1. Extremely sorry to inform you that cooking gas delivery man from Pearl City Gas Service, Tuticorin-628005 is asking for a bribe every time for delivery of gas cylinder. The matter was discussed with 'Pearl City' manager Shantiraj (I hope this is correct name) at agency office but he also advocated for bribing the deliveryman.

2. On asking, he did not provide me owner's telephone number. At last, I had to go to Police station and verbally complaint about the whole affair. The policeman spoke to the Manager.

3. The gas agency manager and the staff are not bothered about the customer satisfaction and deal in unprofessional manner. This is astonishing and sad.

4. I request yopu to take action and inform me about the saME.

    Dear sir,
    I have book the gas M/s Snehalata Indane Gas, Lane-6, Amalapada,Angul. my Cust No:-7273 and booking no:-614 dated 28.08.2009. when i ring the phone they left and told tmorrow i will delivery. after repeted phone now agency owner told me i can't give deliver at ur home y can pickup form my goudan, and rough behever me and cut the telephone. M/s Snehalata Indane Gas agency beheveor is rough and told me i[censored] want to complain my head office bhubanswear.

    sir i have a gas connection on my father name with consumer no-3459 at Paramveer Gas service at Bathinda Punjab. phone[protected] after booking the gas when i consult when the gas deliver at home they said that you have to collect from a specifiq location when i reached that location they said refilled cylinder was finished come another day next day i ask from agency then they replied thet you have to collect from the gas agency 5 KM FROM MY RESIDENCE .it is very difficult to collect as i am also an employee so for gas its difficult to apply a leave so please tell me whether supply of gas at home is agency duty or not if agency has to delivered at home then why we have to go to agency for gas

    kindly take the necessary action as there is a number of consumer who are facing the same problem

      I have applied and get a reciept from our Local Indane Gas Distributor M/S Vijay Gas Service , Choutuppal , Nallagonda (Dt) A.P on 05.12.2008 for a new LPG Connection for my home.
      The Registration No. What got from the Distributor is [protected].

      In the month of July 2009 i have recieved a offer letter from the distributor thru register post saying that "please come and collect the new connction with in 15 days".

      I went to the gas agency and asked for my new connection , he says pay Rs 4200 /- For All (Deposit ,Regulator , Hose Pipe , Installation Charges ,Administration Charges Etc).Then i asked him i don't require the Gas Stove. For that he asked to bring the gas stove of my own to his place and he will do the inspection. If the stove is fully fit then only he will give the connection.

      In the IOCL web site it is clearely mentioned that the consumer can buy BIS approved Stove from any source.

      Now what i urging you that please see that the LPG Connection issued to me at the nominal price of Rs1900/- with out Gas Stove.

      soon after this negotiations held with our Distributor I Have made a complaint in IOCL Website and they have given me coplaint No.11765 but they have not responded so far ( Complaint made on05.08.09)

After 1 month I was reach again and ask what about my connection or booking number, so they said your booking no. is 680 and your gas connection will be done, but I was go there in last week of August they again said that we have no stock for new connection your connection will be dispatched on your communication address. how it will take a time of issuing my connection.

        But the behaviour of those people are very poor for treating the customers. The behaviour of your employers is a very big barrier in company's growth and I am in trouble and the requirement of Gas is very urgent for me.

        I really thankful to you if you help me as soon as possible. Is it for 21 days or 30 days. kindly respond immediately

          Sir,
          I have a complaint regarding booking. On Monday 31st August 2009, the Indane gas dealer M/s Jainarayan Gas Service, Suhag Nagar, Firozabad has not booked my cycliner and said today is off due to any function at our home. We will book the cylinder tomorrow on Tuesday 01st September 2009. I said tomorrow is Tuesday that is your off day. Then they said we will open tomorrow for booking. Then on Tuesday I have gone to the agency. The agency staff showing me that see on the book let that today is off due to Tuesday.

          Now as a consumer what I should do on this. Is this good to do this behaviour with a consumer. If a consumer is daily coming at agency in this hot climate and the result is nil..

            Hi,
            I am Manjunatha.H.V.
            My consumer No is 52118,
            I ama facing refquent problems & harasement in getting LPG cylinder every time.
            After several complints from all consumers & publics thers is no action has been taken against the Agency by IOCL and service delivery is detoriating day by day & downtrading bad to worst and hence consumers are facing problem & everyday.

