M/S MAYUR GAS SERVICE, JAIPUR HOUSE, AGRA AN LPG GAS CYLINDER DISTRIBUTER OF IOC KEEPS ALL THE TELEPHONE LINES HELDUP OR DEAD AND EVERY TIME THE CONSUMER IS COMPALLED TO VISIT THE OFFICE FOR BOOKING OF THE LPG CYLINDERS. IT IS BEING DONE FOR LONG TIME AND THIS FACT CAN BE VERIFIED FROM ANY OF THE COUSTMER. THIS IS IN ACT OF HARASMENT AND IS BEING DELIBERATELY DONE. THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE GAS CYLINDERS IIS NOT DONE IN ORDER OF BOOKING AS BOOKING IS NOT DONE ELECTRONICALLY. PPLEASE GET IT RECTIFIED AND TAKE STRONG ACTION AGAINST THE DISTRIBUTION AGENCY.

    I got a Service Connection from M/s.Agnidwaj Gas Agency for Indane Gas Service located at Chintalmet, Rajendranagar, Rangareddy District of Andhra Pradesh. Till the end of 3Q of 2008, their services were exemplary on all fronts compared to any other Gas Agency in and around Rajendranagar Municipal Circle.

    To our amaze for the past three months, we are unable to get the telephone line for booking a cylinder on the following two BSNL Telephone Lines which they indicate as contact numbers.

    I am travelling 10km every month only for booking and there is a queue every time. I don't mind for visiting the office of Gas Agency personally but at what cost? (1) One has to waste the precious fuel - petrol for the journey (money is not a question here); (2) their office hours are on par with Govt. Offices and also they observe holidays - hence I have to waste my office time; (3) one has to spent at least one hour for journey and in the que.

    Is it necessary to waste all the above resources for booking a cylinder which was not required till the end of 3Q of 2008?

    Kindly do the needful to check what is going wrong with the said gas agency.

    I got a Service Connection from M/s.People's Gas Agency for Indane Gas Service located at Indira Nagar, Faizabad Road, Lucknow City, Lucknow District o[censored]ttar Pradesh. Since very begining of my connection with this agency (approx. 4 years), I observed that the agency is not only attending the phone calls but behaves illogically as and when he has been visited.

    The staff of agency are keeping phone engaged and that is intensnally. They have been many time warned after visiting them and shown them that their phones are engaged. After this they try to threaten and behave very badly.

    To our amaze for the past four years, we are unable to get the telephone line for booking a cylinder on the following two Telephone Lines which they indicate as contact numbers.

    I am serving in a private organisation and by laws I cannot leave my office in working hours so my family members are trying to book the gas on telephone but they are not able to do so as every time phone is found busy. I don't mind for visiting the office of Gas Agency personally but at what cost? (1) One has to waste the precious time (2) fuel - petrol for the journey (money is not a question here); (3) their office hours are on par with Govt. Offices and also they observe holidays - hence I have to waste my office time which is beyond ethics of any of the TATA organistion; (4) one has to spent at least one hour for journey and in the que.

    Kindly do the needful to check what is going wrong with the said gas agency.

    Gas booking not done on time, delays has been made.
    Time taken between 2 booking should be 21 days but they take 30days for Booking .And delivery time should be within 3 days after booking but it takes 15 days .
    My last gas booking date was 9th june 2009 and delivery was on 19th June 2009. Till date now its 14th July 2009 my gas booking has not being done . and When will my delivery date come.

      My Consumer No. is 40166 and the agency takes the usual procedure of accepting booking after 21 days of delivery. And they accept the booking on condition of delivery only after 15 days of the booking. But the bills are made 15 days after the booking and the delivery is made approxitately 2 or 3 weeks after the bill date. The overall supply of refill takes about 2 months between supplies. Kindly look into the matter and stop the delivery men's illegal manipulation of the refills.

      If you're really unaware of the same I'll help you to catch the delivery men redhanded.

      indane,shree chella agencies — denying refilling

      i have indane gas connection since2004, as iam not having ration card your disrtributor deny to refill my gas what is the remede for this problem if i am not able to show my ration card ho can i refill my gas and how can i cook, when i contact your distributor office (shree chella agencies )they told me to buy from grey market or change ur connection tocommercial .is this remede
      if i want to apply for ration card it will take more time to get the meantime how can i cook without refilling, pls take may complaint and if possible reply
      We are also facing the same problem.
      there is no proper check to verify the booking and the delivery.. supply of domestic cyliliner to the commercial units is very common here will the authorities take effectjve steps i booked on 7-2-2011, tilldate no supply but catering people immediately get domestic cylinder even without booking will any flying squad there in to check this illegality my consumer no. 19466 -vivekanandhan, sudharsan nagar chennai 600126
      but for this the agency staff are very rude. they do not give proper reply and even before we ask for any clarification they disconnect the phone line in a second without bothering to answer our querry.

