Dear Sir/madam,

This is to inform you that I am a regular customer of yours, since 1988. I have shifted from kolkatta to malda and now at Raiganj permanently.

As I have got two-cylinder facility I am now completely dependent on L.P.G for cooking. I have noticed from many days that in my family (four member) a cylinder is used to cook for at least about 45 days but during the last delivery of celled cylinder it lasts for only 20 days witch is a shocking experience for me.
As there is no facility to check the weight of cylinder at the time of Home delivery it is completely impossible for me to be sure about the weight of cylinder.

I, therefore request you to start checking facility of weight of cylinder with the deliveryman for add extra value to your service and also ensure about any possible malpractice from distributor.

Dear Sir/madam,

This is to inform you that I am a regular customer of yours.

As I have got two-cylinder facility I am now completely dependent on L.P.G for cooking. I have noticed from many days that in my family (four member) a cylinder is used to cook for at least about 45 days but during the last delivery of celled cylinder it lasts for only 20 days witch is a shocking experience for me.
As there is no facility to check the weight of cylinder at the time of Home delivery it is completely impossible for me to be sure about the weight of cylinder.

I, therefore request you to start checking facility of weight of cylinder with the deliveryman for add extra value to your service and also ensure about any possible malpractice from distributor.

This time when the agent of SRI DEVI KARUMARIAMMAN GAS SERVICE, NEW # 142 / OLD # 102, SINGANNA CHETTY STREET, CHINDATRIPET, CHENNAI - 600 002. has delivered the gas to us which weighted only 29 kgs(Cylinder empty weight - 15.6 and with gas shown in cylinder - 14.2). More over they have delivered the gas to our tenant. When i came home from my office i noticed that gas weight is less. and i launched the complaint to that agent through phone and by direct presence, but there was no reply and no action taken. They are saying to launch me complain any where and to any one, that wont bother us.

This is not only happening for this time, but also for past 2 to 3 times.

    This is for the complain for Dixit gas agency.Khicharipur delhi 110091.Details are on 30 jan 2008 I book consumer gas to dixit gas agency after 4 days they provide gas to me . The total weight of gas was 28 kgs. I refuge to receive gas. This is not first time always they do like this and always i complain to that people but they puple are to useless that till date they nither deliver gas to me nor they are doing need full. this is common word for that people that today gas will provide....
    This in propriter cell no. +91-[protected] but he never receive call about gas.Thats why I finaly deceided to complain to indian oil .
    I hope better support from you . kindle inform me what action was taken on my email .

WHEN I OBJECT TO THE DELIVERYMAN, HE REPLACES THE CYLINDER WITH CORRECT WEIGHT CKYLINDE AFTER PLACING BASELESS ARGUMENTS AND EXCUSES AND PUT ALL THE BLAME ON THE DEALER. TODAY (6.4.2009) THE DELIVERYMAN BROUGHT THE CYLINDER WHICH WAS 3 KG LESS BY WEIGHT. ALL THE 3 CLINDERS HE WAS CARRYING WERE UNDERWEGHT. WHEN I OBJECTED HE TOOK AWAY THE DELIVERY VOUCHER AND RETURNED WITHOUT DELIVERY OF CYLINDER. I REQKUEST YOU KINDLY TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE DELIVERYMAN FOR CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS AND BRING BAD NAME TO THE AGENCY.

      Dear Sir,

      I am from Jalgaon, Maharashtra. I have problem with gas regulater. I made call at M/s. Mohit Gas, Jalgaon at Ambedkar Market office in city office regarding regulater then office assistant give me another phone number for contact. After that I call that no. then there was lady she told me to bring original receipt. with 25 Rs. for replacement charges and come to there godown which is far from Jalgaon city.

      My complaint is that Is the gas agency have office at Jalgaon city why they cannot give replacement faclity at city office and same from occured when booking a gas cylender means a customer have call 2 times.

        Kind Attn: Mr. Ashokan - Deputy Manager

        Dear Sir,

        I am writing this mail with respect to a malpractice which I have EXPERIENCED at Indian Oil Petrol Pump outlet in Bangalore at WHEELER ROAD, COXTOWN TODAY.

        There are three pumps in one row where two are manual and one is digitalized automatic pump (WORKING ONE) which is installed in the middle . There are enough salesmen but none of them were atending the digitalised pump. The salesmen were directing the customers to the manual pumps where the meter was not visible due to lack of proper lighting in the Pump. When I went there I told the salesman to fill the tank for Rs.100 from the Digitalised One. But they insisted me to get it filled from the manual one and they told me that even the manual one is good. Likewise I was directed to the Manual one. The quantity for that amount is 1.98 ltrs. Since the meter was not visible, it appeared
        the meter had stopped at 1.30 ltrs. So with a doubt, I asked the
        sales man for how much he had filled the petol. He said it is 1.98ltrs and it is for Rs.100/-. So I paid the amount and started my Scooty Pep. But to my surprise the Indicator didnt show the usual quantity. So I went to the salesman and had to argue with him about the quantity. After a long arguement he agreed
        to fill the difference of petrol with a murmuring face. Even then
        he filled in less petrol. When I questioned it, the guys there INSULTED me a lot without even having a decency of talking to a lady. No Manager was present in the Station to come to my
        rescue and I felt it very disgusting and had to return with an impression of visiting such a DIRTIEST PETROL PUMP WHERE SUCH 3rd GRADE PEOPLE ARE EMPLOYED BY SUCH AN ESTEEMED CORPORATION ie. IOCL.

