I Dr.Suchit Mohan Kerkar, resident of malwan, district sindhudurg, maharashtra.I am appointed as medical officer in govt. rural hospital, malwan for last 1year.
I have applied for gas connection at Indane gas agency, malwan on 18-03-08. I have been given waiting list no 1542.
please give me a connection as early as possible because this being new place i am facing a lot of problems
agency asked me to get a written order from you regarding same as there are some provisions for doctors working in govt set up

sir,
I Mr. Duryodhan Sahoo, resident of Dighalo, district Puri, Orissa.
I have applied for TB connection at Puja Indane gas agency, Konark on 13-03-10.
please give me a connection as early as possible because I donot have any gas tank for cooking i am facing a lot of problems
agency always asked me to give me a gas load tank in the next week since 13.03.2010
I want to know that they are selling the tanks in black in other markets so always displayed me that tank sort in this month

    Consumer number : 24969, We had booked Gas on 2nd May 2008 and when we did not receive the gas even after 20 days, we enquired, they said they have cancelled the earlier booking and booked again on 22nd May. On what basis they can cancel the booking, Is there no rule to stop this non-sense . Or Is their any official action that can be taken on these people ? I am not sure if "Indane people" will actually look into the complaints and try to resolve. When try to call and ask why they did so, they but the phone.

    There has not been a single instance in 10 yrs since I am registered with them that they have delivered the gas on time. Everytime they ask to collect it personally. If you talk to them over phone they start shouting and ask vague questions.

    I am really amazed at their attitude towards work and their laid back ways.

      even govt. clarified its stand on release of new gas connection in RS still the gas agencies in bangalore are in reciept of letter stating no new connection till further notice.

        I had booked a cyllinder date[protected] with Parul gas service shop no.3-4, main road hardev nagar, jharoda, burari, delhi-84. My consumer number is 18828. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me.

        Indane Gas — Cyllinder not supplied

        I had booked a cyllinder with M/S ARTHI INDANE GAS SERVICES,Trichy.600 023 on 06.01.2010,My consumer No 09582.
        Till date, the same is not delivered to me, when i call the agency to enquire about it, there is no response.
        I request you to please look in to the issue.

        Last month on 16.02.2011, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S Shree Darshan Gas Service, 18 Pallav Tower, Pallavpuram, Roorkee Road, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. My consumer number is 83229. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please take necessary action.

        Indane Gas — Not supply of Cylinder

        My consumer No. is ET 222. I have make a call for gas cylinder on 5th August 2011, my serial no. was 206282 by mobile calling service of Indane. The gas cylinder is still not delivered on 19th July 2011. The toll free no. of Indane [protected] is always engaged. How we customer may call for our problem. Regards, Nilam Kumari

          Not a complaint, it is a request. My daughter Ms. Meenakshi Kaleeswaran has been appointed as Software Engineer in Infosys and posted at Bangalore Branch. She has been allotted Indane Gas conenction from M.P. quota at Bangalore. She has got the connection also.

          I am her mother and we are staying at Delhi. Here at Delhi our ration card has become dead and cancelled. The Indane dealer at Bangalore is demanding for Ration Card of Ms. Meenakshi. We don't have any ration card. The dealer says without ration card further delivery cannot be made. Therefore, I am requesting you to help some way out. What other address proof can be submitted for continuing the gas cylinder delivery - in the form of letter from the organisation where she is working or address proof where she is staying?

          Can you please help in this issue - so that the same can be sorted out and proof submitted to the dealer.

          my sister who is married wants to book for a gas connection with indane gas. I just want to know whether the ration card is compulsory or not. Because, since we are above poverty line, no ration was being distributed and later since it was not renewed, it lapsed.

          Under such circustances, could u kindly suggest some alternative for the ration card and also let me know how long it takes the get a gas connection at koramangala I block after booking. Kindly advise.

            Dear Sir,

            SUB: Name Transfer

            My customer no. is 61561. I 've been using yr product since
            1982, regd. in da name of Sri. S.Venkataraman for whom I was da care taker.
            Now da gentleman is not with me & da Distributor refuses to transfer
            it in my name. I 've produced affidavit in Rs. 80/ Stamp paper
            with Power of Attorney seal.
            I 've got valid ration card, PAN card, Election card & other documents.
            M/S. Sridhar Gas Agency, 11/4 Morrison 1st st., ALANDUR,
            CHENNAI- 600 016 insists for a FRESH REGN. in my name
            for a cash payment of Rs. 2100/ . They are not accepting cheque.

