'Barsha' a restaurant situated at nagerbazar-Dumdum on Dumdum road & jessore road crossing, just below United Bank of India-Dumdum Branch is illegally using Indane Gas Cylinders meant for Domestic use for commercial purpose. So as the Gas Cylinders meant for Domestic use are subsidised by Governmental subsidy- the government is suffering loss of public property. Such acts must be treated very strictly & huge fine must be imposed on the defaulter to discourage such acts in future.

    I had booked a cylinder for home delivery on 27/8/10 and got issued delivery slip. I had gone to the delivery godown 28/8 and they said to come again on 30/8,later on 30/8/10 the delivery man misbehaved and asked to come again on 31/8/10.when i approached again on they said me to come again as godown was closed at 9.00am where as no such description was given on slip or at the godown.whereas a person in front of me came and offered a bribe of Rs.50 and they gave cylinder to him immediately whereas refused to me. moreover when i tried to contact the area manager MUNISH GUPTA after taking address from monika gas services ,the address was 213-i B.R.S nagar ludhiana residence phone no.2613213,the address proved to be fake because when went to the given address he had already shifted from there 2 or 3 years ago and no one is responding the residence phone no.
    I hope that u will look into the matter and do the needful. you are requested to take strict actions so that i get delivery in time in present as well as in future too.

      Rude and abnormal behavior of staff at the indane gas dealership

      Sirs,
      My wife – Sudhya Shyam is a consumer having C.No-2505 of “Sunshine Gas”, Kanhangad, Kasaragoddistrict, Kerala state PIN 671 315. We don’t use any other fuel to cook alternate to LPG. Normally one cylinder LPG can be used for 20-22 days in our house for cooking.
      Most of the time, the telephone at the booking agency[protected] was seen engaged and I thought it may be due to frequency in calls to that number. Once when I had gone to their office soon after I got the engaged tone from the telephone, the phone was seen kept away from the cradle. When I asked why you are keeping the phone like this, I could not get a reply from them and immediately they put the phone in the cradle.
      My wife and I were trying to book the LPG after getting a cylinder on 28/08/2010, but in vain. I had called on to their office today to book, but the female staff, who were sitting at the counter refused to book the cylinder saying that booking can only be accepted after expiry of one week. The reply was not at all in a polite or convincing manner and it was as if I had gone to beg them. When asked further about the matter, they told me that it was as per order of the company official and they are not interested in hearing anything from me. Their behavior was so rude, impolite, acting like threatening to go out of the office.
      Sirs, please let me know whether there is any decision of the company instructing the dealers not to accept booking for filled cylinders of LPG within one week after delivery of a cylinder to a customer.
      To conclude this letter -Sirs, I request your goodselves to first of all advice the staff there how to behave, then arrange to keep the phone installed there always on the cradle and finally assure a dependent customer like us that the service will be extended within the stipulated intervals.

      Indane Gas — Staff bihaviour & service

      sep 16 i booked a Cylinder, till now they didnt dilevered the Cylinder. i call him to remember my booking, they said today it will come & cut the phone. but no responce so i call again him but they said u have no booking & cut the phone. sometimes i call him & they cut my phone. they cant give him booking numbers if i ask about booking no they cut my call. and when i call him to remember my booking they ask booking no. and said u have no booking. i m suffring form difficulties. what i do for this
      I am shereef from Kanhangad. I am one of the customer of Madonna Gas agency (HP Gas) Kanhangad.
      I want to just know about the delivery of the cylinder period.
      How long should I wait for getting of a cylinder after delivery of the previous one?

      Madona Gas agency, Kanhangad, Kerala is notorious for the misbehavior with customers. The manager, Stephen is the one to be removed first from that seat. He gives gas Cylinders out of turn by taking extra Amount from people.

          Not providing new gas connections

          Sir,


          I applied for a new gas connection in the name of Charles Sebastian at Sri Revathi Gas Agency in Medavakkam on 16th May 2010. Still now I am unable to get the new connection.

          I am calling them every month and they are also saying the same answer as next month will be provided.

          Last month I asked the reason for the delay. They said that , due to the issuance of free gas connection announced...

