unnecessary transfer of my consumer card

i the consumer of M/s MUNDA GAS SERVICE the indane gas distributor of sambalpur (ODISHA)
my consumer no - 1041 is harrased with the service of the gas agency. and finally they had transfered my consumer card to another office without giving any reason ., when i asked the reason they refuse to tell and just said that due to lot of customer they had transfered the card.

owner change

hello, i have a connection of indane gas with connection no 12918 from last approx 15 years. but now when we booked the cylender then agency person told us that this connection already running with any other person. i don't know how it is happen. I want to know that wthout my id proof and address proof the agency person how issued new gas copy to other person.

Leakage in the cylinder

Iam from Chennai. We have put new cylinder 3 days ago..its smelling very badly. We have been continuously trying to call all the available telephones.. either the phone keeps on ringing or its engaged. By luck if anyone picks up they say we will send the person. There no use of any emergency phone no. as it is never picked. The service is worst to the core.

Non Supply Of Cylinder Filled

I have an gas connection with Trimurti Gas Service DDA Market Vikas Puri New Delhi 18.The gas was booked some 15 days back . after 10 days of booking the cylinder was sent when we went out
from house onlly for 30 minutes and after that 6 days have passed and neither the phones are atteded as whenever we phone both their No,s give busy tone while I have tried continously for 2 hours a day It seems they have kept the phone off the hook...

Misuse of domestic cooking gas cylinder by distributor

M/s Anusha Indane gas co., Bangalore have been running their LPG cylinder distribution vehicles using cylinders meant for domestic consumers. I informed Indianoil cutomer care (Indanecareblr)on July 31, 2009 together with a photograph (please see attachment) that shows the vehicle in question. But they did not bother to respond. Poor service and Customer care number is not attended hence can't register complaints

I stay in Pune and my customer number is 13190. I had booked for re-filling my cylinder. I had to call the agency atleast 10 times before they finally sent me the cylinder. Further the way they speak is very unprofessional. Most of the time they provide us the delivery persons mobile no and we need to chase them.

Ela Gas Agency, NOIDA/ Indian Oil Corporation

My current LPG supplier has been Ela Gas Agency in NOIDA. When I needed a refill I called their number but for over a fortnight of trying no one lifted the phone. Now I have come to know that the agency has been closed by Indian Oil Corporation and my account (no. 07579) has been shifted to a Kasna Gas Agency in Greater Noida - which is about 30 Km away. despensing unit not working properly

sir,

1. i have a petrol pump of 20 kl capacity installed in my location, there waas some complain regarding the despensing unit, i lodged the complain for the same at Dehradun office, through tele call on 01 Oct 09, the mechanic from IOC dehradun came on 05 Oct09 and inspected the despensig unit on 05 oct 09.

2. After inspection yhe mechanic told me that he will go back and come with required tool and parts...
