SIR

My LPG gas connection No. is Riju Dutta 13501 at Pragjyotish Gas Agency , Dispur G.S.Road, Guwahati-781006. But thier service is very poor and they have been doing illegal services towards the coustomers. Today also their all mobile and telephone nos are not responding. There is no parking area in the gas agency campus of Pragjyotish gas agency.They does not follow the proper guidence in connection with gas booking and delivery timings.

Please investigate the matter and request to do the needfull urgently because i am the not only person for which suffering a lot, the whole consumers are suffering but there is no alternative.

    My ailing mother is being put through lot of hardship by the Indane dealer at Parakode (Poornima gas agency,Parakode.)The refill was booked on 21/Nov,till date she has not received it.Inspite of her health, she has been to Poornima gas agency several times and was assured it will be delivered next day.On each of those instances my mother has to carry the empty cylinder to the main road,only to see the truck drive pass without stopping.They do not answer the phone & very arrogant in person.They are selling the cylinders in the black market while leaving the genuine customers in trouble.We hope necessary action will be taken on this issue.

      Aarti flames service is not satisfactory, they will not dispatch the cylinder at said time, my cylinder was empty on 24 jan 2010, i have called to aarti flames to book the cylinder they told me call after 29 jan 2010, if my cylinder was empty on 24jan, why i will wait for 29th jan, this is not the first time, they are not behaving and attending us properly. always says that their is shortage of cylinder, so many people is in the que??
      if they have any function at home than they will arrange 50's of cylinder.
      please take some action at the earliest

          I booked my cylinder on 0912010 but it is still not supplied
          so there is lots of crisis of gas in the home kitchen
          so please take some strict action against supplier
          which is SITA GAS COMPANY

          cylinder booked on[protected] but supply not given even after repeated request till 17.09.08
          Myself SHEETAL PANIGRAHI, bearing mobile no [protected] for the indane gas of Berhampur, ORISSA . My customer id- BI 3467 as already stated that there has been non delivery of the gas. There has been a several number of times when I have tried to contact them on the phone at the respective office even that was not picked up. After repeated requests which I have done by going to the office again and again but still there has been no consideration made.

          Serial no- 673 date of booking 7/04/08 date of delivery 3/06/08. Serial no-3525, date of booking 12/08/08 there had been a warning from the head office hence the date of delivery was 23/08/08 but again when for the Serial no- 539 and the date of booking 4/11/08 there had been a great delay in delivery which was made on 11/01/08 and finally for the serial number-2159 which was booked on 07/02/09 thegas cylinder has not been delivered yet.
          This indicates for a great irresponsible behaviour, intensional harashmental as I have to buy the cylinders in black which has really caused a great mental strauma for me. so which indicates for a bad customer service. therefore i would request you to investigate on the matter by sending up a surprise team for investigation else i would have to knock the door of the consumer court.

          Indane Gas — TILL YET NOT DELIVERED MY CYLINDER AFTER REPEATED BOOKING

          AFTER REPEATED TELEPHONIC DISCUSSION AND BOOKING,TILL NOW MY GAS CYLINDER NOT SUPPLIED . MY INDANE GAS CONSUMER NO- R50711 AND BOOKED ON 07.10.2010.THIS IS ROUTINE DELAY PROCEDURE MAINTENING LATE DELIVERY BY THE DISTRIBUTOR OF AMBABARI AREA OF JAIPUR.INTENSIONALLY HE IS DELIVERING LATE TO ALL CONSUMER IN EVERY MONTH INCLUDING ME.

            I booked my cylinder dated 26/12/09, my consumer no. is S/37473 on Rajasthan Rajya Sahkari Krye Vikre Sangh Ltd,Bhawanisingh Road,Jaipur.I have not received my LPG booked cylinder. I phoned so many times, even I personally went to Agency, but still I have not received cylinder after 33 days. It is not first time, I am facing same type of problem last one year. Every time service provider said next time we will provide the cylinder on same day when you required.

            sir, i have booked gas on 25th jan2010 in early morningg with dikshit gas service vide complaint no 363001 at khichpur delhi and till date i could not get gas . theie employes demand extra money which i am not ready to pay . it appears officers of i.o.c are hand in glove with them .pl help

They Told we ar unable to give you home delivery.since than after making daily telephone call they simply said today surely will deliver gas cylinder...while you can see at there distribution point they are openly selling gas on black instant availabilty for commercial use also.

