my son Anil K Palhas gass connection from Arki,HP, SV No.932945, customer No.745, he got it transferred to Gurgaon where he is residing now which was done vide TV No.[protected]. In the Transfer voucher Anil K Pal has been named as 'Ajit K Pal'.To get the correction i went to the Incharge of the Civil Supplies Corporation, Arki who told that there is no software to do name correction so he did it manually but in the computer it remained Ajit. I again contacted Fiedld Officer of the IOC at Shimla who is looking after the area, he re-iterated that there is no software to make corrections and the name will remain as it is but the Gas Supplier at Gurgaon will give you new connection on the basis of TV and then the name will be corrected there since the Ciil Supplies Corp. office Arki has verified it. But the Mata Sheetla Gas Service at Gurgaon refused to give the connection because of the name error in the database. It is surprising that the such a reputed and huge organisation is harassing the customer for none of their faults. Will you please help to get the name corrected or issue directions to the Mata Sheetla Gas Service, Gurgaon to issue gas connection since the correction of name has been verified by the previous Gas Agency.

    I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have a Policy with LIC vide no[protected] dt.10/02/1994.and monthly premium of Rs 162/= is being paid duly deducting from my salary account.
    I hope that the above policy may likely to mature in the month of 10th, February 2010.
    Accordingly I requested my employer (IOCL)Mathury Refinery.to stop recovery towards LIC premium from F EBRUARY 2010.
    I request you to kindly confirm whether the policy has been matured let me know as early as possible.

      I am a consumer of Indane Gas Services and have a connection at Alisha Gas Service, Amritsar. I got my gas cylinder delivered at my home after 13 days of booking and this time again it over a week refilled cylinder has not been delivered yet. So i want to book a complaint against Alisha Gas Service, Amritsar for its Poor Services.

        Dear Sir,
        I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with mettur Gas agency, METTUR DAM .,SALEM DISTRICT and my consumer number is 23634. I have booked for a refile on 20th JAN 2010 over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in a week. But after weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Again I called them on 29th JAN 2010.. In person I explained the things to the agency and my 2 cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay, but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all METTUR gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.

        At the time of this complaint we found all over Tamilnadu an irregular supply from Indian Oil. So we regard for this inconvienence. We are now providing the best service around Mettur Dam now-a-days.

        Indane Gas — VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

        OUR DEALER IS FANCY COOK AT JAMES LONG SARANI , NEITHER THEY ARE RECEIVING PHONE FOR BOOKING OR FOR ANY OTHER PROBLEM.THEY ARE NOT BOOKING BEFORE 21 DAYS OF DELIVERY AND DELIVERY IS UNCERTAIN.IN WINTER HOW LONG ONE CYLINDER CAN GO? PL. LOOK INTO THE MATTER. THIS IS CONTINUING FOR LAST 6 MONTHS.

          I live in patna (Bihar) , i have taken connection of your franchise SUBH CHANDANI GAS AGENCY,B.M DAS ROAD , patna- 800004.His service is very bad, he books gas after 15 days of last delivery, and after that he tkes 20 to 25 days more time for the delivery of the gas.His venders and other staffs selling gas in the open market to hotels and retaurants, The agency is do nothing on complaints.His argument is shortage of gas and less supply from the company.
          But the service of other agencies of the city is good. Sir, I hope u understand our problem , and take some strict action against this agency.

