Indane Gas Agency, Indira Nagar, Lucknow is providing cylinders which have water filled in it...normally a cylinder lasts around 25-28 days for me...but this time my cylinder lasted only 12 days and i found that my cylinder has water in it...this is cheating and the agency and the supplier boys has come for this and said we will rebate upto Rs. 50.00 for this mishappening. So Sir, this is the second time when we have to face this problem. Now I am thinking to go to the consumer court for the same if some positive response will not receive from you.

    Dear Sir,

    I am very sorry to say that I am user of INDANE GAS and agency is "AVERY GASY AGENCY, Ramesh Park, Laxminagar" and consumer No.11648 and SV No. 0228198.

    I had received Gas cylinder on07.05.08 and since that time, I made many call to agency to change the same cylinder, due to leakage.

    But, till date no action has being taken.

    I am very much afraid if some incident will happened.

    Very sorry to sat that no one is listening our complaine.

    We wish to get immideat action.

    Dear Sir

    I am the cusumer of Indane Gas (Enar Gas Agency, AS Rao Nagar, Hyderabad), My consumer No. 67932. The delivered gas cylinder is getting leakage, and the same complained on Staturday to the agency, till now no one responded to the compliant.

    Homany w days we will keep the cylinder in leakage conditions. Kindly look into this.

    Rectify the problem and replace the Cylinder immediately.

      My name is Hariom and I use cylinder of indan gas service, my address is S/o Revtiram C/o Janta Cloth House, nadrai gate Kasganj 207123 and my cust. no. G08006, bill no. 1949 Dated 11.04.08, Time 04.50 Am and delivery date is 08.05.08. My cylinder wait is 600 gram less from 14.2 kg. i complainded to hocker " he said all cylinders are lo waited and his behaviour was so crual to me. than i said him to change cylinder. but 2nd cylinder was less aproximate 3 Kg also. kindly sir solve the problem its the black spot on your image.

        Iam a resident of yousufguda i am fed up of booking this gas with this Venkata sai gas agency never the phones work and if the phones ring also no one will pick the call please try to resolve this prob if poss.like me many are facing the same problem so please take any neccessary actions on it

        Indane Gas — no phone is working

        i am trying from last five days for the numbers of[protected],[protected] and[protected] to know the status of my gas booking, but no phone is wringing, first two phones is not ringing and third number i think TATA is switched off.

        due to my office timings and location of my office is too far of the gas agency thats why i am not able to go their office.

        so pl. help me.

          Dear sir

          I am using the connection of my brother V.S Santhanan for the last 32 years

          Mt brother has expired 4 years back

          Till now io have nor problem in getting connection wherever I have shifted

          Now recently I have shifted from Gurgaon -sector-14 to sector-52

          Now the new supplier in sector-52 insist the concerned should come and sign and also seek address ID

          While I can give my proff ID, how the name change can be effected

          As I am user of gas connection for the last 32 years pl let me know the solution fo the same

          Dear SIr,

          I am resident from Dahod(Gujarat). I want to transfer my Indane gas connection from Grandfather Name to my Grandmother name, i had contacted the dealer but they required some docs, we provided but after providing docs as per their requirement, Dealer(Damor Gas Agency) Personnnel told us that you have to give 770 Rs, against this money we will give it to you one APPRON, one lighter, one Gas pipe . I told him that we recently bought gas pipe from the checking officer, they agrred and told us that you have to pay 570 rs . I asked him that we dont need this, he told me that this is the policy of INDANE company . After this, i tried to contact responsible person of INDANE, their contact no is wrong. we are not able to pay this as much amount.

          In this case, i want some concrete information, how to proceed further for the same.

            My Gas consumer Numer is 11578 - Alandur gas ( TUCS ) chennai -16

            I am having single cylinder for past 5 years . I requested in my agency ( Alandur gas > TUCS . Chennai - 16 ) for additional cylinder but they always says there is no order for additional cylider mean while thwe booked the additional cylinder for before six months . there in no responce. Now Im booked cylinder on 29.04.08 they told 10 days being a single cylinder holder i requested once in 3 days please sent as earlier as possible . but they never responce still 9 days completed. so please kindly look in to this matter and do need ful.

            i am glad that our refill cylinder (consumer no. 49382) was delivered yesterday, after many phone enquiries by TUCS, thiruvanmiyir

              SIR,
              I am a consumer with M/S Tirupati Gas Service, Bulandshahr Uttar Pradesh. My consumer number is T10489. Every time on booking of refill cylider, thier is very much problem. After booking, every time cylinder is delivered in minimum fifteen days most of times this time reaches to 20 days to 25 days.While they commit everytime that your refille is delivered to you in 2 or 3 days. this not problem of my alone. Most of the customers are suffering with this. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, many times the staff had used filthy language. I request you to please look into the issue.

