Hi,
I have has connection with Kasana Gas agencies, My problem is that no body is picking the phone when i call him for booking the gas, number of times mobiles switched off or bussy or no body picks the phone.I can not understand how i refill my cylender because i am here at Noida Sec-93 and agency is at Greater Noida.

Indane Gas — Indane Gas refill problem

Dear Sir,

This is to state that I had booked my gas no 8 times in last 45 days at Veer Jyoti Behind IBP Petrol Pump, Panchsheel Enclave, Delhi - 110017

I visited there thrice to book my no. as I do not easily get them on phone. Each time they promised me that we will deliver you the gas tomorrow. Whole day I & my wife keep trying the no 26494108 of Veer Jyoti but each time it goes engaged.
On Saturday(6th Dec 2008) I visited them again. At reception I found that the phone are placed properly. Using my mobile I again tried the no 26494108, 26493784 but it was going engaged. I just picked the both phones at reception and found no dial tone. I asked the person at reception that are the phone dead. The person replied that no they are OK. I again pick-up the receiver and the phone had dial tone. I tried the no. again & it was ringing.
I asked the person, that right now it was dead, from last 4 days we had been trying this no. but it was going engaged. What you have done just now. Any switch you are using to keep it engaged.

Listening this that person just replied "Tune phone ko kaise haath lagaya, bahar nikle ja nahein to Odhaa kar faink doonga". I replied him to behave properly. One female and & Mr Purushotam also came there and stated saying that how dare you say that we are using any switch. Mr Purushotam started abusing me. It was so embarrassing to me as I was accompanied with my elder sister.

Dear sir, any body may visit there reception and dial the no. 26494108, 26493784, it would be going engaged. This public service phones are knowingly kept engaged. How do they do this that is to be find out.

Still I am waiting for my gas to be refilled. After this episode they may harass me more.

Please get my cylinder refilled

I had made a refilled gas cylinder booking app. on 1st of Oct'2009 but not yet got inspite of repeated call for 7 to 8 times. The telephone attendant for gas booking have recorded my mobile number & assured me to call before delivery. But he says that on 9th Oct'2009 gas cylinder delivery man returned from my premises as the home was lock . Then I cannot understand why he had noted my mobile number. On my enquiry & request they made urgent delivery slip on 15th Oct assuring me the gas delivery to be done by 16th evening but they didnot. I enquired on 21st Oct. They replied the same reson o[censored]ndelivery on the ground that my house was lock on 20th Oct. Again they raised an urgent delivery slip on 21st Oct' & assuered me to be delivered on 22 Oct. Thias time also they failed to delivere the cylinder.

I have booked Gas cylinder on 22nd October 2009. I have called Mrs. Bandana Singh on her Mobile number to book the cylinder because the two landline numbers are always busy, on 22nd oct but the booking was done on 25th october 3 days after making call. After making no. of calls Till today i.e 31st October 2009 we have not received the refill gas. They are saying that there is shortage of cylinder whereas this is not true. They are selling the Cylinder in Black at higher rates.They are distributing the cylinder in the colony's every day in bulk.

The staffs of Kasna Indane Gas Services are misbehaving with the customers.

Also when we request to weigh the cylinder they behave rudely and dont listen to us.

So

kindly solve the problem. We are borrowing cylinder from others to cook food.

Kasna Indane Gas, NOIDA — Non delivery of refills

Our consumer No for Indane gas is 7747. For the past three months our dealer has not been delivering the gas despite repeated reminders and asking for money - to the tune of INR 600 to supply gas- citing shortage.

This is blatant corruption on the part of the gas agencyu and we are forced to buy the cylinder in black from elsewhere since the gas agency is not supplying gas despite reminders.

Please look into the matter and resolve the same quickly else we will be forced to downgrade ourselves to Stove to cook food.

kasna indane gas service, gr. noida — non supply of refill gas cylinder

we have booked one cylinder each on our customer nos.EO12413 and EO12414 on 18.11.09 with kasana indane gas service SHOP NO. AHS 16, Alpha-11, greater noida, U.P.. but despite repeated reminders on phone we have not been supplied the said gas cylinders. those are urgently and immediately required. moreover our connection have been shifted to greater noida causing innconvenience and irregularity in supply.kindly expedite the same and take corrective measures. regards harish joshi and m c joshi.

