The gas cylinder delivered two days back is leaking.The agency(Yadu Gas Agency Sahibabad ,Ghaziabad) Telephones are busy all the time.No response by the delivery boy Ajay (Mob No. [protected]) till now.Consumer No. 66551.
My consumer no.[protected]double gas cylinder connection) in Abhijit Enterprise.1, R.C Nandipath, B.T.Road, Khardah, kolkata-700117. my gas cylinder delivered to my house on 10/10/2010 & that time my old gas cylinder in running position. In puja vacation & my office tour to delhi, i am not in house at least 50 days . When i came back on 10th december found that the new SEALED gas cylinder is empty, immediately I call to gas agency regarding that matter. About my complain, mechanic are came & found that the new SEALED gas cylinder is empty but plastic SEALED as it is in gas cylinder. The mechanic name SUKUMAR in Abhijit Enterprise, quickly open the plastic SEALED in gas cylinder, and told me that -- you used the gas and called me after that.

In this regard, I complain to gas agency, that sukumar (mechanic)
open the sealed in front of my old aged parents & blame to me that you used the gas and after that call to me. In response gas agency are says to me .regarding that matter I discuss to sales officer to look after the case.

But, My complain is that, why he (sukumar) done such type false statement against me, please action against sukumar & give me a new gas cylinder.

Problem is there that Booking done there after 21 days and they take 15 days further to give delivery So I get next delivery 35 to 40 days after previous delivery. My consumer no. is16470.       Sir,
      I'm a consumer of IOC domestic gas at their distributor of Cuttack, Orissa named Cuttack Indane Gas, Mohanty Pada, Kafala Bazar, Cuttack vide their consumer no. - CG04469 dated 21/10/08. Sir, we have a bigger size family conisting of 11 members (Including Kids) for which i have requested several times verbally to the distributor after furnishing the written request letter since June-2009 to consider for a second cylinder as it is impossible in our part to manage the family with a single cylinder, but the distributor pays no heed to our request/s. More importantly they do not deliver the cyclinder in proper time as per the guide line laid by IOC. Because the last cylinder was booked on 21/12/09 as their staff/s mentioned in the consumer card manually, but now they are deviating from this by saying that the cylinder was booked on 26/12/09 in their computer and the funniest part is that their computer system is not functioning now to confirm when exactly the cylinder was booked. The tragic is for tomorrow we do not have a filled cylinder to cook and cater my bigger size family.
      Therfore I would like to request your goodself to consider the same and instruct your said distributor, for which my family will be grateful.

      Refill booked on 06.01.2010. I was assured to provide refill within 2 to 3 days. Again i visited on 10.01.2010 to know about status of my refill they replied that they will send by evening, but i could not get it. Again I visited on 14.01.2010 but again they given false statement that delivery man had gone to your residence and you will find refill at your residence.
      Thus 10 days had already gone I could not get my refill till date. Please look into the matter and take necessary action .
      they distributors are lyre they create problems for every Indian,

        Dear Sir
        We have been supplied Indane Gas Cylinder. After some time it has been observed that it was leaking from the nozzle. We immediately reached the supplier and lodged the complaint to avoid any accident.We asked him to rectify or replace the leaking gas cylinder but he did not replace the leaking cylinder.He assured us that he will send a mechanic to rectify the problem within an half an hour.No one came so we reminded him through a call but still no one came.

          Complain regarding: M/s Radharaman Gas Service, 72 Gangapuri, Kol – 93.
          Agency Code No: 99181788.
          Consumer: P. K. Gupta, Consumer No: T-5498.

          In the month of Oct. ‘09 for several days undersigned failed to contact the distributor (ph no [protected], [protected], 24310596/4003) for booking of gas. Eventually on 15.9.09 with help of your customer care service (ph no[protected] my problem was resolved.
          On 30.12.09 I had been trying their phones since 1-30 pm but without success. Around 5pm they responded and I was told that booking time is over and to contact them on the following day.
          On 1.1.10 I could contact them around 4-30pm and was told to visit their office next day with my papers.
          Your booking centre[protected] advised me that they are unable to handle booking for M/s Radharaman.
          On visit to your site www.bookurindane.com it is observed that the party is not registered therein.
          Thus I am left at the uncooperative distributor for booking of public utility service. It may not be out of place here most of the residents of our society are facing similar problem.
          The go down is adjacent to our complex. It is observed that on arrival of truck load of cylinders, there are queues to exchange cylinders at a premium. Thus he operates lucrative business and that is why he is avoiding registration at your site, and, booking centre.
          Considering the foregoing you are requested to look into the affairs and prevail upon the distributor to get himself registered with your booking centre and website for benefit of your consumer.

