SIR,I AM NIRMALA SINHA OF GIRIDIH.I AM A CONSUMER OF INDANE GAS CYLINDER FROM GIRIDIH INDANE SERVICE.MY CONSUMER NO. IS J-10004.MY PROBLEM IS THAT THE AGENCY IS NOT PROVIDING ME THE GAS CYLINDERS REGULARLY AND WHENEVER I GO TO THE AGENCY AFTER ITS OPENING OF 2 HOURS IN MORNING,THERE IS NOT A SINGLE CYLINDER LEFT THERE.AGENCY IS ALWAYS REMAIN CLOSED IN THE SECOND HALF PERIOD OF ITS OPENING IN THE SAME DAY THAT IS FROM 3:00 PM TO 5:00PM.I HAVE ALSO COME TO KNOW ABOUT THAT THE GAS DEALER IS INVOLVE IN BLACKMARKETING OF GAS CYLINDER.
SO,IT'S MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU THAT PLEASE TAKE AN EFFECTIVE ACTION AGAINST THIS PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

sir i feel ashamed of myself to tell you that a stupid dealer was playing with all our local people ...i booked gas for about past 20 days still not yet recieved i went there like an unknown person he took 200 rs bribe and gave me gas but as of now i had not got the gas ... a tall man from B.H.P.V counter (BHPV TOWNSHIP , VISAKHAPATNAM -530012 , A.P) is stupid ...plz take urgent action on him let us eat food daily...

i am domestic single cylinder LPG consumer at Kolkata, consumer No.2287 from Sonar bangla gas agency service, 147 Anandapur, P.S.Tiljala, Kolkata-700147.i had booked for cylinder on 22 Aug 2010 with my distributor. The same was to be delivered to me on 26 Aug 2010. However it did not materialize since the delivery person had sold off the LPG cylinder in open market at a premium price.This was immediately brought to notice of distributor who acknowledged the complaint and assured of a fresh delivery promptly. However till date (24 Sep 2010) despite repeated reminders, personal approach,requests and plea with the distributor, supply of the cylinder to me has not been done despite availability of adequate stock with him.This situation is regularly happening with this distributor and since there is no other Indane LPG distributor in our area, i am in an absolute helpless and frustrating situation. I also have applied for DBC with the same distributor for more than a year now but even that has not materialize.

hereby complaint of the above gas connection number that I had booked my gas on 28.08.2010 and on 17.09.2010 I again went to the dealer about the compliant of not delivery the Gas Refil. Till date (24.09.2010 at 4.44 PM) I cound not get any gas cylinder from the dealer. I personaly went at Kichan aids office in chandral nagar, Kamla nagar, Delhi. But they have not given any satisfactory answer to me. you are requested to kindly do some thing of misbehaving dearler.

The Indane gas agencies in bulandshahar are so careless about gas deliveries to home or we can say that they are doing black marketing of those gas booked by us.

the delivery man is crushing the consumer and asking more tips from the bill mentioned,if the gas amount is 352.32 he is asking 380/,the delivery man need not have to carry the gas as we have lift facility in our flat ,but he will not go from our door step until the amt is recovered its mere roberry to saymy gas agency is rose gas agency adambakkam,as everybody is not speaking out i want to reveal as somebody should tie the rope for the cat

I applied for new gas connection at Doni Polo Gas Agency( Indane) at Itanagar Arunachal Pradesh on 31-07-10 and my booking/application serial no is 113/July' 2010, but till date I have not been provided with gas connection. I am a defence personnel and we serve for the peace & security of the nation. My family member is alongwith me and I am suffering with big difficulties due to non availability of cooking gas. Please look into the matter personally and direct concern authority/agency to provide me new gas connection on compassionate ground immediately treating my case as a special case. But there employe said to me, Now company prohabited for new conection. They demanded bribe for this work.I have already Rassan card holder.


please inform me :- (1) Which documents are need for new conection?
(2) How much price(fixed by company) of new conection without stove (Chula)

Dear Sir,
I had booked for refilling my gas cylinder ( Consumer No.23918) on[protected] at GUHAN GAS SERVICE, Behind Thonnal Devi Temple,Pallippuram, Trivandrum. I had taken last delivery on[protected]. But till this date they were not ready to supply the cylinder. They were reminded several times over phone ,but their response was very harsh.
In my house a gas cylinder lasts for 22 to 25 days and I think it quiet normal in the case of a 4 member family. This agency never deliver the gas on time. Each time they are taking more than 35-40 days. Because of this delayed supply , as of now, both of my cylinder are empty. When I communicated this to them, they said that they are not supplied with sufficient cylinders by the company and there were consumers waiting for more than 45 days. So they are not able to supply me cylinder as of now.
I came to know that the company rule for delivery of refilled cylinder is 20 days ( maximum 30 days) after last delivery.After 35 days ,they frankly said that I will get the cylinder only after 45 days of booking.
Both o[censored]s, me and my wife , are bank officers (living far from our native place in connection with our career) are suffering a lot due to this problem. I do not know how to solve this and whom should I meet.
I request that necessary steps may kindly be taken to solve my problem and take arrangements to get the cylinder refilled immediately. Also to get the cylinder refilled at least once in 25 days in future.

