Sir, With due respect i would like to inform you that I had already purchase one stove from market IS 4246. My nearest Indian Oil Distributor is Anubha Gas Agency D-18 Pandav Nagar, Delhi - 110092. They are saying regarding you have bought to purchase a stove then we can provide you connection, firstly he told us my inspection team will go there and will confirm about your's Stove; he came and report in agency he has a old stove but not at all. Inspector who came for inspection telling me for pls pay me something i will arrange everything for you. You don't have to go every were.

So I request to you pls give me suggestion and help me whatever possible for your's industry.
Pls do the needful with high level.

Double AGs connection

Dear Sir,

I have taken gas connection from M/s Om Indain Gas Agency (Indane gas company) in 05.Sep.04. On enquiring about double gas connection they informed me initially that after 7 Year Ican apply for Double gas connection. After 7 Yeasr when I enquired regarding double gas connection, they informed me that it will take some more time & they will contact me over the Phone in case double conncetion starts. More over the responce is very poor & their behaviour is very poor. Every time I go to meet them they are not at all co-operating. They are at all having time to inform when they can tentatively give the double connection.Toady i.e 29th, 11 I again went to know about the status of the same. The reply was that the double connection has been stopped. At least we expect some good behaviour from their end.

Iam very sorry to informed that a reputed & esteemed organisation like Indan Gas is providing service like this & their customer service is very poor. I also don't know whether M/s. Indane Gas is taking some steps from their end to look into the affair of their gas Agency.

At least we expect some good customer service form their end.

Dear Sir,

This is Narendra from Bangalore. Four months back I transfered my Gas connection from 'Benake Enterprises' Rajagi Nagar, Bangalore to 'SHEELA AGENCY', 3rd Phase, JP Nagar, Bangalore.

I was there with Benaka Enterprises since 2001 and I never had any problem, he was giving good services. This made me to be very proud about Indabe Gas customer services.

Now I am very much suffreing from 'Sheela Agency'. Miy family is small and both myself and my wife are working. After four months I bookd for a Gas on June 9th 2008. But gas is not yet delivered. When they commit the delivery date they will not come, unnecessarily I have take leave and waiting for them.
I went to their office personally on 14th to bring the gas, they told they will deliver it to home on 16th (today). Today again I have taken a leave and waiting for them, few minutes back they told they are not able to find my receipt and they will deliver it tomorrow.

Please take some action on this regard.

I am using Indane LPG connection of by my Sister In Law. They have shifted their residence to some other city and they are having another connection. I dont have Ration card to get a new connection. Is it possible to transfer the connection to my name.

i would like to register a complain against messers anand gas agency, ashok nagar, ranchi, jharkhand.my consumer number is AG-22270. I had booked a lpg cylinder on september 25, 2008. lpg has not been provided till date.. Besides the poor customer services and late delivery, lpg blackings is on stake.. registered customers have to wait for approximately a month to get a lpg..the service providers are untrustworthy and they are indulged in lpg blackings..
with due considerations to the forthcoming pujas and all, if lpg is not provided on time then it may create hell lot of problem

We have shifted our residence from Lingampally Kachiguda to 16-7-365/1, Azampura Chaderghat, Hyderabad - 500 024 and want to transfer our LPG supply from existing distributor M/s. Jairam Gas Agency, Amberpet. We would like to know who is the distributor covering this particular area, we have communicated to BPCL authorities but no response. Therefore It is requested to kindly arrange to inform us the agency name who can deliver LPG cylinders to our address, enabling us to make necessary arrangements to get it transfered.