              I am a consumer with M/S PUNEET GAS AGENCY, ROHINI SECTOR-16 DELHI. My consumer number is 34982. Every time on booking of refill cylider, thier is very much problem. After booking, every time cylinder is delivered in minimum 8-10 DAYS days .While they commit everytime that your refille is delivered to you in 2 or 3 days. this not problem of my alone.               this is the right complaint, the manager of tirupati gas service named SATISH is engaged in black marketing of cylinders...plz take the action as soon as possible...

                I am a customer of indane with customer no "BG12997" and have been registed with "Bhagat Gas Agencies" Joshi Bhavan, Opp. Rishikul Ay. College, Haridwar (SAP no. - 156498).
                Yesterday i went to agency to book my second cylinder. The person there told me that the cost of second cylinder is Rs. 1200/- and you have to buy an Aperon of cost Rs. 350/- with this.
                But i refused to buy the Aperon as i need only second gas cylinder, So that person said OK they will give me Cylinder only but i have to pay them Rs. 200/- extra as a "SEVA SHULK" (a type of BRIBE)
                So this is to request you to take action against the person or Agency for this crime.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I wish to lodge a complaint against M/s Manju Chandra Agencies located at Bahuguna Market, Allahabad. The complaint is regarding the late/delayed delivery of gas cylinders at location of the customer. Invariably 20-25 days are taken by them to deliver the cylinders at residences and that too after a number of telephonic and personal reminders. The sustomers are asked to collect the cylinders from the trucks that are normally parked for a few hours near the shop. However due to my busy schedule it is not possible to do so. Moreover I believe the agency is duty bound to deliver the cylinders at residences of customers. Often the cylinders that are delivered are underweight. The deliveryman never carries a weighing balance, which he is supposed to do. I have often returned such cylinders but then it takes them again 4-5 days to bring another cylinder.
                  In this particular case, a refill demand was booked against their receipt no 7426 dated 8.4.2008 for customer no M39199. Till date inspite of eight verbal reminders, the gas cylinder has not been delivered.
                  May I request you to have necessary action in this regard taken and further recurrences avoided. Alternately I may be suggested a reliable agency to whom my papers can be transferred.I would also request that the company rules on home delivery be intimated to me.
                  I would request to be kept informed of the action taken in this regard. I maybe contacted at[protected].

                    CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

                    At around 9.00 PM, I had gone to fill petrol at Swati Petroleum, Parle Point Surat. I had filled petrol worth Rs 1000 & paid through Credit card . The filling personnel had, irresponsibly, waived the petrol filling nozzle, resulting in a scratch on my metallic car. This was a special day, for which I had gone to party with my family.

                    On lodging a complaint vide Sr no: 9496 dated 05.05.2008, the owner of the pump, told that the such thing do happen.

                    This car which I have brought is from hard earned money & such way it is handled at petrol pump is the way of customer satisfaction at Indian Oil. The scratch on my car, will always reminds, through out its life, the myth of customer satisfaction.

                    I am quite surprised by the attitude of the petrol pump owner, who takes the consumer for a ride. I demand an immediate, attention in this regard failing which I shall approach appropriate authorities for grievance.

                        REFIL BOOKING THROUGH SMS

                        Refil booking through MOBILE SMS had stoped without any intimation. When I booked for a refil as usual through SMS. Waited for 2 days there is no reply from the company that they have accepted my request or not. After that to confirm the booking then only they replying that the system had stoped and followup the old system to call on phone or personaly booking in counter. Is it true?...

                        This is to inform you that I am regular customer from your distributor gas & gadgets at Behala Kolkata- 34 since 1988. My customer No. is 18308.
                        I am now 65 yrs edged widow so I am trying to book my gas through phone but unexpectedly they didn’t receive the call, even after receiving my phone they put it down.
                        Another request to you that to arrange some weighing device through which we can see whether the cylinder is fully fill or not like advertisement shown on TV. by HPCL.

