Dear sir,

we are the customers to indane gas
and our gas agency name is GURUDATTA located in kothapet greenhiss colony, they are giving phone numbers but those phone does not work and the working staff in that agency keep the phones in engage or those phones donot respond
if you want you can enquire in that area
the staff dont reply correctly, softly to the customers they are very rude
so please consider this complaint and take necessary action

Yes, it is absolutaly right that Indane gas service veryyyy wrost. Also the agency available in Saroor Nagar, Green Hills Colony, same things happens with this agency. If we try to call on their given landline number, these numbers are always engaged all time or no any responce. Request to Govt., please take appropiate action on this subject. Customers are suffering with this issues from long back. Now some strict action expect.

Gurudatta Gas Agency — Worst Customer Service

Hi Sir/Mam,
I am one of the customers of Indane Gas Agency and the gas agency name is GURUDATTA located in KOTHAPET,GREEN HILLS COLONY. The phone numbers provided by them do not work or they put the phones engaged all the time because I have been trying their phone numbers from past one hour but didn't get through to book the gas cylinder and this is not the first time it happened many times.The staff is not courteous at all and when you ask them any questions they do not care to give an answer. I do not understand why they offer phone bookings when they cant answer the phones in the first place. Every time I have to go all the way to the agency to book the gas cylinder.
It is very ironic to see that after so many complaints against this particular agency still there is no action being taken and if taken why there is no improvement in the way things carried at this location. Please consider my complaint as well as other complaints for this location and take the necessary action.

I too faced same problem, no reply from the Agency even when i visit to there office same treat.
Very poor customer service and phone services are vey bad. Rude employee Behaviour
Extremely bad service by Gurudatta Gas Agency. When there is no response to the customers, it means that they are selling the gas cyllinders illegally to some other people with higher rate by which there is grave loss to the customers as well as the government.

Also there is fault in the online booking system. Even if we get the booking number via online booking, we need to book the cyllinder mannually as the online booking is just fraud and abuse.

If any lawer is reading this message, please send legal notice to the agency after validating all the complaints given by us, so that the appropriate person attend the court of law.

Please take necessary steps.
Since long time they are maintaining same kind of worst service to the customer...I think they will not change...Please take serious action...OR ..Atlease make them to keep the phone lines available to the consumers...

Yes, it is absolutaly right that services of Gurudatta Gas Services, located at Kothapet is dam worst. I don't know for whom they are running the agency. When we try to call on their given landline numbers, these numbers are no response or always engaged all the time.Request the Authority to take appropiate action on this subject. Customers are suffering with this issues since long. Now some strict action is expected on the issue or please cancel the dealership license to them. He is stupid agent.

    dear sir,
    I DRIVE THROUGH PONDICHERRY QUITE OFTEN AND THE INDIAN OIL BUNK ARE THEBIGGEST CHEATERS ALREADY IN THE MONTHOF NOVEMBER 2007 IGOT CHEATED BY A IOC BUNK AND I COMPLAINED TO MR. RADAKRISHNAN THE OFFICER IN CHARGE BUT NO ACTION DESPITE FEW CALL FROM HIM TO SORT OUT THE ISSUE. BUT AGAIN ON THE 17TH OF APRIL 2008 I WAS DRIVING THROUGH PONDY AND IN TWO BUNKSTHEY TRIED TO CHEAT ME AND I REALLY HAD TO FIGHT WITH THEM AGAIN I HAVE WRITTNE TO THE OFFICER IN CHARGE IF THEY DONT TAKE ACTION THIS TIME I WILL TAKE THE MATTER WITH THE UNION MINISTER FOR PETROLEUM.     Cheating by Petrol pumps in Delhi.

