I am customer (consumer # 3996)of Indane gas our dealer/ supplier of gas cylindeer is VEER JOYTI at Panchsheel Enclave, New Delhi - 17. This is regular feature of the agency

1// Whenever we try to call either they do not pick the telephone it will ringing continueously or for long time it is engaged. It was noticed personally at times when we visit the agency, they just keep the phone off the hook. It is very difficult to get the number.

2// After making the booking they are supose to diliver the cylinder within 4days as per their commitment, but it never delivered 8-10days even after reminding them several times.

3// It was also notice and we had been cheated by the agnecy by delivering cylinder with less weight or tempered seal. Moreover their delivery boy are transferring the gas from one cylinder to empty cylinder to sale the same in black.

4// Their staff at the counter are so rude and not at all customer friendly, if we tell them for comaplining against them they say " GO AND DO WAHTEVER YOU WANT TO DO" as if they are supreme.

This is my request kindly take strict action against the agency, streamline the delivery procedure as per Government guidelines and revert back.

Dear Sir,
I am consumer of Indane gas. My connection number is 24081, resistered with ARYA GAS AGENCY, MUKHERJEE NAGAR, DELHI-110009. I booked my cylinder on 30th of january and so far I could get cylender. After enquirythe agency provided me irresponsible reply. Even They are not responding at the phone. It is my kind request to concentrate upon the issue and take proper action agaist such Agency in order to maintain diginity of consumer's right and Public Administration.

Dear Sir,

I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 2-3 days, but I am unable to contact any of my distributor's numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy or number temporairily out of service. No one bothers to pick it up if sometime it rings even in business hour.The mobile number has been provided is useless. It is either always switched off or Incoming facility is not available.I think they are doing this intentionally for the purpose of harassment or promoting black marketing.

Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to make the distributor pick up the phone to take the booking.

The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many days...but no step has been taken against them.

I completely agree with what he has said. I never get through the nos they have provided even during business hours due to which am forced to book by visiting them.
Also they never provide gas before 12 to 15 days though they say 7 days.
I have a query in how many days can I book my 2nd cylinder after my last booking and in how many days are they supposed to provide us with a new cylinder after booking?

I also fully agree with the complaint lodged by the gentlemen. It is irirating that though they have given so many phone numbers but none is working and it delays our booking. It is not possible to go personally for booking our request hence we were using this over telephone. But these days their system has detoriorated like anything.
I completely agree with the above comment. Since last 7-days, I'm trying to contact them at the number[protected]/3641/6115; No one bother to pick the call even the number 2430 6115 is out of order. Now coming to their cell number performance. Even no body pick the call at cell[protected]it remain switch off from infinite period, may God is knowing about the time). While number[protected] says, "The incoming call facility is not available".

I'm surprised, and belief even IOC guys are knowing the consumer support this Indane distributor is providing and how they are taking their consumer for granted. But no one is going to touch them.

I strongly agree and also want to complain against South End Gas Distributor. I am a customer with consumer # 32209 of Indane gas with this distributor. Their address is 26/A Valley Park, Garia, Kolkata - 70084

Sir,
I am a consumer of Indane gas. My consumer No is CX21623847.. I am staying at Panchasakhanagar, Dumuduma Bhubaneswar, Odisha and my source of getting gas is from Global Indane, Panchsakhanagar, Bhubaneswar. I am facing difficulties to get gas cylinder from the agency. The agency proprietor is playing mischief to deliver the cylinder. In the mean while I have been registering for gas cylinder since 04.01.2017, but so far no cylinder has been dispatched. In this regard I had personally approached the Proprietor for twice. But he is taking false plea of door lock etc. Like me many of the consumers are facing same problem. We would be very happy, if he will be removed from proprietor list of Indane gas in supplying the gas to consumers. He may be directed strictly to deliver gas cylinder in time.