          Indane Gas — Unable to book Gas

          This is a common feeling as Indane Gas agancies do not have any time to pick consumer calls to resgister gas bookings.Consumers should not be left on mercy of such agencies.
          Hi,

          I am also agree with your views. You can never get them over phone to book any gas. While taking new connection they will force you to take the oven from them at a quiet higher rate. Their emergency cell numbers are also not answerable in case of you need any emergency support from them.

          I took a new connection on June'10, when they gave the rubber pipe for the cylinder, that was already expired in March'10, later in the month of Nov'10, the pipe got cracked and we escaped death for a hairbreadth. Still they don't care.

          If the numbers are not for any use, then what is the use of providing such numbers??

          This is a utility service, which they made a personal proprietory monopoly business for them.

          I am sure if Indane makes a survey for the benefit of their customers, then they will be able to know, what level of grievances all the customers are having on M/S Radharaman Gas Services.

          It's my urge to the Indane to atleast make a survey among the consumers of the mentioned distributror to understand the issues the customers are facing there.

          But if the officials of the Indane are also in the same attitude like the dealer then all our efforts are in vain.

            Hi Sir,


            I am writing this mail with respect to a malpractice which I have observed at Indian Oil Petrol Pump outlet in IP EXTENSION named KAPOOR AUTO SERVICE.
            The salesman at the Petrol Pump follow this practice : Let say the man before you has filled up petrol worth 20 Rs . Then when you come to fill the petrol , he will ask you how much petrol you want . You would say 100 Rs. Then the guy who is collecting money will take the money from you and will try to divert your attention by asking you whether you want oil with petrol or whether you want speed or whether you have 100 Rs change etc. Till that time the other guy will start filling the petrol without resetting the machine to zero.

            Many times the machine will be set to zero but while filling the petrol they will divert your attention and fill the petrol only for 80 Rs if you asked for 100 Rs. They won’t be showing you the meter which counts the petrol filled in , rather they will show you the meter where they entered how much petrol was to be filled.

            I and my friends have noticed this several times. I thought it would be nice to share this with you. I have sent a mail to Indian Oil officers but I think they don’t pay attention. I would request the people not to fill petrol at such pumps and also ask other people not to do so. hereby i would like request you to take some action against such petrol pump dealers and employees.

              Sir/madam,
              My brother had a Double cylinder gas connection of indane gas connection in Chennai. He shifted to Rajapalayam (PIN 626117), Dist: Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu.
              Transfer Voucher has been issued by Chennai Gas dealer.

              There is a Indane gas and HP gas dealer. My brother had approached the HP gas delaer who says that as there is a Indane Gas delaer in Rajapalayam , he should opt only for indane gas and not HP gas.

              Please advise.

              I have indane gas connection in washermenpet, but recently shifted to mugappair. what necessary documents required to shift the connection. Please reply.

                Gas book was done on 5/12/09.Two times reminder has given to the dealer.After that gas has supplied on 31/12/09.This is the normal process to deliever the refilled gas cylinder or not.If not so please convey me what is actual schedule for process.Please give a glance on this subject.

                  I am a consumer of Indane Gas Service and my cust no. is HF-18562. There is very poor service of our Service provider.They have given the fascility of phone booking but there two telephone nos.[protected] and [protected] are always busy or not answering and after trying for more than a hour we can book the connection. There vendors are too much rude and refuses to give the sealed cylinders and on asking to weight the cylinder , they show us the way to aatta chakki to weigh it. I have booked my cylinder on 23-12-09 and my order no. was 8864 and I was given the delievery on 30-12-09 . I don't think it takes 7 days to give the cylinder.

                  I am existing customer of Indane and i am residing at Electronic City, Bangalore. My consumer number is 118183. My distributing agency is M/s.Sheela Agencies, J.P.Nagar, Bangalore. As per my knowledge, i am not facing any issues with distributor by delivering the cylinder. Because i am getting the message as "the cylinder got delivered against your refill
                  booking". But the problem i not getting cylinder through distributor directly. As there is no direct supply of distributor in electronic city, i am getting cylinder through supplier M/s. Prakash Agencies, Electronic City Phase I. The response is
                  not proper whenever i am calling. This is happening whenever i am booking. This has become a regular practice that i need to keep on calling and his reply is load is not there, call after some time. As per my understanding, without load distributor will not send message.

