I am a regular customer of your product since last 22 years and have stayed in various States with your same connection my connection is in the name of Mrs.Sushma Devi,546-B,Nayay Khand-II,Indrapuram,Ghaziabad with Consumer No.58157 registered in M/s Yadu Indane Gas,D-33,Site-4,Sahibabad Industrial Area,Sahibabad,

Since last 3-4 Refiled Cylinders we are geting less gas in the cylinders the gross weight of Gas cylinder when filled is 30 Kgs. whereas we are geting the gross weight as upto 25 Kgs.for which we complained the same to the agency but no positive responce came. I booked my gas on 10/11/09 and recieved the cylinder on 17/11/09 and my wife complained the Hawker the the cylinder is light in weight he responded that it is full in weight if you require this take the delivery other wise I am going he took the cylinder and went back without delivery of the cylinder. It means that the weight of cylinder was not proper so hawker took the cylinder and told that you can complaint to any one you like.This type of behaviour is not expected from hawker.The name of hawker was Mr.Jitender.

Indane Cooking Gas — Less gas in cylinders

I am a customer, bearing No.07552, of indane dealer M/s. Ela Gas Agency, Sector-93, Noida, U.P. The delivery man came to my residence on 2.5.08 with dealer's cash memo No.7429 dated 30.4.08 and my wife signed the slip. She weighed the cylinder on our own machine, it was just 26 Kg.then he bring another cylinder it was 28 Kg. She refused to take delivery. The man take away the signed slip with him & assured to deliver proper cylinder tomorrow. This is the problem of almost every month. Kindly look in to it.

Less gas in cylinders
I am a customer, of indane dealer K.K.Indane Gas, Cambridge Layout, Ulsoorr, Bngalore-8. I got my conenction transffered from my home town on January-2009. From then, I booked three new cylinder which is not even lasting for 45 days. It is only me and my husband who uses gas on a very less basis and switch off the regulator when it is not in use too. Please take necessary action and kindly look in to it.

Indane Gas — late delivery,shortage of gas in thecylinder

sir,

I am residing 7 km awat from baloda bazar(Raipur).here we have only one gas agency(bomleswari gas agency).this agency supplies gas very late.it comes to our ares in two/three months.some times the gas cylinders washer is not properly placed,the weight of gas is less no provision of weighing the the exact weight.

please take some action

    I have a gas connection in my Grand father name at M/s Godavari Gas service at Darbhnga Bihar. My Grand father & grand mother expired. Now I am with my husand at Hyderabad.
    I want to transfer that connection to my name and transfer to Hyderbad.

      I am A. K. Singh (Anil Kumar Singh ) Administrator C. B. S. E. Affiliated School From New Delhi. Govt. Of India. I have to lodge one complaint against The Distributor S. N. Enterprises, Pakari Ara Bhojpur Bihar 802301. In previous days, system for delivery of cylinder at home was working. But now a dayes, it has collapsed, I am directed to obtain the cylinder from 4 k.m. away from my home on over bridge.where havy traffic is going on. One incident had happened with my wife while she has carrying the cylinder. At present my delivery no. of gas is 49/29.10.09. it has also ackonadlege that no. of gas is being distributed late by 18 days. So i want to lodge the complaint regarding non delivery of cylinder at home & also regarding late delivery by date .

        Sir,
        I have booked for cylinder on on 14.10.09 and have the delivery of cylinder on 30.10.09,now as per their rules I can only book for my next delivery after 21 days of receiving the earlier one ,that is i can book on or after 21 11.09..I am using the cylinder from 01.11.09 and it will maximum run upto 21.11.09 in my family of 5 members.If it is taken so long to deliver the cylinder it is getting difficult to run with one sing connection.This have been happing since last two three months.I haVE MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS BUT OF NO VAIN .
        I there fore request you to take action against the dealer and make arrangement to deliver the cylinder after maximun one two days of booking.

