Dear Sir,
I am Varun Chopra R/O .S-35,Upper Ground Floor, Vijay Vihar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-59.contact no. [protected] and consumer of Indian oil gas thro M/s Nair Gas Service, Vikas Puri.
My consumer no. is 18659 last cylinder received on 1st Feb 2010, after that I have not received any cylinder but in Nair Gas records they have given cylinder in the month of march also by continues follow up from last ten days they were saying every time that it will reach today but till date I have not received. On 29/03/10 when I called up again they told me we have booked your cylinder 2 days before only. After asking what about old cylinder they say we don’t know you can complaint any one.
So please take necessary action as early as possible.

Sub: Request For replacement of filled LPG Gas cylinder having defective and leaky Valve.
Respected Sir,
Regarding the subject matter I would like to bring it into your notice that the last delivery of the filled cylinder from the above said distributor had a leaky and defective valve which does not accept the regulator. I cannot furnish the exact date of delivery as they never give us a money receipt. However, when it was required to connect the same to the oven, the defect ( regulator does not accept regulator) was detected. I contacted the distributor’s office & requested for replacement. By the time a large amount of gas has leaked out. Remaining gas as measured by the distributor’s personnel was 23 Kg in total i.e. including cylinder weight. Now the distributor refuses to replace the partially emptied cylinder.
Hence I would request you to do the needful so that we may get our food cooked. Hope you would take the matter very seriously as a leaky cylinder is very dangerous and it could be fatal.

    Indane Gas — extra payment

    I am send request to the gas cylinder 21/06/20010 and I receive cylinder 26/06/2010 Today every cylinder which are send by Indian gas they charge 344 Rs but they do not paid any receipt to the consumer I am doubt that they citing or fraud to the consumer

      Hi,
      I am a customer of indane with customer no. 10094 and have been registed with Gruhalakshmi Enterprises, Jeedimetla, Hyderabad. It takes 3-4 days to get connected to the online booking and when connected they say the gas will be delivered within 10 -15 days, but it never comes on time and we have again go personally and remind him to send the gas (This is what is really happening from last 3 times ) . i have seen personally at the office the booking people always keep the receiver phone in engage .
      Is this the quality of service we are expected to receive?????????.
      So I request the Indane higher authorities to look into the matter and improve the quality of service and check the quality of service with the agencies, otherwise its a BAD... Name to the INDANE itself to not to keep its faith among the customers.

      My Indane Consumer no is 79579 and I have been facing same problem form the day 1, when my connection had been transferred from Bowanpally branch.

      The employees never responses over phone and every time we have to visit to the Agency for booking which is very diffecult for us. Even their delivery is very irregular hence overall we are facing pathatic services from this agency since starting.

      I request IOC higher-ups to look into this being there are several complaints and irregularity in gas supply by the Agency. My previous booking of almost 2 months now but I have no clue when I will get the gas. I have to take al least half day leave from office just to know that why they have not delivered gas to me.

      If possible, please let me know the way to get rid-off from this dealer and transfer my Gas connection to some other dealer or brand like HP of Bharat Gas.

      sir,
      we are upset on the process of Indian gas service because irresponsible behavior with consumers there is no response after booking gas by Ivrs system possibly 15days have been passed but there is no response
      even i went to office to check the status of my booking he informed that gas will be delivered in one day and 2 days have been passed but i am still waiting for my gas please take this complaint seriously

      I also agree with the above posts of my friends against the aforesaid Gruhalakshmi Gas Agency. The employees of there are very irresponsible and are not patient enough to answer the customer queries.

      Don't know whether this Gruhalakshmi Gas agency maintain a static land line number or not. Why because, whenever I call up to their online service to refill the cylinder, the host says that, "Sorry we don't have this telephone number information". This is so irresponsible or mischievous act against the customer in need.

      And the delivery boys also demand excessive charge while delivering the cylinder to the customers which seems to be so disgusting. My question is are they not paid by their company/distributor? Or the company ask them to do so and collect the excessive amount from the customers on delivery?