      My name is C,J. Singh I am consumer of indane gas from bundelkhand gas service sipri bazar jhansi. My consumer No is TSV 1983. I booked my cylinder on 24/12/2009. It was not delivered till 10/01/10. When i phoned to bundelkhand gas service, they told that delivery has already done but i did not get cylinder.         I live in a town in chhatissgarh state where the iocl gas agency is not availible, so i want to get the information of basic requirements for a town regarding as the minimum population or population growth , economic prosperity, distance from the existing availible distributor and other important details to get iocl agency.

          I have got my wife's gas connection transfered to Bangalore contacted Indane gas agency Mohan Gas Agency, Jalahalli. After several attempts could relise that the numbers have changed. Made few attempts locally and finally people from HP gas agency had guided me to reach them. After the first meeting I have gone twice with papers to get the transfer done, every time I was asked to submit some more documents / photo copies etc. The guys at the dealers shop are found to be working with sate govt. departments, so careless in their approach and behaviour.

          Is company monitoring these service quality at any point of time. If not, why some one will continue with Indane than going to some other CO,

            From beginning I collect my Cylender from there godown but few dayes latter they are stop the self delivery service then I take it home delivery at my younger brother's home because I was residing at 27/1, Baksara Road Howrah-711110 and there service was not available for home delivery at my residence.
            There after my younger brother move awaya to Delhi for a lonng perrion and I was change my rental dewlleing place very sortly and for this reason I may not able to change my Ration Card.
            Now I contact with my Delear for transfer of Delear or booking but they deny.
            Please give give me way how I can booking my gas though I may booking gas last Five years due to above problem.

              We are having a Gas Connection vide No. 12349 with Trimurti Gas Agency, Vikas Puri, New Delhi.
              The Company intentionally keeps its telephone engaged due to which a lot of incovenience is caused in booking the gas cylinder.
              However, I have booked the gas cylinder on telephone No.[protected] on 30.12.2009, at 8.51 a.m., but till date the said cylinder has not been delvered. The aforesaid gas agency is giving poor service despite repeated requests.

                I, Ajay Kumar Gupta, 35 years, married having two childs, went to near by lpg gas supplier - Gopal Indane, Yamuna Vihar, Delhi-53 to get a new connection for last 3 years. But every time they told me now days we are not issuing any new connection, please com later. I have my voter ID card, driving lisence, telephone bill are sufficeient to get a new connection. i want to know that the ration card is necessary to get a new connection or not. who will give me this information, please tell me.                 LPG Gas — not giving new gas connection

                Sir, I have applied for new gas connection to farand gas service 26 DMalout on dec. 2007.But still i dont get my connection althouh connection in black can be purchased any time.whenever we contact them for connection they misbehave with us.please ask them to issue me anew gas connection .I shall be very thankful to you.

                I Have applied for new LPG connection with below captioned
                Distributer for indane of my area and they refused to provide me new connection by simply saying : connection not available, come by jan'09.

                LPG — Gas connection not provided in time

                Hi,
                I have opted for a new LPG connection with Indane Gas Services (Gurgaon Gas Agency, Mehrauli Gurgaon Road, Sect-14, Gurgaon) 4-5 months back. At the time of booking, the officer sitting there told me that i'll get the connection within 15-20 days. He asked for certain mandatory documents which i provided. After that he started making the bills etc. I in between told him that I don't need a hot plate along with the cylinder as I already have one. He, in reply told that its not possible to provide a cylinder without purchasing a hot plate, and stopped the process there itself.

                I then confirmed that its not mandatory to take a hot plate if you have a porper ISI marked at home, which i had. I again talked to that officer. At that time he told me that ok we'll perform a verification check at your residence for the same. I clearly told him that we will only be available on saturday and sunday, so please schedule the verification check on weekend.

                There has not been any verification check since 5 months now. I am pissed off becoz of these services. I am sure if today i agree to buy that hot plate, i'll get a connection within 15 days without any verification.

                Pathetic services and customer support. A total corruption is what i would say this is...

                Request the senior authorities to take a action against this.

