Sir,
Today a new refill cylinder was supplied at 4.30PM at my neighbours residence Viz F19 G.B Pant Polytechnic Quarters Okhla as I was at office My Indane gas connection no is 22494 service is provided by Messers Sahaj Enterprises . On returnig from office I took the cylinder at 6.30P.M. I prepared to start cooking at 7.30P.M then I noticed smell due to Gas leak, on inspection I found that the gas is leaking from the screw thread of the cylinder below the regulator(which was teflon bound). Kindly replace the cylinder immediately.

In both cases you should take the precautions mentioned in the links and should immediately complain about the problem to the dealer, who should replace it on the same day. If the problem is not solved, you should complain about this to the sales officer of the company, whose number can be found on the mandatory board which is on display at the dealer's office.

Indane Gas — faulty valves

whenever supplied to us the gas cylinder experienced with faulty valve (find by leakage of gas by sound) and also the cylinder supplied will be damaged or not to fit for fixing regulator; please do the needful in the above request .thanking you.

    Complient Details :

    1. 1 month lapes since booking for refile, but not delivered till date

    2. Three time instructed me to bring the empty refile to shop, but after visit to shop,
    a. if visited in morning, says come in evining,
    b. if visited in evining says, just stock was finished come in morning on next day
    c. after visit in morning on next day, staff says delivery man will give home
    delivery, in evining & gives Cell No of delivery man Mr Pradip = [protected]
    & Mr Jadhav = [protected].
    d. In evining when I called to Mr Pradip he says go to Shop & collect the refile
    ( Also taking style is very arrogant)
    e. Mr Jadhav does not pick up his cell

    3. This experience comes at every time of refile

    4. You are requested pls get rescue me, from this situation, as I have to mark Leave
    in my office & run for the refile.

    5. Also after collecting refile from Shop ( Godown ) Refile charges collected from
    every customer is Rs. 320/- per refile.

    Does customer officer really take necessary steps against any dealer or supplier of any area, facing long delayed supply of gas to the consumer without any reason? They said just stock was finished or no supply was done from company.

      I was original customer (VGS/11373) of Vindhyabasini Gas Service, Shuklah, Kachari Road, Mirzapur since 2002, due to their delivery-distance/problem, they issue me Transfer Voucher [protected] on 11/03/2010 advising me to submit it to Padmashree Gas Service, Ganeshgunj, Mirzapur (U.P). Accordingly I approached to Padmashree Gas Service with original documents and said TV in duplicate on 14/03/2010. Upon going through all my documents e.g. Ration Card, Photo/Pensioner's I-Card/PPO, Elect.Bill, Telephone Bill, Residency Certificate of Gram Panchayet, Land-Ownership Certificate of JLRO-Mirzapur, Householder's Policy of National Insurance Co., Mirzapur etc. But my said TV was not entertained, received and/or actioned. On my several approaches/requests, Shri Sourav Agrawal of Padmashree Gas Service said that their representative would verify my residence upon which my consumership be continued. On 29/03/2010 Shri Dinesh Chowrasia visited my house at Vill: Bandhawa Mahabir, Vindhyachal-231307 and checked foreging documents in original again with his full satisfaction; I sent authenticated copies of all documents verified by Registered A/D to Padmashree Gas Service on 03/04/2010 & 06/04/2010 as those were not received by hand. Nothing but delat/harassment continued. Please do the needful and confirm action.

      Distributors of IOC-Indane LPG, like Padmashree Gas Service, Mirzapur do not care customers/consumers because they know that no body can lodge complaints against them to their Controlling Authority; Corruption, Bribery etc plays great deals.

        Cylinder not delivered even after 20 days and poor service

        Sir,
        This is third time I’m booking for one same cylinder, on 15th of March I booked first time they said with 2 days cylinder will be delivered, but that is not happened when I checked with agency they said door is locked. But it’s not true we are at home only. Second time I went there and made direct booking and took the booking no also: 3459 and I explained to then, that we are at home only but last time my booking was cancelled due to door lock please take care this time. But unfortunately the same is happened second time also. When I called the agency there is no proper response they simply hold the call for few minutes and disconnect the call. Very poor service by agency even when we go to office they won’t respect also to the customer. Today I booked third time the booking number is : 2921 I’m not sure whether this they will deliver or not. Last two months before also it happened like this only. This is not only for me, I saw several people are standing like with same problem in the agency. So finally felt it’s better to make a complaint against the agency to INDANE to look into this. To improve the quality of service to public by the agency.

