I HAVE A GAS CONNECTION BEARING NO. P-4552, THROUGH PASSI GAS SERVICE , MEERUT, I GOT THE BOOKING DONE ON 10/12/2007, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CYLINDER TILL DATE THAT IS 25/12/2007. PLEASE LOOK IN TO THE MATTER . MOREOVER THE AGENCY PEOPLE ARE TOO RUDE TO TALK TO.THANKS

    I am Manoj menon, having a gas connection with Delhi's Roop Gas Agency Mayur Vihar Phase -3 , Delhi, not only me lot of my neighbours having similar problem what I am facing. The problems are the agency is that they never pick any phone calls, and some times it found that the phones they hang up, and as the result it is remains enegaged . The other mager problem faced they deliver 5-6 kg less gas most of the time, if we ask they say they don't have a instrument to mesaure the weight. Most of the time ladies are at home and they cheat them with diffrent tricks. eg, I booked a gas after lots of struggle, when I reached the agency around 12.40 pm they were already closed the agency for lunch, even as the board out side the agency says the lunch time is 1pm to 2 pm. I got the gas after 4-5 days then the man who some how convenced my wife that the gas is full. Today morning when the gas got finished and about to change the cylinder I flet the gas is less and I checked it. The gas is 5-6 kg less then it is pupposed to be. This is not a small issue lot of people facing similar problem like this.

    Indian oil corporation — Trouble Facing with Agency

    I am a customer of this agency since 2005. Recently the M/s Yeshawini agency has handed over my membership to another agency called Benaka Agency which is very far from my residence WITHOUT ANY INTIMATION. After making several calls, I VISITED to Yeshawini Agency they told that my agency was transferred to Benaka agency. When I VISITED the Benaka agency they told that my area will not come under their jurisdiction and it will cover under M/s Yeshawini Agency's jurisdiction.

    And they asked me to bring my documents to transfer my agency to Yeshawini agency. Again i VISITED to Benaka Agencies, they've given me transfer slip to Yeshawini Agency.

    When i VISITED to Yeshawini Agencies again they told that you have to bring all your old documents like residence proof and other details.

    When i asked M/s Yeshawini agency why you have transferd to another agency they were very rudely giving answer that this is like this only. goto hell like...

    Why should I hear all these things without my mistake and because of their mistake i bound to make 5 trips to all these agencies. For every visit to this office i need to put leave to my office because general office timings and agency office timings are same. If any responsible person from IOC seen this message they may respond please (i hope IOC is an responsible organization). Lets imagine that both of your cylinders are empty and no GAS in your house and this Agency people are troubling you like this... (this is my situation)
    Dear sirs,
    It is very difficult for a common housewife to book the LPG to their dealer and get the supply without reminders.Although it is also difficult to replace the leakage cylinder even after reminders and still pending where is 48 hours has been passed.Even consumer is not knowing that who is the dealer/proprietor of the agency.
    My dealer name is M/S suncity Indane, 11thChopasni Road, Jodhpur and my con.no.is 8746.

    Will IOC authority will look into the matter?

      i'm a customer of indane gas agency from krishnagiri district tamilnadu. there's a big chaos here for the cooking gas. it takes around 50 days to get a cooking gas. we are the family of six just do something regarding the mess over here. here the gas is sold in black too. all of the customers r getting the cylinder filled for 500 rs in black. we the krishnagiri people will be greatful for u r kind consideration sir.

      Dear Sir,

      I am customer of Victory Gas Service, Pilani Distt. Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan[protected],242430. My consumer number is 20843. After supply a cylinder Gas Agency do not book cylinder before 21 days and no time limit for supply cylinder after booking cylinder, therefore not only me almost other customers also facing same problem. I have talked to D.S.O. Jhunjhunu[protected] but he said post your complaint, he has not time to ask Gas Agency about it without a written complaint. I have talked to Shri Mohinder Kumar, A. M. LPG Jaipur on his mobile number [protected] but he also said same thing “I will talk to him” and this is not proper response. As an Area Manager why not he like ask to Gas Agency for arrange a period after booking a cylinder. Here gas cylinder rate is 302.35 and Gas Agency receiving 303 from customers. Why gas agency getting excess money from customers? Why not round off amount? This is not much money for a customer but this is too much for agency if an agency supply hundreds cylinders per day. I hope you will look into this matter and solve this problem.

      Staff of Shaheed Subhash Gas Service has been very irresponsible in catering to the needs of consumers. When we call them to book the cylinder they either do not pick the phone or they abuse the people who call them for booking. On reaching them personally they misbehave and treat as if beggars has come to their doors. It seems as if they are into black marketing of our cylinders that they don’t have cylinders for the consumers.

      We have already send our comlaint across two officers- Area Manager V. K. Verma and State officer B.S. Giridhar but still no action has been taken.

      I request you kindly look into matter and check if they are involved into black marketing of our cylinders. It is not our problem but several consumers are being haunted by them. So with one great action you can help many o[censored]s.
      We hope we will not be disappointed by you.

      The dealer is telling that sort supply of gas for which there is delay in supply.Actualy he is doing black & not suppling the consumers in time.I have lodged a complain about 7days back but no action has been taken.Either you people are ineficient in administration or you are there to give trouble to the consumers.Your Bhubaneswar peole are in efficient & they are helping the dealer to give trouble to the consumers.If reply is not recived within 3 days then I will be forced to go to consumer court.

      Indane LPG Gas supply — Harrasement and irregular supply of refill gas cylinder

      Sir,
      I am a Indane gas consumer ang my consumer No. is 2842 and concerned gas agency is SHANTI INDANE, WZ-427, Sadhnagar. Gali No.-18K Palam Colony, New Delhi. The agency harrases all the ways in booking and supply of refilled gas cylinder.First of all they do not lift the phone or keep aside if lifted. If booked then non supply even after repeated requests.I am waiting for the last two months.They even don't honour the the booking done at 1260 where I booked there also on Jul 23, 2008 with booking number 5 and subsequently booked at later dates with booking no.6 and 7(on Aug 1, 2008). The ageny has not responded till date. I request for immediate supply and stern action against the SHANTI INDANE, WZ-427, Sadhnagar. Gali No.-18K Palam Colony, New Delhi including removal of agency's name.
      I am a consumer of Indane LPG having consumer No. MG-3504 at Rayagada( Orissa).The prioblems with the distributor at Rayagada M/s Maa Majhi gouuri Indane is also same such as
      1 Undue delay in supply.
      2. Misbehave
      3. Not attending phone calls
      4. Black marketing of LPG -use of domestic LPG in every hotel/hosted/restaurants.
      5 -Non acceptance of second booking on the plea of 21 days gap of supply althoug the supply is abnormaly delayed for about one month of booking date.for example
      I request to redress my greivnces and to take action taken against the distributor and make me available refills intime.

      I fully agree with the complaints of KLEEN GAS, at BHUBANESHWAR. They are the worst dealers I have seen in last 20 years. They are affecting the reputation of INDANE, from which we received excellent service before going to KLEEN GAS.

      LPG GAS Indane — delay in supply

      I have booked lpg gas cylinder on 4.11.08 at chintamani super market puthur, Tiruchirappalli 620017. They informed me over phone that bill for this has been raised on 11.11.08.But till now i have not received the gas. My consumer no. 15172. When i phoned them they say that to day delivery will be made.When contacted the delivery boy on 19.11.08, he told that he got the bill to day and delivery will be made to day(19.11.08). nothing happened. Again when I contacted the shop, on 20.11.08 they say that to day we gave the bill and you will get the gas to day.

