I was original customer (VGS/11373) of Vindhyabasini Gas Service, Shuklah, Kachari Road, Mirzapur since 2002, due to their delivery-distance/problem, they issue me Transfer Voucher [protected] on 11/03/2010 advising me to submit it to Padmashree Gas Service, Ganeshgunj, Mirzapur (U.P). Accordingly I approached to Padmashree Gas Service with original documents and said TV in duplicate on 14/03/2010. Upon going through all my documents e.g. Ration Card, Photo/Pensioner's I-Card/PPO, Elect.Bill, Telephone Bill, Residency Certificate of Gram Panchayet, Land-Ownership Certificate of JLRO-Mirzapur, Householder's Policy of National Insurance Co., Mirzapur etc. But my said TV was not entertained, received and/or actioned. On my several approaches/requests, Shri Sourav Agrawal of Padmashree Gas Service said that their representative would verify my residence upon which my consumership be continued. On 29/03/2010 Shri Dinesh Chowrasia visited my house at Vill: Bandhawa Mahabir, Vindhyachal-231307 and checked foreging documents in original again with his full satisfaction; I sent authenticated copies of all documents verified by Registered A/D to Padmashree Gas Service on 03/04/2010 & 06/04/2010 as those were not received by hand. Nothing but delat/harassment continued. Please do the needful and confirm action.

In both cases you should take the precautions mentioned in the links and should immediately complain about the problem to the dealer, who should replace it on the same day. If the problem is not solved, you should complain about this to the sales officer of the company, whose number can be found on the mandatory board which is on display at the dealer's office.
