We are getting supply of gas refills from Kasna Gas agency, sector Alpha 2, Greater Noida. Gas agency is adopting mischievious tactics.They assure supply of gas cylinder after 1 week, but cylinder is not supplied. When we approach agency for non supply, their stereo type reply is that they had sent cylinder but found that the house was locked.
We do not go out of house after booking of cylinder but even then we hear the same excuse. Agency is blackmarketing of cylinders and the cylinders are available at 2 hours notice @ 700/- per cylinder through any grocery shop.

We have a connection by the name of Mr. Rajender Kumar and consumer no. 5080 and Distributer M/S KEERTI GAS SERVICE, 3767, kanhaiya Nagar(FF), Tri Nagar, New Delhi-110035.
we have booked for re-filling of gas but they delivered cylinder having broken seal on 12/12/08 to the female member of the house when no male member is present.when i wanted to complaint, they did not pick up the phone.
therefore i request you to take necessary action.

I have booked for LPG refill twenty days ago. As there is no supply on sight, i approached the dealer PATTAMMAL GAS AGENCY located in West Tambaram, Chennai for clarification. To my utter shock the desk clerk in the front office told that thay somehow lost the one day refill bills and asked us to wait. I keep on waiting and losing hope. To my surprise, I found that INDANE IOC have not keep any online complaint forum to attend the needs of the consumers. One web address in the name of INDANE keep on saying that the 'SITE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION'. Pathetic.

SIR, I AM CHANDER PARKASH SHARMA A CONSUMER OF RANI BAGH GAS AGENCY VIDE CONNECTION NO RB-8194. FIRST COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS AGENCY IS THAT THEY NEVER LIFT THE RECEIVER OF PHONE. WE HAVE TO TRY TO CONTACT THEM ON TELEPHONE BUT ALL IN VAIN. IF WE GO THERE PERSONALLY AND LODGE COMPLAINT THEY ALWAYS SHOUTED. THEIR BEHAVIOUR IS NOT TOLERABLE.

SECONDLY I HAD SHIFTED FROM MY RESIDENCE 3083, MOHINDRA PARK, RANI BAGH DELHI-110034 TO 3148, MOHINDRA PARK RANI BAGH DELHI-34 NEAR MY RESIDENCE DUE TO RECONSTRUCTION OF MY HOUSE. I INFORMED VERBALLY TO THE DELIVERYMAN TO GIVE THE DELIVERY AT 3148 INSTEAD OF 3083 MOHINDRA PARK TILL THE COMPLETION AND SHIFTING TO MY OWN RESIDENCE. I DID NOT GIVEN ANY REQUISITION LETTER TO THE AGENCY TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS/DELIVERY ADDRESS. IWAS LIVING AT 3148 MOHINDRA PARK ON TEMPORARY BASIS I HAD NOT BOUGHT THAT HOUSE. DELIVERY PLACE WAS CHANGED ON VERBALLY REQUESTS FOR A TEMPORARY PERIOD. HENCE, QUESTION DOES NOT ARISE TO GIVE A LETTER TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS. THEN HOW CAN AGENCY CHANGE MY ADDRESS IN THEIR RECORD. NOW WHENEVER I REQUEST THE AGENCY TO GIVE THE DELIVERY ON MY OWN RESIDENCE AT 3083, MOHINDRA PARK, RANI BAGH DELHI-34 AS I HAVE BEEN SHIFED TO MY RESIDENCE ON 21.1.2008., I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO COME PERSONALLY WITH THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS JUST LIKE GAS PAPERS THEN THEY WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER. NOW PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT SHOULD I DO ? I AM A JOURNALIST. IF I PUBLISH THE COMPLAINT IN NEWS PAPER IT WILL BE HARMFUL FOR THE DIGNITY/PRESTIGE OF YOUR COMPANY. THE STAFF OF RANI BAGH GAS SERVICE HAVE NO CONCERN WITH THE DIGNITY OF INDANE. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY TAKE A STRICT ACTION IN THIS REGARD IMMEDIATELY AND INFORM ME PLEASE. IF POSITIVE RESPONSE IS NOT TAKEN WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THIS COMPLAINT, I WILL BE COMPELLED TO TAKE PAINFUL ACTION AGAINST THIS AGENCY BY FILING A SUIT IN THE CONSUMER COURT. dear sir,
i am in govt service and i was trasferred from dehradun to akbarpur, district ambedkar nagar( uttar pradesh) around 2 months back. i got my connection transferred to akbarpur from dehradun. the agency here at akbarpur is not functional for few months. i contacted the jallalpur agency for entertaining my transfer voucher for which they expressed inability. they told they have been given the charge of cylinder distribution only. i contacted dso of the district. he say to wait only. please help me out in getting the connection transferred.

I am staying hear last 3 years when i came hear to bangalore that time i was bachlor but before 2 years i am get merried.
When i was bachlor that time a single cylinder was sufficient for me but after merried i had applyed for another one cylinder.