            I have complaint against ROHINI ENTERPRISES,Sector.7, Near Naharpur village, Rohini New Delhi. as either they do not pick up the phone of they keep it engaged. However even if they pick up the phone they do no book the refil on the same day on some pretext or the other & do not deliver the Refilled cylinder My consumer No.is 14304.

            I have booked home delivery cylinder on dt. 19.08.08 with M/s Pushpendra Gas Agency Rajendra Nagar Satna. But till date I dit not receipt cylinder. After one month they told me that your connection is not booked in the Home delivery category, while in my book their man have written H.D. 203 dt. 19.08.08.

            Kindly help me and instruct agency to supply my cylinder. I am a retired railway employees and facing much diffuculties in this service. their man is also not beheave in goog manner.

            Indane Gas (Rohini Enterprises, Delhi) — Non-receipt of gas cylinder

            i have booked cylinder on 23/12/2008 (connection no. RG 10357) and they ensured that cylinder will be delivered within 2-3 days. but they have not delivered till 26/12/2008. Than Iagain made complaint and they again told that it will be delivered on 29/12/2008. but it have not been delivered on 29/12/2008 also. Than Iagian made complaint on 30/12/2008 they again ensured that it will be delivered on 31/12/2008. Every time when I made complaint, they asked from me that your cylinder might be delivered, please check. I dought that the delivery man delivered my cylinder to other conusmer after getting some extra amount.

            I have booked on Phone, home delivery cylinder on dt. 05.12.2009 with M/s Radha Raman Gas Agency, Kudghat, Tollygunj, Kolkatya. But till date I did not receipt cylinder. I have been intimated them several times since 15 days before when my second cylinder was emptied. Unfortunately they are giving me hope day after day but doing nothing about this serious matter. My family is in a teriffic situation and everything normal life has beencolasped.
            Kindly help me and instruct agency to supply my cylinder as early as possible. I am an employees of power generating company under government of West Bengaland facing much diffuculties in this service. I hope that you will take the necessary action and oblige.

            I have complaint against SRI RAGHAVENDRA GAS AGENCIES, No.404, CTH Road, Chennai - 600 054, Ph No.26370828, 26384691, 26380697.as either they do not pick up the phone of they keep it engaged. However even if they pick up the phone they do no answer properly every time they are suppling the cylinder more then 45 day.last month i have booked LPG cylinder on 14th of Sep2009 my due date is 22nd of Sep2009 but they are delivered on 6th of October2009 we are facing same problem of every month our consumer no.24123 in the name of D.Ranganathan. he is my father.

            Till date Delivery of GAs cylinder is not made.
            I need the GAS Cylinder very Urgently.

              My living place is kodambakam,chennai and our nearest gas service agency is SRI GURUVAYURAPPAN SERVICES,KODAMBAKKAM,CHENNAI-24.Irregular gas suppplyt exist and delivery date in bill is 27-02-10 but they delivered me in 3-03-10 ,if i asked they keep mum, everytime they are doing like this.we are not able manage this.

              Please consider our issue at the earliest.

              i am not booked cylinder for last one month, but they delivered 1 cylinder to other(illegally) by using my Gas ID!.this delivery comming under my count but i am not recived any thing.

              they should be done some illegall function using my gas id. please help me....

                I have Indane Gas connection with Raj Flame Gas Agency at shanti market, Rama Park Bus Stop, Mohan Garden, Main Nazafgarh Road, New Delhi, consumer no. SRF 6538. When ever I dial landline no. for booking cylinder no one pick up the phone[protected],[protected],After that I booked gas cylinder on 1260 dated 30/03/2010 Reference No :- 38 but till today I have not received Gas.
                I would like to request u pls some action against blackmailler gas Agency. I am waiting your early response.

                I am one of the consumer of your indian gas agency named "SAI SEWA ENTERPRISES". We are in very much trouble sir, whenever we try to booked the cylender telephones are always get engaged. Please tell us how we can book our cylender? I don't know why this ageny is open when it has no work efficiency and no value of consumer satisfaction.

                I will very happy if your could suggest me any alternative I had been written you my privious mail but you don't tell us the solution.

                Kindly please help us, our cylender is empty and how can we cook food sir it makes us so suffered.

                  I had booked for refill cylinder with M/S Ayusha Gas Service, Main Road Ollur,Pin 680306 on[protected].(Consumer no.16264).The cylinder is not still delivered even after 44 days.Last month also the same thing occurred.So in desperation I collected the cylinder in person from their go-down which is far away from their office, after spending Rs.120 by Auto on[protected].When I asked for the consumer redressal cell at Kochin, the lady gave the tel no of Their Calicut ofice stating that the office has been shifted to Calicut.The given no. is perpetually not replying.
                  Because of the laxity on the part of the above dealer both my cylinders have been exhausted and I am with out gas from Friday[protected].
                  Further for the last 3 years I never received the supply within a month.What can I do in the matter now?

