I am a customer of Indane Gas AGENCY IN SOJAT CITY.THEY ARE NOT SUPPLYING GAS REGULARLY.WHENEVER THEY ARE ABOUT THIS THEY DO NOT RESPOND PROPERLY AND IF THEY ARE CALLED BY PHONE THEY DID NOT PICK UP THE PHONE ALSO.I M GETTING MENTALLY HARASSED BY THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR ..I WANT TO BRING YOUR ATTENTION IN THIS REGARD.....KINDLY PAY ATTENTION TO THIS.

I got connection in kelambakkam in the year Jan 2005 and now just my wife got transfer in kanchipuram so thatmy whole family shifted to kanchipuram. I need transfer for my LPG connection to kanchipuram. For that i approached Besant nagar Vijay Gas Agency for transfer. They told to bring deposit voucher. This is to bring to your notice, a very unfortunate and ridiculous activity which is being performed by the Indane gas cylinder delivery persons. Whenever a Indane gas cylinder is delivered by the delivery person and payment is done, the delivery person do not give back the remaining change, for example on the receipt the final amount mentioned is 342.50 rupees and if we (consumer) give 350 rupees, delivery person...

Dear service provider,
I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Sphurthy Gas Agency, (Indane Distributors,1-8-140/2, Near Rly. Stn.,Temple Alwal, Hyderabad, Secunderabad ) and my consumer number is 1911226. I have booked for a refill over phone. They replied that they will distribute with in 10-15 days. But after 2 weeks when I made a call to them they replied it has delivered and told me to contact driver who is supplying the cylinder...

My consumer number is 26886. I booked refill on 24-07-10. On 29 th when enquired on phone he told me to send it by next day. On 30 th evening when I contacted on phone he told me that it will reach by 9-30 mng. Again I contacted at 1.30 and the gentleman replied that he does not have light in his office. he says that he can not tell when it will come.
Please see if some thing can be done.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to bring into ur kind notice that the cylinder of Indane Gas are coming under weight. Ur deliveryman does not have any kind of weighting machine while it came to my notice that deliveryman must have weighting machine.
Furthermore there is a lot of black marketing that too through ur own staff members.
Kindly look into the matter seriously and do the needful.

I had received an Indane LPG cylinder on 21.04.10. But when I lifted the cylinder to connect to LPG stove 3 days ago, I realized that it was light.When I checked the weight, it was empty. It is still sealed. When I contacted the distributor, he sent a person to check it. He checked the cylinder and opined that nothing can be done because 4 months has already passed since the receipt date. It is still sealed and empty....

The Consumers’ Legal Protection Forum (CLPF) has issued a 15-day deadline to the State Food and Civil Supplies Department and the IOC to take action against the LPG distributors who are allegedly looting consumers by violating the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) Order, 2000.
The CLPF recently submitted a complaint letter to the IOC general manager and the director of State Food and Civil Supplies/Consumers...

I am counsumer of Indan Gas. Consumer No.30987 - Gas Agency - Agarwal Gas, Jamshedpur.
It is observed that the gas agency is not lifting the telephone or always showing busytone.
The agency is also supplying the Gas in 15-20 days and it is regular behaviour.

I want to take a gas connection but whether Indan or HP gas all dealers are asking to take the gas stove as it is cumpolsory.But as i have already one i don't want another stove.I want to know whether it is compulsory?