    An incident happened with me on 12th March, 2010. I was on my way to Nizamuddin Railway Station and my car's Petrol level was very low and I went to Aman Fill Point, National Highway, Mayur Vihar Phase II an Indian Oil Petrol outlet, to fill the tank of my car. Many of my friends told me earlier also that Aman Fill Point cheats customers regularly by giving less petrol than they pay. Since I had no other option, I had to go to this petrol pump for the first time. It was around 0745 hrs. and no other vehicle was in the pump.

    I gave Rs. 1000/- and asked them to fill the tank. I made sure that it is 0.00 on the machine. I fixed my eyes on the machine, as I was cautioned by many of my friends about this pump. When the meter showed around Rs.360/- one person came to clean up the car with a bucket and a mop in hand and told me to roll up the windows. As I started rolling up the windows and diverted my attention, the person filling the tank stopped the machine. When I looked up, Rs.1, 000/- was shown on the meter. I was surprised to see this, as 5 seconds ago, I have seen Rs.365/- on the meter and within a span of seconds, it shows Rs.1000/-.

    I was not in a mood to argue or make a complaint, as I was getting late for reaching railway station. So I drove away in a suspicious mood. Normally, whenever I fill my tank Rs.1000/- the needle in the fuel meter reaches almost 85% full. (Wagon R has a fuel tank capacity of more than 30 litres- for Rs.1000/- we should get 21-odd litres of petrol). But this time the needle remained below the half way mark. I spoke this matter to my fellow passengers and my sister-in-Law, who was sitting in the back seat noticed that when I was busy rolling up windows of the car, the needle reached Rs.430/- and the attendant stopped filling and manually fed Rs.1000/- on the machine, which was shown after filling the tank. She was not aware much about these things and did not smell anything unusual about it. Hence she did not caution me at that time.

    Two hours later, when I was passing through that way, I went to the petrol pump and met the supervisor and narrated him the entire story. He led me to the Manager of the pump and I again narrated the entire story to him too. I gave him my visiting card also. He told me to come to the petrol pump the next day and told his supervisor not to relieve the night duty attendants till I come to the petrol pump to identify the culprit. He was not at all apologetic and through his body language I was sure that this malpractice is being done with his knowledge only. He was not at all appeared to be sincere in his behavior. I told him I am not remembering

    anybody's face to identify, he was laughing at me that I don't have any proof to support my allegation. I understand he was arranging an identification parade only for an eye-wash.

    I went back to my office and I did not go for the identification parade. If he was sincere in stopping the malpractice, he would have definitely contacted me, as he was having my visiting card with him, where all my contact details are mentioned.

    I understand that they are providing this extra service of cleaning the windows of customers is only to divert the attention and this is being done with the full knowledge of the management. When I spoke this matter to many of my friends, they also told me that many of them also experience same cheating from the very same petrol pump.

      I was authorized by Mr. PRABHA RAMAKRISHNAN, who resides in Malaysia, to take a Indane Gas Connection at his house situated in TC-7/1754-2, UG-140B, ULOOR GARDENs, ULOOR, MEDICAL COLLEGE P.O., TRIVANDRUM 695 011. After producing all the required documents including the authorization letter, an Indane Gas connection was given at his house (Customer No. CG-15147) on 7/12/2006 through your agent, M/s. CAPITAL GAS, Kartika, Chalakkuzhy Road, Pattom Palace P.O., Trivandrum. Since, he is away most of the time, his gas consumption is low and gas cylinder supplied as part of this connection has become empty only recently. I tried to book for a fresh cylinder of gas with Capital Gas today but the agency has refused to take a booking citing that the connection given to Prabha Ramakrishnan has been cancelled as he has not sought a filling within six months. When I told the agency that there is no mention of this six month's clause in the terms and conditions given on the reverse of the Customer registration document, I was told that this is a new rule that has come into force recently. When I asked why these new rules or changes in the terms and conditions were not intimated to the consumer, they said that this is not their responsiblity. However, they informed us to give a letter in person seeking for reconnection. But when I visited the agency for a reconnection with all original documents, I was told that I should have a fresh letter of authorization from Prbha to get a reconnection. I pleaded with the person in charge of the agency that you may verify my signature and identity with your records; but he refused to even take the registration documents that is in his possession or verify my identity with the official identity card I had produced and insisted that I should get a fresh authorization letter for reconnection. This I believe is unfair, and I seek your help in resolving this issue.
      In this connection, it may be noted that the agency did not show us any proof of the new rule that the connection gets automatically cancelled if a fresh cylinder is not booked every 6 months or on the requirement of a fresh authorization letter for reconnection. I request you to look into the matter and instruct the agency to take our request for a gas refill and arrange supply a full cylinder without any further delay.

