Dear Sir,

Re: Abnormal delay in LPG supplies

I am a consumer having Consumer No.6286 of Indane Gas under the dealership of Fancy Cook of 3/1, Sadhan Hari Mukherjee Road, Behala Kolkata, West Bengal 700034 and booked for refill Cylinder vide Order No. 5994 Dt 11 Jan 2010 and till date we have not received the refilled Cylinder. It is being done that a new cylinder booking is registered after 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder and will get the new one another 21 days after. I enquired today i.e. 28 January, 2010 for my new refill over telephone when they said that another 10 days will require to deliver the said cylinder. It is amazing and I do not know how a family can manage their cooking by a cylinder for such long days. I want to brought this to the notice of appropriate indane authorities for looking into the matter and do the necessary remedy immediately.

I am a LPG Indane gas cutomer with "Rajhans gas service, South Avenue Market,New Delhi-11(P.no.23011002,23011474,2301488) and my consumer number is 41740A. I have booked for refill the LPG cylinder on date 29th oct.2007(Booking no. 77928).But till to date no action has been taken by gas agency to supply gas and no one pick the phone.Please do the needful for timly supply the gas.

    Dear Sir,

    My Customer no is 3720 I have booked to get refill gas cylinder in 04.01.2010. But cylinder could not delivered upto this date. I have met the indane distributor directly and with phone conduct in many times and I also informed the field officer & chief Area Manager but nobody concern my request. So I feel worry physically and mentally by this bad delivery service
    Sir I request you that to concert my request and take action to get refill cylinder quickly

      We booked LPG through Indane oil online services on 2/01/2010, till now we have not received the LPG cylinder,.
      on enquiring the dealer, M/s Rainbow Gas Services, sector 29, Faridabad we were told that we donot take any responsibiltity of online booking, whereas online information was given by them to us.

      I am a consumer of LPG gas (Indane) having consumer No.3472 and the agency is Global Indane Bhubandswar. I draw the gas on 30.04.2012 and online booked gas through telephone and they given me the srl. No.3126 dated 07.04.12. when I contacted the Glable office in person and asked about the gas cyclender on 28.05.12, they gave another booking No.9338 by cancelling the earlier booking No.3126 telling gas will gave you from 2/4 days of the fresh booking. But no gas cyclener has since been given to me even after lapse of one month to draw the gas on 30.04.2012. Now the gas is going to be complete soon and how can I will manage where as I am having two cyclender connection and gas has not given me timely since two to three months. In this connection who is the responsible for this type of irregularities. When one booking srl. No.3126 had given me on 07.04.12 by the agency where the gas has gone which was booked against srl.3126 dated 07.04.12. I surprise when they gave me another booking srl No. 9338 on 28.05.12 telling the earlier is cancelled. This is at their discretion to cancel a booking and issue another booking srl. number. We are being poor consumer what can do. Hence request to solve the problem, where the gas cyclender is most important and problem one in Bhubaneswar. Hope a favourable action please to avoid such illegals.

        my consumer is 25650 and 31717.agency name K2 international sarita vihar new delhi.my gas cylinder was not proper weight and agency print weight 15.1kg and company print 16.9kg but actual weight is18.350kg.

        Dear Sir,

        I m user of the Indan Oil Cylinder last ten year. But it found totally good for consumer. But these days are very faultly just because we are changing our resident place Model town to Mukandpur six months ago. We found very bd quality of service there. Your delivery boys come our house without weighing balance. When we are identified them for balance they ask "We don't required any balance it already weightage. And ignore our request. After useing this perticular cylinder we find lass quanity of gas. I think 2-3 kgs gas was less in this cylinder. I have onlyone question that 'When we are paid full amount then why we take less weight cylinder. Ples. do it for urgent basis.

        Indian Oil — Over weight cylinder

        My consumer number is 32443 and my Gas agency's name is Yadu Indane gas seva, D-33, site- 4, Sahibabad industrial area, Sahibabad.
        My problem is this that every time I get gas cylinder which is normally filled with less gas and I suspect that my agency owner and his employees steal gas. When I complaint them they start delivering me over weight gas cylinder. Now an empty gas cylinder weight is 17 kegs which should be 14.2 kegs. And my gas runs only 10 to 15 days. They are cheating the consumers like me. I want some action against them.

        My Cust# AGO 9328 and my Indane Gas distributor is M/s. AMAN GAS ENT.OPP HIGHWAY SERVICE STATION BASTI JODHEWAL[protected].
        We have been regularly facing this porblem of NOT SUPPLYING THE GAS CYCLINDER IN TIME.

