I have booked for refilling on 11th August, 2010. my customer no.30069. contact no.[protected].Till now there is no response from the Distributor. However, I made a telephone to the distributor Tanushree Gas Agency at Mayur Vihar Phase-I, Delhi - 110 091. But no one is picking up the telephone.Is this the way to run the agency dealing with the public needs. We are professionals. Every time we can't go personally to request the distributor to refill. If the Distributor is so busy and no time to attend the consumer needs then you being the Corportaiton should provide alternate. Hope u will attend my complaint.

1. Want to book Inden Gas Re-filling online, Want registration to get Login ID .Not getting right web site for register my Name.
2. Booking through Telephone is only done by computerised system which dose not provide sufficient time to record booking perticuler.
3.Provide some easy way to get Registered And book Inden Gas re-fill online easily.

Dear Sir, I am from Vadodara Gujarat, I went on abroad tour for abt 6 months.and while going I requested to stop supply for my domestic LPG cylinder . and gave written latter to my re filling agency AATMIYA INDANE office at GF/6 KESHAV CPOMLEX SUSEN CHAR RASTA VADODARA 390010.
That now when I have come from abroad and try to approach the said agency at said place . the agency is not there at said place .
May know to whom shell I a approach now to start my refiling LPG.

IOCL — Bad Service

I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Ragavendra Gas agency, Pattabiram, chennai and my consumer number is 36912. I have booked for a refill on 10th Feb 2009 over phone behalf of my mother (cylinder is with name of my mother). They replied that they will distribute with in 10 days. But after 2 weeks I haven’t received cylinder, when I made a call to them they replied bill was submitted on 20th feb to distributor. Distributor name is Ganesan but distributor (Ganesan) said me that your cylinder is not ready as of now. Again I made a call to service desk and I informed them that, ganesan (distributor) is saying cylinder is not ready; After that service desk people asked him (Ganesan) and replied me, “he is saying that customer not available at site” (it seems that he might be informed to service desk people that customer is not available at site) and again I called distributor over mobile phone but again he said that your cylinder is not ready, see how much of collapse are in agency. I think that distributor had given my cylinder to someone else for money. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all Ragavendra gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.

I have shifted myself and my family from Guwahati and surrendered my old connection at M/s Blue Flame Agencies, Rongpur, R G Baruah Road, Guwahati- 781006, Code-53/0106, TV No.. AOD -050, Indane Cuntomer Termination Voucher No.- 06878 on 22/06/09 and staying at my Father`s place at Flat No.10, Block - 8, Phase IV B, W2AR, Golfgreen Kolk-95.

When I approached the nearest Service Provider of yours M/s Kishore Gas told that as there is a existing connction in the same address they can`t accept my transfer certificate,
M/s Golfgreen Gas Services told that our flat doesn`t come under their area, whereas I enquired that they are delivering Cylinder in my apartment.

Please advice at earliest.

I want a new L.P.G Connection. so please book my connection.

Gas booking not done on time, delays has been made.
Time taken between 2 booking should be 21 days but they take 30days for Booking .And delivery time should be within 3 days after booking but it takes 15 days .
My last gas booking date was 9th june 2009 and delivery was on 19th June 2009. Till date now its 14th July 2009 my gas booking has not being done . and When will my delivery date come.

I recieved gas cyllinder from Anantji Gas Services(Rani Jhansi Road branch) but that cyllinder is simply good for nothing for me, because i can't connect my stove{chullah}pipe because connector does not fit on the nosel of cyllinder, kindly change my cyllinder asap because We are unable to cook anything at home as our previous cyllinder is already empty...my home address and contact no.# 6498, Block No-8 1st floor, near Mother Dairy, Dev Nagar, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-5...contact no.-[protected]..

I like to draw your kind attention that I booked gas cylinder on 19.12.2008 in North End Gas Centre, Jessore Road, Barasat, Kolkata-700124. My cosumer No.is 12728. I paid at least six visits to the Dealer's shop from 25th day of booking but, every time they noted my Consumer No. and told me that the Gas Cylinder would be supplied within a day or two.On 27.01.2009 I met the Incharge of the shop who opined that he had nothing to do.
I would, therefore, request you kindly to do the needful and arrange to supply me Refilled Cylinder immediately apart from restoring regular supply.

I Ms. Sudesh Sehgal am a senior citizen residing at House No.-46, (Top Floor), Sector-15-A, Chandigarh.

I went to apply for a new Gas connection at M/S NUVDEEP MALA ENT, BOOTH NO-79, SECTOR-16-D, CHANDIGARH. TELEPHONE :[protected], 2544857. But he asked me to buy a new Gas Stove, Pipe, Lighter and a Regulator compulsorily or you are not allowed to book the same. After talking to the Indane Gas Toll Number, i could find that it is not compulsory to buy all these with the new connection. Above all i am already having an ISI Marked Gas Stove and i am not in a need for a new one. I would like to complaint about the mentioned Gas Agency and would request an early action against him for misleading me about the Policy of the connection.

MYCNSUMER NO.A 30676 IS WITH M/S AGNIHOTRI GAS SERVICE SHOP NO. 10 GODAVERI COMPLEX SECT 37 NOIDA PH. 2430128, 2430300, 2430269. They have given 5 numbers but whenever we want to book not a single phone is connect . The numbers are[protected], 2430269, 2430300, 4319765, 2433128 . This very sad to hear from them all numbers are working and suppose the number is connect and we book the gas cylinder after 15 days they give services .