          I live in THANJAVUR, TAMILNADU, I have taken connection of your ARAVIND GAS AGENCY, THANJAVUR CONSUMER NO 7053. His service is very bad, he books gas after 25 days of last delivery, and after that he tAkes 15 to 20 days more time for the delivery of the gas. The agency is do nothing on complaints.His argument is shortage of gas and less supply from the company and also tell the same word area service managner mr. govi.
          But the service of other agencies of the city is good. Sir, I hope u understand our problem, and take some strict action against this agency

            Myself consumer no M-18267, SV NO - 686503,. I was in ranchi and my gas agency was Bihar State Food Supply Corporation,till september2009. In October i was transferred to Bhagalpur Bihar and my serving gas station is MADHU GAS ENTERPRISES , TILKAMANJHI, BHAGALPUR, where i submitted my transfer voucher received from ranchi , and after i month after verification , i was told by
            MADHU GAS ENTERPRISES , TILKAMANJHI, BHAGALPUR that your TV has been confirmed and you come on 24 th to collect your Cyllinder and Regulator. when i go to collect the same on 24th jan , i was told that we have no regulator and cyllinder for
            you, and they do not know when they will supply, and when i said its not good you are harrsing me, then they misbeheaved with me, and when i got the Area sales manager MR. SN Mishra, he also told me the same and when i asked about the solution he cut the phone. Ans same day i got cyllinder from market paying 600 Rs.
            There are total corruption prevailing over there. I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and early resolution of the problem

            LPG Gas Cylinder(Indian Oil & Gas) — not supplied cyllinder

            I am a LPG Indane customer with Babar Pur gas Services, Delhi and my consumer Number is 2191. I have booked for a refile last week, I did not get my refile from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer. SIR, Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me.

            I booked for a refilled cylinder of LPG through Internet (i.e, through tomogas.com) oround 12.08.2009. But my distributer is yet to delevered the same to me. When I will get the same?

            Indane, Indian Oil Corp Ltd — Gas regulator blasted

            Gas regulator provided by Indane blasted and then major gas leak, which could cause serious threat to many life.

              I had booked Indane Gas (Booking No. 4870) with Golden Gas, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon on 12 Jan 2010 and still waiting for supply. Not even getting their Tel. No. to complain and remind.. This is happening since the last four years when I transferred my conection from Delhi to Gurgaon. My consumer No. is GD/8065. Prompt attention is requested.

              IOC Indane — gas connection delayed for one year

              Dear Sir

              I applied a gas connection in an INDANE distributor Nethaji Agency in Nedumangad, Trivandrum district, Kerala state on 25.1.2008 . My registration number is 10495. Already one year has elapsed .
              So far gas connection has not released to me. I feel it is a negation of the governmental policy that the new connections should be released within 6 months. When I can my gas connection. expect speedy action.

              I'm an Indane customer for the past 36 years.
              I got my connection transferred from M.M. Gas, Perambalur (Consumer No. 36395) to Lalgudi and I got my termination voucher (No. [protected]) after surrendering Gas cylinders and regulator on 23.04.2011. I approached M/s Kalyani Gas, Lalgudi on 25.04.2011. I was informed that online confirmation has not been received by them. I contacted M.M Gas, Perambalur to confirm online registration about my termination from them and i was informed that the confirmation was posted online on 27.04.2011. I again approached Kalyani Gas, Lalgudi for gas connection and was informed that they are unable to access the site due to some technical reasons (i.e., some problem in the modem connected to their computer). Hope you may not expect me to express my difficulty to be without gas connection.
              2 years back, I was allowed to take my cylinder and regulator with me to the new station and only transfer vouchers were issued which was convenient. Due to the latest procedure, I'm unable to get the connection early.
              I think, the system of online registration and confirmation has been introduced for easy and quick transaction whereas, in my case its getting delayed. Hope the concerned agency may please be directed to give connection based on the termination voucher issued from the previous dealer.

                My cooking gas distributor is M/s Capt. Rakesh Gas Service, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. Consumer number - 15370. I have read the articles about the RTI activist Mr. Garg, who has got reply from oil companies that there is no waiting period of 21 days for booking of gas cylinder. However, my gas distributor still insists that he will not book cylinder until completion of 21 days. Worse, this distributor takes into consideration the 21 days from the date of delivery (leave alone the date of billing) of the cylinder to the house. Still worse, they take more than 15 days to deliver a cylinder from the date of booking after giving repeated reminder. In December 2009, I booked the cylinder on December 8, 2009 and till December 26, 2009 there was no planning from the distributor to supply the cylinder. After that I went to godown and collected the cylinder. And again in January 2010, I booked the cylinder on January 20, 2010 and still I have not received the cylinder. I request the appropriate authorities to look into such matters and advice gas companies to properly monitor and issue guidelines and also to initiate strict action on such gas agencies.