            Consumres have raised n times complints and recently media & local dailys have covered this Agency bad services & malpractices but no use and IOCL has not taken any action for the same.
            Request all concrened to look into the same & take some action or cancel the Deeakership immediately.

            Looking forward for the better & hasselfree service from next time onwards.

              hello sir
              i am a consumer from puri dist.Here indane gas distributor provides sufficient gas to other hotel and a NGA foundation in every week. It can't provide us gas before 15 days from the complaint.It is a major distarbance that it provides the consusumer gas to this hotel & foundation.

                This is to inform you that I, Sri Koushik Ranjan Das s/o Dr. Tulasi Charan Das of Sai Balaji Apartment, 80+81/2/1, D.S.Lane, Flat: L <2nnd floor>, Howrah#711109, am a customer of INDANE since 06.10.1999 (at < 99196661>Sarenga Gas Service, Sankrail, Howrah). Due to shift of our residence to my present address I transferred the INDANE service under your Distributorship (ALADIN, 169, Andul Road, Howrah#711103) on06.01.2006.
                Please refer to your Form no. LPG 44 No. A040 – 43487 DTD. 06.01.2006 regarding the transfer of service to your end.

                I live here with my ailing senior citizen parents (my father is a dying patient of Cancer and my mother is a patient of severe Asthma and Osteoporatic diseases), my wife and my daughter. So one cylinder is not enough at all for monthly consumption for my whole family of five (5) persons. Often I had to manage it by kerosene stove and private expensive portable gas service like CLIX. Therefore now and then I enquired about the 2nd cylinder connection at your office either by telephone or by person. But each and every time I got negative answer from your end.

                Now it is not possible for me and my family to keep the consumption level into only one cylinder.

                So I request you today to arrange for a 2nd cylinder against my consumer no < 441714> at your end.

                As a valid customer of INDANE for almost a long ten (10) years {from 1999 to 2009) may I again request you to look at the matter with priority and treat likewise.

                  I had booked LPG refill using the computerised gas booking system of IOC on 20/07/09.( Consumer No.1088, Divya Gas Agency, Karikode, Kollam, Kerala ). As the gas was not supplied till today(29/08/09), I contacted the agency over phone. The gas agency informed me that the booking has been cancelled by the IOC due to shortage of gas and that the agency themselves is booking my case as a fresh one now and that gas will be supplied within two weeks. They further informed me that all the computerised bookings have been cancelled and that all those who had contacted the agency directly were supplied gas. My fault is that I had not contacted the agency directly. I doubt it is part of a master plan to torpedo the computerised booking system.

                    Respected sir,

                    on last june 09 i submitt my details application with affidavit for new connection after 2 months when i meet ot Vikram gas Agency about the connection they told me that 4400/- is requirment for new connection, then i ask that why & how u demad this huge money onlt the minimum price is 1500/- of total, they pressed me that cokking chhulha also incuded, while in affidavit there is no any boundation to take chhulha, so pls take this complaint that why the siad Vikram gas agency Ballia toke 4400/ Rs

                      Dear Sir,

                      It is a regular habbit of Indane Gas dealer of Berhampur, Orissa ( Berhampur Indane Service, Dealer code 124374) not to deliver gas on time inspite of bookings. The booking itself is also very difficult. Nobody picks up the phone for booking also. You can try out, the dealer number is[protected]. My consumer number is 20818 and I have placed an order for gas around 25 days back, booking no. 526, but still the gas has not been delivered.Tries over phone to get the status is fruitless as nobody will picks up the phone.

                      It is a regular habbit of the dealer in Berhampur city. There is large scale irregularity in distribution because of mass scale black marketering in the city.Consumers like me are facing lot of problems because of black marketing. If you want to purchase black it is available easily but it's bacoming increasingly difficult to buy from dealer through legitimate means. I hope some action will be taken against the dealer and I will get my gas.And this sort of problem will not happen in future. My mobile no. is 91-[protected].

