We stopped for petrol pump and staff misbehaved us when we raised objection for pressing the liver of pump again and again without any reason

On 20th March 2021 at 07:10 am i went to om sai filling station gaur city - 2 for a petrol refill and asked them to give a refill of 350 rupees and the employee Named Rahul Kumar started the meter with out pointing it Zero. When I saw the meter immediately, it was crossing above Rs.117/- . when i confronted them he abused me . After that I called manager Named Babloo regarding my issue but he doesn't accept it. [protected] at 10:30 pm I went to an Indian oil petrol pump at Balabhut in Cooch behar district of west Bengal, my two wheeler was out of fuel & I was with my wife returning from an occasion. Two employees of that pump sitting on office rejected my request as they closed the pump but actually not, they just busy in mobile & don't want to come out. That night I had faced so much difficulties to return home. I want strict action against those unprofessional workers. They have no moral rights to work on this emergency services.

Went for refilling my vehicle, today morning at 6:47 AM.
There were three staff members at petrol pump, all of them doing nothing except gossiping. they didn't bother who is coming or not, just abruptly talking. I called them to refill, they were just procrastinating to each other. called four times and wait for 7 minutes...but none of them even listen.
Highly nuisance behaviour on their part. I was in hurry, but they don't care. Is this the level of service, India's leading brand providing. Feeling to never go on Indian oil petrol pump again.
What action to take...its your call

Dear Sirs,
Today I (68 year old citizen) visited Coco Vasna Petrol Pump ( Opposite Taksh Complex, Vasna Road, Vadodara, Gujarat) for filling of petrol worth Rs. 1100.00. Accordingly the the amount was preset. Before the meter reading was reset to 'zero" the operator started the filling. Usually the operators request to check the meter to confirm the meter reading is reset to zero. This was not done. since I was was looking at the meter I am sure the meter reading was not zero. It was indicating Rs. 4.70. Immediately I I pointed out the same to the operator. By the time the operator could stop the filling, meter reading indicated Rs.470.69. The operator refused to accept that the meter reading was not zero. Matter was then taken up by the senior office staff. the operator was polite. However the office staff
was very rude. They too did not accept my observation. They said nothing can be done and 'I can do what ever I want to do' (Jo karna hai kar lo').
Attached is the invoice no.250 dt. 18th March, 2021 which confirms the preset amount and amount delivered. I was denied the balance supply.
Amount involved here is small. However, is it not wrong to start filling before the meter is reset? You surely would not accept rude behavior by the staff who are part of your family.
I request you to do the needful so that customers are not cheated and insulted.

Respect agency in above fule station they didn't accept my debit card they ask cash .so I went ATM in that early morning time with draw my cash after pay

Today, I received me refill with 2.5Kg short Gas

On 16.06.2021, evening around 9.30 pm i went to indian oil coporation petrol pump (NEAR JAAT DHARAMSALA) at HANUMANGARH junction, rajasthan for filling petrol in vehicle. While i entering the pump he closed all machine in front of me at 9:30 and when I ask him to fill petrol in my vehicle than I surprised to see his behavior to me was very rude and insulting he was asking me there isn't mentioned time anywhere in petrol pump and get out from here.
I didn't expect this kind of behavior from Indian oil corporation petrol pump employees.

I request you to kindly take necessary action against the employee.

I booked gas cylinder online yesterday. Payment was not made at once so I make it twice. The amount got deducted from my account twice. Anyhow I got the cylinder today but not received the refund amount yet.

Plz help me to get the refund amount as soon as possible and do the needful.

This petrol pump is not providing FREE AIR to customers. The guy working there, tells people to out AIR to their vehicles by themselves.
Rude behavior of the staff.

Indian oil petrol pump under HDFC BANK A.T.M all security Guard toilet perpose problem. Petrol pump maneger is a do not help all security Guard. Please help me. Kolkata 151 bihansaroni hatibagan .pin code 700006.

I have been a loyal customer for years with Vaishali filling point in Vaishali, Ghaziabad, UTTAR PRADESH. I had a recent visit to the same where I saw some unethical practices being followed. Specifically where they have a puncture station. I saw almost all the people were asked to put a mushroom type puncture which costs 4 times the regular puncture. It was indeed shocking to witness such hefty amount charged irrespective of how big or small the puncture was. I did also witness negligence from the management and the owners regarding the same. I have been forced to make this complaint by my recent horrific experience with Vaishali Filling point. I hope a correct and appropriate way to address the above grievance will be suggested

Even though I requested the female to swipe my Citi Bank card on the Citi Bank machine, intentionally she swiped it on HDFC bank machine so that they would get extra charged pocketed. Even the Manager when I raised the complaint asked the female to just say sorry and said that the issue is solved.
Does IOC feel that (despite the high prices) given the petrol free of cost and is this side business that the management is running to intentionally swipe on some other machine to get extra amount pocketed. I have even written to the CHAIRMAN OF IOC SEVERAL TIMES but I feel that the entire management themselves are involved in this kind of activity so that they get their share.

Consumer no. 15415 at Prasanna gas agencies, Padi, chennai, On 10 03 2021 there was a fire accident while replacing with new cylinder due to leakage & heavy loss to the building & household items. Informed to police, fire station & Indane distributor. copy of CSR & fire report are given to the distributor who visited the site. he said he has informed to Field officer, IOCL & who will attend the site for inspection. Till date no one from IOCL or Insurance company inspected the site. The debris & gas cylinder are kept as it is ..
It is requested to arrange IOCL & Insurance person to inspect the site, immediately, initiate the process of insurance claim & compensate us suitably, do justice & recover us from the tragic event. thank you

The Delivery boy, I couldn't get his name demanded 20rs over the Bill. I gave 10rs as a tip and he spoke in an insulting manner and threatened not to deliver next time. Also the cylinder is in an extremely bad shape to which he replied it's not an issue.

12/03/2021 I was petrol filled to my bike at indian oil pump saraswathi agency tindivanam pondy road, tindivanam. I requested 2 liter petrol fuel but i saw the meter while fuel fill suddenly increase amount Rs 232 I am arguing with them but not get proper response.They asked rudely pay full amount i paid at same time leave there.they are cheating and fradalant with customers. My Fz bike mileage 50km/lit but I just 40 Km only drived got low fuel warning(already i have half liter fuel in my bike). I checked the bill after sometime, that system bill generated time and paid time are too differ..system bill showed 45 minuts before future time..I attached bill here

In Kilkovalaivedu village, vandavasi taluk, Thiruvannamalai District, most tea shops, eateries and hotels are using domestic cylinders for commercial purpose.

Currently Kennady Tea stall, Dayalan Tea stall, Elumalai sweets and savories, Perumal ( partotta hotel) are using domestic cylinders for commercial purpose.

Today a gas Cylinder was delivered around 5:30 pm.
We went out of house around 6pm and came back at 8:30 pm.
The house was full of gas smell. we opened all door and windows. Then checked and found seal was tempered, and superficially fitted back.

The cylinder is kept outside the house. Following is expected
1. cylinder need to be replaced
2. The delivery boy who came without mask, needs to be acted upon and unearth who is playing the game of stealing gas