Indane-Kasna gas service — Non-delivery of Cylinder at time

My consumer number is 12249.I booked the cylinder on 30th October on Mobile number [protected] of Kasna Indane gas service Greater noida.
They promised me to deliver in 2 days(31st October or 1st November) but did not turn up.
On 7th November I followed up with them and they told me that they will be delivering it by evening 5.00 PM.I kept on waiting and called up 5-6 times for the same and even sent one sms,but it was not delivered.
On 8th November(Sunday)I called up and they told me that cylinder has been returned because no boday was at home-A white lie.I confronted with him saying that I was at home,they told me that they will be sending it right now.
I am really flustered.I have called up 12-15 times for the same.The phone remains busy and even they disconnect the calls abruptly.
Even logged a complaint on core.nic.in 20 days back but no response so far.

They delivered it after 15 days.

I, Manoj Kumar Joshi (consumer no. K 2376) booked cylinder for refilling on 22 feb and it is very disappointing to quote that still we didnt get the filled cylinder. We are staying in a joint family and there are in total 9 members in our family. Yesterday we were empty handed and we were not able to cook our lunch because our gas was finished while we were starting to make lunch.
No body now a days is willing to help by giving their filled cylinder because of this kind of disgusting attitude of the Gas agency people. They are not at all bothered about the problems of their consumers are facing due to this late delivery of the cylinder.

We can only request for their timely services, rest they should think.
Please supply us our cylinders in today positively.

i want to post a complant against kasna godam agent. my consumer no. is K09953, i booked the gas on 19th July through online and i went there on sunday(24/7/2011) to take the cylinder. he says, he has no cylinder after two days u can come but i saw there one van was loading that time for sector's people and some other people(2-3 people) were stand there they talking something about gas they have no booking no. after 20 minutes when they saw to me that i was watching them what they doing then your agent give us cylinder only i have booking no. while rest are take in black if you have cylinder why u not give proper service that time i feel not good. sir i want to say if you have any problem from the villagers plz cancel our connection why u not provide them good service. always your agent want to give cylinder in black but this is not fare to the villagers.plz take the necessary action and do the needful for all the customers.

Our Gas No. is RFIO939, 3/F-8 NIT Faridabad. The gas supply in our NIT-3, F Block area is very poor,

Your Indane gas agency located in NIT-3/E-67 Named GARG GAS AGENCY staff is not good, we have visited many times in this gas agency for our booked gas cylender, but they always refuse us by saying " ABHI AA RAHA HAI", " 2 Baje tak aa jayega", "KAL AANA".

ye bahane aapke staff ke kab tak chalenge, Kya koi hai Apke staff mein jo is System ko sudhar sakta hai.

Apne apko customer ki jagah rakh kar dekho, Har ghar se 1 member gas book karvane ke baat chakar kat ta rehta hai.


SO PLEASE DO SOMETHING FOR THIS PUBLIC.

    Sir,
    I am a student, I bought a new bike passion pro which is working well and giving me 65 to 70 km per litre. It has reserve capacity of 1 litre. I filled my tank with 2 litres of petrol near my home petrol bunk of Indian Oil ,when the tank was fully empty then i switched my knob to on position. After covering a distance of about 25 km it again came to reserve position, i went to that petrol bunk and asked them but they responded very rashly saying that its ur bike problem and check the bike once, this is happening repeatdly. Sir i am really helpless and they are doing some trick with their hand while pumping, it is not only to me but many of them and the dealers are earnig money like that with their petrol bunk. please take proper action against these two bunks, i[censored] want some one go and check there by filling petrol in bulk amount. sir i am writing this letter to you with a cause so please take a proper action against them ..

      Consumer No. 73688. There is considerable delay in delivering the cooking gas cylinders after booking with Ms Yemkay Gas Agency, Palakkad. It is 27 days now after booking and they say it would take more than 10 more days for the delivery. Their argument is that they are not getting supply from IOC. At the same time influential people are supplied with the cooking gas without having to wait in the queue. Pl do something to stop this delay
      I have requested for refilling of cylinder on Dec. 11 under booking no. 7612. The cylinder is yet to be deliverd and I have been told that there is a short supply by IOC wherein Saroj's suppliers are selling the cylinder in the black market. May request your intervension in the matter and oblige.