                  I SURESH KUMAR GOT A CONNECTION FROM SAI INDANE GAS AGENCY PAYAKARAOPETA VIZAG DIST,THIS AGENCY DOES'NT BOOK GAS AND GIVE PRIORTY NUMBER,50 PERCENT OF THE LOAD IS DIRECTLY SOLD IN BLACK MARKET,WHEN WE ASK HIM , HIS GOONDAS ATTACK US .

                  cooking gas — Black Market

                  Hi,

                  I recently relocated back to India and settled in Gurgaon. I approached nearby Cooking Gas Distributors and was told that IOC has discontinued issuing new gas connections for the next 3 months and one has to put an application today in a very cumbersome process and wait for atleast 3-5 months. Upon getting new connecton allotment, one has to pay around Rs. 3500 which include mandatory purchase of cooking stove and burner.

                  Due to paucity of cooking gas, lots o[censored]nscrupulous black marketeers are thriving in the region who are demanding huge deposits and refill charges.

                  I have also lodged complaint on the IOC website but have not heard so far.

                  Is there a way to put across the concerns to higher and honest officials / government departments who can address the above issues.

                  It is a shame that where India markets itslef a fastes growing country with brightest minds, there still exist petty situation like the above.

                  Indane Gas — cooking gas black selling

                  My consumer no is 32788A in Anand gas Agencies, Gurgoan. I had booked a LPG refill cylender on 8th of Jan'10 and till today (2nd Feb'10) is not delivered.Two times complaints were given and when i personaly went to the office, there was many poor people with same complaints where they dont have any kind of help from the agency. on the same time i had observed many cylenders are delivered to those people who had not either not booked or booked later.
                  During the visit to gas agency, one of the office member also threatend me to do what all thing i can do.
                  request the authority to please have a vigilance to this agency for there malpractices.

                    I am a Customer of Indane Gas for the past 8 years. I have my regular supply for M/s. Mahaganapathy Agencies/Jawahar Nagar, Chennai - 82 with customer No. 27675. I have registered for second cylinder during the month of Oct'2009 with Running Sl. No.6480 with my Gas Agency. Before Pongal I received a call from M/s. Mahaganapthy Agencies/Chennai, stating that second cylinder was alloted in my favour, please come earlier to pay the deposit of Rs.2080/- (Rupees Two Thousand and eighty only)

                    I went on 16.01.10 to the Agencies to deposit the amount, that time only they advised to bring all the particulars i.e., the Registration Letter, Subcription Voucher, copy the address proof, copy of the Identification Proof and the regulator of the Cylinder along with the intimation letter. I said that I have not received the intimation letter however I received a call from your side that I had been alloted second cylinder. They replied to bring the letter that have been posted in my favour. After that I went 4 times stating that I have not received the letter, whenever I go by 9.00 a.m. they will say that Manager have not come or the other lady who is looking after the work will come late. I regularly wait till 09.45 a.m in vain and move. I have lost my Subscription voucher, so I have produced an affidavit also.

                    On 22.01.10 once again I went in the afternoon to the agency for the above purpose. They replied that Mr. Khan have went for Lunch and he will be back after one hour, so I taken the cell number of Mr. Khan and called over is mobile and requested him that I have received the letter of intimation, however I assured them that I will produce the same If I received. No proper response from the other side. In the Agency office they showed that intimation letter have already been posted.

