Indane Gas Cylinder — irregular gas supply

Dear sir,
i am extremely sorry for my complain.i haven't any other option except complain.
i have booked my refill by mobile on 18-08-11 and got my indane gas cilinder on 08-09-11.my next refill booking date was 08-09-11 but afterthat i havn't got any indane cilinder.both of gas cilinder in my house are runs out. now my mother faced a great problem at the time of cooking.

we have already complain in our local indane gas distributors center at New Alipore Oppsite of 3B BUS STAND.
the period of gas supply between 21 days after refill booking.but today 30-09-11 they couldn't affirm me the fixed date when gas supplied.they always excused tomorrow will be reached.This is going to puja vacation period eveyone need cooking gas.

after failure i have nothing to do except complain please take some necessary
step to control this insufficiency of gas supply.
Hopefully you will take a positive action against this kind of gas dealer.

Delivery after huge time of booking
Dear Sir,

I had booked a Inden Gas Cylinder against my consumer/connection No. AG63036 with M/s Anand Gas Services, Ashok Nagar, Between Road No.1 & 2 Ranchi- 834002(JHARKHAND), on[protected]. But the cylinder was not delivered till today i.e.[protected]. I was made repeated reminders to the agency but there was no any response till[protected]. I was again called on yesterday[protected] they told that the cylinder is not available at this time. This type of problem happens allwage. Kindly look into the matter and oblige.

Indane Gas Agency. — non - delivery consumer No. 933

I. N. Rambabu, Advocate resident of Vidayadharapuram, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. I booked Cylinder on[protected] and I repated on 31.10.2009 . Till today, the cylinder not to supply in home. On my enquires the later date bookings delivered to my neighbours and surrounding areas. I think the delivery boys takes some amount and delivered the cylinders without serial wise.

Hence, I request to take immediate action and to supply the cylinders in serial wise. Otherwise, I will take appropriate steps.

Indane Gas — New connection not deliver

I am applying a new gas connection (Dealer Name :- Maa Budhi Indane Gas). But they are felling to give the connection for few month.

Please take action about my matter.

on the next day, Promptly IOCL officer called me update me the below.
" We have verified the complaint at the subject pertrol pump. We have identified the staff involved as cashier Shri Devaraj & pump attendant Shri Gangappa & removed both of them from services. Dealer is also suitably counselled. Hope u will have a better experience next time. "


Please ensure that if you come across any such issue. get this noticed to IOCL directly.

The system of one connection for one family is not conducive as it does not cater with the needs of the family due to delayed service/supply by the agencies.If the main reason is subsidized rate of cylinder then instead of cancelling double connection in a family the subsidy should be withdrawn totally from one connection & continued to be allowed on market rate. This will be more amicable solution of the problem also beneficial to the IOCL and the Govt. Kindly think over the suggestion & do justice so that there should be no difficulty to the consumers. I completely agree as I and a number of consumers of the Golf Green Gas service regularly face the same problem. The matter have been brought to notice of IOCL officer concerned & some how no action seems to have been taken against the erring gas agency.

MOST URGENT FOR LAST ONE YEAR THE INDENT GAS AGENT OF BORAL NOT AT ALL PICK UP THE PHONE FOR BOOKING OF LPG GAS CYLINDER.

These people do not pick the phone, after many many attempts from our side, If they pick it up they will just disconnect in seconds without any response. Can anybody let me know proper channel to SUE these people.

100% true. Not only this, but its really a tough task to tele-book a cylinder with this agency. Even after spending hours with telephone hanged on your ear, you hardly get success. They'll simply put the phone busy and you are helpless. If bytheway it rings, they won't answer! Don't now exactly how to come out of this terrible situation. It seems they have reach till top positions otherwise how authorities are tolerating this all?

Non supply of LPG cylendar
I have a LPG connection No. 012523 with M/s Sundram Gas Agency Sudama Nagar Indore. I had booked LPG on 16.11.2010but till date of 23.12.2010 the above said agency has not supply the LPG cylnder. This agency always delay the supply of LPG even in normal condition, but in winter they play their dirty game free from any restrain. Any authority not bothered about the Sundram Gas Agency and they free to sale the cylnders in black market.

