My LPG connection no. LT 4389, and I am subscribed to Indane gas distributor Anirudha Gas Sewa, Road no.- 1, Rajendra Nagar, Patna, Bihar. I have single cylinder & booked the cylinder on 07 October 2010. office man give the commitment that cylinder will reach within 2 day. but till today no any cylinder reach at my house. every day i call gas agency office and some one (lady) pick up Phone and say your cylinder is reaching at home but after 16 days of booking no any cylinder reaching at my home. It is very much surprising that my vendor sold 4-5 cylinder everyday in black marketing and asked me to pay Rs. 450/- for a cylinder. when i enquired about my booked cylinder he told that gas truck not come so delivery is too much late. I think that gas agency in collusion with vendor and local shopkeeper sale the cylinders in black marketing and also stolen 2-3 k.g. gas from cylinder who deliver at home. Always i suffered this type of problem. Please take necessary action against gas agency & solve my problem.

Indian oil corporation — LPG sale in black markting

Dear Sir,



I am a domestic consumer of LPG Cylinder from your distributor M/s Shri Vighnesh Indane, Dist. Code[protected], Dhanbad. In this connection, we would like to inform you that we are not getting LPG cylinder regularly. They are not even booking the cylinder before 21 days from the issue of one LPG cylinder. We are facing problem due to this as my family is big and consumption of gas in my family is high. However, LPG cylinder is available with a higher price to every one at your above mentioned distributor.



In this above context we would like to know whether there is any provision of 21 days period gap between issues of successive LPG cylinders. Further we would like to know whether there is any system with Indian Oil Corporation to monitor whether genuine domestic consumers are getting LPG without any difficulties.





Further I request you kindly give me the address of your Information officer under the Right to Information Act.

INDIAN OIL L.P.G — POOR DELIVERY and BLACK SELLING

Dear Sir,

With humble request , i would like to introduce that I am the costumer of indane gas and my costumer I.D is 5222 . i have D.B.C connection. Although i have this connection but i am facing the problem of shortage of gas cylinder since from last one year due to following reasons.

1) One month gap between the two consecutive bookings to get a single cylinder by the dealer. Due to this we have to manage one gas cylinder for more than two months and our minimum need is one cylinder per month.

2) During the duration of one month gap the authorised dealer sometimes sells the cylinder in black to some other party/person for their profit.

3) Many times i had cought the dealer for black selling of cylinder, then he instantly manage the cylinder for supply.

4) On enquiring about the delay in delivery of cylinder they doesnt reply properly and also behave very rudely and even use the abusing language.

I am LPG consumer of your distributor M/S- Raj Enterprises at Bikramganj, Disit- Rohtas . The services given is very unsatisfactory so much to say they always insist for verification changes where as in M/S- Tamana Indane no such verification in carried on.
The consumer card with photo was verified in[protected].
We do not get home delivery where as my residence is in the center of town.
The behavior of office staff is painful.
You are therefore requested to direct the distributor to transfer my connection in M/S- Tamana Indane, Bikramganj to eredicate my suffering.

Respected Sir,

with due respect I SWASTIKA CHAND state that me and my family are facing lots of problem due to this JAY SHREE INTERPRISES which is in a Lategated Property,
The owner of this gas arency keeps the cylinders in area which is residential which is future may cause distriuetion in the surrounding area we are residing in the first floor and his JAY SHREE ENTERPRISES gas agency is in the ground floor.
I therefore, request you to kindly take some preuentive action.

    I beg to state that I took LPG connection (RT-27678)on 08.09.06 on transfer basis( A 278394 TV /1061666 )SV No.0107571 and got first cylinder on 28.09.06 and secod on 07.10.10.During this period, I could neither got any LPG nor contact the vendor (presently Verma Gas Agency),while LPG is being issue continuously from my connection.

    So you are kindly requested to stop selling in black and take action against defaulter.