      Its is my humble request that, the higher authorities must look into these issues and resolve them asap and provide quality service to the customer in order to retain faith on the Gas Agency.

      i sachin working with reputed company as a manager, it has been noticed from past couple of years, the
      behaviour of gas delivery boy and vehicle driver is not good, they are very rude with the housewives,
      they are asking extra money asa tip for giving gas at door step, that too i am at ground floor,
      its a very rediculous service GRUHALAKSHMI AGENCY IS GIVEN, BETTER TO QUIT OR GOING FOR HP OR OTHER GAS.

        Sir,
        If you fill Petrol/ Diesel, @ Anjanadri Enterprises, 5th Main Road,
        Chamarajpet, Bangalore -560018, ( Indian Oil Corporation Petrol Bunk) when the capacity of the car is 34 lts. he fill up to 37 - 38 ltrs of petrol / diesel. We have checked this several times & compared with other bunks.

        You can not question them, since they behave very rudely and they bluntly say we do not need your business/ your business is negligible. We have a permanent Bus owners account with us if we cater to that business it is sufficient.

        Can any one take action on the bunk owner for cheating the customers by filling less fuel.???????
        I agree with above incidents, unfortunately we dont have proofs to expose them. May be we can tell this some medea kind of people. at least thay will be more aware of it.

        More buses/autos/2-wheelers (more sales)indicate that pump maintains quality and quantity. You yourself can check the quantity and quality at the pump. Vehicle manufacturers just say tank capacity is 34 litres (Normally it will be more than that--how much more---no one knows---varies from veh-veh). You should understand that your fuel tank is not calibrated for 34 litres. If you feel it is calibrated then try to get a calibration certificate from your car dealer. Or else remove your tank from the vehicle and go to the nearest metrological dept and find out the capacity of the tank by paying a small fee. Do not look things always suspiciously. Be friendly with your pump station attendants and get your things done. Without knowing things please do not jump into conclusions and make yourself restless.

          This is to bring in your notice that the Maheshwari Gas Service Madangir DDA Gali No 9 is not accepting my double gas booking. I have already received the accptence of the double cylinder from the Indane gas authority. My consumer no 15942 and DBC (SL69A) Reg No [protected]. I recieved the acceptence on 30 Jan 2010. Also it has been mentioned in the letter to avail of your DBC with in 60days from 30 Jan 2010 however the Maheshwari Gas Service 9/209 DDA flat Madangir (Rakesh Sharma) is not accepting to give the connection and saying to come after 10th April. My complaint is that on 10th April 60 days would be completed and they would not accept my request. So please take a appropiate action againt the Maheshwari Gas Serivce.

            SUB : NON-DELIVERY OF DOMESTIC GAS CYLINDER

            I am the one of your customer and my consumer No. 38373 pertains to Sri Raghavendra Gas Agencies, # 404, C.T.H. Road, Avadi, Chennai-54.

            Sir, this is my comments /complaints against the above agencies. Since, last two years I am facing the problem regarding non-delivery of domestic gas cylinder in time, already I made a complaint against the agencies regarding non-co-operation with the customer to Smt Thilagam, IOC Grievance Officer. That time itself I made a suggestion that, some of the customers, those who are located in an around HVF Estate, Avadi, Chennai-54 may transfer their connection to W.W.A. HVF Estate, because most of the customers were belongs to WWA HVF Estate once upon a time. Due to retirement/construct of their own house the customers are forced to transfer their connection to Sri Raghavendra Gas Agencies, but their service is very poor, non-co-operation and arrogant behavior with the customers. Whenever the customers approach the agencies they never reply in polite manner and they do not know that, “we are their bread” (CUSTOMER). Hence, I request your good self, that our need is transfer of gas connection to WWA HVF LPG Agencies located in HVF Estate.

            Sir/Madam why I am making this type of comments because we are facing lot of problems by the agencies and if you are not in position to realize these, you are having rights to make a vigilance/confidential inquiry on that, how the customers are harassed by the agencies to get their own allotment of gas by IOC. Even now the most of the agencies are not knowledgeable that, they are trader in between the customers and IOC. Once again we are requesting your goodself to look in to the matter and get ourselves from the obscurity.

            In view of above, we approached HUMAN RIGHTS ORGANIZATION, Coordinator Mr A MALLIDOSS, Thiruvallur East District( Mobile No. [protected]). If you have any clarification on the subject, you can very well approach Mr A Mallidoss, Coordinator. Since, it is not a problem of me and your entire customers of Sri Raghavendra Gas Agencies. We believe that, we may get good result from your end at the earliest please.