i am a customer of yours. i have a double cylinder indane gas connection. our local dealer is E.Ramasastry, Durga Enterprises, Tanuku, West godavari District. They are not receiving phone orders. normally they do not lift the telephone. their idea is to delay the gas supply.( customer will be forced to vist his office. the consequent tme lag will be used to sell the cylinders in black market. he is charging rs 550 rs in the black market. kindly see that this malpractice is stopped. warn him of disciplinary action if not corrective steps are taken.Already I booked on[protected], but till today he is not send the gas. I am Indane gas customer at Vizag with Distributor Code No.125542(Widows Welfare Association Of Visakhapatnam Port Trust.). On 26.05.10 I have returned my double gas cylinders with regulator and got transfer vochure to Chennai. But till date the distributor had not credited my deposit amount in to my bank account. I asked them to credit my deposit amount in S.B.I Branch-Kailasapuram in my son account number [protected]. Even after completion of one month period also they have not deposited the amount in S.B.I account.
Earlier the gas delivery also very worst from their end. I request you to take serious action against them

Hello sir, I am a customer of Indane gas with customer no:9094 at Varaha Gas agency. We would like to transfer our gas connection to HP gas as it is very near to our house. Is'nt it people for us to transfer our gas connection from Indane to HP?

i RAMANA REDDY from gajuwaka, visakhapatnam. i am commenting that INDANE GAS was unable to serve customers up to the mark. i did online booking on 15th october still there is no response or even no body bother to answer customers calls. we tried to give complaint through the complaint booking cell bearing the no. [protected]. but that no. is always busy or unable to connect. they are giving wrong information saying that cylinder will come within 2days.
now they are saying that your cylinder already been issued and distributor saying that it was not issued.we are suffering a lot because of insufficiency of gas. if you give proper information within time, we may go for other alternative. please look into this issue and rectify the errors regarding such complaints as soon as possible.

M/S sai sewa enterprises (gas agency) — gas agency phone is not working

I am trying to complain since Monday 30.11.09 for refilling my gas cylinder No. 19743, but not getting phone. There are three phone numbers in the gas agency[protected], 26134492,[protected], but all three Nos. are out of order or engaged, I didn't understand. Now how I book my gas cylinder for refilling, any number for complaning of gas agency, I mean any phone number of Bharat Petroulium for complain of Agency.

I am also facing this problem for a long time. sometime i have to contact the delivery person after booking through 25611260. i have made a complaint to IOC customer care but nothing has happend. I was trying to contact Sai Sewa Enterprise for last two days at phone nos. 26898953/26134492/26131153 but all the numbers are continuously getting busy. Its not only me, there are thousands of complaint against them. My humble request to IOC to take strict action against them.

All the complaints above is absolutely true. I am also fasing the same problem. The gas agency is not bothered about the customer problems. They never deliver the cylinders in time. There is no reliable gas agency near to this also. Please look into this.

I absolutely agree with the above complaint. Moreover, there needs to auditing of their gas depot. They supply tampered cylinders and fear only local jat population.

I have booked for cylinder on 10th August 2010 and today is 18th. I have not received the cylinder and I am not able to contact on phone nos. 26898953 or 26134492. Continuously both the numbers are engaged. Senior Officers of this agency / indian oil may please look into the matter and resolve the problem. my booking refence no. is 80 on 10.08.2010.

Earlier we were staying in B1. So, as the telephone nos are always busy/not working[protected],[protected], we used to personally go on Saturdays and book for gas refill. Now, after shifting to B9, we are not able to book a gas refill. Our connection no. is 23345. The phones are always busy. We do not know what to to do.

Our cylinder has been leaking for the last one week. I could get hold of a delivery boy- Mr. Amar Singh's s phone no ([protected]), somehow, he was promising to inform the concerned area boy, but till now, there is no action taken. I have small kids, who prepare Maggi in the afternoon, sometimes. I am working and I am very scared, in my absence, if they forget to close the regulator, will the gas agency take responsibility for the consequences. Please help us to get the correct phone nos of this agency or cancel the license of this agency.

I would like to make you aware about my problem which remained unsolved up to now.

1. I am consumer of LPG having consumer no. - 18240 with “Sai Sewa Enterprises, Shop No.2, Sector-B, Pocket-1, csc, g.f, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070".

2. I used to receive LPG cylinders which contain less amount of gas than it ought to be and hence it lasts only 20 days or so even if we make its economical use.