      INDANE LPG GAS Cylinder — extreme delay in supply

      To begin with the booking itself is accepted 25 days after the last delivery. Thereafter no fixed date of supply is given. We were simply told the supply is likely in a week or 10 days perhaps even beyond!So here we are today ... stranded with an empty lpg cylinder wondering when our next meal would be cooked in our kitchen...thanks to the most horrible service by our gas agency Ms. Madhu agencies in Bangalore !! Someone plzz help !!

      Indane Gas — too much delay by agencies

      Actually I have booked cylinder on 18nth of last month and today it is 04th december and till now I did not get it. When we call the agencies the response from them is so worest and literally scolding and we are literally begging them. I heard but there is no proof that they sell it in black and later they adjust.

      If somebody can take an action and make them in strict delivery, I feel very happy
      I too experienced the same problem with the distributors many times. I regret to make any comments on these type of complaints because nothing is going to happen or any good reply/result.

      I fully agree with the complain against KLEEN GAS, at BHUBANESHWAR. They are the worst dealers I have seen in last 5 years. The behabior of the owner is very rough.I got good response from both Noble Indane & Bhubaneswar Gas agency since last 4 and half year, but it is unfortunate to say that due to your auto chnge of area I came under KLEEN Gas and suffering a lot.
      The rashmi rathi gas agency of k sector kankarbagh(800026) has the rule to file a new order after 21 days of previous delivery. and when the order is done they dont give gas cylinder for about 20 days.This is becoming a regular practise and now it has become a very pathetic problem . Inspite of several reminders also they dont keep thair service up to mark. kindly check the problem and sort it out as soon as possible.

      I can't mention my consumer no.because I don't want to be harrashed & victimised by the dealer, Kleen Gas Agency, BBSR.
      I am a consumer of Indane Gas Agency since last 24 years. I have never seen such an worst dealer, who treats his customers like the servants of his godown. Due to your auto change system, I came under this Agency from Bhubaneswar Gas Agency, who is really a genuine party.
      Right from the first month, I have been harrashed by Kleen Gas Agency. Never the party supply the gas before 15 days, that to after no. of reminders over phone. Whenever you try to contact, their phone remains busy.
      This time they have crossed the limit by not supplying the gas even after 22 days of booking for a gas. I have all authentic documents to prove my alligations.
      Dear Sirs, I complained regarding non attendance of Kleen Gas worker to my residence for rectifying my leakage and nonsupply of filled in gas cylinder in response to my booking No.417 Dt.02/09/2009.

      Indane LPG — Insuffiency In the supply

      Sir,
      I am a resident at Kanjiramattom near Ponkunnam and have taken gas connection from Mary matha gas agency Ponkunnam. There is no gas supply in this area for the last two months which causes a lot of sufferings. We doubt that the agency is black marketing the filled gas cylenders for making unlawful gain. They dont even bother to attend our call.
      Sir we humbly pray that your goodself to look in this matter very urgently so as to save us from this dilema.

      In my residential area many of the working professionals using Indane LPG as fuel for their car by transfering the LPG in to their gas setup provided in the car. So if i want to file a complaint against i am in need of the nearest dealer contact number (The main thing is that some of the dealer make money by this fradulent thing).       Dear Sir,

      We have Indane Gas connection in my mother's name SRINIVASANconsumer no. 23348 with shree Venkateshwara Indane Gas Agencies,No:5/41-1 taluk Office Road,Hosur-635109

      The above shree Venkateshwara Indane Gas Agencies delays too much to supply Gas cylinder to us and takes nearly 20 days to supply a Gas cylinder from the booking date. We have singal Cylinder Connection,Most of the time we are running short of Gas cylinders and we are in trouble due to too much of delay in Gas cylinder registration and supply.

      WE ARE IN TOO MUCH OF TROUBLE THAT WE HAVE NO GAS CYLINDER TO COOK FOOD MOST OF THE TIME BY TOO MUCH OF DELAY IN SUPPLY OF GAS CYLINDERS

      Indane Gas — Excess Delay in supply of Refill

      I had booked refill on 2/2/10 (Booking No.696) at Ekta Gas , Roorkee ( Haridwar) , but still after 15 days it has not been received.This is the case of every month.

      This gas agency is not attending the customer complaint , either by not picking up the telephone or giving excuse that deliveryman has not come.It seems that they are selling these refills in black at higher prices.

      Indane LPG Gas supply — Delay

      I booked LPG cylinder with IVR no.1260 on 6/2.Dely was made on 18/2 though the dilivery slip is dated 15/2/2010.The cylinder is nit weighed even after we demanded and the delivery man was very rude.
      Our dealer is Qutub gas agency in VasantKunj , New delhi.(consume no.QG789)
      His telephone is always busy and not possible to talk.Also his e-mail I sent has bounced.
      I also face the same problem. I would like to add few more thing about the agency. whenever we call frontoffice, someone picks up and says some random date for delivering the cyclinder and they are very irresponsible people.
      Due to the late delivery after 10-12 days, of booking for the Gass cylinder. For which as consumer we are being harassed and nobody male member is in my family to provide the gas cylinder from the Indian Gass counter regularly for which my old parents is being in problem repeatedly. So kindly solve this problem with out any hesitation.

      I am resident of Bhubaneswar, orissa. I am a Central govt. employee and need of a new gas connection. since last six months I have ran pillar to post for a connection but in vein. Kindly advice me what to do in this regard. Note that I am a new person to the town and how it happens that a company is not supplying new connections inspite of the huge demand. whereas one can obtain a cylinder in black by providing Rs.200/- more per cylinder.       I booked my Gas on 3.08.10 and its been one month 2 days and its not delivered yet. My booking no is 522.
      Anytime we try to contact the nos... its not available. The line is always busy. May be the person out there need a vacation. After which he would not keep the receiver down. I understand that part.
      Can someone please guide what is the best option now. Why is the service so bad. isit because that Indane gas provides the gas two hundred lesser than the black market.

      The monopoly and bad service is absolutely tolerable. please guys show some good customer service.

      Dear Sir,

      I booked my Gas on 07.10.10 & booking no is 1327 at home delivery. The agency (Global Indane since transferred from Alaka by your organisation) shown his delivery date on 08.11.2010 without delivering the cylinder. No body of my home had signed the counter foil of Gas Delivery slip. I talked over phone several times by then and as per promise they have not delivered the gas till to date and deferring their dates frequently for supplying. I have never been faced such type of problem while my consumer number was with Alaka, Unit-II, Bhubaneswar.

      Kindly sort out this problem and deliver the gas immediately.

      Indane Gas Agency — Extreme Delay in Issue 2nd Gas Cylinder

      This is in reference with my application for issuing me 2nd cylinder was given to my Indane Gas Distributor namely "Indore Indane - Khajrana Road, Indore" contact no.[protected]. I have applied for 2nd cylinder 1 year back and still I have been told to wait till May'2012.

      I want to know that is it so problem of stock to issue second cylender to any of the customer that he has to wait for the same for 18 months. Pl. revert urgently as I am forced to go to consumer court for justis on this issue.

      I can purchase it from BLACK MARKET @ Rs.4000/- by your team but why to go for it without any reason.