        I have done my gas booking on 7th May, my consumer number is CX23215333, my gas agency is Sivam Gas, Maligaon, Guwahati, Assam
        Today it is 20th May, still my cylinder is not delivered, what the hell these agency person is doing, I don't know, kindly take strict action against this agency. They are running the agency as per their own wish and not following the rules of Government. Please look into it . Kindly arrange to deliver my cylinder by tomorrow at the earliest.

          i am a customer of indane with customer no 1153 and have been registered with jaito gas service[ph no [protected]] in jaito district faridkot. i booked my cylinder on 26-10-09 till 17-11-09 no delivery has been made by the agency. i visted their office on 16-11-09 but the counter lady told me rudely & says that u cannot get the cylinder before 40 days. i request concern authority look in to the matter. thanking you

            we are the employees of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya,Pandhana residing at the residential campus at Pandhana.Most of the employees have got the Indane cooking gas connection which had been managed earlier by Monika Indane Gas Agency,Pandhana,Khandwa(M.P.) .However,for almost a year now we been facing an acute inconvenience in the supply & distribution of gas cylinders as the former gas agency has been withdrawn and the new supplier ,Anupam Gas Agency,Khandwa(M.P.) which has been assigned the duty to supply & distribute gas cylinders at Pandhana has been engaged in gross mismanagement of its supply due to which we have to face an absolute inconvenience in getting the cooking gas at proper time as we have to take time off from our duties at residential school and cover a distance of around 5 kms.and even then not certain of getting the gas as there is a rampant blackmarketing by the local people who take the cylinders by illegal means and then sell the same at higher prices.We request you most earnestly to take proper action so that the genuine consumers do not have to suffer.

              I Rajesh(cust.no.-SL31908) of Indane gas distributor(raghu gas service gurgaon haryana.On phone booking gas refill on 06 feb 2010 at 11:34am from resi.1125, sector 10-a gurgaon haryana. But Indane Dist. self Changed the Cust. Booking Date to 18/02/2010 at 01:10 pm.
              then promised for expected delivery on 20/02/2010 .
              But still delivery not met.
              Who will take initiative in this regard .

                Dear Sir,

                I am Abraham. I am residing at Chennai. My Aged Parents are living in my native place named by Papanasam, Thanjavur Dist. Every time i am visited in my native town, my parents are complaint about Indane gas suppliers, they are not supply the gas cylinders properly for registered cylinders. When i am asking about this at GEEPEE Gas Agencies, they are not response, in case they are replied that the "booked cylinder was supplied". This is not occurring one time or two time. Most of times, they are selling illegally for small amounts.

                When my parents asked them, they told "give more money we will arrange the cylinder immediately" like that. If supposed to asked them what about our booked cylinder, the supplier told my parents that booked cylinder date was barred so do it again. In last week my parents asked the supplier, immediately He asked to bring consumer book and he noted the delivery date and signed without their knowledge without delivery of cylinder. So please consider my complaints as general and send your peoples there for inspection. That agencies is doing more illegal activities. Please save the papanasam people.

                  We are the resident of Gopalpur,Tehsil Palampur,District Kangra,Himachal pardesh.It has been routine in this area that the supply car doesnt come on regular basis.Like me so many people of the area are actually pissed off.Our nearest gas agency is either Palampur or Nagrota and the gas van comes and goes back from adjoining areas but doesnt come to our place.

                  Now the things are going out of control.Pls do someting

                    Dear Sir,
                    I had transfered my Gas connection From BARODA to SURAT (GUJARAT) vide TV NO:[protected] dated 11/07/2009.However due to unforeseen circumstances I had not reinstall the connection at Suarat and whish to shift the same at my native CHERUVATHUR (KERALA).I came to understood from Regional Distributors that for Inter state transfer a consent is required from Regional marketing Officer and accordingly I had sent the Original TV to Customer service cell, Indane area office ,PMK Tower Calicut ,Kerala on registered post(19/09/2009).However despite of Lapse of months nothing have been heared from them.
                    I request please look into the matter and needful for early action.

