i have lost my blue book somewhere in the city jhansi. As per norms of IOCL i have fulfill all the required paper they demand after that he gave me a sign paper not blue book for future booking of gas and told me after some time i give you blue book but till date i booked my gas with out blue book.plz provide it as soon as early

I am gas consumer Indian Oil Corporation under conection no. 16423 with Prem Gas Services, BE-373 A, Shop no. 4, Hari Nagar, New Delhi 110064. I had booked cylender on 14.11.09, the same was delivered on 19.11.09, there was a leakage in this cylender. I informed to dealer on 20.11.09 they had sent person on the same day he had accepted that there was a leakage & he can not take back the cylender alongwith him because he is not carrying rickshaw. Next day one person sent by the dealer and replaced the cylender & this gentleman asked for some CHAYE PANNI (some money) on this issue for which I had refused to give. He kept the replaced cylender at my house as it is without any chcking. When this new cylender was connected with the regulator for operation, this cylender also starts leakage after one minute. Actually when it is connected with the regulator its works normal but after a minutes its starts leakage from the connection point of the regulator. I against informed to dealer but they are just avoid to give services as per the their terms with Indian Oil Corporation because they are also supported by the staff of the Indian Oil Corporation no action was taken against such type of dealers.

    My new Indane gas cylinder was leaking, the smell wz too much. I called up a complaint cell number on the bill [protected], the person who answered heard my complaint & when I asked him as to what time he was going to come & solve the problem he started shouting at me, using abusive language, & telling me that I was not their boss as to tell them when to come & when not to. When I asked him his name & his boss's name he screamed further & told me that his name was Suresh I can complaint to whomever I want to & that he will get back to me.
    I must say Indane gas is making a high name having such employees who have no manners or public communication skills & ill treat their customers. Such harrassment & torture is unasked for since they are providing all paid services.
    I wish to see some action taken & no threats please.

    I M CUSTMER OF PARAMVEER GAS AGENCY(INDANE).MY INDANE GAS NO. IS P4245.I GO TO AGENCY TO BOOK CYLENDER BEFORE 21 DAYS BUT AGENCY OWNER SAID ME THAT WE DONOT BOOK YOUR CYLENDER BEFORE 21 DAYS.
    Dear Sir,

    I am a customer Indane Gas Supplies. I receive supply of my Gas cylinder from NABARUN GAS AGENCY, COURT MORE, ASANSOL.
    For the past one year, always I am being supplied Gas Cylinder after 35 days of my booking. For the last time I booked my Gas Cylinder on 21.11.2009. Inspite of my repeated requests to the Gas Supply Agency i.e. NABARUN GAS AGENCY, COURT MORE, ASANSOL
    I did not receive my supply till date i.e. 25.12.2009. Whenever I meet them they say there are short supplies and hence the delay. But I enquired from other Indane Gas Supply Agencies from Asansol and Barakar and I learnt that they are supplying Gas Cylinders to their customers within 15 days every month.

    I also learnt from others that this agency i.e. NABARUN GAS AGENCY, COURT MORE, ASANSOL is doing malpractices, that is, they are selling Gas Cylinders to non-customers at exhorbitant prices.

    Their Telephone No. is[protected] but hardly they bother to receive telephone calls from their customers. This telephone always goes on ringing without being attended to. I could get them only after repeated try i.e. for more than 15/20 times in a span of one week.
    If you enquire into from their other customers then you will know the truth yourself.

    Under the circumstances, may I request your goodself to kindly look into the matter and take up the matter appropriately, with appropriate authorities concerned to take drastic action against NABARUN GAS AGENCY, COURT MORE, ASANSOL so that common citizens those who receive their Gas supplies from this agency do not suffer from any inconvenience in receiving their gas, timely. I repeat their Telephone No. for your ready reference please - their Telephone No. is[protected].