I am a Sr. Citizen of 80 years. My connection No. is 22608 with Ajmer Sahakari Upbhokta Bhandar Near Nasirabad Road, Ajmer. I have booked refilling of cylinder on 28/1/09 and was given registration No. 9774. But till today the cylinder has not been supplied to me. on enquiry I was told that cylinder has been supplied (but to whom, i don't know) and I was told to contact the delivery boy Shri Durga whose contact number was also given ([protected]). Shri Durga confirmed me that the cylinder which was supposed to be supplid to me has been delivered to somebody else on 20.2.09. This is quite strange that people who booked cylinder well in advace are not supplied the sylinder and the cylinders were supplied in black market by some rouge elements (may be in connivance with officials). I don't know what to do in such a situation when delivery boy is not supplying the cylinder and Ajmer Sahakari Upbhokta Bhandar is not made booking of cylinder. Please do needful.

Indane Gas New Connection — misbehave and compulsion to buy water purifier

sir, i appplied for new lpg conncetion at SURAT, GUJARAT, INDIA.the dealer is asking me to buy WATER PURIFIER with NEW LPG CONNECTION, then only i will get new lpg connection, and he is asking R.S. 12, 000=00 for both, lpg connection, AS WEL AS for NEW WATER PURIFIER.
and today when i ask complain no of authorized person he misbehave with me, he told me bad words and try o thro my CELL FONE and threat me that he will delay his lpg connection and harres him. so pl do need full.my cell no is [protected]. MY REGESTRATION NO IS 842

I booked this refill more than a month after last supply. Kindly look into this agency's disinterest in service and non-supply of refill as per your directives. Soliciting your earliest reponse.

i am staying in panchkula ... last month i got a gas delievered from your agency in sector 17 panchkula ... S.C.F 144, 1st Floor, Sector - 17 panchkula (134109) ... the cylender was delievered to me on 11/12/2009 .. as i have electric burner in my home my gas gets finished say within 15-20 days . but the cylinder which i am talking about fineshed within 5 days ... when i changed the cylinder i found that it was leaking badly ... to stop the leakage i tried to pour water on it but still it did not work i immediately complained to the agency from where i got the cylinder but till today there is no action taken from the agency ... today on 10/01/2010 my husband complained again to the agency in stead of solving our problem they dissconnected the phone ... i request you to take immediate action against my problem because if some miss happenig happens in my house loss will be of our lives not of any one else... my gas numbers are 20469 on the name of shareen gargi (my daughter) and 3663 (on my name )mrs madhu gargi

KASNA Gas Agnecy Greater Noida charged Rs6500 for 2 Cylinders connection and they forcefully gave Gas Stove, if you say no to Gas Stove they will not give you connection. Cylinders recieved after booking are opened and they have less gas.

This is the service KASNA gas agency giving to people, they are just looting, this has not happened to me but to all. i was standing in line and many of them were refused for connection because they were not ready to buy the stove.

So if you pay for stove they will give you connection otherwise never, so you have to pay 3 times more than what my other friends have paid for gas connection in NOIDA.

Gas Supply Problem

We had booked a cyllinder with M/S PL Gas Svc, Kolkata, Boral on 19/10/2009. The gas is not yet delivered (09/11/2009) and unfortunately this has been happening regularly. We have also noticed that the gas to be delivered are sold in higher rates. We stay in Northern Park, Brahmapur and the whole area is facing the same problem.

It will be really kind of you, if you look after the matter and take the necessary steps if required.

I have taken two cylendrs while I was at CHITOOR (AP) and tranfered in2001 to Karnataka. I have asked my friend handover the cylinder and requested him send the transfer copy. But due to urgency he could not do and kept the cylinders with him and left USA. In the mean while i took connection at Karnataka and stayed fiver years and again transfered to Ap Vijayawada .Suddenly one of my friends relative brought the two cylinders and handover it to me.
I wrote a letter to the Indance Gas head office Mumbai but no response from them.
Kindly suggest me how to handover the cylinders ?
Can I give the cylinders at VIJAYAWADA ?
or shall I book the cylindrs to CHITOOR agency or to Head Office

I was book my cylender on 03.02.2009 but they are not issu any cylender.

Otherwise i was also informe to gas agency at least 4 time but they are say that we will deliver the cylender next day at 12.30 pm.

I am residing in A-252/19, Noida My consumer No is RM 11051. My supplier is Mithla gas agency, sector 19 Noida. They do the registration of next booking after 21 days of supply of gas. They used to supply the gas after registration 5-7 days, which takes 28days. My complaint is that it must be registred after 21 days of registtration or gas must be supply with in one or two days. on repeately reminders they used to supply after 5-7 days of registration. Only last time when I pressed hard they supply with in two days. In Delhi generally registion is done after 15 days. On repeately request they are not booking the gas before 21 days from the date of supply. Kindly look into the matter and send the rules copy to me at earliest.

My booking number is 810309.I got the message on 07/09/2016. that my cash memo has been generated vide cash memo No. [protected]. for delivery of gas. Indane Gas — They are asking for money

I amusing indan gas from 4th April 2007 my customer ID is 22563
While taking this connection they have taken 4000 Rs. For single cylinder
And they said with in six month I will get one more cylinder but still i yet to get
Every month delivery boy asking for 50 Rs more I am not giving to him
But he is not deliver cylinder on time after booking it take more than 15th day
Can you please look in to this