      recently i had a bad experience. my regulator has become faulty. i sent my aged brother for replacement. they simply said Mechanic will come... when he asked at what time No answer but a rude looking. then when i myself rang to asked them she rudely replied that the consumer has to come in person for signing the register. It looks somewhat ugly. I have forwarded thro my brother my original consumer certificate along with the ration card as proof - even then they insist for personal visit of the consumer - how is it possible if the consumer is out of station on duty or for some exigency??? there shall be some justification or other to redress the grievances instantly - as it is Gas / regulator matter - one cannot be asked wait for days together when there is no alternative for cooking in the absence of regulator... who will bell the cats??? its a very big problem we face here...
      I have had many bad experiences with chella. They dont know how to talk to the customers, no body gives respect to the customers and the lady who is sitting over there will never give respect to the elder people also. Whenever we call them you will never get a response, response from the delivery man also very poor. Need to take very strict action against these people atleast regulate the rules. Even I have seen the home cylinders has been delivered for commerical purposes. There are many issues against chella agency whenever I ask the customers they never gave me a good feedback. Compared to other agancies chella gas agency is not behaving good.
      I too faced some problems with that lady sitting over there doing nothing.
      We want to surrender cylinder due to relocation, girls are ready to do their job but this middle aged lady made not to make it eventhough they had time on that day.

      Sir I am ram kumar . Our area is behind loiee hotel . Our area cylinder delivery man was threating us for 40 rs tips money for delivering cylinder . We are ready to pay for cylinder . Why should I have to give extra money for him. My parents are aged people . I am working . Now only I know this issue . He gettting sign for 403 rs for cylinder . But he threating for extra 40 rupees . If anyone reject to pay means he challenging like I will see how your getting cylinder . This is not fair for your company. Consider the issue and take action on him . Tips money is we are giving in our own willing . But this is kind of robbery threating and. Getting money.pls take action .
      sri chella gas agency very worst agency. Please take action against this agency .         I am a consumer of indane gas with consumer no R-39856 with RAGHU GAS AGENCY, GURGAON Agency code- 9103836, i have booked my cylinder on 07/12/08 but i have not received my cylinder till date despite of repeated request made to the agency, kindly look into the matter as i am not only the consumer who is suffering from this almost every consumer of raghu gas agency is facing the same situation.         My father in law booked new gas connection on 6.12.08 but to date we have not received any reply from Naga Agency who is a dealer of Indane gas in Chengalpattu whenever we enquired about this they keep telling me letter would come.Kindly do needful to get the connection at the earliest.Also we live in rented house they asked family card proof but read some reports in news paper telling that it was not required.

        I am a consumer of indane gas with consumer no 11340 with YADU INDANE GAS AGENCY, SAHIBABAD INDUSTRIAL AREA, GHAZIABAD.I have booked my cylinder on 14/04/09 by going to their office as they didn't pick up phones & got the confirmation no.1081.

        On[protected] i visited to the agency as they didn't pick up phones toenquire about the status of the
        delivery. The booking clerk told me that the gas is booked on[protected] & the computer does not tell lies.

        Last time they did the same thing( two months back). They booked in my name & got the false receipt
        & when i complained cylinder given but without slip( my name).

        This time also they did the same thing as they deliberately booked for their convenience on[protected].

        kindly look into the matter as i am not only the consumer who is suffering from this almost every consumer of raghu gas agency is facing the same situation. Looking forward for your response.

        Booking done but cylinder not received.
        I am a consumer of indane gas with consumer no 2285 with MADHVI GAS AGENCY Agency Hyderabad Phone nos.[protected], i have booked my cylinder on 18/05/09 but i have not received my cylinder till date despite of repeated request made by myself personally, I have also booked through the new facility introduced at 1260 twice, thrice but till date I have not rec'd refill.

        Hi!
        I am a Indane Gas consumer having no.BI 23063.Though I booked for refilling after 25days of the last delivery of the cyllinder, but sorry to say that after 15days of booking, the distributor has not supplied till 07.02.2010.This is not the first time, regularly it happens. And when I try to remind them they just say "we will send". Interestingly when I ring them between 09:30am to 01:00pm the engage tone comes, but exactly at 01:02 pm when I ring their ring tone comes, that means they don't want to pick up the phone, bcoz the office time is over.So they are so sincere about their timmings, but not in service. Isn't it ? Hope they could get it and give the proper service to their consumers. If they have out of stock, then how the cyllinders sold in black?

