Sir,
Sub:consumer no; ve 2016/double cylinder-M/sPremier indane gas agencies K.Pudur
Booking denied –Remideal measures requested reg.


I .O.C is now pleased to relax the time limit then imposed for booking a cylinder. M/s Premier indane gas agencies K.Pudur is not admitting the booking quoting the time frame.
In my case, the last booking was done on 9.12.09 and the cylinder was issued on 20.12.09. When I call them for booking on 6.1.10. it is being told that I am eligible for booking only on 14.01.10.
Incidently I have contacted your field officer,who directed me to again call the agency for manual booking, stating that the process is yet to be com pletd at computer terminal , K Pudur for releasing the time frame.
I have contacted,But the purpose is not solved.I request you for taking necessary action for effecting the genuine service for the puplic.

    The LPG Indane supply is definitly exteremly in a very pathetic condition. Booked cylinder is not supplied for months whereas the limit before new booking is only 20 days. Such a situation is not with Indane gas supply else where inthe state or inthe country. It is starnge even though an Indane gas bottle filling plant is located at Haridwar near by. The authorities when approached blame the distributors and the distributers blame the lack of supply. Where as if one drives along chakrata road one can see filled gas cylinders alighned along the road for sale to CNG driven vehicles. The matter needs tobe probed by the administration.

      Dear Sir,
      I am LPG Indane gas customer with Raghu Gas Service, Kamla Nehru Mkt,Near Shivaji Ngr,Gurgaon (HR) & my consumer no. is 35391. I have booked Home Delivery of Refill at his office on 22/11/2009.They replied that by 20/12/09 ,it will be sent. But it was not sent.I went their Office 3 times on 29,31 Dec & 01 Jan 2010 for Refill but till this date ,they have not sent LPG cylinder.
      They never receive Phone Call made at their Office.There is always Huge rush of customers for booking the Refills & for making complaints about non delivery of Refills.
      In nut shell , their Gas Service is very poor.Pls do the needful.Waitig for u r +ve reply.

      I am regularly tried to book my gas cylinder for refilling to Pearey Lal & sons Pvt. Ltd., On 3.2.10 I cam to know, booking will be only on computerised number. I had booked for refilling cylinder on computerised number 1260. After 3-4 days when I dont get cylinder, I again contact with refill booking office at karol bagh, I have no booking from your consumer No. My consumer No is R-2995. I was not aware of how I press R on telephone. After knowing the way pressing R, I had booked again on 10..2.10 booking No. 93 till today I have not get gas cylinder. I several time approach their refill booking office, they don't listen our problem greviences. I think they waiting for price hike on LPG cylinder. With intimation, how can they start computersed booking.

        I booking on date 10/3/2010 but no delivery till 22/3/2010
        As per my consumer No: 51499 of Lewis Road Indan Gass Bhubaneswar, in the state of Orissa, Indaia, is being delivered late in my residence address after 20 days of booking where as I have double cylinder still then I used to suffer a lot every month. And when I asked in the agency counter they are telling that, due to shortage of gass we are unable to provide and sometimes when I request repeatedly they used to tell that it is better you come and take the gass in your convenience and we are unable to provide you the supply. So please help me in this matter I am the only male member in my family for which I am facing the sort of problem in every month. So herewith I remain in waiting for the reply as early as possible.

        balotra gass agency in balotra dist barmer rajasthan late delivery booking after 01 month delivery and gass booking 22 days after delivery my consumer No.1568
        My consumer No. 26297 with Kunnukandathil Gas Agencies, Mallappally, Pathanamthitta Dt. Kerala. I booked cylinder on 8.10.2015 booking No.353187. While checking the status of delivery online on 31.10.2015 I received message that this Distributor generated Cash Memo for their booking upto 10.10.2015. Since my booking date was 8th Oct. I contacted the Distributor to ask about the delivery. They replied to me that you will get delivery next week and if it is very urgent you may come and collect the filled cylinder which is in stock. THIS IS A NORMAL PRACTICE OF THE DISTRIBUTOR FOR EVERY BOOKING. I am staying very close to the Distributor's office about 250 mtrs. distance. Eventhough I am unable to collect the cylinder personally so I used to contact them daily. Till today I did not received the delivery. Therefore, I earnestly request to check the matter with the Distributor and help me in getting the delivery of gas cylinder in time.