3. I made complaint in the Sai Sewa Enterprises several times but no positive actions have been taken in this regard.

4. In this regard I have filed complaint in IOCL also but action is still awaited.

5. I have registered the booking 11days earlier (19th February 2011) but no delivery has been made up to now.

Hence, hereby I would like to request you to look into this matter & sort out my problem as soon as possible.

I would like to inform that I had given a letter dated 23.12.2011 to Sai Seva Agencies, Vasant kunj, New Delhi which was received by the propriter of the firm Mr Vishnu that the complaint about black mailing of my LPG cylinder arround 10 times since June 2011 to December 2011my LPG Cylinders was empty and not delivered to me during the above period. The complete details is given in my above said letter.In this regard an electronic complaint no.701365 dated 28.10.2011was also lodged but no action was taken by the firm/IOC.Vide my above letter UI had requested to Above Gas Agency for providing the all the relivant document i.e.Cash memos and Delivery memos for the said period but After passing 6 days I have not received the same.I request to all the IOC Officers to look in the matter early for providing necessory ducuments for further action to be taken in the matter & to avioid such type of male practice qand penalised the person /firm .

In this regards I had sent electronically complaint on 28.10.2011 as well as written complaint vide my letter dated 23.12.2011and reminder letter on 28.12.2011 but no action was taken by the firm nor by the IOC authorities as on date so far. As the matter regarding not providing the required documents to the undersigned since long I have no option to go to the appropriate authority for redresal my grivances if the said documents not provided within 10 days by the Sai Sewa Enterprises, Vasant kunj, New Delhi/by IOC athorities, failing which I will take suitable /leagal action againt the above firm.

मैं पिछले छह-सात वर्षों से साईं सेवा इंटरप्राइजेज का कंज्यूमर हूं। मेरा कंज्यूमर नंबर 16644 है। मैंने छह अगस्त को [protected] पर गैस बुक कराई थी। आठअगस्त को मेरे पास एसएमएस आया कि मेरा गैस बुक हो गया है और मेरा बुकिंग नंबर[protected] है। तेरह दिनों के बाद एक एसएमएस आया कि आपका कैश मेमो तैयार है और इसका नंबर-10649 है।

इतना लंबा वक्त हो जाने के बाद मैंने वहां के एक व्यक्ति कृष्ण कुमार नायर( शायद वह पहले मैनेजर था) को फोन किया तो उन्होंने कहा कि वे अब वहां काम नहीं करते हैं, अगर मुझे कोई शिकायत है तो मुझे अपनी शिकायत के लिए [protected] पर फोन करना चाहिए। मैंने उन्हें फोन किया तो उन्होंने अपनी असमर्थता जताते हुए कहा कि मैं इस मामले में कुछ नहीं कर सकता, एक दूसरा नंबर आपको देता हूं आप उनसे बात कर लें। उन्होंने दो नबंर दिए। एक नंबर[protected] और दूसरा नबंर था[protected]. इसपर मैंने इंडियन ऑयल के पदाधिकारी से पूछा कि क्या ये दोनों नबंर वाले आपके बॉस हैं तो उन्होंने कहा- नहीं, साई सेवा इंटरप्राइजेज के मालिक हैं। फिर मैंने उनसे आग्रह किया कि अगर आप हायर आथरिटी हैं तो आपको बात करनी चाहिए कि ऐसा क्यों हो रहा है? इसपर उन्होंने मुझे होल्ड करने को कहा और टेली कांफ्रेसिंग पर किसी व्यक्ति से बात कराई। बातचीत में पता चला कि उस व्यक्ति का नाम समीक शास्त्री था जो इस एजेंसी का मालिक है। मैंने उनसे अपनी शिकायत दर्ज कराई और कहा कि यह आपलोग ठीक नहीं कर रहे हैं क्योंकि उपभोक्ता को इतने लंबे समय तक गैस नहीं मिलती है, जबकि आपके एजेंसी की गैस मैंने खुद खुले बाजार में बिकते देखा है। हां, मैंने उनसे यह भी कह दिया कि मैं पिछले 20 वर्षों से पत्रकारिता में हूं और थोड़े दिनों तक मैंने पेट्रोलियम मंत्रालय भी कवर किया है, इसलिए मुझे पता है कि गैस आने में कितनी देर लगती है? इसपर वह उखड़ गया और ‘तुम-तड़ाक’ करते हुए बदतमीजी करने लगा। फिर मैंने उन्हें कहा, देखिए आपको मुझसे बदतमीजी करने का कोई अधिकार नहीं है आपको अपने परिवार की इज्जत का ख्याल रखना चाहिए( नायर ने मुझे नंबर देते समय बता दिया था कि ये शास्त्री जी के परिवार से हैं)। इसके बाद तो उसने मुझे देख लेने की धमकी दी और गाली देते हुए कहा कि अभी तुम घर पर रूको मैं तुम्हारा पता निकलवाकर हम वो गत करेगें कि फिर कभी गैस लेने का नाम नहीं लोगे। मजेदार बात ये है कि सारी बातें इंडियन ऑयल के उस अधिकारी के टेली कांफ्रेसिंग फोन पर हो रही थी, जिसे वो भी सुन रहे थे। समीक शास्त्री ने तो मुझे यह भी धमकी दी कि वो मुझे नौकरी से तुरंत निकलवा देगें।