    Dear Sir,

    I am a customer Indane Gas Supplies. I receive supply of my Gas cylinder from SANGANER GAS AGENCY, PRATAP NAGAR, JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN.
    For the past one year, always I am being supplied Gas Cylinder after 35 days of my booking. Every time when I booked my Gas Cylinder i did not receive my supply in one time after every 35 days they asked me to come tommarow and atleast they call me 3 or 4 times. Whenever I meet them they say there are short supplies and hence the delay.
    every time suppliers harrashed me. i am WORKING IN SOFTWARE COMPANY and i have no time to go 4 or 5 times to get the cylinder in every month.
    So please do some thing for me and its not the story of me only, all the customer facing this so, please atleat investigate about it .

      Hi,
      This is Abhishek Dey and I have an Indane gas connection from 2005 with Gajanana Enterprises (Customer number 44276), 4th Block, Koromangala. Recently I got married and it is becoming very difficult for us to survive on one cylinder. When I went to Gajanana Enterprises to book the 2nd cylinder I was informed that it will take me 2 years to get the 2nd cylinder. I was absolutely shocked to hear the same. How a 4 member family can survive with one cylinder is still not clear to me? Is this is normal procedure through out India or this is happening only in Bangalore? Please advice and need immediate intervention on this issue. Now I am planning to shift my connection with HP if they are willing to provide me with 2 cylinders. day by day the service is deteriorating. Regards.
      I got my second cylinder from the same agency about a month back. It was two years since I applied for it.

        Dear Sir,

        I, the undersigned, am an employee of M/s National Insurance Co. Ltd(NICL). My wife Mrs. Gargi Mazumder is a consumer [consumer no. 226118] of Indane gas of M/s Indian Oil. Till date we were receiving the gas supply from the distributor M/s Cantonment Gas Supply, 38A/1, J N Tewari Road, Gorabazar, Kol-28. Recently we have moved to a new place namely Ultadanga and residing on Company (NICL) leased accommodation basis at Flat no. 36, 4rth Floor, Anandamoyee Co-operative Housing Soc, P/18/1, Ultadanga Main Road, Kol-67 . Ltd. of my landlord Mr. Swapan Kr Saha. Hence, we have requested for transfer of gas supply from above distributor to M/s M L Bose Enterprise, 552A Raja Dinendra Street, Kolkata-09 [Ph[protected] & 23545310] which is closure to my present residence. I got the clearance from the previous distributor and approached to the transferee distributor M/s M L Bose Enterprise for completing the necessary formalities. I provided them with all the necessary documents as mentioned below:

        1. Transfer Termination Voucher giving detail of regulator and other necessary information.
        2. Gas Consumer Card.
        3. Photo copies of Voter Card, Pan Card and Ration Card of my wife to prove citizenship and earlier residential address.
        4. Photocopy of Marriage Certificate of myself and my wife proving that Mrs Gargi Mazumder is my wife.
        5. Copy of application of my present landlord to my employer M/s NICL saying that he is willing to give his flat on leased accommodation basis to me.
        6. Copy of sanction letter of my employer M/s NICL to my landlord Shri Swapan Saha permitting me to reside in his flat at Ultadanga Main Rd, Kol-67 on leased accommodation basis.
        7. Copy of landlord’s declaration to the secretary of the Co-operative Housing society where the flat is lying, declaring that me, along with my family, will be residing in his said flat.
        8. Authority letter from my wife authorizing me to do the needful on her behalf as she was not able to go.

        After going through all the documents the distributor agreed to do the needful but subsequently they asked me to buy an Apron or a Fire Extinguisher to get my job done.
        I was shocked to note that they were asking me to get either of the above without which they were not willing to do my job.

        Once I refused to accept their proposal, they told me that my documents were not satisfactory as I could not show the present residential address proof in the name of my wife. They also asked me to provide the transferred Ration Card (to new address) of my wife to justify the present residential address proof.

        In this connection, I declare that my wife is staying with me in the new address at Ultadanga Main Road, Kol-67, and this flat has been taken by my company M/s NICL on leased accommodation basis from landlord Shri Swapan Kr Saha. Henec, our present residential address proof is issued in my name only and not in the name of my wife.


        Hence, I am very much upset with this kind of harassment which is taking a heavy toll on me both physically and mentally.