                    Our Indian Oil Gas dealer Vandana Enterprises, Rajouri Garden, has been a regular culprit for late delivery of cylinders. The gas was last booked on March 23, 2010 and has until now not been delivered. It has been the regular feature from its side to deliver the cylinders late.

                    It is a big issue for us as we have to each and every time go to it personally to tell to deliver the cylinders. The phone lines are always nonfunctional and the phone is never pick up.

                    Kindly advise what we should do.

                    Our Indian Oil Gas dealer SEBA FUEL ( Add:- Chowdhury para road, kol- 700049). regularly deley to delevery our gas. Many time I complain aganist it but we are not getting any satisfactory response. The delevery boy often demand extra money for delevery the gas on time. Last five days they commited it it will be delever by tomorrow but still I am not getting my gas. And from our deler side they are not taking any action against it. They even not provide me the complain number.

                    If I not getting any satisfactory response from your side I will go to consumer forum against it.

                      I was booked my gas by 1260 customer care no. on 25.03.2010 which refill voucher no. 45. when i goes to gas Godown for cylindar on 01.04.2010 there is no refill voucher. and they are not gave me cylindar. There is a person which name is pankaj booked my cylinder from godown on 01.04.10 and say you can take your cylindar on 03.04.10. when I go to godwn on 05.04.10 at 9 o' clock for cyleinder he is saying that i have not your received refill voucher of 1st april after that I talk mr Manoj which mobile no. is [protected] is say that I send the 1st april booking to godwn. Mr. Pankaj is saying no and mr. manaoj is saying yes. when I talked with manoj strongely and I said I will do your complaint to IOC he is replied ( Tumare jaise 36 log 1 din main complaint karte hain ) what you can do.

                      So Please look this matter very urgently We can only waiting for you answer

                        I am having a Gas connection in indane's Kandhari gas agency, sector-2, rohini, new delhi-110085 and the cust no. is 15502. Where in i had booked my cylinder on the last week of march and i received the gas on 04/04/2010(Sunday). I have been given the receipt of Rs. 281, dated 30/03/10 and charged Rs.310.

                        As well as I want to transfer(Gift) my connection on my sister's name but the people from kandhari gas is saying that it is not possible.

                          I have a cooking gas connection "MATA SHEETALA GAS SERVICE" address is -opp. sec-14 old delhi road, Gurgaon. In all the places, 21 days gap is between two booking whereas this gas agency is forcing me to book for my next cylinder 21 days after the previous cylinder delivery, it is also happening after 8-10 days of booking. Due to this, I am getting a cylinder in 28-30 days. This is forcing me to use commercial cylinder for demestic use but you can see these people are selling domestic cylinder in black for commerical use.

                          Dear sir our booking are last one month but just not delivery on time i aws three time complained but not delivery pl follow of these Thanks
                          The 21 days gap is counted by the gas dealers, only from the date of delivery and not from the date of booking the gas. Thus, the dealer is right in booking your gas only after 21 days from the date of delivery of gas cylinder to you. However, the point on which the dealer is wrong is the time taken for giving delivery, which should not be so long.

                          But the whole issue is even now ( April), they are delivering the cylinder after 8-10 days after booking and these agencies are taking benefits of these rule just to sell the cylinders in black market. If the gap between booking and cylinder delivery date is 2-3 days, it is acceptable. I know, at many places even in Grugaon for Bharat gas, 21 days gap is between two consecutive booking.

                          Next time I have book the cylinder of gas on 01 Fab 2011, but i have not received the cylinder till date (15 Feb 2011).
                          therefore I am suffering more problem in my home.
                          Why should i biother like that types of problems .I have no faulty.So I requested to the Gas deptt., Please take an action against that complaint.

                            that i am a senior citizen . I am a regular costumer of RAM GAS AGENCY since 1986 along with one cylinder..my consumer no. is R-1500.on 2/4/10 i request for DBC on my said above connection.but Mrs pushpa &Mr Rajender told me that some body
                            has already issued DBC on your connection .I requested them to see my signature on DBC challan form but they misbehave with me . i also contact Mr Ramniwas (Area manager) on phone but no any solution was take by them. They do not take my written compland.