          Hi,

          This is venkat. My father has registered to refill the cylinder when 11th day of received previous cylinder. He had forgotton the rules that the minimum period of refill booking is 15 days. But distributor also accped that booking. Then he was waiting till 50 days then finally he visited today in that distributor office. they told your booking date is below the minimum period and they rebook today date only. they told cylinder will come after 15 days only. If you want transfer your connection to any other distributor.
          At present empty cylinder only available in my house. My father is worried about the distributor feedback.Today he is going to take a new private connection at the cost of Rs.2500.
          My question is how they accept that booking below the minmum period. atleast they would've told while booking, or they book with booking date after the minimum period. I've beentrying to call indane gas toll freenumber [protected] since one hour.But its not connecting, So I'm writing a mail through this.I'm waiting one more day for reply otherwise i'm going to consumer court.

            Sir,
            Sri.C.Soman, TC 10/1040, Mannamoola, Peroorkada.P.O., Thiruvananthapuram-5, is a member of our Association (Mannamoola Residents Association) and a customer of Indian Oil Gas since 7/1/2002 (Customer No.4694). He is getting his domestic gas through M/s Sastri Gas Service, Kudappanakunnu. It's previous address was M/s Sastri Gas Service, TC 5/808(3), Mannamoola Road, Peroorkada .P.O., Thiruvananthapuram (Distribution Code 50554298. For the past 5 years he was getting the replacement cylinder (filled up cylinder), only after a delay of 1 to 2 months. This is causing great hardships to him.
            Kindly intervene and arrange to get the replacements in time, in future.

            Sir,

            My consumer number is 76361. I am registered with B.P. Agencies, Housing Board Building, Pandit Colony, Kowdiar, Trivandrum 695 003. My booking reference No. is 6586 dated 21st February 2009 for distribution of cooking gas. Whenever I book the gas cylinder, the agency staff tells me that it would take 3 weeks to deliver the gas cylinder. As you can see, it is more than a month since I made the booking for the gas cylider. When I enquired with the BP Agencies last week, they promised me that they would deliver the gas cylinder to us within two days. But so far the cylinder has not been delivered to us. Could you let me know the normal delivery time required for the agencies to deliver the new gas cylinder after we make the booking over the phone. When I enquired with BP Agencies this morning, they informed me that they would deliver the gas cylinder within two days. Could you please take the appropriate action in this matter so that we could get the gas cylinder soon.

            Your quick action in this matter would be appreciated.

              I booked for a cylinder on 06/12/08 but the cylinder was delivered not before 16/12/08 despite repeated request for emergency. And we had to do with kerosene stove for non availability of the cylinder.
              And they are not agreed to book for another cylinder before 21 days after the last delivery.
              Now I am using one of my two cylinders while the another is empty and cannot be booked before 06/01/03 and the delivery will come not before 16/01/09.
              My consumer No.is 7011 & the dealer's tel. no. is [protected], [protected].
              Please check the matter and sent me a feedback for the same at the earliest. as I am going to lodge a complain to the consumer's right protection forum for a suitable compensation caused by the dealer's unfair business practice.

                I am resident of ATP colony, ANPARA, distt.- Sonebhadra (UP).We get supply of indane LPG gas through our consumer coprative soceity, ATP, Anpara.We always get 3-4 kg less LPG indane gas cylinder.The dealer has no measuring system in their godawn, also they does not deliver at consumer home.They does not book gas on phone & does not mentain consumer Pass book or show any detail of gas bookings of individual consumer.It is frequent seen that they sell LPG cylinder by blackmarketting, by falsely booking to consumer record in absence of consumer knowledge.At any time their godawn can be cheked for short quantity of gas by surprise checking.Name of distributor-ATP consumer coperative soceity ltd.                 My complaint is with Haker/Mr. Madan who has taken Slip yesterday and also taken cylinder from the above agency yesterday but not delivered me today itself. He always make excuses like nobody was at his our home.

