late delivery of cylinders

I am a consumer of Sukhdham Gas Agency Keshavpuram Delhi-35 having Registration no. A10996. Every month I face a lot of problem at the time of booking for cylinder because agency employees never attend/ pick the phone, an another computerised facility for booking is also available but booking on this facility is also never attended, If I book cylinder personaly then delivery of cylinder becomes possible after 10-12 days and always a defected...

sir,
my consumer no. is 16290226, i got this connection 20-09-08
sans consumer card. every time i enquire about the cc i got the answer call after 15 days. on 02-12-08 i went to the off. and again asked for consumer card, for my utter surprise the clark after seeing my subscription voucher questioned me why i am not having the cc, then he searched for the blank card for half an hour but he found no card, then he suggested me to keep my own stationary book to keep the record.

    With kind information I am the customer of M/s Kandhari Gas, Sector 2, Rohini, Delhi. My customer NO.is KM1606 in the name of Mr. Ram Krishna Agarwal. Our home address is A-1/292, Sector-4, Rohini. I have booked the cylinder on 20th Nov'08 at Phone no. 27519710 / 65155303 . But till date (4th Dec'08), the delivery have not been made. I have already requested them 3-4 times, but they always says today the cylinder will be delivered positively. One time they told that your address is incorrect which I checked was correct as per them. Kindly help me getting the gas cylinder. From the morning to evening, hardly the phone is being picked up by the gas officer. Kindly check why they dont pick up the phone for which we suffer a lot.

    Indane cooking gas cylinder — Delay of Gas cylinder delivery

    I beg to say that I have cooking gas connection with IOCL. My Customer no. is 25804. And my connection issued from KWIC GAS SERVICE, 51, JAWALA HERI,PASCHIM VIHAR ,NEW DELHI. I was booked Cylinder last thursday(29/4/2010). They said cylinder will be delivered on Monday(2/5/2010). But, as of now they haven't delivered Cylinder. Several times I have make a call regarding this. But , that People just said delivered today or tomorrow . Plz, suggest what can I ?

    KWIC GAS Agency — Non Delivery of LPG Cylinder

    Hello,

    It has been 20 days now that I requested for refilled LPG cylinder, since then I have been following up with the persons at Kwic Gas Agency, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.

    I waited for a week, then I called them, they said they would deliver within two days, but it did not happen.
    I visited them, the official said since there was shortage there was a delay, I would get the delivery next day.
    I called them day before yesterday, the person who attended the call said the delivery person is on leave so they would get it delivered on Tuesday. When I said it is almost 20days now, that I have been chasing for the person so no, you have requested just a few days back, when I said that everytime I am calling you are giving me a new date, the person disconnected.

    Today morning when I had called they said they would deliver today, it was not delivered when I called up again, the person said delivery boy would return tomorrow and the cylinder would be sent tomorrow.

    When I told that by your dilly dallying service, the other cylinder would also get empty the person said "abhi khatam to nahi hua na."

    Would request the concern to look into the matter seriously and take necessary action.

      In our house for the past three months we are getting cylinders which are not lasting more than 14-15 days. We have complained to the distributors but they pay no heed. Kindly look into the matter.

      We are an existing consumer, residing at Barasat. Our service provider is NorthEnd Gas, Barasat, Our consumer No. is NE2509.

      Yesterday one cyllinder was supplied in our residence but there is a lickage in valves so we are very afraid of that. today mourning we called the service personnel but he told that this is not a serious problem. But I am not on his commands my told him to write down it that here is no problem in cyllinder but he refuses. In such condition we can not use the cyllinder and for this we are complaining to you and requesting you to look after the matter as urgent basis.

      Usually one cylinedr last 3 month when I was in Patna but in Gaziabad it just last 1.5 month no one at agency are paying any heed on this issue and it seems that there is some pilferages from cylinders before deliveriung it to home.

      Nearly half gas per cylinder are being delivered to me and full payment are received against that

      request is to kindly look in the matter and arrange to do needful in tis regard.

        Dear All,

        I was using Indane gas in Chennai. Last year I got transfer to Gurgaon office. But as there was no residential address in Gurgaon/ Haryana, I transferred the gas connection from Chennai to West Bengal, my native state.

        Then after one year when I tried again to transfer the connection from West Bengal to Faridabad (my present address) I came to know that the connection is not active as more than one year it was not used.