                            Indane Gas — Cheating the Customer

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I am having a gas connection with the "Neelkanth Gas Service, C-1/12, Vashisht Park, Pankha Road, New Delhi - 110046, Code No. 9107242". Last time when I booked cylinder they did not give me my booking number over phone. One week past but I did not got the gas. When I inquired they said that wihtin one or two days they would deliver the gas. But to my surprise they did not turn up. When I personnaly when to the agency their I came to know one more surprise, they renew my booking number which which was dated after 16 days to my previous booking. When I asked about It Mr. Anil or Amit who seems be overall incharge of the agency said he donot knwo about it. In this way I got my gas after 20 days from booking.

                            Further their delivery man are not behaving properly. When I insited on weighing machine a delivery man Mr. Mehra denied and said if I want to weight the cylinder, I should keep a personal weighing machine.

                            I hopes you would certainly look into the matter seriously and redress the grievances at the earlies.

                            My consumer number is 16962.

                                Indane Gas — supply of refill delayed beyond ten days

                                Previous Indane gas refil supplied date 18/9/2008
                                Indane gas booking date 9/10/2008
                                Supply not given till 19/10/2008 (Sunday, 7.04 pm)
                                Assured supply before 21/10/2008.

                                My complaint is

                                1) When I approached AGIA on 9/10/2008 I asked to come after 2 days but when I explained they accepted for registration?
                                2) They have entered my registration number 19289 by a pencil
                                in a register which I feel is not a correct way
                                3) When I asked for my waiting list number unwillingly they promised they will inform over my telephone but they failed.
                                4) When I contacted they said my WL no.2308 which i feel is not correct.
                                5) When other agencies are able to supply the refil with in 10 days Why our agency is delaying beyond 10 days.

                                Moreover when I have approached them for the reason why the delay is? I have been treated as an enemy.

                                I was a consumer for indane gas since 21.12.1985 (24 years) and this is the first incidence occured that challenged my confidence with IGA because

                                1) I don't know my waiting list number

                                2) I don't know the fate of my registration

                                3) I don't know when I will get the refil supply

                                I have no other option but to approach you.

                                Kindly ascertain and inform whether I can get the refil supply and if so when I can get the refil supply?

                                Illegal supply of LPG gas to HOTELS, BEACH RESORT & delay in resident homes. We are not getting gas cylinders after 35 days from day of booking every month. I have booked gas cylinder on Nov 25 till day no response from their side. They are not attending calls also. the situation is really worse. It is time to do legal action against them.
                                Gas booking not done on time, delays has been made.
                                Time taken between 2 booking should be 21 days but they take 30days for Booking .And delivery time should be within 3 days after booking but it takes 15 days .
                                My last gas booking date was 9th june 2009 and delivery was on 19th June 2009. Till date now its 14th July 2009 my gas booking has not being done . and When will my delivery date come.

                                Indane LPG — non-supply of cylinder for 41 days

                                I am a customer of Karuna gas agency, Surendra nagar, WHC road, Nagpur, vide customer no.18988.
                                I had booked on 11/06/09. my wife enquired over phone for 12 times & i too for 3 times.
                                most of the times answers were rude, also to me. today also he assured to supply.
                                This is a routine experience.
                                kindly do needful to rectify the problem & acknowledge.

                                Indane Gas (Vinayak Agency) — Delayed delivery and wrong info provided

                                I have booked the cylinder through 24 hr booking service (ph :1260 and booking no: 1) on Sat Aug 1st 2009. I was expecting delivery by Mon Aug 3rd (Sunday being holiday). Obviously I should not expect things to run smoothly (from my past bad experiences with Vinayak Gas Agency), I had to recheck with them.

                                Now 1) The phone no: given are either not functional or not attended. 26641029, 26536294, 22441020 and 26645933. I have to keep trying so that someone will attend the phone.
                                2)After my nearly 1hr of trying i get through 26536294 and not surprisingly The lady was very rude and insensitive to me.
                                3) As per her explanation, 24 HR REFILL BOOKING NO. DOES NOT EXIST.

                                Now I need to speak to someone who is responsible to print this no, on my previous bill and need an explanation as to why consumer is supposed undergo such a stress to listen to rude, insensitive employee and wait forever to use the gas?

                                When ever we book for refil the cylinder , It takes atleast 20 days to give the supply , reason being said by the distributor is there were lot of bookings and the supply is less.
                                whereas the other distributors used to supply within 10 days of the date of booking

                                There is a ceiling from the oil companies the you cont book another cylinder within 21 days of the the last cylinder supply date

                                In my case 21 + 20 days of supply delay total of 41 days , resulting my both the cylinder get emptied before i am getting the supply

                                will the Indian Oil Corproation chennai officers look this maters and advice the vir gas agencies to normalise their supply

                                I am an indane gas consumer no : 14127. I made an online booking on 14.7.2011, and have not received the delivery till now. I made the booking by online on mobile and received the booking confirmation number 217869 as well as the message that the cash memo 14243 has been generated. But til... pending i have lot of problems delay for delivery in cylinder every time same problem face