            SUGGESTION :

            If any allegation received against the agencies please take immediate action against the agencies and punished the agencies with penalty then only they will not come forward for any type of illegal activities. It will give a good lesson to the other agencies, nowadays so many unemployed graduates are ready to take agencies. Even in Govt organization are taking action against the employees who are not performed duty in their works spot, that much level we are developed our nation to protect from the culprits.

            Each citizen is paying and taking the GAS CONNECTION AND THEY GOT RIGHTS TO QUESTION/ALLEGIATION AGAINST THE AGENCIES.

            Any one can judge how the public suffered by the agencies by reading the above contents. So it is our humble request that, suspended the dealership for a period and ordered other agencies of IOC located in an around AVADI AREA to supply domestic gas to the customers or otherwise make a feature advance developments to your customers get domestic gas in time. “It is the duty of each citizen to protect the NATION from the culprits”.

            Sir, we are in the latest century and you have got more and more opportunities to serve your CUSTOMERS without their allegation.

            SRI RAGHAVENDRA GAS AGENCIES — WORST SERVICE

            Dear Sir,
            I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Ragavendra Gas agency, Avadi, chennai and my consumer number is D0039040 I have booked for a refile on 10TH DEC' 2008 over phone. They replied that they will Deliver the cylinder with in a weeks time. But after 1week when I made a call to them they replied it will delivered with in 1 or 2 days(17.12.08).Since that day (17.12.08)they are not pickup the phone at all.If so they pickupthe call, the reply received from company(Raghavendra Gas Agencies) is they have not yet received the load. Since non-supply even after 40 days, the response from the agency to the customers isvery worst. I have been searching for other gas agency, where the services is good. This is the think not only happening for me but all Ragavendra gas agency consumers, for all my bookings. Please take necessary action immediately.

            Indane Gas — poor service and arrogant response

            I have a single cylinder connection with the Balaji Agencies, Ambattur, Chennai-53. The customer service is so poor. I have booked for gas on 16/11/09, since my cylinder was empty on 14/12/09, I approached for my gas, but there was only arrogant reply that gas cannot be issued, do whatever you want. They lousily replied that come back after 10 days if you want the gas. I have a small kid, can't imagine giving hotel food for another 10 days, moreover can't afford for it. Using very fishy language and arrogantly behaving over the phone. Please do the needful to take necessary action.

            Indane Gas — Irregular deliveries and arrogant response

            We shifted to Gurgaon from Delhi early this year. And took an Indane gas connection from Guru Kripa Indane Agency, Sushant Vyapar Kendra, Gurgaon. Every month we have to face harassment in the sense that the agency people take nearly 10 days to deliver the cylinder. When i call to give a reminder they behave arrongantly. When i wanted to apply for double cylinders i was openly told to come next month and that to as if i am begging for something. Even on weekdays they dont pick the phone again and again. The response of the agency on every occasion has been harassing. Is this what general public expect from service sector. I request the department concerned to initaite neceesary action and protect the interests of the consumers. My consumer number is 61292 and i can be contacted at [protected].             my consumer no is 13130, i have monthly two cylinder facility . I booked my LPG cylinder last month (22/4/2010) but till date i didn't receive my cylinder . When i inquired with the agency i haven't receive any proper response . not even one cylinder is supplied in time. I doubt my gas may be supplied to some hotels. so please take necessary action on the agency.

            IOC / Indane — Non-Delivery of domestic cylinder

            I sanjay Kumar resident of Das Para West, Sonarpur, Kolkata-700150, Consumer no 31556 is facing problem of non-delivery of cylinder from last 3-months. Name of the distributor is P L GAS SERVICE, LAKE PALLY BORAL CODE 140448. Initially they are not making any booking at all and if by any hook or crook you are able to make booking then they will not deliver the cylinder. They will force you to buy the cylinder on black basis and if you are agree then the cylinder is available within minutes otherwise you forget it.
            This is a very serious problem and almost 90% customers are facing the same problem. This is not only harrasing the customer's but ruining the country's economy. Pls stop this mal-practice of black marketing of domestic cylinder and take severe steps against the persons involved. As i feel this is a big racket and lot of peoples and agents are also involved in it.