                        Dear Sir,
                        I m presently residing at C/O- M/S Ganpati Traders, Main Road(NH-77), Dighi Kalan, Hajipur-844101 & cosumer of NISHAD GAS AGENCY-HAJIPUR, Dist-Vaishali (Bihar). I would like to draw ur kind attention for remedial action for appended below points;
                        (i) Booking not being accepted on telecon / No responce for booking on tele.
                        (ii) Even after booking in presence, it take minimum 15 to 20 days for delivery. In between the period we r bound to take cyliders from out source by paying double amount. After numerous complaints no action is being taken at agency end.( At present booking was done on 8 Aug 09 (Consumer No: 31290) & after rigorous follow up delivery was made on 26 Ayug 09. In the mean time, I bought a cylinder from local vendor)
                        Request ur intervention & help for necvessary remedial action to avoid recurrence of the same.

                        I look forward for ur reply with remedial action taken.

                        I m presently residing at SanjayVerma.72/07 Partap Nagar, Sanganer, jaipur1 & consumer of Sanganer Gas Agency, 31/89-a Partap Nagar, Sector No.03, Sanagner, Jaipur . I would like to draw ur kind attention for remedial action for appended below points;
                        (i) Booking not being accepted on telecon / No responce for booking on tele.
                        (ii) Even after booking in presence, it take minimum 30 to 35 days for delivery. In between the period we r bound to take cylinders from out source by paying double amount. After numerous complaints no action is being taken at agency end.( At present booking was done on 06-Aug-2009 today is 14-Sept -2009 (Consumer No: 55474) & after rigorous follow up delivery. my both cylinders are blank.
                        Request ur intervention & help for necessary remedial action to avoid recurrence of the same.

                        I am really unsatisfied of Veena Gas Services which situated in Julena Gaon, Near Surya Hotel NDelhi-65 There no body pick up the phone which No they provided to card for bookin their Nois[protected],[protected]. If he picked the phone, but he can't here full talk of customer . So in one sentence their services are worst in India not only Delhi.
                        This is not only my problem all customer of this agency faces this type of problem if you want to exact no. you can take a survey about this agency service.

                        We have been continuously facing the delivery of LPG gas after booking the gas at our Gas Agency "Yadu Indane Gas Seva",D-33,Site-4,Sahibabad Indl Area

                        On repeated phone calls they promised to deliver after 7 days and do not turn up in the committed day and further keep promising some other date or disconnected the phone.

                        We need the senior authority to look into the matter.

                            My LPG Indane Gas Consumer Number: 20570 in the name of P J Arun Gandhi.

                            I have requested a refilling of my gas cylinder on July 30th 2009 with Raghavendra Gas Agency at Avadi, Chennai 600054. I have been following up continuously with the gas agency through telephone. They say they had sent the cylinder to me through the delivery boy on Aug 8th 2009, but when i proved i have not yet received and the last gas supplied to me was on June 20th, 2009. They admitted their mistake that the delivery boy has made some money by selling these types of cylinders to the road side tea shops. The manager of the agency has commited to send the cylinder on 19th Aug, but i have not received it till date ( Aug 26th, 2009). Also they demand extra Rs. 20/- for delivering the cylinder at my door steps.

                            Request you to intervene and initiate action with high priority.

                              non delivery of gas cylinder
                              I am the customer of ordinance gas agency, raipur Dehradun. I have one cylinder gas connection. Two months back my cylinder got empty. I booked for refilling the gas on 20/07/09, but till today i could not able to get the refilled cylinder by the ordinace gas seva. Whenever i approached for this they said that currently they do not have refilled cylinder in stock and filled cylinder may come within week then we can able to deliver you. I am facing serious problem in absence of gas at my home. May i get help from you in this regard.

                              I have booked the gas on 1/10/ 2008 with johnson Gas Agencies, opp police line, Bathinda, code[protected] and followed up again several times . Today is 7th October 2008 but i am waiting for Cylinder. I am calling the agency from last 3-4 days 3-4 time daily but always they tell that your cylinder is on the way and you are going to get it within 1-2 hours. I don't know what type of person have got the gas agency to provide this type of poor service to consumer.
                              I think black marketing is going on so we are facing this type of problems.Could you please enquire about it?