            I am a consumer of Gas Cylinder of Indian Oil Corporation Of India through your authorized agency M/s. Golden Gas Agency, Palam Vihar, Distt. Gurgaon and consumer is 2332. But I did not receive my Gas cylinder till today i.e 23.2.10. I made an enquiry to the Agency for which I did not receive a proper reply. I phoned so many times on telephone i.e[protected] and other phone is not working till date and whenever I phoned to the agecny the reply comes "MAIL BOX IS FULL" on phone no. Eventhough I personally went to Agency for the booking cylender on 6.2.10. The agency informed that the booking of the seocn cylender after 21 days of booked cylender but still I have not received cylinder after 18 days. this is not the first time, I am facing this type of problem from last years. Every time service provider promised to rectify the problesm but not actuion taken till date. I request yuou to kindly look into the matter and providing the cylender at the earlieest.

              Respected Sir,

              I, Karam Chand R/o 7121, Mandi Ghass, Pahari Dhiraj, Delhi-6, Customer No.- 4571-S booked for refill gas cylinder for last 5 or 6 days on Telephone No.[protected] / 23543807 / 23519192 with M/s Khan Enterprises, Code No.-107224, 1407, Block, SP Mukerhjee Market, Rani Jhasi Road, Jhandelwalan, New Delhi-110005. But from morning to evening the above telephone engaged or if telephone bell is going on, but no one responded from above gas agency.
              On 30.01.2010, my son personally going to above gas agency for booking of refill gas cylinder about 11.00a.m. but the staff of above agency not booked and saying that after 21 days of last delivery we can booked. I requested that there is no rule for booking refill gas cylinder after 21 days. He says that go to Indian Oil Head Office and they are booked your gas cylinder before 21 days.
              Sir, please let me know whether there is any rule for booking of refill gas cylinder after 21 days, if not, than please instruct the above gas agency not to behaved in rudely manner with there customer and booked my gas cylinder before 21 days, under intimation to me.

              Indane Gas — non booking of refilling cylinder

              My gas agency Chandrakala Gas Services at Seema puri, Shahdara, Delhi do not pick up phone nos.[protected], 22357295. I have been trying continuously for last 4 days. My consumer no. is CK-9785. Please look into the matter urgent.
              My agency name is Jangjeet Enterprises, Ajronda, Faridabad. Whenever i call for refill booking they tell me that they can not book the cylinder before the completion of 30 days of last refill.I would like to know that waht is the policy in this regard. After how many days of last refill can i order my booking.
              Plz let me know.

                I booked my cylender and got 1 kg less Gas, when I visited there I have seen with my eyes the local labour of the agency were having so many Indane seals in their pocket and opening the wxisting seals

                  my son Anil K Palhas gass connection from Arki,HP, SV No.932945, customer No.745, he got it transferred to Gurgaon where he is residing now which was done vide TV No.[protected]. In the Transfer voucher Anil K Pal has been named as 'Ajit K Pal'.To get the correction i went to the Incharge of the Civil Supplies Corporation, Arki who told that there is no software to do name correction so he did it manually but in the computer it remained Ajit. I again contacted Fiedld Officer of the IOC at Shimla who is looking after the area, he re-iterated that there is no software to make corrections and the name will remain as it is but the Gas Supplier at Gurgaon will give you new connection on the basis of TV and then the name will be corrected there since the Ciil Supplies Corp. office Arki has verified it. But the Mata Sheetla Gas Service at Gurgaon refused to give the connection because of the name error in the database. It is surprising that the such a reputed and huge organisation is harassing the customer for none of their faults. Will you please help to get the name corrected or issue directions to the Mata Sheetla Gas Service, Gurgaon to issue gas connection since the correction of name has been verified by the previous Gas Agency.

                      I am a consumer of Indane Gas Services and have a connection at Alisha Gas Service, Amritsar. I got my gas cylinder delivered at my home after 13 days of booking and this time again it over a week refilled cylinder has not been delivered yet.                         Dear Sir,
                        I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with mettur Gas agency, METTUR DAM .,SALEM DISTRICT and my consumer number is 23634. I have booked for a refile on 20th JAN 2010 over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But after weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Again I called them on 29th JAN 2010.. In person I explained the things to the agency and my 2 cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay, but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all METTUR gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.

                        At the time of this complaint we found all over Tamilnadu an irregular supply from Indian Oil. So we regard for this inconvienence. We are now providing the best service around Mettur Dam now-a-days.

