I am not able to understand how this petrol bunk still operating when there are so many complaints. Either IOC does not want to take action or want it to continue the same way....

I received my last domestic refill on[protected] after that I booked my refill for december on[protected] but I haven't received it till now. No response on any call from both hawker and agency's side. Fake excuses given every time I called the agency and hawker and probably the shortage is produced by illegal blacking of domestic refills by him....

I HAVE BOOKED FOR A GAS CYLINDER ON[protected]. THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WILL TAKE 15 DAYS. EVEN AFTER 15 DAYS THEY DID NOT DELIVER. I WENT AND ASK THEM. THEY IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 5 DAYS. SO, PLEASE SOLVE THE ISSUE.