                Also once he delivers the gas cylinder that always less by 2.kgs gas or so. When we object about his practice he assured us I will take it and give u a fresh cylinder & next time he supplied full cylinder every time. Please take an immediate action against this type of Hakers so public will not suffer

Till date, the same is not delivered to me.                     I have visit the dealer of indane gas for booking a new gas cylinder on basis of my newly ration card, but the dealer at Sangrur Punjab has refused to book the new gas cylinder by saying that the same can not book as booking of new cylinder has closed these days. plz tell me what can i do.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I am residing at B-4/3, 205 B.T.Road, Kolkata-700108. My consumer Number is 224083. M/s Sneha Gas Service at 81/1 Rai Mohan Banerjee Road, at Kolkata 700035 is the Distributor of the Indane Gas. It is the regular wilful delay of the said distributor in supplying the gas to me. Sometimes they tactfully rebooked the gas so that the party cannot book the gas before the stipulated time creating fake demand of gas. In this month also I am not getting the gas after 3 reminders to the Distributor. Kindly arrange to provide me the gas at the earliest.

                      I had booked a cyllinder with M/S AAR DEE GAS SERVICE BANGLA BAZAR ,JAIL ROAD ,LUCKNOW UTTAR PRADESH ON 5/9/2010 . My consumer number is 23831. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff told me that to be delivered within two day but sitll I am waiting for same .

                        I am a consumer of Indane Gas. My consumer no. is 8436. My dealer is: Saieesh Enterprises, Anand Bagh, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad, AP (Ph Nos:[protected] / 27242154 /[protected].

                        I have lodged a complaint on 26th Dec 2008 that there is a problem with both the burners of my gas stove. Today is 2nd Jan 2009. Even after several reminders, the mechanic did not turn up till date.

                        I am an Indane customer& my consumer no.is ii224.I had booked a refill on 23/10/12 vide booking no.372609 & cashmemo no.7414 but till date it has not been delivered. My distributor is Pal enterprise of Bauria/Howrah. On 7.12.12, a complaint was lodged with the complaint cell of indane vide ph no.[protected] (a tip:do not use the ph no u hv submitted for booking your gas or the call will not be received) & received the assurance vide docket no.742775 that the cylinder would be delivered within 48 working hrs.

                          Ever since last 4-5 deliveries gas is recieved after 15-20 days of booking also the amount of volume of gas in the cylinder is quite less than the standard value and the vendor does not carry weighing scales along with him. The delear is very rude and does not pay attention to the complaints.

                          INDANE LPG Cylinder — Late Home Delivery

                          Amit Garg frm Narwana, Haryana here. i booked a refil of Indane gas From their Distributor Bhagwati Gas Service on 5/08/2008. but they are not giving me home delievery for that. When Today as on 16/08/2008 i complain to the owner, they answered that v r not in a situation to giv u home delievery even till next four days, where i need refil urgent, coz of festive season.

                          Yes I am at one & agreed with this complaint. This is happening in my/our cases also. I am also a consumer of Indane LPG & my consumer no. is 1842. My distributor is 'Balangir Employees Multipurpose Co-operative society Ltd. Badmal-767770" Orissa. Since last 3 years though I am paying full charges of Refill Cylinder with extra charges for home delivery, the delivery boy/ distributor is not delivering the Refill cylinder to my Quarter/Home though it is hardly 1/2 KM from the Go-down. He is demanding extra more money for delivery within 15 days, otherwise you have to wait more than 1 to 3 months time. So we are help less rather to take the Refill gas in our own arrangement from Gas-godown. I have complained several times in verbal & written. But no body listening. They have no-complaint register & not allowing to deduct the Home delivery charges during booking since they are not delivering within 15 days. Also they are delivering heavy leakages Refill LPG, expired very very old Cylinder & less weight LPG refill compulsorily blaming the dealer to do so. They are neither weighing nor testing the leakages during delivery of LPG Refill.

                            Two years back I shifted from Chennai to Ambur (vellore dist). Since then I am having a big trouble getting Gas from Indane agency. Every time I have to go and fight for the cylinder. Met the owner of the agency two or three times but nothing changed. He asked me not to book through the phone, instead he wanted me to come to the agency with the customer card and book the gas. Even after booking through with the customer card no cylinder was provided. It takes a month for the delivery and the agency wanted the empty cylinder in advance, I got no idea why they wanted my empty cylinder in advance.

                              I am one of the customer of Pooja gas agency, which is situated in unichira, near Thrikkakkara, cochin. Not only mine but everyone in this loacality is not geting the cylinder properly. The gas agency is selling the gas cylinder to caterring service for cost of Rs. 500/- to 650/- per cylinder. Last month from july itself I am getting the same answer from the cylinder carriying boy and from agency that your booking number will be come only after two weeks. We were job going people, the boy carrying cylinder will give the cylinder to anybody outside the house waiting and telling that they will give 500 or 650 rupees. They will give the cylinder to them. the same thing happening every month and I am getting the cylinder only after 60 to 65 days.
                              Last month I booked the cylinder on 05/11/ 2008 but I received the cylinder on 28/12/2008. you can imagine the 53 days., with out cylinder.
                              Is it fair. But this is happening in Trikkakkakkara city from last 1 and half years.

