The distributer agency informed me that they updated their system with status as delivered even before they delivered it to the customer. They also informed that the system will auto update this information as delivered if the delivery is getting late to the customer for any of the reasons. They did not deliver the cylinder yet but promised to deliver it in a day or two.
I have a query for Indian Oil organization- You have implemented online OTP (DAC) which is sent to customer to share it to the delivery person during the refill cylinder delivered. Only if we give this info, it has to be delivered as the stop any sort of mis leads. But, even without the need of DAC this distributor is updating the status as delivered and when we (the customers/sufferer) calls them then they blame their systems which are automatically updating it. (which is a lie because without the manual intervention the system don't have those kind of artificial intelligence instructions to predict the future delivery and does that).
Hope you still please consider this complaint and take necessary steps on your systems/distributors to stop these sort of troubles for the end customers like me.
Though, I am closing the complaint from my side, it's up to you to consider my feedback or not.