                          Sir, I take this opportunity to thanking you for acknowledging my letter dated 16/04/2008, and offering DBC connection.

                          Sir, you have made a mistake in understanding my problem the distress was regarding none delivery of Gas cylinder in time and changing your norms as per your will and wish at any time DBC connection is not a solution of my distress

                          As per the present frame rule by you if I had booked a cylinder today and you have dispatch order as per norms but delivery man comes to deliver after a year and year when I would be entitled for Gas cylinder?

                          Sir, I had booked for Gas cylinder beyond 4th April but it was enrolled to your office on 9th instant and I was supplied on 17th April can you image the social and psychological harassment my family had to face due to legacy of rules framed by you.

                          Sir, as pointed out in my previous letter dated 16/04/2008 since last three days on inquiring in the morning for fresh cylinder it is conveyed that gas cylinder Rixa has already left the office/ godown. On enquiring at evening it is conveyed that Driver engaged in distribution of gas cylinder is tired after distributing 125 cylinders. This is a story repeatedly conveyed since last three days.

                          Now I must bring to your notice that your delivery man had gone back without delivering the cylinder for three days hence the date was conveyed for next booking would be 8/05/2008 can you give a thought over the issue of duration from 4th to 17th in which I was not at fault at all we had not thought of any alternative arrangement in the victimize days under the circumstances DBC is not the solution of difficulties faced by me and my family but proper solution under single cylinder facility availed, now I would like to know the rules and regulation of IOC for Gas cylinders deliverance.

                            I live in an independent house which has a small portion at the rear side with separate kitchen specially built for tenants. I have a tenant by name S Nagraj since 2000 and we both have gas connection bearing consumer Nos SAI50 and 19460 with Saieesh Enterprises, Anand Bagh, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad. However, since it is an independent house both have same address.

                            Now the gas agency has suspended the supply or refill stating that there cannot be two customers in one address. He insists that both Rajagopalan and Nagraj come personally between 10:00 to 12:00 on any working day. As Nagraj cannot apply leave he requested that whether he can come at 07:00 PM on any working day. However, the agency proprietor has refused to listen to our request.

                            Kindly advise as to what to do ??

                            Gas is keep on leak from cylinder. We are afraid it can catch fire. We tried call many time but no body is attending the call.
                            When we remind two time to our delivery man, he said that he'll not send anybody for this. If you fear don't use Gas, cook your food with stick fuel.

                            Hope you can understand our problem. Kindly get it resolve this critical and urgent situation.

                              sir,
                              In this regarding, i consumer of lpg gas consumer No.GA-00770 agency M/s Ganga Gas Distributor, satyam complex sector 12-A
                              awas vikas, sikandra, agra .
                              the distributor deny to give the delivery of the reffilled cylinder and and he does not listen to us and they do not follow the system of I.O.C. ltd and we does not got the proper weight of the refilled cylinder .always when we purchase the cylinder there is always more than 2 -3 kgs cut off in the cylinder and they have become habitual.
                              when we complain about the cutt off cylinder he tells us to shift our connnection to any other dealer .

SEKAR FROM NEW DELHI ( M-[protected]) LODGING A COMPLAINT AGAINST M/S KALKI GAS DISTRIBUTOR, EDAPPADI ROAD, SALEM DISTRICT, TAMIL NADU ON BEHALF OF MRS.P.VASANTHA W/O SHRI R.MARIMUTHU, FIRST FLOOR, M/S SAKTI SOTRE, SANKARI ROAD, KONGANAPURAM POST, EDAPPADI TALUK, SALEM DISTRICT, TAMIL NADU-637 102. M/S KALKI GAS DISTRIBUTOR DOES ACCEPT THE BOOKING OF LPG REFILL REQUEST. EVERY TIME THEY ARE DENYING TO BOOK THE CYLINDER.