        If you want to solve this problem, the only way is REMOVING SUCH INDECENT FELLOWS OR TEACH THEM A LESSON WHERE THEY WILL HAVE SOME MORALITY TO BEHAVE WITH
        THE CUSTOMERS. I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER TO IOCL IN
        BANASWADI MAIN ROAD AND HAVE GREAT REGARDS TO YOUR CORPORATION.

        Dear Sir,
        I am Pankaj Rai, professional working with Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., In the morning 9:15 AM I reached at your Indian Oil Pump M/s Agarwal Brothers, V V I P , Road, Jia Mau , Lucknow[protected]. Took diesel 32 Lts , Rs. 1110/- Bill No 5448 and made the payement though my debit Card (HDFC).
        After Making the payment, the Manager who was standing outside Mis - behaved with me and asked why have you left the merchants slip inside ? You are supposed to provide it to me ? How will I come to know whether you have made the payment or Not ? Despite of showing Customer Slip which I was carring ?
        When I asked that Why are you behaving in this manner and I will put a compalint against you, he was cool and enjoying his own way.
        Sir, I will assure myself that next time onwards I will always avoid taking my fuel with any Indian Oil Pump.

        I m permanent customer of IOC Thakurdwara, Palampur, HP. On 5th of this month i went there to fill oil and i asked the petrol pump attandent to check the air pressure. He checked the pressure but did't screw the cap of tyres. When i asked he misbehaved with me. He also asked my name and address and given threatening of a local 'Gunda' Vika.

        Hello,
        Stop filling petrol from IOCL outlet. I went to fill Rs300 petrol from IOCL Indira Nagar Adyar today ( 20th April 2009). I told very clearly that I need Rs 300 petrol for my bike. One salesman tried to divert my mind by asking if I am interested to go for some point card etc. I just said No to him and in the mean time I found that the other salesman has completed Rs100 fill and he was waiting ...When I said that why he has given only Rs100 petrol and not Rs300 ... he then gave me Rs200 more pertol ...But I found with the oil indicator that they have just given me Rs200 petrol and not Rs300 ... They just theft Rs100... Any IOCL manager watching this forum ? Pls take care !! Thanks

        Iam Raja working as Medical reprasentative.Daily here we are faceing the problem with sales man.they never respond properly.there are four pumps and alsoThere are enough salesmen but none of them were atending the to fill the petrol. if we went one pump he will show next pump tell to me fill there but next pump person also show another
        and if we ask for 100rs/- they fill only Rs 99.47/-daily like that only actually they had digital meters but they never feed it
        finally major problem is that they never treat us as customers they feel we are beggers.

        Dear Sir,
        we are writing this mail to inform you about the misuse of the water at your munshipulia petrol pump lucknow.we are the group of engineers and doctors working for social welfare.
        since last one and a half year we are complaining at your petrol pump about the misuse of water but the employees there never paid attention towards it .Today at 3 december, 2010 they crossed there limits, they switched on the water pump and forget to switch off and the water continuously flows through it for hours and when we reminded them they started misbehaving with us.
        Treating it as our responsibilty we are complaining you and expecting a proper and strict actions against them.
        plz take it serious issue.

          Subject:- Not receiving Gas Refill in time.

          Respected Sir(s),

          I have Indane Company Gas Connection. My service No. is 7156, at Uday Gas Agency, P.O.Krishnagar, Saijpur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat State.
          I am not receiving Gas cylinder in time. Last Calendar year I have received only 10 refill Cylinders. This year on 26th February, 2008 I have booked the refill, after 15 days i.e. 13th March, 2008 I have received Gas Cylinder. On 1st April, 2008 I have booked refill, Udya Gas Agency, refused to book refill, they are telling that from the date of deliver of last Gas Cylinder, from that date count 21 days means 13th March 2008 + 21 days. On 5th April, 2008 I go to the company and booked the refill on 5th April, 2008. Gas Agency's authority persons are telling that I will get Gas Cylinder after 20th April, 2008. Because from 26th Feb., 2008 I have got Gas Cylinder on 13th March, 2008 means after booking the refill Uday Gas Agency takes 15 days to deliver the Gas Cylinder. From the deliver of gas cylinder Uday Gas Agency takes minimum 21 days for next booking the refill. After booking of refill, Company again takes 15 days for the delivery of Gas Refill. Total days become 15+21+15=51 days. Means every customer is getting refill after 50 days so it is not good administration for Domestic Gas Connection. Pl. helps us and guide us how we will get gas cylinder within 25-35 days.