      I would like to say that this agency is owned by the Late.Gongi Reddy Mohan Reddy, Freedom fighter, domal guda Hyderabad.
      He has only the son named G.Satish Reddy and three daughters(1) Mrs.Indira Devi, (2) Mrs. Neeraja Devi (3)Mrs. Aravinda Reddy were the daughters .The agency got under the quota of Freedom Fighters quota by Late.Mr.G.Mohan Reddy.
      But Mrs.Aravinda Reddy, Mrs. Indira Devi, Mrs.Neeraja Devi were the daughters of the late. G.Mohan Reddy fradulently and cheating the Mr.Satish Reddy taken over this gas agency and running under the name of Mrs.Chandrika Reddy. Mrs. Chandrika Reddy is a daughter of Mrs. Indira Devi daughter of Late.G.Mohan Reddy.
      The property is acquired by cheating and booking a criminal case on Mr.Satish Reddy. By all the above daughter and sisters. The details are Mrs.Aravinda Reddy, W/o.K.Prabhakar Reddy Addl.S.P.police department at habsiguda, Street no.7.[protected]. Mrs. Neeraja Devi daughter of late.         I have booked a cylinder (Refil) on 7th december, they said that the refil will reach you with in three days. after one week again called and informed the same, but they told that not booked, and again booked and informed that will send with in two days, but till date they have not supplied (22.12.2007). Last month also they did like this booked on 6th and supplied on 20th. which affects our normal life. for the past two days we are begging each and everybody for cylinder.

          Im an Indane LPG gas consumer ( No. 41288),with Ambika gas agency, coimbatore.I had booked a refnill cylinder on 29th november 07, after a period of 31 days of previous cylinder issue.They have not yet delivered it till today( 21st dec 07).Similar problems have happenned the previous 3 times I have applied for a cylinder issue.(I have been issued only 3 refills in 9 months with an interval of mininum of 45 days of every refill).even though I have 2 cyliders,both of them are empty for the past 3 weeks.This has caused me tremendous discomfort and forced me to buy a cylinder from a private agency.I have not received any receipt for the previous refills.when asked about it the delivery person asks me to get it personallly from the agency!Now i came to know that they are illegally selling cylinders for a higher price in other customers booking dates(that explains my not recieiving the receipts).I request the concerned authority to take stringent action against the agency and put an end to this menace.

            Dear Sir,

            We are having LPG connection Consumer No: 22214 with The Park Town Co-operative Wholesale Stores Ltd.,(Indane Gas Section) 1 & 2, Davidson Street, Chennai 600 001. We are getting the supply regularly from the distributor. Only for the past four months, the dely. date is switched from around 15th to 24th, 26th and 29th day of the month.

            Now on 12.12.07 we have booked for the cylinder. They have told me that you will get within a week. But on 19.12.07, we have informed them we have not received. Then they are telling we have not booked on 12.12.07 and insists that you have to show your Ration card. So on 20.12.07 we have shown the Ration card and then only they have booked and they are telling - you will get the supply within a weeks time. Now the delivery date will go to the end of the month. Our humble request is to maintain the delivery date of ours, please inform them that the supply should be given to us immediately and do the needful.

              Complaint (1) I am a consumer with 2 cylinders.
              When an LPG cylinder is delivered, you
              cannot book another within 10 days
              even if the running one gets empty.
              Then after booking too one has to wait
              for about another 15 days during which
              time both the cylinders may get empty
              as I am having now. no one knows how
              long I have to wait.
              (2) Despite the above fact cylinders often
              seen to be delivered to households
              earlier than time in lieu of tempting
              tips to the delivery man. They have
              the power to change rule (!).

              (3) Booking over phone is not possible.
              Whenever dialled one will hear an
              engaged tone only. Leaving all other
              jobs one has to run all the way to the
              outlet.

                  I am having a Consumer No. 05972 with the Shrinath Indane Gas Seva, Banna Devi, Near Gandhi Ashram, Aligarh, Phone No.[protected], Mobile No. [protected], It is their rule/practise that a new cylinder booking is registered after 22 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practise, we booked for new refill on 03/06/2008, vide booking No. 197, but after elapsing 10 days further, I enquired on 13/06/08 for my new refill over telephone. They said that another 4-5 days will require to deliver the said cylinder and may be taken more time if we don’t receive the supply from Indane. That is lead-time will stood as -22 days + 10 + 5 = 37 days or More. It is very unfortunate to note that a fresh cylinder will come after 37 days or more. I do not know how a family can manage its cooking by a cylinder for 37 days. I want to bring this to the notice of appropriate indane authorities for looking into the matter and know the procedure for booking or supply.

                  Your immediate intervention is required to solve this problem being faced by consumers repeatedly.

                    my consumer no. is 31718. now they are saying that my domestic gas customer card has become dead because my last delivery was before 6 months. and they now say that to activate the card i should have the ration card which i don't have now.

                    I have booked my cylinder about 40 days with IOC agency in our area, M/S Aparna Indane Services Puduppariyaram, Muttikkulangara, Palakkad. KGST#31113014, AND CST#31118014. PHONE #[protected] via computer booking through phone. I got the confirmation from by audio and now when I asked them to deliver the cylinder today (10/10/07), they told me that the booking was actually recorded at their end on 09/29/07. So kindly make arrangement for prompt service.

                    I know its worthless writing this complain...but still i m writing it. Its been more than a year facing issue regarding booking a cylinder with Sai Sewa Enterprises. First, their phone lines are always engaged, no idea what they are doing all the time over the phone and if incase for god grace we get chance to book it then they take 2weeks to deliver the Cylinder. I m sure that Complaints Board are surely getting lots of complaints regarding this gas agency, but unfortunately nothing is happening. According to me please change the logo and slogon "Made By the People for the People" it should be like this "Made By the Indane Distributors for the Distributors". Second thing, they also used to say that they dont have Gas Supply or Stock is empty, then how these cyclers are selling cylinders in Black.

                    If possible, please do something.

                    I am not able to book the cylender after makeing the continious Calls from Last 7-9 days. Their phone numbers seem to have always engaged or not getting connected all through the days. we keep on trying to call but no way getting connected at all.Iam makeing the contionious calls on these nos. 26134492 & 26898953. but there is no response at their end. it is not possible me to book the cylender everytime persinally. we also tried through the help line no. I have booked gas on 17 March 2008 through the Number 1260, which is given me booked no 14 but I didn't recived any gas till now (27 March 2008).

                    You are requested to plz. Book my complaint as well as booking of the same and take some strict action on that agency.

                    Am a Customer of STANDARD GAS AGENCY, MADURAI. The Gas agency never picks or attends the call from the customers. Even if they pick, they tell customers that its a GROCERRY SHOP. The same phone number 2670172 has been provided in all the sites like just dial and yellow pages. How come they also accept the numbers without verification remains a puzzle.

                      I received an improper stamped letter from Jiban Jyoti LPG distributor in Daksinapan building dt. 03/12/2007 where I was directed to attend the showroom within 7 days from the date of the receipt of this letter within 10AM to 5PM for termination of my connection and refund of security deposit.

                      Sir, I was puzzled after going through the letter and could not understand from where the concerned dealer came to know that I have double connection LPG GAS . Whatever may be I went to the said LPG distributor office to settle the matter. After meeting the distributor of the said LPG SHOP I was more puzzled to know that my gas connection is likely to be withdrawn due to another LPG connection in favour of my 70 years old widow Mother-in-law in the same house .

                      I told her it is true that she has a connection but she is not staying with us. Other than matrimonial relation we have no interaction with each other. It is true she is staying in the same postal address because neither I nor my husband can not say to leave the house. But we have separate sets of kitchen, She stays in the ground floor in 1/6, Naskarpara lane, Kolkata-31 and I stay in the 1st floor along with my husband and one child.
                      Hearing my arguments that ruffian lady owner of the said LPG Shop told me “ truthness of version should be examined by an inspector who may go to your house for examination”. I was glad to know and I welcomed her decision but further I made a request that please send your inspector specially on Saturday because I am working in a responsible position in the South Eastern Railway under Ministry Of Railways. As a proof I showed my identity card also.