        Then I had sent the papers to your Durgapore, West Bengal office for activation the connection. NOW IT IS ACTIVE.

        I want to get the connection in Faridabad now. I contacted to Rama Gas Agency, your authorized dealer for Green Field Colony, Faridabad. They are asking for a signature of field officer.

        Kindly help me to get the same.

          My booking no. 448 dated 30/05/07 from Erumathala P.O. Pengattuseri for Indane Gas connection has been sanctioned and given intimation letter saying applicant has to come personally with certain document. However I am working in Qatar and unable to go due to non-availability of leave etc. This I informed to the Agency however they (Agent Tel:[protected] notified that the connection will be canceled if I did not go personally there. I informed that any document such as Power of Attorney etc. in my wife's name can be given, however they are not accepting. I want the connection without going there as it is not possible for me to go only for this by loosing my job. PLEASE ADVISE. The customer care cell of Indane Area office, I.O.C., Panampally avenue, Cochin-36, Tel.[protected] is not responding any time. Why they are saying this Customer care Cell. I want to take up the matter with the respective authorities. PLEASE ADVISE

          sir i have applied for new gas connection and i also got confirmation e.mail for the same, that my SL69 NO [protected] AND WE REPORTED THE KOTPUTLI INDANE GAS THEY REFUSED TO GIVE THE CONNECTION . SO PLS LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS EARLY AS U CAN .

            Sir I am a Resident of delhi and i book my gas on 31.10.2008 and upto now the booking for my gas is not delivered to me and i

            remind them for this two times more but nothing response is coming from them them the delievery time is 7 days and now its more

            sir i am in chennai villivakkam . we booked the cylinder before one month, still we didnt recieve the cylinder . we didnt buy the cylinder for 3months, but we booked the gas before one month, yesterday we booked they told we didnt book the gas, not giving proper response to us irregular answers they giving sir, withwhom we complaint, one person returned in the gas book that date, yesterday also i went book they strike the tat day date, still ve didnt get, our gas book no485 .sv no 319842

            again we booked the cylinder on 10.11.2008. they written in the book, but they didnt enter in the computer,
            and again we went to on 2.12.2008. still we didnt receive the cylinder, think about our situation sir, we family peoples not bachelor also
            Sirs, It is true that the Indane gas dealers are either supported by politician or by ioc officials and therefore the complaints given by the consumers are never cared.The dealers do not care the customers as the officials of IOC are well looked after by them by giving nice treat and as usual sent with their money purse.A big racket is being done by these dealers by syphoning the gas to the big hotellers during night and later delivered to the poor consumer by manipulating the seal.As the consumer/household are starving for gas they just grab the cylinders the moment it was delivered.
            There is no fulproff system to ensure that the gas refil is given to the poor customer.The seal should be opened just like top up cards to mobile phones or any other sealing method.
            There must be a 24 hours 31 days 365 electronic auto customer care service for eradicating malprctices.Vigilance by third party agency ON i IOC would be a viable solution
            Dear Sir / Madam,

            I have a LPG Gas connection with you from long days, my customer number is T/11577, from GAS & GADGETS, Manton Super Mkt, Shop No- 34, Behala Manton, Kolkata- 700 034, favour of Rama Ganguly.

            On 19/05/2009 I have booked a cylender over telephone to directly Indian Oil Booking Center, and my booking number is 3983. At the time of booking they assured me that within 3-4 days they can deliver the cylender. But till today I have not received the same.

            Regarding the above today I made a quary to my distributer ( M/s Gas & Gadgets) over telephone, and I am surpried that they checked and told me that already they deliverd that gas cylender to my address, where as till today I have not received the same.

            So, I think that the delivery person of M/s Gas & Gadgets already delivered my cylender or sale out to other person for his own interest.

