delay in delivery and miss behave
My customer no. is I.G.S. R-38844 and agency name is RAGHU GAS KHANDSA ROAD GURGAON.

Sir meri problem ye hai ki, jab bhi hum gas buk karate hain to vahan baithe staff humse bahot hi rud-language mein baat karte hain aur delivery bhi kai baar complain kerne ke baad dete hain, aur humse bahot hi gandi language mein baat karte hai, aur booking ke 2 month ke bad gas dete hai aur jab hum next booking karwane jaate hain to kahte hai ki booking gas ki dilivery ke 21 din ke bad hogi.

Please sir kuchh kijiye kyon ki hum log bahot hi pareshan hain, sir aap hi bataiye aise log ko koi agency kaise rakh sakti hai jisko baat karne ka tarika hi nahi ata. Please sir do something.

Indane Gas — Missbehave to the customers

I have a connection of Indane Gas From Kailash Gas in Gwalior Madhya Pradesh . Employes of this agency behave wrong

Indane LPG — over rates, miss behave with customers

i am living in a backward village kanina distt. mahendergarh haryana. here 60 % peoples are illitrate.

The gas agency holder M/s Sahid A.K. Gas Agency Kanina is a black listed firm in ipc. the 2 cases are going on this firm in this month. the fir no is 139/2008, 25/2008. But the indane gas agency is not taking further strong action againgt this firm. the upper officer of this gas agency is supporting this blacklisted firm with taking some dovery money and this firm is looting of peoples.
please take action against this firm

Please sir kuchh kijiye kyon ki aaj[protected] ko uski vajah se mere padosi se mera jhagra ho gaya, hum log bahot hi pareshan hain, sir aap hi bataiye aise log ko koi agency kaise rakh sakti hai jisko baat karne ka tarika hi nahi ata. Please sir do something.

I am from Jaipur my consumer no is 50978 I am approximate 11 year old customer of Indane my gas agency name is lakshay indane my agency is forcing me to take new gas burner from them even pipe etc. & pay them extra for checking etc.

Indane gas agency employees behave very badly. I have a connection from BD Market, Salt Lake, Kolkata. They dont deliver on time and talk very badly. they refusse to co-operate in any case

    I am a customer of deep ganga gas agency patna-25 having consumer no D5458.
    Iam being supplied less weight gas refil for which I want to take delivery from gas Godown to avoid confrontation at reduced rate i.e. at copany price for which I had given application to the Area manager indane Exhibition road patna 80001 on 14/12/2009 to Mr Sanjeev Kumar. Mr kumar refused to give order from Godown.
    He given his office phone no to contact if gas is less. That means I am wrong his supply is correct. I told him it means you are also supportion vendor who is working on 2 or 3 thousand salary per month salary. All staff and Mr Kumar knows everything. I want delivery from Godown on Copany price. Kindly help.

    gas cylinder — incorrect gas weight refilled

    Hi,

    I stay near Lingampally area, Hyderabad . I have a small 5kg cylinder used to serve for cooking purpose.
    every time i refilled the gas in the nearby area he charges rs 200 for 5 kgs and filles approx 3.5 kgs.When i questioned him he says the reading will show like that only.This happend in most of the small scale shops.

    How can we complain and take action against them?

      2ND REMINDER

      My consumer no.AGS78 and I am a resident of SHAHKOT Distt.Jalandhar-PUNJAB. M/s Atwal Gas Service(Code[protected] is the distributor for my connection. I have been trying to contact the said agency since 25th October, 2009(more than 45days) over phone continously (atleast 50 times)for booking the gas. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them [protected],) and not acccessible consequently, the gas has not been booked. I have also approached directly Agency Office he openly tell me that you may take BlackRs.550.00 from the market if you r in hurry or take any approach.On a previous ocassion also I had experienced similar kind of problem.

      Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system in order so that we are able to take gas Cylinder in time and without black. Your quick action shall be highly appreciated

      IMP.NOTE. There is area of GANDHI CHOWK SHAHKOT(DISTT. JALANDHAR)
      From where u can take 50 Filled Gas Cylinders IN Black at RS.550 each within 15 minutes at once

            Dear Sir,
            My complaint is against agent for gas cylinder supply M/S Yadu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad. The quantity of gas supplied in the cylinders is less by 5 to 6 Lt per cylinder. This is my 9 month observation. If we complaint about this on complaint number provided to us, the agency people don't accept our complaint and blame us only we are responsible for this issue because we don't check at the time of delivery. But the delivery man told us this issues exists from agency itself. The agency holder steals the gas from cylinder.
            Please take a serious action against this.

            Your agent for gas cylinder supply M/S Yadu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad ,Ghaziabad has given the following nos. 2895768, 2896034, 2896035, 2896036 for booking gas refill. It is common phenomena that for booking a refill you have to try continuously for 15-20 days, you will feel lucky if agency people pickup your call. Please take necessary action against the agency so that they can improve upon services.

            Yadu Indane Gas — Stealing Gas from cylinder

            Dear Sir,

            I am a consumer of M/S Yadu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad. I have already complaint against this but still waiting for any positive sign from there. I want to just remind you aginst this serious problem that we are facing becuase this is not only my problem. I am doing this complaint on behalf of all my society member.

            The quantity of gas supplied in the cylinders is less by 5 to 6 Lt per cylinder.
            Kindly take an immediate action against this.

            Indane Gas Cylinder — stealing of gas from the cylinder

            near Indane gas agency jamalpur kala jawalapur Haridwar ,a home situated in this locality in this home everyday 15 to 20 cylinder comes and some man stealing gas from every cylinder in small quantity they use warm water to remove the seal and also filled warm water into the cylinder they filled industrial cylinder from the domestic cylinder I see everyday this condition so I want to stop the stealing of the gas from the domestic gas cylinder. I request you to ,do not show my name if you do any action against the thieves

            My gas provider is Indane and my agency is Yadu Indane Gas agency sahibabad,

            Problem we faced this time is

            I have booked gas on 3rd August 2010 but the people of gas agency told us it will deliver it by today or tomorrow. Still not received gas. And one of my neighbors gets the Gas in black on the same day.
            what to do, agency people says they don’t have gas, when they are supplying in Black 400/450 INR. Is their any one in this corrupt system who really listen these types of complaints.

            Still we are facing following other problems at Yadu Indane gas Seva


            1) Gas booking Numbers are always busy, even after continusly redial for more then 4~5 hours daily we could not get the line.
            No. are[protected], 32, 34, 35, 36 & 2895768.

            2) No confirmation of booking from SMS booking facelities.

            3) No responce on complaint No. given in the slip.
            No. are [protected], [protected],[protected], [protected], [protected].

            4) And last very crucial issue: Quantity of gas supplied in the cylinders is less by 4 to 6 Lt per cylinder.
            I also have same experience.

            YADU GAS INDANE — NON SUPPLY OF GAS /OFFERING LESS QUANTITY OF GAS.

            INDANE DOMESTIC LPG CONSUMER NO.74338.--YADU GAS INDANE SEWA.
            I HAD booked gas on 8th july 2011.
            company man brougt cylinder which was having only 25 kg weight.
            since gas was less in QTY. it was not accepted.after word company has not provided cylinder.

            Their is regular complaint that delivery boy is consuming gas on way and offering less QUANTITY7.

            I.O.C. should look into this unlawful practices and inconvinience to consumers.

              I have booked LPG(indane) from Ordnance Gas Sewa, Raipur, Dehradun with Consumer No.O-10095 on[protected] vide no.3437 and several times request has been made for the same personally and through phone. But till date LPG has not been delivered to me. It is surprising that M/s. Ordnance Gas Sewa is not maintaing the booking order to deliver the LPGs. Consumers booked after me has been supplied with LPG. This status of affairs will lead to trouble and much tension. I also intend to claim damage from consumer court. Kindly issue instructions for necessary action in this matter so that LPG would be available on booking priority. Moreover, subsequent booking is accepted only after completion of 20 days from last delivery which is also incovenience to the customers who are having two cyliders.