            I am consumer of Indane currently registered with Qutab Gas Service

            My complaint is :

            1) As per directions of GOI , any consumer can book gas any time without waiting for 21 days. Our gas agency do not entertain gas booking before 21 days and delivers after 4-5 days thus actually delivering gas in 24/25 days from date of last Invoice.
            2) Gas vednors who are dropping /selling gas on Bi Cycle can easily get gas from Gas agency whereas actual consumers are being asked to wait. And moreover bicycle vendors are selling gas in black on taking higher margin of approx. Rs 50-75 per cylinder.
            3) Phone no. of vasant kunj gas services are either being busy always or being attended after 10-15 minutes while gas booking.
            4) sometimes bicycle vendor delivers , short weight cylinders. When ask to weigh the cyclinders , they weigh it on an un caliberated weigh scale , which is probably very old and un caliberated.
            5) when a new cosnumer approcahes gas agency than dealer emphasies on purchaisng gas stove from same dealer otherwise new connection will not be extended to cosnumer.


            I hope you to kindly address above complaint in view of tarnished image of IOCL by this gas dealer.

            Subject:- Complaint against Deep Indane Service, Agency, Majri, District, Mohali.

            Sir,
            We, the inhabitants of suburb Mullanpur Garibdass, submit as under:-
            1. That our village Mullanpur Garibdass, which is situated at a distance of hardly 3 kilometers from Chandigarh, inhabits the population of around 12000 people. Of late, every family is solely dependent on Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) for its cooking needs. We wish to highlight to your goodself the very genuine grievance and hardship being faced by us, that there is no LPG agency or Godown of the Indian Oil Corporation in the near vicinity of Mullanpur Garibdass.

            2. That the only Gas Agency through which LPG cylinders are supplied in our town, viz. Deep Indane Service, Majri, District Mohali, is situated at a distance of about 12-14 kilometers. There is no door-to-door service for supplying cylinders in our town. The persons running the said agency dictate their own terms for supplying LPG cylinders to the poor inhabitants of the town and sometime charge more price than the fixed by the corporation. There are no fixed working hours of the said agency. The persons running the agency do whatever they like and they unnecessarily harass and humiliate the poor inhabitants of our town. The employees deputed for supplying the cylinders don’t have any etiquette/ manner how to communicate with the customers and they always used such a rough language to the customers. Moreover, the telephone/mobile numbers installed at the agency for gas booking are always out of order. As such, in this computer-age also, one has to waste his/her entire day, sometimes more

            than one day or two, to get an LPG cylinder refilled from the aforesaid agency, which is very humiliating and embarrassing too.
            Your are, therefore, requested to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against the erring agency and make necessary arrangement for opening a Godown or LPG agency in the Mullanpur Garibdass, at the earliest so that the residents of our town may not be subjected to any further harassment and inconvenience.

            lindane — harassment by INDANE gas agency by not supplying gas even after 14 days of booking

            I have a domestic gas connection of INDANE from indian oil gas distributor VIJAY GAS service, civil lines,Allahabad (U.P.)., i have only 1 cylinder on 11th jan 2010 my cylinder became empty, therefore i booked on same day from VIJAY gas service, thay told me that i will get gas after 10 days. i waited for 10 long days for gas but of no avail, on 21st jan 2010,after dialing their phone no.[protected] continously for an hour Bcoz either they didnt answer the phone or remove the receiver so that the no. becomes engaged,finally they picked the phone in afternoon and said that i will get gas on 23rd jan, again on 23rd i called 100times then they said that i will get on 25th jan. On 25th january i waited from morning to evening for gas, called them a no. of times but they have got all excuses and didnt provided me the gas till now and i am still waiting.

                I saw many complaints registered for Madhavi Gas Agency. Why we are suffering with it since long. We are neither able to book gas cylinder nor to get any enquiry on telephone itself at Madhavi Gas agency Hyderabad. No one picks up phone or otherwise it will be always engage. Isn't it possible to terminate thier license as first action on priority. Take some immediate action to provide relief to family peoples.

                Why we are suffering since longtime . We are trying to book gas cylinder No one picks up phone or otherwise it will be always engage.
                I am from Mumbai and staying in Hyderabad since last five years. I am experiancing worst experiance of my life to obtain a cylinder from Madhavi gas agency. In past one year the cylinder was never delivered to my doorstep and I had to beg or fight for one every time. I am seeing others also to suffering to book or receive a cylinder from this agency. It takes minimum ten days to deliver cylinder throughout the year.
                They certainly are involved in black marketing and I fail to understand why the license of this agency is not being cancelled? Is there anyone to listen to our grievences?
                I am also a sufferer of Madhavi Gas Agency, Shaikpet Indan gas distributor. They have THREE telephone lines for taking books of gas. But every day all the lines continuously engage. We don't know whether they keep out the phone receiver or it is really busy. I am trying reguarily but I am not getting the phone for booking of my gas requirement.

                It is happening regularily to all the customers. All the customers can not go to their depot for booking leaving their works. It is becoming very difficult to contact them for booking. The Indan gas officials requested to understand the difficulty of the consumers and to make necessary arrangements to stream line the booking with Madhavi Gas agency.

