Dear Sir,
I have a inden Gass connection which was taken from Malda Dist (West Bengal) 2007 and Due to my Transferable Job I have transfered my Gass connection from Malda (west Bengal) to Raipur (Chhattisgarh) in 2009. I have submited my all document to my nearest Distibutor Kichen Quien. But from Last 1.5 years they are not provide my my Re - Connection and when I ask to them they are said that Malda Branch not confirm to them that why they are not provide any re connection

    Out o[censored]tter anguish and mental pressure that I am submitting this complaint kindly take attention to this. I have an Indane gas connection with M/S Poornima Indane Service ( 555C, 555D/XII ) Parakode, Adoor CODE No. 4984658 My consumer number is 7239 For the past many years their service has been so poor that the all residents are put at their mercy to get their refill.I urgently require your immediate attention. My mother in law who is 79 years is residing in paracode and to getting a refill for younger people is so difficult so you can imagine how hard it is for her. While i was there for my holidays i Really faced the whole scenario It was like this their delivery auto passes through the main road honking their horn so whoever hears it have to rush to the main road and wait for 15-20 minutes and when the auto returns we have to tell them that we need the gas then those residing in the inside lanes have to run along with the auto to their respective houses and then have to bring out their cylinders irrespective of age whether old or young the delivery man takes it and pops into the auto and takes out the new one and leave it at the gate and gets a tip of 30 rupees . They appear more like goondas .Also another issue is they will give the refill only after 35 days and that too after 5 visits to their office and 10 phone calls which they normally wont attend .The affluent one gets the delivery right in side their kitchen!!!
    This was the history and the present condition and would be the same in future too . Right now i am in Ernakulam and here the story is different the moment we book the gas it arrives on the correct day and delivery boys are very cordial and having good consumer relationships .
    Thinking about my mother in law all by herself with agony is really tormenting my mind.Last day she couldn't make it to the main road and right now she is cooking on wood that too after 42 days! IF you requires I can get a mass petition for further action. Kindly look into this. Thanking you

    Indane Cooking Gas — Non-availability of Phone Numbers for Booking

    I am having a cooking gas connection bearing no. 1796 in Faridabad, Haryana. Service Provider is Rama Gas Services.

    Getting through there number is an occational business. It is always busy, in case it rings and you start to feel fortunate after few second you relise the fact that no one is ready to pick up the phone. This month it persists for more than 20 days and I am bound o put up this.

    If any other way is there for booking like through mail, please let me know.

    Hope this would be rectified soon with your intervention.

    I booked for indane cooking gas on 28/10/2009 and is waiting for the cylinder for the last 51 days .SB.gas varkala Trivandrum district KERALA is the agency of mine responsible for the supply. My consumer no is 532.I have visited the agency on six times for allotting the same .kindly give necessary directions to supply indane at the earliest I called there office several times and the result not possitive..N>RADHAKRISHNAN

      I have been a cusomer of Indane gas since 2008. Recently, the gas cylinder delivered at my place gets finished within 12 days for last 3-4 months whereas it usually runs for atleast 30 days. Also, cylinder when delivered seems to be lesser wieght than before. But, when asked , the delivery man is unable to provide weight measurement of the cylinder, though he keeps on insisting for unauthorised "Bakhsish" for delivering Cylinder at my flat. May I know where exactly I can complaint for the same to get the issue resolved? My consumer no. is 010128 and Agency of Indane is "Aladeen", Address being 160, Andul Road. Howrah-711103.

        I subscribed Indane LPG though Chirantani Gas Agency, Bangur , Kolkata- 58. On 18th August'10 I ordered for a refilled cylinder.