          Phone Line Always Engage for Hours

          I am customer of INDANE Gas, Madhavi Gas Agency, located in Shaik-Pet, Hyderabad. When I want to book my Gas Cylinder, I need to try couple of hours to reach them. Their telephone line is always Engage. When I visited the office I found that they always keep the receiver of their telephone aside for longer times to avoid the maximum number of calls. I never happily make booking at first instance. Some times because of busy schedule sometimes...

          Gas leak complaint

          I had noticed that there was a gas leak in the cylinder on 02/1/2010. From that day onwards have been trying to contact my gas agency but all the three phone lines are always busy. I doubt that the phone receivers are all kept down. When I had contacted their emergency number, they say that they take complaints only during the nights. When i tried contacting them in night even that line is always busy. As I am employed, I cannot personally...

          I received my last on 13.10.09 and thereafter till now not received the cylinder delivery from Sanganer Gas Agency.

          My Consumer No. is 52307 and had booked the cylinder one month back but not received the cylinder despite of several reminders and personal requests to the delivery man.

          Kindly intervene in the matter.

          Hi,

          My self A Kumar s/o Bhanwar lal jangir (A/C NO: 32460) residing at vikash nagar 1 no road murlipura jaipur.
          Since last 2-3 month’s we are facing problem with NIRANJAN GAS AGENCY (Vidhyadhar nagar branch).
          No body responds on customer care number.
          When we asked about the same simply said "No body is available to lift the phone we are busy".
          (Telecaller name is Parmod) It is not the first time the same feedback you can get from other consumers.
          Is this customer care. And they dont bother either customer or their satisfaction.
          This type of incidents forced us to go for consumer court.

          Please help in this regards and close the issue at the earliest.
          Kindly let me know the complaint no for further reference.

            My consumer no. is 14375. I have gas connection from Maa Durga Gas Agency (C/o, Sayeed Commercial Complex),Shop No. B - 7 Murgasol , Asansol
            I booked for Gas on 14/12/09 and today it is 05/01/10 and still i have not yet received it.
            When i booked it was told that i will receive it in 3-4 days but now when I inquire about it they say that they don't when they will deliver it.
            And to my great surprise they are giving it in black but not in general rates.
            They do not supplied gas even after a month after booking.
            It's surprised having seen these type of services.
            There phone line is always busy.
            SUB: NEGLIGENCE ON RECEIVING CYLINDER LEAKAGE COMPLAINT

            Dear Sir,

            Sir, I would like bring in your kind notice that I am your very old consumer and having connection no. 25357 with M/s. Sahaj Enterprises, Govindpuri, New Delhi-110019. Yesterday (11th August 2010) when I connected my newly received filled cylinder to the Gas Burner, I smelt the gas leakage from my Cylinder, on that I immediately alerted your service help line but it is very regretted no one was picking the phone I tried not only once but ten to fifteen times continuously and also with the gap of every two to five minutes. When I finally failed to contact them I phoned to my dealer i.e M/s. Sahaj Enterprise, they received my call after three/four attempts and consoled me they would send the man but after wasting precious two hours, neither they picked up the phone nor they sent any person to attend this emergency call.

            After that I contacted your Field Officer of South zone, Mr. Dinesh Malik on his phone ( No. [protected]) I explained him that your help line is not taking call and the dealer is also not entertaining me seriously, instead of taking this issue on priority basis, first of all, he rebuked us so aggressively and told me clear-cutly, how did you get my phone and it is not my business to attend you or instruct the dealer to attend your call. After requesting him continually he gave us the cell no. of owner of the M/s Sahaj Enterprises and I again reminded him about my earlier lodged complaint then after one hour he sent the man.

            It is very astonishing to note that how can your Field Officer, particularly Mr. Dinesh Malik, of the esteemed organization talk to the customers so misbehavely and negligently. You may also note that this is not the first time whenever I approached him regarding the delay of cylinder delivery he did not take the matter seriously and this time he crossed all limits by rebuking us so badly. You can imagine what can happen if the cylinder gets burst and my family could have blown up, then who takes the responsibility of that major mishappening. It is really very absurd to note that those who are having the having the basic sense to attend the customers patiently, are holding the prestigious position of FIELD OFFIER and these officers have been appointed by your Indane Oil Corporation Limited.