                D/Sir,
                The complaint of BASTI (U.P.) dealer SINGHAL GAS SERVICE is this that he entertains for refilling during very odd time i.e. 8.00AM to 9.00AM.
                In my knowledge the office time for all sectors generally starts from 10.00AM.
                First of all we book the requirement for refill and get the shedule after 10 to 15 days while always bookings were allowed after 21 days of prior delivery. After 21 days we book for next delivery and get a date after 10 to 15 days. At the date of delivery when we reach to dealer in sheduled office time he says that come next morning at 8.00 AM. This is the general routine of your Dealer. This practice force all to get delivery after 31 to 36 days from prior delivery, but the timing of distribution of refills i.e. at 8.00AM is not justified. The delivery should be done from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM i.e. under sheduled office time, and only to them who booked for that date.
                Kindly enquire and please do needfull asap.

I booked to refill cylender on 21.11.09 vide booking no. 12645 given by our LPG distributer RANIE ENTERPRISES , NO.44, II street , Prumal Nagar, Nanganallur, Chennai 600 061. Phone no. of Gas distributor is[protected] , 22248183 , 22241826.

                  Sir, Gas cylender till today not reached when I called several times they said will reach in day or 2 days. Today when I again called they told the booking cancelled due to road condition not good. Also they told that your booking no was 12670 instead of 12645.

                  Now they are telling the gas cylender will supply by next 10-15 days and my new booking no. given by them 7360.

                  Sir, Please look in to the matter as we are facing lot of problems , arranging food for us from hotels. 3 small Kids even not properly get food and milk.

                  I hope your prompt action in this matter.

                    Sir,

                    I have shifted recently from Kolkata to Tiruchirapalli and stay in BHEL Township,Kailasapuram and I have Indane gas connection in my name from last 2years in Kolkata. On basis of my Transfer Voucher (given from kolkata Indane distributer) the local Tituchirapalli distributer has given the gas connection. Now I want to change my connection from single to double cylinder (as my family is with me). I applied for that & the sanction computerised letter came to me but in that letter our local distributer manually written that I have to produce ration card to get double gas connection .The distributer has asked for a letter that if I could not produce ration card in 30 days, he will disconnect the connection.
                    I am not applying for new connection then why should I produce ration card to get double cylinder.
                    On the strength of the above I may please be clarified whether I can avail the facility of second cylinder from the distributer without producing the ration card.

                    Please do theneedful and help me in this regard.

                      मेरा गैस कनेक्सन उत्तर प्रदेश के वाराणसी जिले के (एड्राणी गैस एजेंसी,varanasi ) में है | मेरा कस्टमर संख्या - 8802 है. मेरी समस्या है की मैंने दिनांक[protected] को LPG गैस की बुकिंग कराया
                      जिसका (बुकिंग संख्या है - 1106 ) लेकिन आज एक महीने के बाद भी गैस एजेंसी दवारा मेरे बुक कराये गए पते पर गैस की आपूर्ति नहीं करा सका |
                      इस दौरान मै कई बार गैस एजेंसी संचालक के पास गया और हर बार उसने मुझे यही आश्वासन देकर टरका दिया की जाइए इस बार आपका गैस पहुँच जाएगा जो की आज तक नहीं पंहुचा|
                      और अब गैस एजेंसी संचालक दवारा कहा जा रहा है की आप अपनी दूसरी बुकिंग करा लीजिये मेरी समस्या है की मै और १५ दिन से एक महिना तक इंतजार नहीं कर सकता | मेरे काफी प्रयास के बाद भी संचालक दवारा मेरी समस्या का समाधान न होता देख | मै आपसे निवेदन करता हूँ की आप मेरे इस समस्या के सम्बन्ध में गैस संचालक को उचित दिशा निर्देश दे जिससे मेरी समस्या का समाधान हो सके | इसके लिये मै आपका सदैव आभारी रहूँगा |

                        I have booked my gas at Indane Gas Agency in Greater Noida (Kasna Gas) address- H block Market, Alpha II, Greater Noida.on date 22nd Novemeber and when I call to deliver then I am getting everyday only one answer that today evening at 5:00pm you will get LPG gas cylinder but not delivered till date.