        Dear sir
        I have applied for new connection(indane gas cylinder) . i already got conformation letter on 28/11/09 for same. there is inspection for gas burner is necessary as per rule. but i am not getting any positive response from `yadu gas service' . i have called several times for inspection but nobody coming for inspection and they are making many excuses to delay inspection.
        I am frustrated due to such kind of irresponsibility
        please do needful.

          My father who had Indane DBC gas connection in his name has recently expired. I want to get changed the connection in my name. I already have single bottle connection in my name of other Company. Is it possible to get the DBC connection of my father in my name. The gas agency says they will charge difference of cylinder cost deposited by my father and that at present. Is it true. What's present cylinder cost? Can anybody help me.

          I 've got valid ration card, PAN card, Election card & other documents.

          Previously our family got two connections viz in my name and my wife's name. Now you are denying to supply cylinders for two connections in single ration card. If we want to change one of the connections to my daughter in law's name, we have to pay rupees 2700 to transfer the name. By this you are penalizing us for our no fault

          you yourself gave connections and now you are denying to supply cylinder's.

          By collecting huge fees, you are plundering citizens.

          I hope and request you to lower the transfer charge. I hope that I will get your reply immediately.
          IOC should enter and solve the problems of customers immediately. Otherwise They should order the dealers to supply free gas to the customers while they are delaying.

          Indane Gas — transfer of name

          My name is Ankit and i want to verify the cost of name transfer from my father(expired) to my mother/me
          of my indane gas.They have also blocked my connection saying that at your address there is some others name.They are demanding Rs.2225 after previous security adjustments of Rs 550.My connection is since 1984 but in name of my expired father.Please suggest me what to do.I am in problem.

          I have a gas connection in my father's name who died on 2008. Now i want to transfer the name either in my mother's name or myself. Moreover, the consumer name is slightly mispelt and therefore does not match with the death certificate of my deceased father. What to do?
          I, Sukanta Das, am writing on behave of my sister Asha Das, Consumer ID :[protected] Consumer No. 27132. We want to transfer the connection in the name of my mother, Sandhya Das. So I went to my Dealer Sonarpur Gas Service but their services are workless and hopeless. The employees behaved very very bad. They refused to receive my documents and returned me back day after day. I have also complained against this matter on 19.3.15 and 25.3.15 in your toll free number and my complain no. is 1999545. But I could not get any positive response from them.

          I hope you will take an action immediately as soon as possible. I weating for your reply.

            Dear Sir
            A one franchisee of Indan Gas in Gangrar , Chttaourgarh District,Rajasthan charging different rates for New Gas connection, They are taking Rs-3200 from some peoples , Rs- 2500 from some, Rs-4100 form fpr same gas connection. There is no fix amount they have .So they are trying to make fraud with public.
            So sir we want to know a charge for new gas connection which is fixed by government or IOC .And
            It’s our kind request to you please take action against that Agency As soon As possible.

            According to indian gas officials, a consumer can book the LPG cylinder after 20 days of previous booking. But, a distributor of Indane Gas is not Booking the LPG cylinder after 20days of previous booking.

              I am costumer no 29102 of Command Gas Service Indane, Nausena Baugh, Visakhapatnam. I have booked gas on 04 Nov 2009 and till to date i have not recived the gas after complaining them three time. Every time i contactact them they say today we send it but their today will not come till to date.

                Deae Sir,

                I am a customer of Indane gas with customer no 17345 and have been registed with gas agency Sukhdev vihar Near New Friends coloney, New Delhi-110025 (telephone No[protected] and [protected]) . I am trying to book the gas since friday 18.02.2010 no one pick ups the phone/ it is always busy .So,unable to book the gas.                   I approached the Indane Cooking gas dealer for booking on 12th and16th Dec.2009. The dealer is Sundara vinayagar agencies at Thanjavur.
                  My Cons. No: 13862.
                  The dealer has refused to take up the booking on the plea that only after 25 days of the last Cylinder delivered. He has not registered and has asked me to come up for booking only on 19th Dec.
                  I have recently come across a press statement issued by the Hon'ble Chief Minister TN that there is no such time limit has been prescribed by the IOC.
                  Such being the case I do not understand why the dealer is refusing to take up Booking. Not satisfied with the dealer I approached the Indane Gas authorities at Trichy in this regard. He was evasive in his reply and has not bothered.May i know the correct position in this regard.

