I am ketankumar from Ahmedabad. I would like to raise a complaint on the incident that occurred yesterday at Indian oil petrol pump near Anjali Cross Road, Ahmedabad. I went to your outlet at IOC Pump yesterday evening (22/06/2021) at Anjali Cross Road, Ahmedabad and asked for a petrol refill worth of Rs.500 in my Honda City Car. but only after 1km drive, it seen Empty petrol display signal in my car. I went again back to petrol pump and ask for less petrol reason. First I talked with Petrol filling boy but I didn't get proper reply. After that I talked to Manager but not got proper answered from him and then I talked to Head/Owner on phone, he has not replied proper & satisfied answer. I talked to all three members at pump - Staff, Manager & owner, but I didn't get satisfied reply for my complaint. they have not responded well. This petrol pump gives less petrol quantity from desired amount. Kindly immediately conduct a deep enquiry on mentioned petrol pump & do the needful at the earliest.

Hundreds of people like me struggle a lot in cities like Mysore for a bathroom facility because there is no water in the toilet whenever they come here.

I had to pay 150 rupees as regulator replacement changes but there was receipt given to me the company employee said that there is no receipt for such replacement is it really ethical to loot the customer without giving receipt?

I filled petrol of Rs.3130 in my vehicle on[protected] by card transaction with credit card but that transaction was failed. I again paid the same amount but my first transaction was also paid by my account so, I want my refund of Rs 3130

All staff and owner of TBP petrol pump cheat consumer by different tricks and also sell mixup petrol.check review of customers on Google for evidence.

One of Indian oil dealer IJ Sharma KSK Indian Oil petrol pump in Dhaulana, Pilakhuwa road Uttar pradesh (235406) is a petrol thief. I asked them to fill ₹1000 petrol in my car, their employee stopped the meter @ ₹300 and removed the pipe. When I asked him that it was to be filled till thousand, he put in the knob and started filling it from ₹300 and filled till ₹700 only and told me that he started from ₹0. After checking my car range I told him that it was filled for only ₹700, he told me to check again and started giving me reasons that my car meter is indicating wrong figure. After all that I asked him for the bill and he said that machines paper rolls are empty and bill cannot be generated.

Blue line autocare के नाम से संगरिया डबवाली रोड पे स्थित पेट्रोल पंप है जो हमे किसी प्रकार की सुविधा नहीं दे रहा है। हमें कोई ड्रेस नहीं दी जा रही किसी को दी ह तो उसके अलग से पैसे लिए जा रहे हैं । बॉलपेन खुद के पेसो का लेकर आते हैं । चाय नहीं दी जाती हैं । तनख्वाह नाह मात्र है। सैलेरी टाइम पे नहीं दी जाती 15 घंटे की डयूटी करवाई जाती है।इस मामले की हमने सेल्स ऑफिसर सिक्का को भी complain की लेकिन हमारी कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई।

AT MOTIJEEL PARK PETROL PUMP THEY are not give petrol in ltr measurements they give only petrol in Amt only .so they are fraud with customer

On last two times during fule filling, staff of this station did cheating and I opposed for the same and on yesterday I told to fill 1ltr but he billed different again opposed and paid of 1ltr, then the concern staff started argument and stated he will do as he want, I have recorded the same subsequently he forcibly snatched my two wheeler's key and didn't gave and threatened to delete video, I have called as given contact Nos in sign board but didn't get any response.

I visited chitra service station, at 8PM on 18-6-21, Dwarka sec-4, New Delhi only three person were in patrol pump and too much crowd was there I request to give petrol then they started miss behaving with me I didn't have petrol in my but they refused to give when I ask for complain book then started abusing me and finlay they didn't give petrol I left the pump without petrol it was very bad experience
So plz take action

The use of Phulia petrol pump staff is very bad. Used duty time with customers properly. Indian Oil is a very carp service.
It's very very bad service
I am not happy.