                I am a subscriber of the INDIAN GAS with Madhavi Gas Agencies, Shaikpet, Hyderabad.I booked a cylinder on 6 nov-09.Today is 16 nov-09, the gas is still not delivered.I asked them why there is so much delay.They said they don't have proper stock.But If you ask the boys who actually does the home deliver, he asked me for 500/- to sell it in black.
                If you want I can give you all the detail of the delivery boy who wants to sell it in balck.Please take some action as I am having a family of 5 person and from last 10 days I don't have gas cylinder.

                When ever u try to call [protected] for booking it shows engage. One day i went to the Gas agency and saw the phone was not busy. I tried to call the no it show me busy. It might be the problem with the phone or they are making us the problem bu just not keeping the phone properly.

                I am a new personal relocated to my house in Puppalaguda. I am looking for a new gas connection.. I approached this Madhavi Gas Agency as it is nearer to me.. but after looking at these comments.. I am not sure if I should proceed with the booking? Also, I was told that it would charge Rs 3300/- for a new gas connection and that too only one cylinder without stove. I feel the rate is too high.

                Can someone please let me know what is the actual rate and if there is any other alternate better gas agency with better service?

                There is a ton of complaints mentioned here... all have nearly same problem, delayed delivery, black selling. And YES, I'm one of the suffere.

                These people say it take 8-10 days to deliver the gas, but no... they take more than 15-20 days to supply. They do it because, they get the chance to sell it on black. Obviously no one who has single gas can wait for long, he has to go for a black one. We have a family living near by, one of its family member is working with Police Special Squad, they get the gas within 3-4 days. Why is that?!!! Does this means anyone who has power will get it on time. Where would we go. Don't we pay or we don't have respect in their eyes? Does the public has to suffer in all the cases? Anyone has an answer for these questions??????

                A strict action has to be taken against these people. Someone has to act. IT IS THE GOVERNMENT. THE MOST POWERFUL HAS TO USE ITS POWER against these agencies.
                Rightly said that Madhavi gas agency is the worst gas agency. They keep selling the gas cylinders in black to commercial stores and by the godown becomes empty, then they fool all o[censored]s saying that they haven't received the stock or short of stock. Every day they are ready to hear the people abuse or profanity, but not willing to address the public grievances, because they are filling their pockets with black money.                   I am Ramesh Solanki from Rajasthan state, currently working in Chennai. One week before I went for Indane Gas booking. I told that I want to go for new gas connection. They told me show family card. I told that I am from Rajasthan so my family is using this family card for their need. I told that I can submit PAN card xerox, Bank statement, salary slip.....but no one was listening to me....tell me what to do ?

                  We don't know what are the rules to have a Gas connection is there any rule that in one Ration Card=one connection, in india lots of people live in a joint family, they have just one Ration Card, if that how can they manage with one gas connection.
                  i am one of the indane gas customers. my connection no. is 22553 of M/s sri periyanayaki amman indane gas service, tirupur, tamilnadu. while booking the cylinder they are asking the ration card. That may be their duty, but i got the connection by giving them the certificate of "no ration card with this customer" from the taluk office. They are asking me once again we want this form from taluk office. Is this is the procedure for booking cylinder or any other formalities. I am more suffering without cylinder because of single cylinder. they are not giving even the second cylinder and not booking even the single cylinder. i think so the indane gas service has no serious attention with the customers. please reply me is there any other way to book my cylinder. whatever it may be i need the cylinder urgent. will the higher officers will take action regarding this.

                      Sharon Gas being the sole distributor of Indane gas in Kakkanad area, they are really very arrogant. They wont provide refill even after one month of booking. They charge Rs 10 extra and wont provide bill even for the cost of the cylinder.

                      They will not attend complaints. They will keep the phone mid way of complaining.

                      Competition is the only answer. As long as they remain the sole distributor, things are going to continue the same.

                      Indane gas should take action against Sharon Gas and residents of kakkand should ask for another distributor in the area.

                        I Bokked my gas few weeks Ago. The Agent When Came Home There Was No Money Pay For It We Said Him That Please Deliver It Tommorow. He Took The Gas And Gone.After A week I enquired About My bokking on this No :[protected] At Calicut Link Road.
                        They Said That My Bokking Was Cancelled And Behave Very Rashly. They Said I want ReBokked My Bokking They Are Very Lazy To do The Needfull
                        I went The Office And Said This. They Are Very Very Poor BEHAVIOUR. and arguing With Me That There AGENT Said That WE dONT Empting Our Cyilinder Thats Why THe Bokking Is Cancelled

                          Sir,
                          I had taken a gas connection 10 years ago while at Madurai during my husband's study programme for 2 years. This was taken by Tatkal then paying Rs.4,000. The gas was transfered to Kerala after one year when we shifted to Kerala, later to Hyderabad, and now to Chennai, AnnaNagar West.
                          We are here in Chennai for a short period or two or three years. The gas company- the frachisee is now asking for ration card proof for getting the refills. We tried for it but found impossible to get a ration card. Since we plan to return to Kerala, we are not interested in getting a ration card here. But does it mean that we dont have right to get our refills with out a ration card?

