I am a consumer of indane gas bearing consumer number D6711 from 2005 onwards. My gas agency is Sudha Indane gas agency,Attingal in Trivandrum District. we have booked gas from tirumala gas agency located at gajuwaka visakhapatnam, these people dont lift calls even in emergency. they delivered a leaking cylinder we have logged complaint and asked them to immediately change the cylinder but they have failed to respond.since 3 days i am calling these people but
no one are taking action..dont know y these people doesnt take action even in emergency who will be resposible...

I would like to register a complaint about Shirdi Sai Ltd.,Indance LPG Gas dealer at Domlur,Bangalore. The dealer has about 4 landlines which are all very difficult to call since they are almost always engaged or they do not get any response. Hence booking an LPG sylinder is a harrowing experience for any customer of theirs. When I called the manager Shibu,to tell him about this,he was also very indifferent to my complaint....

i m a consumer of your indane cooking gas thru M/s Sehaj Enterprises for last 15 around years.
the management over there has no manner how to talk to ladies & senior citizens.
for the last few days my brother & mother both went their to book gas refill but the staff over there were busy in doing idle work & when they are asked to work then they come with unusual type of excuses.. & also...

Lpg cylinder is not delivered timely and the dealer charges Rs.10 per cylinder as delivery charges. I booked for Lpg on 14.03.10. booking No.-896. My consumer No. is-1975.