                      I had booked speed post no. EH[protected]IN on date 27.10.09 from PANIPAT to JAMSHEDPUR, But it is not yet been received at the destination. On web tracking in INDIANPOST website, it only says ......article bagged from PANIPAT to DHANBAD on 27.10.09 and no other info is available. I had also mailed for the same on 14.11.09 to [protected]@indiapost.gov.in but it got undelivered.
                      pls. suggest what next i should do.

                        I am a customer of indane with customer no 4363 & 3429 and have been registed with Sanganer Gas Agency, Shri Dinesh Sharma, 31/89 A, Pratap Nagar, Sanganer, Jaipur Ph # 0141 [protected] 2791830. I booked my gas cylinder 55-60 days ago, till yet no delivery has been made by the agency. I visited their office, their staff behaved very rudely. i am facing a lots of problem.                           My name is K.Suresh Kumar My wife is an authorized gas connection holder of M/s Vatsala Gas Agency,Natesh Nagar, Virugambakkam, chennai 600 092. . My consumer number is 19618. I booked for a refill on 04/11/2009 that is after 28 days of a cylnder supplied.when I book for refil the agency people said will take 10 daysand they did not get their supply. but till date ie. on[protected] they have'nt delived the cylinder to us. when we phone several times regarding this, they are repeating the same answer (after 10 days) and they dint get their supply.

                          Now our both cylnders are exhausted.We are facing hell a lot problems.

                          But in the Media the Representative from Consumper protection council ,Indianoil,Bharat Petroleum ,Hindustan Petroleum says there is no such delay.

                          So sir please take necessary actions against the above mentioned Agency.

                          Indian Oil — Non- supply of refill cylinder of Indane Gas

                          I have booked a refill cylinder on 2nd June 2008 with agency responsible to supply gas (Presently located in Chhend area of Rourkela). Though more than 7 days have passed the supply of gas could not be done. My consumer ref no. is 01227. Please help.

                          I am mohamed Ibrahim from Choolai medu.. we get gas from the agencies Called Sri Guruvayurappan Services(Gangai Amman Koil Street). Our customer number is 32536.I have no words to scold them.. Because of their worst attitude and carelessness of customer. Last month i had very bad experice with Guruvayurappan Serive.Syaing even after the due date I was not getting my cylinder even i am eligible to have two cylinders. They simply said It is not available. we fed up of having that answer. They normally take 15 days for the delivery. But this time they took more than 26 days. we all sufferred in our house with out Gas.. They dont even pickup the calls If we try to book thorough telephone.. And no response at all if they go directly and complient about it..

                          The point is when there is other agencies are supplying gas before 15 days why this Agencies is not able to deliver in time?


                          Please consider this complient and take necessary action against Sri Guruvaurappan Services.

                            The gas cylinder is booked in the name Mr.T N Subramaniam, customer no. 40930 (Hosur gate, Bangalore) The cylinder was booked on 02/11/09 and delivered on 12/11/09 that too after so many follow ups. The person who delivered the cylinder demanded Rs 380/-. Upon asking he gave a bill of Rs.325/-, which is the regular cylinder charge. He took Rs.55/- as transportation charge. Pls let me know is it that we need to give the transportation charge too and in that case why are we getting any bill for it. When asked the agency they said there is no transportation charge. Pls take neccessary action. If I shout or deny in giving him extra money then next time onwards he wont deliver the cylinder on time. I request you to look into the matter seriously as almost all o[censored]s are facing this kind of problem.

                              I am a consumer of Gas Cylinder of Indian Oil Corporation Of India through your authorized agency M/s.M.V.Enterprises, No.16A, N.M.Road, Avadi, Chennai – 600054.

                              I have booked for gas cylinder on[protected], but I did not receive my Gas cylinder till 05.11.2009. I made an enquiry to the Agency for which I did not receive a proper reply. So I made an enquiry through Phone to The Indian Oil Corporation Customer Care. After which I received my cylinder on[protected].