          I had booked a cylinder with M/S Mukund Enterprises, Barkatpura, Hyderabad. My consumer number is 34346.I have called them atleast 6-7times for supply of my cylinder. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. The staff is not responding at all for supply of cylinder. This problem is recurring every month. please take a note and do something for benefit of customers.

            Myself Ajay from Ahmedabad, having INDANE GAS service. Recently ADANI GAS has installed their gas service in my area and now it is in working condition.
            Following is the discussion of me and my distributor (working person as distributor office).
            Me : Sir please book my new gas bottle.
            Sir : Give me your customer number
            Me : XXXXXX.
            Sir : (By looking in computer) I think your area is already having another GAS service.
            Me : Yes sir.
            Sir: Then you are not eligible for this (bottle) service.
            Me : But Sir we are using both services.
            Sir : First you close those service then only we will provide you our service.
            Me : After starting the ADANI service I already got Gas bottles from here, And today you are saying No?.
            Sir : This is new rule. Government will give only subsidy on single product.
            Me : Sir, then If I will not use your service for a long time, My account will be removed from your side (Stated 'NOT IN USE FOR A LONG TIME')
            Sir : Submit the application like ' I am using other service, and not your service. Upto relocating please stop my service. and After relocating start my service'.

            Does the Government has laid this type of rule ?

              IT WAS BOOKED ON 19.8.10 WITH BKG NO.12032 ADVISING ME THAT CYLINDER WL B DLVRD IN 5 DAYS, WHEREAS TILL NOW IE. 30.8.10 IT IS NOT SUPPLIED.

              WHEN CONTACT OVER PHONE ON 26.8.10 ON THEIR COMPLAINT NO.[protected] THEY INFORMED ME THAT CYCLINDER WL BE DLVRD IMMDLY BUT NO RESPONSE. ONCEAGAIN CONTACT ON 27/8/10 AND THIS TIME IT WAS INFORMED THAT DLVRY BOY IS ON LEAVE.

              FILTHY REASONS R GIVN TO CONSUMERS WHICH IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTAER AND SEE THAT I GET THE CYLINDER URGNTLY. NOT ONLY THIS TIME, BUT ALWAYS ASK THEM TO INSIST RIGHT DLVRY AS PER THEIR SCHEDULE.

                        I am, Phool Murti Pandey residing at Rapti Nagar, Gorakhpur. I am really sorry to say that am fed up with the service provided by your Agent “HIMANSHU GAS SERVICE” located at RAPTI NAGAR, GORAKHPUR.

                        I would like to share some of the main problems faced by me all your consumers for a very long time

                        1. As per the policy of your company the refill time should be 21 Days but he Book our gas after 25 days from delivery of previous booking and provide gas as after 10 to 15 days after booking.

                        2. After receipt of sale he gives the delivery only after 10 to 15 days at Go down not door delivery and also charge delivery chargers Rs.30/- which is a very big problem for us.
                        3. My family have no any gents is working in Local Area so it very difficult for ladies member to go to the go down and take gas by rickshaw or any other vehicles.

                        4. If you want to take delivery for of your Gas you have to reach go down only between 5AM to 6AM, which is not at all fair. Moreover if we reach after 6 AM they do not listen to us at all.

                        5. They are also selling refill cylinders in black which ultimately affect our requirement.

                        5. What is the charge for New Connection, here they charge Rs. 4500/-.

                        I request you to kindly look at the following problems faced by me as well as others who are in that particular region. I feel completely helpless and I don't have any other option that's why I am sending this mail.

                        i m avtar from indore, and i am a consumer of mangal shree gas agency, sapna sangeeta road, sneh nagar indore.

