Dear Sir,
I am a consumer of Indane having consumer no. 41251 and my LPG connection was with M/s Fancy Cook, 3/1, Sadhan Hari Mukherjee Road, James Long Sarani, Kolkata (code of the distributor - 140407). suddenly the distributor stop functioning and it has been informed by a list pasted on the door of the above mentioned distributor that my connection has been transferred to either M/s Flame Craft, New Alipore, Kolkata or M/s Gas & Gadget, Manton Super Market, Behala, Kolakta. upon enquiry it has been observed that my LPG connection have not been submitted to either of the distributors. It caused me tremendous anxity for one week.
Sir, as LPG is the essential commodity for livlyhood of a family, I request you to kindly advise me the name of the distributor where my LPG connection have been shifted at the earliest.

Indane Gas — harassment for refill
My dealer is VEENA GAS SERVICE, and consumer no is 10328I have booked my refill on 26th May and till today . the 14th of June, I haven't received it despite my complaint at toll free no provided …[protected] …dated 6th June, ref no 124133. I called again twice in this same no to remind my plight at the hands of Veena gas service. When I talked to Venna Gas Agency , they tell me “no one was at home so delivery man has returned “..May I add that this is absolutely false statement and we were at home all these days.These people are out to harass me for the reasons best known to them. Previously also they have harassed me.This leads to substantiate that no one is listening and I will have to buy my refill from open market in black to keep the kitchen running.However I have not lost all hopes and I will shoot emails to all persons in the Ministry and even to Hon Prime Minister.