        Order Number 7160.
        Consumer Number 21527
        Whenever I called the agency , was informed I would receive the cylinder in next 1 or 2 days. This has been happening for last 10 days. .
        Can you please take care?
        irregularties in supply of LPG by bundkhand gas service sipri bazar jhansi. in this regard LPG supply of bunlkhand gas service is in worst condition for example consumer No.. R5133 gas booked on 13.09.2010 is the same was supplied on 01-12.2010 again gas booked on 22.12.2010 and same was supplied on 04.01.2010. gas again booked on 25.01.2011 but till date no cylinder supplied so far. consumer no. R5821 name aarti mishra gas booked on 14.11.2010 and supplied on 25.11.2010, gas booked on 15.12.2010 supplied 01.01.2011 and gas booked on 21.01.2011 and supplied on 01.02.2011. consumer No. R4248 named dinkar mishra gas booked on 23.11.2010 supplied on 09.12.2010, gas booked on 30.12.2010 supplied on 11.01.2011. again booked on 01.02.2011 till date cylider not supplied by m/s bundelkhad gas service sipri bazar jhansi. These are the examples which proves irregularties in supply and distibution of LPG cylinders. In agency no number displayed of sales manager of IOC which is also a serious objectonable. While approching to gas agency the staff misbehaved with the customers. Phone of sale manager IOC (no. [protected]). also not attended by the sales manager which also effect goodwill of IOC for not providing services to their customers. As and when all the inventories of supply and distribution daily signed by your sales manager deputed for the same why such type of irregularties are ignoring. Why there is no crises in DM's residense, Commisioner's residense. Major Hotels in city as well as catterers who are arrenging meals in marriages and parties. In this regard take drastic action against the distibutors under advise otherwise we have to go in consomer forum and through CIC if such type of irregulerties not rectified at an early.

        Indane LPG Gas, Chirantani Gas Agency — Delay in providing LPG Gas service

        Even though I have booked my LPG Indane Gas Online on 23/06//2011 and received the SMS on 27/06/2011 that my GAS cyclinder has been delivered with Refill Booking # 220941. Today is 07/07/2011 but still I haven't received the cylinder. I have called them up 4 times and also visited their office but they have been saying "It will be delivered tomorrow" but that tomorrow hasn't yet come. I had to face the same harrasement 1 month back also and after a visit to their office, received the cylinder, after 12 days.

        It should be strictly handled. Looking forward for your help.

          mera naam basant kumar hai or mera add- 56, sarvodaya naagrt vijay nagar ghaziabad hai, mare gas coonection ka num- k- 04551 hai or distributor ka naam - khawaja garib nawaz indane gas service add- behind abbs enginering college, dundahera hai maine 30/07/2010 ko gas book kari thi lakin aaj tak gas nahin mile, last time gas dene jo ladka aaya tha usne 40 rupeeye extra mange the lekin humne use nahin deyi, gas na milne ke karan hum hotel se khanna kha rahe hai jisme mere 400/ rupeeye per day lag rahe hai, jiske vajah se mai bahut pareshan huan, mere pareshane ka niwaran jaldi se jaldi karne ki kripya kare.

            Respected Sir
            I am Pastor Rajan Varghese, residing in a flat in calicut. I have a 2 cylinder gas connection of IOC, bearing customer number 015841. The Distributors Name is Visruthi Gas Services, code no 4589229.
            There is an extreme delay in the delivery of the booked gases, as it takes more than 45 days to get a gas cylinder. Even though we have 2 cylinders, literaally we need to beg for a cylinder after one get finished. We dont have any other option to cook food as we are staying in flat. When this matter is discussed with the distributor, there was not any proper answer from them. Instead of arranging a cylinder for the needy, they were just irresponsible and arrogant and demanding that contact IOC people.. But the fact is the cylinders are being given to others in in black with high price..
            Please look in to this matter and do the needful.
            Our plea is to get a standby cylinder and to avoid a week long struggling and starvation..

              I (CONSUMER NO:26)HAVE BOOKED LPG REFILL TO PRAMILA INDNE DISTRIBUTOR, PURNEA(BIHAR)ON 08/02/2009 VIDE ORDER NO 1574 .BUT AS IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME UPTO 23/02/2009 I MADE A ENQUIRY REGADING REFILLING THEY TOLD THAT RECEIPTHAS BEEN ISSUED.BUT, ACTULLY AFTER ENQUIRY THEY ISSUED THE RECEIPT DATED 23/02/2009 AT 02/30AM THAT AFTER MY ENQUIRY & FINALLY REFILL WAS MADE AVAILBLE TO ME ON 26/02/2009 AFTER A GAP OF 18 DAYS.               previous few days i am faceing a statring trouble in my santro xing car , after visiting hundai show room in durgapur ,west bengal it was confirmed that problem was due to bad quality of petrol smell was like that of kerosene , i was purchased petrol from your reputed petrol pump located at city centre durgapur it was known as IBP Petrol pump. its location is just near gandhi more in durgapur.color and smell both are apart from normal. i just want to check petrol quality of all ur petro pumps in durgapur , i suffered both money and time along with a lot of trouble in my car.