Delay in suppling refills, sangameswar gas agency, Irinjalakuda. I registered for refill on 30th July 2010, after 30 days I regularly contact them onver telephone and they inform with in two to three days they will deliver. till date they didn't supplied the gas. my consumer No. 2421 name M L Jose. Usually there is delay in supplying. They are supplying after 45 to 50 days. While registering for the refill they says that they will supply with in thirty days. Never the supply recieves with in time for the last three years.

I am a consumer of Indane gas connection No. 2169 of Modern gas Agency, Shyam Nagar 'C' Block Kanpur. Since 15 Sept.2010 I am trying the phone No. 2422920 to book our gas for home delivery. It is very unfortunate that no body is receving the phone to book the gas.The Behavior of Agency worker as well as onwer of the agency is highly objectenable at the time of contect to agency. you are requested to do the needful. I have booked for a refill on 04.09.2010 with M/s. Hanseswari Gas Sevice 14, Rudra Main Road, Po: Bansberia, Dt: Hooghly . My consumer number is T - 1096 but am sorry to say that after 17 days have passed till date I failed to receive the same even after repeated assurance over phone from last Tuesday (14.09.10).
The organisation refuses to book cylinders before 20 days of delivery of the previous cylinder what they says is the Company's directive.Please may I know if it is true?
The delivery boy, named Babloo, dare to threaten my wife by saying "You are not doing the things right, you will have to repent", when she refused to pay extra money to him on delivery.
I went to the concerned office to complain against the same when a person from inside the counter (Name not known) said very politely "when everyone pays extra why don't you".
Lot many things are there which I don't want to mention as it will harm the image of the Organisation, what I am concerned is the timely delivery of cylinders at my place.
I would request you to change the deliveryman from my area to avoid malpractices.

Dear Sir,

For the last 2 months I have not recieved the refill for my LPG despite booking through the 24 hours booking no: 1260. The last booking was made on 06/09/2010. Booking No.1.

The possibilities of the gas refill issued against my bookings being sold at a higher price in the open market cannot be ruled out.

The agency's phone numbers come busy continuously and one can hardly reach them.

I have tried to reach the customer Service Cell no. at[protected] without any success.

I have also tried to lodge a complaint through your 24 hours customer service cell number. The calls ended without allowing me to lodge the complaint. Though I have been given complaint numbers twice (5462 and 5463 on 22nd Sept 2010).

I tried to email the Area manager and the State LPG in-charge of Indian Oil Corporation at the given email ids in the website ([protected]@indianoil.co.in and [protected]@indianoil.co.in) but they bounced back.

Under the circumstances, I am facing a huge problem. I request you for your immediate intervention and necessary action.

Indian Oil petrol pump at Madhapur which is a landmark for many this area has a reputation of cheating with its customers.

I had faced it previously and it happened again yesterday (i.e. 20 Sep 2010). I took my car for refueling and asked the attendant to fill in for Rs. 1000/-. I got down of my car and stood along with the attendant while he reset the meter. I confirmed to him that I wanted fuel for Rs. 1000/- but he acted not to be attentive. He started pumping petrol in my car and then suddenly stopped at Rs. 200/-. I asked him what happened and he said that I had asked for only Rs. 200/-. I was pissed off to see that he was the same person who had once tricked me in the same way few months back (after which I had stopped visiting this pump) with his trick of short filling.

I have the gas connection with the no 304747 at GNS Gas services, shanthi nagar, Hyderabad. as per the norms, the gas has to be booked after 21 days from the delivery date. When ever i tried to book the cylinder it will not be connected and more over it takes 2 to 3 days to get the line and after wards the delivery time takes more than 10 days. That means the gas will be available more than one month from delivery date. It is very difficult to take gas after month as the delay in delivery of the gas. please look in to this matter and please issue the necessary instructions to deliver the gas within one week from the booking date.

I informed my Indane Gas dealer Arunita Gas Agency SCO 50 sector 47 C chandigarh distt code No.[protected] on september 16 (telephone nos.2633529,2634529) that there is a severe leakage of Gas from the Indane Gas Cylinder.
They kept telling me that their person will reach soon.No body came till now (september 22).
I called on their mobile no [protected] which was switched off throughout the day.
I was able to put a cap on the cylinder to plug it to avoid any mishap.

SIR We are staying theriruveli village,mudukulathur t.k.we are buying indane gas from mudukulathur chandran gas agencies. 3 months this agency collect money one indane cylinder Rs 400 sir,my people are very poor.thats all kindly consider this matter. This agency collect more money sir,thats all we complaint,kindly considerthis matter to avoid misuse for your agengy

The Indane Sterling gas dealer in Asmangadh, Malakpet has poor response on IVR for gas booking. The IVR gives registration number but delivery is not happening. The dealer says the IVR is working properly. There is no specific reason whether the gas shortage is happening or gas cylinder been diverted to some where else.Until the consumer personally visits the office the gas cylingder is not delivered. For this unnecessarily the customer has to take a half-day leave with the employer. The gas dealer is not at all bothered on this issue.