                    On 23.1.10 again i went to the agency for the same process, i met mr. Khan (this is sixth time within 10 days) he showed that registed that the letter was posted only on 21.01.10. so go to the post office and collect the letter from the postman and come along with letter for the deposit. Then I en-quired that I have received the phone call on 12.01.10, whereas the letter was posted on 21.01.10, within these i have reached your office more than 5 times, no proper response is given. I told them that I also employed in Govt. Enterprises (Railways) I cannot regularly for the same purpose, so please give me the complaints No. One Mr.Khan who is the manager told to co-worker to note my number and threaten me that I won't my second cylinder in future. I am a Railway employee i cannot go regularly for the same cause has i have to be in person for verifications. The people who deals with public should have some ethics and education background to move with the society.

                    I bring this worst incidents to your kind knowledge to look into the matter and do the needful to me.

                      ON 27TH JANUARY 2010,AT 9 AM..I WAS ON THE DELHI ROAD PAKBADA..I GOT INTO INDIAN OIL CORPORATION'S khwaja PETROL PUMP,PAKBADA,DELHI ROAD MORADABAD (UP).I SAID TO FILL 800 RS. SIMPLE PETROL..AT THAT TIME METER WAS SHOWING 58.50 RS..I ASKED IT TO MAKE ZERO BEFORE FILLING..HE SAID IT'S A OLD MACHINE ..MAKING IT TO ZERO IS NOT POSSIBLE..THEN I SAID OK..COUNT FROM 58.50 RS ONWARDS AND FILL UPTO 858.50..HE SAID VERY WELL..AND THEN HE STARTS FILLING..AND FINALLY STOPS THE MACHINE AT 800..I WATCHES EACH AND EVERY PULSE OF METER AND HE STARTS FILLING PETROL IN OTHER VEHICLES..HE SET THE MACHINE AT ZERO IN OTHERS ..I GOT SHOCKED AND FEEL WIERD..IS THERE ANY DIFFERENT RULE FOR 2 WHEELERS AND 4 WHEELERS..AND WHEN I COMPLAIN IT ..HE SUDDENLY CHANGE HIMSELF INTO A DIFFRENT MAN..HE SAID I ALREADY MAKE ZERO FOR YOURS TOO...THEN HE KEPT ON ARGUING THE SAME THING..I WENT TO MANAGER..AND THE LANGUAGE HE USED..WAS AMAZING..HE SAID " DO WE HANG HIM FOR THIS".THEY ALL MISBEHAVED WITH ME FOR THIS ..I GOT FRUSTRATED BY THIS TYPE OF CHEATING .

                      LESS PETROL

                      On 26th March 2010 went to fill the petrole at SHREE SERVICE STATION(Phone no[protected], Airport road Domlur Bangalore -560071. Requested for INR 500 Petrole to my Zen car, he was set for the amount not the quantity and completed his task(Trick/cheat) with shortage of Rs, 184/- which i got suspected because of the previous experience in the same pump. I was escallted with incharge person, appologies to refill the same still manage to cutoff Rs, 40/ again.
                      It is an repeting attaitude by this pump as i have experienced before with my bike too. its shows that the mamngement also mingal with boys and playing drama.

                        There is some scam running by Domestic INDANE (INdian oil Gas service station Dealers on Gas Supplied on printing cylinder weight THE CYLINDER WEIGHT ON CYLINDER IS ENGRAVED AS 16.9 KG again PAINTED WEIGHT is printed with black paint as 15.1KG ,I HAVE TAKEN GAS Supplied as 29 kg cylinder but after using the Gas on finishing the Cylinder Weight found to be 18.3 Kgms. which means that on evry fill the dealer is selling approx. 3 Kg less gas on each cylinder because we weigh only on receipt and not on empty cylinder, kindly arrange to check the scam going on .....                         Indane Cylinder — LAte and Improper Supply

                        Every month I book cylinder which takes min.. 20 days to deliver..
                        All other indane distributors are working smoothly..but only my distributor commits that there is a shortage of cylinders every time..

                        In my opinion I think the cylinders are sold in black for higher rates..

                        I want the authorities should check this irregular issues and find if truely there is a shortage ...

                        By lack of supply we always face a big problem...Please take necessary actions..