                                I, Anthony D'Cruz is Resident of Munirka is having Gas Cylinder Consumer No.6302. I am not at all satisfied with the services provided by M/s.Arjun Enterprises-Munirka. Mr.Mukesh one of the staff members talk in such rude manner to the Customer that is is un-tolerable. In the month of November'2011 I had booked the Gas Cylinder. It took almost 10 days to supply me the cylinder. On 26th December'2011 I had booked for Gas Cylinder and till 02.01.12 I did not get the cylinder and I was told 30.12.11 and 31.12.11 that it has already been sent but till 31.12.11 evening 6.00 the delivery boy did not turn up. Since two days they were giving us the wrong information to us. on 02.01.12 I called up and Mr.Mukesh picked up the phone and I asked him why you people are giving us the wrong information. He was very much rude with me and asked me when you have got two cylinder you should always keep one cylinder re-filled in stock instead of troubling us. You kept calling us three days that is why the wrong information is given. Then I said it my headache your job is to supply the cylinder when it is booked. Then he said no we cannot do like this. More the November'2011 cylinder got finished with in 20 days of re-filling. I am very much confident that, the delivery boy are mixing water in the cylinder. Serious action should be taken with the Agency Staff members and the Delivery Boys. First of all they should be taught how to talk, handle and behave with the customer.

                                I hope serious action will be taken against M/s.Arjun Enterprises for late supplying the Cylinder and mis-behaving with the customer. More over proper check should made with the delivery boy that, how they mixing water in the cylinder.

                                  I am a consumer (Cust. No 01368, Name OMBIRI ) of Indane Gas and the Agency who supply is DWARKA INDANE SERVICE,K-1/4,Raja Puri Opp. Sec. 5, Dwarka, New Delhi.
                                  When we want to book the Gas through Phone, the operator says that she has booked the gas and it will be supplied in one or two days but actualy she did not book the gas. Last Month it was repeated about 15 times and daily she answered that she is booking. We remained for 5 days without gas as both the cylender were empty. At last after 5 days i had to go their office and only then she booked for One cylender and it was supplied.
                                  Now the situation is same for this month also. The cylinders are empty and she is not booking and saying that we will count minimum 22 days after the day of last supply not from the day of booking.
                                  But I am sure she will do the same drama. She says that she is booking but really not.
                                  Please look into the matter and suggest me what should i do to find gas on time

                                  dwarka indane service — Less Weight In Gas Cylimders

                                  After giving so many calls to this agency there is no response and it is really pathatic to get reply abt solution.

                                  And They deliver less weight cylinders to all customers.

                                  I am a subscriber of Indane LPG cylinders for domestic. use, residing in PITAM PURA, DELHI. Our original connection was from the distributor AVTAR GAS SERVICE. Whenever i called them to book the cylinder, they don't even pick up the telephone. The telephone always came engaged.

                                  dwarka indane service — no supply of gas

                                  The gas complaint was booked on 01.02.10. Teh cokmplaints was again given, despite gas having been again booked on 10.02.10 the agency has not provided the gas despite repeated request.

                                    I was trying to make a booking for refilling of cylinders for the past two days over phone numbers[protected], 26154244, 26154245 and [protected].

                                    The phone number 26154243 seems to be out of order.

                                    When I tried to reach them through the other numbers, there is no response in picking up the phone calls.
                                    Due to this i could not make a booking for refilling of cylinders for the past two days.

                                    Please take up matter with the respective agency on this.

                                      I WENT TO RAMA SERVICE STATION AN IOC PETROL PUMP NEAR ANAND VIHAR ISBT , N.DELHI FOR GETTING PETROL FILLED IN MY CAR.

                                      I GOT Rs 1000/- WORTH OF PETROL FILLED AND PAID THROUGH MY CITIBANK CREDIT CARD ON 02.04.2010 AT 08.37.11 HRS IN THE MORNING.

                                      THE ATTENDANT STARTED THE METER READING FROM Rs 200/-. WHEN I POINTED OUT THE SAME HE STARTED ARGUING AND ALL THE PETROL ATTENDENTS ACCUMULATED AND FORCED ME TO PAY Rs 1000/- ALTHOUGH I GOT THE PETROL ONLY FOR Rs 800/-.

                                      THIS HAS BECOME A NUINANCE IN MANY PETROL PUMPS IN DELHI WHEREIN PEOPLE ARE CHEATED.

                                      I WOULD REQUEST TO GET MY CASE REGISTERED AND INVESTIGATED.