Indane Gas — Cylinder Tampering issue

I wish to register a complaint against Aar Kay Gas agency (South Delhi,[protected] for delivering defect LPG domestic cylinders of Indane Gas. The cylinders delivered at my place (residing at Gautam Nagar) have multiple issues each time. I have to face broken seal, gas leakage, incorrect gas weight and related issues with the Gas Service provider.

Inspite of regular complaints with the service provider, they have taken no necessary step to rectify the issue and no help has been extended from their end.

This is a serious concern since many consumers in my knowledge are facing similar issue with the gas agency. I need to draw the attention of the concerned authorities to this issue and ensure no such happenings in the future. Need your support!

Indane Gas — Gas cylinder issue

With due respect i am informing you that i have booked a gas cilinder on 03/03/2010 but till now they are unable to provide me the gas. Whenever i called up in help desk they are telling u will get the gas cilinder tomorrow or day after tomorrow (atleast three times i have called). Plz look in to this matter.

IOC / Indane — Faulty Cylinder

Sir,

Quite often i am receiving filled cylinder with leakage. I regret to inform you and kindly do the needful. This is a major problem of LPG. Please take necessary steps.

I found my cylinder was leaking and your Emegercy Service Personnel attended the call and found that both the cylinder in use and the spare one were leaking. Kindly address the problem.

I have had two occassions of cylinder leaking and despite lodging complaints there has been no response. Is there a way out?

This is a complaint against Capt. Rakesh Sharama Gas Service Indane Maholi Road Mathura. On the receipt slip there is emergency numbers and customer helpline contacts are privided but none of the number is working i.e.(2363705 emergency no. & 2854749 IOC customer service cell). So not only me there are thousands of people who are suffering from the same problems and when i asked the complaint number from the agency he refused and then gave a number for compliant of agra and when i called that number i.e Dupty Manager IOCL SANJAY PALACE AGRA at [protected] he does not responded at all and i searched on net for contact details for complaint then i found customer helpline nos.[protected] on www.iocl.com but this no. is not in working.
I personally visited the agency and booked a cylinder on 5/12/2009 he said that the cylinder will be delivered within 8 days but till today the cylinder is not delivered i am fully mentally harassed and need to know the rules and regulation regarding delivery of LPG cylinder Indane and want serious steps should be taken against this agency so that the people may stop suffering from these malpractices of LPG Gas Agencies and hope you will surely take some steps to solve out the problem.With great hopes i wrote this complaint to you and have full faiths that you will do something or other to solve out the problem.

IOC / Indane — blacking of LPG cylinders

This complain is against K2 International, Indane distributor (LPG) for IOC iin Sarita Vihar.
I have been trying to get new connection and have all the necessary documents but the distributor gives me all the reason for not being able to give me a connection, he even sent me to "Bharat Gas" distributor saying that it is Indane new branch and when i complained back he said whats the difference...LPG is same.
Upon pressiing he told me to come at 7am...when I did, office was closed but I could find couple of Hawkers who told me to get a full cylinder in black for payment of Rs 2850.
I hope IOC does something on this issue.

IOC / Indane — undue delay in recoupment

I am an indane(IOC) customer since 1992. I have been in Ayanavaram Chennai 23 and my indane provider was M/s Sabi Gas Agency Ayanavaram chennai 23. since last August I have shifted my residence to Mugappair East Chennai 37 and the indane provider is M/s Ganesh Agencies Mugappair East Chennai 37. Since the day I selected the agency not even one month the emply cylinder is replace in 15 days as in the case of M/s Sabi Gas Agency Ayanavaram chennai 23. When enquired they say by receiving the second cylinder after 25 days of booking and booking for the next replacement after thirty days it is considered advance booking and we have to book after 40 days. Iam a paramedical staff (Nursing Matron) with the Ministry of Railways and I depend on indane for my cooking needs as there is no kerosene oil thorugh PDS. Please help me to get my replacement cylinder within 20 days