                        Indane Cylinder — Not getting cylinder after 8 days of booking

                        I was booked cylinder on 24/09/08 on Vimal Gas Agency, Nagpur. providing my new address on writtn. Same day from 3.00pm they have told that, already we have updated your new address on system and also send cylinder to you on new address. You will get it by 6.00 pm max. Today is 30/09/08. Still no body has delivered cylinder to me. Maximum time, no body pick up phone calls. If they are receiving, answering that today you will get it. From last 9 month I have applied for double cylinder. But still today they are avoiding by answering that supplying double cylinder has been stopped. How to manage 8~15 days without gas???

                        My name is ganesh sharma. basically i belog from yamuna nagar but last 10 years i am residing in gurgaon. I am unable to purchase the gas cylinder. Last one month back i applied 3rd time for cylinder. Presently i am working honda motorcycle & india pvt. ltd. I deposited the form in Indane Office which is located in raj nagar khandsa road gurgaon. 10-15 days after they come for verification in my home. Basically i have a small cyclinder which was finish that time so i make my lunch, dinner with my friend who lived next door to me.                           Dear Sir,

                          Re: Abnormal delay in LPG supplies

                          I am a consumer having Consumer No.6286 of Indane Gas under the dealership of Fancy Cook of 3/1, Sadhan Hari Mukherjee Road, Behala Kolkata, West Bengal 700034 and booked for refill Cylinder vide Order No. 5994 Dt 11 Jan 2010 and till date we have not received the refilled Cylinder. It is being done that a new cylinder booking is registered after 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder and will get the new one another 21 days after. I enquired today i.e. 28 January, 2010 for my new refill over telephone when they said that another 10 days will require to deliver the said cylinder. It is amazing and I do not know how a family can manage their cooking by a cylinder for such long days. I want to brought this to the notice of appropriate indane authorities for looking into the matter and do the necessary remedy immediately.

                              We booked LPG through Indane oil online services on 2/01/2010, till now we have not received the LPG cylinder,.
                              on enquiring the dealer, M/s Rainbow Gas Services, sector 29, Faridabad we were told that we donot take any responsibiltity of online booking, whereas online information was given by them to us.

                              I am a consumer of LPG gas (Indane) having consumer No.3472 and the agency is Global Indane Bhubandswar. I draw the gas on 30.04.2012 and online booked gas through telephone and they given me the srl. No.3126 dated 07.04.12. when I contacted the Glable office in person and asked about the gas cyclender on 28.05.12, they gave another booking No.9338 by cancelling the earlier booking No.3126 telling gas will gave you from 2/4 days of the fresh booking. But no gas cyclener has since been given to me even after lapse of one month to draw the gas on 30.04.2012. Now the gas is going to be complete soon and how can I will manage where as I am having two cyclender connection and gas has not given me timely since two to three months. In this connection who is the responsible for this type of irregularities. When one booking srl. No.3126 had given me on 07.04.12 by the agency where the gas has gone which was booked against srl.3126 dated 07.04.12. I surprise when they gave me another booking srl No. 9338 on 28.05.12 telling the earlier is cancelled. This is at their discretion to cancel a booking and issue another booking srl. number. We are being poor consumer what can do. Hence request to solve the problem, where the gas cyclender is most important and problem one in Bhubaneswar. Hope a favourable action please to avoid such illegals.

                                I m user of the Indan Oil Cylinder last ten year. But it found totally good for consumer. But these days are very faultly just because we are changing our resident place Model town to Mukandpur six months ago. We found very bd quality of service there. Your delivery boys come our house without weighing balance. When we are identified them for balance they ask "We don't required any balance it already weightage. And ignore our request. After useing this perticular cylinder we find lass quanity of gas. I think 2-3 kgs gas was less in this cylinder. I have onlyone question that 'When we are paid full amount then why we take less weight cylinder. Ples. do it for urgent basis.