            You are requsted to do something as early from your end .

              this is to bring to your notice, the malpractice at a majority of the IOCL pumps accros the city of bangalore. one such incident has been experienced by me .
              on 26 nov 08, i visited M/S rajashree petroleum, CA No. 5/D, 2ND BLOCK, 4TH STAGE, BTM LAYOUT, BILEKAL HALLI, BANGALORE-560 076, to fill up petrol for my vehicle. the person attending the pump had just filled up another vehicle petrol for an amount of Rs. 200/- i had asked the person to fill up petrol for Rs. 1, 000/- . the person handling the cash tried to divert my attention and the person filling petrol started filling my vehicle from the same reading (i.e Rs. 200/-) . Aware of the juggling i waited to see what happens next.. however he stopped at Rs. 1, 000/-. On enquiring about this.. he stated that he had filled up for Rs. 1000/- . . i called for the owner of the pump and informed him of the incident.. he however tried to dismiss the incident by apologising. This is however not accaptable to me or say any hardworking person. I wrote a statement of the incident have got it signed by the petrol pump owner, Mr Naik Raju, along with the rubberstamp impression of the defaulting pump.
              You are kindly requested to look into the matter immediately and take necessary actions againts the personnel involved. more details can be obtained from me. The actions taken by your company may please be intimated soon or else necessary action will have to be taken by me as per the RTI.

              I can any 1 help me 2 get petrol card r cardit card plz i dnt hav pancard.
              the salary wht i am getting is ly 5k. i hav taken pulsar last 2months back .. and every time i ll be not having money for petrol. so if i get dat card will be vry help full to me.
              I visited the bunk near SEETA CIRCLE near Giri Nagar ON 01 JAN 09 AROUND 1045 Hrs., Parked my Scooter and ashed the person to fill the petrol for Rs 100/. I did not cheked the reading while filling the tank. After I left the bunk and during driving, I could see the meter was not reading properly with respect to the amount of fuel put in the tank.
              I feel that there is a need for surprise check to be carried out in this bunk. In my opinion the filling of fuel with respect to the meter reading there exists an error and calibration check be carried out. I am not happy with the refuelling of petrol in this bunk.
              Hope your good office will do the needful to arrest this fouling.

              I am a regular at IOCL petrol pump in Domlur, Bangalore. The pump is Shree Service station. Today while getting fuel for Rs. 1000/- the attendant did not set the counter for Rs. 1000 but started filling after ensuring zero. The other attendant that collects the payment took my Citibank card and asked if I had HDFC card as he had HDFC machine. I was a bit suspicious as these are the tactics they use to divert attention. I turned immediately towards the guy filling the fuel and to my astonishment I saw the guy pressing a button ( i think it was L2) and the counter changed from Rs. 211.89 to Rs. 500. I lost my temper and shouted at the guy which made all of them come to me and say sorry for the mistake This is a clear case of trying to dupe the customer and cheat. I tried to get contact number of a Indian Oil executive responsible for that area but did not get any number. I am sure these things happen to many people and should be handled strictly. Please look into this on an urgent basis.
              Suggestion: please look at the option of disabling these short-cut buttons while the pump is in use so that such incidents do not take place.
              I filled petrol at the Indian Oil petrol bunk at Bull temple road, Basavangudi, Bangalore. this week when I went to fill up full tank, I returned with one-third tank empty (realised it when I saw next day).

              This is what they do (everywhere) - talk to the customer diverting their attention from looking at the meter and in the meanwhile race the meter to closing amount (don't know how, but almost all petrol bunks follow this trick).

              Consumer has no way to prove them wrong at that moment, we don't even take bills as proof. I am 100% sure now that there are techniques to make the meter race to the end point without dispensing petrol. We need to bust them somehow and make it public.

              Meanwhile, wrote to Indian Oil Corp, Bangalore; Karnataka Food and Civil Supplies Corp (supposed to be their duty to inspect petrol bunks), Lokayukta and various public forums - may be futile but I wanted to convey. Would like to know if anybody has filed a PIL on this matter or gone to Consumer court.

              Here's what one can do:

              1. Don't take your eyes off the meter.
              2. Ensure the meter is displaying zero before it starts, and displays both the amount of money and petrol filled at the end of it, catch them red-handed if the liters are not displayed. Take a bill.
              3. If you see that your tank is not filled up according to your estimation or usual level for that amount, raise an alarm with the attendants, if they feign ignorance, pick up the Company Sales Manager's number displayed at every bunk and call up to lodge a complaint about this.
              4. You could also give a written complaint to the Company Sales Manager or State head and to Karanataka Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., also write the complaint in the complaint book at the bunk maintained by the Company.
              5. You may also alert other consumers in the neighbourhood and online. Try to fill for x litres instead for x amount.
              I am from Chennai and I agree to these complaints since I find these malpractice very very common in Chennai too. They try to divert our attention, by talking about credit card, xtra rewards card etc. I normally don't respond to them and I don't care if they think I have an attitude by not responding to them!! But, unfortunately I got cheated today [5-MAY-2009]

              Nowadays they have a hand-held meter, into which we can't even peep! They thought customers are careful only if the meter is visible and so have come up with a new way of cheating by using hand-held meters! After getting petrol filled for Rs. 1, 000 and in spite of repeatedly asking for proper reading, bills etc, I found later that I have been cheated by Rs. 400. They have filled only for Rs. 600. This is height of cheating. Something must be done to stop this day light robbery.