        Therefore, I would like to know from your goodself:

        1. Is it possible for a person to transfer the Ration Card each and every time while he/she is moving to a new place for a temporary period of time?
        2. Were the documents, submitted by me, not sufficient? If not, please let me know what more documents do I need to provide?
        3. How can I provide a residence proof of my wife for the flat which is taken by my company on lease on my behalf?
        4. Can any transferee distributor force an existing customer to get an Apron or a Fire Extinguisher just to do the transfer formalities?
        5. How can a distributor harass an existing consumer on flimsy grounds just because I have not accepted their proposal to buy an Apron or a Fire extinguisher?

        Hence, Sir, I would request you to do the needful and advise the transferee distributor accordingly so that I can have my gas supply immediately as I am already running out of gas.

          Dear sir,

          This is not a complaint but I need clarification I am a consumer of Indane LPG gas domestic connection I have been getting one cylinder from 2005 from Indane gas agency at Salem I paid deposit and one cylinder cost at the time of registration. The requirement of additional cylinder in the year 2007 I registered application for additional cylinder and month back I received letter from our agency saying that before 30 days I ahve to bring regulator, additional cylinder registered receipt, gas book, ration card and the receipt of first payment also I should bring this stated in that letter. But I tried to locate the receipt which was misplaced because it was given 2005 so I could not find it. But when I approached our agency people they insisted me to bring that receipt as I have been getting cylinder from 2005 till now and they have duplicate copy of that receipt and all other documents I have with me even though they refused me to give additional cylinder and they suggested me to go and get an affidavit from a local natary public advocate. I really dont understand what is the purpose of the receipt which was given four years back and what is the use of asking now related with additional cylinder? Since they have a duplicate copy cant they take and keep it in our customer file? As they know I am the customer and they know very well that now only they are going to give provide me additional cylinder and I am readdy to pay the deposit amount of Rs.1650 and all other documents but what they really wanted to do with that receipt? why they insisted me to get an affidavit from an unkown lawyer than the agency supplying cylinder every month? I really dont understand the relevance of asking that receipt as I paid full amount for that previous cylinder if they really want to get the information from that receipt they have in their system itself.

          So what is the solution for this problem? kindly let me know is there any specific clause or rules and regulations are there to submit the receipt to agency because when I asked this question they shared this is mandatory for Indian oil corporation so I have to submit this with them if not I will not be given additional cylinder.

            My Consumer Number is A19746 and take supply of Gas from Agnihotri Gas Service, Sector 37 NOIDA
            The cylindrer supplies as refill to me against their Bill Number 177 dated 01/05/09 is rusted and dented all over. It is impossible to see any marking on the cylider. I am very apprehensive about connecting the cylinder and its use
            . Request made by wife to the delivery man to change the cylinder was not accepted .
            I want some responsible person to come and have alook at the cylinder and confirm that it is safe to use that cylinder and if possible change the cylinder

              sir, I would like to draw your kind attention regarding the matter happening with me.

              gas cylinder but same day booked numbers has already received the gas which I can give
              you prove.After several telephone to the agency I am not getting any responce.

              I strongly belief the goct.of INDIA dept.of gas
              is more concern about the consumer's problem.Now more numbers of honoust officers are
              working under the department so before informing the gas agency under table they will
              take necessary action.

                I went to Devegowda petrol pump in Bangalore for filling up the petrol.i asked the sales person to fill the petrol for Rs 500.The guy stopped filling the petrol at Rs 200 and after some time he started again saying that he forgot how much to fill.Within a moment the meter was showing Rs 500. I was aware of this mal practice and when i started complaining the sale person become very rude. In the end i had to leave with a very bad impression of the Petrol pump and the Indian Oil company.

                Indian Oil should cancel the license of such type of petrol pumps because its spoiling the company image.

                Just this morning I had a bitter experience at DEVEGOWDA PETROL BUNK. This is not the first time. Despite of YELLING FULL TANK, the guy pretends not to hear and puts for Rs 50. Then apologises and re-fills from there and not by bringing to zero. Mine is a scooty of capacity 5l. Even if the tank is empty, on filling it should not go beyond 250 (considering petrol price per litre to be Rs.50, but is much lesser). But it comes upto 264-280 every time. Even this morning he pretended to be hearing Rs 50 when I said FULL TANK and started filling. He stopped at 50 and asked me to move the vehicle bit further. I started shouting at him. He continued to fill as if he was deaf. When I said how much can a 5litre tank take, he stopped exactly at 250 where as there was more space in tank. I request people to avoid this Bunk.