              My consumer No.6514 ( S.Narayanan) having a
              gas connection with Ms.Geekay gas agencies, trichur from 1983 having single gas cylinder. I booked for 2nd cylinder with receipt No.SR83/004 dated 7.02.1985 at the time booking they told that
              we will inform through intimation card under certificate of posting to the address. After 4 years
              when enquired with agencies, they told that we have
              sent intimation to you so you have to book fresh one
              for second cylinder. At that time I booked fresh one
              with agencies Receipt No.4039 dated 31.07.1996
              with them, when I enquired on 28.09.2010 with
              agencies ms.Geekay gas agencies, trichur
              they are telling the same story that they already
              sent intimation letter to me, till today that 2 intimation letters under certifiate of posting not
              recd to me. so please look into this and I am
              expecting favourable reply from you for the 2nd cylinder that I am need .

                  By profession I am a teacher. I have applied for a Gas Connection on December 2009 and submitted Rs. 2000/- on the same day but no receiving of cash was provided to me. But after three months I came to know that the application Form was missing. The owner said apply another form and so I did. Till today 01.09.2010 I have visited the Anuradha Gas Agency Banda more than 30 times but in vain, every visit they say that come after wards. The staff members over there are not at all cooperative . The form is by Name of Sri Manoj Kumar S/O Late Sri Swyamber Singh . Address Indira nagar Near Telephone Exchange Banda. The Address and Photo is Attested by ABSA Banda.

                    'Barsha' a restaurant situated at nagerbazar-Dumdum on Dumdum road & jessore road crossing, just below United Bank of India-Dumdum Branch is illegally using Indane Gas Cylinders meant for Domestic use for commercial purpose. So as the Gas Cylinders meant for Domestic use are subsidised by Governmental subsidy- the government is suffering loss of public property. Such acts must be treated very strictly & huge fine must be imposed on the defaulter to discourage such acts in future.

                      I had booked a cylinder for home delivery on 27/8/10 and got issued delivery slip. I had gone to the delivery godown 28/8 and they said to come again on 30/8,later on 30/8/10 the delivery man misbehaved and asked to come again on 31/8/10.when i approached again on they said me to come again as godown was closed at 9.00am where as no such description was given on slip or at the godown.whereas a person in front of me came and offered a bribe of Rs.50 and they gave cylinder to him immediately whereas refused to me. moreover when i tried to contact the area manager MUNISH GUPTA after taking address from monika gas services ,the address was 213-i B.R.S nagar ludhiana residence phone no.2613213,the address proved to be fake because when went to the given address he had already shifted from there 2 or 3 years ago and no one is responding the residence phone no.
                      I hope that u will look into the matter and do the needful. you are requested to take strict actions so that i get delivery in time in present as well as in future too.

                        Rude and abnormal behavior of staff at the indane gas dealership

                        Sirs,
                        My wife – Sudhya Shyam is a consumer having C.No-2505 of “Sunshine Gas”, Kanhangad, Kasaragoddistrict, Kerala state PIN 671 315. We don’t use any other fuel to cook alternate to LPG. Normally one cylinder LPG can be used for 20-22 days in our house for cooking.
                        Most of the time, the telephone at the booking agency[protected] was seen engaged and I thought it may be due to frequency in calls to that number. Once when I had gone to their office soon after I got the engaged tone from the telephone, the phone was seen kept away from the cradle. When I asked why you are keeping the phone like this, I could not get a reply from them and immediately they put the phone in the cradle.
                        My wife and I were trying to book the LPG after getting a cylinder on 28/08/2010, but in vain. I had called on to their office today to book, but the female staff, who were sitting at the counter refused to book the cylinder saying that booking can only be accepted after expiry of one week. The reply was not at all in a polite or convincing manner and it was as if I had gone to beg them. When asked further about the matter, they told me that it was as per order of the company official and they are not interested in hearing anything from me. Their behavior was so rude, impolite, acting like threatening to go out of the office.
                        Sirs, please let me know whether there is any decision of the company instructing the dealers not to accept booking for filled cylinders of LPG within one week after delivery of a cylinder to a customer.
                        To conclude this letter -Sirs, I request your goodselves to first of all advice the staff there how to behave, then arrange to keep the phone installed there always on the cradle and finally assure a dependent customer like us that the service will be extended within the stipulated intervals.