              Till yesterday i used to hear these things only from my office colleagues and friends in Delhi/NCR. But yesterday I encountered the same thing with me.

              I and my wife thought to go to Delhi for an evening stroll at Rajhghat. Started from our residence at Indirapuram, Ghaziabad we headed towards Delhi via NH24.
              I saw the car was low on gas, so I stopped at Indian Oil Gas station at Ghazipur/Mayur Vihar.

              I told the refilling guy to fill 1400 Rs of petrol. He told me to look at zero on the meter and inserted the nozzle inside the tank neck. He stopped at 200 and said “bhayya ho gaya 200 ka”. I told him that I asked for 1400. He said ok and asked his colleague to fill again for 1200 bucks. He then moved away, picked a wiper and asked me to close my front window, “bhayya sheesha uppar kar lo, andar pani chala jayega”. Suddenly I realized there is some fishy thing going. They are playing around me by diverting my mind. I said “ruk jao aur pehle petrol bharne lene do”. I recalled that this is happening the same way my friends used to tell their stories.

              The other filling station guy didn’t set the meter to zero and continued. Now I was confirmed that he will stop at 1200 and that happened. He said “sir ho gaya 1400 ka”. I said this is only 1200, how come 1400. He tries math on me “sir, 200 + 1200, 1400”. I again said that you didn’t set the meter to zero and continued from 200 and its only 1200 now. He called the previous guy and asked him if he reset the meter to zero. The first guy nodded his head and asked me “aapne dekha nahin?” I got annoyed and said “kab kiya aapne zero, I’m continuously watching the meter and you started from 200. I want to talk to your manager”. He suddenly told the other guy to again refill the tank for another 200 bucks and moved quietly to the other refueling meter, what the [censored]?

              I got very angry over this matter and asked the other guy that what was all this? He said “sir ho gaya hoga confusion, rehne do. Yeh lo aapka bill”.
              I was amazed, “who asked for the bill… aaj tak to kabhi nahi diya…”

              So guys, be aware and attentive while you refill gas next time…

              we are one of customer of your esteemed company. our dealer is coastal agencies, Pandikudy, cochin682002. we had booked gas on 11.11.09 and delivery is made today only with bill no 3856 dt19.12.09

              On delivery cylinder found that plastic seal is not broken but main plastic nobe is easily came out . we immediately rejected and inform the dealer and they are not accepting the same . at last making shouting and all he return with new cylinder.

              Please take action against this dealer for these type of malpractises and delay of delivery of gas from your side after making a reasonable enquiry from any customers under this dealership. expecting an immediate action towards this issue. We are regularly seeing at the time of booking always customers are complaining for their services regarding delivery and al.
              It is so unusal for us to register complain against such a big company like IOCL, I had filled petrol pump at Maruthi Sevanagar Bangalore IOCL petrol bunk. The guy cheated me by diverting my attention. So all the responsible personnel of IOCL do have suprise check or have some system set up by which the customer can contact the top honcho's at the same time

                  I witnessed this on Sunday 30 Nov around 1pm just next to Shriram Shrishti apartments on Sumangali Sevashram Road, Anand Nagar, Bangalore. The residents there tell me that this is a regular occurrence.

                  A truckload of Indane gas cylinders arrives and is unloaded on the roadside for further distribution. The person unloading picks up a cylinder from the truck and throws it hard on the tar road. This happens cylinder after cylinder, each cylinder is thrown hard on the road and then picked up by another person who rolls in into place. There is no attempt to soften the blow, on the contrary, the effort seems to be to throw it as hard as possible. Does Indane have any standard cylinder handling practices which are being violated here, and if not, then is Indane certain that this type of handing will not increases chances of the cylinder behaving dangerously?