      Indian Oil Corpn. / LPG — Refused to take booking of LPG

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I would like to inform you that one of my relatives Ms. Sumita Kar, C/o, Late Sudhir Ranjan Kar, 193A, Raibahadur Road, P.O. Behala, Kolkata-34 (Consumer No.21733) sent three letters dated 24th February, 17th April & 27th May, 2009 to your Kolkata & Delhi Offices against your Dealer M/s. Flame Craft, 538, Block No.'N', New Alipore, Kolkata-53 (Code No.[protected] who have been refusing to take booking LPG from her without showing any reason for more than six months for which she has not been getting any LPG from them. Not only they are refusing to take booking LPG but also harass and misbehave with the consumers time and again.

      I regret to state that against the above three letters neither she has received any reply nor any action from anybody's end even now. She has been facing difficulties for not getting the LPG for the last six months.

      I hope that as soon as you receive this message, you will look into this matter very seriously and advise the concerned officers to take drastic action against the aforesaid dealer so that my grievance can be redressed immediately and may get the LPG from them without any further delay.

      Previously when we were booking with J.K.Gas telephone no. we used to get refill in time.But a few months
      back we were given a Call Centre no. 23480697 where we are getting trouble. I have booked my refilling on
      14-08-09 vide booking no 487 but not get supply till date. Secondly, whenever I ring the no. for any query it
      says "not responding"
      Sir, we are having our Ramzan started so please look into the matter for early delivery.

        i am facing this problem from last 6 months . i booked my cylinder from modern gas service, alwar rajasthan on time and they assured each time that cylinder will be deliver at home on time but it never came home even after 15 days of bookings.

        its an information to IOC, iam recently shifted from one area to another in chennai south. when i registred myself in new gas agency. After some time they asked me to apply for change of address in consumer card provided by tn. I took iniative and the process is going on. nuv we tried to book for a cylinder but the reply from agency is you already got the cylinder, the issue is we have not booked the cylinder, but the supplier (with Delivery man) they illegaly used my name to book a cylinder and given that to open market. nuv after we tried to clarify this to the supplier, reply you dont have the consumer card, you come with the card like that they informing. concern is usage of domestic cylinder in an illegal way.

          Dear Manager, We have been customer of your company for decades, and since last 2-3 yrs, the supply dealer for sector 49 chandigarh, is so hopeless, that in this era of internet order, we have to shut off our office and line in cue to book the order, and when it doesnt reach for next fortnight or so, we again have to shut off the office and go and enquire, and get a lowsy answer ...pahunch jayegi...without realising that we have spent already petrol charges worth the amout of cylinder itself by then. Phone lines are all useless, no one picks up the phone, and i[censored] reach after 5 pm like a typical govt office, that useless guy sitting at the office would be listening to his mobile music in loud voice and would say ( office band ho chuka hai, kal aayen, abhi koi booking nahi hogi... Please see some action is taken against this agency. And also let me know if we can book gas onnet..I am an EYE SURGEON working in a reputed hospital, and this is rediculous to find such services in today's world.