इसके बाद मैंने दूसरे नंबर[protected] पर फोन किया जो श्रीमती मीरा शास्त्री का था। मैंने उनसे पहले की बातचीत के बारे में बारे में बताते हुए कहा कि किसी समीक शास्त्री नामक व्यक्ति ने मुझे क्या क्या कहा है। इसपर वो भी काफी आक्रमक हो गईं और उन्होंने मुझे यहां तक कह दिया कि जो कोई भी शास्त्री जी का नाम लेगा उसकी हत्या (उन्होंने ‘जान ले लूंगी’ शब्द का इस्तेमाल किया था) करवा देगें। मैं उनका रूख देखकर समझ गया कि वे लोग शास्त्री जी के नाम लेकर कुछ भी कर सकते हैं, क्योंकि इंडियन ऑयल के पदाधिकारियों में इतनी हिम्मत नहीं है कि वे उनके खिलाफ कुछ कर पाएं। जब दोनों व्यक्ति सिर्फ धमकी और नाराजगी जता रहे हों और देख लेने की धमकी दे रहे हों, वहां बात क्या होगी और इसका समाधान क्या निकलेगा, यह सोचकर फोन काट दिया। मैंने यह भी सोचा कि इसकी शिकायत तो मंत्रालय में ही करनी पड़ेगी। थोड़ी देर के बाद उनका फोन आया और उन्होंने पूछा कि आप किसके कहने पर फोन कर रहे हैं यह मुझे पता है, आप अपना नाम और कंज्यूमर नंबर बताईये नहीं तो मैं पुलिस में शिकायत करूंगी। इसपर मुझे ताव आ गया और मैंने कहा कि न मैं अपना कंज्यूमर नंबर बताऊगां और न ही अपना नाम बताऊंगा, मैं चाहता हूं कि आप इस मामले की शिकायत सीधे पुलिस से करें, इससे सभी बातें सामने आ जाएगीं और मैंने भी फोन काट दिया। मैं मन बना चुका था कि इसकी शिकायत मंत्रालय में करवाउंगा, क्योंकि यह रूटीन साईं सेवा इंटरप्राइजेज के लिए मामूली घटना है।

लगभग 10 मिनट के बाद फिर से मीरा जी का फोन आया, इस बार वो विनम्र थीं फिर कई दौर की बातचीत के बाद वो आश्वस्त हुईं कि मैं पुराने मैनेजर के ‘बहकाबे’ में उन्हें नहीं फोन कर रहा हूं।

