that the consumer can book the gas only after 17-Feb-2011 i.e., 30 days booking time limit is required. I am aware that customer can book the gas after 20 days that is applicable to all gas providers. Please note that gas agency is unable to deliver the gas according the need of customer and try to convince that 30 days booking is mandatory.

                I request you to kindly intervene in this case and save me from the harassment of Ashu Gas Service.

                Indane Gas — Pathetic Service of Distributor Ashu Gas

                Dear Sir,

                I would like to put in complaint for Ashu Gas Service distributor of Indane Gas in Rajourie Garden, New Delhi

                1. To book a gas one has to call hundred times to get through otherwise take half a day just to book your gas.
                2. We had a delay in our earlier booking due to which we are off the normal cycle and since we do need a cylinder approx 20 days from start they dont want to help us .

                So if you use Indane gas its your problem the consumer should bear the pathetic attitude of the staff and the distributor.

                What mechnism does Indian Oil have to put to task such distributors ??

                since last 2 months i have not received my lpp gas and am tired of complaining to this agency but so far no action have been taken.If no solution is provided in regard to my complaint then i have to go to the consumer court.

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      I would like to lodge a complaint againt Indane Gas Dealer K2 International Address - 255 A Pocket N Sarita Vihar New Delhi - 76. In last 1 month I have tried booking the gas but it has not supplied so far. I called indane gas toll free number because only this phone number works. Phone numbers provided by agency never worked and this is not first time its happening other people also facing similar problems while ordering a cylinder, it looks like agency sell the cylinder in black market which cost some where around 750 to 1000 way more than 350 its actual cost. Please stop this before it gets escalated to higher levels.

                        Sub : Complaint against Indane LPG Dealer in Hooghly.
                        Ref : Consumer No. 2836

                        Much against my wish, I have to strongly register this formal complaint against Mallick Brothers at Dr. Prasad Das Mallick Sarani, Hooghly (phone nos.[protected] &[protected] for long delay in delivery coupled with malpractice. There is always some unusually long waiting in getting gas supply from this Dealer compared to other Dealers. Probably their coverage area may have become more than their capacity for which it is now high time for INDANE to consider appointment of a second dealer in our area. While we are accustomed with a waiting of 10/15 days from date of booking to get delivery of our gas every month, this month’s waiting has surpassed all time record.

                        Last I booked my gas on 12th January, 2011 and I was told that it would take about 20 days which means the gas should have been supplied to me around end of January, 2011. Since there was no supply until then, I started checking almost daily from 3rd February, 2011 the status of delivery of my gas over phone to which they had been telling me that it would be delivered shortly. I took patience and thought that my gas would be supplied definitely on 6th February, 2011 as next two days were holidays for the dealer – 6th was their weekly closure and 7th was closed for Saraswati Puja.

                        Since I did not get my supply even on 6th, I got impatient and phoned them exactly at 10:30 a.m. today (9/2/2011) and wanted to know the status of my gas supply. To my utter surprise, I was told that the delivery boy came to my house on 6th February, 2011 (Sunday) but reportedly could not see anybody at my house and hence delivered the gas elsewhere. This statement of the dealer made me furious as 6th Feb was Sunday and apart from my wife, I was also present in the house the whole day. Moreover, my daughter also came down from her in-laws house and she was also with us on 6th the whole day in the house. Therefore, the statement given by the delivery boy to the office was an utter falsehood just to whitewash his wrong-doing of selling my gas to someone else at a high premium. The dealer’s office staff was very adamant over phone and was unwilling to listen to my statement in order to only defend the statement given by the delivery boy as 100% true. This is not the first time and similar malpractice happened in the past also when I made verbal complaint then with the dealer but it seems it is a non-starter. However, we cannot sustain this kind of injustice any longer and hence this complaint. I am sure a number of other consumers may have similar experience and indignation against this dealer but may just be digesting the injustice without making a hue and cry like me.


