I want to take one indane gas connection but the service in indane gas office is very poor. They dont pick up the phones. They pick the calls 1 time out of 50 calls. I want to know the required documents and charges for new connection. They must be doing it deliberately to harrass the customers....

I booked my cylinder on 8-Mar-2010 and they have not supplied till date(30-Mar-2010).
When I asked them why they didn’t supply, their reply: “we sent the gas, but nobody was at home.” All the time my parents and my wife remain at home. Instead of attending to the problem, they give such mindless excuses.

They book only after one month of last supply and then supply only after 15 days of booking. And this time...

The agency M/s Sheetlamata Gas Agency is not booking the gas prior to 21 days of last supply. They said that they have been directed by the Oil Company ie IOC ltd not to book the cylender before 21 days of past supply. It means that the consumer may not get the cooking gas as and wen needed by him.