                        महोदय,

                        मेरा गैस कनेक्सन उत्तर प्रदेश के वाराणसी जिले के (एड्राणी गैस एजेंसी, varanasi ) में है | मेरा कस्टमर संख्या - 8802 है. मेरी समस्या है की मैंने दिनांक[protected] को LPG गैस की बुकिंग कराया
                        जिसका (बुकिंग संख्या है - 1106 ) लेकिन आज एक महीने के बाद भी गैस एजेंसी दवारा मेरे बुक कराये गए पते पर गैस की आपूर्ति नहीं करा सका |
                        इस दौरान मै कई बार गैस एजेंसी संचालक के पास गया और हर बार उसने मुझे यही आश्वासन देकर टरका दिया की जाइए इस बार आपका गैस पहुँच जाएगा जो की आज तक नहीं पंहुचा|
                        और अब गैस एजेंसी संचालक दवारा कहा जा रहा है की आप अपनी दूसरी बुकिंग करा लीजिये मेरी समस्या है की मै और १५ दिन से एक महिना तक इंतजार नहीं कर सकता | मेरे काफी प्रयास के बाद भी संचालक दवारा मेरी समस्या का समाधान न होता देख | मै आपसे निवेदन करता हूँ की आप मेरे इस समस्या के सम्बन्ध में गैस संचालक को उचित दिशा निर्देश दे जिससे मेरी समस्या का समाधान हो सके | इसके लिये मै आपका सदैव आभारी रहूँगा |

                            My Indane Gas dealer (Khuldabad, Allahabad, Ph:[protected] is currently found to supply irregular and below weight gas cylinder. Recently I have booked cylinder on 25.11.09 for which I am yet to get the cylinder. It has been started since I have objected for below weight gas supply after calling the gas-cylinder delivery-man for verification of cylinder-weight through my weight machine. The delivery-man came to deliver the cylinder denied to supply the cylinder on the pretext that the cylinder was leaking. It was not clear to me "how the cylinder becomes suddenly leaked just when I called for verification". Anyway, since then, in spite of my repeated request to Indane dealer they are supplying cylinder after a very long time gap (nearly 20 days). Now, I am yet to get the supply.

                            Indane Gas Cylinder — irregular gas supply

                            Dear sir,
                            i am extremely sorry for my complain.i haven't any other option except complain.
                            i have booked my refill by mobile on 18-08-11 and got my indane gas cilinder on 08-09-11.my next refill booking date was 08-09-11 but afterthat i havn't got any indane cilinder.both of gas cilinder in my house are runs out. now my mother faced a great problem at the time of cooking.

                            we have already complain in our local indane gas distributors center at New Alipore Oppsite of 3B BUS STAND.
                            the period of gas supply between 21 days after refill booking.but today 30-09-11 they couldn't affirm me the fixed date when gas supplied.they always excused tomorrow will be reached.This is going to puja vacation period eveyone need cooking gas.

                            after failure i have nothing to do except complain please take some necessary
                            step to control this insufficiency of gas supply.
                            Hopefully you will take a positive action against this kind of gas dealer.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I had booked a Inden Gas Cylinder against my consumer/connection No. SH-18355 with M/s Sahi Automobiles, Delhi Cantt, Delhi on[protected]. But the cylinder was not delivered till yesterday i.e.[protected]. I was made repeated reminders to the agency but there was no any response till[protected]. I was again called on yesterday[protected] they told that the cylinder is already delivered to my premises after few days of booking date, then after I am request to them regarding non delivered the gas they told we have check and send if not delivered. This type of problem happen time to time. Kindly look into the matter and oblige.

                                I. N. Rambabu, Advocate resident of Vidayadharapuram, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. I booked Cylinder on[protected] and I repated on 31.10.2009 . Till today, the cylinder not to supply in home. On my enquires the later date bookings delivered to my neighbours and surrounding areas. I think the delivery boys takes some amount and delivered the cylinders without serial wise.

                                Hence, I request to take immediate action and to supply the cylinders in serial wise. Otherwise, I will take appropriate steps.