    My self ranjeet kumar jha .i m ur consumer and using indane gas through u.one complain regarding ur delevry boy his name is Manoj and contact no is [protected].i booked the gas on 13/04/11 and got it on 21/04/11.gas cylinder seal was broken and 50% gas already used. my landlord told him about it but he asked about me to talk i will manage.i talk with him he told me i will return ur cylinder that was my mistake he accept it but till date he did not come to return.
    so as soon as possible plz take a legal action against this boy.so that in futer can not re-pit such types of behavior.

      Dear consurned as i went to the one of the Station of Indian gas distributar of Ghansoli for the new connection they said i have to pay Rs.4700+ but when i said that i have already gas stove at home which is ISI mark and whch is recogised as per the rules but on that they said it not possible if i need only gas cylinder and if i need then it will take 15 to 20 days for that but before that when they were not aware about that i have gas stove they were saying that for whole process it will take only 3 days and my gas will be at my home.

      Kindly look into the matter and do something to resolve the same.
      Yes it happened even with one of my frnd few months back..

        M/s Roy & Dutta Enterprises (Distributor Name - Biswanath Dutta) of Indane at 13, Indralok Estate, Sodepur, Kolkata - 700110 is demanding Rs. 45/- for issuing a new Domestic Gas Consumer Card which tracks all the booking details.

        Is the charge legitimate at all? Why the consumer have to pay such amount for an official record?

          Dear Sir,

          My submissions are as under:

          (1) That my cylinder was stolen from my uncle’s shop at Malawala Bus Stand, where this cylinder along with 5 other cylinders were kept for re-filling, as Home delivery facility is not provided by the Gas supplier and delivery van is available at Bus Stand only at the time of delivery.

          (2) An FIR in respect of theft of 6 cylinders was lodged with Police Station, Jamwa Ramgarh by my uncle in his name because the incident of theft was occurred in his shop. The FIR No. is 232 dated 2nd October, 2010.

          (3) The names and consumer numbers of each consumer are mentioned in this FIR.

          (4) For getting a new cylinder on payment in lieu of my stolen cylinder, I approached the Gas supplier and they advised to further approach Regional Office at Jaipur for seeking their approval.

          (5) On submission of an application alongwith a copy of FIR and other documents for getting another cylinder, the Costumer Care Executive in Indane Area Office, Jaipur refused to give approval of the cylinder and said that FIR was to be lodged individually by the consumer instead of this combined FIR. However, in FIR the names and consumer numbers of each consumer are mentioned.

          Considering the facts mentioned above, you are requested to kindly look into the matter and if deem fit kindly direct the concerned authority to sanction a cylinder in lieu of the stolen cylinder on the basis of this FIR because the incident was not occurred at my house.

            Consumer No. 26098. Last 10 days, Lakhs of times I called their in 4 of their
            numbers. Always recorded message is coming and not picked up their phone. Please book the gas and warned them to take the phone and provide
            email facility, and sms facility to the consumer to book the gas.

                this is inform that i have transferred from bangalore city to mumbai city
                and i m located at balkum thane mumbai and i am unable to trace the indane gas distributors nearby this
                my full address is varadhamana gardens, balkum thane (w) mumbai opp to big bazzar, near lake city mall

                can you guide me on this.
                This is basically a complaint as well as an inquiry that is there any compulsion of producing a ration card for booking of refill gas cylinder on a connection that is almost 5 years old? I hold this LP gas connection with "Gokul Gas Service" situated on Gorwa-Refinery Road, Vadodara, Gujarat. There was no information of such requirement for booking a refill gas cylinder. Of late, Gokul Gas Service has been telling that they will not take further booking of refills without production of a ration card. Basically, I do not have a ration card myself or my wife and children and also do not have any of my family members' names on my parent's ration card. The name was cancelled from parent's ration card since about last 5 years or so. Getting a ration card is a very difficult and money-spending task for no reason as I am getting all my rice, sugar, etc., from the open market and am happy with that because the ration card supplies might not be sufficient for my family.