            This is to bring into your knowledge that my brother applied for a new gas connection in his own name Pradeep Pareek near about one month ago, but when ever he meet the dealer thay said that they will contact him. After few days when he meet again they said that he has to pay Rs. 4500/- for new connection.
            they asked that he has to take a gas chulha (stove) with new gas connection constantly, this is companies condition.
            Sir i want to know that is it true?
            If not then what should i do regarding this, Please guide me in a proper way to get a new gas connection

            indane gas company — not providing new connection

            Dear Sir,
            I am Ashok Kumar, customer of indane gas from 12.06.2006.Till now I am not satisfied with your Customer service. I brought the cylinder, stove, regulator and hose from Sree Alagar Indane Agency at Thirunagar.
            01) The Stove is Not original (with out I S I Seal)
            02) They promised me to change the Commercial Cylinder to Non Commercial on next month (from beginning purchasing the Commercial Cylinder) till now they are not considering me. I asked lot of time to the agency. But they said, next time.
            03) They are not providing the bill till now. When I purchased the cylinder.
            04) The service also very bad. Every one has not satisfied, answering not properly with all customers.
            06) I apply the new connection for my home, on 30.10.2008.Reg.No is [protected].but tills now no reply & there is no cylinder available.- I need the clear Explanation regarding this issue.
            07) They are providing the Non-commercial & Commercial cylinder to hotel, Tea shop in time delivery.
            I have the all records regarding this issue.
            Already I inform to Mr.Manoharan – Dy.sales officer – Madurai.([protected]) more then ten times.
            But he also not takes any action seriously.
            So, kindly consider this issue, and do my needful.

            lindane — not getting gas for 2 months after booking

            I am a customer of Indane gas for more than 10 years. But for the last few times gas dealer (M/S CITY LITE, Taki Road, Barasat, North 24 parganas, West Bengal) is trying to make our life hell. These time I booked (Booking no. 13671) on 23/11/2009, and after reminding for 5 more times, not getting any cylinder.The frauds are making promises as "Tomorrow surely" everytime. Is these some kind of a joke?My request is to you that take these complain and take action accordingly.

              Im a resident Of Pallathu Road Thammanam PO Cochin, Ernakulam-682032.
              I'm a consumer of Indane Gas, & Anand Gas Agency is responsible for supply of cylinder in this area.The agency is not providing proper consumer services.My Consumer No. is 29597- in my fathers name - Krishna Prasad Pillai-Our Booking is neither entertained through Phone as the phone is never received nor directly.Booking is taken after 35 days.
              Agency is trying to create short supply & doing black marktg, which is confirmed by their own hawkers.
              We were forced to spend 5-6 days without gas many a times.

              Pls look into the matter, as recent also they have refused to take the booking

                I have booked one gas refill cylinder on[protected] at SIKARWAR GAS AGENCIES, 18, MODEL TOWN, BEHIND IDGAH BUS STAND, AGRA. But since then I have not received any refill cylinder inspite of repeated reminders. Today my gas cylinder has finished and I have to borrow from my neighbour.

                It seems that the company (SIKARWAR) is selling the refill cylinder in black market.

                Sir, I am a consumer of Roorkee gas Service, Civil lines Roorkee (Uttarakhand). My Connection No. is R-33342. I have booked Gas on 08.09.2008 vide No. 2153.After a gap of about 1.5 months, no cylinder has been given to me against the said booking. today he has refused to give me the cylinder & rebooked my gas vide no.4988. I gave a ring on the mobile of area manager but he didnot pick up the phone.
                Kindly take necessary action against the agency.

                lindane — Gas supply is Worse

                I have a Gas connection of Indane in NOIDA sector 62. Earlier my distributor was Ela Gas Agency but suddenly my connection was automatically transferred to Mithala Gas Agency after which the cylinder delivery has become nightmare. Even after booking the cylinder on phone, and while following up next day they say that your cylinder is not booked at all. Also if they book the cylinder, it is delivered after 7- 10 days after booking.

                They ecuse that they donot have enough copnnections in Sector 62, so delivery will take that much time. They have make this a practice and thus causing lot of problems.