                              But, the bill which I received was dated on[protected]. The same problem has happened to me earlier. This leads me delay in booking my next cylinder, causing lot of inconvenience.

                              The same inconvenience has occurred to many other consumers in the same area. Their Name and consumer number has been sent along with their signature through registered post to the Indian Oil Corporation Office, Chennai.

                              I request you to take proper action ensuring no such inconvenience in future.

                              I HAVE BOOKED A GAS CYLINDER ON 05.12.2009 VIDE BOOKING NO. 3898 BUT AFTER 7 DAYS I HAVE NOT YET TO RECEIVED THE REFILLED CYLINDER. THE SERVICE OF KANDHARI GAS IS VERY POOR EVERY TIME HE TAKES 10-12 DAYS FOR SUPPLY OF CYLINDER. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL

                              I have been the customer for Indian Oil Corporation for LPG Domestic Gas Cylinder from the distributor M/S Sahni Gas Agencies at Budh Bazar, Geeta Colony, Delhi - 110031 having connection no 19729 and they denied the Booking for the Gas Cylinder on 11 January 2010 and the management stated that same can be done after 25 days and on asking of such Company guidelines an abrupt and immoral statement made was that "the booking for normal customer starts after 21 days and to those who further black is 25 days".

                              On taking the complaint to the Owner he didn't responded and i failed to understand the service rules and treatment to the customer. The harassment is very common on this agency and they have no criteria for taking the grievances from the customer.
                              The Agency name is Sabharwal Gas Agency, Budh Bazar, Geeta Colony Delhi 110031 in instead of Sahni Gas Agency

                              I'm a consumer of IOL Ltd. through Fancy Cook Gas Agency...3/1 Sadhanhari
                              Mukherjee Road.James Long sarani, Kolkata-700034.Con. No-T6442.
                              From last 3/4 mnths.the agency takes 20-25 days to deliver a cylinder.
                              Every time they said"the cylinder will be delivered within 15days.But every time
                              it becomes over 20 days, and another problem is that ---, they start booking for a
                              new one after 20 days of each delivery.
                              That means it will take (20+20)=40 days for one cylinder.But another agency
                              of the same (IOL Ltd) has no problem at all. They deliver the cylinder within 7 days.
                              How dose it possible??????????
                              Plz. Kindly look after the matter and do the needful...
                              My consumer no.CH6039 and my address of resident is East Shastri Nagar Dhobatand, Dhanbad(Jharkhand) (My cell No. is [protected]) M/s Chaudhary (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact, the phone of thr distributor remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. . But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected], 2901693) . Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder. And some time they delay vwry much for booking and delivering the gas. For example on the date of[protected] i have book the cylinder but till now they have not delivered the gas(i.e is[protected]. So, sir this is not happening for the first time (for last 1 yrs) and sir, the process of deliverying the gas is after the 21 days from the date of issue according to the rule but they are always delaying and giving the gas after 10 - 15 days .

                              I request you to take proper action ensuring no such inconvenience in future.

                              I am registered with Dagar Gas Service, Sector -3, Rohini. ihave have not received the refill even after 10days of my booking, I register my booking for refill thru online booking system after 10 days but when i enquire on 09/02/2010, I was informed that the gas is not booked & they booked again on 09/02/2010, Buit even after that i have not received the refill even today dated 13/02/2010. the delay is very common, it takes more than one week to get refill. Please do the needful

I have have not received the refill even after 17 days of my booking, I register my booking for refill thru online booking system on 12.3.2010 and 20/3/2010 respectively, but when I enquire on 26/03/2010, I was informed that the gas is not booked & they booked again on 26/03/2010 with Complaint No. 4990, Buit even after that i have not received the refill even today dated 29/03/2010. the delay is very common, it takes more than three week to get refill. Please do the needful