            Pl. look into da matter & arrange for a Name Transfer
            wihout fees.

              I live in chennai. In my family there are 7 adults & two kids & we had two gas connections.
              Now they blocked one of the connections, stating that they would provide only one connection per ration card. I've no way in which I can split my ration card into two, since the civil supplies corporation says that they do not accept any application for splitting if we are in the same region.
              Hence I request the authorities to release the connections atleast based on the number of members living in a family

                Hi,

                I booked my new connection on 23-mar-2007 in Venkateshwara Gas Agency . When I enquired about new gas connection they are saying that new connection is blocked and we can not give new connection. The behavior of the staff is also very rude. They are not ready to listen any thing. When I asked, If there is any possibility to start new connection, he blindly says no. When i tried to call local indane office number [protected] and [protected], no one was lifting the phone. Once a lady lift the phone and disconnected it. I dont understand what is the problem with these guys...

                I went Venkateshwara Gas Agency at hosur, for new connection but they told now days we are not giving new conncetion like they told, & the same guy told with out ration card we cant give like they told, even they told this answer roughely. what is the realy problem for new connection pls tell us sir,

                Again i went Vaisnu gas agency they are asking two type of address proof one identy proof what realy enough for getting the new conncetion pls give guide line

                realy the people are making pool us so pls help me.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I am working in a Public Sector Organisation, approached Mohan Gas Services (Near BEL Circle, Next To INdial Oil Petrol Pump, Bangalore) to get the New connection. They asked me to produce the ration card. i produced the ration card and asked the connection without stove, since i had the stove of which has provided by INDANE only. (Actually our organisation gave the pigeon stove as a new year stove, which has the feature of automatic lighter once start the operation(lighter is not required) since it is very user friendly i had given the same to my relative, who stays in village & exchanged the stove which they got along with cylinder in the month of april 2008 from Indane gas service provider)

                Mohan Gas Agency told that if i purchse Gas cylinder & Stove both from them, they will give the connection within 3 days and no inspection of house or kitchen.
                If i want to purchase only cylinder technician will come and ceck the stove, since i had the stove i agrred for the same after 2-3 days he came and saw the stove and said that the stove is from Indane only is good that i have that. later he asked me to show the kitchen, being a bacheolar and living in city like Bangalore, it was embarrasing me to show him the fully pledged kicthen. i am in a rented house where i have two rooms and one bath room, when he asked me i told one room where i using as living room & keeping all i belongings, asper the requirement mentioned in website i need to have a place for cooking ...
                ( Q. How do I get a new domestic (14.2 kg/5 kg cylinder)Indane connection? Where is my nearest LPG distributor located?
                Ans: Indane is available for domestic use in 14.2 Kg capacity cylinders and also in 5 Kg capacity cylinders in select few cities primarily in hilly / rural areas in the country.
                New LPG Connections are now Available on Demand across the country. In case you do not have an LPG connection from any of the PSU Oil Companies in your name and you have a separate cooking area in your house you can have an Indane domestic connection in your name)...i told him that i will use that as a kitchen and shown him the table which i will be using to keep the stove on it and cylinder under that to full fill the safety requirement as well as two windows in the room. But i have been refused to get the connection based on the reason of his inspection note that "No kitchen"... i twice went to the agency and explained the situation, but the authorities are under the impression that i have only one room, they are not ready to listen to me & not even offered me a seat to express myself. As a right for information when i asked the same in writing the Madam refused to give in writing didnt give any chance to further conversation again i started brefing ...Suppose i have purchased stove & cylinder there itself no question of Inspection... no matter about kitchen...no matter of being refused by them & unexpected treatment...waste of my time & writing this big mail !!!. Since i am not purchasing stove from them all these cycle of activities, thogh i have the same stove being provided by them... as per the website i fullfill all the requirements and i stress & reiterate that i have to rooms, one wooden table to fulfill the safety requirement...more importantly the INDANE STOVE.

                when i requested eventhough they are under bias & decided not give connection, i was told to come on Tuesday to know my final status...of connection...
                My appeal to Indane gas is to just go through the mail and atleast make sure that same worst situation will not happen to others in future or advise me to take next step...that what i have to do...