                              WE HAVE BOOKED OUR GAS NUMBER -VA 24773 ON DATED -9/02/09 BUT TILL DATE WE HAVE NOT RECEVIED OUR GAS (23/02/09), EVERY DAY THEY PROMESED US FOR SANDING THE GAS BUT NO RESULT

                              I am the customer of ordinance gas service, raipur(dehradun) from last 12 years.Recently, i came to know that it is the responsibility of service centre to deliver the gas cylinder thru home delivery after 3rd or 5th day of booking.My locality is hardly 800 meter from the centre and it is clearly mentioned at the office that dont make "Long Q"the same will be provided to you by home delivery but from last 15 days no one has come forthe same.it is the common pratice over here that they deliver once in a blue moon.
                              It is my humble request that please make this on regular mode in (garhwali colony), nearby, to your centre i.e raipur dehradun.

                              We have two gas connections. One in the name of Aradhana Mehra & the other in the name of Rosheni Mehra. The two connection numbers are 25083 and 25084. We booked the gas for both connections on February 4, 2010.

                              The distributor has only delivered the gas for one of the connections. The gas for the other connection has not been delivered.

I have booked my gas on 12.06.2014 and the agency is not supplying the gas due to absence of the man Mr.Nasar, who is supplying the gas in my area. He is absent from almost one week and the distributor is not taking any alternate arrangement. Pl take necessary steps against the agency as the poor customers are suffering like anything.

                              On contacting indane booking automated system, we came to know that the deliceries of bookings till 30.01.2015 are already done by by our distributor.
                              But we have not yet received any refilled cylinder till now of biikong made on 29.01.2015.
                              Please look in to matter and arrange to send the refilled cylinder ASAP

                              vadavalli, coimbatore is our distributor.My consumer no is 39006.This agency is not bothered to supply the gas even after 25 days of booking date.When asked, they simply says it takes another week to deliver the gas and they state some stupid reasons for that.

                              Everymonth we face the same problem.Kindly take some necessary action against them

                                I had booked LPG through the above said agency vide Booking Number 7275 Dt. 23rd July 2009. As on date(25th August 2009), I have not received the same. Whenever I enquire about this to the agency, they said, there is a delay, and not getting a satisfactory reply from them. Now they are not picking up the phone too.

                                So I request your goodself to look into the matter and do me a favourable action.

                                LPG/IOC — DELAY OF GAS DELIVERY

                                Sir,
                                I have connection with IOC. Name Ajith.M, Consumer No:6334. We getting cylinders from "MALIYEKKAL AGENCY, Thalikulam, Trichur District. I didn't get my last booked cylinder till now. Now it is 69 days.Booking date: Jan 1st, Docket No:412. Sir, I don't know it is a time taken process with a time of 65 to 75 days. But, the agency telling "all time" they take this much of time to deliver a gas cylinder. Sir it is a very worst condition and painfull for customers nowadays... If it is taking this 60 or 75 days ...sorry sir, I have no problem. Really we the people suffer these things. Otherwise please do the needfull for the same...It is very pathetic condition here...

                                  We have taken the delivery on 25/07/08.then after that they are not booking our cylinder.I have gone many times.then they booked on 04/08/09& yet they have not deliver the cylinder.From last six months they are not delivering at my residence which is not even 3km from their office& godown.This is a big harrasment to a senior citizen(.first i have go to office take the voucher then other dayi have to take the cylinder to the godown.even sometimes theysay today not possibile come on other day).Even today i have talk to sale officeir of durgapur[protected]

                                      sir,
                                      i m lpg consumer in kalka.i booked lpg cylinder refill on 11 august 2009 on phone, my booking no. is3286.
                                      on enquiring from vendor on 22 august 2009 he says it would take another 11 days to get my refill.
                                      i was unable to contact the distributor(code[protected].
                                      i want to know the cause of delay and quick action to be taken as it is about already 32 days from my last refill and it is really difficult to wait for another 11 days.

                                        at-pindari po-pindari ps-mainatand dist-west champaran (bihar).there a petrol bunk in the given address they are illigally supplying oil to nepal. and they have kept some people around the locality to sell the oil at higher rate.due to which farmers has to face alot of problem because they could not get oil for agricultural porpose.the petrol bunk authority always says there is no oil.so please take strict action against these people.this petrol bunk comes under kisan sot benifited so seva kendra but kisn itself is not benifited so no use ksk.please solve as soon as possible.