                      Hearing my request that ruffian lady suddenly became very much angry and what she told me is given hereunder:
                      “ Why I will listen to your request ? You have no fairness. I will send the inspector at any time any moment just to see your factual position. You are a stupid lady can not adjust with your mother-in–law. You have no ability to work in Government sector etc.”
                      Sir, being a consumer of LPG gas Indane I am asking you the following questions :
                      1. Do you think the behaviour of the owner of Jibon Jyoti LPG distributor is under section 3 of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Act ?
                      2. We are getting gas in lieu of money then why customer have to face the red eyes of the distributor.
                      3. According to her shall I drive out our elders from their house.
                      4. According to her, Senior citizens have no right to get essential commodities just to pass peacefully their last life.
                      5. Under section 3 of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Act is applicable inspite of having separate kitchen facilities and my widow Mother_in-law is staying separately

                      I tried my level best to narrate my grievances and pain to your lotus like feet and praying to you to get justice. Please make arrangement to sned your Inspector either on Saturday or giving prior intimation to me so that I can make myself available when the Inspector visits my kitchen. Kitchen of my mother-in-law is in the Ground Floor as well as her bedroom is in Ground Floor and the Inspector may visit my mother-in-law at any convenient time.

Inspite of our booking for gas on 13.11.2007,Iam sorry to state that the cylender has not been deliveredtill22.12.2007. Every time on enquery the dealer says only one evasive reply i.e. on the next day.

                      I have already given on line complain On 18.12.2007 with confimation code 7 e 1 7 8 and e 1 3 b e and do not know the progress.
                      Please do the needful to allevate the suffering.

G. distribution system has become a great problem for your local distributor as well as for customers. I want to know from your side that how much days after getting delivery we can book our request for refill and after booking how much days it will take to materialize the booking request. In this connection I have talk to your sales officer on cell phone number [protected] but he did not respond me positively. His behavior is very passive towards customers.
                      I am very sorry to say that I have given my refill request to PREET GAS GIDDARBAHA on 30th Nov-2007 SV. No.[protected] Consumer No. 11034 favoring of Dinesh Kumar but I had got the refill after 55 days of delivery. Further I state that I had colleted 7 refills from Jan-07 to up to 25th Jan-08. In these conditions, I request your good self's to arrange me the statement of last 12 months refill supply statement from the distributor. So that I can match that supply statement with my consumer card. I hope you will look into the matter personally and take decision accordingly. We feel great inconvenience due to non-availability of consumer grievances contact number or address at the agency office. I hope that a better customer service will be provided in near future.

                      LPG — Misbehaviour and Delay in changing the cylinder

                      We have a connection from Indane and the consumer No. is T9035 we booked the gas through Our Supply Agency Sushma Gas Service ,while getting the delivery of the booked cylinder we pointed out the gas leakage to the delivery Man and rather replacing he adjusted the washer of the cylinder and told that it will not have the leakage again.While fitting the new cylinder to the stove ,we found out that the leakage is infact even more,we immediately called to the helpline no. as mentioned on the back of the slip and lodged the complaint they told us that they wil be coming in the morning nd will replace the cylinder despite of the seriousnes of the issue ,we got this response ,puting our lives in danger, we put the cyliner out,and even after regular followups nobody even bothered to responded, in the mid noon two officers of SUSHma GAS turned up and confirmed the leakage, we enquired about the replacement they told that the lot delivered has been exhausted and the next replacement will be available only after the next delivery,when we told that the helpline is stating something else they abused us and told tha the entire responsibility lies with us regarding the replacement and the accepting of the delivery ,and its nothing to do with the agency they even told that the helpline no. to whom we were interacting since last night does not belong to the agency and Indane ,however the no. has been printed on the delivery slip they provide at the time of delivery?After all this we again contacted the abovesaid helpline and requesterd for the replacement once again and even offered that rather we can go and take a replacement rather their delivery van coming to us for the same this time they told us to go to the godown and get it replaced .We once again carried the cylinder at our own risk to the gas godown and got the replacement.We were shocked by this incident as the leakage had there been since night and he response was so delayed and pathetic that agony and frustation it created and moreover the risk to our lives for the wholeday is untollerable and there can not be any excuses for that .Above all the behaviour and response from the authorities is shameless. i don't know how to react to it.

                      My name is Narayanan.A, since 1998, I am using Indane Gas vide Consumer No.18621 at Cauvery Gas Agency, K.R.Puram, Bangalore- 560 016. Last one and a half year we are (I and surrounding Gas consumers) facing tremendous problem as per the new policy started by IOC. Following are the problems we are facing:
                      01. Cylender booking is only allowed after 30 days from the date of receipt of Gas Cylender . Last several months, we are getting Cooking Gas Cylender after 10-12 days from the date of booking. It means almost 42-45days we have to wait to get Cylender. I came to know from the reliable sources that they are misrouting cylenders to some other customers who is approaching with Empty Cylenders. In that case what is the sense of booking and wait for 10 to15 days. In this agency every day there is a hue and cry for getting cylenders.
                      You are requested to inform us your actual policy thru Email for getting cylenders in time and also send your inspector to this agency to take appropriate action so that service people can't go and sit in their agency every month two to three times.

                      My name is Sahadev Dey, I am using Indane Gas vide Consumer No.48224 at Cauvery Gas Agency, K.R.Puram, Bangalore- 560 016. I booked for new Cylinder on 28/03/2008 through phone and I was told to supply after one week but till date it is not supplied. One main problem is that they do not know other language(Not even Hindi) than Kannada. When again I called by phone today(09/04/2008) morning, somehow I communicated her and wanted to know when I will receive my new Cylinder, she told me today only the supplier will come to my house. But no one came. As I have only single Cylinder so I am facing tremendous problem. I have booked for second Cylinder on August 2007 and when I asked them about second Cyllinder they told me it will take some more time as of now they are giving new Cylinders to those who booked in 2006.
                      You are requested to look in to the matter seriously and kindly amend the rule(if it is not there) that a person with single Cylinder will get preference to get the refill Cylinder.
                      I shall be grateful to you if you kindly send an email to me regarding the actions taken for the above matter.

                      LPG Gas — exceptional harassment created by gas agency

                      We are customers of "Chndernagar Gas Agency", Suryanagar, GHAZIABAD. The gas connection is in the name of my husband Mr. Girish Saran (C N 17584). Since last two years, harassment has started . When I book the gas the phone booking lady gives some approximate date, mostly one wk. However, the gas is not provided Within the stipulated period. When I CALL AGAIN, SHE SAYS WE HAVE NOT GOT THE GAS. You will have to wait for another 2-3 days. Normally, Since last 2 to 3 years gas is being provided to us after 10-15 days period from the date of booking. A few months back I HAD POSTED A COMPLAIN ON THIS WEBSITE. Then for last 2-3 times I GOT THE GAS WITHIN A WEEK.

                      Now, the current situation is the I have booked the gas on AUG 02, 2008. I WAS TOLD THAT YOU WILL GET THE GAS WITHIN A WK. TILL NOW GAS HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED.

                      Now, I Would like to tell the actual practice of the delivery person of this agency. His name is SATPAL AND THE LADY HERSELF PROVIDED HIS MOBILE NO. If I complain, she says talk to him. When I talk to him He says "parchi nahin hai". In fact, he sells the gas to other people without booking and tells at the agency that "House is locked".This is not the case certainly with us. THE HOUSE IS NOT LOCKED 24 HOURS.