                        i book the cylinder 7 march

                        they say 7 days waiting and the cylinder dilivered at my home after 7 days

                        but the cylinder not is not dilivered and im go back to agency now they say one more time waiting of 7 days

                        now more then 8 days go on but the cylinder is not dilivered now they say the waiting of total 20 days and cylinder dilivery at more then 7- 8 days

                        but cylinder is available in black immidately

                        now what can i do. we have only one connection


                        plz sir, take a hard action and confirm the easy dilivery to all consumers of indian oil

                          Sir,

                          We have the indane gas cylinder with M.C. Gas Agency Chandakunnu bearing consumer no 14406 in the name of Raveendranadan, Thekethil House,V.K.Road, Nilambur, we have booked the cylinder in june and we never got the gas till yet. They only give the cylinder once in two or three months for the domestic use for the houses and we have to relay on other sources by spending more money. Also when we call the phone number 223337 it says as wrong number and other number is not picking up it comes as busy all the time. This is repeating since a year. this is happening to all the customers around this area. Hope you will do the need for the customers and not let the customer disturbed again.

                            I have booked through on line TOM Gas on dated 19th August, 2010. But still Cylinder is not delivered. (Consumer no. k-16081).

                            Agency Phone[protected] /27541433 and[protected] all numbers are not responding

                            Indane — no gas delivery

                            we are not able to book for ous cylinder since 2 months as their is no response from the distributor. we have not booked any cylinder on 3rd of august or 5th july and still the status is showing that we have ordered and gas is delivered but we have not recieved any cylinder yet.

                            Kindly look into the matter as we are out of supply and unable on book.

                            lindane — since 2 months cylinder has not been delivered

                            Sir my customer id no. is 18954 (Mohd. Sayeed Hashmi) on imperial gas service Kanpur & i have booked my cylinder under booking no. 9571 on 22.07.2011 still on today not delivered , this routine is always since 2-3 years the cylinder delivery is always more than 2 months , this is very corrupt. they never picked up phone too .

                            kindly do something do make this schedule neat and clean .as they black the our customer from their go-down .

                            awaiting for your help to rectify this problems so many more suffering from same .

                              Indane cooking gas distributor "SAAHEB DISTRIBUTORS" 360A Upen Banerjee Road, Kolkata- 700060 Ph No-[protected] asking Rs 70/- for checking my Gas oven and its connection shortly as mandatory. But not willing to hand over Indane's circular to me neither the circular is pasted at his site.

                              I want to know wether there is a circular issed from Indane recently in this regard and why the said distributor not handing over the circular?

                              I will be happy if Indane send a circular to me in this regard and the position of the distributors is correct or not?

When i said them to give me my receipt,then they said today is not more...time is over....at that time,the time was only 12.00 p.m.sir,i want to know does office time or working hours only for 12.00 p.m? They misbehave with so many people and use slang language to customer if anybody protest about this. Sir ,i request you to see the full matter and solve the problem.

It is common phenomena that for booking a refill you have to try continuously for 15-20 days, you will feel lucky if agency people pickup your call. Please take necessary action against the agency so that they can improve upon services.
                                    Further the quantity of gas supplied in the cylinders are less, earlier one cylinder was serving for more than a month time, now it hardly lasts for 20-24 days.
                                    Since last fifteen days I am trying to book a refill but unable to contact them as the numbers mentioned above are continuously busy.

                                    Seems lot of people have complaints against Yadu Gas Agency, Sahibabad. Dont know if any one has taken any action againt them. In today's world wherein customer service is the prime focus. Yadu Gas reflects that they are no where near it.
                                    We all lead a busy life. To book a gas means a good entire day to keep calling them when no one picks if the bell rings at all & most of the time the three numbers are all busy.

                                    Even then one is not sure if you can get through them. Alright, you somehow manage to get through the customer care ( never mind how much efforts you made you get through the busy customer care people), one has to wait the entire weekend for the representative to come to deliver the gas. ( That's kindfull of Yadu gas for not expecting us to take a day off for taking the delivery).

                                    The gas that one gets is 5-6 kg less always. In our society, most of the people have the same complaint. I have called to log the complaint as well. What happens is nothing.

                                    I am facing similar problems with M/S Yadu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. Even the quantity of gas supplied is less; Earlier cylinder lasted upto35-40 days and now it finishes within 20days even though the consumption is less. When you complain to the agency they say take the cylinder afetr weighing but the delivery boy NEVER brings the weighing scale along.I am SHOCKED that despite somany ppl filing complaints, there is NO ACTION yet.