            I would request you that you may please take this matter on priority basis and do the needful so in future we may or the general public not have face this type of problem.

                I wish to complain against Pitman Gas Service, Adipur, Kutch district, Gujarat because of non supply of our area i.e. Swami Lilasha Nagar near to Railway Station Adipur, as they have considered this are as rural area. But, the fact is that this area is in city only but coming under Panchayat and it is adjuscent to Railway Station Adipur.

                Moreover, more than 5000 houses are there in this area and nearabout 15000 people are residing in this area and all o[censored]s are compelled to go to the Office of the Gas agency and collect the Gas Cylinder from there as the said agent is denied to supply gas to our area.

                Kindly help us to start the supply of Gas cylinder supply to our area and oblige.

                    Sir,

                    I have a DBC gas connection bearing consumer No.1741 issued by M/s Thomson Agency, Tamenglong Bazar, Manipur dated 04/08/2004 having security deposit of Rs.1000/-. As I am Central Govt., Employee having All India Transfer Liability and transferred to Rai Bareli, UP. The same was transferered to Rai Bareli, UP. When I visited for the same to M/s Aditi Gas Service, Maharajganj, Rai Bareli, UP, the Manager of the agency insisted to deposit security money Rs.2000/-. In this connection I may kindly be enlightened whether manager can altered the security deposit in this case.

                      The agency at Iblur Bangalore KK INdane ENterprises is not accessible by phone at all. I have to try a minimum of 25 to 30 times (I am not exaggerating this) before the line is free. Is there a way to address this as it gets very frustrating to reach and book the cylinder.

                      I completely agree that it is almost impossible to book gas at KK Indane over phone. Most of time we have to go to the shop to book gas. Even at the shop, there is no system and one doesnot know whether gas been booked or not. The delivery man also harasses ladies and extorts money towards delivery charges. If you dont pay then they ensure that the gas is not delivered on time. Request Indian Oil Corp to intervene and stop such harrasment by KK Indane.
                      I booked the cylinder on 11/12/2009 in KK Indane enterprise Ulsoor branch.
                      Still I received it. Booking No is 3808. Consumer No: 3155. Please help me

                      i strongly agree with your compalint. K.K.indane is actually inaccessible. all their numbers are either not available or is switched off. Its really frustating.
                      something must be done about it. If they are unable to manage, the agency should be given to competent people. Why make people suffer.

                      KK indane is not at all accessible on phone. More over, since last 20 months or so, I never got home delivery of gas cylinder in HSR layout. Every time we need to pick the cylinder from the Ibur shop.
                      Indian Oil should handover this agency to someone else. This is really pathetic experience as all the numbers will be either busy OR will be temp disconnected. Probably, employees of KK Indane are too lazy and dont keep the receiver of the phone.
                      I completely agree with all of you regarding K K Indane gas agency. I was trying to book a cylinder since 01-Feb-11 and finally managed to get hold of them on 13-Feb-11 at this number[protected]. They said that it will be delivered withing 4 days and the worst part is that it has not been delivered yet and because of this I had to get a private gas cylinder which costs very high for me.

                      Moreover, all the other three numbers +[protected], 25513291, 25566899 are out of reach most of the time and sometimes luckily the ring goes but no one picks up.

                      Now, what do we do about it ?? Its high time. I did like the service initially but now, it has gone out of sorts.
                      I wrongly mentioned that I caught hold of them on 13-Feb-11. Actually, its 03-Feb-11. and its been more than ten days now since I have not received my cylinder.

                      I had resisted a complain in http://www.iocl.com/Products/Indanegas.aspx and to my surprise i got a call from them and they booked the gas for me.
                      OR u can call

                      i booked a cylinder in kk indane ulsoor branch, the no one worst service they provide they not even receive the call and respond to the customer, if we book the gas they charge more amount which is not mentioned in the bill if we ask they are not providing the cylinder, they are not delivering it properly on time no response in phone useless people i don't know wat to do for them this is not the 1st time many times they do the same thing there is no one to question them and no public to ask them a question if they cheat like this wat is the use they even sale the gas in black also. so kindly authorised persons who see this message take a action against them and do need full help for all the citizen of india.