                  cooking gas — booking of gas for domestic use

                  i am indane gas customer at MS rashmirathi S.K.3, devi martket, K-sector, kankarbagh, patna, bihar. my consumer no. is UT 9690.
                  i have been trying to book for cooking gas for three days there is none to receive the call(phone no. 2353545, 2362504)between working hours i get engaged tone(or is intentionaly kept engaged)and after or before that no one receives the call.this is not the first time previously also i had faced such problem.
                  if you really care for your CUSTOMERS please peep into the complain .

                  Indane Gas — Difficulty in booking the gas

                  I'am a consumer with Anand Gas( dealer for Indane Gas), South Janatha road, Palarivattom. Ernakulam. I'am sending this complaint as I'am fed up with their services. They've got 3 tel nos to book the gas. Anytime of the day or night these tel nos are either engaged to they don't pick up. When I visited their agency I could'nt find anyone of them on the phone and I tried to call thier no. from there itseld and found it engaged.
                  I made a telephonic complaint with Indian oil, LPG complaints, Ernakulam. It's almost a week since I've made this complaint but still it's almost impossible to get this agency on phone.
                  These are the tel nos. of the agency.

                  As it is there is an inherent delay for getting the gas for Indane, which we've got used to now. Pls make sure at least we have the facility to book the gas thru' the phone.

                  Indane domestic cooking gas — DBC request rejected

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have only one cylinder at present so, i requested to agency "BIKANER SAHKARI UPBHOKTA WHOLESALE BHANDAR LITITED" for DBC (Double Cylinder) but they denied for the same. As the supply of booking gas is very poor so i am facing very problems by having only one cylinder.

                  Dealer: Agnish Gas Agency, Lake Town, Calcutta.

                  It has become extremely difficult to book Gas cylinder as this agency does not pick up the phone. It is not possible for either me or my husband to take a day off just to book a cylinder. The agency refuses to take complaints over the phone and the Telephone number provided for complaints: 25341140 is never accessible. Request to please remind this agency to provide proper customer service.They should not expect their Consumers to always visit their office personally just to book gas.

                    Hello,

                    My self Amit Awasthi have a Gas connection with Kasna Indane Gas Services Greater Noida, right now I am using one cylinder but problem arises when current cylinder became empty, since for refilling the cylinder it will take One week to 15 days. For that I need one more cylinder I have requested number of times for double cylinder but they always says call me after 10 days, but my problem is still there.I can not understand what I should do.

                    suppliers dont respond to the phone as the phone is always busy to make the booking as well as the enquiry about the delivery & the period of their delivery is 30 days whereas it should be 21 days not more than that

                      I have booked for cylinder on 26/11/09. Till yet now i have not got the cylinder. They are celling the cylinder in black market.My cylinder agency is in thisadress Sri Vaisnu Devi Indane Service,HIG - 13, Avalapalli Hudco,Bagalur Road, Hosur.They are treating customers in very poor manner. Kindly do the needful for this.

                      I am customer of Indane Gas at Ausa, Dist: Latur, Maharashtra.
                      Few weeks back, early in the morning there was gas leakage form the Cylinder. My father complained the same in their office but there was no response from the concerned person. After follow-up of few days, they said that it is not their fault so they can't help us out in Compailining the same to the Indane Dealer of Latur or the Company.
                      As well as the behaviour of the concern persons was very arrogant.

                      I have booked my gas cylinder on 09-08-08 with booking no. 394 till date I have not received my gas cylinder.

                      My distributor is not providing good services. The agency always provide delayed services regarding the supply of Gas cylinder.

                      I may request you please take some necessary action as soon as possible.