                          Kindly guide and tell us what to do?

                          sir i am a costomer since 5 years. i got connection on basis of election i card. Since last one and half year the agency is denying the home delivery and now they refuse to give slips also. They are demanding separate ration cards whereas we are three brotheers (separe married families and kitchens but house number and ration card are same as that of our father who lives with all o[censored]s). Getting a separate ration card is a long process and needs time as they are also goverement organisation and have their own schedule. The agency after arguments provide slips( refuse to provide home delivery). Since collecting and refilling cylinder from te centre is not so easy for a daily service going class family, so we arrange sometimes and it seems that our connection is being used as black marketting since last one and half years. On asking the agency warns to cancel connection in absence of separate ration cards but they do not cancel as they issue on it in black.
                          please guide how we can have a regular home delivery on our genuine connections.

                            मैं सुरेन्द्र पाल दीक्षित गैस सेवा का ग्राहक हूं, मेरा गैस नं. 41773 है। सबसे पहली समस्या यह है कि गैस 10-12 दिन बाद पहुंचता है। दूसरा यह कि जब भी गैस घर पहुंचती है गैस हमेशा ही 2 से 3 किलो तक गैस कम होती है। इसकी शिकायत दीक्षित गैस सेवा की मैडम से कई बार कर चुके हैं, परन्तु मैडम का कहना है कि जो डिलीवरी करता है उसको मारो-पीटो, उसे पैसे मत दो।, महोदय, क्या यह कानूनी तौर पर सही है कि ग्राहक कानून अपने हाथ में ले, जबकि यह पूरी जिम्मेदारी दीक्षित गैस सेवा की ही होनी चाहिए। डिलीवरी मैन के पास न तो गैस तोलने का कंपनी की आ॓र से मिला हुआ कांटा ही होता है और न ही वह ग्राहक से तमीज से बोलते हैं। घर में औरतों को गलत तरीके के कांटे से तौल कर उन्हें बेवकूफ बनाकर संतुष्ट करने की कोशिश करते हैं। महोदय, यह समस्या अब आगे नहीं होनी चाहिए। क्योंकि हम पैसा पूरा देते हैं तो गैस भी हमें पूरी चाहिए।
                            My cosumer ID is 15468 with dwarka indane service in Dwarka, Delhi. I booked my cylender on 24/12/2008, which was subsiquently delivered after 3-4 days. The cylender was underweight and the total weight of the cylender was 24 kg. I called the Dwarka Indane Service to replace the cylender. They said O.K. we will change the cylender. But nothing happened. Since then I personally visited their office atleast 10 times, but all in vain.

                            I request the offier in Indian Oil to kindly look into the matter and teach a lesson to these agency people.
                            Ihave received 28Kg. cylinder. This is the general matter. Nobody listens.
                            Less gas+late delivery with Extra payment to the Delivery Boy

                            My consumer ID is 2840 and I use to get my Gas Cylinder supply from MUTHUMANI GAS AGENCY, Near thuvakkudhi B.H.E.L, R-Sector, Kailasapuram Town ship Trichy-14.the agency use to supply the gas after 10-15 days from booking date .This problem I am facing from Past 2 years and the cylinder is under weight also(within 15days it will be finished note:If i am getting cylinder from another agent from Tanjore it is coming up to 2 1/2 months provided all condition that i am following for the previous agent is same for this agency also))& the delivery boys delivering the cylinder with extra amount collectting from me.Please take immediat action ASAP and my Cell no:+91 [protected]

                              We have gas connection frm AGNIHOTRI GAS AGENCY, SEC 37, NOIDA.
                              The owner MRS AGNIHOTRI is not behaving good wid customers.she always creats problem for clients, making delay.
                              Taking much time for any Procedure.

                              Kindly rectify the Problem. As this type of owner is not good for the customeres....

                              The Agency has two telephone numbers given to their customers, viz 2430128 and 2430269 for booking gas cylinders. Neither of these numbers are available for booking Gas Cylinders. Either the numbers are busy or no one attends the telephone. As a test case any one can call these numbers and see the results for themselves.

                              It appears that either the Agency has too many customers to service that they are not capable of handling them efficiently. Certainly the agency is not customer oriented.

                              This aspect needs to be looked into. Either the number of lines for gas booking needs to be increased or the number of customers availble to the agency reduced by splitting the agency.

                              Unfortunately, I have applied for new connection. had to take half day leave from the office in order to do that. Now in order to get the cylinder and stove, I am struggling.
                              booking by sms is available but you are not sure if the have noticed and booked.In order to have proper booking confirmation email booking facilities should be started which can be confirmed or direct on line booking can be conceptualised by INDANE GAS Authorities similar to that of ticket booking.It could be a centralised booking by indane and idle agencies can be utilised by them to serve the scarcity facing area.