                  I am a customer of M/S Gruha Sobha indane gas service my consumer number is G6432 I inform to supply gas on 14.12.09 but till now (8.01.10) I am not getting the gas . M/S Gruha Sobha regularly delayed in supplying gas for the last one year. they take more than 20 days citing the unavailability of stocks. It is a very common practice in Rourkela that cooking gas cylinders are used for industrial purpose and dealers create scaricity in the home delivery.

                  Indane Cooking Gas — Pathetic Service

                  I have been using their services for almost 3 years now because in our localoty they are the only Indane Gas provider. Several complains :

                  1. Pathetic Service. Rude behaviour. While taking booking requests, the ladies cut off the phone even before letting the customer complete their sentence. They say they would take at least 10 days to deliver the cylinder.

                  2. Even while getting the address changed they mandatorily make customers buy rubber tubes, even though they don't need it.

                  3. Delivery never on time. They expect people to be at home from 9 AM to 6 PM everyday until the cylinder is delivered.

                  4. They suddenly shifted their showroom to a new place called Boopasandra and changed all their phone numbers without informing the customers, making it really difficult for all o[censored]s to locate them. We had to go through several hardships for about 3 months because of this.

                  Pathetic Service !!!

                  I've been using indane connection all my life but only this agency, Vereresh Gas Agency (previously in Sanjay Nagar, now in Boopasandra) has made my life hell.

                  Indane Cooking Gas — Gas Leakage From Regulator Side

                  So many time we are try to contact emergency number but number not availabe and also service person number
                  So please do the needful imediately

                    Sir, my Indane Gas Connection 'customer number' is 16293 of INDANE (coming in purview of agency in Dwarka, Sector-4 Indane Gas). For past 10 days, repeatedly everyday my wife is requesting the agency over phone to send a new filled cooking gas cylinder, and everyday they are listening to her, enquiring the customer number and address etc., but till this time, even after 10 days, the agency has not provided us a new gas cylinder. This agency is supporting black-marketeering in this way, openly. I am forced to opt for other means to purchase a cylinder in black. Kindly take suitable and immediate action by intervening in the issue and providing me your most valuable help.

                      Dear sir,
                      I am a resident of New Vikas Nagar Colony, Bagh Ranap, Loni, Ghaziabad. My father Mr. Dharamvir Singh applied for a new gas connection in Freedom gas agency, Loni, before four months. The manager of the agency Mr. Shrma, asked Rs. 4500 /- for giving new connection, when it was advertized in news papers that the new connection will be provided in Rs. 1400/-. We submitted the application before four months. but still we have not even receive any reply. They are saying that it will not be given to any body without giving the full amoun of Rs. 4500/-. Please help us to get new connection in the amount fixed amount. I'll be grateful to you.

                        I am customer of M/s Indane gas. My dealer name is M/s Raghu gas service, khandsha road Gurgaon HARYANA, my reg. no is 2978. I think this dealer is worst dealer of india. This dealer suppling the cylinder after one and half month min. from booking.this dealer having two phone line from gas booking but every time phone is not in a working condition. The Indane engineer also not give the beter response. every time more than 150 persons complaining the same issue but they are not listening any thing. finally we people are depending upon god not in M/s Indane.

                          Booking denied –Remideal measures requested reg.


                          I .O.C is now pleased to relax the time limit then imposed for booking a cylinder. M/s Premier indane gas agencies K.Pudur is not admitting the booking quoting the time frame.
                          In my case, the last booking was done on 9.12.09 and the cylinder was issued on 20.12.09. When I call them for booking on 6.1.10. it is being told that I am eligible for booking only on 14.01.10.
                          Incidently I have contacted your field officer,who directed me to again call the agency for manual booking, stating that the process is yet to be com pletd at computer terminal , K Pudur for releasing the time frame.
                          I have contacted,But the purpose is not solved.I request you for taking necessary action for effecting the genuine service for the puplic.