Before when i applied for another cylinder that time i asked to the manager of ananth gas agency that which one i will prefer about that shall i apply for 2nd cylinder or shall i applyfor another new connection?
Then he sujjest me that you apply for another 1 cylinder in this same existing connection then only you can get it with in 2-3 years otherwise if you apply for another new then it will take minimum 5-6 years.
after his advise i will prefer for his 1st answer.

On the date[protected] when i visit his office to get a full gas loaded cylinder then they given me a cash voucher reciept and told me to take the gas from his distrubuter place and i was wait there upto 12 pm then due to some other work i have to plan to take the gas next day morning.
Next day at 10 am again i visit gas office with the empty cylinder and with the slip also but they are again refuse me to delivery the gas at the same time and they told me to wait for them their distrubution place.
When i ask him why you are not able to give me now?
Then they told us that they have no any rule to delivery the gas from this place.
so to avoid the qural i think to do what ever they aresaying just obey them.
I thought to take the gas after 11 am onwards after taking my tiffin.
I put that empty cylinder at my garage (Bike Parking Slot) and go for my tiffin to my house.after taken my tiffin when i came to take the cylinder that time my gas cylinder was missed i serch there and ask to others upto 1-2 hours then i think to meet with the boss of ananth gas agency.
When he listen this matter then he told me that at first you go and complain i regieser in Your police station and after that you came to me with the receipt then i can help you?

Like as his advise i do such as how he sujjest me like that and to finished this process it was taking much time .
Next day when i came to gas agency that time the boss was not there.Then i think to talk with the manager regarding of this but he directly ignore me to listen also.
He told me that for this he can't help me you have to go to its head office which was atJ.C.W road on 4th floor.it will take minimum 1 year to get a cylinder.
I was surprised and when i ask how we will cook then he replied me that that is non of his busieness.
when i asked him about of my 2nd cylinder which was i am allready booked before 1 years then he replied me that again it will take another 1 year now my no is in q.

Same day some of my guest are visit my house when i saw them i am lost my mind and plan to take a another new one cylinder(Stove gas) of 5kg of rupees 700/-

when my wife saw this cylinder that time she told me that she will not cook on this cylinder and before some days she listen from her friend that one gas cylinder was blast on her on of any friend house same 5kg cylinder.
due to of my pressure she agree to cook but i given her promise that to given her this big and safty cylinder(Indane) but not this 5kg?

so many thing i am not able to explain you that now every day we have squarel between us for this gas only and some time also i have to leave the house with out any food.
i have also not confidence with this cylinder which was with me roght now?

when i think that if some problem will happen then i can not survive any more so as soon as possiable i have to solve this issue.
i want to request you to please help me on this regards how i will get a gas(Indane) as soon as possiable.

Gas lickeges through regulator, even I have launched a complaint to M/S Rai Gas Agency, Manish Market, Shahpura, Bhopal(MP) on phone no.[protected], 2422676

When i try to submit required document to JIBAN JYOTI SHOP NO-45, DAKSHINAPAN-2, GARIA HAT ROAD(S), KOLKATA-700068 (Ph no[protected],[protected]for my HOME LPG connection.They are compailing me to purchase Hot plate of 3000 Rs/- along with cylinder.
i requested them that in ORIGINAL PAPER issued by INDANE, it is clearly mentioned that if subscriber have HOT PLATE having IS marks and its range is (either IS:4246 or IS:4760) then subscriber has to pay inspection charge of 150 Rs/- as mechanic charge to inspect condition of HOT PLATE.
JIBAN JYOTI employee are adamant and they are saying that they will not provide me new connection without purchasing of HOT PLATE.
Can anybody will suggest me what i can do in this situation.

I am having Indane Connection No. 13258. The gas agent is M/S. D P Tharore &Company ansari Road darya Ganj Delhi 110002. The agency does not pick the phone calls for booking the gas cylider. We have to go personally most of the time or go for trying the phone for a number of days. Also no weighing is done at the time of delivery at home.

last one year I am trying to book new gas connection in varanasi .the gas agency (MUKUND GAS AGENCY ) manager told me now not accepting applications .since 2007 June I am trying to apply. they selling connections in black market .the managers behavior is rude &rough.