                      I agree with you all, i have been trying to reach out kk indane Ulsoor branch for new connection, phone rings but no one receive the call, its been a month now, not able to reach them.its pathetic.I request to the authority concerned to take the required action against them .Wonder what they are doing at the office.
                      I think the license needs to be cancelled for this agency. I have been trying to reach them for the past 3 weeks. Not even once i got their line either its busy or no one picks up. Finally i went to the office that's in Ulsoor last Saturday. The condition there is worst where the staff does not have any etiquettes. They are so rude and so unhelpful and there is this one guy ( who sits in the new connection / transfer conenction counter), i don't know his name but My god..he is so loud, so rude and so uncultured in talking to the customers. He doesnt even see the age of the person at whom he is shouting. No respect towards the customer.
                      They have about four telephone numbers and not even one in that is accessible. Its just not possible to go there every time you have a query. I just need the telephone number of their Bellandur agency ( which I am unable to get on the web)... Can anyone help me?

                      Not sure of a reason why our GAS connection was transferred from Vishnu to KK henceforth, experiencing too much inconvenience. Though we receive a message there isn't any guarentee that we get a cylinder.. by the is someone looking at our problems ?? or just showing our dissatisfaction so that our mind will be cool.

                        1. How many times a customer having double cylinder is entited to get cylinder in a month and what interval?
                        2. What is the limit to a Gas Agency to enroll customers both inclosive of single cylinder and double cylinder.
                        3. If there is limit, and in that case if any Gas Agency exceeds his limit and enroll more customers, what is the provission to take step against the agency.
                        4. How many times a customer is entited to get cylinder in a month i) Single cylinder holder , ii) Double cylinder holder
                        5. If a customer is denied to get a cylinder before complition of 30 days, what remedy is there.
                        6. A perticular Gas Agency has declined to issue cylinder before complition of 30 days to a customer having double cylinder, what remidial measure the customer can take?

                          I have to fill up petrol from M/S.Chaitanya Petrolleum IOC dealer,Verna,Goa since it is on highway,but it is frequently observed that other then petrol no service is provided, Most important is AIR,Every time i get to know new story. Hight is no complaint book is available on pump reason manager has gpne out & cabin is locked.
                          This is happening with every pump in goa either there will be nobody to air check or compressor unservicable.

                          The Goan attitude is sushekat (Take your own time). The dealers and shop keepers know that no body will proceed further to take action against there poor service.

                          However peoples have to wake up. Not one but atleast 70%.

                          I am from Goa and practically tried to take up certain issues, but I found that I myslef alone was the person who was facing problem

                          Take the service as it is and if not satisfied change to somebody else thats the best option

                            The gas cylinder delivered two days back is leaking.The agency(Yadu Gas Agency Sahibabad ,Ghaziabad) Telephones are busy all the time.No response by the delivery boy Ajay (Mob No. [protected]) till now.Consumer No. 66551.
                            My consumer no.[protected]double gas cylinder connection) in Abhijit Enterprise.1, R.C Nandipath, B.T.Road, Khardah, kolkata-700117. my gas cylinder delivered to my house on 10/10/2010 & that time my old gas cylinder in running position. In puja vacation & my office tour to delhi, i am not in house at least 50 days . When i came back on 10th december found that the new SEALED gas cylinder is empty, immediately I call to gas agency regarding that matter. About my complain, mechanic are came & found that the new SEALED gas cylinder is empty but plastic SEALED as it is in gas cylinder. The mechanic name SUKUMAR in Abhijit Enterprise, quickly open the plastic SEALED in gas cylinder, and told me that -- you used the gas and called me after that.

                            In this regard, I complain to gas agency, that sukumar (mechanic)
                            open the sealed in front of my old aged parents & blame to me that you used the gas and after that call to me. In response gas agency are says to me .regarding that matter I discuss to sales officer to look after the case.

                            But, My complain is that, why he (sukumar) done such type false statement against me, please action against sukumar & give me a new gas cylinder.