                  Sir,
                  I am Saurabh Raina, being a customer want to complaint about the home delivery service which is provided by your local dealer in Loni, and the full address of the dealer is mentioned below.
                  Freedom Gas Service, H.No.1425, Balram Nagar, Delhi Saharanpur Road, Loni(GZB).
                  And the concern person is Mr.Ranvir Singh who is working on the godown at Banthla village.
                  The complaint is about that the actual price of a domestic cylinder is 293.35 and if in case dealer is unable to provide a home delivery service so he has to give the rebate of rs.8 per cylinder and they are not providing the home delivery in the proper manner and they charge 300.00/cylinder and they are doing black marketing openly and they are selling the opened seal cylinder and customer has to purchase the opened seal cylinder under crucial time. They have been providing proper services to their known people or they demand for bribe So please take step to prevent these things. If you don't take any step so I have to go to consumer forum.

                    it is not camplain

                    I want to transfer my Indain gas cylender connection from UDAIPUR (RAJASTHAN) to Vadodara (Gujrat)

                    my problem is that i had to get my all house hold goods instantly from Udaipur to Vadodara

                    now i am working at Vadodara

                    I am having all the related papers of the connection as well as proff of identity

                    And now i hope that i may get connectivity connection at Vadodara without having depositing both cylender at UDAIPUR and get the transfer voucher from Udaipur and then reissue both cylender from Vadodara

                    May i get the way to do this

                    so that avoidable expenses of trasfer of cylenders as well as other incidental expenses.

                      I went to a indane gas agency situated nearby to my residence and asked for a gas connection. He told that he will be giving the new connection only when i will purchase a gas stove from the agency. I may please be intimated whether it is mandatory to purchase a gas stove from the agency itself. I am living in coimbatore, tamil nadu.

                      Sub: Forcing for purchase a Gas Stove worth Rs. 1650/

                      Sir, With due respect i would like to inform you that I had already purchase one stove from market IS 4246. My nearest Indian Oil Distributor is Anubha Gas Agency D-18 Pandav Nagar, Delhi - 110092. They are saying regarding you have bought to purchase a stove then we can provide you connection, firstly he told us my inspection team will go there and will confirm about your's Stove; he came and report in agency he has a old stove but not at all. Inspector who came for inspection telling me for pls pay me something i will arrange everything for you. You don't have to go every were.

                      So I request to you pls give me suggestion and help me whatever possible for your's industry.
                      Pls do the needful with high level.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have taken gas connection from M/s. Karuna Gas Agency (Indane gas company) in Feb.07. On enquiring about double gas connection they informed me initially that after 6 month Ican apply for Double gas connection. After 6 months when I enquired regarding double gas connection, they informed me that it will take some more time & they will contact me over the Phone in case double conncetion starts. More over the responce is very poor & their behaviour is very poor. Every time I go to meet them they are not at all co-operating. They are at all having time to inform when they can tentatively give the double connection.Toady i.e 16th My.08 I again went to know about the status of the same. The reply was that the double connection has been stopped. At least we expect some good behaviour from their end.

                        Iam very sorry to informed that a reputed & esteemed organisation like Indan Gas is providing service like this & their customer service is very poor. I also don't know whether M/s. Indane Gas is taking some steps from their end to look into the affair of their gas Agency.

                        At least we expect some good customer service form their end.

On enquiring about double gas connection they informed me initially that after 7 Year Ican apply for Double gas connection. After 7 Yeasr when I enquired regarding double gas connection, they informed me that it will take some more time & they will contact me over the Phone in case double conncetion starts.                           Recently I got Transfered to Hassan- 573201 from Bangalore.
                          I had the LPG Connection at your Yelahanka Dealer at Bangalore.
                          On shifting of the family i brought both the cylinders along with other goods to my new residence at hassan.
                          I approached the local Indane dealer with the Indane passbook given to me at Yelahanka, Bangalore for transering / shifting of the connection from bangalore and they have informed to that they can not effect the transfer on the basis of the passbook.
                          They expressed their inability since they give reconnection against voucher.
                          Since one cylinder was in use and the other one was yet to be opened and I was very much busy in shifting of belongings I could not surrender the cylinders and brought the voucher.
                          Now, It is very much difficult for me to take back both the cylinders to Bangalore and get the voucher .
                          In view of the hindrances at present I have could you help me by advising both the dealers for transfering of connection from Bangalore(Yelahanka) to Hassan.