                    I am a connection holder of Indane Gas agency of Angamaly Branch (Angamaly Consumer Co-operative stores). I am totally depend upon gas for house hold functions. we are regulay following up with the company on correct dates. On contacting we used to get the repeated answers that our cylinder has been taken by the distribution cleark for delivery. on contacting them (One Mr. Francis) He promises us that the cylinder will be delivered on the same date and on its way. But even after 45 days we are still failed to get our rightful cylinder refilled. Eventhough we are having dual cylinder one is always empty as they demanding a refilling time of one month. But the fact is that we even could not get the cylinder after 45 days.

                    We have got information that Bill for delivering the cylinder alredy prepared last week. We have to depand upon other relatives and neighbours for managing rest of the days. Our almost all neighbours are using bharat gas and they are getting prompt delivery of 2 weeks after booking, and in that case we are waiting months for our rightful refilled cylinder. We are very fed up with the service. We felt that their is a something wrong intentions.

                    If there is some one to check the all these wrong deeds. Is there is some one put these on right track ? We have the opinion that all these types of public affecting matters should be entrusted to someone honest and least business minded. All these persons like francis should be checked regularly.

                    Hope if it could be eye opening for the authorities.

                    I've a connection of Surajkund Gas Service, Gorakhpur, no. SGS 25951. They book a cylinder only after 21 days of the delivery; and, they take about 7- 15 days to deliver a cylinder after booking. So, we get a cylinder in 28- 35 days. Is it correct/ legal?

                      I have a customer no. 19466 at Sathya Sai Gas Service 3, Lakhanpur, Gumti No. 11, G.T. Road Kanpur . but recently a few days ago I recieved a letter informing me about opening of a new distributorship by the name and stytle of ' M/s Shri Krishna Sai Indane Service ' having its showroom at 3/174 a Vishnupuri Kanpur -208002
                      I have bee asked to attach myself to this newly commissioned distributorship which is a source of great problem for me as being a working women i will not be able to pursue the services of the mentioned distrtibutorship as it is at quite a long distance from my house and it will be not possible for me at all to go to the mentioned gas service again again for booking the gas
                      I would be greatly thankful if I am not transferred to this new distributorship as it will be a source of great inconvinience for me . I hope a solution to my problem will be found .

                          Hi, everytime when i book for a cyllinder at gas agency (Spruthi gas agency, Alwal) they say that yes we have booked your cyllinder and you will get it within 12 working days, but even after 15 days when i dont get the cyllinder. i used to go to their office and i just shocked when they answer me that there are no booking for you, and again i have to book.                             I am Partha Mitra of NetajiNagar, Tollygunde Kolkata 700092. My phone number is [protected]. This particular Gas Service agency called Chayanika Located in kolkata, Ranikuthi, Tollygunge under Indane Gas Services has provided very poor services in terms of booking and delivery of new cylinders. Its been 16 days I m over with my previous cylinder. I was desperately and restlessly trying to call the above mentioned agency on thier number[protected] and[protected] to book my new cylinder, but in vain. The number constantly and continuosly rings and then gets disconnected without any anwser. Then the number remains busy for next 45-50 minutes. Finally my wife visited Chayanika Office and requested them to take booking, which they declined and gave one phone number(1260) to her . I made booking through that number(1260) 14 days back. Still no response from them. Finally I took leave from office and went to their office last Friday. On enquiery they behaved very rudely and said that gas cylinder is not available and shall be given after supply comes. They claimed they are not entitled to let us know when they will supply us the cylinder. We are all left on their mercy. I have a single cylinder connection. Tell me how can my family with 2 school going kids cope with this crisis. I am suffering very severely because of this crisis both mentally and physically. Is this the way you treat your customers?

                            lindane — non delivery of gas cylinder and ill treating customers

                            Sir,
                            I'm residing in 28, bavapet st, kanchipuram. I possess a Indane gas connection no:1839 from your Distributor, Sri KAmakshi GAs Agencies, Kanchipuram. I was delivered one Cylinder on 9-7-2008. I was asked to book next cylinder not before 30 days and the cylinder will be delivered within a week. The next cylinder I booked on 28-8-08 i.e., after 50 days. Now it's more than 40 days and till now I didn't receive any clynder from the distributor. We have walked in many a times to your dealer's outlet at mettu st, and could not receive any proper answer from them and the counter girls over there give some irresponsible answers and behaving as though we stand as beggers before them. At last a week back they asked us to go to the godown and check there. When we went there the godown incharge asked us to ask the delivery person who will come to our house.