                Same issue with Seeta Circle petrol bunk (Giri Nagar). He only hears Rs 30 even if you say full tank.

                Suggestion: If the dont fill for how much we ask and stop at lesser amount either ask them to make it zero and re-fill or simply pay for that much and fill it in any other bunk.

                It happened at the DEVEGOWDA petrol pump at banashankari 3rd stage bangalore..Its supposed to be a renowned petrol pump.

                Today they cheated me for rs50 when i had asked them to fill for rs100...one of them came to me asking to pay him the money and when i turned towards the meter, it showed 50 already and then he asked me again if that was okay...i repeated to him that i wanted petrol for rs100, then he filled again for rs50...i had a doubt, i was waiting there to check and that made those guys worry...they asked me to move as a huge truck was coming in the way...now i really want those ppl to learn a lesson so that ppl like you should not be effected and a renowned petrol pump shouldnt lose its dignity coz of some thieves...if you can help me, lemme know the way to complain against them...

                  Consumer number- 07209T Dealer--The Cantonment Gas Supply Agency - Dum Dum, Kolkata
                  I have received a defective cylinder ( Gas leak) for which I have complained to me dealer on 11.06.2009.
                  After that I have been following till today 15.06.2009, but no result yet.
                  Who will take the responsibility for any mishap?

                    Respected Sir/Madam:
                    I am a regular customer of IOCL Petrol Pump in Senthil Nagar - Kolathur - Chennai - TN - INDIA.
                    I usually fill normal petrol for Rs 500. I was observing the fuel meter when one of the staff deviated my attention when the meter was showing around Rs. 350. By the time I could realise what was happening the staff filling the fuel said that it had automatically tripped on Reaching Rs. 500. This has happened to me for the second time and I as I was suspisious, this time, I had taken my wife along with me. Even though she was very watchful she was also deviated by another staff who was asking her if we had paid already for the fuel when the meter was at 350Rs. My Car's Fuel meter was also not showing the usual fuel level. I went back to the fuel station and complaint to the supervisor. Looks like the supervisor is also part of this malpractice. But he did not take my complaint seriously and said it is not possible for such things to happen.

                    I am not sure how many more consumers are being cheated at this bunk. Request you to kindly take immediate action against this petrol bunk.

                    IOCL — Malpractice,Misbehaviour & cheating

                    I am a resident of Pune and I am a regular visitor of IOCL fuel outlets. I am saying this because I the kind of experience which I had yesterday was that I have never had in my last 12 years o[censored]sing the services of IOCL petrol pumps.

                    Last night I had gone to fill fuel at an IOCL outlet in my car at Ganeshkhind Road, Pune which is the outlet just opposite to E square theater. I had my family with me and it was around 10 in the night.
                    I request for fuel to be filled for an amount of 1500 and when I was looking at the fuel dispenser he started to fill without making and showing me the zero and filled for 1500 where actually the fuel was filled for 500 only as the last transaction was for 1000. As soon as I noticed the same I brought the same to the notice of the guy who was filling the fuel but as soon as he heard this he started arguing and was saying that you have not seen it properly it was zero before he had started to fill. In the meantime my credit card was swiped for an amount of 1500 as I had given the card before he was filling.

                    Seeing this I raised my voice and thought that it would help but as soon as I did that I found 5-6 guys come from nowhere are we telling me to leave and started acting in a vindictive manner and using abusive language, seeing this I thought it would be better to go from here as I was alone and my family was also with me. Moreover the guy who was filling the fuel was not in his uniform when he was filling the fuel. I seriously doubt the capabilities of IOCL employees in the area if this could happen anybody is authorized to fill fuel.

                    This act of misbehaving, cheating and malpractise being done by the petrol pump authority was really something which I have never thought that can or would have happened. I work for the TATA group where we have certain bylaws to operate when we transact with our customer and something which I have related is absolutely in acceptable in any form of business in any part of the world with any other company.