                        Indane Gas — VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

                        OUR DEALER IS FANCY COOK AT JAMES LONG SARANI , NEITHER THEY ARE RECEIVING PHONE FOR BOOKING OR FOR ANY OTHER PROBLEM.THEY ARE NOT BOOKING BEFORE 21 DAYS OF DELIVERY AND DELIVERY IS UNCERTAIN.IN WINTER HOW LONG ONE CYLINDER CAN GO? PL. LOOK INTO THE MATTER. THIS IS CONTINUING FOR LAST 6 MONTHS.

                          Respected Sir,

                          I live in patna (Bihar) , i have taken connection of your franchise SUBH CHANDANI GAS AGENCY,B.M DAS ROAD , patna- 800004.His service is very bad, he books gas after 15 days of last delivery, and after that he tkes 20 to 25 days more time for the delivery of the gas.His venders and other staffs selling gas in the open market to hotels and retaurants, The agency is do nothing on complaints.His argument is shortage of gas and less supply from the company.
                          But the service of other agencies of the city is good. Sir, I hope u understand our problem , and take some strict action against this agency.

                          I live in THANJAVUR, TAMILNADU, I have taken connection of your ARAVIND GAS AGENCY, THANJAVUR CONSUMER NO 7053. His service is very bad, he books gas after 25 days of last delivery, and after that he tAkes 15 to 20 days more time for the delivery of the gas. The agency is do nothing on complaints.His argument is shortage of gas and less supply from the company and also tell the same word area service managner mr. govi.
                          But the service of other agencies of the city is good. Sir, I hope u understand our problem, and take some strict action against this agency

                            Myself consumer no M-18267, SV NO - 686503,. I was in ranchi and my gas agency was Bihar State Food Supply Corporation,till september2009. In October i was transferred to Bhagalpur Bihar and my serving gas station is MADHU GAS ENTERPRISES , TILKAMANJHI, BHAGALPUR, where i submitted my transfer voucher received from ranchi , and after i month after verification , i was told by
                            MADHU GAS ENTERPRISES , TILKAMANJHI, BHAGALPUR that your TV has been confirmed and you come on 24 th to collect your Cyllinder and Regulator. when i go to collect the same on 24th jan , i was told that we have no regulator and cyllinder for
                            you, and they do not know when they will supply, and when i said its not good you are harrsing me, then they misbeheaved with me, and when i got the Area sales manager MR. SN Mishra, he also told me the same and when i asked about the solution he cut the phone. Ans same day i got cyllinder from market paying 600 Rs.
                            There are total corruption prevailing over there. I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and early resolution of the problem

                            LPG Gas Cylinder(Indian Oil & Gas) — not supplied cyllinder

                            I am a LPG Indane customer with Babar Pur gas Services, Delhi and my consumer Number is 2191. I have booked for a refile last week, I did not get my refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer. SIR, Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me.

                            Indane, Indian Oil Corp Ltd — Gas regulator blasted

                            Gas regulator provided by Indane blasted and then major gas leak, which could cause serious threat to many life.

                              I had booked Indane Gas (Booking No. 4870) with Golden Gas, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon on 12 Jan 2010 and still waiting for supply. Not even getting their Tel. No. to complain and remind.. This is happening since the last four years when I transferred my conection from Delhi to Gurgaon. My consumer No. is GD/8065. Prompt attention is requested.

                              IOC Indane — gas connection delayed for one year

                              Dear Sir

                              I applied a gas connection in an INDANE distributor Nethaji Agency in Nedumangad, Trivandrum district, Kerala state on 25.1.2008 . My registration number is 10495. Already one year has elapsed .
                              So far gas connection has not released to me. I feel it is a negation of the governmental policy that the new connections should be released within 6 months. When I can my gas connection. expect speedy action.

                              I'm an Indane customer for the past 36 years.
                              I got my connection transferred from M.M. Gas, Perambalur (Consumer No. 36395) to Lalgudi and I got my termination voucher (No. [protected]) after surrendering Gas cylinders and regulator on 23.04.2011. I approached M/s Kalyani Gas, Lalgudi on 25.04.2011. I was informed that online confirmation has not been received by them. I contacted M.M Gas, Perambalur to confirm online registration about my termination from them and i was informed that the confirmation was posted online on 27.04.2011. I again approached Kalyani Gas, Lalgudi for gas connection and was informed that they are unable to access the site due to some technical reasons (i.e., some problem in the modem connected to their computer). Hope you may not expect me to express my difficulty to be without gas connection.
                              2 years back, I was allowed to take my cylinder and regulator with me to the new station and only transfer vouchers were issued which was convenient. Due to the latest procedure, I'm unable to get the connection early.
                              I think, the system of online registration and confirmation has been introduced for easy and quick transaction whereas, in my case its getting delayed. Hope the concerned agency may please be directed to give connection based on the termination voucher issued from the previous dealer.