                                    Indane gas, Yadu gas agency, Ghaziabad — difficulty in booking through agency,

                                    It is next to impossible to book for gas on Yadu Gas agency. The two numbers are [protected], [protected].
                                    The agency encourages delivery of gas unauthorisedly through middlemen as that is often the only option available for consumers .
                                    And these cylinders given by the workers get over in less than 15 days and often in 10 days.
                                    In Delhi Indian Oil has provided sms service and helpline that is 24 hours there.
                                    That alone can end this.
                                    We are harassed and exploited by this gas agency knowingly or unknowingly .
                                    Kindly get Indian Oil to end this situation and take action against Yadu Gas for not responding to phone calls.
                                    This month in the first week we managed to contact Yadu on its number, the first time in five months, and the lady there suggested the number of the person who drops cylinders in our society. We got a cylinder from him and it is over in 18 days. This is despite the fact that there are only one adult and a child in the family.
                                    We have no way to contact the agency as the numbers remain busy all the time.
                                    Complaints are correct. Yadu's service is horribile. Their phones ae always busy. Many times I have made complaint to Indian Oil. But they don't take any action. There is noother Indane Distributor in Indirapuram Area . Per force we have to go to Yadu. God know's when Indian Oil will take some action against Yadu

                                    I wonder even if so many o[censored]s post complaints against Yadu Gas Agencies whether we could take any action against them or the web site could do anything against them. These people are surely having a free ride by taking us for a ride.

                                    I went to apply for my 2-cylinder transfer from Bangalore to Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. After checking all documents, they asked me to get the photocopy of id proof. After getting it by hurrying to a "nearby" photocopying center and submitting the application, they ask me to come again on 11th with the documents citing there is no stock of regulators.

                                    They need not have asked me to run around to get the photo copy and to later ask me to come on 11th. I wonder why they cannot do the processing instead of making me run around to them on 11th?

                                    Don't we have any other Indane agencies serving this area? or everyone will provide the same harassment as these guys are doing?

                                    the yadu gas agency sahibabad never picks phones of customers even we try to book gas cylinder 50 times but their employee never picks phones.
                                    I have a connection with the same agency (Yadu Gas Agency). From last one and half month I am waiting for the GAS refill to arrive. I have booked 24Hrs gas booking and also with the telephone operator twice and asked the delivery person. The delivery person said that the office has misplaced many slips so asked me to book one more time and I have been trying to call them for last 2 weeks either it is busy or the call gets connected to wrong number.

You will find the phone rings and within a second when you redial the same no. again you will find the no. as busy again after couple of minutes you will find the phone ringing and no one taking the call and again after sometime the above situation is repeated. Are they been paid for only to make personal calls? which seems to be the case.

                                    I am the same sufferror. I had booked my cylinder on 12.11.2010 vide Confirmed booking no. 12552, connection no. 64908, but till date on 20.11.2010 its not delivered even after making call at Complaint cell 4 times. Whenever try to contact Yadu Gas agency firstly phone will be busy otherwise no one pick the phone. This process has to repeat for 7-10 days on every month when have to book the cylinder since last 1 and half year.

                                    Complaint cell everytime give the reason for late supply that supply from back is low. When we conatct to IOL authority they always said NO LOW SUPPLY from our end. I am surprise that if everybody is fine and supply is fine then what is the reason of late supply and poor service from Yadu Gas Agency.

                                    I received less gas in the cylinder. In the past few months i have doubt about this as the cylinder got emptied earlier than expected.

                                    This time when they sent the supply, i asked him to do the weight of the cylinder in front of me. When he did the weight using his instrument, it came about 25 kg as opposed to 30kg. He took the cylinder back and brought a new one which weighted about 30 kg. But it looked like he tempered with the weight instrument, becuase when i purchased the new instrument myself and did the weight, the weight was 28kg and not 30 kg.

                                    Please suggest me how to tackle this in future. I am a lawyer by profession and i am thinking of sueing this agency in the court.

                                    i have gas connection in MODERN GAS AGENCIES (6, tansen road gwalior M.P). i have booked my gas on 01/12/2010 (18 days before) but yet watting for cylinder dilevery. i have made many calls (over 10 times) to remind them but it always ends with new promises of delivery i"m surprise on process being followed by agency folks and readymade excuses.