                I PC Abdulla consumer of Koodathayi Gas Agency, Thamarassery, Kozhikode district, Kerala with consumer no:5609 refilled last time on 29th April 2009 and present booked on 23rd july 2009. it is morethan 23 days, but not get delivery of refill cylinder and when ever I contact them they can't offer any probable delivery date. And also I contact customer care number of Indane for Kozhikode, they also say "we are helpless"
                The strange thing is, on one "ADALATH" two week beforeat Kozhikode, Indane officials announced that they supplying refills on 2nd day of booking.

                  This is to inform you that Myself Mohan Singh Dhouni R/O B-93 Jeevan Park, Uttam Nagar New Delhi-110059 is dissappointed by the service given by the gas supplier of our area M/S SHYAM SUNDER GAS AGENCY (STAR GAS DISTRIBUTOR) CONTACT NO.25553988/25553990.Whenever we booked aou cylinder we are not able to get it on-time, nobody deleivers at our home we have to go personally to the agence and after taking the receipt we personally go to Godown to get the cylinders.Everytime when we try to book cylinders they didn't pick our phone we have to try whole day but no response from their side.If they are not able to handle or take call of the customers then why the hell they are sitting there.Please take necessary steps to solve this problem.

                    I received my cylinder 2 days back and realised that it was leaking. Since that moment i have been trying to call up my supply agency (Dwarka Indane Service, Dwarka, New Delhi) but phones are continuously busy. Even the emergency and the Indane helpline numbers are not being answered.
                    Once someone did answer on an emergency number but disconnected the call by saying that this doesn't fall under his department. Firstly he was very rude to talk and then if this is not under him then why was his numder given on the slip.
                    Indane has the worst costumer care and service department.

                    Indane Gas Complaints - gas leakage complaint no action taken.
                    I am the customer of Indane LPG Distributor, namely 'Rama Indane', SCO- 144, Sector 21-C, First Floor, Faridabad(Haryana).
                    I received my LPG cylinder 2 days back and realised that it was leaking, a complaint was made immediately to 'Rama Indane' but after 2 days a person has been send by the said distributor today who has checked the system and found that the gas Regulator is not properly functioning and it should be changed immediately. I have send my person immediately with Rs.250/- the cost of new Regulator and the LPG papers to the said Distributor but it was not given to him without assigning any reason any my person came back.

                    Since that moment I have been trying to call up the distributor namely 'Rama Indane' but phones are continuously found busy. The Moblie phone has also been switched off by him. Generally 'Rama Indane' phones are always found busy after 12:30 pm and after lunch period they are either found busy or not picking the phones.

                    Even in the emergency like gas leakege 'Rama Indane ' is not taking care and the Indane helpline numbers are not being answered. On line Customer Care number is not being displayed on distribution slip or supply book.

                    this is a complaint regarding gas leakage . I am a customer of Indane gas. my customer no. is 26304. of Vijay Ratan Gas Karkardooma, in name of Mansa Ram. (Add : S-280, School Block, shakarpur, Delhi 92). gas agency has given many ph. no. on you gas slip. but no body is picking the phone. there is on emergency mobile no.                     Indane Gas — Gas leakage complaint not being taken up

                    Our gas cylinder is having leakage. We tried to contact guruprasad indane gas agency but phone lines are always busy. I tried to contact on mobile number but the person is not receving the call.

                      I am a customer of Gayatri Indane, Bhilai. My customer No. is 2031. The delivery system of this agency is very poor. They have made a strategy to save the home delivery tension. Whenever any customer book a refill they told that the waiting time is +15 days and if he can collect on his own, the refill is available within 1 or 2 days. When customer go to their premises they refuses the CNC and charge the home delivery amount. It seems a planned game to avoid home delivery. My expectation is that either they supply at home within 1 or 2 days or allow CNC rate for self delivery. They even refuses CNC from their godown.

