lpg delivery in case double cylinder 32-33 days

our lpg distributor of joynagar majilpur (lpg gas distributor) supply of domestic gas in case of double cylinder 32-33 days.
but if you pay rs 500/- five hundred only always gas are available.
10-12 Catering Supply company always use domestic gas at joynagar majilpur, south 24 pargans district of WEST BENGAL.
please help us to regular supply according to Indian oil corporation Rules.

Non picking up of phone for booking of gas for the last 03 days

My Gas registration No. is 21098. This is to submit that we are the consumer of Jai Jawan Gas Agency of Indian Oil at D-493, Sec.7 Dwarka, Palam extn. We are trying the Gas Agency Nos. 25081877 & 25087549 continuisly the whole day since three days. Refill Delay

It is deeply regretted that inspite of repeated request and personal approach the agency is not delivering the LPG cylinder booked for more than 45 days inspite of sufficient stock.When ever i called tem they 'll tell tomorrow..tomorrow.All the consumer under the poornima gas agency, parakodu, adoor is facing the similar problem.Pl take necessary action against the distributor at the earliest...

TIME TAKEN FOR LPG REFILLING

Dear Sir/madam,

My consumer number With M/s Sainik Gas Agency, Modinagar (INDANE Distributor here) is 2674 (which is on my mother's name Ms Sathee Nair)
firstly they say that as per the Rules/Terms & conditions a consumer cannot book the refilling before 21 days from the last refill & Secondly even after the poor customer get the refilling booked he is made to wait another 20 to 25 days to get the cylinder...

Status of Addittional Cylinder

Respected Sir,

I had booked for additional cylinder to my Indane - LPG distributor, M/s. Yeshaswini Gas Agency last two and half year or three years back. But till date no response. Whenever I call and ask them, they were telling that Govt. has to allot. After allotment bring the allotment letter then only we will give you. I need to know that, what is the procedure for allotment? Is Govt. will allot the additional cylider...

Jai Jawan Gas Agency-No response on telephone numbers

I recently transferred my gas connection from Vandana Gas Agency in Rajouri Garden to Jai Jawan Gas Agency in Dwarka. Since the time I have got this transfer done, I have not been able to get through their phone numbers for refilling my gas cylinder. Each time, we have had to go personally to the agency to get the booking done. And except for the first time, the cylinder has not been coming on time. Last time, it took more than 10 days to...

VERY DELAY & MISBEHAVIOUR AGENT

My consumer No:43816. M/s Viswambhara Enterprises, Shop No:40/1, Assaye Road, Bangalore-560 042 . Distributer is not supplying to house. They asked us to come and collect the cylinder. We can't supply cylinders to your home, because we don't have sufficient boys. Kindly do the needful at the earliest....

VERY DELAY & MIS BEHAVIOUR OF AGENT

I HAVE BOOKED THE CYLINDER ON 04.01.09 TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT SUPPLIED. Today I contacted dealer M/s Viswambhara enterprises and asked about the delay, then they said we can't give delivery to your house. You can come and take delivery, moreover they don't have sufficient boys to give delivery. Kindly do the needful at the earliest....

no delivery of gas cylinder

Dear Sir/Madam


I Sanjeev vasistha, r/o A-3/16, 02nd floor, sector-11, rohini having a LPG connection throug DAGAR GAS AGENCY, Naharpur, Rohini.We have a booking of 12 Jan which is not yet delivered when we inquire from Agency they said that there is a lot of shortage of Gas cyclinder that'why ther are unable to deliver the same after a 10days.

My question with IOL people is there a realy shortage...

Delay in boking and supply

Radharaman Gas Agency for LPG Cylinder in Purba Putiary, Kolkata deliberately delays booking and supply of gas cylinders. they have 2 numbers[protected] and[protected], both of which are very difficult to get and even when it rarely rings, they do not accept the call. even after you book your requirement by personal visit and standing in a long queue, they take anything upto 1 month to deliver.

can Indian Oil replace this agency...

LATE DELIVERY OF LPG FILLED CYLINDER

We wish to inform you that we are resident of House no, 37, Rajpur Road, Delhi - 54, and user of Indian gas . In our Area C. Lal & Sons (GAS) is authorized for Indian Gas (LPG -domestic uses) Distribution. Our consumer no. T35.

Non Receipt of Telephone Calls

This has reference to the Consumer Number 21492 ( of my father) in New Delhi at Kalkaji ( Resident of C-97B Kalkaji).

The gas agency Numbers are 26029868 and 26020108. My father is trying these numbers for last 4-5 days but either the phone is engaged or sometimes it rings continuously without lifting the phone. The general helpline number i.e. 1260 is also not working. Hence my father is not able to book the gas for last 4-5...

Delay in supply of cylinder and v inefficient service

Dear Sir
Getting a Gas cylinder from the KANGAYAN GAS AGENCY, in Vellore, is next to impossible. They have 2 listed phone numbers which are either never picked up or are constantly 'engaged".Ultimately to book your cylinder one has to go to the agency office! If you visit the office no one is ever on the phone!
It takes more than 3-4 weeks for delivery of a cylinder-well accepted the "lorry strike", but...

I am working as Deputy Manager in State Bank Group Branch in Madurai. I have Indane gas connection with M/s Suresh Gas, Sri Ram Nagar, Bye-pass Road, Madurai. Earlier I have two connections one cylinder in my name, for my own use as I was staying alone, while my family resides at Madurai and another in my Wife's name (two cylinders).

During 2007, June-July I was compelled to surrender the connection...

I am holding an Indane gas connection vide consumer number 40885. My gas agency is Banjara Gas. Both the telephone numbers i.e. 23751289 and 23744786 are always engaged. Late delivery and less volume of gas

Hi,

Ever since last 4 - 5 deliveries gas is recieved after 15 - 20 days of booking also the amount of volume of gas in the cylinder is quite less than the standard value and the vendor does not carry weighting scales along with him. The delear is very rude and does not pay attention to the complaints.