                                Indian Oil — Over weight cylinder

                                My consumer number is 32443 and my Gas agency's name is Yadu Indane gas seva, D-33, site- 4, Sahibabad industrial area, Sahibabad.
                                My problem is this that every time I get gas cylinder which is normally filled with less gas and I suspect that my agency owner and his employees steal gas. When I complaint them they start delivering me over weight gas cylinder. Now an empty gas cylinder weight is 17 kegs which should be 14.2 kegs. And my gas runs only 10 to 15 days. They are cheating the consumers like me. I want some action against them.

                                We have been regularly facing this porblem of NOT SUPPLYING THE GAS CYCLINDER IN TIME.

                                Last[protected] I have booked a cyclinder and my booking no. was S0 3668 . Till today I have not received the replacement of empty cyclinder...After 11TH have visited 4 times and requested for delivery of cooking Gas... but seems no response.

                                Furthermore their attitude is that when I asked that i would like to make a complaint with IOC,
                                theri reply was 'PLS MAKE A COMPLAINT" we know how to handle such cases...

                                REquest pls lookinto this and solve my problem... FYI, I do not have additional gas facility also..

                                Pls do the needful and I want your feedback at the earliest.

                                Amar Gas — Not received Gas Cylinder from 10 days

                                We have booked Amar Gas 10 days and still not received. Booking has been made through landline by dialing 1260. Our consumer number is 04524.

                                Even I have visited booking office and they not done anything.

                                This is a big insult for the Amar gas since they are saying that now consumers can easily get the gas cylinder in minutes. But here its been 10 days.

                                Please take action against them who sell the gas cylinders to other and valid consumers have to wait for so long.

                                my consumer no is 27251, AMAR GAS SERVICE SHOP NO 3-6-164 C BLOCK, HIMAYAT NAGAR, HYDERABAD ANDHRAPRADESH.TO DAY THAT IS 18TH OF OCTOBER 2010 CALLED THEM 87 TIMES FROM MY MOBILE EVEN AFTER RINGING THE TELEPHONE THEY ARE NOT LIFTING IT.
                                NEEDLE OF SUSPICION IS I AM GETTING LESS GAS. WHEN I HAD INFORMED THE SAME TO THE OFFICE EMPLOYEE, HE ASKED ME TO COME OVER TO FILLING STATION AND CHECK THE CYLINDER. IS IT PRACTICALLY POSSIBLE.

                                CONCERNED OFFICIALS MAY PLEASE LOOK IN TO THIS AND SEE THAT I MUST GET THE CORRECT WEIGHT.

                                3. Booking Problem : They always switch off their phones so we have to go to agency for booking.
                                4. After a long queue of public then he give the slip of the cylinder.

                                My consumer No is 327 with name Asha Pharkya & delear is "Deepeka Gas Agency " Haridwar near Bupatwala .
                                We are reguraly facing the Problem of GAS getting emty with in 10~12 Days .
                                When we cross cheked the Weight it was 4 KG less then it was mention as 15.2 KG & also the cylinder was not seal packed . On talking to the delivery boy he mis behaved & told " are you ower inteligent.

                                  I bal krishan kaushal residing at vishnu garden new delhi 110 018 have a LPG connection with indian oil gass our nearest distributor M/s Prajyoti Enterprises Vikas puri Keshopur Village Delhi 110 018. i am facing a problem to book my cylinder every month i am working left home early in morning & come late mostly i book my cylinder over phone. since last one year our gass agency almost change phone nos or held up phone i don't aware about this.but unable to book cylinder on time and nor our gass agency inform us about change of phone no

                                    I have an indane gas connection at Sahakari Upbhokta Kendra, 22 Godown- Jaipur (Raj.)
                                    since last two years i was not able to get delivery from above said center due to my transfer from this city. Now i have contact there, they said that your connection have been closed and advised to contact with Mumbai office.
                                    What can i do in this regard please suggest me and oblige.