                      Manjula the resident of Perumal Nagar Old Pallavaram, we have been receiving Gas cylinders from Pallavaram agency, it was suspended by IOC officials due to malpractice and fradulent activities.Later it was transferred to SABA agency Vandikaran st Guindy, service is very worst and no response over telephone.Hereby request the IOC officials to take stern action and sort this problem at the earliest.

                      lindane — poor service by dealer

                      we booked (Cust ID No.C0000748) cylinder on 27/3/10, we have been told that by 29/3/10 it will be delivered. But till 30th it has not been delivered. this is not the first time. when we are enquiring thru ph, they used to tell today it will be delivered, this is the permanent answer. whenever we are booking, it will take min one week's time even for commercial cylinders. The staff are answering not in a proper way and the service is very worst. the agency is Maruthi, 1/1, Welcome colony, anna nagar west extn, chennai 101. We are getting irritated whenever we book for cylinders, The agency people does not know how to talk, handle the prob, and there is no proper communication between their delivery boys and booking people. we assume the cylinders have been sold in higher price to the improper customers, that is the reason for the delay to us.                       I have registered for Sunday delivery. I got e-mail from Indane on 13th oct,2011. But when I went to my service provider they told me that they didn’t have the intimation regarding Sunday delivery.                         It is the regular practice with this delear that first i have to book for the gas cylinder.After 7 or 10 days , i have to regularly followup with them.Their response will be that the cyclist aleady taken the delivery & did not delivered to customer. After that they will give the contact no. of that cyclist & i have to contact that fellow & after that also gas will not be delivered.

                        This is the regular story ,they used to listen to me.

                        This time i booked in 8th dec 09 but till date cylinder not received & want make the contact them but they did not respond.

                        Please help.

                          Dear Sir,

                          As gas company has well known about the expiry date of gas cylinders much more than the end users.
                          still they are delivering the expired gas cylinders to customers (marked D09).

                          Is their any provision how to informed that company in such a way that it cannot happen with anyone again as happen with me.

                          i m very much afraid about that expired cylinder lying with me, at home.
                          you are requested to please provide the solution , as it creates mentally stress every time when ever i remembered that " my family is living with danger right now"

                          Indane Gas — date marked on Cylinder

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am using indane gas service . My customer no. is SGC 179 and my agency is trimurti Gas Service, Vikaspuri. I have just been supplied a Cylinder where the date marking is A 08 ( january 2008). On asking the agency is saying that there is no problem in that and we can use it. Kindly guide about the same.

                            cylinder leakage

                            Sir,

                            My consumer no. is 21589. I tried connecting the cylinder last supplied by you. But I can hear the noise of gas leaking from the nozzle. I immediately disconnected and closed the cylinder with the lid. If I try to connect the regulator, the noise comes again.
                            I have been trying your No.24802288 and 24849499 for the last 20 min, but always I get the message "The Bfone no. u have dialled is busy. try later"....

                            delay in delivery and miss behave
                            My customer no. is I.G.S. R-38844 and agency name is RAGHU GAS KHANDSA ROAD GURGAON.

                            Sir meri problem ye hai ki, jab bhi hum gas buk karate hain to vahan baithe staff humse bahot hi rud-language mein baat karte hain aur delivery bhi kai baar complain kerne ke baad dete hain, aur humse bahot hi gandi language mein baat karte hai, aur booking ke 2 month ke bad gas dete hai aur jab hum next booking karwane jaate hain to kahte hai ki booking gas ki dilivery ke 21 din ke bad hogi.

                            Please sir kuchh kijiye kyon ki hum log bahot hi pareshan hain, sir aap hi bataiye aise log ko koi agency kaise rakh sakti hai jisko baat karne ka tarika hi nahi ata. Please sir do something.

                            The gas agency holder M/s Sahid A.K. Gas Agency Kanina is a black listed firm in ipc. the 2 cases are going on this firm in this month. the fir no is 139/2008, 25/2008. But the indane gas agency is not taking further strong action againgt this firm. the upper officer of this gas agency is supporting this blacklisted firm with taking some dovery money and this firm is looting of peoples.

                              I am a customer of deep ganga gas agency patna-25 having consumer no D5458.
                              Iam being supplied less weight gas refil for which I want to take delivery from gas Godown to avoid confrontation at reduced rate i.e. at copany price for which I had given application to the Area manager indane Exhibition road patna 80001 on 14/12/2009 to Mr Sanjeev Kumar. Mr kumar refused to give order from Godown.
                              He given his office phone no to contact if gas is less. That means I am wrong his supply is correct. I told him it means you are also supportion vendor who is working on 2 or 3 thousand salary per month salary. All staff and Mr Kumar knows everything. I want delivery from Godown on Copany price. Kindly help.