                                My cooking gas distributor is M/s Capt. Rakesh Gas Service, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. Consumer number - 15370. I have read the articles about the RTI activist Mr. Garg, who has got reply from oil companies that there is no waiting period of 21 days for booking of gas cylinder. However, my gas distributor still insists that he will not book cylinder until completion of 21 days. Worse, this distributor takes into consideration the 21 days from the date of delivery (leave alone the date of billing) of the cylinder to the house. Still worse, they take more than 15 days to deliver a cylinder from the date of booking after giving repeated reminder. In December 2009, I booked the cylinder on December 8, 2009 and till December 26, 2009 there was no planning from the distributor to supply the cylinder. After that I went to godown and collected the cylinder. And again in January 2010, I booked the cylinder on January 20, 2010 and still I have not received the cylinder. I request the appropriate authorities to look into such matters and advice gas companies to properly monitor and issue guidelines and also to initiate strict action on such gas agencies.

                                  cooking gas — Black Market

                                  Hi,

                                  I recently relocated back to India and settled in Gurgaon. I approached nearby Cooking Gas Distributors and was told that IOC has discontinued issuing new gas connections for the next 3 months and one has to put an application today in a very cumbersome process and wait for atleast 3-5 months. Upon getting new connecton allotment, one has to pay around Rs. 3500 which include mandatory purchase of cooking stove and burner.

                                  Due to paucity of cooking gas, lots o[censored]nscrupulous black marketeers are thriving in the region who are demanding huge deposits and refill charges.

                                  I have also lodged complaint on the IOC website but have not heard so far.

                                  Is there a way to put across the concerns to higher and honest officials / government departments who can address the above issues.

                                  It is a shame that where India markets itslef a fastes growing country with brightest minds, there still exist petty situation like the above.

                                  My consumer no is 32788A in Anand gas Agencies, Gurgoan. I had booked a LPG refill cylender on 8th of Jan'10 and till today (2nd Feb'10) is not delivered.Two times complaints were given and when i personaly went to the office, there was many poor people with same complaints where they dont have any kind of help from the agency. on the same time i had observed many cylenders are delivered to those people who had not either not booked or booked later.
                                  During the visit to gas agency, one of the office member also threatend me to do what all thing i can do.
                                  request the authority to please have a vigilance to this agency for there malpractices.

                                    I am a Customer of Indane Gas for the past 8 years. I have my regular supply for M/s. Mahaganapathy Agencies/Jawahar Nagar, Chennai - 82 with customer No. 27675. I have registered for second cylinder during the month of Oct'2009 with Running Sl. No.6480 with my Gas Agency. Before Pongal I received a call from M/s. Mahaganapthy Agencies/Chennai, stating that second cylinder was alloted in my favour, please come earlier to pay the deposit of Rs.2080/- (Rupees Two Thousand and eighty only)

                                    I went on 16.01.10 to the Agencies to deposit the amount, that time only they advised to bring all the particulars i.e., the Registration Letter, Subcription Voucher, copy the address proof, copy of the Identification Proof and the regulator of the Cylinder along with the intimation letter. I said that I have not received the intimation letter however I received a call from your side that I had been alloted second cylinder. They replied to bring the letter that have been posted in my favour. After that I went 4 times stating that I have not received the letter, whenever I go by 9.00 a.m. they will say that Manager have not come or the other lady who is looking after the work will come late. I regularly wait till 09.45 a.m in vain and move. I have lost my Subscription voucher, so I have produced an affidavit also.

                                    On 22.01.10 once again I went in the afternoon to the agency for the above purpose. They replied that Mr. Khan have went for Lunch and he will be back after one hour, so I taken the cell number of Mr. Khan and called over is mobile and requested him that I have received the letter of intimation, however I assured them that I will produce the same If I received. No proper response from the other side. In the Agency office they showed that intimation letter have already been posted.