                      Please help. I am fed up of this conspiracy of the delivery man . This is being done just for selling cylindres to others for more money, thereby making his pocket heavy.

                      Indane LPG Gas — Not booking our request

                      our consumer no. is 14652, we have two cylinder connection. today we tried to book cylinder from our gas dealer M/s Bhrauch gas services - station road bhrauch. They refused to book our request stating that " INDANE HAS ASKED NOT TO BOOK GAS BEFORE THREE MONTHS OF LAST BOOKING" . Is there any such order issued by INDANE?
                      In case of me, the consumer no 24654 Address 117(holding 272) DumDum Road. I'm suffering a lot because i have no second cylinder though i have register for the same on 7.4.2008 vide no 496797.
                      And they did not arrange to supply the 2nd cylinder inspite of several request made to M/s DumDum Gas Supply Agency, kol-74 where as it is heard that they made it available to the other customer who booked after 7.4.2008.
                      So will you please consider my case/

                      This Complaint is in reagrds with the delaying of delivering of refil cylinder and the misbehaviour of the counter staff in M/s Shilpa Gas Agencies.Chettipadi Parappangangadi.

                      I have one standby cylinder and now the two are empty since 04/10/2008.Last refil cylinder was replaced on 27/08/2008 and they took the booking on 28/08/2008. When we use to call for followup for the booking done, the staff who ever picks up the phone gives false messages like gas will be delivered next week and they bang the phone.they never use to hear at least what we want to convey them.and they never take the other booking until this booking is delivered. Actually other agencies used to take booking after 20 days after the first booking if the consumer is having an extra standby cylinder.

                      Two weeks back they supplied to our neighbouring houses and no one turned up to my home.when i called up to say about this they said that we are giving as a special service for the Hindus&Muslims because of Onam and Eid .I was really pizzed off when i heard this from the counter staff.

                      These are the things happening in this distributors Office they really know that they are dominent in this area the people will keep mum so that they can do whatever they want.


                      Hoping for a favourable reply towards this matter from the concerrned department of Indane Gas.

                      The Executive from that branch call me in the evening and directly starts abusse language with me and
                      His personal ID Mr Ajay Sharma ID No:C222 Collection Manager he is Stiill calling me with threats and abused language
                      His excutive came to my Home and used the rough language with my Mother.Due to Mental Trouma and Harasment I am putting the
                      Pettition in the Police station .


                      So please I need a frequent reply and oppology otherwise I will take this mater to your Higher Management.

                      Indane LPG from Indian Oil Corporation — Delay in new connection for not buying a hotplate

                      My family is a proud customer of Indane LPG for the past 24+ years in Chennai City.

                      All reasons for being proud about being a Indane customer came crashing on the day when I received the "approved" intimation from "Anbu Gas Indane Agency" Arumbakkam, Chennai 106 for a new connection.

                      The Gentleman insisted I will have a to buy a Gas stove from the agency. I repeatedly explained that I am already using a gas stove at home and may not require a new one.
                      To my surprise the gentleman immediately closed the books and registered he had opened for me and refused to take the fee of Rs.150/-.

                      I was explained by the local delaer that if I do not buy a hotplate then there is a three step process which takes about one and a half months time to complete... here is the split up.

                      STEP 1 : A inspector will come home to check the stove which I already have and issue a certificate of fitness or usability, which will take about 10 to 15 days.
                      STEP 2 : After which I must take the letter to the Agency and pay Rs. 150/-. And then again wait for another 10 to 15 days for an approval from Indian Oil Corporation.
                      STEP 3 : I will receive a consumer number after paying deposit for Cylinder and Regulator, where I must wait for another 10 to 15 days time to receive my first cylinder

                      Complaining to Indian oil corporation is further put me trouble by delaying the process even further.

                      Guess I must have bought that hot plate and gifted it back to the Chairman of Indian Oil corporation, at least I would have got my connection much faster...

                      domestic LPG Gas Connection — MISBEHAVIOUR BY THE GAS AGENCY

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I am consumer of Indane Gas. Our area service provider is “BALASORE GAS AGENCY, SAHEED PARK, MARKET BUILDING, CINEMA BAZAR, BALASORE, ORISSA,

                      It is my long experience with them that they rarely respond on phone. For any problem, I have to go all the way to their door step, quite far from my residence.

                      Further, they are quite unfriendly towards the consumers and behave like our masters. For instance, today( on[protected]], l went to them with a written request letter alongwith the original consumer card to change my address as I shifted from one place to another in the same city. But alongwith other documents they demanded my telephone number, which were already there in my wrting pad. When I insisted the same, they told me that you search for a another gas agenecy, which I felt very seriously. I feel I am at the mercy of them, they can do any undo things as per their whims.

                      Further more, their delivery personnel, while delivering gas cylinder, never carry weighing machine and are reluctant to weigh the cylinder.

                      May I request your goodness that “BALASORE GAS AGENCY” may be instructed to be customer friendly and caring.

                      Indane LPG — Harassment of Consumer

                      Its very sad to share the experience I am facing with the Indane Agency GAJANAN Enterprise, Kormangla Bangalore Karnataka. Once we used to be very proud of IOC as one of the Fortune 500 companies but the experience right now I am facing makes me realise that its not true. I have a LPG connection from Indane (Consumer Id GE51761) and I booked for refilling of the same on 16th December 2008 and I was assured to get the same within 2-3 days I made a followup call on 19th of December 2008 they said no problem it will reach you by 20th Dec 2008. On 21 st December I have to left for Kolkata and when I came back on 5th of January 2009 my wife told they still not recived the cylinder, I again call them up on 6th Jan 2009 same assurance was given by 7th Jan it will be delivered positively but that delivery does not happened and now when I called up on 9th Jan 2009 they are saying there is a strike going on and they cannot give the cylinder till the time they does not received the stock when I said my booking is from last month December and the strike has been started from last 2-3 days then why you have not delivered it earlier then they are rude to me and said they are not at all concerned when we book, once they have stock then they will deliver. I have two cylinders indane and in family there are 6 members including me, my wife, my Parents and my 2 small kids of 1 year age and 4 years of age, the last cylinder I got in 29th November after a delay of two weeks from the date of booking (that too without any crisis or strike)and now both the cylinders are empty and I am absolutely not aware what to look for now and where to complaint for the problem.

I went to HP Gas for new connection but they were avoiding since Last two years tilling date, finally I ask with Agency owner then he told me no new connections. They didn't send anybody for verification until I followed up them 20 times.                       Indian Oil — Non-received of Second Cylinder

                      I would like to inform you that I am your customer with Vishwa Indane Adhoc, Burning Ghat Road, Opp. Sai Mandir, Koregaon Park, Pune – 411 001, bearing customer no CWG 4243 having single domestic cylinder. On 07-02-09 I have applied for double Cylinder and submit necessary document and paid them Rs. 1685.39.

                      Till now I have not received the second Cylinder from my gas agency.

                      Now when I booked the cycliner at LPG shop the lady said your connection has been cancelled and you need to write a application and i have not taken the gas for the last many month which is not true. Last month also I booked my cycliner and now she is asking for a receipt, from where will i get the receipt.