                                  My self Ms. Shivani Maurya, living in D-2/76, Vineet Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow-10(U.P.).I am working in TATAMOTORS as assistant manager.I applied for New gas connection on 4th novemberin MAA DURGA INDANE GAS AGENCY, C2/601,VINEET KHAND,GOMTI NAGAR LUCKNOW-200218. Since then I am going to agency for receiving my connection.First they said that once when I get verification letter they will give me the connection. Here I want to mention that my office timing is 8:30am-5:00pm so I used to reach home at 6:00pm. I told my problem to them and they said "OK, after getting verification letter ,you come anytime, I'll give you the connection. After that i went several times on agency but they are unnecessarily delaying it.though agency remain open and they are present but they are not alloting the connection.
                                  I am a working girl and I am living here alone. In this situation this type of annoying act can't be accepted.

                                  .So please take action immideatly.
                                  Please get my complaint solved and make sure that they will not annoy the consumers in the future just for there enjoyment.

                                    We have a Indian Gas connection wide no. 5156A from Chander Nagar Gas Agecy , Amrit Plaza Building , Surya Nagar , Ghazaibad- 201011 This is authorised Indian Gas Agecy in our Area and we are receiving Gas from past more than 15 years from same agency .

                                    My Regulator is not working properly and i had request from the change the same , the Lady who is dealing in chander Nagar Gas Service is saying provide the Original Papers...

                                    Cheating by GuruKrupa Auto Services IBP petrol bunk at Bangalore

                                    On 07 of Dec 2009 at 8:14 AM I requested to fill petrol for 200Rs. Petrol pump guy filled me partially and stopped, by the same time i was disturbed by the cash collector.
                                    While i watched back the screen on the electronic machine it was not showing the liters of fuel filled( which was blank). On demanding an electronic copy of the bill from the machine, the casher tried to cheat me with old bill printed for 200rs at 7.53 AM,
                                    While looking at time it was 8:15AM, i asked him to take the last filled bill, on which he showed me the correct bill for Rs. 148.638 Volume of 2.930 Ltrs.
                                    Further when i raised this issue, He agreed his mistake and filled me with balance amount of Rs.52.0 with the Vlm of 1.030.ltrs with Receipt no: 0021.

                                    on the next day, Promptly IOCL officer called me update me the below.
                                    " We have verified the complaint at the subject pertrol pump. We have identified the staff involved as cashier Shri Devaraj & pump attendant Shri Gangappa & removed both of them from services. Dealer is also suitably counselled. Hope u will have a better experience next time. "


                                    Please ensure that if you come across any such issue. get this noticed to IOCL directly.
                                    The system of one connection for one family is not conducive as it does not cater with the needs of the family due to delayed service/supply by the agencies.If the main reason is subsidized rate of cylinder then instead of cancelling double connection in a family the subsidy should be withdrawn totally from one connection & continued to be allowed on market rate. This will be more amicable solution of the problem also beneficial to the IOCL and the Govt. Kindly think over the suggestion & do justice so that there should be no difficulty to the consumers.                                       My Indane Gas Serivce Agency is Golf Green Gas Service 4/82, Bejoygarh, Room No.E3, Kolkata-32 with phone no.24141493. Refill booking is never entertained in this number but they inisst on net-booking or booking through SMS both of which are always faulty. Obviously, booking has to be done physically at its office. Moreover enquiry for late delivery is not possible over phone as the agency phone number is always kept attached to an answering machine.

                                      I completely agree as I and a number of consumers of the Golf Green Gas service regularly face the same problem. The matter have been brought to notice of IOCL officer concerned & some how no action seems to have been taken against the erring gas agency.
                                      MOST URGENT FOR LAST ONE YEAR THE INDENT GAS AGENT OF BORAL NOT AT ALL PICK UP THE PHONE FOR BOOKING OF LPG GAS CYLINDER.
                                      MY CONSUMER NO- 26553. MY NAME - NANDAN AMBALY, TOWER-O2, FLAT NO-3A, RAMCHANDRAPUR, NAREANDERPUR, 24 PGS. KOLKATA-700103.TODAT AT 3.32 P.M. THEY PICK UP THE PHONE AT NOT BOOKING FOR RE-FILLING AND BEHAVES VERY BADLY. I REQUEST IOC TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AGAINS THE DISTRUBUTOR AND FOR IOC PLAESE NOTE THEY ALSO COLLECT MONEY FROM CONSUMER IN A VERY UNPROFESIONAL MANER AND MONEY RECEIPT NOT IN THE IOC BILLING.