                            The LPG Indane supply is definitly exteremly in a very pathetic condition. Booked cylinder is not supplied for months whereas the limit before new booking is only 20 days. Such a situation is not with Indane gas supply else where inthe state or inthe country. It is starnge even though an Indane gas bottle filling plant is located at Haridwar near by. The authorities when approached blame the distributors and the distributers blame the lack of supply. Where as if one drives along chakrata road one can see filled gas cylinders alighned along the road for sale to CNG driven vehicles. The matter needs tobe probed by the administration.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I am LPG Indane gas customer with Raghu Gas Service, Kamla Nehru Mkt,Near Shivaji Ngr,Gurgaon (HR) & my consumer no. is 35391. I have booked Home Delivery of Refill at his office on 22/11/2009.They replied that by 20/12/09 ,it will be sent. But it was not sent.I went their Office 3 times on 29,31 Dec & 01 Jan 2010 for Refill but till this date ,they have not sent LPG cylinder.
                              They never receive Phone Call made at their Office.There is always Huge rush of customers for booking the Refills & for making complaints about non delivery of Refills.
                              In nut shell , their Gas Service is very poor.Pls do the needful.Waitig for u r +ve reply.

                              I am regularly tried to book my gas cylinder for refilling to Pearey Lal & sons Pvt. Ltd., On 3.2.10 I cam to know, booking will be only on computerised number. I had booked for refilling cylinder on computerised number 1260. After 3-4 days when I dont get cylinder, I again contact with refill booking office at karol bagh, I have no booking from your consumer No. My consumer No is R-2995. I was not aware of how I press R on telephone. After knowing the way pressing R, I had booked again on 10..2.10 booking No. 93 till today I have not get gas cylinder. I several time approach their refill booking office, they don't listen our problem greviences. I think they waiting for price hike on LPG cylinder. With intimation, how can they start computersed booking.

                                I booking on date 10/3/2010 but no delivery till 22/3/2010
                                As per my consumer No: 51499 of Lewis Road Indan Gass Bhubaneswar, in the state of Orissa, Indaia, is being delivered late in my residence address after 20 days of booking where as I have double cylinder still then I used to suffer a lot every month. And when I asked in the agency counter they are telling that, due to shortage of gass we are unable to provide and sometimes when I request repeatedly they used to tell that it is better you come and take the gass in your convenience and we are unable to provide you the supply. So please help me in this matter I am the only male member in my family for which I am facing the sort of problem in every month. So herewith I remain in waiting for the reply as early as possible.

                                balotra gass agency in balotra dist barmer rajasthan late delivery booking after 01 month delivery and gass booking 22 days after delivery my consumer No.1568
                                My consumer No. 26297 with Kunnukandathil Gas Agencies, Mallappally, Pathanamthitta Dt. Kerala. I booked cylinder on 8.10.2015 booking No.353187. While checking the status of delivery online on 31.10.2015 I received message that this Distributor generated Cash Memo for their booking upto 10.10.2015. Since my booking date was 8th Oct. I contacted the Distributor to ask about the delivery. They replied to me that you will get delivery next week and if it is very urgent you may come and collect the filled cylinder which is in stock. THIS IS A NORMAL PRACTICE OF THE DISTRIBUTOR FOR EVERY BOOKING. I am staying very close to the Distributor's office about 250 mtrs. distance. Eventhough I am unable to collect the cylinder personally so I used to contact them daily. Till today I did not received the delivery. Therefore, I earnestly request to check the matter with the Distributor and help me in getting the delivery of gas cylinder in time.

                                  Phone Line Always Engage for Hours

                                  I am customer of INDANE Gas, Madhavi Gas Agency, located in Shaik-Pet, Hyderabad. When I want to book my Gas Cylinder, I need to try couple of hours to reach them. Their telephone line is always Engage. When I visited the office I found that they always keep the receiver of their telephone aside for longer times to avoid the maximum number of calls. I never happily make booking at first instance. Some times because of busy schedule sometimes...