                          Dear Sir,

                          This is Narendra from Bangalore. Four months back I transfered my Gas connection from 'Benake Enterprises' Rajagi Nagar, Bangalore to 'SHEELA AGENCY', 3rd Phase, JP Nagar, Bangalore.

                          I was there with Benaka Enterprises since 2001 and I never had any problem, he was giving good services. This made me to be very proud about Indabe Gas customer services.

                          Now I am very much suffreing from 'Sheela Agency'. Miy family is small and both myself and my wife are working. After four months I bookd for a Gas on June 9th 2008. But gas is not yet delivered. When they commit the delivery date they will not come, unnecessarily I have take leave and waiting for them.
                          I went to their office personally on 14th to bring the gas, they told they will deliver it to home on 16th (today). Today again I have taken a leave and waiting for them, few minutes back they told they are not able to find my receipt and they will deliver it tomorrow.

                          Please take some action on this regard.
                          I am using Indane LPG connection of by my Sister In Law. They have shifted their residence to some other city and they are having another connection. I dont have Ration card to get a new connection. Is it possible to transfer the connection to my name.

                            I have moved to Baroda from Hyderabad recently. I surrendered the cylinder and regulator in Hyderabad and took Transfer Voucher. I am staying in Nijampura in Baroda. All the dealers here are saying they do not have transfer vouchers to transfer my connection. This has been happening for the last 2 weeks. Nobody knows when the vouchers will be available. Nor new connections are being issued.This is very disgusting and causing lot of mental agony as LPG is one of the most essential requirement. I request the authorities concerned to look into this matter urgently, find out the actual reasons/ foul play by dealers(?) and help many consumers like me who are facing hardship, for being loyal to Indane.

                            Indane LPG — non availability of lpg

                            i would like to register a complain against messers anand gas agency, ashok nagar, ranchi, jharkhand.my consumer number is AG-22270. I had booked a lpg cylinder on september 25, 2008. lpg has not been provided till date.. Besides the poor customer services and late delivery, lpg blackings is on stake.. registered customers have to wait for approximately a month to get a lpg..the service providers are untrustworthy and they are indulged in lpg blackings..
                            with due considerations to the forthcoming pujas and all, if lpg is not provided on time then it may create hell lot of problem

                            We have shifted our residence from Lingampally Kachiguda to 16-7-365/1, Azampura Chaderghat, Hyderabad - 500 024 and want to transfer our LPG supply from existing distributor M/s. Jairam Gas Agency, Amberpet. We would like to know who is the distributor covering this particular area, we have communicated to BPCL authorities but no response. Therefore It is requested to kindly arrange to inform us the agency name who can deliver LPG cylinders to our address, enabling us to make necessary arrangements to get it transfered.

                              i booked a new connection on 31st march2008 in NIm Gas services B block patel Nagar 2nd ghaziabad, He given me a date i.e. 5th of May 2008, but when I visited on same day he told me that new connection require 4300/- for filled cylender regulator tube and Gas stove, I told him I don't require Gas stove, Then He refused to give connection, I contact your Sales manager on [protected] no he told me please go again to distributer and told him about our discussion, Again I visited to Nim Gas services but still He is not providing me gas connection.After that I tried lot more to contact your Sales manager but could not sucess, hence you are requested please look into the matter, and provide me a new connection,

                                i am a customer of yours. i have a double cylinder indane gas connection. our local dealer is govardhan gas agency marripalem visakapatam. They are not receiving phone orders. normally they do not lift the telephone. their idea is to delay the gas supply.( customer will be forced to vist his office. the consequent tme lag will be used to sell the cylinders in black market. he is charging rs 550 rs in the black market. kindly see that this malpractice is stopped. warn him of disciplinery action if not corrective steps are taken.