I have have not received the refill even after 17 days of my booking, I register my booking for refill thru online booking system on 12.3.2010 and 20/3/2010 respectively, but when I enquire on 26/03/2010, I was informed that the gas is not booked & they booked again on 26/03/2010 with Complaint No. 4990, Buit even after that i have not received the refill even today dated 29/03/2010. the delay is very common, it takes more than three week to get refill.                                 I got home delivery of refill booked on 23.10.2009 with M/S Abhil Indane, Rohtak (Haryana) Agency code 104468. Not supplied till date. Phone no. remains un attended. Personally visited on 30.10.09, 4,6,8 and 11.11.09 every time a new date is fixed with excuse 'Pichhe Se Gas Nahi Aai' kindly help in ractificationof system.                                 Indane LPG — Non supply of refill

                                The LPG cylinder refill was booked on 24.7.08 but still not supplied.

                                I am a customer with Maa Mangala Indane, Bhubaneswar. My consumer no. 81. I have bookd my lpg refilling on dated 07/12/2010. The distributer assigned me sr no.806 and promised me to suppaly the refill withine seven days. From 16/12/2010 on wards every day the employ of the distributer gives me falls assurance to suppaly the cycinder. Since 22/12/2010, they promising me to supplay the lpg on the same day. Till date I have not get my lpg. Please look in to the matter and slove my proble.

                                I am consumer of Indane LPG with consumer number 38164. Distributor is M/S Super Gas, Vadamadurai, Coimbatore - 34.

                                Every time they supply after 20 days from the date of booking only. Of late I booked refill on 17.02.2011 vide order number 5449. They have made the bill on 01.03.2011 and supplied only on 05.03.2011.

                                When I approached for re booking on 24.03.2011, they told I can do booking only on 26.03.2011 and they told they have taken advance booking and given order number 1706 assuring supply by 10 days. But till date they have not supplied the refill.

                                On 07.04.2011 I approached for refill and they abruptly replied it will take another 4 to 5 days to supply the refill.

                                Then I approached the Gas Complaint cell through phone number[protected] and the the person attended the phone call assured that, he will ensure supply immediately. But to my surprise I have not yet received the refill. This is for your information and necessary action to regularise the suply.

                                  Phone of the agency Abhil Indane, situated in Rohtak (Haryana) agency code 104468 remains un attended. Every time I have to send some one in person to get the refill booked. I got refill home delivery booked on 23.10.09 under registration number 6150. No delivery of refill is given despite repeated visits. Before this time also he delivered the home delivery after 2 months. I doubt the LPG refill are being sold through black marketing. A thorough investigation is requested.

                                  LPG — Inordinate delay in home deliveryof LPG refill

                                  Got booked home delivery refill of LPG on 5.11.2009 with M/S Pargati Gas Service, New Railway Road Gurgaon. The Agency told that gas would be supplied within five days. After five days, inquired for refill, again gave another date and so on but no supply till today with excuse 'AAge se nahi aa rahi'. Kindly arrange supply and oblige.

                                    my consumer no. is OGD-16009 at ORAON GAS DISTRIBUTOR at RANCHI (JHKD) for LPG GAS.
                                    he is regularly delaying in making delivery of gas for e.g-
                                    gas booked on 18/08/09 received on 05/9/09
                                    19/09/09 received on 09/10/09
                                    28/10/09 - NOT RECEIVED YET
                                    inspite of our regular complaint ( verbal and written) no action had yet been taken by the dealer.
                                    hoping for an immediate and positive action in the matter with aa intimation to me.

                                      I am K Srinivasa Rao from Howrah my Indian Gas Dealer "ALLADIN" Andul Road, Howrah regarding issue of 2nd Cylindar till now I am not receiving any Indian GAs 2nd Cylinder due his delay & Blocked, why because they are not receiving my request letter since 2006. He is told you are in quee so no need to any request letter for 2nd cylindar, but he never take my letter I am request to him my son age is 3 Years and also I am non locla please consider my request.