            my indane gas booking no.292909 and cash memo made ; 13257 generated but till now not received my cylinder. we always have problems with raghavendra gas agency, normally we take cylinder to the office and and collect our refilled cylinder, but normally they never come to our place, now they do not give if we go the office too.this agency cover many places in avadi, thiruneravur, and many places but could not fulfill th service, we are not provided receipts also. will we indanegas official will take care of this problem or apopoint new person to our area so that we can directly collect from the office as bharath gas do. kindly take some action. we are suffering a lot, with regards

            Sub:NON-DELIVERY DOMESTIC GAS CYLINDER IN TIME

            Myself Nabakumar Saha, an Ex-Serviceman, suffering with very very poor Gas Service by "Sonarpur Gas Service" and spending huge money for Kerosene Oil instead of Gas to preparing the food at home.Every time I have been treated like a Shuttle Cock to get a Cylinder delivery.Although I have paid the money in full at the time of Booking and then also spending the money in phone to follow up.
            After several chase up I have been informed by "Sonarpur Gas Service" that the Service by IOCL in respect of Consumer base at Sonarpur area is very poor.Then who is the main guilty? Is IOCL or Sonarpur Gas Service?
            Has there any timeline our Guideline for this essential service?
            Begging for a permanent solution in this regard and expecting a clear cut clarification.Requesting for Market Survey for "Sonarpur Gas Service" jurisdiction.
            This type of service is making IOCL looser in Business point of view and compelling Consumers to churn at others like HP etc.

            Please communicate further in the Number [protected] with a clear cut solution.

                I am a customar of gas agency name "Govardhan gas agency, 58-3-14 Ramunaidu colony, Merripalem, Visakhapatnam-18, AP Ph-[protected], 2558139 My Consumer No 20838 , I booked gas on 6/3/10, but when Gas came to my house on 22/3/10 , noboby was in home except my son(age 14 years) as such he could not pay the money, as a result delivery man returned, thereafter I used to call daily at least 50 times then also nobody picked up phone, the above mention address is just 1 KM away from house, The people of that shop never picks up ph, I surprised why ph is kept, I booked my gas throgh ph no 1260 plase look into the matter and dustric against the dealer, also deliver the gas as early as possible

                  I am a consumer of Indian Oil Corporation of vikramaditya gas agency , Agra .My consumer No. is VG 2218. The above said agency has issued a DBC slip on dated 24th July , 2008. My slip No. was 3718219 . I met an Indian OIL Corporation Agra Field Officer Mr. Rajesh Singhal and he told me that you should go to the vikramaditya gas agency , Agra and tell him about myself. But as soon as I went in the vikramaditya gas agency , Agra , the manager and staff said that there is no any vacant cylinder in the agency . everyday I met to the agency manager but he always tell me lie that there is no any cylinder. On dated 25th February , 2010 an Indian OIL Corporation Agra Officer Mr. R.C.Madda order to the vikramaditya gas agency , Agra for getting the DBC connection against slip No.3718219. Therefore ,Please help me for getting the DBC cylinder from vikramaditya gas agency , Agra .

                      I have domestic gas connection in Chennai with “SRIDHAR GAS SERVICE”, ALANDUR. Distributor phone no. is[protected] &[protected]. My consumer No. is 71658. I booked a refill cylinder over the phone, they told that it will take 22 days to deliver a refill cylinder. We did not receive it as per their mentioned period, when i went to remind, they said that we are booking it now only. I understand from them that they didn't book the cylinder when i informed over the phone. I understand their fraudulent approach to their customers in this situation. Whenever i go to their office, i could find people shouting for non delivery of refill cylinders. I suspect that "Sridhar Gas service" is selling the cylinders in the black market to commercial people and tea shops.

                      I have my connection with Shobha Gas Agency on Nungambakkam High Road and I have a very similar complaint. We were out of country for 5 months, so we had written a letter to them stating that we would be needing a re-fill only after we get back. After returning, we took the letter to the agency and they made a note of our return and made a booking for a re-fill, on the 1st of March. We were informed that it would be reaching us within a week. But there was no sign of it till the 15th so we made an enquiry. At that time the person asked us why we have not bought gas for 5 months! After going thru all the details once again, she booked it again on the 15th and told us that it would take a week. We had specifically informed that we will be out of town for a day on the 17th and had requested them to deliver either before or after that. Till today - 30th of march - there is no sign of it and everyday when we call, the reply is the same - "it will come today". It is frustrating that a genuine consumer like me, who is straightforward in approach, should get treated so shabbily. This particular gas agency is known for the unfriendly treatment of its customers. Will the IOC take necessary action against such agencies and see that genuine consumers are not affected anymore? At such times who can we approach in the IOCL? Please help.