                      I am regular gas connection holder of Indian gas through your authorized dealer M/s, Ghanshyam Gas Agency, Godhra having consumer No. 12098. The agency is making too much Harassment in booking and delivering of refill gas cylinder. At the time of booking of refill they are too much aware not to booked cylinder before 22 days. (Not even single day before) while other end they are making delay in every delivery.                       Indian Oil — Bad Behaviour of Staff & Non Responding

                      My consumer no.7726 and I am a resident of Shiv Vihar Colony Jwalapur Haridwar M/s Haridwar Gas Agency distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 10 days) over phone continously for booking the gas cylinder. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them[protected], 645517) remains busy and not answaring, the gas has not been booked. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder. Some time i measured the cylinder at my own measurement and found the gas short in 3kg.

                      Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation.

                      While the service of M/s Siddhi Vinayak Gas agency is excellant.

                      Kindly organise to shift my connection to that agency.
                      I have booked gas on 6th April 2009, bearing connection no 10754 with Siddhartha Gas and I was promised that gas will be deliverd ti 2to 3 days after 10 days when I contacted them they first told that I will get it in 7 days and when I reminded them of your promise they changed the track and said that at the time of delivery door was locked and when Itold them that It is not true then on 20th april they gave me aphone no to talk to delivery person and when I contacted him then he agreed that he has never broought the cylnder for delivery and promise to deliver the same next mornning, but he never truned up, then Iagain contacted the Siddharth`s office then they asked me to come to there office in the afternoon, so that they will ask the boy in front of me, when i told them it is their duty to find out and see that gas is deliverd, they said they will find out and revert back to me, since then I have recived nither their reply nor the gas, IOC officals are hand in glove with thease distributors who are ramptly induleging in Black marketing and diverting gas to commercial establisment and vehicle owner by black marketing the same.

                      HP LPG — Late delivery and misbehaviour

                      I booked the LPG cylinder on 9th April' 09, I did not receive the cylinder till 30th April' 09 even after calling no. of times to their office. The late delivery has become regular habbit with them.
                      Then my wife made personal visit to the agency on May 2' 09, but the owner of the agency mis behaved with her. He made threatening gestures and told to change the LPG supplier.
                      We are senior citizens, instead of showing any courtsey, his behaviour was very rude to the extent of becoming abusive.

                      the brief of complain is that dealer is not providing home delivery service by giving false statements.Viz empty cylinder not avilable, howker went to home on 8-6-09 which is not correct .i personally went to bhilwara gas service office on 15-6-09 .they assured to supply cylinder on 16-6-09.again contacted on phone 0n 16th, again told to supply on tomorrow.today (17th)also gas was not supplied, hence further contacted on telephone & replied that gas will be supplied after 1 week.they told me that you may complain anywhere.They are totally insincere towards the service & brand name IOC.

                      LPG — Harassment by Supplier

                      While booking gas on telephone against cons. no. 26696 with M/s Jai Harsh Bahuguna Gas agency Noida (Uttar Pradesh), Tel. no.[protected], The dealar reprasentative insisted that I have to purchase a gas pipe amounting to Rs.190, without which gas will not be delivered. I told him that i have recently changed my gas pipe with an isi mark pipe, but he did not concidered my request and insisted that it is the instruction of the Bharat gas company and gas will be delivered only if I agree to it.
                      Since I was in great need of gas I said OK. The gas supplier also did not issued any bill for this pipe. I was not at home, my wife considering the emergency of gas paid the amount and taken GAS cylinder and Gas pipe.
                      Sir, please let me know if these are the instruction of your company to insist consumers to purchase gas pipe. If Yes than please confirm at my Email? If not than Please instruct Dealer to refund my money and take back his gas pipe which is still kept in packed condition becuause my gas pipe is in a very good condition and has been replaced a few days back i.e less than a month.Suitable standing instruction may also be issued to stop torture of other consumers also.

                      I am rupesh kumara.h.n having INDANE GAS holder, using from last 25 years in mysore city.But regulAtor still not changed. I informed to indane gas agency two times to change regulator for some abnormal sound. But they are telling regulator condition IS ok. So i have to confirm how many years to be used TO CHANGE for one regulator.

                      1.Is it the way for a service man to invest a whole day taking leave in his office every month for a cylinder?
                      2.If not able to provide cylinder to old customers then why issuing new connection evryday?
                      3.What is the sake of having double cylinder connection/is the money of acylinder has no value of the consumer?

                      I am a LPG consumer of M/s madhu gas enterprises, Tilkamanjhi, Bhagalpur, Bihar.there is a great problem of avaibility of gas cylinder here due to black marketing by the agency staffs and honour.whenever a normal consumer applies to refill a cylinder after about 45 days the agency gives the refilled cylinder at the godown but they take the cost of home delivery. If any consumer opposes he is misbehaved by the staffs. whenever any consumer wants to know about the avaibility of gas through telephone it is not received. So I request that please try for better service.

                      My name is Harimohan.S since 1998, I am using Indane Gas vide Consumer No.8607 at Mini Gas Agency, Kundara, Kollam, Kerala Last one and a half year we are (I and surrounding Gas consumers) facing tremendous problem as per the new policy started by IOC. Following are the problems we are facing:
                      01. Cylender booking is only allowed after 20 days from the date of receipt of Gas Cylender . Last several months, we are getting Cooking Gas Cylender after 10-15 days from the date of booking. It means almost 42-45days we have to wait to get Cylender. I came to know from the reliable sources that they are misrouting cylenders to some other customers who is approaching with Empty Cylenders. In that case what is the sense of booking and wait for 10 to15 days. In this agency every day there is a hue and cry for getting cylenders.You are requested to inform us your actual policy thru Email for getting cylenders in time and also send your inspector to this agency to take appropriate action so that service people can't go and sit in their agency every month two to three times.In this context I have been booked gas cylinder on 20.10.09, my old cylinder is empty on 10.11.09, and I directly approached the Agency for new cylinder but no effect, till the date I can`t get the cylinder, I am working a Sr.Executive in a leading News channel, if the problem is to be continuied I will report a news against this.kindly consider my reqst. and take immediate action against this to prove the service as the main motto of IOC.

                      Those who carried their empty cylinders to agency distribution point at RAVAN
                      PARK,RANJHI ,got filled LPG cylinder.
                      I am unable to do what agency desires,as stated above.
                      Should I able to get filled one,as per INDANE CODE OF PRACTICE ?

                      I know Indian Oil Corporation is such a big company with a big repute all over the world and its an top 500 companies in the world. But all these things are there in the paper, its really sad no action being taken nor anyone bothered about the complaints, now i am complaining hoping that the top management looks into these complaints seriously because people of india should not suffer just because of some inefficient people are there. I come to the point my mother have a connection with Prathna Gas Agency in chennai, the consumer number 28799, the address is No 37 rajiv gandhi street moovarasampet chennai 600091 and tel no[protected]. This is the only connection we have for whole family of five. My gas was booked on 26th Dec'2009 and my new cylinder yet to get, i dont understand why IOC delaying the cylinder delivery, according to this agency, delivery of cylinders are the main reason for delay. I am sure someone is playing the dirty game here. Its ridiculous to have one cylinder after 45 days. Managing Director of IOC i hope this e - mail reaches you please see to it this time of waiting of 45 days its not acceptable. If this problem cannot be solved its high time IOC stops producing gas cylinders and they look for some other job, where they can atleast keep their customer happy. Aleast a reply from the top management i expect, i know they will do nothing about it but still its my duty as a citizen of India to bring the problems to the concerned authority with best regards rajesh pandian

                      My Consumer No. is 29996 with M/s.S.K.Trading, Exhibition Road, Patna. It takes about 2-3 weeks for delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking date, it may be noted that booking of Cylinder is allowed after 22 days of delivery of Cylinder.