                                    On 23.1.10 again i went to the agency for the same process, i met mr. Khan (this is sixth time within 10 days) he showed that registed that the letter was posted only on 21.01.10. so go to the post office and collect the letter from the postman and come along with letter for the deposit. Then I en-quired that I have received the phone call on 12.01.10, whereas the letter was posted on 21.01.10, within these i have reached your office more than 5 times, no proper response is given. I told them that I also employed in Govt. Enterprises (Railways) I cannot regularly for the same purpose, so please give me the complaints No. One Mr.Khan who is the manager told to co-worker to note my number and threaten me that I won't my second cylinder in future. I am a Railway employee i cannot go regularly for the same cause has i have to be in person for verifications. The people who deals with public should have some ethics and education background to move with the society.

                                    I bring this worst incidents to your kind knowledge to look into the matter and do the needful to me.

SIMPLE PETROL..AT THAT TIME METER WAS SHOWING 58.50 RS..I ASKED IT TO MAKE ZERO BEFORE FILLING..HE SAID IT'S A OLD MACHINE ..MAKING IT TO ZERO IS NOT POSSIBLE..THEN I SAID OK..COUNT FROM 58.50 RS ONWARDS AND FILL UPTO 858.50..HE SAID VERY WELL..AND THEN HE STARTS FILLING..AND FINALLY STOPS THE MACHINE AT 800..I WATCHES EACH AND EVERY PULSE OF METER AND HE STARTS FILLING PETROL IN OTHER VEHICLES..HE SET THE MACHINE AT ZERO IN OTHERS ..I GOT SHOCKED AND FEEL WIERD..IS THERE ANY DIFFERENT RULE FOR 2 WHEELERS AND 4 WHEELERS..AND WHEN I COMPLAIN IT ..HE SUDDENLY CHANGE HIMSELF INTO A DIFFRENT MAN..HE SAID I ALREADY MAKE ZERO FOR YOURS TOO...THEN HE KEPT ON ARGUING THE SAME THING..I WENT TO MANAGER..AND THE LANGUAGE HE USED..WAS AMAZING..HE SAID " DO WE HANG HIM FOR THIS".THEY ALL MISBEHAVED WITH ME FOR THIS ..I GOT FRUSTRATED BY THIS TYPE OF CHEATING .

                                      LESS PETROL

                                      On 26th March 2010 went to fill the petrole at SHREE SERVICE STATION(Phone no[protected], Airport road Domlur Bangalore -560071. Requested for INR 500 Petrole to my Zen car, he was set for the amount not the quantity and completed his task(Trick/cheat) with shortage of Rs, 184/- which i got suspected because of the previous experience in the same pump. I was escallted with incharge person, appologies to refill the same still manage to cutoff Rs, 40/ again.
                                      It is an repeting attaitude by this pump as i have experienced before with my bike too. its shows that the mamngement also mingal with boys and playing drama.

                                        There is some scam running by Domestic INDANE (INdian oil Gas service station Dealers on Gas Supplied on printing cylinder weight THE CYLINDER WEIGHT ON CYLINDER IS ENGRAVED AS 16.9 KG again PAINTED WEIGHT is printed with black paint as 15.1KG ,I HAVE TAKEN GAS Supplied as 29 kg cylinder but after using the Gas on finishing the Cylinder Weight found to be 18.3 Kgms. which means that on evry fill the dealer is selling approx. 3 Kg less gas on each cylinder because we weigh only on receipt and not on empty cylinder, kindly arrange to check the scam going on .....                                         Indane Cylinder — LAte and Improper Supply

                                        Every month I book cylinder which takes min.. 20 days to deliver..
                                        All other indane distributors are working smoothly..but only my distributor commits that there is a shortage of cylinders every time..

                                        In my opinion I think the cylinders are sold in black for higher rates..

                                        I want the authorities should check this irregular issues and find if truely there is a shortage ...

                                        By lack of supply we always face a big problem...Please take necessary actions..

                                        Indane Cylinder — Not getting cylinder after 8 days of booking

                                        I was booked cylinder on 24/09/08 on Vimal Gas Agency, Nagpur. providing my new address on writtn. Same day from 3.00pm they have told that, already we have updated your new address on system and also send cylinder to you on new address. You will get it by 6.00 pm max. Today is 30/09/08. Still no body has delivered cylinder to me. Maximum time, no body pick up phone calls. If they are receiving, answering that today you will get it. From last 9 month I have applied for double cylinder. But still today they are avoiding by answering that supplying double cylinder has been stopped. How to manage 8~15 days without gas???