                        Since I have not got the gas even after lapse of full 27 days (from 12/1/2011 to 9/2/2011) and since my gas was delivered to other consumer without my knowledge, it is the normal practice that I need to book my gas afresh and again wait another 27 days or so to come my turn. This being not practicable, I immediately sent my wife this morning to the dealer’s office to make a physical presence to make the complaint when she saw a huge crowd of dissatisfied consumers waiting outside the dealer’s office. When my wife started raising her voice to establish that the delivery boy was out and out wrong, the office staff called her inside and appeased her with an assurance that my gas would be supplied in a day or two. However, until and unless it is physically delivered, I am keeping my fingers crossed.

                        It may not be out of place to mention here that a large number of hotels, restaurants and caterers are flourishing in Hooghly-Chinsurah area, falling within the jurisdiction of this dealer’ supply area and it seems they are not affected, in any way, like us due to severe scarcity of LPG gas. I simply wonder how they are regularly getting their supply whose consumption may be 10 times more than domestic requirements like us. If they are also getting their supply of LPG gas in proper sequence and genuine waiting like us, I am sure their shutters would have been closed long back.

                        I hope you would take up seriously with the above-named dealer and ensure that such harassment and irregularities do not recur in future. INDANE should also immediately consider a 2nd agency in Hooghly area.

                        Indane (LPG supply) — complaint against dealer

                        Sir, I had booked gas cylinder refill on 9.5.2011 vide booking No.5971 on Indane IVRS No.[protected] and received their SMS on 12.5.2011 for Cash memo generation (Cash memo No.7680). Till date i.e. 19.5.2011 I have not got my refill. Due to this inordinate delay I have faced lot of problem. The dealder (Parul Gas Agency, Sanat Nagar Burari, Delhi) always provide late delivery. They take 10 to 15 days after the booking. This period is very long. There is no scarcity of LPG but the dealer delivery man sold it on premium amount. For the last 3 days I am trying Indane helpline No.[protected] continuously but it is not responding. once its connect the voice comes all the operators are busy you are in queue please wait. I had hold the line for 30 minutes but the operator not connected. So the helpline facility is useless. The area manager No. provided on site is also not responding. I have searched all IOC site but not found the exact number who to contact regarding my grievance. Kindly do the needful and forward my complaint to concerned authority and take appropriate action against this kind of negligence and inordinate delay in supply every month to the consumer.                         I, having consumer no AN/19393 registerd with The Annapurna Indane Distributors lodged this complain for non supplying Gas cylinder even after lapse one month of my booking, Every time on contact through Telephone and at the office it has been answered , :it will supplied in adays or two days: but that day is not come after alapse of 34 days.If it happened a person like me who hold administrative post under the State Government then what will be the fate of the common people.

                        TILL TODAY'S DT IS 01.07.12. After expiry of 28 days no gas cylinder supplied by agency. On personal enquiry I have been told by the agency staff that within 10 days delivery will be made. but even repeated approach they did not comply our request. The agency staff intentionally harassing me and taking plea stating that your house was locked so returned back without knocking our door. This is not true, my house never locked.

                        Therefore, request you to kindly instruction may be given to agarwal agency to not to do this type of practice and harassment the consumer.
                        and advise to supply gas cylinder immediately.

My consumer number is (69650).The same was delivered to me on 3rd of Feb. The Cylinder supplied underwight by 4-5 kg then I returned to supplier on the same time.

                            For your information, this is not the first instance. In spite of my repeated requests from 4th of Feb. on your complaint cell numbers-([protected]),[protected],[protected] to check and supply full weight cylinder………….STILL WAITING

                                Indane Gas agency Nalagarh distt Solan Himachal Pradesh the people of agency are distributing the cylinder in illegal way in the area of Bhud, Manpura ,and Kishanpura .There is no GAS regular supply in the area People are Purchasing 1050/ Rs Per cylinder form Black Market. Sir there is no any GAS Supply from last 2 Month and nobody can open the mouth against that GAS Mafia. Lot of people are in this area selling the cylinder in shops.