                              Numbers provided for booking the Gas are never picked up. Moreover once i happens to visit their place ans what i saw was put me in aghast. There was a customer who hails from Korea. So obviously his name will sound different for us. they people were making mockery of his name. Even after my intervention that guy did not stop and was ready to fight with me. This is the way Agnihotri Gas service treat their customer.
                              For the last 3 weeks i am trying to book cylinder but for the last 3 weeks i am getting "Dial kiya gaya number abhi vyast hai please dial after some time". Yaar its 3 weeks and i am still without booking. In these 3 weeks only 3 times phone rang but no one answered. I have tried every probability from 9 to 5 but its difficult to connect with gas agency. I dont know why they do not take calls. I think there should be proper procedure for booking. The cyliders too are filled with water. We have small family but our cylinder last only for 12 days.
                              I request two times on Jai Harsh Bahuguna (B.P.) H-14, Sec-22 for Bharat Gas Cylinder but they told me both times that We coundn't apply before 15 March.We have urgently requirement.

                              Agnihotri Gas Agency is the worst gas agency to deal with. You can't get through to the numbers because they keep the phones off hook most of the times, I have seen this personally. My connection has been shifted without notice to an agency in sector-93. The service there is even worse. I have complained to the area incharge for Indane but there is very little and only temporary respite.He does not tell you who else in the company can take your complaints.The company does not have information on their website on whom to get in touch with regarding this. A combined complaint to the consumer court can help.I am game.

                              I have an Indane DBC connection from Ranjan Gas Agency in NOIDA. They have listed two landline telephone numbers for refill booking but either of the phones come busy or is left unattended. (telephone # 2551954, 2522071)

                              On the day of your luck, if the number gets answered, the attendants is very callous and unprofessional.

                              The cylinder delivery team at the agency is a bunch of goons as well. My cylinder doesn’t last us for more than 10-12 days. They carry spring balances to weigh the cylinders which I am sure can be manipulated to their advantage by suspicious wrist jerks that they are so adept at. They should ideally carry electronic weighing balance and not spring balance!

                              Whereas, a borrowed cylinder from my neighbors of a different agency of Bharat Petroleum lasts for almost 25 days.

                              I have tried several times to contact the concerned Area Manager from Indane but to my despair...have never been able to touch base with him.

                              Ranjan Gas should dedicate a mobile for refilling so that customers can sms their consumer number and save themselves from lot of inconvenience.

                              Each delivery boy should carry an electronic balance with himself.

                              I have tried several times to contact the proprietor of the gas agency, Mr. Ranjan Gupta, to seek solution of my grievances but sadly I am not made to get through to him by the staff at his office in Sector 26 !

                              What can be done...can anyone advice ? Is anyone in Indane management listening ?

                              Yes I think I kind of agree, coz I went their today afternoon to book a new connection and i just fleetingly mentioned about this post to Mrs Aghnihotri, I believe, since this lady looked kind of In-charge. What i expected was a response that could have been courteous instead it was quite aggressive and I was told by a gentleman (sic) sitting their, who it looked liked that he was either the brother or a close relative of Mrs agnihotri; that
                              "even Mrs Sonia Gandhi is also said to be rude as she could be to Mr Manmohan singh so let people say whatever, they say the same for Mrs Gandhi too".

                              I was shocked and horrified with this response, I only said that I will let this pass and would make no further comments.

                              I still went ahead and quitely made the booking since it seemed that I did not have a choice but given one
                              I WILL NEVER TRANSACT WITH THEM
                              i am waiting for the gas on the pipe to come which is expected in march since then I guess I will have to bear. I see no enabling change in the meantime

                              Both Agnihotri Gas Agency (sector - 37) and Ela gas Agency (sector - 82/93) are a pain to deal with. No one picks the phone and yes Mrs Agnihotri thinks no less of herself than Mrs Sonia Gandhi :-)

                              There is a person (whose name I cannot recall) who is the incharge of Indane for most of Western UP and he visits these agencies (esp. Agnihotri) once a week. If you complain to him, he always takes effective action. People in trouble, Try to catch him.

                              Can anyone also provide the mobile number of Ela Gas Agency.

                              i wanted to file a complaint regarding these people. i have unnecesserily asked to get a new booking copy made by this gas agency people. everyyear they say that their is something or other is incomplete such as " get original gas papers to show", " id- proof", "photographs". therefore, this booking copy has been made by these people themselves every year. and on top of it they charge Rs 25 everytime. these poeple have all the odasity to misbehaive the their customer.
                              And, when my son went to book the gas, they tore my booking copy and told my son that they wont issue any gas on this old booking copy. they asked him to get all the relevant papers with photographs than talk to them.
                              after all this, my son went again with all the original papers and photographs. than after seeing the paper they misbehaived with my son by saying all the nonsense. they had used faul language with him. and not even made the copy. and asked to send the person on who's name the copy has to be made. they say they will do the verification of that person and than they will make the copy.
                              after all this scene, i complained the manager " Mr. K. K Sharma". the matter has been taken their very lightly. their was no concern for the misbehaivour of their staff. everyone is very reluctant their in their behaivour.
                              i wanted to know tht what is the need of making the copy again and again everyyear. and when once the copy has been made after checking all the documents than whats the need to do that again. if its not harasment than what is it? please answer it.
                              And its a request to the higher authorities to keep a check on the behaiviour of their staff.