                    Having been a regular reader of readers digest, I had read as IOCL being the most trusted brand for petrol station brands... after this incident I seriously have my doubts.

                    I have lost 1000 rs in this incident where I paid for something that I did not get moreover suffered the humiliation through the vindictive and abusive behavior for something which I had not done at all.

                    I hope that this complaint of mine does not go through unheard ears and some action be taken against the petrol pump authorities / IOCL employees in this area.

                    I am mentioning the License no which was displayed on the office of the petrol pump which is PN 288 which I guess would help in you tracing the petrol pump which has been related above.
                    I complaint of gas leaging to maps co-op stores-kalpakkam603102, kanchipramdt on 23.6.09 but they attended on 24-6-09 after reminding twice in this regards. Please take necessary action on them and feedback to me. my gas con.No.4560

                    I too faced the same problem. I faced 3 times in 2 months, I usually topup for Rs.200 minimum for my bike. Last Sunday i said to fill for Rs.500 and gave my credit card and watching carefully. As soon as Rupees meter crossed 400, another guy asked me do you want Bill, in this time the guy disconnected. So i raised my voice and asked why u disconnected? He replied, it got Tripped. Then i fought with him and top upped for Rs.50 and complained to Supervisor. He called the guy and scolded for eye wash. They all team and sharing the amount.

                    Hi,

                    Myself also a regular customer IOCL Petrol Pump in Senthil Nagar, Kolathur and I too faced a similar kind of situation .

                    I asked the guy to fill my car tank, my father was keenly observing the rupees meter.

                    When it crossed 15 Lt, the guy filling the fuel was called and sign was shown to disconnect .When i was watching this myself and my father were diverted by other guys .

                    When we questioned this he said it got tripped automatically. They said they have filled 28Lt's and charged Rs 2100 in our card.But am sure they had filled around 17 to 18 Lt's only .

                    After arguing with the guy ( who filled the fuel) gave Rs 600 and told he will check and let us know the exact reading .Guy who was in charge gave a careless answer when we questioned this.

                    On further questioning them they returned Rs.150.
                    They had filled for Rs.1300 and charged 2100. Its highly surprising to know when they cheat us even when we are more careful in watching the reading but what will happen if someone was careless .

                    This malpractice looks like a group work were one gives a sign others deviate the customers concentrations.

                      Charges more for Delivery

                      Sir, — The Indane dealer in Urapakkam and Guduvancherry is charging Rs 30 more for delivering liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders. Those, who refuse to part with the money are abused by the personnel who deliver cylinders or face difficulty in getting the next refill. Fearing they won't get cylinders, the housewives pay whatever is demanded. Assuming that a delivery boy delivers 10 refills a day and works for 25 days a month,...

                      I sujit kumar paul on behalf of mother writing this letter to you for your kind consideration.
                      There is a gas connection in my mother`s name Binita Rani Pal consumer no.13470 with Murshibadad Wholesale Co-operative society, Berhampore(West Bengal)-742101 gas agency.
                      On 01Jun09 they have delivered a gas cylinder but didnot check the weight excusing that he did not bring the weighing machine.
                      On 10Jun09 when my mother put it in operation after 2-3 min.the flame went off. After comming back home I checked it out and thought that some problem with valve. Very next day I complained to the gas agency. They asked me to contact the delivery boy. After checking he told that there is no gas inside but it is water. I just astonished to his word, the dareness to which they are doing such mischives. When we asked him about it, how it happened. He simply denied the delivery.He simply told that he didnot delivered that cylinder. And now he brought the weighing machine and the cylinder is weighing 24Kg. Again when I approached the gas agency they asked me to put a complaint and also told that it will be fruitfull if the delivery man certify the same cylinder has been delivered by him, but he is denying. Delivery man also told me to pay the price of 6Kg gas, deficit of the 24Kg. cylinder and he will replace it with new one.I don`t know why I should pay for that 6Kg. which we didn`t used.
                      I am working in Indian Air Force presently posted in Delhi living away from home, now on leave and returnig to job on next week.So there is no one to do for my mother`s concern.
                      My point is that what are the steps I can take to solve the problem generated by them and for that we are suffering.And is there any way to prove that one has supplied any particular cylinder. I need your kind help and I will be greatful to you.