                      I N.Kiran Kumar a customer of Kalpana Indane Gas, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Bearing my Consumer No :76780, i had booked the cylinder 10 days ago, Agnecy people has been promised me within 7 working days, but till now the Gas has not delivered to me, when i called them they are saying cylinder is delivering, the guy who supplied this is very rude, and rash and he is demanding money to suply the cylinder, for which we have every right to take the cylinder without any commission, this is not first time for me every time i am facing this kind problem, pls put a full stop for this kind issues by cancelling the Dealerships for this kind of people, who is very irrresponsible and care less
                      expecting good change from company end

THE STAFF OF THE ABOVE DEALER SELDOM ATTENDS THE TELEPHONE CALLS OF CONSUMERS FOR BOOKING OF LPG REFILL. THEY HAVE FOUR TELEPHONE NOS. I.E.[protected], 24108394, 24101445, 24101418. SINCE TODAY MORNING I.E. FROM 10.00 AM ONWARDS, I WAS TRYING THE ABOVE TELEPHONE NOS., BUT THEY NEVER PICK UP AND MOSTLY THE TELEPHONES ARE IN A BUSY MODE OR OUT OF ORDER. SOME TIMES THE RING GOES AND THEY DO NOT PICK UP. IT IS BECOMING VERY DIFFICULT TO BOOK AN LPG REFILL WITH THE ABOVE GAS AGENCY. I HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS IN THE PAST ALSO AND I HAVE LODGED SO MANY COMPLAINTS WITH I.O.C. THEY ALSO DO NOT PICK UP THE TELEPHONES OF COMPLAINT CELL. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER.

                          My consu. no is AL 19773 with AMAR GAS SERVICE< SHAHDARA DELHI-110032. I booked a cylinder on 2nd april 2008 at booking tel no. 1260. Booking no is 111. Till today after 18 days it has not been supplied. Now it is told that no booking under this number is pending. Toll free no.[protected] given to the consumers appears to be an eyewash as I tried at least for 50 times on different dates and times but there is no response. The booking has been cleared without supply. The telephone nos given by the supplier on its receipts also never respond. Please look in the matter and oblige.

                            Dear sir,
                            Indian Gas service in mysore is very very Bad. Our Indian gas cylender is leaking, we went to the office on monday 15/march/2010 Shankar Krupa Enterprises but they havn't send anyone yet, they are not responding so we have kept the Indian gas cylinder outside so that it might not explode if kept inside. Even the delivery is not ontime, and delivery person take extra amount and they will not give the bill for that and say that it is extra amount delivery charges, if amount is not given delivery for that next time gas it will be delayed furthur 8 to 10 days and no one will pick the phone and we have to put leave to our jobs and keep on roaming. The service is really worst. we keep on going to the office no complaint has been booked or reference no. not given they only asked to attended the complaint by name Raju we called he says he will come in 10 minutes and dose not turn up, kindly do the needfull.

                              I am the customer of Indane distributor PATTAMMAL GAS AGENCY, TAMBARAM WEST, CHENNAI - 45. The last supplied cylinder was a defective one, such that when connected to regulator, gas leaked out direct from the cylinder. When contacted the emergency number of the agency provided in IOC website, they simply replied to contact the refill supplying staff in the street to look into it.

This problum is not only mine our whole society is suffering from this problum.Is there is anyone responsible to apply check on this monotonous attitude o[censored]nited gas co. Pl take suitable remedial measures and confirm.
                                This is not about services of a particular Indane LPG distributor/Agency of IOC.
                                I have my house No.925 in Sector-1 in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. My Consumer No. 18466 for Indane LPG is with M/s. Yadu Indane Gas, Link Road, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. There are my contact numbers of this agency for booking of LPG, which is never got connected. Surprisingly, the LPG Carrier persons do give their numbers to the customers and they do deliver the LPG as per their wish and collects at least Rs.25 more per LPG cyllinder and cyllinders remain short in weight.

                                Anyone can appreciate the constraint/compulsion of customer to accept the delay/poor services and over-priced supply of LPG cyllinder.