                              We are of the opinion that the Major Cooking Gas supplier companies should make it possible to book a Gas Cylider on the internet like the Railway Ticket . It should be possible to PRINT YOUR OWN BOOKING NUMBER WHICH SHOULD INDICATE THE DATE OF DELIVERY of Cylinder and the Weight of the Cylinder with prices to be paid on Delivery. The Representatives of the Gas Company should visit the Customers and address their Problems on regular Basis.

                                I had booked for domestic gas cylender nearly 10 days ago. On contineously following up the matter with M/s Commander Gas Service, Rajaji Puram, Lucknow where my connection no. 7710R is registered, the gas has not been supplied so far.

                                Last time too the cylender supply was delayed by 6 days.
                                Very poor service.

                                Genuine complaint. Many times it has been observed that the quantity of gas in cylender is not upto mark. It is less by 2-3 kg per sylender. On making objection either gas supply is delayed or vendor prepares to compensate the deficiency in quantity by paying money in stead of preferring compalint.
                                I have connection no 21039 from your dealer PAYAL GAS Tel no 23867789.The service of the dealer is very poor.I always go to book my cylender but they give always reply that your cylender has been delivered, and I do not get the cylender.as on today I have no cylender.please look into the matter, and take suitable action against them.

By the time the service staff reached my residence the whole LPG in the cylinder got leaked and the cylinder was empty. By mere luck there was no accident.I clearly admit that I am not satified with the service proved. I would like to get compensation for the loss I suffered due to deficiency in service by the service provider. Kindly advice.

                                  It is such a shame to note that Ren Gas agency based at Mysore such terrible attitude towards its customers. First of all they don't even have any patience to hear to what the customer is saying. They promise to deliver next day and now it is over 7 days they have not delivered. The lady who attends the call, I wonder what runs in her mind that she has such a horrible and terrible attitude and more shocking that the Manager of the agency does not even think of addressing this issue.

                                  Main Points to take action at your end:
                                  1. Always telephone no. is engaged. It is difficult to book the refil-gas and also it is still worst to follow up as people take weeks time to deliver the refil. Only one telephone no. is available to >15000 customers.

                                  2. Arrogant response from agency staff and especially manager. No commitment .

                                  3. Always they say that "door lock". I do not know when exactly they will come and no "chit " will be left for us to know that they had visited our place.

                                  Does Indane Gas ever does an audit with its agencies on the soft skills and attitude issues? Since 15 years, not even once i have received a call / visit by Indane Gas to enquire about quality of service of the agency.

                                  Can you guys wake up and attend to these issues and get my cylinder delivered NOW

                                  Reference to the above, I want to draw your kind attention, that I am 77 yr. old retired person, and not physically fit for going after local vendor for timely delivery of the cylinder all the time.
                                  As prescribed terms conditions by the agency, one has to get enrolled for next gas supply after 21 days of first gas delivery, although such rules are not prevailing in real sense as per daily newspaper. Even if this is the rule prescribed by the agency for smooth operation, there should also be rule for timely delivery of gas cylinder after getting the waitlist no after 21 days. But it is nothing like that. In result next enrollment after 21 days is delayed due to late delivery and customer suffers and puzzled for timely next gas cylinder supply.
                                  After finishing 77 yrs of my age, I feel nothing is good in the system. While government has announced several schemes for senior citizen to make his life easy. I am sure; there would be some senior citizen schemes in your distribution system. Kindly for senior citizen’s and help me out to avoid unnecessary harassment caused by the agency and vendors.
                                  I request you kindly look into the matter and instruct the persons concerned to make arrangement for the needful, keeping in view of my old age. It would help me to avoid going after vendors all the time and making several calls for waitlist enrolment.

                                  Further, I had applied for new connection in my son’s name for smooth supply, but asked by the agency to purchase new Oven with new connection which is compulsory. So I disagreed and did not go for new connection.

                                  Ren Gas Agency - You have no rights to be cooking gas distributor. I have been trying to call since from last 5 days and there is no one to respond. I even searched for other numbers related to your agency but they say wrong number. You have only one number and its engaged .

                                  I think you should cancel your dealership. If this repeats again definitely your customers should take next action of reporting it to police and concerned department.Being an agency first you should listen to your customers, convince them by providing good service .

                                  Completely agree with Mr. chandramouli and others.First of all the telephone line is always busy and we need to try at least for two days continuously to get the line and the lady attending the call has such an attitude and speaks so rudely to the customers and is not even ready to listen to us. For any explanation asked she wants us to visit the office and talk to her boss, that too only at 9.30 in the morning and her boss never attends any calls.
                                  I request the concerned IOCL officials to handle these issues.