                      BENGAL FLAME — NON DELIVERY OF DOMESTIC GAS CYLINDER

                      Dear sir,

                      I AM VERY SORRY TO SAY THAT WE HAVE NOT RECEIVING CYLENDER FROM OUR SUPPLIER BENGAL FLAME WHO IS THE DISTRIBUTOR OF OUR AREA . HAVE TRY TO CONTACT KOLKATA CUSTOMER CARE BUT PHONE IS RINGING . NOBODY PICK UP THE PHONE.

                      AS PER DISTRUBUTOR VIEW AFTER THE DATE RECEIVED ONE CYLENDER WE CAN BOOK FOR ANOTHER CYLENDER AFTER 14 DAYS THEREAFTER THEY ARE TAKING 21DAYS THEN BENGAL FLAME IS DELIVERING THE CYLENDER WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. WHERE AS INDANE OF SOUTH KOLKATA HAS DELIVERYING CYLENDER WITHIN 2-3 DAYS OF BOOKING THE CYLENDER.

                      SO REQUEST YOU PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER.

                        Dear All..
                        I faced a Problem from Indian Oil Petrolium Pump, KTR-- Adoor Route... Kottarakara, Kollam dist. Kerala.

                        I am getting low fuel milege from filling LPG Auto Gas from the above mentioned filling station. But at the same time I am getting a good milege from other two Gas filling stations near by Kottarakrara. They are 1.) IOC pump, Kottiyam, Kollam dist.
                        2.) IOC pump, ADR-- KTR route Adoor, Pathanamthitta dist.


                        Tested Rs. 500/- worth filling done by all the three satations mentioned below.

                        [protected] Rs.500/- LPG 265 KM --- Kottarakara IOC Pump
                        [protected] Rs.500/- LPG 387 KM --- ADOOR IOC Pump
                        [protected] Rs.500/- LPG 373 KM -- KTTIYAM IOC Pump


                        Over all road conditions are almost same... the Average speed 60 to 80 KM (AC on)
                        My Vehicle is 2005 Santro Xing .. with Spare tyre shape tank ( Teroidal tank )

                        My petrol Milege is 14KM/Lit with A/c

                        I complainted this site because, all time I am getting poor milege from filling Auto Gas from IOC Pump Kottarkrara. It may the problem of Filling Unit or something. I found 40 people with this complaint.

                        Please do anything to rectify the complaint. Please escape the poor people from this loss.

                        Thank you for your information we will avoid the kotrakar pump. i too have a santro 2009 model and wishes to fit gas in it. can you tell me which is the best auto conversion centre in kollam where you can fit a teroidal tank. how much space will it occupy. is there any problem driving. it is said that sometimes the car stops . do you have the same comforts as the petrol, please give all this information thankyou

                          Complain Againest Gas Agency (Indane Bihar)

                          I PK ojha jr.warrant officer of Indian air force presently posted at forward base and most sensitive base at Kashmir front.My old aged ailing father named Dudheshawar ojha presently staying at VPO moap kalla distt bhojpur bihar holding LPG connection no TM/3900 dated 19 may 2001 with Tammana indane coy.bikaramganj rohtas phon no [protected] which is appx 25 km away .Since more than 4 yrs abovegas agency stopped supplying LPG cyl at home .on inquiry they told that either it wil be transferred to nearby gas agency (Ajay indane gas agency piro bhojpur) which is opened recently or your supply will be made assured.but it surprised to know that neither it is transferred nor LPG cyl.supplied to my ailing parents all attempts made by my parents went invent which makes me agony at this front.you are hereby requested the settle the matter at the earliest so that I can concentrate to serve the nation at this front. Your intervention and co operation is highly solicite in this regard and earliest reply awaited.

                            I have applied for new gas connection before 75 days they told after 30-40 days you will get confirmation order from Indane Sree Jayam Gas agency you to bring with that letter we will install the gas connection.i got letter after 45 Days and i went to Sree Jayam Gas Agency they told we have to receive acknolweldgement from the Postal Department then only we can do the process. i was following it more than 20 Days. please some one look this issue and help.