                                sir we are facing a great trouble.one of our neighbour is selling gas illegally in our locality by taking out gas from filled cylinder to small cylinder by some means.as it is very risky ,because the smell of gas is spreading out in every corner of our locality.as it is also very inflammable,it may cause some explosion.HE TAKE FILLED CYLINDER FROM GAS VENDOR AS THEN STARTS SELLING IT IN HIS KIRANA SHOP.THIS KIRANA SHOP IS OWNED BY THAKUR SON OF MUSI MIAN.We request you to take immediate steps as soon as possible.

                                  I had registered a new connection on dated 05/02/2011 in the name of kumari Sunita d/o Sh. Chhote Lal add- A-155 st no-5 mandoli ext. near bank colony road nand nagri delhi-93. When I went to take connection on dated-08/02/2011 the owner of the gas agency (prithvi gas agency ) Mr. Sanjeev singh talked me in a very rude manner and told me to take gas stove forcefully. The price of gas stove is Rs.1000.00 (approx.) and he told me to buy gas stove from there in Rs.1800/- when i told him not to buy gas stove from there then he abused me and said that there was no cylinder without gas stove and said that i have a full power not to give u cylinder and torn my gas related documents and pushed me out of the gate forcefully and said " kar le jo tere bas ki ho " and " main apni marji se jise chahun use cylinder dunga tujhe yahan se cylinder nahi milega bhag yahan se"

                                  I want to know that is there no way out to give me cylinder and nobody can do anything to Mr Sanjeev singh and teach him manner such as he treated me

I fed up everytime i book my refill. It is really embarrassing.                                       My consumer no.34683 and I am a resident of 17,3rd street,Bank Colony,Madhavaram Milk Colony,Chennai 600 051 (My cell No. is [protected]) M/s RAJESH GAS AGENCY (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection.. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected],[protected] remains busy and not answering.
                                      We are booking the cylinder after 21 days only,because RAJESH GAS AGENCY,will not take order booking before 21 days.our last delivery was happened on 29.12.10,for that we booked on 19.11.10,it took one month and 10 days,that’s why I’m writing this mail about the services of RAJESH GAS AGENCY.
                                      I booked on 20.01.11,but so far delivery has not yet happened,whenever we contacted them thru the telephone,they are not all giving correct answer and they are telling that they will be delivering in another two days,but this is not happening.After that two days when we contact them in office by direct visit,then they are telling that ,they don’t have stock and again they are telling that it will take another two days.this is happening from 26.01.11.whenever we are calling thru the telephone,first of all they wont attend the phone call,if they pick then ,they were talking very rudely and they are telling that they have sent for delivery.when we contacted our delivery boys they said that they have not received the order and our management will tell the same thing.ie. they will lie to the customer.
                                      We booked our cyclinder on 20.01.11 but they are telling that,as per their records on 22.01.11,I don’t know that how it is happening from their end.
                                      Sir, last two days,our both the cylinder has empty and we borrowed the cyclinder from our neighbor.not only I’m facing this problem ,in and around of bank colony people facing this problem from RAJESH GAS AGENCY.
                                      Why I’m mailing this mail,because our both the cylinders are empty,please deliver asap
                                      I look forward to take the appropriate action against your distributor and make your customer feel happy.

                                        You can cross check the same. The no's are only ornamental. Even after trying for 3 days
                                        continueously I am not able to contact them. You may advise all the agencies to book thro'
                                        e-mail and make it mandatory to give the e-mail addresses.
                                        All our friends are also having the same problems with this agencies. May be you have given
                                        them much more quantity what they cannot handle. Kindly make arrangement to give sub-agency
                                        nearer to our place, .,J.P.Nagar 7th Place.
                                        Also, your toll free no. is not working effectively.
                                        With earnest hope I am complaining to you with out prejudice what so ever. Kindly do the
                                        needful at the earliest. It is great if I get a word in reply.