                My LPG refill is suplled by Shanti indane, WZ-427, sadh nagar gali NO-18K, palam colony, new delhi, i have booked of my gas on 27.08.2008 and they delivered it on around 20-22 Sept. 2008 after my several reminders to them. Due to function at my place, today I called them for 2nd celender and they refused to deliver it before 21st day of 1st celender. If you calculate the date when I booked 1st celender then one month has already lapsed on 27.09.08. Most of the time the agency's staff are not picked up the phone or they will give some vague reply or assure falsely to me saying that we have already sent our man but there there is not man at work. I have also spent so much to connect them but they do not pick up the phone.

                I request to you please take some strict action against this company, I always face many problems every time.

                I Have completed all processere for new gas number and moreover address varification is completed by speed post but to deliver gas agency is charghing more as they are compelling customers to take cylinder with stove and costing 3600 Rs.
                This is all 'bout the curruption and hope you must be aware of such kind of problems. you are highly requested to take action against it or I am going to write a letter to Prime minister and copy to other departments of government.That may further lead to consumer court.

                  I have a connection of Domestic Gas having connection number TSV 14821 since 20 years. Service Station is Registered in the name of TAJ GAS SERVICE, DELHI GATE, AGRA. Phone:[protected], 2553613.
                  Sir/Mam, I am not getting proper supplies according to the booking of Refill Gas Cylender in time. Instead of current supply I am getting the Refill Cylender not before 30 to 35 days. And also nothing has been done from IOCL office Sanjay Place, Agra, when reported there.

                    This is something really serious. Sarvatra Gas Agency ( Brahma Nagar,Kanpur) is creating a nuisance to the customers by delaying the delivery of cylinders. A cylinder is never booked before 21 days and delivery is furthermore delayed to 15 to 20 days or even more.These cylinders are openly available in black market. Every person suffer this problem. This gas agency service is very bad.
                    Every person not satisfied this agency service.

                        Respected Sir,

                        With ref. to the above, I one of the most senior citizen , hereby inform you that , We are two retired school teachers ( husband & wife ) residing in our house , (having aged 78 and 69 years respectively) , one of the proud customer of 'Indane' .
                        But unfortunately, very unwanted situation occurred in our daily life created through Pandua Indane Service .The fact is ....
                        that, We have received our last Cylinder on 03.09.2010 ;
                        that, on 2nd Sept. our 2nd cylinder became empty ;
                        that, Pandua Indane Service refused to book against 2nd cylinder before 18.09.2010 ;
                        that, it was booked on 18.09.2010 ;
                        that, today it is 19th. October , 2010 , no cylinder has been delivered till now ;
                        that, In the 1st. week of Oct. they said that "the cylinder will be delivered within a very short time" ;
                        that, in the 2nd week of October they said "it will be delivered tomorrow"....then .."today " ,
                        that, in the 3rd. week of October they said ".your booking has been cancelled" and the cause is unknown to them .
                        How strange the matter is.
                        It is not easy to us to go frequently and daily twice/thrice to the Indane Office , as we are old and we have no other member in our family . Mostly, they talk unauthenticated matters which has no base , Viz., "you can't book now even if your cylinder is empty " ,.... "Your booking has been cancelled", ... if we ask why , the answer comes "we don't know" ...etc. and they are used to talk only verbally without black & white proceedings.                         I'm sure that you will take necessary steps against harassing this senior citizen having no other person in the family for help and if possible, any special measure for the old aged persons .

                        IOCL--Indane — Compulsion to buy other products from them

                        When I inquired for new LPG connection at M/s Chirag Gas Agency of Indane (IOCL) at Karelibaug, Vadodara, they told me that along with Gas cylinder you will have to take other accessories like Gas stove, lighter along with it.

                          Hi Sir,

                          This is with reference to the above mentioned subject, we hold our LPG connection with Indane which is again served by Sree Ma kirupa Gas Agencies who have their office at Shop No:11, R-30, "A" TNHB Complex, Spartan Nagar, Annanagar West Extn - Chennai - 101.

                          We are not getting proper response from the frontliners who pick up our call - at times they even abuse at customers who walk-in to enquire / shout for the delay. There is no proper customer service forum in entirety. There is a manager/owner lady who walks into the office at 12PM everyday - customers are made to wait until she comes and then customers have to request for urgent cylinder requirement.