                  Note : Ref No.[protected] booked on[protected]. Cash memo : [protected] Delivered on[protected]

                  The above mentioned is booking done now and the info got from Indane Website.

                  Kindly take up on this issue and look on to this.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I wish to inform you that I am resident of House No. G-08, CHANCELLOR, KINGSTON ESTATE, ALLIANCE, RUDRAPUR and consumer of Indian Gas. In our area M/s RUDRAPUR GAS SERVICE is authorized for home delivery of Indian gas (LPG domestic uses). They have denied to deliver the cylinder at my residence and always say to collect the cylinder from agency before 9.00AM.

                    23 days have passed but I have not received the cylinder till today dtd. 31.12.2009.

                        I want to state that (My self Suahil Mairaj S/o Mr Riyasat Husain,& i have 2 gas books consumer no is: 18265 & , Add: Bhoora ka Chauraha, Moradabad 244001, U.P.)(Our Distributor Cheena Gas, Wajid Nagar, Moradabad) (Those who ditribute the cylinder his name is Mohd Nadeem Qureshi, add: Bhoora Chowk, Moradabad) i have facing the problems to get the lpg gas. I does'nt get it on time, the gas man who disdtribute the gas he is always says that company has no gas. And they does'nt have a fixed place, near abt 08 places he distribute the gas.

                        I am very unhappy of your delivery system am book my gas on dated 24-07-08 to ashoka gas (jaipurr) .But still I am no received gas. If this is your systems I move my gas connection. Please do the needful

                        Myself Nishit B Chaulkar, Customer No 637 has booked a refil cylinder on 4th August 2008, the booking number is 816 with your RADHIKA GAS AGENCY, VADODARA.

                        I am following up from 18th Aug.08 as I was told that delivery will be after 8-10 days. SInce then I am being told in 2-3 days you will receive the delivery. But I am sorry to tell that till 21 days I have not received refill and after delivery for next 21 days there will be no booking. The second cylinder will also get empty. We have Ganpati Festival in the house during first week.

                        It is suggested to allot third cylinder to me to meet such trend of supplies from this RADHIKA GAS agency.

                        Similar situation was faced during the month of December 2007 wherein your intervention had given me delivery of cylinder

                        Yes, I agree with Mr. Nishit Chaulkar. I am a customer of Radhika Gas Agency. When i booked a rifil cylinder, everytime i received the delivery after 25 to 30 days and after delivery for next 21 days there will be no booking.So i will received 2nd delivery in 45 to 60 days. In that time of period i have faced to a big problrm.

                        Dear Sir,
                        My self neeraj gupta, I have received last delivery on 22/09/09, But till date i am not received the cyclinder, I have booked the cyclinder on 02/10/09 and he told me the newcyclinder delivery on with in seven days .
                        yes Indian gas service is not good because this agency could not deliver the gas slender properly and time plz deliver the gas proper time.
                        i am rehan having a gas connection in cheena gas agency moradabad...even being a long time i m taking gas cylender in black while i have a gas connection already reason no delivery at time...and the corruption if highly and forced take connection in black...

                          i am an indane LPG consumer with services of DAMODAR ENTERPRISES in muzaffarpur, bihar. My consumer code is TD7646. sir, i have applied for refilling of gas on 2nd december for home delivery but thanks to the service of damodar enterprises, i haven't received it yet. i manually complaint about it at their office in sikandarpur, muzaffarpur.every time i have been told that gas will be delivered today only but i didn't.this late delivery system in this place is normal. so please take necessary actions on this matter as soon as possible.

                            Dear Sir
                            I would like to bring a public litigation against M.V Enterprises Avadi., The Gas Agency involved in many scam. I have booked my gas on[protected]. It almost 20 days, still now they have not supplied me cylinder. This the complaint of many customer, the reason behind delay in supply is due to illegally supply cylinder gas to hotel and other small scale company in return the get commission of Rs. 600 for each gas supply of cylinder , this has been known fact to each of the resident of Avadi.

                            The Agency was involved in many scams of LPG Indane- Issuing of New connection, Maintenance, Indane Storage, Indane Pricing, Delivery Etc. for longtime.

                            Many Complaints were already launched in this area from time to time from different reputed customers, but still no action has been taken. All people’s belong to Avadi are troubled by this retailer, They have done complaint to local police station. Still no action action has been taken.


