Number are not working

Dear Sir,

I am a consumer of Indian Gas, and my area agent is K2 Gas services in Sarita Vihar, New Delhi. The agency has five telephone numbers but none of them is working, this is not first time to happen like this but it is habit of the agency to get off its numbers. Could you please do something for this purpose, we consumers are very very very fed up from this agency.

Gas Booking Numbers always busy

I have gas connection in Indane Gas at Delhi kishan ganj with Associated trading co.[m-260, old rohtak road, kishan ganj.Delhi-110007.]
Their contact numbers will always either busy or not working. I have to visit their office physically only every time to book the gas and their office timings are very inconvenient for the private companies employees like me.

i try hard for booking of cylinder refill, phone always engaged. but one thing appriciable... when booked in person at counter, deliver assured within week days...thanks. dal-roti-chawal time se available....

Distributor is refusing to change the defective regulator

I have Indane connection, which I took while I was in Delhi. 6 years back I moved to Pune and took a new connection from Indane. My regulator from the old connection is leaking the Gas heavily and when I visited the Gas distributor in Pune he said that since it does not belong to his agency so he can not change. He is agreeing that its from Indane but not from his agency.

Non-issuance of reprints of receipt of land bills paid

non-supply of LPG timely

Sir, I am consumer No. 9559 of M/s Sushma Gas Service, Mansarovar, Jaipur. the dealer is not supplying gas within 21/30 days. Neither booking is made within 21 days. Even suply is made almost after 35 days instead of 30 days automatically after long persuation. No complaint book is made available nor name and phone of higher officials of IOC are displayed.