                      Therefore, the delivery of Gas Cylinder takes more than one and half months time from delivery of previous Cylinder. Due to irregularity of delivery of Cylinder I am facing lot of problem.

                      In this regard I would like to request you to kindly look into the matter seriously.

                      I am the consumer of "Sree Ma Kirupa Gas Agencies", m y customer No. is 18233. I booked my gas on 01/02/2010 (Booking No. 0102). The agency said that within 10 days I would receive m y cylinder. But only on 24/02/2010, afternoon i recieved my cylinder. I was countinously followup for delivery but the distributer assuring evey time for next day i am very puzzled with this distributers services, he always deliver cylinder very late. its very dificult to survive. I spent nearly Rs.7000/- for 14 days to feed my family for that 14 days. I received my gas cylinder only after i complaint the the theynampet, chennai office. so please take necessary action on the above said ageny.
                      The emergency services of Indane gas is very very poor. There is nobody to lookafter the leakage complaing specially on holidays.

                      M/s. Jubily Gas Agency, Pala are our suppliers, who are newly entrusted and is away from our place with 23 KMs. Earlier, M/s. Priya Gas Agencies Ettumanoor was our suppliers, who are within 6 Kms. We are experiencing hel a lot of problems in getting refilled cylinders. M/s Jubily has no fixed days of supply. They came upto Kuravilangad but did not give us on 6th March. Whenever we telephone, they either will not take, or give vague replies. One day they said, "sahiche pattoo", means "you have to tolerate us". Sir, why don't you take action on them for at least not fixing particular days and supply us cylinders, please.                       Indane Gas — Delay beyond tolerance

                      Having Indane gas connection since June 2009 with Kirupa Gas Agency at Anna Nagar Extnsion, Near to MMM Hospital. My consumer No is22193. Booked for cylinder on[protected]. Till today gas is not delivered. I Personally went ot his office informed twice to deliver and more than four times requested him on telephone and once I talked with Agecy Manager, Every time they say cylinder will be delivered, today. but that have come. They do not pick up the phone also, most of the time from last 4 months.

But now the agents demand me to return two cylinders and produce one CV bearing no.560771 dated 13.12.02. with Sr.No.517. It is not possible on my part to return the materials and Cv that I have not received. I do honestly request the Indane gas Authority to help me get my consumersip transfer to Bhubaneswar.

                      I want to bring your kind attention that my consumer no. is 13603 with Bedi Indane, Kartar nagar Delhi had booked through Tomo Gas Booking service on 18.02.10 No. is 31. But sorry to bring your kind attention that refill could not supplied till to date.

                      Further, I booked my next month booking on 15.03.10 No. is 22 the cylinder also pending to be supply. You can under stand my problem how can I can precede my kitchen in this circumstances. Who is responsible to maintaining smooth supply of refill?

                      Indian oil corporation — Failure to discipline the gas agency

                      I am an Indane Consumer attached to the distributor M/s Anand Gas Agencies, South Janatha Road, Palarivattom, Kochi-25 .
                      It had been pretty impossible to order a refill with this distributor because no body attends to the telephone calls. A few months back IOC changed the booking system and we were given a new number D0105569 for booking through cell-phone and computer. It was OK and working for a few months without complaints and the quality of delivery had improved.
                      We booked for a refill on[protected] and should have got the refill within two or three days. But it never came and it took more than seven days of continuous effort to get a response to the tele-call. my call, Yesterday I got the phone through and was informed that IOC had changed the numbering scheme and now our number is 36234 and we were supposed to re-book.
                      We re now promised gas within a couple of days.
                      It was the failure of IOC to inform us or failure of Anand we do not know. Anyway the erring distributor continue with his pooer service,

After 1 month when I inquired about the status M/S Agniraj informed that the telephonic booking is defunct, whereas consumers of other agencies in the same city are getting to use the same facility. My mother-in-law has been lending us one for the last 02(two) years. It's getting on our nerves now. Please help us if possible. Numerous complaints have been lodged by aggrieved consumers against this particular agent, but the IOCL, LPG Area Office at Silchar is yet to take any action aagaints this agent so far.

                      Hello,
                      We are really fed up of AVERY GAS SERVICE delivery.
                      First of all, they never pick the phone.
                      Second, when you go and book the refill cylinder. Delivery is coming even after a month or more after booking & even 20 days after receipt delivery.
                      Whenever I in my locality and search for tempo carrying lots of cylinders, i almost found them stealing the gas and filling water in place of gas in cylinder to maintain the weight of cylinder.
                      Please help in delivering the gas cylinder on time with appropriate weight.

                      My lpg connection with Sonarpur gas service (code[protected] with customer no-26175.Earlier i shifted my connection from saheeb disteributer (customer no-55850) from behala to Sonarpur gas service on last october after submitting all requisite documents to Sonarpur gas service .

                      After shifted at Sonarpur ,i had make booking for cylinder two times & also received delivery against first booking, where as not received against last booking was made on 27/01/2011 (booking no-11514). After several followup at gas office they are now telling that my connection looked by them but not telling any reason or any solution.

                      I dont know why this type of behaviour they are doing with me, my question is that if there was any problem then how they accept my transfer from behala to sonarpur & moreover how they delivered cylinder against my booking first time.

                      I have received the refiled gas cylinder on 19.06.2011 my booking was made on 15.06.2011.After all I want to book for refilling the gas cylinder on 05.07.2011 but the concerned person Mr.Abhisek who is the representative of SHUBHI GAS AGENCY said that your booking of refilled cylinder will booked only after 21 days of your receiving the last refilled gas cylinder.

                      I said please give the order which the Indian Oil Corporation Limited has given you for the booking of 21 days time as per law of RIGTH TO INFORMATION.He said I don't know what are you saying.

                      Please give us information as per law of RIGTH TO INFORMATIO.Niether I will move my application to consumer court of Allahabad.

                      My father is having the Gas connection with ROSE GAS AGENCY, and our Consumer No. is JE 34214. I have registered the above Gas on 20.6.11 thorugh my Mobile and they have replied with Booking Reference No. is 234260. The next day itself (i.e., 21.6.11, I have received the SMS regarding the refill booking 234260, Cash Memo 12092 generated. But, so far, they have not supplied the Cylinder. Last week, I also directly visited to the above gas agencies and they said, we have lost the original bill, that's why we are not in a position to supply the gas. I also agreed without bill, please deliver the gas without fail. So, far they have not delivered the Cylinder. Therefore, I request you to take proper attention for the above and instruct them to supply at the earliest. I hope that I will get the Cylinder in a day or two.

                      My name is Jai Prakash Gupta, I am using Indane Gas vide Consumer No.3303 at Indane Gas Agency, Robertsganj, Sonebhadra, U.P. Last one and a half year we are (I and surrounding Gas consumers) facing tremendous problem as per the new policy started by IOC. Following are the problems we are facing:
                      01. Cylender booking is only allowed after 21 days from the date of receipt of Gas Cylender . Last several months, we are getting Cooking Gas Cylender after 32-35 days from the date of booking. It means almost 32-35days we have to wait to get Cylender. I came to know from the reliable sources that they are misrouting cylenders to some other customers who is approaching with Empty Cylenders. In that case what is the sense of booking and wait for 10 to15 days. In this agency every day there is a hue and cry for getting cylenders. and now i want to told you more about gas booking i received my cylender at 26/07/2011 in manualy on my customer card. but at gas agency office he is feed on computer 04/08/2011.. so plz told me what is this ... and plz do some enquiry about this ...