                            I sincerely request you taken necessary action if not people will loose confident on Indian Oil corporation admistration.

                              Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking;
                              My consumer no to gas is 181 at gupta gas agencies,kasganj
                              I booked gas for home delivery 10 days back but till today 30.12.2009 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says it will be delivered today. Even,i made personel visit to them. they say it will be delivered today. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with indane
                              so i req. to u pls. solved my problem and take action against gupta gas agency

                                this is rupa venkatesh from Bhimavaram west godavari district, Ap.
                                i booked my gas cylinder on 8/12/2009 with booking number:3909
                                but still now i did'nt receive my cylinder,because of the gas agency
                                people sell the cylinders to high price to the hotels and to some peoles.

                                  I am an Indane gas customer with KRISHNA Gas Agency, tekkemitta, Nellore, AP.
                                  My customer number is 866. Please clarify few of my below doubts.

                                  1) My agency people saying it will take 20 days from the date of booking for a refill cylinder. Is this time line given by INDANE GAS Company or agency people are manipulating?

                                  2) If the above point is sure, then my point over here is, nowadays one cylinder hardly comes around 30 days. Once the refilled cylinder delivered, the agency people are not allowed to book for another refill immediately. They will allow only after two weeks. Here you can clearly observe the time laps, so how the customers can come out of this situation.

                                  Pls. let me know the above time lines are framed by INDANE GAS Company or by the local gas agencies. If the above time lines are as per company policy, then pls. try to improve your productivity; else pls. take appropriate action against the agencies.

                                  is T25449. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I called up the agency to
                                  Enquirer about it, the staff didn’t provide any proper information about it; they were not even
                                  Ready to talk for more than few seconds the staff had used filthy language against me.
                                  Also the guy who supplies the Gas door to door behaves very badly.
                                  I am very worried of situation. I have only single cylinder connection.
                                  On asking the delivery boy (hamara cyllinder kab aya gaa) - Humara bhi to dhayan rakho

                                  I AM ACONSUMER OF INDANE GAS FROM PRADEEP GASES UNDER CONSUMER NO. PT 2542. THE PROBLEM IS THAT-

                                  1.THE SAID AGENCY HAS GIVEN TWO PHONE NOS. I.E.[protected] &[protected] .BOTH THESE PHONES ARE ALWAYS DEAD AND IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO BOOK THE CYLINDER OVER PHONE.

                                  2. ON INPERSON VISIT THE CYLINDERS ARE BOOKED ONE OR TWO DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF SCHEDULE DELIVERY PERIOD.

                                  3.THE PHYSICAL DELIVERY IS GIVEN AFTER 3-4 DAYS FROM BOOKING DATE . IN THE PROCESS THE DEALER GAINS 5-6 DAYS AND WE FACE HARD SHIP DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF GAS AT HOME.

                                    My gas connection No. is 43090 with Indane gas company at Haldwani. I have booked for supply of gas cylinder on[protected] but so far the same has not been delivered to my house. I am residing at Mohalla Maheshnagar, Nwabi Road, Haldwani.                                       Agency holder lady very rude behavior and gas supplier man also used to worst languages to house women.
                                      Besides this the problems have been made continuously like that no pickup phone at the booking time and Gas delivery in 15 days, I think the work man supply the gas in black. I request you sir please enquiry of that agency 2727, Sher Afgan, Baradari, Ballimaran, Chandni Chowk, Delhi – 110006 and solve our problem.

                                        Subject: -- Service complaint against Temple City gas service, G T Road, Chheharta

                                        Sir,
                                        It is brought to your kind notice that above cited gas Agency is harassing its consumers by not supplying L P G Refill.
                                        The position is that on booking a refill after 21 days, (time fixed by Agency illegally) time of home delivery is given after 15/20 days; waiting time is increased twice and again. So much so many a times even after expiry c/o a month Cylinders are not supplied on the pretext that truck is not arriving. Consumers of this agency are seen daily visiting the agency by wasting their job time but to no effect. Non arrival of LPG Trucks to this gas Agency only for a month or so is not understood. An enquiry from the owner (S. Subheg Singh) always disappoint by repeating the wording Truck is not arriving. No solid reason is disclosed. People are running here and thereto get Cylinders for cooking. Long ques may be seen daily outside the agency but the owner are using only main pretext Trucks are not reaching.
                                        It is requested that in the public interest an enquiry may be got hold by deputing a Senior officer immediately to available the public to get rid of this problem. The matter is very serious and needs to be solved expeditiously.