        Last[protected] I have booked a cyclinder and my booking no. was S0 3668 . Till today I have not received the replacement of empty cyclinder...After 11TH have visited 4 times and requested for delivery of cooking Gas... but seems no response.

        Furthermore their attitude is that when I asked that i would like to make a complaint with IOC,
        theri reply was 'PLS MAKE A COMPLAINT" we know how to handle such cases...

        REquest pls lookinto this and solve my problem... FYI, I do not have additional gas facility also..

        Pls do the needful and I want your feedback at the earliest.

        Amar Gas — Not received Gas Cylinder from 10 days

        Hi

        We have booked Amar Gas 10 days and still not received. Booking has been made through landline by dialing 1260. Our consumer number is 04524.

        Even I have visited booking office and they not done anything.

        This is a big insult for the Amar gas since they are saying that now consumers can easily get the gas cylinder in minutes. But here its been 10 days.

        Please take action against them who sell the gas cylinders to other and valid consumers have to wait for so long.

        my consumer no is 27251, AMAR GAS SERVICE SHOP NO 3-6-164 C BLOCK, HIMAYAT NAGAR, HYDERABAD ANDHRAPRADESH.TO DAY THAT IS 18TH OF OCTOBER 2010 CALLED THEM 87 TIMES FROM MY MOBILE EVEN AFTER RINGING THE TELEPHONE THEY ARE NOT LIFTING IT.
        NEEDLE OF SUSPICION IS I AM GETTING LESS GAS. WHEN I HAD INFORMED THE SAME TO THE OFFICE EMPLOYEE, HE ASKED ME TO COME OVER TO FILLING STATION AND CHECK THE CYLINDER. IS IT PRACTICALLY POSSIBLE.

        CONCERNED OFFICIALS MAY PLEASE LOOK IN TO THIS AND SEE THAT I MUST GET THE CORRECT WEIGHT.

        HYDERABAD COMPLAINT NUMBERS ARE THERE BUT THEY NEVER LIFT THE PHONES.OFFICE OF IOC SITUATED AT HIMAYATNAGAR IS A SICK OFFICE. NOT EVEN A SINGLE EMPLOYEE ATTENDS TO THE CUSTOMER.

        We have been regularly facing a lot of problems whose are under below :-
        1. NOT SUPPLYING THE GAS CYLINDER IN TIME: They supply the cylinder after 26 days after booking while others supply with in 5 or 6 days.
        2. INDIAN OIL GAS CYLINDER - cylinder gas weight is less than company claimed weight.
        3. Booking Problem : They always switch off their phones so we have to go to agency for booking.
        4. After a long queue of public then he give the slip of the cylinder.
        Its request to you that Please solve our problems and please teach them how to behave with the consumer.

        Dear Sir,

        My consumer No is 327 with name Asha Pharkya & delear is "Deepeka Gas Agency " Haridwar near Bupatwala .
        We are reguraly facing the Problem of GAS getting emty with in 10~12 Days .
        When we cross cheked the Weight it was 4 KG less then it was mention as 15.2 KG & also the cylinder was not seal packed . On talking to the delivery boy he mis behaved & told " are you ower inteligent.
        Request to look into the matter .

And the person who is delivering the cylinder should be well mannered. their way of talking was very bad u pls take action against them otherwise i will do something.

          I bal krishan kaushal residing at vishnu garden new delhi 110 018 have a LPG connection with indian oil gass our nearest distributor M/s Prajyoti Enterprises Vikas puri Keshopur Village Delhi 110 018. i am facing a problem to book my cylinder every month i am working left home early in morning & come late mostly i book my cylinder over phone. since last one year our gass agency almost change phone nos or held up phone i don't aware about this.but unable to book cylinder on time and nor our gass agency inform us about change of phone no

          let me suggest how this problem could be solve asap.

            Resepected Sir,

            I have an indane gas connection at Sahakari Upbhokta Kendra, 22 Godown- Jaipur (Raj.)
            since last two years i was not able to get delivery from above said center due to my transfer from this city. Now i have contact there, they said that your connection have been closed and advised to contact with Mumbai office.
            What can i do in this regard please suggest me and oblige.

              I Lt.col Dr. K B Reddy an retired Army Officer here by brings to your kind notice that on 23rd of Jan at 9:30 am I had filled petrol for Rs. 500 from the IOC retail outlet (Sita Logistics) located near Monda Market in Sikh Village Secunderabad 9.