Toilet ka chabhi mag ne par ulta bola petrol pump wale ne or chabhi nahi deya.

Dear sir today I have visited today your HERGOUN SITAPUR UTTER PRADESH Pitrol pump there is Sir pressure Machine but no stranded staff is also behaving very ruffly with customers, when I have asked his about complain book they told me that they have no such book as now in this setuation when everyone are stroglling & focusing customer service to explorer our business they are creating very bad emage of Indian oil such a big organization.

I Ravinder Raj purohit basically from Rajasthan.i have successfully passed the exam of trade accountant apprentice exam conduct on date of 21/03/2021. But result out in month of June 12 I have Seen my result I have clear but sir on date of 14/06/2021 company send me one email related to my online documentation verification but due to technical glitches I have seen that email on date of 17/06/2021 ...sir it's my heart ful request to please provide me one more chance for document verification please sir help me sir.

I am a veteran employed in defence PSU, considered as essential service.
Unfortunately, my car went dry and I wanted to get a litre of petrol from your Bombay dyeing pump pin 560022.
At the first instance, I was suggested to go to a specific pump. There again I was told to go to another very rudely. When I too offence to the behaviour, the fuelling person became aggressive and came to me menacingly.
I went to the cash counter and sought for the manager. One Ram and others stated that there none. When I sought clarification, I was told he is not in the pump. I asked Ram to provide the complainant book. To this he and other two members refused and told do whatever I wanted and nothing would happen. It is necessary to state that one shivanna was the person who was behaving very aggressively and challenging me to do whatever I could. My request for the customer care or e-mail id was also rejected outright starting that go to supreme court and I would not get fuel in a bottle. I know there are rules set by the oil companies and the government in this regard. But, the rules can't be applied arbitrarily or on an individual in specific. In fact another customer was given fuel by these individuals at the time I visited. This incident happened at about[protected] hours on 17 June 2021.
In fact one staff there was also blowing hot and cold. That is, he said that he would finish the issue and give me gasoline in the bottle I carried provided I don't raise the issue.
To this I responded that I don't want to give business to this pump anymore and I left the fuel station.
I suggest that the cctv footage of the above fuel station between 1715 to 1735 be seen and that my claim would be proven correct.
In view of the above I wish to escalate this to the customer care as the pump or company cannot behave in such rude arrogant manner as they are supposed to follow certain protocol since it is a public sector entity. Further, even a private organisation cannot behave this way as they are also included in the ambit of consumer protection act.
It is apt to mention that your toll-free number couldn't be reached as it was busy for quite a long time. Hence I sm communicating through email.
In view of the foregoing, I request you to take stern action against the erring fuel station and the action taken may please be intimated.

Yesterday night almost 10clk (lockdown time) (16/06/2021) I fill the petrol on my bike and bike tier air getting low.. then I asked pump agent and sales I asked sir my bike tier air getting low I need to fill the air like that they are very rude behavior and told air pump is not working go go like that.. I said why brother air pump is most important to us.. lst one yr u told like that before okay I'm go outside mechanic shop and fill the air.. now lock down time all shop are closed, where I go to fill it.. he's simply said I don't know don't disturb... I'm feeling very very bad and my mom also Wid me..

I am khawja I have swift car it's fuel capacity is 42 ltrs but your indian oil pump is complaining that they filled 48.34 ltrs in it, know I want to know how is it possible to fill 48.34 ltrs in 42 ltrs tank

Today I just visit your petrol pump for filling petrol and check tyre pressure.

Team very Sameless point your one of employee already check one ladies customer scooter tyre air pressure. I waited after complete this work he done my work also.

I shoked after checked he return back and never check my bike air pressure.

I told him boss what is problem he never ask anything and stand relax.

I again ask one more time to his person then he totally ignored me.

I trying to approach petrol pump manager he forced fully stop me and ask for very bad and unprofessional Language.

Team it's so bad .

When one ladies customer came your all employees came and ask for help but when Normal customer came he ignored.

Such a bad service.