                              The more mulpractice is in front of mary rani church road Thoppil.

                              Every time the given phone number is busy or out of order. If we go there we can see the lady staff were siting in front of the computer and talking with some of their friends. This is not way a lady sit in the office.

                                I'm a resident of Bangalore. I bought petrol from an Indian Oil Gas Station/Petrol Pump in Koramangala (In front of Passport Office, Bangalore) .

                                I asked for petrol of worth Rs 200/-(Rs 52/litre). I noticed that the fuel needle of my vehicle didn't move much. I thought probably after catching-up speed the needle will move but no it wasn't gonna happen. I came back with a transparent caliberated bottle and asked them to pour 1 Litre petrol. And they refused by saying that they do not give petrol in glass/plastic bottles.

                                Although I didn't get my money back but I don't want you too to lose your money. So while buying petrol please make sure that you chose an honest (Least corrupt) gas station.

                                Hi All,

                                Later I calulated that my bike (Mileage 50/litre) ran 60 kms in 3.8 Litres of petrol. Which concludes that I got only 1.2 Litres of fuel instead of 3.8.

                                Although I didn't get my money back but I don't want you too to lose your money. So while buying petrol please make sure that you chose an honest (Least corrupt) gas station. I've few issues-

                                1. Who does the inspection of meters of Gas Staions and at what frequency?
                                2. How can a consumer be ensured of the quantity and quality of the fuel at gas stations?
                                3. Why don't they give petrol in bottles? Is there a rule regarding this?

                                I was cheated at Kapur Auto Services, Indian Oil Petrol Pump at Patpar Ganj twice. I asked for petorl of Rs.1000 for my car. I was really surprise when the pump attendant filled the tank with in two minutes. I was having doubt that he did not fill the petrol for full money. I could not ask him as i was not sure since he made it so quickly also I at the same time his other colleauge came and start asking for cash or card so I could not move towards him. It happened earlier also where I did not get the petrol for full amount. I am 52 years old working women can not check all this smartly and quickly with them.

                                I could use that petrol only for three days and my car drove only 200km in that petrol of Rs 1000. my doubt became strong that they did not fill the petrol for Rs1000. I was cheated again.They are cheating us and I remember other people also arguing with them. they people are taking the advantage of senior citizens like us who can not argue and check with them quickely. They must be well checked it had happend couple of times with me. they must be punished as they are cheating other and filliing their pockets. I believe all of them including their manager and other staff are indulge in this crime they can not do it openly without their support.

                                I request to higher authorites at Indian Oil to take some strict action against these people. Now I am always having doubt at Indian Oil's petrol pump that they cheat the people. They need to improve their services and must stop this curruption.

                                I recently on friday the 20th filled diesel at the Bowring Indian Oil outlet, where I have been filling petrol & diesel over 15 years and was shocked to when I was heading outstation that my skoda was sluggish and the turbo was not working, to top it there was white smoke coming out of the exhaust and after coming back I showed it to my Automobile Engineer and he confirmed that there was kerosene in the diesel and thats why the turbo was not working.

                                Really shocking to hear that. I am going to make complaint at their Bangalore office.
                                Today in the evening my Husband went to the indian oil petrol bunk at koramangala, opp passport Office. We have a Hyundai i10 and the full capacity of the tank is 35 liters which comes up to be about 1700 rupees even when you fill up a completely empty tank.
                                My husband, who is an australian, was given a bill of 2000/- rupees.Whe he objected to this, about 18-20 of the petrol pump workers ganged up and threatened him. He had no choice but to pay and get out of there.
                                It is the same in most of the IOC pumps. These guys try to intimidate people if you question them about the discrepancy in the bill etc. and the best part is that IOC does not have any link for the consumer to lodge a complain. It looks like they do not want to hear all this as long as tehy are selling well.
                                I only hope shell takes over and is available in more places so that we don't have to go to these goons to put up with such behaviour and be cheated out of our money.
                                I want to re-iterate what the Mayur Vihar resident said. I was at the petrol pump at patparganj this morning. Aksed the guys to fill up for 1000 rs. In the mean a salesperson distracted me by asking if I was paying by cash or card. I looked back after a fraction of a second and the meter read Rs. 200 and stopped, and it had barely been a few seconds. When I mentioned that I had asked for petrol for rs. 1000...the guy filled for another Rs. 800. I could smell something fishy in all this.
                                I asked for the manager. They all sushed me and filled up for another Rs. 200.They said the meter could be faulty.
                                I came home and when I told my wife, she said the exact same thing had happened at the same petrol pump to her a month ago. Then more and more people said the same thing and now when I search on the internet its the same story.