                                      I Lt.col Dr. K B Reddy an retired Army Officer here by brings to your kind notice that on 23rd of Jan at 9:30 am I had filled petrol for Rs. 500 from the IOC retail outlet (Sita Logistics) located near Monda Market in Sikh Village Secunderabad 9.

                                      Later during the day my car gave me trouble and was not starting, after thorough check up done it was found that their was water along with the petrol in the petrol tank. The bill for the same was not taken.

                                      When we came to the Petrol pump and tried to tell our problem, the staff their was not ready to listen and told us that they are not at fault. They refused to give their owners details aslo.

                                      Their was 2 ltrs of Water and rest was petrol, confirmed by the mechanic who in-turn serviced the car and charged us Rs. 2,000.

                                      I request you to kindly look into the same.

                                      Petrol — Petrol replaced with water

                                      Respected Sir/Madam:

                                      This is Mohit Malik. I have filled my car tank with 500 rupees worth of petrol from B-1 Janak Puri, Petrol Pump yesterday, i.e., 25/5/2008, night. The very next day, i.e., 26/5/2008, today, I got my car washed from them and my mechanic brought the car from them. After I went to take my car, it did not start. When the mechanic tried, he also was not able to start. Then, he removed the fuel pipe to look whether there is any problem with petrol. To his utter disbelief, there was water coming from petrol tank and not petrol. He then placed an empty glass beneath the petrol pipe and what he got was three fourth of water and one fourth of petrol. The tank is still showing half tank full, but it is not fuel, it is water. When I went to the manager, he is saying that may be the tank was full of water before, can you believe this, that means the car had 12 liters of water before and it was running on that

                                        Dear sir,
                                        i had booked a cylinder through anand enterprises bhimnagar ,Gurgaon dated 27 dec 2009 but till to date the cylinder is not delivered.whenever i call them they always say that the cylinder will deliver with in two days and i have only one connection at home for this i am facing problem due to this inconveinence.please take action as soon as possible.

                                        lindane — delay in delivery of cylinders booked via web site

                                        My consumer no. is 25383 and I am a resident of New Delhi, Uttam Nagar. M/s sharma gas company (phone nos. 28564166,[protected] is the distributor for my connection. I have been trying to contact the said agency since 7th august 2008 over phone continously for booking the gas.
                                        I even booked a refill in your much advertised TOMOGAS internet booking site as well (Date/Time - 07/08/2008 4:07:49 PM, Source - WED) But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no delivery as yet from them. Moreover, inquiring from this agency the reply from them is that no booking of refil has been made for this consumer no.
                                        Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
                                        The delivery of our cylinders gets delayed by 10-15 days. And generally the ones we get are never sealed.
                                        Earlier our connection was from Jai Jawan Jai Kisaan for the last 10 years which is even near to us, and we never faced such problem in the services we recieved from them.
                                        So we request you to change our agency back to Jai Jawan Jai Kisaan.
                                        We have even informed this issue to the manager but in vein.

                                        Our Consumer nos are 9700 and 9723.

                                        With due respect I want to say that on 2 June 2011, I had booked a cylinder with B S Indane gas Agency, Ghaziabad, UP/Delhi -NCR. My consumer number is 17777. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it The B S agency staf[censored]sed abusing language and said that there is no connection booked with this name & address (My Name & Address). I request you to please...take some serious action against them as soon as possible….

                                        Dear sir/ma'am i booked cylinder on 13november 2014 and today is 15novermber and till now i did not get cylinder at my address.When i approached indane office (Bindu shakti gas service) suryanagar enclave 30-1610/90, Safilguda
                                        with very rude behaviour they replied that stock is not available from last 2 days so your cylinder will be delivered till Tuesday.I have only one cylinder how can i manage?Every time they do the same thing delaying in delivery of cylinder.Pls do the needful.

                                        Dear All,

                                        After my booking of cylinder I am receiving only after 15-20days from the agency as I am holding only single cylinder pls look into this matter and resolve. Agency- S S Indane gas agency residing at laggere.