                              ON ENQUIRY FROM THE AGENCY, IT WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WERE RUNNING WITH SHORTAGE OF SUPPLY FROM INDIAN OIL CORPORATION. HOWEVER, THEY ARE GIVING SUPPLY TO COMMERCIAL CONSUMAR AND OTHERS ON EXTRA PAYMENT. IT HAS BECOME A REGULAR HABIT ON THE PART OF THE AGENCY. IT IS THEREFORE REQUESED KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION IN THIS REGARD IMMEDIATELY.

M/S Sunder Shayam Enterprises Does Accept The Booking Of LPG Refill Request or if they are booking the Cylinder, they delivered the Cylinder after 20-25 days. Every Time They Are Denying To Book The Cylinder. My Last booking on[protected] Booking no. 2633 but we not received the Cylinder till yet.

                              It Is Therefore Requested Kindly Take Necessary Action In This Regard Immediately.

                              I have booked gas on 06.02.2009. I have not received my Cylinder till date. I am asking many times through phone and directly. The Gas Agency Manager said, You are not booking. Another you will try complaint. After 15 days to supply the cylinder.

                              This Gas Agencies, to cheating the people. The Cylinder is solding Black Market to hire charges. Please take action to the above the Dhandapani Gas Agency, Kadayampatty, Danishpet Main Road, Omalur Taluk, Salem District. Pin: 636354.

                                I, Prerna Sharma, have Indane LPG gas connection. I contacted my service provider i.e. Chander Nagar Gas Service, Ghaziabad, Ph.[protected] for refilling of my LPG but in last 1 month I have not received any cylinder instead when I contacted them last week they said my home is shifted which is not at all true. I am really fed up. Moreover getting this phone is itself a project as this no. is continously busy.


                                Kindly look into the matter & do the needful.

                                I have Indane LPG gas connection Consumer No. 23005 with Rajendra Gas Agency, Ambabari, Jaipur. There is automatic booking system of LPG cylinder exist in the city. But even after booking of Cylinder on 19 Feb 2010, I have not get the LPG cylinder till now. I repeatedly contacted my service provider i.e. Rajendra Gas Agency, Jaipur, Ph.[protected], 2335343, [protected] to provide LPG cylinder but I have not received any cylinder for last 15 days. This is not first time they did this, every time we have the same problem to get the LPG cylinder from this agency. Whenever I contacted them, they said your cylinder will reach today. It is very difficult to contact the agency as their phone is engaged or if you hardly get connected then they will not attend the phone. It is very painful to get a LPG cylinder from this Indane Gas Agency.

                                Kindly look into the matter sympathetically.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                                  The undersigned has filled Petrol from your outlet as mentioned above on[protected], asking the person to fill the petrol of Rs, 1, 000/- only, I also made the card payment and got the receipt / bill issued for the same.

                                  However today it is observed from my passbook entries of Bank of India, Kandivali Branch that the amount of Rs. 1, 028.09 is deducted TWICE, where as I have filled the petrol only once.
                                  It is thus requested to REFUND the amount of Rs. 1, 028.09 deducted on the 2nd time or issue a CREDIT NOTE, so that I can fill the petrol of that amount from your outlet from Kandivali. I am the regular customer of Indian oil and strongly believes in you and the same thing has never happened with me before this incident.

                                  I feel the card must have swiped twice wrongly, it might me a machine mistake of a human mistake, hence before listening your side, I cannot come to any conclusion. The only request is the settle the matter amicably and carry the above requisition forthwith.


                                  I shall be highly obliged for the act.

                                    I am using indane gas with the consumer 38. Gas agency name is Ramya Krishna Agencies, GF Anitha Apartments, Vidyadharapuram, Vijayawada. they are having the land phone numbers[protected], 2412094, 2417293. Most of the time they are picking up the phone. and some time these numbers are not in service message coming. but surprisingly after trying 2 or 3 time again phone will ring. the same situation i faced in Hyderabad also when we call indane gas agency telephone numbers most of the time that number is not in service message will come. when we ask the agency simply they are saying phone is working. Indane gas agencies are cheating the consumers. They won't lift the phone or simply phone not in service message. we are facing the lot of problem b/c i am a employee, my office timings are 8am to 5.15pm and i will reach home by 6pm. so at that time when i go to gas agency, , it isclosed. so i have to book the cylender over the phone only. but gas agency not lifting the phone. so please take the necessary action on it.