                                Recently I filled petrol for 500/- on the Kodihalli IOC station beside Diamond district, and when the meter reading hit Rs500/- the boy shut the Lever which is on the pumping tower, not the handle.                                 i stay at ahmedabad and after reading everybody's complaint i realize that what i went through was the same thing mentioned by the others.i visited the indian oil petrol pump at jodhpur char rasta satellite and i asked for Rs. 1000/- worth petrol and i kept a constant watch on the meter then suddenly another salesperson came with the bill, and tried to distract my attention by asking to get the water checked tyre's etc and since i found it fishy i looked back and saw the other guy about to pull out the pump when the meter showed rs.750/-.he put it back in soon .then the air checking guy told me the valve needs to be changed saying it was bent(same excuse he gave me the week before that i was there at the same petrol pump of the same tyre too.). after talking about the valve episode to my colleagues and family i realized that fellow is cheating everybody.i am trying to get the company's website to complain this is purely day light robbery.and talk about all the advertisement about giving service.plz lets all do something about this at least let the media get to know about it.

                                I also had similar experiences from AMAR SERVICE STATION, Marathahalli, if you go there and ask petrol then they will first ask money if you wait to fill then they will ask whether you are paying by card or cash, if you say card then you will not get even half the petrol. It happened with me 3-4 times, and then I got the number of the Petrol Pump supervisor from Indian Oil Corporation Mr. Ravinder Mobile Number [protected]. He promised me that he will take care of this. But last week again I filled for Rs. 300 and I used to get 300 KM for that I got but this time I got only 175 KM. That means no action has been taken against that Pump.

                                If anyone knows the email address to escalate this issue then please let me know. I have filled petrol from this pump for than 10 times and lost money all the occasions.

                                This is to bring to your notice that I was cheated at NIKUNJA FILLING STATION, Indian Oil Petrol Pump, Near Kalinga Stadium, Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar, ORISSA.
                                I am residing in this area since last 20 years. This petrol pump is situated on my way from my home to my office. I always fill petrol in my moter cycle in this petrol pump since last 3-4 years. Earlier I faced 15-20 times that when I fill petrol in my moter cycle and I was surprised that it get’s half milage that is around 30-35 km/Ltr instead of giving 60-65. I thought there is something problem in my bike. Alternate day I fill petrol in other petrol pump and get good milage as above. Again after 4-5 days when I fill petrol in NIKUNJ Service station, I get good milage. But I get good milage every time I fill petrol in other petrol pumps.
                                Sir I am thinking that this petrol pump is making Malpractice not all the day of the month but 8-10 days in a month and I don’t know which was that days. And one more thing is that once I told in the petrol pump to fill petrol in a one litre water bottle but they don’t agree to give me petrol. And sometimes I had seen that they are giving petrol in water bottles to others.
                                I would like you to take some strict action against them and I would for sure will never visit any Indian Oil Petrol Pump anymore.

                                I went to indian oil petrol nearly a year ago. I asked him to fill 2 litres of petrol in my bike. He took money then filled 1 litre. I thought he forgot so I told what about the other litre. He told to leave then I kept the bike stand and slapped him then he pushed me then I gave my best shots until he was flat on the ground. People came and settled the matter. I took my money and left the place. I[censored] stay calm they will take the advantage and threaten you.                                 Two weeks back, I went to Double Road petrol bunk near Olympic sports( Shanti nagar). They are number 1 fraud petrol station i never seen in Bangalore past 5 years.
                                I asked the guy to fill petrol for 200 rupees. He showed/acted like filling for 50 rupees first. then I again told him to fill for 200 rs. then again he set 0 and filled for 150 rs.
                                when I checked my mileage after a week, I shocked, He filled actually for 150 rs. not for 200rs.
                                Their bunk will burst one day sure.

                                This is to inform that that there is a petrol pump( surya nagar , new delhi ) near to my residence which does lots of fraud while giving fuel to customers like :
                                Less amount of fuel is provided according to correct rate.
                                The meter is not visible as the colour of meter has been changed to black.
                                Lots of mixuture is added in the fuel.