फिर भी मैंने तय किया कि उस गैस एजेंसी की शिकायत विभागीय मंत्री से जरूर करुंगा क्योंकि एक तरफ दिल्ली की मुख्यमंत्री शीला दीक्षित कह रही हैं कि आज से दिल्ली को किरोसीन फ्री शहर बनाने जा रही हैं जबकि दूसरी तरफ गैस एजेंसियों का इनता बुरा हाल है!
मैंने इसकी शिकायत आज ही विभागीय मंत्रालय के सभी वरिष्ठपदाधिकारियों के अलावा मंत्री पेट्रोलियम विभाग के संसदीय समिति से भी की है। इसके अलावा इस मामले से मैं प्रधानमंत्री और उपभोक्ता मंत्रालय और दिल्ली सरकार से भी वाकिफ करवाना चाहता हूं। शिकायत पत्र मैंने तैयार कर ली है, इसे सभी विभाग को सौंपने जा रहा हूं।

My consumer no. 11231. Cash memo made on 23.08.2013 and even today ie on 30.08.13, even after 7 days of releasing cash memo, I have not received cylinder. Please take it seriously. I think delivery boys are selling it on black market. Last time delivery boy has not given any bill/cash memo. Please expedite sending cylinder today.

LPG shop in Boral, Kolkata — Problem in booking

My consumer No. is 2497. On 21.11.08, at about 11.15 AM, my wife asked the said shop for booking over telephone. It was assured that the delivery would be given in due course. Today (13.12.08), at about 9.45 AM, when I enquired about not getting delivery, I was told that no booking was made for my consumer no. on 21.11.08. This was shocking to us. The person was talking tough over telephone.
I was registered with this shop during 1998 on my transfer from Delhi. Over past decade, number of consumers must have been doubled. There is an urgent need for bifurcation of this shop to deliver better public service.

I BOOKED FOR GAS CYLINDER ON 3/7/2010 AT TIME 12:35 IST WITH THE BOOKING NO. 1609.THEY ADVISED THAT THE CYLINDER WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN ONE WEEK. THEREAFTER WHENEVER WE CALL BACK THEM THEY SAY IT WILL BE DONE THAT DAY OR THE NEXT DAY.THREE DAYS BEFORE THEY TOLD THAT THE SUPPLIER CAME WITH THE CYLINDER AND RETURNED AS THERE WAS NOBODY IN THE HOUSE WHICH CAN NEVER HAPPEN AS SELF FAMILY IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE IN THE HOUSE.TILL TODAY THE CYLINDER IS NOT DELIVERED (22/07/2010) AND THEY SAID THE BOOKING IS EFFECTIVE FROM 19th 2010.THIS TYPE OF IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR WILL DEFINITELY DAMAGE THE THE REPUTATION OF IOC.KINDLY TAKE UP THE MATTER.

The Gas distributing Agency Name : SABA Gas Agency, located in cart track street Maduvinkarai, chennai is not properly distributing gas as per order.

We had a bad experience with the agency that we have booked the Gas supply on 4th Sep 2010, today I am writing on 05th October 2010, Still we did not receive the supply. The agency or the distribution man is misusing the service by selling the Gas to some local illegal vendors for commercial requirements

We request the authorities to advice the agency to distribute it Properly

I am resident from Dahod(Gujarat). I want to transfer my Indane gas connection from Grandfather Name to my Grandmother name, i had contacted the dealer but they required some docs, we provided but after providing docs as per their requirement, Dealer(Damor Gas Agency) Personnnel told us that you have to give 770 Rs, against this money we will give it to you one APPRON, one lighter, one Gas pipe . I told him that we recently bought gas pipe from the checking officer, they agrred and told us that you have to pay 570 rs . I asked him that we dont need this, he told me that this is the policy of INDANE company . After this, i tried to contact responsible person of INDANE, their contact no is wrong. we are not able to pay this as much amount.

In this case, i want some concrete information, how to proceed further for the same.