                              gas cylinder — incorrect gas weight refilled

                              Hi,

                              I stay near Lingampally area, Hyderabad . I have a small 5kg cylinder used to serve for cooking purpose.
                              every time i refilled the gas in the nearby area he charges rs 200 for 5 kgs and filles approx 3.5 kgs.When i questioned him he says the reading will show like that only.This happend in most of the small scale shops.

                              How can we complain and take action against them?

I have been trying to contact the said agency since 25th October, 2009(more than 45days) over phone continously (atleast 50 times)for booking the gas. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them [protected],) and not acccessible consequently, the gas has not been booked. I have also approached directly Agency Office he openly tell me that you may take BlackRs.550.00 from the market if you r in hurry or take any approach.On a previous ocassion also I had experienced similar kind of problem.

                                Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system in order so that we are able to take gas Cylinder in time and without black. Your quick action shall be highly appreciated

                                IMP.NOTE. There is area of GANDHI CHOWK SHAHKOT(DISTT. JALANDHAR)
                                From where u can take 50 Filled Gas Cylinders IN Black at RS.550 each within 15 minutes at once

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      My complaint is against agent for gas cylinder supply M/S Yadu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad. The quantity of gas supplied in the cylinders is less by 5 to 6 Lt per cylinder. This is my 9 month observation. If we complaint about this on complaint number provided to us, the agency people don't accept our complaint and blame us only we are responsible for this issue because we don't check at the time of delivery. But the delivery man told us this issues exists from agency itself. The agency holder steals the gas from cylinder.
                                      Please take a serious action against this.

                                      Your agent for gas cylinder supply M/S Yadu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad ,Ghaziabad has given the following nos. 2895768, 2896034, 2896035, 2896036 for booking gas refill. It is common phenomena that for booking a refill you have to try continuously for 15-20 days, you will feel lucky if agency people pickup your call. Please take necessary action against the agency so that they can improve upon services.

                                      I am a consumer of M/S Yadu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad. I have already complaint against this but still waiting for any positive sign from there. I want to just remind you aginst this serious problem that we are facing becuase this is not only my problem. I am doing this complaint on behalf of all my society member.

                                      The quantity of gas supplied in the cylinders is less by 5 to 6 Lt per cylinder.
                                      Kindly take an immediate action against this.

                                      near Indane gas agency jamalpur kala jawalapur Haridwar ,a home situated in this locality in this home everyday 15 to 20 cylinder comes and some man stealing gas from every cylinder in small quantity they use warm water to remove the seal and also filled warm water into the cylinder they filled industrial cylinder from the domestic cylinder I see everyday this condition so I want to stop the stealing of the gas from the domestic gas cylinder.                                       I have booked gas on 3rd August 2010 but the people of gas agency told us it will deliver it by today or tomorrow. Still not received gas. And one of my neighbors gets the Gas in black on the same day.
                                      what to do, agency people says they don’t have gas, when they are supplying in Black 400/450 INR. Is their any one in this corrupt system who really listen these types of complaints.

                                      Still we are facing following other problems at Yadu Indane gas Seva


                                      1) Gas booking Numbers are always busy, even after continusly redial for more then 4~5 hours daily we could not get the line.
                                      No. are[protected], 32, 34, 35, 36 & 2895768.

                                      2) No confirmation of booking from SMS booking facelities.

                                      3) No responce on complaint No. given in the slip.
                                      No. are [protected], [protected],[protected], [protected], [protected].

                                      4) And last very crucial issue: Quantity of gas supplied in the cylinders is less by 4 to 6 Lt per cylinder.
                                      I also have same experience.

                                      YADU GAS INDANE — NON SUPPLY OF GAS /OFFERING LESS QUANTITY OF GAS.

                                      INDANE DOMESTIC LPG CONSUMER NO.74338.--YADU GAS INDANE SEWA.
                                      I HAD booked gas on 8th july 2011.
                                      company man brougt cylinder which was having only 25 kg weight.
                                      since gas was less in QTY. it was not accepted.after word company has not provided cylinder.

                                      Their is regular complaint that delivery boy is consuming gas on way and offering less QUANTITY7.

                                      I.O.C. should look into this unlawful practices and inconvinience to consumers.

                                      IMMEDIATELY76 SUPPLY CYLINDER.