                                IOC MUST LOOK INTO THE FOLLOWING:

                                Periodical Survey of LPG consumers' satisfaction connected for supply with each distributor.

                                Maximum limit of consumers with each distributor.

                                Arrangements of weighment of LPG Cyllinder at the consumers' doors.

                                Convenience for (easy) booking and supply of LPG Cyllinders within 6 hours and provisions for supply at the convenience of the working customers.

                                Vasudhara township (Ghaziabad) has about 20 Sectors and well populated that deserves separate LPG dealer in this township to cater to the need of customers.

                                  I beg to state that I am a customer of Indane Gas, having Connection no.17184,
                                  Name:- Govind Vallabh Bhatt
                                  Distributor:-Shiv Indane Gas Service, Khatima

                                  we are facing to-much problems there given below,

                                  1. They are charging Rs.300/- and giving bill to us 286.85. They are taking excess money to us. They are blacking openly
                                  2.They have gas godown but they are distributing gas cylinder at Kutra crossing, why? they are not using there godown. and it is correct to distribute the cylinder at main road. and customer wait at main road on daily ?
                                  3.They are not booking the cylinder and answered to us when the Gas Truck will come at Kutra Croossing then you can take the cylinder from there only. we can not book your cylinder.
                                  4.No information given by them when the truck will come.
                                  5. Daily we are in "Q" after 3-4 hrs. when we are calling them then they said The Truck will not come today and it is repeating Every day.
                                  6.When the truck come they distribute only 25-40 cylinder while in a "Q" 100 peoples are there. Rest of cylinder they are taking for black from Godown. I saw them.
                                  7.Once in a week they distribute only 25-40 cylinder.
                                  8.But they informed to us by tommorrow Truck will come after waiting to many hrs. then they gave answered tommorrow the truck will come.
                                  9. it is happening on regular no one look this matter and they rudly behave to the customer.

                                  Kindly look into this matter and take action against the distributer.
                                  They are making fool to the customer.

                                  Myself SHEETAL PANIGRAHI, bearing mobile no [protected] for the indane gas of Berhampur, ORISSA . My customer id- BI 3467 as already stated that there has been non delivery of the gas. There has been a several number of times when I have tried to contact them on the phone at the respective office even that was not picked up. After repeated requests which I have done by going to the office again and again but still there has been no consideration made.

                                  Serial no- 673 date of booking 7/04/08 date of delivery 3/06/08. Serial no-3525, date of booking 12/08/08 there had been a warning from the head office hence the date of delivery was 23/08/08 but again when for the Serial no- 539 and the date of booking 4/11/08 there had been a great delay in delivery which was made on 11/01/08 and finally for the serial number-2159 which was booked on 07/02/09 thegas cylinder has not been delivered yet.
                                  This indicates for a great irresponsible behaviour, intensional harashmental as I have to buy the cylinders in black which has really caused a great mental strauma for me. so which indicates for a bad customer service. therefore i would request you to investigate on the matter by sending up a surprise team for investigation else i would have to knock the door of the consumer court.

                                    I am a LPG gas consumer no. 21245, I deal with M/s Panchkula Gas service, Sector-17, PANCHKULA, who are the distributor of my area. My problem is, when i make calls for gas booking to the given telephone nos. of the dealer they do not attend the phone, although i made calls continuously daily, the gas could not be deliver befor one month of booking, without saying to office and delivery man.This process is going on again and again, i have too much harrassed from this dealer.At this time i have done booking for gas on 29-03-08 and they have done booking manually because thier computer is out of order for so many days, i am making calls since 12-04-08 but they do not attend the both ph. nos. Due to which, after all i lost my tollerance power now and am writing to you with a big hope, I arranged for a gas cylinder from here and there. i am facing too much problem as i am having a little child. SO PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM PERMANENTLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                                      I have used the services of above mentined petrol pump and filled the petrol for an amount of Rs1000/- from the FIRST vending machine time and date already mentioned above. My submission is that I got less quantity of petrol between 4 to six litters. The facts are as below
                                      1. The service person has punched the amount for Rs 1000/- and then put the NOZEL in the cars tank inlet.
                                      2. the vending machine started very late after a pause of 45 seconds .
                                      3. The vending machine shown about 22 litters of petrol filled in the tank.
                                      4. The pointer was at 1/4 of the tanks level before receiving the fresh 22 liters of petrol. I was expecting that the pointer raised should touch the FULL mark of the meter but to my surprise it stooped only at 3/4 of the tanks capacity mark.
                                      5. Tanks full capacity is 35 liters thereby I received petrol by 7 to 8 liters less quantity.