                              Dear Sir,
                              I had taken indane connection from M/s Supply Depot Agency, Kalpi Road, Morar (Gwalior).Consumer No 5030 dt 17/06/1994, PIN Code 999999
                              Due to my transfer to Joda, I would like to take connection from HP Gas agency, Joda, Keonjhar, Orissa vide TV No-[protected] dt 21 April 2009 but still pending for confirmation from my previous supplier. The HP Gas agency is denying to give connection without the confirmation.

                              Please advice to give me the confirmation from the above said gas agency as soon as possible through my given email id.

                                1. the service of Indane is very very poor and i trust every indane consumer is suffering like us. My father is a consumer with number SA0F137 and our agent is N.Mahalingam and company coimbatore.

                                the rule as said by the agent was that the refill booking will be accepted only after 21days from the date of delivery of the last cylinder for customers with 2 cylinders. now the rule is said to be 30 days after the date of delivery of the last cylinder. later - after booking it takes another week or so for the actual delivery of the cylinder. so the total time taken is around 40 days. i dont understand how a family can manage its entire cooking by gas with a cylinder for 40 days.



                                My Second Complaint is that none of the telephones of the agents are working or they dont pick up the phone and everytime we need a refill we have to personally go to the office for the booking and the personnels sitting there treat us very badly. the coimbatore customer care service is also so badly handled and every time we call these people to lodge a complaint they fire us back or use very filthy language.

                                i request you to kindly look into the matter and give us a solution for our problem.

                                i personally am a consumer of HP gas in mumbai and its service is so prompt and we do not have this problem of booking after 21 days...

                                My wife is a consumer having C.No-19785 of 'Nabarun Gas Service', 453, Burnpur Rd., Asansol, Burdwan-713304, Ph[protected]/1840, WestBengal. It is their rule/practise that a new cylinder booking is registered after 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practise, we booked for new refill on 29/9/2007 but after elapsing 9 days further, i enquired on 07/10/07 for my new refill over telephone. They said that another 12-15 days will require to deliver the said cylinder. That is lead time will stood as -21 days + 9+12 = 42 days. It is very unfortunate to note that that a fresh cylinder will come after 42 days. I do not know how a family can manage its cookings by a cylinder for 42 days. I want to brought this to the notice of appropriate indane authorities for looking into the matter.

                                  My father, Sh. V.D.Naik has one connection of Indane Gas from Khaperkheda (outskirts of Nagpur MS, about 20 kms.). Now he is retired from MSEB (Maharashtra State Electricity Board) & leaving in Bajaj Nagar, Nagpur & wish to transfer the connection to Karuna Gas Agency, Surendranagar which is close to his present stay.We talked to concerned persons & customer care also.They said that the cylinders & regulator should be first surrendered to the place of original connection i.e. Khaperkheda : 20 kms away.
                                  My father is a senior citizen & also suffering from neurological disorder b'coz of which he is not able to walk without support.
                                  This is a simple case of logistics.We are living in the era of internet & SAP.
                                  I Request the concerned official to look into this matter on urgent basis, considering the condition of my father & allow him to transfer the connection to KARUNA Gas Agency, Surendranagar, Nagpur. If required we shall surrender the cylinder/regulator to this place.

                                    Last week I got cylinder. When I load the cylinder, water are coming through the mouth of cylineder.
                                    I informed two times to the Customer dealing person of verma gase. But every time they told me that the person will come today.
                                    Still they not changed the cylinder.

                                    This is Gambhira Mishra from kolkata, my Indane consumer number 16822. In the month of november i booked cylender but haven't got the cylender, they said u dint booked in the month of november but in december 11, 2014 i booked n kept the message record, then on 31st december i got a message that cash memo [protected] generated for booking no. 757506 and then second message i got in 2nd jan, 2015 that cylendar has been delivered but till now i haven't got my cylendar. i think they are misguiding or misusing of cylinder, i think there are many customer like me are suffering from same issue, so kindly you look into this matter and solve it as soon as possible.