                                I want the concerned officer to take immediate action as early possible so that no such fraud should happen in the future with any of the customers.

                                I'm talking about incidents in bangalore, the gas station workers have some kinda tactics to work the meter to their favor. If they decide to loot you, they'll not give importance to how much you ask them to fill for. No matter what you ask for, 200/100 wateva they'll first fill it upto 50 and stop it. If you they say i asked for 200/100 they'll apologize and fill the rest in seconds...and the meter will show the desired amount like 200 or 100 resp. thats what happens i'm guessing they fill for 70 for every 100 bucks...so thats what i've noticed. I've put up fights at stations opp the blore passport office, the gas station opp Fanus on Hosur road, the one next to Thoms Bakery frazer town and even the one opp to thoms.
                                if they stop at 50 its best to move to the next station in case u want to avoid the fight... i get cheap kicks nailing those .
                                chandra layout petorl pump which is in Nagarbavi road (near chandana dresess)they always will not put petol for correct amout, I want the concerned officer to take immediate action as early possible so that no such fraud should happen in the future with any of the customers.
                                Wow!! So, everyone in Bangalore experiences this.

                                Points to Note :
                                1. I am being cheated by these frauds for about 3-4 months now.
                                2. I visit a petrol pump only when my bike is out of petrol and then fill its tank to full capacity.
                                3. I have the CITIBANK's Inidan Oil Credit Card and so I prefer going to an Indian Oil outlet.
                                4. It came to my notice that no matter what petrol pump I go to, these guys always "by accident", fill the tank with Rs.100/200 petrol first then put their display back to zero and fill in the remaining amount of fuel.

                                The Incident:

                                I caught them red handed today when they filled in the fuel for Rs.200 and stopped "by accident". Somehow, I managed to stop the guy from filling in any more fuel after that (He was very reluctant though, I had to practically push him away to stop him from filling in any more fuel).
                                As I checked the tank, there was no petrol in it although, their display said I owe them Rs. 200/- .
                                It was early in the morning and I was getting late so i couldn't fight for long but I am going there in the evening to talk to their manager.
                                Let's see what happens.

                                PS: Any information about the steps to follow to lodge a complain consumer court will be appreciated.

                                I would like to draw your attention for poor quality of Petrol/Diesal from Indial Oil filling satation near Thana-Munsiganj, Amethi, CSM Nagar, UP.

                                The above said subject address Indian Oil Petrol Pump give very dad quality of fuel.Some of the point are summarise as follow-
                                1. Its fuel degrade performance of our vehicle
                                2. It reduces our vehicle fuel efficiency.
                                3. Our vehicle running sound changed (it feel bad)
                                4. Pump display shows wrong density of fuel.
                                5. During oil filling man stop machine 15 to 50 paisa before.
                                6. Operator at filling station are very unprofessional.
                                7. If we call for complain register they did not provide us.
                                8. If we say some thing regarding oil quality they say IT IS UP TO YOU, IF YOU WANT TO FILL SAME WILL GIVEN OTHERWISE GO TO ANOTHER FILLING STATION.
                                9. Other filling station 8KM away, It is expensive for us .
                                10. Filling pumps are un-calibrated.

                                Fuel prices increases day by day, we are paying it but still we are not getting appropriate quality & quantity of fuel form Indian Oli Filling station. Peopleof our township are prefering to fill fuel from outside like Sultanpur/Allahabad/Lucknow. Bit it is not solution, after all we are customer, we should get the thing for which we pay.

                                You are requested to look into the matter & ensure that above 10 complain could be rectify by you effort.

                                Cheating at Indian Oil Petrol Bunk Sahakaranagar

                                This morning (21 Dec 2013), I filled fuel in this station for my car - tank full. It costed about 2290/= (About 29+ litres) on the meter. They claim that they do not have facility to accept debit cards yet. When I paid by cash 5 notes of Rs 500/= each and waited for change, the guy who took cash handed it to some other person. Then they claimed that I paid only 2000/= and I have to pay extra my side itself. The guy's name is Kantha Raj. The Bunk incharge/manager was also supporting him. I had to just pay an extra 300/= for no reason.
                                When I asked for the Bill, they gave me a Bill. I just walked away with anger and decided to lodge a complaint. When I checked the Bill (Bill No 199) later, I found it was for some wrong amount of Rs 2101/= (27.18 ltrs).
                                They are BIG TIME CHEATS!

                                If any concerned official from Indian Oil is reading this, please take action against such mal-practices. Otherwise, Indian Oil will be losing credibility in the long run. This incident is definitely a Shame and Black mark on Indian Oil management!