Am Rekha from trichy my bhorther holding a Indane gas cylinder connection in Annai Saratha Gas Agency in Trichy. My consumer No is 24966. Name-Mr.IllayaRaja. The issue is we booked the cylinder on Monday(01/12/2008), over telephonebut the lady refuse to do that, she ask to come personnel to verify the card n ration card, and she issued one sticker which should b sticked on the receipt when they issue the cylinder, so we went on tuesday (02/12/2008) personnel and got the sticker and we booked the cylinder, still we didnt recevie the cylinder, there is delay in providing the cylinder.another issue is during working hour if we call to agency phone number, the lady is not picking up the phone, if she picks up also she is not giving the proper answer for us, we are suffering a lot. today also i made a call at 2.20 PM in the afternoon (10/12/2008).But nobody picks up the call. what a customer service you are providing. without cylinder we cannot do anything. please kindly see to this issue n act as soon as possible. customer care is going very bad in Trichy.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have an Indane connection at Hiwarkhed(Rup), Dist:- Akola. The connection is very very old AND the customer No is 000456 where as SV number is 0190556 . The connection is on the name of my Father Shri Rameshchandra Vanjara. Now I want to transfer that connection to Pune. When we approached to the dealer he asked us for the SV (Subscription Voucher). Apparently SV is missing. Actually the connection is so old that we even don't remember that whether SV was given or not.

So I need help in this matter.

What should we do in this?
How do I will be able to get the connection transferred?

Please help me on this topic.

I have tranferd a gas connection of indane from Barasat, W.B. to Malda, W.B. on 19/08/08 and showed the doccuments to the indane's service centre named Amit Gas Service, S.M. Pally, Malda, W.B.-732101. They send a letter asking for confirmation of the doccuments on 29/08/08 to the service centre from where the connection was tranfered. Since then I have visited Amit gas service several times to get my connection. Every time they told no confirmation received.Today its 10/12/08 I requested them for give their email ID to send the so called confirmation from Barasat, but they are saying that they have no email ID. But I came to know that they have the email ID. Barasat confirmed that they have sent letter twice to Amit Gas service and they are also ready to send email.
In all these red tape cases of indane we the, normal people are suffering. IOC as a responcible company should take necessory steps to solve these.

My gas booking no. is 34649. and agency is Yadu Gas Service, Sahibabad. My complain is that I am not getting gas cylinder even after 5-6 days of booking date and I have to stay without cylider for 2-3 days.
Second complain is that I have double cylinder connection but agency is not allowing to make a booking before 21 days. My request is that if in Single sylide facility as well as in double culinder facility, booking date come after 21 days then what is the advantage of having double cylinder.

I have to stay without cylinder for 2-3 days in between gap of two cylinders.
Pl take appropriate step for our sorting out my problem.

we are your customers residing in Rewa (M.P.). Your dealer for INDANE GAS, M/s Rewa Gas Agencies is unable to discharge its duties. Even though we are paying extra money for home delivery they are not sending it at home. Instead every morning they come with their tractors at a predefined location (it keeps changing after some time) and all of your customers in Rewa have to stand in ques (usually about 300- 500 mtrs long) to get the cylinder. I really feel frustrated why I choose INDANE. No one from your company is taking any action against M/s Rewa Gas. Its a perfect case to dissolve their dealership. But I think people from INDIAN OIL CORPORATION are corrupt and ignoring their misconduct. PLEASE HELP THE PEOPLE OF REWA.

I have transfered my gas connection to the near by agency SunderShyam Enterprises A -1/B 20, DDa Market Janakpuri New Delhi 110058 and they are not issuing the pass book for me.
In the enquiry the reply is that they can issue the cylinder without pass book. Is that autorized issue.
I hope we will get the solutions immedialtly from you .

As per the reference the above address, we are not able to get the cylinder in time, we booked in time but we coul not get it, every month they have supllied 35 to 40 days for example, lsat month we received gas cyyinder[protected] then the booking date last month 18.11.2008 they said we could suplly cylinder with in the month at any time, But sofar we are not getting cylinder,
Our Familiy member are very very suffered regrding delay supllying, Without gas we troubled a lot So Kindly inform them and take proper action in this regards.
For youir information still we are not getting cylinder, we do not know they have illegally supply forv other customer. pls veryify and take proper action, we did sofar in proper time booking and Supllying cylinder in not proper time, We tried somany time in the office but there not proper respomse in the office

i am resident of bilara and registered with bilara gas service cod.no.[protected] of indane gas for my domestic gas requirement i am facing lot of probleme in gatting gas cylinders booking etc.moreover the behaviour of the statf is so sude that you do not fell live taklking to tham on dil is very hard to gat the numbers also.
sccondly it has been told to us that booking can be initiated after 21 days and it takes another 2 weeak to gat the cylinders makintg it at last 5 weeak my family member is forcing us to buy gas on premium.
request you to kindlly look in to the matter to avoid black markiting and serve the consumers properly i am confident that a reputed concern like that of yours can ill afford to lose your reputation and shall get the needful done at the earliest.

We are regularly having problems with Distributor (Prathana Gas Agency - ID Code 1068) for providing delayed refills. Even after having two cylinders we have to resort to borrowing from neighbours. Today, they have even refused to book our order, stating that we have to book it only after 15th of this month because the last refill was supplied on 26th of November. You will appreciate that even in the last month we have booked on 6th November 2008 (Order no. 2446). They have billed it on 14/ 11 / 2008 and given delivery on 26th November, 2008. When IOCL is not having any supply problems, why we are being punished.
