Dear Sir,
Being perturb with the customer service provided by your INDANE distributor at Kolhapur (M/s. Handihelp Gas Service, Hindnagar, 226/C Tarabai Park), I am writing this mail to you for corrective measures. My consumer no. is 15065 and on the 24th. of October '07 I have booked LPG cylinder over phone (booking ref. no. 6716) for home delivery, but inspite of repeated reminders I am neither getting satisfactory reply from your distributor nor I have received the cylinder to my door step as of now. I was told by your distributor that within 6 to 8 days the cylinder would be delivered after the date of booking, then I really fail to understand why such delay in delivery of LPG cylinder while the bookings on later date are being released and on the contrary I am not getting supply. Therefore, I request you to do the needful immediately, so that I can have better service in future in this context.

I agree, for the past 6 months and Still i am asking the Indane Gas Distributor at Wanawadi, Pune 411040, to accept my request for a new gas connection. But the Distributer/Dealer doesn't accept my request, further he added that he will not accept any new requests for the next six months (until Jan 2007) since there is an intense Supply Demand Mismatch in the IOCLs process of New Gas Delivery Process. Its a big shame on one of the India biggest Navrathna Inc. Further he had asked me to wait for another six months when i had rang him up yesterday(03/01/2007 11 AM). If my request for the new gas connection is gonna take another six months for processing, when would i get the cylinders delivered at my place, (another 10 Months?). Its still a question of the best practices that the IOCL follows? If at all there is any best service they provide. Will the officials be asked into look into this issue?