              Later during the day my car gave me trouble and was not starting, after thorough check up done it was found that their was water along with the petrol in the petrol tank. The bill for the same was not taken.

              When we came to the Petrol pump and tried to tell our problem, the staff their was not ready to listen and told us that they are not at fault. They refused to give their owners details aslo.

              Their was 2 ltrs of Water and rest was petrol, confirmed by the mechanic who in-turn serviced the car and charged us Rs. 2,000.

              I request you to kindly look into the same.

              Petrol — Petrol replaced with water

              Respected Sir/Madam:

              This is Mohit Malik. I have filled my car tank with 500 rupees worth of petrol from B-1 Janak Puri, Petrol Pump yesterday, i.e., 25/5/2008, night. The very next day, i.e., 26/5/2008, today, I got my car washed from them and my mechanic brought the car from them. After I went to take my car, it did not start. When the mechanic tried, he also was not able to start. Then, he removed the fuel pipe to look whether there is any problem with petrol. To his utter disbelief, there was water coming from petrol tank and not petrol. He then placed an empty glass beneath the petrol pipe and what he got was three fourth of water and one fourth of petrol. The tank is still showing half tank full, but it is not fuel, it is water. When I went to the manager, he is saying that may be the tank was full of water before, can you believe this, that means the car had 12 liters of water before and it was running on that

              in mettupalatyam petrol bunk petrol is not supplied accurately to the amount paid . inspite of this we r forced to fuel our vehicles there becoz the nearby fuel stations are out of stock . please cancel the fuel station's licence.

                Dear sir,
                i had booked a cylinder through anand enterprises bhimnagar ,Gurgaon dated 27 dec 2009 but till to date the cylinder is not delivered.whenever i call them they always say that the cylinder will deliver with in two days and i have only one connection at home for this i am facing problem due to this inconveinence.please take action as soon as possible.

                lindane — delay in delivery of cylinders booked via web site

                My consumer no. is 25383 and I am a resident of New Delhi, Uttam Nagar. M/s sharma gas company (phone nos. 28564166,[protected] is the distributor for my connection. I have been trying to contact the said agency since 7th august 2008 over phone continously for booking the gas.
                I even booked a refill in your much advertised TOMOGAS internet booking site as well (Date/Time - 07/08/2008 4:07:49 PM, Source - WED) But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no delivery as yet from them. Moreover, inquiring from this agency the reply from them is that no booking of refil has been made for this consumer no.
                Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
                The delivery of our cylinders gets delayed by 10-15 days. And generally the ones we get are never sealed.
                Earlier our connection was from Jai Jawan Jai Kisaan for the last 10 years which is even near to us, and we never faced such problem in the services we recieved from them.
                So we request you to change our agency back to Jai Jawan Jai Kisaan.
                We have even informed this issue to the manager but in vein.

                Our Consumer nos are 9700 and 9723.

                With due respect I want to say that on 2 June 2011, I had booked a cylinder with B S Indane gas Agency, Ghaziabad, UP/Delhi -NCR. My consumer number is 17777. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it The B S agency staf[censored]sed abusing language and said that there is no connection booked with this name & address (My Name & Address). I request you to please...take some serious action against them as soon as possible….

                  It has been observed from several months that delivery of Gas Cylinder has been worsened. I have really been frusted from the distributor. I regret to inform you that I am getting delivery of Gas Bottle after almost 45 days.

                  I have 2 Gas bottle but unfortunately once the bottle finishes our distributor deny to book immediately they say u must book after 21 days. Even after booking delivery of such Bottle (Cylinder) comes after 12-15 days later. I have to do follow up even after booking

                  Gas delivery seems to be dark.

                  Gas bottle falls under necessity of a common man like supply of water and electricity.

                  I will be highly obliged if you could do me favor and see to it that delivery shall be prompt and fast.