                                I am Indane gas customer at Vizag with Distributor Code No.125542(Widows Welfare Association Of Visakhapatnam Port Trust.). On 26.05.10 I have returned my double gas cylinders with regulator and got transfer vochure to Chennai. But till date the distributor had not credited my deposit amount in to my bank account. I asked them to credit my deposit amount in S.B.I Branch-Kailasapuram in my son account number [protected]. Even after completion of one month period also they have not deposited the amount in S.B.I account.
                                Earlier the gas delivery also very worst from their end. I request you to take serious action against them
                                My Customer Number is 5890.(Visakapatnam) The distributor always switch off the telephones at their office.

                                Hello sir, I am a customer of Indane gas with customer no:9094 at Varaha Gas agency. We would like to transfer our gas connection to HP gas as it is very near to our house. Is'nt it people for us to transfer our gas connection from Indane to HP?
                                i RAMANA REDDY from gajuwaka, visakhapatnam. i am commenting that INDANE GAS was unable to serve customers up to the mark. i did online booking on 15th october still there is no response or even no body bother to answer customers calls. we tried to give complaint through the complaint booking cell bearing the no. [protected]. but that no. is always busy or unable to connect. they are giving wrong information saying that cylinder will come within 2days.
                                now they are saying that your cylinder already been issued and distributor saying that it was not issued.we are suffering a lot because of insufficiency of gas. if you give proper information within time, we may go for other alternative. please look into this issue and rectify the errors regarding such complaints as soon as possible.

For me last gas cylinder supplied was on 08052014 .i I have double cylinder Now I am unable to book refill through Ivor system. [protected]. At times it says. You booked in january 2014.                                   Contact Nos. of Gas Agency not working, huge time taken in delivery of gas when booked at 1260

                                  The Telephone nos. 26898953 and 26134492 of M/s Sai Sewa Enterprises, Vasant Kunj, New DElhi are not found to be working during office hours - to book the Gas refill. My connection no. is SS-956. I have to go either personally to book where agency's counter staff is too busy.
                                  Booking at 1260 (centralised) does not yield much. Last month I had to talk to Mrs. Sadhana Khosla, IOC officer (AGM ?) at telephone no. 23414266 extension...

                                  Gas Connection

                                  I approached the K2International, 255-A, Pkt-N Sarita Vihar, New Delhi but the owner said that he will not give gas connection unless I buy hotplate worth Rs. 5000/- from his shop. When I asked that it should not be compulsion, then in a rude manner he said that he it is his shop and customers have to go as per his wishes. He said that it is his shop's policy...I have failed to understand this......

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam,
                                  My customer nois -17907. presently my connection is with M/s Rajapriya Gas agency ( SIVAKASI) from oct 07. Since then i have requested for four( 04 ) refills. Each time i will have to make so many calls or i have meet the owener of the firm. Then only the cylinders were delivered to me after 10 to 15 days. Each Refill cost me around Rs/-350. 290 for the cylinder + Rs 10 to the delivery man+ Rs15 to 20 for the telephone calls+Rs 20 for going personnaly to the said agency to meet firm manager/owner. D/man says the delivery day to my area where i am staying is Monday. booking clerk says tuesday. manager says wednesday. Owner of the firm says other day. I would like to know is there any particular day is fixed by your esteemed office. Please check from their computer. Last cylinder the bill no -91353 order no 4093 was dated on 21-03-08. but delivered to me on 27-03 08 after i went personnaly to the firm. Routine is disturbed and now my both cylinders are empty.
                                  2. I request you to kindly intervene and do need ful. let me get my cylinders at the IOC rate. I may please be intimated if any representative visit SIVAKAsi. Thanking you,

                                    LPG shop in Boral, Kolkata — Problem in booking

                                    My consumer No. is 2497. On 21.11.08, at about 11.15 AM, my wife asked the said shop for booking over telephone. It was assured that the delivery would be given in due course. Today (13.12.08), at about 9.45 AM, when I enquired about not getting delivery, I was told that no booking was made for my consumer no. on 21.11.08. This was shocking to us. The person was talking tough over telephone.
                                    I was registered with this shop during 1998 on my transfer from Delhi. Over past decade, number of consumers must have been doubled. There is an urgent need for bifurcation of this shop to deliver better public service.
