The Vinayaga Gas Agency - Dealer of Indane Gas is not able to supply Domestic Gas cylinders to people of Sivaganga - Tamilnadu on time. Sivaganga is a big town and is the Headquarters of Sivaganga District. You please allot one more dealer for Sivaganga.

normally in chennai for indane gas agency we can book after 20 days...but in madhavaram rajesh gas agency they r asking us to book after 25 days... and the delivery time is 15 days from that...so it will take atleast 40 days to reach us...we r 6 members in a family and the time a gas runs is 18 days...so it is really difficult for us to manage..., and kerosene is also very expensive to buy..., a litre cost is 45 rupees... it is expensive...

Indane Gas - Dwarka, New delhi.

We have booked gas since 2 weeks now, everyday thet say we will send it but not delivering.
Yesterday, we took teh empty cylinder to them and asked for the new one but they assured us that they will send it by evening. I dont understand where the problem is?? they seldom pick up the phone for booking or the line will be engaged for hours.

It is an unnecessary harassment...