                                    i am really disappointed with the quality of service

                                    Yadu gas agency service is very poor. Every time when we have to book the gas it takes 10 days minimum & by that time running cylinder get empty. WHen ever we call themm all lines comes busy. If any ring goes any of their no. no body pickup.
                                    I have booked my gas about 20 days before but i have not received cyclinder till now. Every time we have to take leave & fight there to get gas filled cylinder.

                                    One of the worst service experience you will ever had in life is the one Yadu Indane Gas gives you. It has become a normal routine for me to get a cylinder reffiled in black from outside beacuse the Customer care numbers either never connect and if by any chance I get lucky & my phone connects (after trying 100 or more times) the executives will not answer my call.
                                    The IVR number[protected] given to book online also does not connect
                                    The last option is booking through SMS on [protected] - even after sending several messages and waiting for 10-20 days I will not get my cylinder (I am aware of 21 days refill cycle).

                                    Does anyone in Yadu cares to deliver something to their customers in the name of services. Their helpline or escalation points even dont answer of does not connect.

It is common phenomena that for booking a refill you have to try continuously for 15-20 days, Please take necessary action against the agency so that they can improve upon services.
                                    Further the quantity of gas supplied in the cylinders are less, earlier one cylinder was serving for more than a month time, now it hardly lasts for 20-24 days
                                    I show all these above massage and obsorv that all top to botem are currept. nobody look after in this matter all suppliers are selling gass in black in Indrapuram, every time evening and morning you can catch hime the guy with these peoples those who treated as a business with them.
                                    if some one indian gass guy see this massage, please feel some responsability.

                                    You need to try booking for almost 10-15 days. Sometimes computers are off & the manual booking is done and forgotten. Most of the times lines are busy. And nobody receives calls on the complaint nos. provided by the agency.

                                    Agree, i am facing the same issue i.e. no body is picking the phone at Yadu Gas service. I am trying from last 2 days, the thing is they guys don't want to pick up the phone and deliver the Gas, becasue they are earning more by selling the gas in black, they earn 200 Rs more on a single cylinder. My surprise is no body is taking action against them, totally horrible.
                                    I have a gas connection with Yedu Indane Gas Service (D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad Indl. Area, Sahibabad). It has been now one week i am calling Yedu Indane Gas Service, their numbers don't work, most of the times they are busy and when free no one picks up. I have tried 100 times in last one week and around 20 times nobody responded and 80 times it was busy. Its not one time, it happens everytime when we call to book for the refill cylendar.


                                    Their Numbers are[protected]/32/34/35/36 and[protected]. I believe that this agency is not afraid of complaints being made against them.

                                    sahibabad. But I do"nt think so any action takend against them.
                                    I am not any surprise that because of we are Indian citizens and our low and
                                    order has some limitations for normal publics. If you whants to get good services

Consumer get frustrated by dialing again and again but they don't bother about consumer's concern. As this [censored] service provider is the only one distributor for many areas of Ghaziabad so we have to bear them.

                                    I have been trying to book my gas refill past few months but the response I recieved is new hopeless prosmised date for delivery from rajsri gas services. Its not a new case for me . its been continuously happening past few years. I have to go not less than 5 times for a new gas refilling as if we are getting it for free. I dont know how these agencies are running.
                                    i request you to kindly look into the matter and please arrange for a refill asap and make sure it may not happen in future

                                    Now, the gas booking is automated but still the gas delivered is less then the weight specified. I got the cylinder. It was 5 Kg less in weight when I weighed it at my home. I went to replace the cylinder. The person delivering cylinder, gave cylinders twice, which were less in weight . The third cylinder, was fine with the weight but when I was going to put the cylinder in my car. In between, he switched the cylinder. I found the given cylinder less in weight and got replaced the cylinder at last . At last, I got the cylinder which was 30 Kg instead of 25 kg. My gas agency is Yadu gas agency supplying gas in Gaur Green, Indirapuram. Whey don't we get the right quantity, even though we pay the full price. Please check the issue of less weight cylinders.