                  I booked bottle 20/01/2010 but I have still not received delivery. Please look in to matter and solve my problem.

                  lindane — Regarding Gas TVA

                  Hi,
                  I got transferred from Hyderbad to Gurgaon . so, I deposited my gas over there and taken the TVA of Gurgaon.In Gurgaon I settled down in sector : 17A . After finding I came to know that I have to submit my Gas TVA paper to Mata Sheetla Gas Agency (Indane) . But they are not giving connection till now . Now it is allmost 3 months . every time they are saying some new reason of not giving the connection . Due to this I got frustrated out of it .Do I did any mistake by taking the Indane gas connection ? .Wht shall I do ? No one is here to listen my thing .

                  i am an ex servicemen who served in IAF for 20 years.now i am working in a private sector. my wife is also employed.my problem is that when ever we book for gas .they bring gas when nobody is at home.i asked my agency manager to deliver after 4 pm .he told it is not possible then i opted for another option that i personally come and collect from godown but he refused.at stage please suggest me what i should do. my consumer no is 38988.my agency's name is jo agencies irinjalakuda ,thrissur,kerala.

                    I am the consumer of Indian Gas Ltd. my name is Meena Arya my consumer no is 21409 and my gas distributers name is sai sewa enterprises and his code no. is 861429. I have a problem that i had been booked my gas from 21/01/10 and still I don't get my delivery on time. I am very suffering of this problem, either they are not picking the phone and always get that engaged its very difficult to me and my family to buy a food daily. Kindly help me i will be very thankful to you.

I have a problem that i had been booked my gas from 06/09/10 and still I don't get my delivery on time. I am very suffering of this problem on reqular basis they usally gave the deliveries in two months and moreover they don't pick up the phones as well. Kindly help me in this mattar and if possible make the survey of our area to know the truth. I think most of the consumer are suffering the same problem.

                      last time i booked gas for refeil 30-12-09 and hocker delivered gas on[protected] as per card.
                      when i next time go for refile after 21 day's as per INDANE agency on 24-01.2010 so they told me your gas refiling on 29/01/10 ,i asked to them why so he said me your delivery date is 8-01-10.
                      i want ask who is responsible for these type problem , for my late booking and they also said gas delivered after 10 from refile date.

                      I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with indane gas agency

                        i am customer with AVTAR FLAMES CENTRE at LUDHIANA i visited their to got my regulator replace which was given to me by ARUN GAS AGENCY(which is not in practice this time and is closed) my conection was shifted to AVTAR FALMES CENTRE , earlier once i already got replace my regulator due to fault from ARUN GAS AGENCEY.now again it is leaking when i visited to the new agencey he refused to replace the regulator because its no is not on the s.v.in actual it is not possible because the first regulatr has only no on the s.v. but they never put the replaced regulator no on the s.v.

                        what should i do pl do the need ful

                          Anand Gas Agency, Rly Road, Gurgaon is not able to meet in supplying LPG on consumer demand. They take minimum 20-25 days in deliverying LPG after booking whereas it available from their delivery hawkers openly on payment of additional amount of Rs. 100-150 per cylinder. Request company to look into and warn the agency against mal practice.

                            my humble request to the concern authority, KIndly note, the IOC really ensure that all the cylinder to be sealed before it leave the installation but it failed to notice that the leakproof washer are there inthe cylinder and proper fintness of the same before sealing the cylinder.

                            Many time we notice the smell and ask the delivery man to check and on he found that there is no washer immediately he changed. On recent incident he delivered the cylinder with seal the next day when we connected to the stove and while it off our neighbour brought to our notice the smell of gas and when we checked it the same washer is missing in the cylinder. The agent delivery boy comes and replacedthe cylinder.
                            Why the IOC should not make a full proof system of such incident and even any body physically checked it can be observed the washer is inside or not.

                            While sealing the cylinder why not the IOC to ensure the above fault. More over the IOC make ensure that all it emergency number printed on the deliver slips to be worked and the customer should not be responded .The mobile numbers are not responding but we understood only the known numbers of the mobile user is responded.[protected]/[protected]/[protected]

                            IOC — Domestic Cylinder

                            This is regarding the domestic gas cylinder consumer number 78238 for which I had booked a cylinder on 7th of march 2011.They said that the cylinder will be available only after 10 days.Today ( 17 March 2011 ) They say that it will take another 2 to 4 days for the issue of cylinder. There is no gas left in the cylinder and I have a kid to look after too...I really would appreciate if something good comes out after this complaint.Please address.

                              My consumer No is - B-11790 I have booked my LPG on 11/01/10, with Baghajatin Gas booking Centre , Patuli , till date I havent received my cylinder . while booking they said they will provide in 7-10 days . Till date (25/01/10) I am waiting for the LPG. When called up they cannt give a date of the delivery.there is an abundance supply of LPG but dealers make it a point to harras the customer.

I have not received the delivery till now. I have tried to contact my distributor (Patuli Indane) several times but they never pick up the phone. This has become a monthly harassment for me. Please take necessary action immediately.