                          Frontliner customer enquiry desk agent who picks the call at times places the customers on long hold and wantedly make the customers to disconnect the line. Why there is no proper disciplinary action taken on these kind of agencies? Why should the public suffer?

                          They have sufficient stocks, they delay the household consumers and sell the stocks for Rs. 650 per cylinder to the hotels and other known or influential people - normal layman or middle class people suffer because of back door sales by the staffs.

                          Our consumer number is 4499 - its in my dad's name - Mr. F. Jones
                          we received our earlier supply on 17th September 2010 and booked for a new cylinder on 30th September 2010, for which we are supposed to get the supply on 8th October (21 days from the receipt of earlier supply). But till today 19th October 2010 we are not supplied with any cylinders by the agency. 32 days from our earlier supply. our cylinder got exhausted on 13th October 2010 and we called them to inform -agency didnt bother to supply yet.

                          We made alternate arrangements by borrowing cylinders from near and dear ones for Rs. 600.

                          I request the offices to make the agencies deliver the gas within the the specified date and time and be professionals enough to handle the customers properly.

                          Also need a compensation for the delay, for indulging us to spend extra cost in borrowing and contributing mental trauma and agony in following them up every time.

                          Dad is a disciplined retired central government employee and he needs rest and peace of mind, rather this guys contribute tension and pressure every month.

                          Kindly take necessary action and revert.

                          indane dada gas agency chennai-11 — long delay in delivery of gas cylinders

                          inspite of holding additional LPG domestic connection, every month facing a crisis in getting the gas cylinders and have to pay more and to get the cylinder from outside. my repeated requests went waste in the respective gas agency. kindly take an initiative in settling this problem.

                          Dada gas is being one of the very worst service that i got so far, people are very lethargic, rude and fun. i don't know to whom to complaint about this, please help the consumer to get good services. if any one knows about the head office number kindly provide.

                            I want to bring this into the kind notice of this forum; that despite booking for Refill of my LPG connection from Indian Gas on 1-Oct-2010 through tele booking, but still it has not been refilled. Meanwhile i had booked again at 8th October 2010 giving details of my previous Refill request but Alas!! still the refill is not done.
                            I am not facing this delay in Refilling of LPG for the first time. Everytime i make a complaint through email to IOCL officers but its all in vain. Furthermore i never get a Response through helpline line number or local GAS distributor.
                            It is a matter of Shame for IOCL that even after having a reputation of such a great PSU, its consumers' are in pathetic state and very dissatisfied.
                            Kindly look into this matter . It will be a big help to me

                            gas.But the person in counter told me that you can't book right now since the gap of 21 day has not been completed till now.But i have to say that I have been delivered the previous booking more than one month. Every booking and delivery is mentioned on my consumer book.Although i havn’t booked recently then you please enquire who booked againt me on dated 14/08/2011 and taken the delivery? The owner of the gas agency misbehaved with me when i approached to him regarding this.He retorted you can go anywhere wherever you would like.This type of negligency and arrogant behaviour has caused major inconvenience to me.so you please look into the matter and do the needful.

                              lpg indane — non receipt of lpg even after 2 months

                              My consumption of LPG is only 1 bottle in 2 months. I am not not anxious about the non availability due to over use because I am a very economical and reasonable user. So I register only before two weeks I exhaust.
                              But my supplier POOJA GAS AGENCY .Eranakulam, says I must register immedietly after the reciept of the filled cylinder so they can supply after 20 days.
                              My question is should I have to collect the refills after every 20 days nd no matter I use or sell ?
                              Is there no preference for the energy savers like me.
                              Being a police officer I feel it as an agreement between the thief nd police ( dealer nd company)on a non theft period for citizens (consumers).Any one who do not book immediately after the reciept of a filled cylinder or do not use a bottle within 20 days can be robbed off company will not be responsible