                        Indane Gas — Staff bihaviour & service

                        sep 16 i booked a Cylinder, till now they didnt dilevered the Cylinder. i call him to remember my booking, they said today it will come & cut the phone. but no responce so i call again him but they said u have no booking & cut the phone. sometimes i call him & they cut my phone. they cant give him booking numbers if i ask about booking no they cut my call. and when i call him to remember my booking they ask booking no. and said u have no booking. i m suffring form difficulties. what i do for this

                        How long should I wait for getting of a cylinder after delivery of the previous one?

                        Madona Gas agency, Kanhangad, Kerala is notorious for the misbehavior with customers. The manager, Stephen is the one to be removed first from that seat. He gives gas Cylinders out of turn by taking extra Amount from people.

                            Not providing new gas connections

                            Sir,


                            I applied for a new gas connection in the name of Charles Sebastian at Sri Revathi Gas Agency in Medavakkam on 16th May 2010. Still now I am unable to get the new connection.

                            I am calling them every month and they are also saying the same answer as next month will be provided.

                            Last month I asked the reason for the delay. They said that , due to the issuance of free gas connection announced...

                            Sir/Madam,
                            I had booked a cylinder with M/S Mukund Enterprises, Barkatpura, Hyderabad. My consumer number is 34346.I have called them atleast 6-7times for supply of my cylinder. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. The staff is not responding at all for supply of cylinder. This problem is recurring every month. please take a note and do something for benefit of customers.

                              Myself Ajay from Ahmedabad, having INDANE GAS service. Recently ADANI GAS has installed their gas service in my area and now it is in working condition.
                              Following is the discussion of me and my distributor (working person as distributor office).
                              Me : Sir please book my new gas bottle.
                              Sir : Give me your customer number
                              Me : XXXXXX.
                              Sir : (By looking in computer) I think your area is already having another GAS service.
                              Me : Yes sir.
                              Sir: Then you are not eligible for this (bottle) service.
                              Me : But Sir we are using both services.
                              Sir : First you close those service then only we will provide you our service.
                              Me : After starting the ADANI service I already got Gas bottles from here, And today you are saying No?.
                              Sir : This is new rule. Government will give only subsidy on single product.
                              Me : Sir, then If I will not use your service for a long time, My account will be removed from your side (Stated 'NOT IN USE FOR A LONG TIME')
                              Sir : Submit the application like ' I am using other service, and not your service. Upto relocating please stop my service. and After relocating start my service'.

                              Does the Government has laid this type of rule ?
                              If this is my distributor rule please give me details to whom can I ask this question for further confirmation ? atlease phone number/Email/name
                              Please note that CAR is also using two products on both government is giving subsidy.

                                IT WAS BOOKED ON 19.8.10 WITH BKG NO.12032 ADVISING ME THAT CYLINDER WL B DLVRD IN 5 DAYS, WHEREAS TILL NOW IE. 30.8.10 IT IS NOT SUPPLIED.

                                WHEN CONTACT OVER PHONE ON 26.8.10 ON THEIR COMPLAINT NO.[protected] THEY INFORMED ME THAT CYCLINDER WL BE DLVRD IMMDLY BUT NO RESPONSE. ONCEAGAIN CONTACT ON 27/8/10 AND THIS TIME IT WAS INFORMED THAT DLVRY BOY IS ON LEAVE.

                                FILTHY REASONS R GIVN TO CONSUMERS WHICH IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTAER AND SEE THAT I GET THE CYLINDER URGNTLY. NOT ONLY THIS TIME, BUT ALWAYS ASK THEM TO INSIST RIGHT DLVRY AS PER THEIR SCHEDULE.

                                    Please inform Balaji Gas Service that I am a slow consumer of Indane Gas and It is three months since I got the last refill and this will last fro some more days.So accordingly please permit me to place orders for my refill when the present cylinder is exhausted and not to apply the rule of belated ordering of refills and thanks.