                                      You are requested to please examin and grant me voucher for 8 liters of petrol at the said IOC authorised petrol pump.

                                      Indian oil corporation — refiiling of gas cylinder

                                      Sir,

                                      I am a consumer of Vikram gas Agency West Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi.The telephone numbers of this agency remains out of order or busy.No one pick up the calls for booking of gas cylinder.Last month ( April) I booked my gas cylinder thrgh 24 hrs booking no.1260.I was given registration no.2 but till this date no cylinder was provided.However later on I personally booked the cylinder .The Weight of the cylinder is also remained 4 to 6 kg less.
                                      Today again I have booked the gas on 1260 with booking No.3. Please check whether the cylinder is delivered with this booking number or not ? If not so than what is the use of this 24 hrs booking No.

                                      My consumer no is 33949 with Gauri Enterprises, Dada Dev Mandir Road, Palam, New Delhi. I have been complaining for last two/three days for refilling of cylinder but nobody is responding.
                                      Kindly supply cylinder at the earliest.

                                      Sir. regarding the above subject the boy refuse to use electronic system to pour the petrol. The petrol bunk sittuated in periyapatna, mysore district, karnataka state. The agency address Kavery fuel service station periyapatna.

                                      i m resedent of meerut U.P in my locality there is a Indian Oil petrol pump in shastri nagar near PVS Mall they usually make faulty measurement please take a strict action against them.

                                      Indian oil corporation — DAMAGED VALVE IN REFILL GAS CYLINDER

                                      WE HAVE A SERVICE CONNECTION WITH INDANE GAS COMPANY AND RECEIVING REFILL CYLINDER IN EVERY MONTH.

                                      WHILE I AM CONNECTING THE CYLINDER THERE IS HEAVY LEAKING. THEN I COME TO KNOW THERE IS VALVE PROBLEM WITH THAT CYLINDER THEN I ASKED TO DELIVERY PERSON ALSO HE HAVE REPLACED THE VALVE (WHICH HE HAS GOT FROM ANOTHER NEW CYLINDER). ALSO I ATTEND THE SAME PROBLEM IN MY NEXT REFILL. THIS TIME NO DELIVERY BOY ( MEAN TIME IF MY MUMMY CONNECTED THIS REFILL WE WILL GET A BIG ACCIDENT). I DON'T KNOW WHY INDIAN GOVERNMENT RELEASING THESE TYPES OF PROBLEMATIC REFILLS TO PEOPLES.

                                      ALSO ALL INDANE REFILL CYLINDERS LOOKING VERY OLD.

                                      IT SEEMS THERE IS NO SAFETY WHILE USING THE OLD REFILL CYLINDERS, AND THEY MUST REPLACE ALL OLD CYLINDERS.

                                      IF THIS PROBLEM SOLVED IT WOULD BE GREAT HELP FOR TAMILNADU PEOPLES.

                                      90% petrol pump owner are cheating to customer but no one else take action against them.

                                      I book the cylinder on 9/8/12 in jyoti gas service, rajendra nagar, satna ( indane gas).
                                      sr no 7454. but they are not ready to deliver the cylinder . they are givingdate on date. but not delivering .
                                      i am mentally puzzled and facing problem of gas cylinder.