                        I reiterate the phone call on[protected], 22873053, bu there is nobody can pick the phone also. And they had offten use bad language, whenever I told him why I could not get cylinder in time?

                        I think that they have priority to give the cylinder only their friends/relatives/neighbors only.

                        This kind of matter is happened every time, but, now I have no passion, that is the reason I force to wright you.

                        Dear Sir, My consumer No. is 20211 at Co-operative sociaty, Industrial Area, Kota (Rajasthan). I am trying to call from yesterday to book the filled cylinder, but no responce is found from the dealer's end. Kindly arrange to rectify the grivience and to book the filled cylinder for above said consumer no.

                            I would like to say that this agency is owned by the Late.Gongi Reddy Mohan Reddy, Freedom fighter, domal guda Hyderabad.
                            He has only the son named G.Satish Reddy and three daughters(1) Mrs.Indira Devi, (2) Mrs. Neeraja Devi (3)Mrs. Aravinda Reddy were the daughters .The agency got under the quota of Freedom Fighters quota by Late.Mr.G.Mohan Reddy.
                            But Mrs.Aravinda Reddy, Mrs. Indira Devi, Mrs.Neeraja Devi were the daughters of the late. G.Mohan Reddy fradulently and cheating the Mr.Satish Reddy taken over this gas agency and running under the name of Mrs.Chandrika Reddy. Mrs. Chandrika Reddy is a daughter of Mrs. Indira Devi daughter of Late.G.Mohan Reddy.
                            The property is acquired by cheating and booking a criminal case on Mr.Satish Reddy. By all the above daughter and sisters. The details are Mrs.Aravinda Reddy, W/o.K.Prabhakar Reddy Addl.S.P.police department at habsiguda, Street no.7.[protected]. Mrs. Neeraja Devi daughter of late.                                 Sir,

                                I have booked my cylinder to refilled on dt. 14/03/2010 and 19/03/2010 No. 7 and 2 respectively on phone No. 1260 booking I am the customer of Indane gas of Raghav Gas Agency, MIF, Flates, Shahadra, Delhi.I have contact to M/s Raghav Gas Agency on phone so many but without response. 8 days have been passed away but my cylinder is not refilled still. Please take action to the concerned agency under intimation to me.

                                I booked for refiling of gas cylinder on 5/1/12 reg no 217227.My customer no being 11952 on Parktown Co operative Chennai-40.I received the refill only on 13/2/12 but the cash memo was prepared on 4/1/12 as per the inter active telephone voice recorder.The bill no/date being 83dt 8/2/12 .Why is their a delay in delivery.Now when I tried to book a new refill I am unable to book as it is getting disconnected after giving information of the last supply.How do I book a refill.                                   I had received indane cylinders for the last 3 to 4 times which is dated back to C-07( July-Sept-Year 2007 ) .I lodged a complaint to the indane dealer RANEE Enterprises ,44,Perumal Nagar ,2 nd Street,Madipakkam ,Nanganallore,Chennai 600061.They had sent a gas mechanic and in turn told me that this is the cylinders supplied by IOC and i have to complain only to IOC company dealing the cylinders.Hence this complaint.Time and again the consumers are educated by your company and as well the well wishers of the citizens are telling us to use the cylinders dated in a particular markings with in a year as marked in the cylinders handle.bar.But everytime we find the delivery of cylinders does not abide by that formula , as i mentioned above about the mark.More over the cylinders are highly damaged condition including the base as well the body. There are lot of fine metal powders falling from the cylinder case and handle.This is also i had shown to our dealers representative on his visit here to my house.I personnally feel that this is very dangerous for use.I request a solution to this and also if needs i want this to be repalced for the safety of the house wifes and to the residents.Kindly take up this matter seriously and request an action immedietly.