                      This is to inform you that my lpg distributor vidya sagar agency is booking the cylinder on its own after the lapse of minimum period ( might be of others also) for the last five months.
                      Whenever i book the cylinder via computer , i have been told that it has been already booked and i have to wait for another 18 days .
                      Thereafter i have to contact the agency and delivery boy to get the filled cylinder.
                      despite there so many assurances nothing has been done.

                        This is to inform you that Indane has services in Faridabad (Rainbow Gas Service) is in doldrums and is not giving proper services to the customers.It is an ongoing issue for years. They do not book the cylinder in time. They do not pick up the phone and in case if they pick up the phone the lady over there is very rude and harsh. she does not seem the understand the importance of one's problem.
                        The Area Manager Mr. Maurya is not cooperative and he does not take care of the issues at all. he does not pick up his phone even.

                        Sometimes the GAS Agency gives less GAS and does not weigh the cylinder and the cooking gas is finished before 15 days.


                        My consumer number is R-14049 Springfield Faridabad.I do not have a cylinder and if necessary action could be taken to send a gas cylinder to me would be appreciated.

                        I would appreciate if this issue is taken care of as soon as possible.

                        Indane Cooking Gas — refill delay

                        Nondelivery of gas refill booked on 24.3.2011 is causing difficulties which need
                        immediate remedial action by Indane management in Kolkata. I am registered
                        with FAIRDEAL GAS CORNER,16/1A Creek Row, Kolkata 700014. Last supply
                        was on 17.3.2011 and booking is not allowed before 7days after last delivery.Such delay in supply has become a regular matter causing frequent complaint.It is not clear

                            I have single LPG cylinder & have booked gas on 07 dec,2007 by booking no 4050 but LPG is not delivered till 15 Dec,2007.The phone number are always busy and keep ringing.No proper responce from them.

                                This time when the agent of SRI DEVI KARUMARIAMMAN GAS SERVICE, NEW # 142 / OLD # 102, SINGANNA CHETTY STREET, CHINDATRIPET, CHENNAI - 600 002. has delivered the gas to us which weighted only 29 kgs(Cylinder empty weight - 15.6 and with gas shown in cylinder - 14.2). More over they have delivered the gas to our tenant. When i came home from my office i noticed that gas weight is less. and i launched the complaint to that agent through phone and by direct presence, but there was no reply and no action taken. They are saying to launch me complain any where and to any one, that wont bother us.

                                This is not only happening for this time, but also for past 2 to 3 times.

WHEN I OBJECTED HE TOOK AWAY THE DELIVERY VOUCHER AND RETURNED WITHOUT DELIVERY OF CYLINDER.                                     I am from Jalgaon, Maharashtra. I have problem with gas regulater. I made call at M/s. Mohit Gas, Jalgaon at Ambedkar Market office in city office regarding regulater then office assistant give me another phone number for contact. After that I call that no. then there was lady she told me to bring original receipt. with 25 Rs. for replacement charges and come to there godown which is far from Jalgaon city.

                                    My complaint is that Is the gas agency have office at Jalgaon city why they cannot give replacement faclity at city office and same from occured when booking a gas cylender means a customer have call 2 times.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I am writing this mail with respect to a malpractice which I have EXPERIENCED at Indian Oil Petrol Pump outlet in Bangalore at WHEELER ROAD, COXTOWN TODAY.

                                      There are three pumps in one row where two are manual and one is digitalized automatic pump (WORKING ONE) which is installed in the middle . There are enough salesmen but none of them were atending the digitalised pump. The salesmen were directing the customers to the manual pumps where the meter was not visible due to lack of proper lighting in the Pump. When I went there I told the salesman to fill the tank for Rs.100 from the Digitalised One. But they insisted me to get it filled from the manual one and they told me that even the manual one is good. Likewise I was directed to the Manual one. The quantity for that amount is 1.98 ltrs. Since the meter was not visible, it appeared
                                      the meter had stopped at 1.30 ltrs. So with a doubt, I asked the
                                      sales man for how much he had filled the petol. He said it is 1.98ltrs and it is for Rs.100/-. So I paid the amount and started my Scooty Pep. But to my surprise the Indicator didnt show the usual quantity. So I went to the salesman and had to argue with him about the quantity. After a long arguement he agreed
                                      to fill the difference of petrol with a murmuring face. Even then
                                      he filled in less petrol. When I questioned it, the guys there INSULTED me a lot without even having a decency of talking to a lady. No Manager was present in the Station to come to my
                                      rescue and I felt it very disgusting and had to return with an impression of visiting such a DIRTIEST PETROL PUMP WHERE SUCH 3rd GRADE PEOPLE ARE EMPLOYED BY SUCH AN ESTEEMED CORPORATION ie. IOCL.

                                      If you want to solve this problem, the only way is REMOVING SUCH INDECENT FELLOWS OR TEACH THEM A LESSON WHERE THEY WILL HAVE SOME MORALITY TO BEHAVE WITH
                                      THE CUSTOMERS. I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER TO IOCL IN
                                      BANASWADI MAIN ROAD AND HAVE GREAT REGARDS TO YOUR CORPORATION.

                                      After Making the payment, the Manager who was standing outside Mis - behaved with me and asked why have you left the merchants slip inside ? You are supposed to provide it to me ? How will I come to know whether you have made the payment or Not ? Despite of showing Customer Slip which I was carring ?
                                      When I asked that Why are you behaving in this manner and I will put a compalint against you, he was cool and enjoying his own way.
                                      Sir, I will assure myself that next time onwards I will always avoid taking my fuel with any Indian Oil Pump.

On 5th of this month i went there to fill oil and i asked the petrol pump attandent to check the air pressure. He checked the pressure but did't screw the cap of tyres.                                       Stop filling petrol from IOCL outlet. I went to fill Rs300 petrol from IOCL Indira Nagar Adyar today ( 20th April 2009). I told very clearly that I need Rs 300 petrol for my bike. One salesman tried to divert my mind by asking if I am interested to go for some point card etc. I just said No to him and in the mean time I found that the other salesman has completed Rs100 fill and he was waiting ...When I said that why he has given only Rs100 petrol and not Rs300 ... he then gave me Rs200 more pertol ...But I found with the oil indicator that they have just given me Rs200 petrol and not Rs300 ... They just theft Rs100... Any IOCL manager watching this forum ? Pls take care !! Thanks

                                        I am not receiving Gas cylinder in time. Last Calendar year I have received only 10 refill Cylinders. This year on 26th February, 2008 I have booked the refill, after 15 days i.e. 13th March, 2008 I have received Gas Cylinder. On 1st April, 2008 I have booked refill, Udya Gas Agency, refused to book refill, they are telling that from the date of deliver of last Gas Cylinder, from that date count 21 days means 13th March 2008 + 21 days. On 5th April, 2008 I go to the company and booked the refill on 5th April, 2008. Gas Agency's authority persons are telling that I will get Gas Cylinder after 20th April, 2008. Because from 26th Feb., 2008 I have got Gas Cylinder on 13th March, 2008 means after booking the refill Uday Gas Agency takes 15 days to deliver the Gas Cylinder. From the deliver of gas cylinder Uday Gas Agency takes minimum 21 days for next booking the refill. After booking of refill, Company again takes 15 days for the delivery of Gas Refill. Total days become 15+21+15=51 days. Means every customer is getting refill after 50 days so it is not good administration for Domestic Gas Connection. Pl. helps us and guide us how we will get gas cylinder within 25-35 days.