                                I filled petrol for Rs.200/- on 13/03/2014 in the morning at 8.15 A.M. on Haris Fuel Pump in Kakkad, Kannur District, near Maida flour mill. I have got petrol is adulterated. The vehicle is continuously stopped due to the lack of burning of fuel. So my travel is interrupted, the vehicle's plug continuously cleaned than petrol tank also cleaned. Than I return back to the petrol pump nearly at 4 p.m. the owner or the deputed person or any other authorized person is not there. I asked complaint book for the person, who in the pump, but he mocked me. Than I noticed that the telephone number of the notice board of the pump for complaint to the district dealer and divisional office is erased one letter of the telephone number deliberately.

                                    We are please to inform you that we get the refilled cylinder on 26th December and we booked the very same day itself, but till now we didn't get the refilled cylinder till date. This is a regular procedure happening in our area. We complaint regarding the same to the authority. But there is no favorable response from the gas agency. Please note nowadays there is no special incident occurred for the delay to supply the cylinders.

                                    Agency people are taking Gas booking after 21 days of last supply and supply is effected after 15 days from the date of booking thus, taking 36 days minimum. I am having two cylinders in the above Consumer No. which is of no use, because of the above condition. But Gas is coming for a maximum of 30 days only for our family.
                                    When contacted them, they are advising us to contact IOC - Customer Care. Even for booking second connection, they are refusing that for one family one connection can be given. I need a solution to this, that the booking to be taken immediately after delivery of the Cylinder, as normally they take minimum 15 days to supply new cylinder, from the date of booking. Please take up with the concerned and give us a solution.

                                    An agency of your company by the name LPG Dharuhera Gas Service (Code-103772 & Phone[protected] is situated in Dharuhera Distt. Gurgaon (HR). I took one Gas connection from them No.16849 in the year 2008, May 10th. at that time only one gas cylinder was allotted to me. After some months when I enquired about the second cylinder, I was told to purchase it afer January 2010. Now in the current year i.e. 2010 when I requested for DBC, I was straightaway denied and was also not given any satisfactory reply. I may like to point out that customers are very roughly attended to by the agency owner.

                                    I would like to know why I am not being given second cylinder (DBC) even after my repeated requests. The only one answer I get every time is that "Aap padhey likhey aur samajhdar hain, jahan marji jaakar shikayat kar saktey hain, aur aap jaa saktey hain."

                                    I very earnestly request you that you kindly stop your agent/dealer for behaving in such a rude manner, and also order him to issue me DBC against the consumer No.16849. I also request you to inform me of the action taken by you.

                                      Iam holder of Indane Gas cosumer No A-27878 With Agnihotri Gas Service, Shop No 10, Godavari Complex, Sector37, Noida.
                                      I have faced following problems with these distributors in the past
                                      Their teles 24301128.2430300, 4319765, 2433128, [protected] never respond or are invariably busy. Therefore one has to send the driver or servant to register the demand for the Cylinder.
                                      The supply is erratic and sometimes has taken more than 15 Days to materialize
                                      Invariably when one goes personally the slip is given and customer asked to collect the cylinder from Gowdown
                                      The standard answer of staff is that your house must be locked where as my house is occupied by parents 24X7
                                      Today I was told that delivery boy is new and does not know the location. I was given tele [protected] of Mr Kaptan (delivery boy) to explain the location to him. On contacting Mr Kaptan turned out to be person who regularly delivers the Gas to our house but expressed his helplessness saying that gas was not therein theGowdown. He further clarified that somebody from agency had rang up and advised him to say that gas will be sent today;which incidently is the standard reply

                                      After enquiring also, there is no reply from agency.
                                      After booking, no slip is being issued by agency to customer.

                                      There is totally a mesh by the agency.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        With reference to above subject, i would like to lodge a complaint against Indane Gas Agency, Sri Sai Balaji Gas Agency, Prakash Nagar, Begumpet, Hyderabad.

                                        Facts of our case-
                                        1. We have shifted from Vadodara, Gujarat to Hyderabad
                                        2. we have submitted the transfer letter of our connection almost 30 days back.(Sai Balaji has told that if we are government employees, we will get it immediately or it will take 10 days) Do you think such statements are acceptable??!!!
                                        3. The telephone operator is not cooperative.
                                        4. Today, telephone operator told that the papers are still with us, not sent to Vadodara for transfer(NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE, VERY VERY SHOCKING, PATHETIC APPROACH)
                                        Can we expect any positive help from your side or a reply to this atleast, at the earliest...