                                  My consumer no is cx5646907 registered with the gas agency Sir VigneshwaraGas Service INDANE Distributors Kuvempunagar Mysore 570023 since 27/1/14. I reside at 162, 11th main Swimming Pool road Saraswathipuram Mysore . I have been having complaints ever since my registration with the above distributer, mainly on not being prompt, unconcerned attitude of staff, phones not being attended, arrogant behavior etc.,
                                  Yesterday night a calamity was averted when the gas started leaking from the cylinder . Since than I made several calls to the distributors office number which was attended at 10.30 am today. I was told that the consumer himself with all related documents and the regulator should come to their office. Accordingly I went there in five minuets as we could not cook since last evening.
                                  The behavior of staff was so rude that it was unbearable. They made me wait for more than half an hour and told that their technician is not available. They were not ready to lodge complaint or give telephone nos of their owner. I told them to send their technician to my home as I could not leave my ailing wife alone at home.

                                  I am a consumer of Indane registered with Ren Agency Mysore for the last eight years. As mentioned by Mr. Chandramouli and Others, Ren Agency is horrible and needs to be removed from Gas Distributorship. Ren Agency was good until it was under Mr. Panakal and Family.

                                    This is regarding Retail Outlet of IOCL named M/s. Rabra Synergies, Faridkot (Punjab). 2-3 times i get fuel in my 2 wheeler from there and everytime i need to visit machenic and he told me of mix of water in petrol. I visited the outlet and asked for complaint book they denied it can u tell me where i can forward my complaint or to whom i should contact.

                                    In Chennai, I have noticed that, if I ask to fill full tank petrol in my car, initially, they set the meter in such a way that the reading will be 200 Rupees (and they say that they filled for 200 rupees). Later once again they set the meter and fill the full tank.
                                    One day I specifically told the guy not to do like that. Set the meter in such a way that, full tank petrol should be filled in one stretch. He agreed and another guy started to fill petrol in my car. He did the same way as before. Then I shouted at him. Then he admitted that, he didn't fill the petrol before, and the setting is like that. Later he filled full tank.
                                    Previously also, they are not filling petrol for the extra 200 rupees. They just show the gun and the meter will be running. Second time they fill petrol. ie, 200 rupees loss for the consumer.

For example I booked for refiling gas on 02/10/07 and thay delivered me on 05/11/07 being cash memo No 40551 dated 24/10/07.Plz take necessary action at your end so that we can get regular and timely suffly of your gas.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, I have Indane consumer Connection No. 31657 with Agnihotri Gas ,Sector -37 NOIDA. I got gas booked on 01.12.07 by visiting the distributor,s office. It is friday today and even after one week gas is not delivered at my residence in ONGC Colony Sector -39 NOIDA. Nobody attends phone there in the agency or it is busy. It is happening second time.
                                      Please take some action for this type of service being provided by distributors.

                                        As a responsible citizen and a vigilant consumer, I like to inform about the false practices and cheatings happening with your customers at Petrol Pump Retail Outlets that Petrol Pump service men are doing, which they have become habitual of, due to the lack of strict action against them. Today at afternoon around 2:45 pm, I went to the IBP Petrol Pump Station, Opposite to MNIT, Jawahar Lal Nehru Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan - 302015, for buying petrol of Rs. 250/-. When I asked about the normal petrol, the service men told me that only the Premium quality is available with them and they do not keep the normal quality petrol. When I was looking at the rolling digits of petrol pump while they were filling up the petrol in my vehicle, I looked at the digits, which showed 4.36 Liters of petrol when they stopped filling the petrol. Then suddenly other man came and stood behind the pump to reset the digits of pump again so that I couldn’t notice their fraud and cheating with me. As per today’s price of Petroleum, they had to provide me around 5.2 liters of petrol, but they filled up only 4.36 liters. And only after my continuous protests, they filled up the balanced amount of petrol, which they earlier tried to somehow steal.
                                        Immediate and needful action against such fraudulent employees should be taken who malign image of Indian Oil Corporation in the market.

                                        The same happened to me today (6- mar-09) at IBP Petrol Pump Station, Opposite to MNIT, Jawahar Lal Nehru Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan - aroun 3:30 pm.

                                        I asked petrolpump service man to fill petrol of Rs 150 and single oil in hero-puch.

                                        He filled petrol of Rs 100 and charged 16 for single oil pouch. I asked him to give me full petrol. he said that he filled rs. 134 petrol + rs.16 oil = 150 whereas he filled petrol of Rs 100 only. He reset the petrol metre before i could say anything and then started arguing with me. Their behaviour was also very rude. The petrol pump was almost vacant. There was only one customer other than me. They reset the meter as fast as they could do before the customer check the meter properly and can say anything.

                                        I am refilling my petrol-tank every 3-4 days and of same amount from other petrol pump. I can easily guess how much petrol will my tank have after refilling even without seeing meter. Petrol of Rs 34 matters a lot and shows a significant difference in the petrol-level in tank of Hero-Puch.

                                        i am feeling very bad and cheated after this incident and have decided not to go to this petrol pump again.

                                        Immediate and needful action against such fraudulent employees should be taken who malign image of Indian Oil Corporation in the market.