                                    Indane Gas Bilaspur Chhattisgarh Branch, Not picking up the phone[protected], 93, 94), always misguiding about the dilivary, not giving correct information, I am software professional and they are saying some computer software constraints which is making problem while booking it is not justified as I understand all about limitation and advantage of software, they are giving dilivary to the hotels in the name of coustomers whome they are making fool. Indane Gas Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh is going worst day by day for coustomer and better in black marketing.
                                    I am using indane gas. Gas agency name is mansarovar Inadane Agencies, . they are having the land phone numbers [protected]- Most of the time they are not picking up the phone. Indane gas agencies are cheating the consumers. They won't lift the phone or simply phone not in service message. we are facing the lot of problem b/c i am a employee, my office timings are 8am to 5.15pm and i will reach home by 6pm. so at that time when i go to gas agency, it is closed. so i have to book the cylender over the phone only. but gas agency not lifting the phone. so please take the necessary action on it.
                                    Myself SHEETAL PANIGRAHI, bearing mobile no [protected] for the indane gas of Berhampur, ORISSA . My customer id- BI 3467 as already stated that there has been non delivery of the gas. There has been a several number of times when I have tried to contact them on the phone at the respective office even that was not picked up. After repeated requests which I have done by going to the office again and again but still there has been no consideration made.

                                    Serial no- 673 date of booking 7/04/08 date of delivery 3/06/08. Serial no-3525, date of booking 12/08/08 there had been a warning from the head office hence the date of delivery was 23/08/08 but again when for the Serial no- 539 and the date of booking 4/11/08 there had been a great delay in delivery which was made on 11/01/08 and finally for the serial number-2159 which was booked on 07/02/09 thegas cylinder has not been delivered yet.
                                    This indicates for a great irresponsible behaviour, intensional harashmental as I have to buy the cylinders in black which has really caused a great mental strauma for me. so which indicates for a bad customer service. therefore i would request you to investigate on the matter by sending up a surprise team for investigation else i would have to knock the door of the consumer court.

                                      My Consumer No. is AR99063 with Radha Indane, Mirzapur Road, Ahmedabad - 380001. Several times I found following types of problem from this dealer.

                                      1) Very late delivary of Cylinder after booking.
                                      2) Phones are kept beside the phone cradle sothat we find the phone engaged & we can not make phone call.
                                      3) Rude answers on phone when we are asking reason for not delivery/delay in delivery.
                                      4) Delivery boy is not coming with weight measuring scale.

                                      Hoping that the service will be improved at the earliest.

                                      Indane Gas — Delayed delivery and poor service

                                      I am a LPG Indane customer with Jai Jawan Gas Agency, Dwarka sec:7, New Delhi and my consumer number is 44439.

                                      Around 20 days back (on 12 Jan 2008), I booked for a refill over the phone. The booking was confirmed, though without giving an order no. On checking for non-suppply on Jan 21, I was told that the earlier booking was not accepted since it fell short of the 21 days manadatory gap by a day or two (however, quite smartly this was not conveyed at the time when booking was made). Finally, on Jan 21, the booking was confirmed. However, around 12 days have passed since then and the delivery has not been made.

                                      We have recently moved to Dwarka before which we were residing in Rohini. The situation there was much better as we never encoutered any major problems with gas supplies. However, Dwarka's Jai Jawan agency comes across as a very poor service provider. The contact numbers are consistently busy (we haven't been able to check on the status since last 10 days as the numbers are not reachable)

                                      Interestingly, Indane cylnders are easily available in the open market at 150% higher prices. The hoarders and black marketeers seem to be making big money with the Jai Jawan agency turning deaf ears to customers' booking requests.
                                      Dear sir,

                                      I am an INDANE GAS customer since last 15 years in different cities and in different agencies in delhi too but never i felt any deficulty as I am feeling from past few months. My consumer no is NG 32053. I have booked for refill cylinder on 17 Mar 09 with booking no 11861. Kindly could I know that how much time takes for the delivery of refill cylinders whether ONE WEEK / TWO WEEKS / THREE WEEKS OR MORE THAN A MONTH so that we must prepare ourselves accordingly because every body is aware of it's necessity. I hope that it will be delevered with correct quantity of Gas without any leakage in the cylinder at the earliest.Also hope the services after this will be satsfactory. This not a complaint. This is a request. Hope the people will understand the feelings of the customers.