                                I'm a consumer of IOC domestic gas at their distributor of Cuttack, Orissa named Cuttack Indane Gas, Mohanty Pada, Kafala Bazar, Cuttack vide their consumer no. - CG04469 dated 21/10/08. Sir, we have a bigger size family conisting of 11 members (Including Kids) for which i have requested several times verbally to the distributor after furnishing the written request letter since June-2009 to consider for a second cylinder as it is impossible in our part to manage the family with a single cylinder, but the distributor pays no heed to our request/s. More importantly they do not deliver the cyclinder in proper time as per the guide line laid by IOC. Because the last cylinder was booked on 21/12/09 as their staff/s mentioned in the consumer card manually, but now they are deviating from this by saying that the cylinder was booked on 26/12/09 in their computer and the funniest part is that their computer system is not functioning now to confirm when exactly the cylinder was booked. The tragic is for tomorrow we do not have a filled cylinder to cook and cater my bigger size family.
                                Therfore I would like to request your goodself to consider the same and instruct your said distributor, for which my family will be grateful.

                                Refill booked on 06.01.2010. I was assured to provide refill within 2 to 3 days. Again i visited on 10.01.2010 to know about status of my refill they replied that they will send by evening, but i could not get it. Again I visited on 14.01.2010 but again they given false statement that delivery man had gone to your residence and you will find refill at your residence.
                                Thus 10 days had already gone I could not get my refill till date. Please look into the matter and take necessary action .

                                  We have been supplied Indane Gas Cylinder. After some time it has been observed that it was leaking from the nozzle. We immediately reached the supplier and lodged the complaint to avoid any accident.We asked him to rectify or replace the leaking gas cylinder but he did not replace the leaking cylinder.He assured us that he will send a mechanic to rectify the problem within an half an hour.No one came so we reminded him through a call but still no one came.

                                    In the month of Oct. ‘09 for several days undersigned failed to contact the distributor (ph no [protected], [protected], 24310596/4003) for booking of gas. Eventually on 15.9.09 with help of your customer care service (ph no[protected] my problem was resolved.
                                    On 30.12.09 I had been trying their phones since 1-30 pm but without success. Around 5pm they responded and I was told that booking time is over and to contact them on the following day.
                                    On 1.1.10 I could contact them around 4-30pm and was told to visit their office next day with my papers.
                                    Your booking centre[protected] advised me that they are unable to handle booking for M/s Radharaman.
                                    On visit to your site www.bookurindane.com it is observed that the party is not registered therein.
                                    Thus I am left at the uncooperative distributor for booking of public utility service. It may not be out of place here most of the residents of our society are facing similar problem.
                                    The go down is adjacent to our complex. It is observed that on arrival of truck load of cylinders, there are queues to exchange cylinders at a premium. Thus he operates lucrative business and that is why he is avoiding registration at your site, and, booking centre.
                                    Considering the foregoing you are requested to look into the affairs and prevail upon the distributor to get himself registered with your booking centre and website for benefit of your consumer.

                                    Indane Gas — Unable to book Gas

                                    This is a common feeling as Indane Gas agancies do not have any time to pick consumer calls to resgister gas bookings.Consumers should not be left on mercy of such agencies.
                                    Hi,

                                    I am also agree with your views. You can never get them over phone to book any gas. While taking new connection they will force you to take the oven from them at a quiet higher rate. Their emergency cell numbers are also not answerable in case of you need any emergency support from them.

                                    I took a new connection on June'10, when they gave the rubber pipe for the cylinder, that was already expired in March'10, later in the month of Nov'10, the pipe got cracked and we escaped death for a hairbreadth. Still they don't care.

                                    If the numbers are not for any use, then what is the use of providing such numbers??

                                    This is a utility service, which they made a personal proprietory monopoly business for them.

                                    I am sure if Indane makes a survey for the benefit of their customers, then they will be able to know, what level of grievances all the customers are having on M/S Radharaman Gas Services.

                                    It's my urge to the Indane to atleast make a survey among the consumers of the mentioned distributror to understand the issues the customers are facing there.

                                    But if the officials of the Indane are also in the same attitude like the dealer then all our efforts are in vain.