                                      Hi,

                                      I am an Indian Oil Corporation domestic gas consumer (Consumer No: 35375).
                                      I have been facing a lot of problems in getting the gas for my home.

                                      The problems faced are:
                                      1) The dealer says that gas can only be availed after 40 days from last refilling.
                                      Let me know if there are any rules/regulations of this kind?
                                      2) The dealer forces us to come on only Wednesdays (even after completing 40 days); that too after 2 pm only.
                                      3) There is a huge queue because of so many consumers coming on the same day. The consumers normally get their cylinders refilled only after standing in queue for 2-3 hours.
                                      4) Sometimes on the designated day (i.e. on Wednesday) the dealer denies the consumers of refilling the gas saying they are out of stock.

                                      I am writing you genuine grievance and hardship being faced by me and people from my area. The consumers feel that they are unnecessarily harassed and humiliated by the dealer.

                                      Apart from this, I am near my retiring age and suffering from sugar/heart problems and cannot afford to stand up in a queue for so long.
                                      The dealer should refill the gas on all working days and not only on wednesdays.

                                      It is also in talks that the mentioned agency sells LPG cylinders in black in the market which actually causes the shortage for the regular consumers.

                                      You are, therefore, requested to kindly look into the matter and
                                      take necessary action against the erring agency and sort out the
                                      aforementioned problems faced by me and many other consumers so that
                                      the consumers may not be subjected to any further harassment and inconvenience.

                                      Indian Oil — Difficulites in booking Refills

                                      GAS BOOKING

                                      My consumer no.25460 and I am a resident of New Delhi, Uttam Naga. M/s Shyam Sunder Enterprises (Dist. ID 7014) is the distributor for my connection. I have been trying to contact the said agency since 19th February, 2008 (9 days) over phone continously (atleast 50 times) for booking the gas.
                                      I even booked a refill in your much advertised TOMOGAS internet booking site as well (Date/Time - 2/19/2008 5:31:24 PM, Source - WED) But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no delivery as yet from them. Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system in order so that these kinds of delays are not there. Also it would be grateful if some kind of tracking can be built in your web based system and someone can be held responsible for delaying it over a particular period of time.. I mean if web booking can take more than 9 days.. I don't know which age are we living in..

                                      My consumer no.td 11659 and I am a resident of new market, sarayaganj, muzaffarpur-842001 Bihar M/s damodar enterprises (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. . But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The complane tel. nos. provided by them[protected], the gas has been booked dated14/09/2008 and deliverd date 22 sep. 2008 but not deliverd till dated 09.10.2008. Every time I have to face this problem.
                                      Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I am a customer of Indian Oil of LPG. Customer No. is 3724 & Service No is 135824. My service provider is Asha Gas Service Deoria (U. P.). I have applied for booking of LPG on 15/07/2011. Service provider has given me date of 24.07.2011 for getting receipt of delivery date (24.07.2011 is weekly holiday). On 24.07.2011, while I contacted the service provider for receipt, they given me date of LPG delivery on 15.08.2011.
                                      Will you Please tell me the cause of delay, because a person engaged in service has to contact same person & for same reason 3 times.
                                      Plz resolve my complaint ASAP because lots of people suffer due the same reason.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I resigned from a company in October '04, and submitted my PF claim form in November'04. After frequent visit to Vashi Regional PF office, in June'08 & I have given my application in writing to them on 17.06.2008.and have been told that on the refund will be done by 1st Aug. After that I had made enquiry they said it is in process. But till date I had note received my PF amount back.
                                        My PF Account number is MH / 43482/138.
                                        PLEASE EMAIL ME WHEN I CAN GET MY PF AMOUNT BACK.

                                        Nothing new about them. Not even with the employees but their dealing with thier service provider as well as suppliers is worst than this. IOTL is most currupt, unprofessional, unethical orgnization, I have ever seen in my life. They are simply spoiling reputation of IOCL in the market. They are basically a big cheaters. They will make big promises when they require your assitance but never fufill and than make you bleed for your money and claims.

                                        Mr. Dinesh, Pl dont expect anything from them. Consider that you have given your money to cherity. My advise is you should write a compliant to commissioner of Provident Fund. PF comes under Act no one can eat your money. PF office on receipt of your complain will see to that you receive your claim from IOTL.