                              Indane Gas — Abnormal Delay & Worst Service in Delivery

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have a LPG connection bearing no. 13871 with Priyanka Gas Agency, Naubasta, Kanpur in the name of Ramesh Chandra Tripathi R/o 16-A, Hanumant Vihar, Naubasta, Kanpur. I have received last cylender on 22.02.2010 and after 21 days i.e. dt. 15.03.2010, when I went to the dealer for booking then he told me that come again 22.03.2010 for booking and the cylender will be delivered at your home on dt. 23.03.2010 but after 10 days yesterday I went to agency then he said to me that we have no any vendor for delivery so, go to my godown and pick up the cylender from there. The godown is situated about 12 Km. from agency, I am a senior citizen and unable to go to godown due to old age and no any conveyance for his godown.
                              The dealer have a phone connection no is[protected] but nobody pickup the phone and not listen to the public request and his staff is very misbehave to the consumers. I said to his staff for complain, so his reply to me "Jao Jahan Mann Ho Complain Karo".

                              So, I request to you please solve my problem & oblige to me as early as possible.

                                Jai jawan Gas Service — Non delivery of LPG cylinder

                                Gas has been booked since 28.01.09 but till date the cylinder has not been delivered.None of the numbers are working so ultimately we have to go personally to get the gas booked.On 10.02.09, when i enquired the reply was very cold that the gas is not booked.He does the booking again but still till date the gas has not been delivered and nobody is responding.

                                i am lpg consumer in Raj flames. My consumer gas cylinder no. is RF2117 which is named as Ms. Prema Rawat. I booked my cylinder before 45 days ago and till today[protected] i did not received the cylinder. Raj Flames Gas agency is selling cylinders in black.And we have to buy the cylinder in black due to less amount of time.
                                I request you to take action soon and deliver the cylinder as soon as possible.And deliver the cylinder and check the gas agency to not to do this in future.And check the agency properly.

                                  Very poor LPG gas delivery from the Gas Distribution Agent M/S Pushpagiri Agencies, Nalanchira, Trivandrum Kerala. My Bill No is 9245; Customer No: 1111 8881. It's more than a month we had booked one cylinder and till now it's not delivered. The problem they are saying is that road is blocked as highway development works are going on. But when inquiring in office the reply is that the bill and cylinder are already dispatched. So where is this cylinder gone if it's not delivered to us? Does it vanished into air? It's 100% sure that the cylinder in our name is distributed to other private persons for more tips and commissions.
                                  Sir, Please look into this matter very seriously and take necessary action.

THEIR PHONES OF THE AGENCY IS ALWAYS ENGAGED AND EVEN IF WE GET SOME SOMETIME THEY DO NOT LISTEN THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE PROBLEM OR COMPLAINT. WE HOPE THAT YOU WILL TAKE UP THE MATTER AND RESOLVE PROBLEM.
                                    I have a domestic LPG gas connection. As a consumer of IOC No. 17763 my connection has been provided under the dealership of M/s R K Gas Services, Bhadbhada Road, Bhopal. Recently he supplied a cylinder at my home which is continuously leaking. Time and again persistently I have tried to inform on phone the dealer to immediately replace or repair the leaking cylinder. The telephone No. provided by the dealer has no response and due to which nobody is attending this serious problem. At present I am managing by borrowing a gas cylinder from my neighbour.

                                    This problem of communication with the dealer is always there. In person I have many times mentioned this to the dealer also and he has not provided any other phone or mobile No. for such emergency situation. The present phone no provided is 2776787.

                                    Kindly expedite matter and direct the dealer to change the cylinder.

Here we are pay 357 Rs indane gas to home delivery rate+30 Rs to riksha charge in godown. why godwon distance of six K.M. to sakti.But we are not meeted to home delivery service to here all public without powerful person.Here all time available indane gas for powerful person' hotel and black marketing by agent and Ms/r panchmukhi indane gas sakti . all service person live at our coloney whose full day on our duty. only ladies person live at home. so reason her not time taken for gas.If we are taken then two or three C. L. missed for one time cylender.
