I want to share you all the incident that happened on Saturday,23th Oct 2010,
By the orders of Indian Oil officials, complaint numbers/suggestion number/email ID's are displayed on a board outside the agency so that a common man can easily complaint against authorities.
But it is not so safe when licenses are allotted to ruffians(badmash).
On this Saturday,23th Oct 2010, around 1:30PM system(computers) was not working in Yadu Gas Services, Shahibabad(Gzb) due to which people had to suffer.
A young guy took a photo of complaint board, so that he can dial a number or send mail regarding the complaint from his home.
He was brutally beaten by the staff/agency holder. He was shouting 'Save me'(bachao bacho) but no one can dare to save him, as they were around 10 people, two of them had riffles also.
It's just a request with Govt. officials that please don’t allot agencies to such mobster(Gangster) or what the use of such display of board when a common man can't complain against agency.
Also request to common man, please have patience and check the surroundings then only take such bold decision.
IOCL gas — Much more late delivery
Dear sirour consumer no 13531, our delivery agencies name Sri Balaji Agencies at ambattur Chennai -53 Whenever I trying to book the gas they are not at all booking on that day itself , always they are neglecting to book the gas and telling me to book after 10 days while calling on that day again they are telling me to book after 5 days after the booking process they deliver the gas more than 10 days. whenever i called they wont responding properly. but they are maintaining the documents properly by malpractice that is they are booking the gas before 5 days of delivery because of this situation we cant claim them to deliver the gas. now in my home both the cylinders were empty and i cant able to prepare the foods because of the poor service of the agency.kindly take action to make the proper delivery of that agency.
