According to the above reference number i paid full amount on 08/12/2020. and the amount was rupees 685 which included delivery charges also. But they told me that they don't have delivery on my place, so i told them that am working in trissur district and my relative will pick up the cylinder later. On 15/12/2020 when my relative went to there office they misbehaved with him and also told me to pay rupees 50. why should i pay money on which i paid full amount in advance. The point is that i not just booked the cylinder but i paid the full amount in advance . After 7 days of my payment only the prize was hiked. I am attaching the bill wit this complaint. Here the problem is not about money but about the attitude of the employees who working in the Lekshmi gas agency Neyyattinkara. I hope you will do the needful without delay . I don't have time to send same complaint again again.

          I purchased petrol of worth 1000 rs today at on one of indian oil petrol pump but they haven't filled petrol in car. I have receipt of it....

          My Bank A/c. [protected] with INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK, THIRUVANMIYUR CHENNAI. LINKED WITH MY AADHAAR CARD NO.[protected]
          As per your requirements, I have linked my Aadhaar Card with the above SB account with IOB. and given the details to TUCS Thiruvanmiyur. I have given my requisition to credit the subsidy amount o my above bank account.
          Right from beginning till today, I have not received any credit of subsidy amount into my account.
          I have again and again complained to TUCS and my bank about this matter which received NO response.
          I am a retired senior citizen of 78 years and my health does not permit to visit your offices repeatedly.

          Kindly arrange to look into the matter asap and help this OLD man by arranging to credit the entire subsidy amounts due to me till date and oblige.

                On 17.12.2020 I filled petrol worth Rs 300/- at Badachandra petrol pump, Keshari Nagar, Unit 5, Bhubaneswar, and gave Rs 500/- to the salesman named Dipuna and asked him to return me Rs 200/- due to me. Dipuna instead told me to park my bike and wait till he completes his account settlement process before he could return me the money.As I was getting let I asked him to return my money immediately. To this the sales person reacted with abuse and said I have to wait as long as he wants.Then I also reacted by pointing out his misbehaviour and went to lodge a complaint with the manager of the petrol pump. The manager very politely listened to me and the payment process was completed.But in the meantime The salesman(Dipuna) along with 10-12 other sales persons of the pump surrounded me and apart from abusing me in filthy language, tried to manhandle me. I was somehow rescued by the manager and other customers present. Even as I left the pump, the group of sales persons continued abusing me.
                Why do I have to go through this harrowing experience ? What was my fault? I was only insisting that my time should not be wasted but the sales person rudely told me that I have to wait adding that he is hungry as it is his shift changing time and he can not return the money until he is finished with his accounting process. Is this the way the staff of a petrol pump treat a customer.
                Please look into it and make the staff of the petrol pump understand the importance civilised behaviour which every customer expects.

                    I am travelling on NH-44. At one of your dealerships KALYAN FILLING STATION, KOHAND we stopped for using the Washrooms. The washrooms are the dirtiest ones and stinking. Men are using the Ladies washrooms and above all there is no lock inside the washroom door.

                    Sir IOCL is a fortune 500 company and this all puts a blot on the image of IOCL. Look into the matter and do reply after checking all this.

                        I have a complaint against Jassim Petroleum Puliyoorsala Cheruvalloor Post Kanyakumari Dist Tamilnadu.Today I filled petrol for Rs500 and asked to enter for reward point they denied it and waited me for ten minutes when I questioned it they used ugly words against me.They took revenge because two days befor I filled diesel in my car and asked to check the air they asked 20rs for that I didnt give that day also create a contravrsy between me and the maneger

                          1 sir I enquired whether agency change is possible, he replied arrogantly and said not possible.

                              I have tank filled the diesel for my car in SRI RANGANATHAR FUELS-Peelamedu Coimbatore -641004 today, For Rs.2127..Whenever i am filling the fuel in this pump, I am not seeing the proper quantity has been dispersed in the pump. Lots of variations found in the quantity which shows they are approximately looting 4 liters for every 26 liters.pls, address this concern. I observed more time since i am using this vendor for so long time.You can even check my transactions since i am the CITI -Indian Oil Credit Card Customer.I have attached the relevant proof.I want the proper authorities of the government to visit and Evaluate them.

                                UtubI filled 16 ltr patrol on 13 Dec 20 and got IOC carnival ticket for lucky draw., but while i want to complete my process, it's need dealer code and bill number, Now my question is that if the both thing is required then why ur people given me that lucky draw voucher without bill. They don't know or made me CHUTIA.