                                Repeated delay in supply of gas cylinder

                                I am a consumer of Two Gas Cylinder of Indian Oil Corporation Of India through your authorized agency M/s.Vinay Indane, Indian (Adhoc), Gajanan Maharaj Road,

                                I have done booking of gas cylinder on[protected], but I did not receive my Gas cylinder till today. I made an enquiry to the Agency for which I did not receive a proper reply. So I made an enquiry through Phone to agency but they not attending my phone till today morning & told that your house door is closed when delivery boy reach at you home. But this is not correct, no one came to my house.

                                The same problem has happened to me earlier. This leads me delay in booking my next cylinder, causing lot of inconvenience. That guys are more arrogantly treated with customer.

                                Also note that they don't bother about this complains & they told go where you want.

                                I hope that any one should take action against this agency holder.

                                    My consumer number is PJ26955 for indane gas and detail of Gas dealer is as follows: Paramveer Gas Service, S.C.F. 95 Rose Garden, Market, Bathinda, Punjab, Phone number[protected], 2236999. I booked for my gas cylinder on 07.01.10 to this gas dealer and they told they shall deliver the cylinder within 7 days. But till date( i.e. 24.01.10) they have not delivered the gas cylinder. Most of the time they dont respond even the phone rings. After repeated try when they lift the phone, they assure me the cylinder shall be delivered within a day. But till date they are not bothered to deliver the gas cylinder. Request for immediate resolution to my complaint.

                                    lindane — no response on phone and no delivery after booking

                                    sir my name is PRATAP SINGH. my consumer no. is V 23209. the name of my agency is VIKRAM ENTERPRISES kidwai nagar new Delhi 110023. agency's phone no. is 24102762 and 24108394. whenever we contact on phone for booking. i found euither reply is "phone ojut of order" or phone does not exists. in case phone is connected, no response is received from agency. no body even lift the phone. every time for booking i have to vist agency personally. appx six months back agecy gave me an auto booking no. 1260. i booked my cylinder on auto phone. but i did not got delivery of cylinder for 9 day. then on tenth day i visited agency, after enquiry agency confirmed the booking which i did do on auto phone. but cylinder was ddelivered only after my personal visit. now i have booked my cylinder on auto phone on dated 01.09.2008 with booking no. 08. after trying to contact on phone and found no response. today is 12.09.2008 but i did not receive my cylinder even after 11 adys already passed. while i try to contac t on phone but still no response. you are requested to take necessary action so that i may be able to get my ctylinder within an specified time period without running every time to agency. hoping for the same. thabnks.                                     I am living in Ayyapanthangal since 2007. i have trasferred my house gas connection from Kodambkkam to Sivashankar gas agency at Porur. My compliant is
                                    1. we are unable to book the cyclinder via phone. whenever we try the distriubuter nos given our card 24827924/24826490 no repsponce is made from the agent.
                                    2. we did not get the cyliner in time after booking .they normally take 10-20 days to supply from booking date. when we book for next month they consider the delay delivery date whihc is already delyed 20 days . Over all it is delying 45 days to 50 days for booking next cyclinder. From my thought the y should accept on 20days frm previous booking date.
                                    3. We found they are suppyling to non connection people( like small shops, tea vendors adn new comers for double money . i witnessed in my street.

                                    I am facing the above problems since 1.5 years. I kindly request you to take action on the above said agency and regularice the rules and dicipline at the earliest

                                      i mrs s.r.jawade having LPG connection of indane (indian oil) our gas agency name is m/s karuna gas agency (INDANE DISTRIBUTOR) plot no 32,surendra nagar nagpur-440015 my consumer no is KG-26604.The complient is so serious that big accident can happen as the gas cylinder is leake from the main outlet (main pin is damage) when plastic cap is taken out and inspite of frequent reminder/complaint this gas agency people are tacking so casually and not giving replacement it is very dangerious to keep that cylinder inside the premise i request your self to please take this matter seriously and on priority as matter of fact the agency people are very much rideculious/casual one more complaint is that they are intrested in giving the cylinder in their chain net work with extra amount and the person those who are by procedure appling the number they are not getting the cylinder i can give you hundred of complaint regarding this type from this agency is this the procedure of our company to give service to the costumer and end user as every costumer are not awair of complaint procedure hence pls help to solve this problem most urgently before any big casuality happen and have some check on gas agency to avoid further complication and other leagel action