                            I really don't understand why these people are acting like this:
                            1. Are Indane customers walking into Indane distributor outlets are beggars? Are indane sales girls not bound to answer us properly?
                            2. Is it the duty of the customers to run from pillar to post to get a cylinder for the already existing connection? Or does an Indane customer has to stand at his residence entrance to wait for the indane delivery boy to come and ask him on the status of the booking. If it's so, does Indane gives distributorship to a person who is having no office at all?

                            I sincerely doubt, if even after 50 days of we booking, we are yet to receive the cylinder means, That cylinder which was booked for us must have been sold to any Hotel with an extra cost.

                            Kindly look into this issue seriously and help us to get our cylinder delivered at our residence without any further delay.

                            Also it's my sincere request if you could induct some code of conduct for the staff of such distributors.

                            Hope this mail will solve the problem. Kindly inform us of the action taken against the distributor for making a customer to wait soo long and ill treating his messenger by words.

An action needs to be taken against these people as they always repeat the same old story of not delivering the gas on time. We have to call them atleast 5-6 times and event then there are times when one has to go there in case of emergency and pick up the gas from the depot in R.K.Puram.

                                  i have booked a gas cylinder on 25.11.2008 (around 11am) and was told i will receive by next 10 days.
                                  Why they need 10 days I dont understand. Is it something that you ppl are not supplying them, coz everytime they say we have received the load from Head Office.

                                  When i have enquired with my friends and relatives who have indane cylinders, they said they will get in the span of 3 days after they book for the gas. But, our agency seems to be pathetic and very negligent there is no good service at all. I strongly feel that these ppl will sell it in black and make nice money.
                                  They are literally spoiling your company's goodwill.

                                  I totally agree with all the comments. Even I have connection with Anusha Gas Agency. They never deliver gas in time. They always take 10-20 days to deliver a gas after booking. When you call and ask about the status, they say they don’t have stock to deliver. But if call gas delivery person and ask the gas in black they always ready to give I don’t know from where they get stock to sell in black. Please someone take action against it.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have booked a gas cylindeer on 23rd of October 2008, but I have not received my filled cylinder till todate(39days already over). Not only that, the dealer is behaving very badly manner, yesterday I gone to the dealer's office on that time one of the staff said that you can complaint we have no problem and the filled cylinder will deliver after one week only.

                                    This is bring your kind notice that this is very ashamed from your side.


                                    If you have a principle please help me and take the action immediately.

                                    Staff at AJOY GAS agencies are selling the cylinders elsewhere for double the price. I had confronted the gas delivery man to find out the exact reason for delay in delivery and this is what he said, "Sir, if you want gas call my cell no. I will supply within 15 days but you wil have to pay me double...around Rs.600/-"
                                    He may be saying the same thing to other residents as well. And that brings us back to the reason for delay.

                                    Pls look into the matter because AJOY GAS is making life hell for people in Cochin.

                                      I'm Thiruppathi from (Alanganallur-Edayappatti ) Madurai, Tamilnadu. Our gas customer no - 13638.

                                      For many days the service of the Indane is very poor and as a Consumer we are suffering.
                                      Dear Sir,
                                      Last week, we have received only information for gas cylinder comes from madurai - pudure agency office and alloted for above customer no, but we heared in mobile phone every one and half month(1 1/2) loadman says and calls to few customers comes to all on his own area, distance between from house to loadman says area - 15 kilomtrs, really we have no two wheeler vechicle suppose urgency we borrowing bycychle or two wheeler got from friend cirucle, then after going to arrive that place, but loadman saids very cooly cylinder's finished, So after one week later we comes to your area.This probelom everymonth doing here... what can we do ?.. we are think they are sold black sale. we don't know anythink about it.
                                      why ? to submitt this complaint, because my mother operations two eyes.. she can't work nature stove and my father can't walk to anywhere? i am also staying outside.. ..
                                      That's why submitted this complaint to you.

                                      For many days the service of the Indane is very poor and as a Consumer is suffering for irresponsible answer in gas agency.
                                      Sir,
                                      Last week, 7th January I was booking gas cylinder. but still now we don’t have received any gas cylinder. At booking time supplier inform to deliver in your cylinder 12th January. what can we do ?.. we don't know anythink about it. why ? to submitt this complaint, because my mother is aged person.
                                      Sorry for the trouble!!