                                  Gas leak complaint

                                  I had noticed that there was a gas leak in the cylinder on 02/1/2010. From that day onwards have been trying to contact my gas agency but all the three phone lines are always busy. I doubt that the phone receivers are all kept down. When I had contacted their emergency number, they say that they take complaints only during the nights. When i tried contacting them in night even that line is always busy. As I am employed, I cannot personally...

                                  I received my last on 13.10.09 and thereafter till now not received the cylinder delivery from Sanganer Gas Agency.

                                  My Consumer No. is 52307 and had booked the cylinder one month back but not received the cylinder despite of several reminders and personal requests to the delivery man.

                                  Kindly intervene in the matter.

                                  Hi,

                                  My self A Kumar s/o Bhanwar lal jangir (A/C NO: 32460) residing at vikash nagar 1 no road murlipura jaipur.
                                  Since last 2-3 month’s we are facing problem with NIRANJAN GAS AGENCY (Vidhyadhar nagar branch).
                                  No body responds on customer care number.
                                  When we asked about the same simply said "No body is available to lift the phone we are busy".
                                  (Telecaller name is Parmod) It is not the first time the same feedback you can get from other consumers.
                                  Is this customer care. And they dont bother either customer or their satisfaction.
                                  This type of incidents forced us to go for consumer court.

                                  Please help in this regards and close the issue at the earliest.
                                  Kindly let me know the complaint no for further reference.

                                    My consumer no. is 14375. I have gas connection from Maa Durga Gas Agency (C/o, Sayeed Commercial Complex),Shop No. B - 7 Murgasol , Asansol
                                    I booked for Gas on 14/12/09 and today it is 05/01/10 and still i have not yet received it.
                                    When i booked it was told that i will receive it in 3-4 days but now when I inquire about it they say that they don't when they will deliver it.
                                    And to my great surprise they are giving it in black but not in general rates.
                                    They do not supplied gas even after a month after booking.
                                    It's surprised having seen these type of services.
                                    There phone line is always busy.
                                    SUB: NEGLIGENCE ON RECEIVING CYLINDER LEAKAGE COMPLAINT

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    Sir, I would like bring in your kind notice that I am your very old consumer and having connection no. 25357 with M/s. Sahaj Enterprises, Govindpuri, New Delhi-110019. Yesterday (11th August 2010) when I connected my newly received filled cylinder to the Gas Burner, I smelt the gas leakage from my Cylinder, on that I immediately alerted your service help line but it is very regretted no one was picking the phone I tried not only once but ten to fifteen times continuously and also with the gap of every two to five minutes. When I finally failed to contact them I phoned to my dealer i.e M/s. Sahaj Enterprise, they received my call after three/four attempts and consoled me they would send the man but after wasting precious two hours, neither they picked up the phone nor they sent any person to attend this emergency call.

                                    After that I contacted your Field Officer of South zone, Mr. Dinesh Malik on his phone ( No. [protected]) I explained him that your help line is not taking call and the dealer is also not entertaining me seriously, instead of taking this issue on priority basis, first of all, he rebuked us so aggressively and told me clear-cutly, how did you get my phone and it is not my business to attend you or instruct the dealer to attend your call. After requesting him continually he gave us the cell no. of owner of the M/s Sahaj Enterprises and I again reminded him about my earlier lodged complaint then after one hour he sent the man.

                                    It is very astonishing to note that how can your Field Officer, particularly Mr. Dinesh Malik, of the esteemed organization talk to the customers so misbehavely and negligently. You may also note that this is not the first time whenever I approached him regarding the delay of cylinder delivery he did not take the matter seriously and this time he crossed all limits by rebuking us so badly. You can imagine what can happen if the cylinder gets burst and my family could have blown up, then who takes the responsibility of that major mishappening. It is really very absurd to note that those who are having the having the basic sense to attend the customers patiently, are holding the prestigious position of FIELD OFFIER and these officers have been appointed by your Indane Oil Corporation Limited.

                                    I would request you that you may please take this matter on priority basis and do the needful so in future we may or the general public not have face this type of problem.
